Starting point is 00:00:00 Now, throughout my coverage of dissecting the Carpenter's with her album, Man's Best Friend, because of course, Sabrina Carpenter is one of those artists that is definitely deserving of a full album deep dive. But because of me wanting to listen to the album a couple more times to get every single thematic element and ultimately understand it before I give my own personal opinion, that is why I'm pinpointing certain Carpenters as far as their, you know, Sabrina's Rabbit fan. base as far as what they're gravitating towards I'm one of the interesting tracks that they're gravitating towards is interestingly enough the final track off of this album so that's titled goodbye and one could assume that a deluxe edition is going to be had because for the past two to three albums she's had a deluxe edition almost act as another project alongside the initial one because if you look at the
Starting point is 00:00:59 runtime it's very short at the beginning as far as the initial project and the deluxe edition ends up doubling the runtime so i'm like is she basically doing what netflix does as far as part one and part two of certain seasons like she's very interestingly giving us a deluxe edition but is a deluxe or is it just given us an album in two parts which is very different a deluxe in the original sense used to be this is all I have at the moment. And then further down the line, if tracks start to come to me that I believe is also enhancing the quality of that particular project, I would add it as a deluxe.
Starting point is 00:01:45 It's not, oh, this is my whole vision. Now let me give you half of it and they give you the other half of something later point down the line, which is what Sabrina's going to do. If you don't think a man's best. friend is getting a deluxe edition probably at like hold on let's look at the actually i could probably tell you right now when you're going to get the deluxe edition short and sweet came out august 23rd of 24 short and sweet deluxe came out February of this year now because i'm no mathematician we've been to count this out together so let me go back to that so february 14th and then uh short and suite
Starting point is 00:02:20 came out August 24 so let me see okay we're on February now here we go so yeah one two three four
Starting point is 00:02:33 five six okay so six months that's it six months after this date we're going to get the deluxe edition of a man's best friend so what does that give us right now we're at August so you have one two three four five six
Starting point is 00:02:49 yep expect February to be the deluxe drop of Sabrina Carpenter albums because guess what? I think the deluxe edition of a man's best friend is coming out sometime in February of 2026. Now of course, when I look at this,
Starting point is 00:03:04 it's not a bad strategy to have. Obviously, it's working to the point where she became one of the most successful artists in the music industry. Not to mention, she did win Expresso. She won Song of the Year. She won
Starting point is 00:03:19 song of the year at the 2024 VMAs for her track Expresso that she also performed with Christina Aguilera for a Webby nominated debut. Now when it comes to that, the Grammys is also very kind to
Starting point is 00:03:37 Sabrina Carpenter as the she won Best Pop Vocal album for her album Short and Sweet and the Best Pop solo performance for Expresso at the 2025 Grammys. And she also had six nominations. So to add on to that, she opened for Taylor Swift and now she has her own tour that went
Starting point is 00:03:57 well in 2024 as far as the short and sweet tour. I'm not saying that Sabrina Carpenter is getting a lot of handouts because she definitely deserves it. I believe as far as having a very rabid fan base that will engage with your music, because if you look at the charts, which I haven't did, I haven't done this recap because. I wanted to save it for the last track that I got into. But she currently has the 12th most played album in the world with Short and Sweet. And then you look at Manchild.
Starting point is 00:04:32 That's her best performing track as of right now. And I think that's her only track on the charts. Okay. Yeah, that's the only track on the charts. But it's the 14th most played track. I would guess and I would assume she's going to have every single track off of this album charting. Because if we're going to keep going down these little. list to let you know like how popular she is so as far as first week sales last time i looked
Starting point is 00:04:59 this up i was flabbergasted i was bamboozled right because if you look at Sabrina let me just short and sweet should i just type in short sweet let me see short it's just type in short okay so Sabrina carpenter so 362 000 in her first week with short and sweet But then, you know what I'm saying? Ladies and gentlemen, that's insane. To put in perspective, the biggest hip-hop debut was Playboy Cardi's album music, and that did almost 300,000, right? Technically it was reported as 302,000.
Starting point is 00:05:39 Some people was reporting 298,000, but there was nowhere close to 362,000 what Sabrina did, right? I know people are going to come with the argument of, you know, not comparing us to certain other ethnicities, because, you know, the game's not played the same. and not judged the same right which is a fair point but as far as Sabrina i'm just showcasing that she's definitely the cream of the crop when it comes to the most popular artist in the music industry so as of right now i think a man's best friend is going to do around 250 to 300 first week i said that
Starting point is 00:06:09 last uh actually did i say it was going to cross 300 i'm not sure because i did say it wasn't going to perform as well as short and sweet short and sweet had too many mammoth of a songs like express so please please please and taste all on one album is insane this album doesn't have that so i would say it's not going to get anywhere closest i could be wrong i obviously could be wrong it's not going to get anywhere closer 362 000 first week i think it's going to do around 300 similar to a playbred cardi deal with music so with that being said that is my coverage of sabrina carpenter's latest album man's best friend we got into a lot of particular tracks that the carpenters which is a Sabrina Fandom name,
Starting point is 00:06:51 what they've been pinpointing as far as, you know, bloviating about and just overall spilling their thoughts of the album because, of course, I have to give a lot more listens to give my own personal opinion. But I enjoy diving deep into the Carpenter's and hopefully I enjoy the ride and the journey as well as far as getting into the overall action of the turmoil of a Sabrina Carpenter album release.
Starting point is 00:07:19 So with that be said, click my link to my bio. Let me know on one of my social media is. What do you think about my Sabrina Carpenter, man's best friend coverage? And at the end of the day, do you think that Sabrina Carpenter is one of the biggest musicians in the world?
