Starting point is 00:00:04 Now, I just want to say, having Don't Beat Her Up as an ad lib is beyond insane. Because what in the world is Cuevo doing? Like, this track Tinder that Cuevo put out, I'm not going to lie. It's straightfire. But as far as going at Chris Brown and the reason for going for going, on that Chris Brown, I think Cuevo summarized it the best, as it's literally over a woman. And basically, Cuevo and Chris Brown has been going back and forth since 2017. So now, when Cuevo responds to a diss put out by Chris Brown on Freak, which is on his deluxe edition,
Starting point is 00:01:05 of 1111 where he's basically talking about Cuevo and how they don't mess with they mess with Casamigos not the Migos uh I do 1941 I don't do no Curvo which is a playoff Quavo which is a Curvo is an actual alcoholic drink it's a very light shot at Cuevo so with his response is light as well you know it's basically going at the fact that this is all over a girl. which hence the album title well the track title it's making these guys tender like basically you're tender over a girl so for the for the video element go to analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio but basically this man was going at Chris Brown in a very hard-hitting way as far as having to
Starting point is 00:02:07 track that's also having shots directly at Chris Brown because the track is pretty fire tender I like it because of the chorus it's very quavo-esque as far as him putting together a chorus that's a very catchy it's one of those that the melodic factor is implemented in a way that is more of a replayable track than just a straight up hard-hitting lyrical battle you know because Cuevo, you know, no disrespect to him, but nobody's expecting some Royce or Kendrick type of hard-hitting double, triple entendres going at your opponent, right? So Cuevo took the hit route and putting together a track that I think people are going to like. Tinder is currently not on any DSPs, but I don't know the reason for that. I don't know it's because he responded so quick that maybe he couldn't get it.
Starting point is 00:03:07 certain clearances to put it on DSPs or maybe he just didn't care like that because like he said in Tinder, Cuevo is just rapping about this whole beef being because of a woman. And the only reason is because of that, uh, the only reason is because of a woman is because Chris Brown treats his woman allegedly. That's what Cuevo is saying. So with this whole Chris Brown does it's a response to the song Freak, which is basically going at Cuevo. Um, Quavo responded literally within 24 hours which is definitely kudos as far as the rap game is concerned because other artists who are now excluded from any type of beef confrontation which is germane being the most you know overrated rapper of all time showcasing why he shouldn't have been
Starting point is 00:03:58 up there in the first place quavo is once again showing his love for hip-hop and his response coming out within 24 hours of chris brown dissing him And for him to come out with this type of track, I think it's in a way that is respectable amongst the hip hop community in a way that will uplift the tender track, whether people like it or not. Because like I just said, I personally like the track. I like the way he came about it. It's more of a replayable track. You can play it and not even know he's going at Chris Brown. But when we get into the lyrics, obviously, you know who he's talking about.
Starting point is 00:04:32 As he says, he says, when I mess. So it's a PG podcast. So, you know, with the cuss words, I'm just going to put ex-withive. When I mess with that little bitty ex-pidiv, yes, you do great. When you mess with that little bitty ex-pidiv, she lose weight. Basically, you know, hinting towards the fact of substance abuse and, you know, the drug use that Chris Brown has always been attached with. But then when we keep going, it's more of play off of Chris Brown. Brown acting like this whole confrontation of him between him and Cuevo is more than over a girl,
Starting point is 00:05:13 which is basically not. It's over a girl and that's why he's upset. Quavo's literally saying, I give respect, literally say right here, I'm giving respect, but I know you not. So basically, Quavo is like, I'm not bent out of shape about this whole dispute, but clearly you are. So here is a whole track basically playing off of that, which to me, I think it's just uplifting in a way that hip hop people go at the sport. Hip hop is a combat sport. It's like the UFC of music genres. Nobody has to die, but somebody has to let you know that when you go against me,
Starting point is 00:05:54 it's not going to end up like you think it is. So for Cuevo to make a whole track, which I think is fire, can't wait for him to put it out on DSPs because I think this will actually go up on the charts, if he actually did put it out on DSPs. currently as you can see right here is only on YouTube and this is like the official visualizer so if you want to listen to that track you can right here a Cuevo Tinder on YouTube but it's it's just more of a lighthearted jab at Chris Brown basically going at the fact that it's been proven that he gets a little
Starting point is 00:06:30 physical with his women you know basically they say Chris Brown hands is E for everyone, which, you know, I'm not condoning domestic violence. I'm just letting you know what it is. This man may resort to certain physical actions when it comes to the opposite gender. So with that being said, he puts that in the course to let you know that that's a significant portion of his dis. And then in the verse, he gets into the whole drug abuse talking about when he messes with women, they lose weight. But when they mess with him, they do great. Literally, that's it. There's no lyrical, miracle, spiritual. basically a nice replayable track, great melodic chorus in a quavo-esque fashion
Starting point is 00:07:14 that lets you know that, hey, you probably shouldn't play with me because there's a lot of things that you've been accused of and committed guilty, you're convicted on as far as being guilty and having to go to jail simply because of you putting hands on women.
