All right, I just got done doing the narrated version of the album.
Got the idea from Selena Gomez.
Full transparency.
It's such a good idea.
I was like, wow, that's like doing a fucking audio book with the album.
It's incredible.
So basically, I narrated each song.
So the song will play.
And then afterwards, you get me rambling for fucking six minutes, sometimes three,
sometimes nine.
And it was so fun.
That was just, that was a blast.
I can't believe I've never done that before.
So that is going to be available right now.
That's crazy.
It is available on shop.org.com.
All right, I just got done.
So we just finished listening to one of my greatest inspirations,
especially in the music field for the simple fact that when it comes to making your own living
through creative thoughts throughout creative processes that end up bringing in
revenue. I think ultimately is people like Russ, people like a big Sean, people like, well,
people who prioritize creativity over just trying to gain the masses by any means necessary.
Because some artists are out here completely shameless in how they in captivate the masses to
the point where that is how russ big shan those type of artists rose on my list as far as the biggest
inspirations specifically when it comes to music so with that being say with that being stated i did
want to talk about something else as far as russ and if you don't know i'm just going to put up his
album title i don't know why this is 14 weeks ago anyways um russ's album wild is coming out
June 27 so with that being stated one day eight hours from now as far as me recording this this album
will be out for you for you to listen to fully and of course you have pent up in a penthouse on there
you have crazy on there um in total is 19 tracks so not too long but also also not too short
and then of course you go to the bottom of the album and
It also just adds on to why Russ is one of my main inspirations when it comes to the musical industry.
Because this album is being put out strictly by Demon or Demon.
I wonder how you pronounce his last name.
Anyways, Russ is putting out this album as an independent.
That's essentially why I'm trying to get across.
Because if you've heard of Russ, not going to lie to you, your first.
your first sight of Russ as far as seeing him in the music field may have been abrasive
because a lot of things have happened in the past that I don't fault Russ for
is really just the hip-hop culture in him going against the grain as far as certain
phrases that should be taken as oh this is a great thing in society that somebody speaking
speaking up but of course in hip hop it is the complete opposite as when russ had his whole wave
against criticizing the drug culture back in 2017 we all know the type of backlash that he's received
even preceding that um i don't know if this is still up it's a classic interview but obviously for
russ this is probably one of his more uncomfortable interviews because of course i think he was kind
out of bounds with this uh with his approach and by kind of i mean definitely out of bounds as um as
if you go to russ on oh it's still up that's crazy russ on every day struggle seven years ago and
that entire interview kind of just showcase how when it comes to building something on your
own being an independent paying yourself just because you're not in the typical nine to five
and you've created a living throughout something that came from your brain does not mean that you could
just go at any and everybody who gets a check from the nine to five system because the way that he went
at the desk and the reason why i'm bringing this up is simply because the reason why a lot of people
are off of russ or just are put off by russ because there was a whole wave back in the day like i said i'm a
huge Russ fans so I'm just giving you the whole totality because I've covered Russ a lot and for this
album I kind of want to just break down the perception of Russ and how it's changed up until now because
he's definitely evolved since then I'm just letting y'all know that the moments in history where he was
looking very crazy in the in the spotlight of hip hop so the independent wave definitely had him
holding some things and some grudges against people who just got a check from a nine to five in
as far as how he went into the nadeska i don't know if that's uh one of the most uncomfortable
interviews i've ever seen in life but it's definitely up there so fast forwarding from that to
evolve from that the reason why said it is because it's independent i'm gonna keep stressing that
independent success especially from 2011 to 2014 landing him in a in a whole deal with columbia
records for his 2017 album there's really a wolf where he maintained master ownership
and creative control and then to go on to leave columbia in 2020 and then to still make his own
label co-founded by a buke he said his name before i don't know why i have trouble pronouncing it is is
buggis i think anyways this label empowers artists with profit splits and master ownership and
of course when you are showcasing a path of luxury via being independent a lot of
the major conglomerates are not going to have that message being spread to the masses because guess what as we
speak the current landscape of music market share is umg has 57 percent sony has 24 percent warner has 13
percent and of course the others which is just smaller labels and independent acts they have six
percent so the reason why i'm pointing this stuff out is because it's very very difficult to be an independent
and have success in the music industry.
And Russ has done it since
2011 and it's 2025.
And he's still putting out
another album
June 27, 2025
that is titled
Wild. So as far as getting
specifically into that and him putting out
his latest album Wilde. Just
know that of course there's a lot
of different marketing strategies being put
behind this album from Russ
specifically in his team.
When it comes to the Mr. B
approach i thought this was the funniest thing ever as he had a whole video uh looking like it was a
version of mr beast but of course the way he did it you already know there was no expenses uh held
back for this type of video because even though i am talking about how you know it looks like a mr beast
video you know how much money you need to have to make it look like a mr beast video you know
it's not just random people that could make a mr beast video or type video so anyways that's basically
what rest did and here is a snippet of this uh snippet of it right here analytic dreams video on
spotify to see the video along with the audio moonlit desert my album logo in the sky illuminating
it like the moon in a cage with me inside or is the mr beast the mr beast of music ain't this crazy
so he had a whole weekend where he had his fans come out he had a whole release party
and this just looks insane.
All right, we're going to mute that
because we're not trying to get copyrighted.
But obviously this just looks insane right here
and especially the optics.
The intro was fire.
It was all for promo for his album.
It seems like he brought out
some of his biggest fans.
I don't know why I wasn't invited
but you know, that's cool.
You know what I'm saying?
You know what I'm saying?
But then you know what I'm saying?
I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Like, what's going on?
You know what I mean? It's all right.
You know, I didn't want to go anywhere now to display.
I'm just joking.
But now, I look.
look like a great experience.
I did like the overall approach to this video because it does remind me a
Mr.
Bees and like I said,
to have a Mr.
Beast type video means you probably put up a lot of money behind it.
And,
you know,
as I say that,
it's just a huge,
I don't even know how tall that crane is holding up the logo.
Like it's just big money being spent on this.
So with that being said,
Russ is also going on tour.
And isn't it crazy how the artists,
two of the artists as my main inspiration are going on tour together it's almost as if their
fan bases collide because of the messaging uh because sometimes it reminds me of like a pushy jz
type dynamic whenever you push certain messages and the positive and you actually are what you say like
you you showcase the actions behind your words you're not just all talk i think that invites
certain other energy into your life because of course now you've seen you're on comment
ground and like-minded people tend to get along nine times at a 10 so i think this russ and big
shan tour is going to be phenomenal i'm not going to spend too much time on uh russ's album because
i'm a cover it when it comes out and with that being said big sean russ as you can see right here
they're going on tour um i analytic dreams video on spotify to see the video along with the audio
but he has the all the dates up right here and um yeah they're going to be hitting a lot of
date so as far as tickets are on sale right now so live nation ticket master you could no pre-sale
starts wednesday spotify pre-sell starts thursday tickets on sale to the general public
friday so there you go so that being said oh definitely go to russ's IG to um see the actual
graphic if you was wanting to sign up for it i'm trying to see if i'm missing anything that's
basically it yeah we're definitely going to get back into russ pause as i do
you know certain artists in the music field you just gravitate towards because of not only the positive messaging
but also there are an engine that keeps you going to showcase that there are creators like yourself
that don't do the most just for engagement you know sometimes you could just stick to your art form
to create a living for yourself independently so what that being said click my link to you in my bio
let me know one of my social medias what do you think about russ and he
him putting out his album wild June 27th 2025 and are you looking forward to his album and of course are you
looking forward to attending one of his shows with big Sean
