Starting point is 00:00:00 Now, I know what you're thinking. I just finished reviewing Ray and calling her an industry plant, and I'm reviewing her once more talking about the album. Well, there's a specific reason why I'm talking about her, and it's to point out the fact that once again, I feel like I have more evidence to show that this artist is an industry plant. Okay? You go to New Music Friday, which I don't care what y'all say,
Starting point is 00:00:28 is one of the most popular playlist on on Spotify you go to playlists and the top of it says new music Friday right for people who use Spotify and the reason I bring up Spotify is because Spotify has done a great job of promoting the playlist when it comes to distribution of music Spotify and playlist go hand-to-hand like radio play and music is kind of like you need to get on playlist so this is the biggest playlist on Spotify tell me why ray the first time putting out project in 2023 ever first time putting out a project on DSPs because I don't want her die hard fans to come out below oh she had this project see at that project when I go to projects on DSPs this is the only one that pops up so your first ever project on DSPs and you get not one
Starting point is 00:01:14 but two tracks that's that's that's put into the new music and that's the ones I counted I don't know if there's anymore let me see okay it's not anymore but there's two tracks and that's a lot like even to get one it's a stretch but she has two tracks and one of them, you might have guessed it, as the title may show you from my YouTube and Twitch Watcher or Onlookers. It's called Ice Cream Man. Ice Cream Man. Now, if that's not the most ridiculous title to get playlisted for Spotify, I don't know what it is. At the end of the day, Ray is just an industry plant and the world needs to recognize that these artists are being pushed by up-and-coming labels to try to put themselves in the same.
Starting point is 00:01:58 same light as Atlantic, the same light as Universal Music Group, the same light as, what's other ones, there's Atlantic, Universal Music Group, of course there's, well, I think Sony's the same thing. Yeah, there's Capitol, there's so many music groups nowadays, basically, the one that Ray's on, which is, let me go to it again, the one that she's on, which I've, I've read off in the first time I talked about her human ray sources completely
Starting point is 00:02:35 just out of the blue label, right? Started in 2017 and that's a fact. Starting in 2017, it's Los Angeles based. It's not, it doesn't have the same accolades as some of these other notorious and legendary major labels, which most people
Starting point is 00:02:53 would be like, isn't changed good for society? Yes. But when you're fabricating numbers to make your already seem bigger than she is. It doesn't really do you any justice in the first place. So whoever Jay Irving is, let me see, who's Jay Irving? Imagine Julius Irvin popped up. And guess what? Julius Irvin did pop up. That is, well, stop playing with me. You know, Julius Irvin III popped up. That is crazy. He owns his label. Ah, nah, something must be, now, let me chill. All right, so for the most part, it said it was launched by
Starting point is 00:03:27 Julius Irvin. Now, you do have that what you will, man. I feel like they fudging the numbers. I feel like Ray, for some reason, is on the top of all the new music playlist and doesn't really deserve it. So that's my whole sentiment when it comes to this track called Ice Cream Man. I mean, come on now.
Starting point is 00:03:44 So click my link to my bio. Let me know on one of my social medias. What do you think about Ray and her latest single Ice Cream Man? But more importantly, do you think that, not that is fair, but do you think that Ray
Starting point is 00:03:56 is a bona fide industry plant? in the game.