Starting point is 00:07:28 So the whole, to bring this full circle, the whole don't beat her up as an ad, live is beyond insane because obviously when it comes to Chris Brown that is a very significant part of his history and which is what and why people don't even embrace him like I think they should because if you didn't put hands on women he would get embraced a lot more as far as the public limelight I mean he literally has some type of Michael Jackson performance set up for I think the VMAs. I forget which music award show, but basically they canceled it simply due to his history and people bringing it back up asking the award show, why would you co-sign this person
Starting point is 00:08:18 who has this type of background? And even to go further in the past, later this year, I think the All-Star game happened. He was supposed to be a part of the Celebrity All-Star game, but obviously with his past, people went. that people know how to do it nowadays that the fans are very smart nowadays as they went at the brands and are like how can you co-sign somebody with domestic violence issues so they let him go chris brown exposed them for being like hey you can still come to the game but we can't have you play you know and basically ruffles which is the brand he was targeting um came out and put out a statement was like no we did not say chris brown could come to the game or anything like that
Starting point is 00:09:04 or the NBA was like we don't have any affiliation with people who who decide who I don't know they came out with some random excuse for why Chris Brown couldn't play in the celebrity game so as you can tell Chris Brown beefing with somebody his domestic his domestic violence history is going to be brought back up to the Lamelight and Cuevo did it in a tremendous fashion basically showcasing why women are not as accepting to Chris Brown as you would think they should be as far as with his icon status. As far as who's bigger, everybody knows is Chris Brown. That's not even a discussion. So I'm glad that Cuevo then focused on that as the thing about a disc track is you have to focus on things that you have some leverage in and sales is not one of them for Cuevo.
Starting point is 00:09:59 So to focus on the fact that he beats up his women and the drug involvement basically being a negative influence on the women that's around him is another thing that he focuses on. So I think it's overall, it's a very formidable disc track by Cuevo towards Chris Brown. So I like it. I don't know if Chris Brown's going to respond. Cuevo responded in less than 24 hours, which, hey, all kudos to him when it comes to the hip-hop space to switch it. That's how he's supposed to do it in a combat sport. So we'll see where this track ends up. Hopefully he ends up putting it out on DSPs.
Starting point is 00:10:37 But if you listen to the track, I would, I would guess that you will find this track pretty fire. Because I like the way that he went about making it a hit song rather than some lyrical miracle spiritual, while also having deep cutting bars in it targeted directly towards Chris Brown on topics that he has some leverage in. so with that being said i think chris brown may respond he did put out deluxe so he could probably use it as a marketing tactic trying to go back uh at quavo putting out like a bonus track on his deluxe edition trying to dis quavo but if we were scoring it like freak verse versus the tender verse i would say quavo one because chris brown didn't really have any hard-hitting bars he said his girl's do cost amigos not the megos like come on now so like what like it's such a bland you know it's like
Starting point is 00:11:35 it's a bland bar so the way that quavo went at chris brown pointing out things in his history that's hard-hitting personal to him i think that's a win in his book so i would score this one zero quavo and at the end of day i would think that chris brown would respond just for the marketing aspect of it but it's kind of hard to beat a diss basically talking about your whole domestic violence issues like what are you going to bring up about quavo that's you know even close to that you know so um at the end of day tinder's a great track the bars are there as far as going at chris brown so we will see time will only tell how the masses will um embrace this track because i think that quavo once again showcase that He can stand alone and put out some great music along with things that pinpoints why people should not go at him when it comes to overall music.
Starting point is 00:12:36 So with that being said, click my link to you in my bio. Let me know one of my social medias. What do you think about the whole Cuevo versus Chris Brown beef? And if you are scoring it, which verse do you prefer? Do you like the Chris Brown verse off a freak more that's on his deluxe edition? or do you like this new single drop by Cuevo, Tender?
