Starting point is 00:00:00 Essentially, talking about Playbricardi in today's music landscape, I have to acknowledge that with this album selling 302,000 first week, I believe that overall, he will probably have one of the biggest albums of 2025, just period. Not even hip-hop, not pop, not country, just in all genres put together, I believe I am music by Playbricardi is going to end up being one of the most impactful. albums of 2025. And of course, like I said, when I was covering, when I just recently covered backrooms that was added to his album music and now is now titled, sorry for the wait, I was admitting fault because me predicting that Cardi would sell 198 to 210 was completely false. Me saying that Cardi by himself could not stand alone on the charts, that was also completely false. Now, when it comes to the longevity, I think that's a separate point,
Starting point is 00:01:03 but I want to focus on me being incorrect on some of these predictions because I ain't going to lie to you. It don't happen too often. So when it does happen, you know, you got to take your wins with your losses. And like Aubrey said, some like to take it without. So anyways, with that being said, playbricard is doing phenomenal on the charts. I mean, his most popular track from the album is Evil Jordan, which is the second most popular track. And Rather lie is his second most popular track off of his album, but it's the fourth most played track on Billboard. So to not get confused on Billboard, he has the second most played track, the fourth most played track. He has the 17th most play track, 20th most play track, the 23rd most.
Starting point is 00:01:48 Like he has a lot of tracks from his album, maybe even, it says 31. I don't know how many tracks he has on his album. He has 34 songs on his album. And I believe he just added like three or four. track so i believe his whole album is charting in a top 100 now i'm gonna have a whole separate review of his sales on my episode that's coming up soon you know make sure to follow the notorious mass effect but essentially somebody has to let it be known known that play bricardy prove people like me wrong who i thought couldn't stand on his own and not only did he put up respectable numbers but he may have
Starting point is 00:02:30 just put up one of the best first week sale numbers that we'll see in 2025 as far as top five and maybe even top three because 302,000 first week is insanity and showcases how impactful you are to your fan base even though I call him the most professional liar I've ever seen in a rap community because I tell people all the time these rappers are professional liars and it just so happened that play big cardi is a mastermind on how to manipulate people to support him, which in all intents of purposes, you have to have some type of manipulation when it comes to affecting the masses. But in the notorious mass effect that he's had, it is essentially flabbergasting how people fall for it time
Starting point is 00:03:22 and time and time again. I mean, I can't tell you the amount of tweets I've seen that said, oh let's get iam music to another number one and we'll get baby boy the album now i don't want to be the the bearer of bad news because he may actually deliver on another album but let's just say the last album from playboy card he came out in 2020 titled whole lot of red so he had to wait five years for this album safe to say that baby boy would probably not be coming coming out anytime soon but hey i've been wrong before and i may be wrong again so this was specifically talking about f-o-m-dj i don't know what in the world that could stand for right because it's a pg podcast but with that being said it was released as a deluxe well along with three other tracks on music
Starting point is 00:04:21 album and now he's titling the deluxe album sorry for the way because if you don't know the rollout was insanity a lot of people were literally going insane i mean kassinev crashed out and said he was tired jordan called him by his government right so the rollout for this album was amazing it was really a spectacle the way that he was able to build up anticipation by making his fans wait and they waited when he put out that album they went straight to the play button six seven eight hours after the fact they were still there to to stream it in droves and with that being said you could really say that these numbers aren't really indicative of what he would have sold in first week if you would have dropped it on time he may have sold 310,000 he may have sold 320,000 this is
Starting point is 00:05:09 really one of the most impactful releases we've seen in hip-hop in 2025 so far I'm only three months in so with that being said click my link to my bio let me know one of my social media is what do you think about playbricardy's four additional tracks to music the album that is now titled music sorry for the weight and which of the four additional tracks is your favorite
