Getting it to Cuavito or Corvetto, depending on how you want to pronounce it, he just released his album, Brandes Noches, on November 21st, 2024.
Now, of course, it's November 22nd, but you know what I'm saying, right?
So when it comes to the overall Latin music landscape, of course, I covered a plethora of artists from Paisal Pluma to Bazaar to, who else that cover, Junior H, annual,
well Carol G.
I could keep going on and on when it comes to Latin music field.
And a lot of the musical landscape is influenced by niche cultures.
Now, I'm not saying Latin music is directly responsible for a lot of these artists branching out.
But it's a reason why you see a lot more cross-genre collaborative efforts.
It's for the simple fact that people seem to enjoy people putting efforts.
into their respective genre and then ultimately
collabing with somebody else who's in a whole different genre
but sonically it makes sense.
Prime example for that is the track with Cuevo and
I forget the actual country artists.
The track, oh, okay, Quavo and Lena Del Rey.
So those particular artists from two totally different genres
coming together and made a phenomenal track right so when it comes to quavito obviously this is a pretty
extensive album i think the runtime for this overall body of work is about 56 minutes so it's 18
tracks 56 minutes definitely a um a large offering as far as a project and it's under d quee productions
Remus Entertainment.
So there's a music video for,
there's a music video for Cassandra
because it's basically telling the story
of a model's life from the perspective
of a fameless admirer,
which is, you know,
something that a lot of people could relate to.
So that be it said,
Duro was performed by Corvito
at the 2024 Latin Grammys.
Because for some reason,
don't know why there's a difference in in Grammys like is there like a K-pop Grammys is there
a hip-hop Grammys like or the Latin Grammys somebody would have to educate me on the reasoning
for having that separate from the actual Grammy Award show because if you don't know they don't
televise all the awards for the Grammys so if you had the Latin Grammys attached to the Grammys
you could always have the major awards televised
and then all the other ones off screen,
just like they do for the main Grammy Award show.
So that's very interesting to me on why that's separate.
But anyways, so the 2024 Latin Grammys did happen.
And with that being said, it was a lot of,
as far as this actual album,
it was originally slated for November 8th,
but the release was postponed due to a Dana catastrophe in Spain.
I don't know what that means, but obviously it was pretty significant to the point where
Cuavito ended up delaying his entire body of work to go and support those affected.
I mean, talk about being a great human, right?
Most musicians in the music industry would have said, forget them, I got to make this money, right?
So for Quervito to actually have a heart that's definitely admirable in today's age.
So Brandenis Noches is now out on all DSPs.
and as far as the features
oh this pit bull on here
okay pit bull I don't really
notice too many of the artists offer here
as far as the features
have I talked about quivertta before
that's why I clicked that anyways
let me see
okay I have so Quivito had a track
with Anuel and Maluma back in October 13th
and then he also had a track with Saiko
with title Brannis
back in September 22nd,
2023.
And if you look up Corvito
Analytic Dreams,
you'll see my past coverage
of this particular artist.
But obviously he's been around
for a minute.
He's been putting out fire
for a minute,
which is why I continue to cover him
because not only
is the quality high
because I say all the time.
As far as quality and streams,
they don't correlate.
Just because something streams a lot
doesn't mean it's high quality
and just because something doesn't stream
enough or it streams
below C level as far as performing amongst his peers doesn't mean the quality level is below C level.
Sometimes you make high quality music and it doesn't sell.
Sometimes you sell a lot of music, but it's not high quality.
So, you know, just because you sell a lot doesn't mean it's just automatically a classic and vice versa.
But for Cuevito, I think I'm comfortable saying that the quality for this particular artist is usually up there with his sales.
And he's very pivotal and moved.
the overall latin culture forward as not only with his uh mix of regga tone pop and electronic influences
but he also has a lot of introspective content that makes people coming back time and time again
just to hear what he has to say on particular matters i mean if him postponing his album
to help out the people in spain doesn't tell you anything about his character then i don't know
what else will because i promise you most musicians in this industry do not care
so um for corvito to do that is definitely honorable but um so yeah brandis noches is out now on all dsps 18
track album 50 how long was this 56 minutes in length as far as the body of work and with that being
said click my link to my bio and let me know one of my social medias what do you think about corvito's
latest album brandis noches and will you be giving it a listen
