I love when artists, specifically rappers, get inspired to rap because then I think it's more
authentic and you can hear it through the music.
As this specific track that he just put out titled Set It Freestyle is such a masterclass of
lyricism at his finest because I hold Russ up there with some of the greatest rappers to ever do it.
But because of his braggadocious entrance into the hip hop realm, people were turned off by it and by his confidence while he was saying these braggadocious things.
It's almost like people love confidence until they see what it really looks like.
And now all the insecurities and anxiety just shoots through the roof.
So with Russ putting out this freestyle
Saying the Trust over
Saying the truth over a beat
When he's usually
Tweeting out multiple gems
Literally has a book
And literally has a bunch of things he's been making
Like it's all the
The book is titled
It's all in my head, I believe
I don't have that
Brought up at the moment
But I believe the book is called
It's All in My Head
So
Russ putting out a book
Should let you know
that he has a lot of gems that he's just holding inside his head.
But not saying he's withholding information.
He gives so much information to the fans and to the audience.
But now with the way that he's going about his independent career,
because if you haven't noticed,
there's a reason why you haven't been hearing Russ really talked about
on the major outlets or making the blogs,
unless he's like calling out something
and being like on the nose about the music industry.
Because he would give you such gems that sometimes,
sometimes Russ becomes a source for me.
Listening to a successful artist like Russ,
all type of achievements when it comes to RIAA certification,
give you certain tips and tricks about the music industry,
basically letting you know that it's not exactly all a scam,
but 80 to 90% of it is smoking mirrors.
Like your biggest artists in the world probably have the biggest machines behind them,
and there's a reason for that.
Russ, who is an independent, selling out all type of shows,
is one of those type of, like, hold up.
So go to Analytic Dreams video on Spotify
to see the video along with the audio
because this is what I'm about to show you.
An independent man that somehow never making the charts
compared to the major label artists,
but when he's going to perform in Egypt out of all places,
I mean, Egypt's great, I'm just saying like he's overseas.
Look at the audience that he's bringing out.
So for an independent artist,
this type of
audience is festival-like, a festival-esque,
and an artist would have to go to a festival to capture this type of video,
which a lot of them do.
A lot of your favorite rappers out here capping about their fan base.
So Russ, being somebody who's true to the craft,
cultivated a fan base from the ground up,
is such an inspiration to artists that don't want to just confide into the major label.

Machine and feels like they have the talent enough or enough talent to do it on their own.
Because being an independent artist, selling out so many arenas or not, I don't even know
if it's an arena, but basically there's a lot of people, I'll have to look at the specific number
because it's always like open.
So I don't even know what that.
When the arena's open, what does that mean?
It's like a festival at that point, right?
I don't even know.
basically is packed like an arena.
And with all of that hype,
going into his album,
Santiago that came out in 2023,
let me see,
yeah, August 18th,
2023, all the hype,
some of the biggest songs,
I'm not going to say of his career,
but some of the ones that's just way more impactful
than his hits,
I guess you could say,
ended up on Santiago.
And,
And that just missed the top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart.
So despite receiving a critical acclaim, all the fans support in the world,
it still missed the top 10 on the Billboard 200 charts.
Letting you know the type of uphill battle you have to fight
even if you are immensely talented and successful artists such as Russ.
So coming into the game is more inspiring to have an artist like Russ who's successful
to make an amazing living for himself,
but it's still going against the system.
So I know a lot of people hate on Russ
and basically say that, oh,
Russ is going to talk about how he's perfect
and everybody else is messing up,
but some of the gyms outside of that
is very impactful
and you can implement it into your everyday life,
regardless if you make music or not.
And I think that's the ultimate compliment
I could give a rapper.
That's like a JZ-esque compliment.
That's the reason why a lot of top tier,
top five rapper list have Jay-Z at the top.
Because the stuff that Jay-Z gives you
and his content
can literally improve your life.
Like, all that is, spin the block twice
like they ain't where to park.
But no shot to 21 Savage.
It's just the first bar that popped in my head.
Basically, all the rappers who talk about killing
24-7 and all the rappers who
basically nonsensical things that they put into
raps to make people feel like that's logic.
That's why we hold these type of artists to the type of status we do
because it could go one way with the lyricism and the quality,
but we still have the artist like a Russ, like a Kendrick,
to keep us afloat and remind us that there are rappers out here
in today's society who still care about rap.
So with that being said, click my link to your in my bio.
Let me know one of my social medias.
What do you think about Russ?
What do you think about his current situation in the hip hop industry?
And also listening to the track, the new track that he just put out, which is set it freestyle.
