Starting point is 00:00:03 Now before getting into this Latin collaboration, first we have to set our sights on Oscar Meadone. As when you look at it in totality, Oscar Mayadone not only has had a phenomenal 2025, but he's done so well since being named Billboard's Latin artist on the rise. And the reason why I say that is because now, when you look at him collabing with the likes of Luis Corrillo or Omar Camacho as far as the particular track, Netflix and Chill, and then of course, we've covered Oscar May adone a plethora of times throughout the year of 2024 and this particular year. As the last time we talked about him was Majoris Jordan, too, as far as the track with Victor Mandevo. And that was back on October 7th of this particular year. first time I ever talked about him was August 9th, 2024. So I would say that his rise to fame has definitely been one of the fastest I've seen in the Latin community. But of course, with this type of collaboration, it's no surprise that he's had such a fast rise because I think sticking together
Starting point is 00:01:22 and rising together as a conglomerant as far as a lot of different Latin musicians is the best way to go, especially competing with the likes of a country pop, hip hop type of genre as far as trying to notoriously affect the masses. It's harder to do when you're divided. That's currently with what rap is starting to recognize. So with that being said, there's a particular track that just came out. Well, it didn't just come out, but it came out November 28th and it's titled Netflix and Chile. Shepard. No, I mean, that's actually the title of the track. It's titled Netflix and Chill.
Starting point is 00:01:59 You know, it's no type of gooner bait that's actually what the track is title. As when you look at it, it's the 45th most played track in Mexico, which that in itself an accomplishment, but also having Oscar Mayadone, having Luis Corrillo, having Omar Camacho. I think Luis is probably the only one I haven't talked about as much as far as, yeah, I haven't talked to this. Actually, it's my first time talking about him. And I think this is, well, his name comes first on the particular track. So shout out.
Starting point is 00:02:31 Once again, to Oscar Miodone and Al-A-Upe to Luis Carrillo, because you already know the plethora of tracks Omar and Oscar has on the charts. As when you look at it, I believe Omar has, when I believe, he's, his most popular track is with Victor Mendevo, title 2 Plus 2, all right? and then he has Law, see you dad, del Sol that came out, that's the 13th most play track in Mexico.
Starting point is 00:02:59 And then you have the 3 a.m. track, that's the 28th most play track in Mexico. And then, of course, you have Netflix and Chill, the track that we're currently talking about. And then you look at Omar Camacho. Oh, also, my fault. I was talking about Oscar.
Starting point is 00:03:15 I was talking about Omar Camacho. I don't know why I got them confused. And then when you look at Oscar Mayadone, His specific track, Loss, see you, Daddell, so it's the 13th most play. But as far as Omar Camacho, his top track in Mexico is 2 plus 2, which is the fourth most play track in Mexico. And then, of course, when it comes to Luis Carillo, his only track on the charts is the one with Omar Camacho and Oscar Mayadone, which goes back to my original point.
Starting point is 00:03:43 You being able to throw out of youths to these type of artists and musicians definitely helps out in the long run. because now when you look at other genres that are banding together and rising on the charts compared to other genres that are splitting up seemingly and now they're doing their own things so now rap is not in the same place well okay i say other genres i'm specifically talking about rap the latin community sticking together making tracks together rising on the charts is helping them gain more market share over time because of course i think a rising tide lifts all ships and the type of music that a lot of these Latin musicians are putting out whether it's
Starting point is 00:04:24 a peso pluma whether it's a Tito double P, Victor Mandevo, Omar, Oscar. A lot of these Latin musicians ended up cultivating into a bad bunny type of performance at the Super Bowl because once again a rising Todd raises all ships. So I think the future for these Latin musicians is ending up on the overall billboard hot 100 not just Mexico specifically. But of course, that is what I see in a foreseeable future. We have to wait to see if that comes into fruition because the specific track as far as the Netflix and Chile seems as if it's going to be more of a hit, especially for Louise, because it's already the 45th most played track in Mexico, right? But then you look at the themes as far as romance and that
Starting point is 00:05:08 being one of the main themes throughout every single hit track known to man, right? I think when it comes to that this track has an insurmountable level of potential but we just have to see if it actually reaches that potential because currently youtube is growing at a great pace and then when you come to overall listener boost as far as having a track with omar oscar you have so many different you have two different fan bases coming together to help out your track that you just put out titled netflix and chill so safe to say When you look at the overall marketing strategy, I think it's coming together nicely and we'll have to see where it plays out in the foreseeable future. So with that being said, click my link to you in my bio.
Starting point is 00:05:54 Let me know in one of my social media is. What do you think about Netflix and Chill by Louise Corrillo, Omar Camacho, Oscar Mayadone? And at the end of the day, what's been your favorite Latin track and musician in the year of 2025?
