all right so we're getting into selina gomez and benny blanco hot ones interview now say interview because technically they was given a lot of insight as far as their album that may i may not be out i've covered this a good amount i think as far as selina gomez or benny blanco actually i've covered this once okay so when they put out the the track with gracie abrams call me when you break up i'll cover that track and essentially i'm not saying that this is a PR stunt i'm just saying that you know dating Benny Blanco, especially with his influence in the music industry. And shortly after that, your album is coming out in a rollout. He's all around the album.

Rollout process, I'm not going to call it a PR stunt. I'm just going to say, I don't believe it. Now, of course, Benny Blanco is immensely talented. I'm not saying that he shouldn't be used for any type of musical creation. I'm just saying the authentic nature that they're trying to get across, I'm not believing it at all. So if you hear that sound, that was me looking up Selena Gomez on the charts as far as singles and albums, ladies and gentlemen, she doesn't have any. Now, I do not want to have a segment entirely trashing Selena Gomez because I used to watch Wizards of Waverly Place.

And let me tell you, as far as the ultimate actor and artists, I have to say, Ariane Gronde is phenomenal. But anyways, getting back to Selena Gomez. So with that being said, they had a hot ones interview, right, in Beni Blanco, and they was eating wings. as you would, you know, assume and talking about the musical process. It was really powerful to me and I think that's something I'll always remember. And I believe that was my first number one. So I was very happy. Oh, fuck.

Her answer is so good. Yeah, so good. Yeah, Benny Blanca. Benny Blanca is like, you know, it's not a relationship podcast. But let's just say, you know, sometimes it helps in life to agree and compliment. You know, let's just leave it at that. Alright, so level 131,000. I don't know what that means.

I'm not saying you have to know every single. instrumentation or every single, uh, effect in, you know, the studio. But all I'm saying is, can I'm saying this? Just as to my point of a PR stunt, but let's keep going. Have you ever noticed like, look at her face. She's like, what in the world? And by the way, I love Selena Gomez. I ain't really, uh, it's not like a hater segment. It's just, you know, an observation. And I think, though, if you start to take those away, it like makes a song less exciting. People can feel it. They may not be able to describe it, but they can feel it. I love when Benny talks about music. I ain't going to like.

He is one of the more talented musical geniuses in the music industry. It's a very, I'm not going to say it's a, I'm not going to say he's like underappreciated because actual artists give him credit all the time. But I don't think as the masses, they don't understand how pivotal he is in a lot of creative artists like or famous musicians i might add creative process or sushi and now all i eat is a chicken-siled sandwich and for some reason i'm excited to get my meal next to theirs uh i feel like my lego is pretty i already went over that part i like to smell them before i tried and has to the kick a song gospel mic drop what's something that artists and producers obsess over in the studio that the

general music listening public either doesn't notice or doesn't care about. We talked about this last night. You know, we'll work for so long on like the sound of like a snare drum. And I remember I called my mom. I said, hey, mom. Oh, okay. So they was talking about how deep day was going in the snow drum process. Okay.

Remember not liking you after that. I remember being very upset. I'm just kidding. No, it was actually, it was hysterical because I didn't know what to expect and I love to do a challenge. And when it happened and my face started to melt and I was using this to scrape it off my tongue thinking that would work, I was just really, all I remember is being in a lot

that's coming out soon because I remember covering it. back in February 21st, 2025, as far as the rollout. I do want to say, Benny Blanco being in the entire creation process would definitely help out a lot. But as far as the charts, you know, I would say that Benny Blanco is attached to a lot of popular tracks. And, you know, he helps with the overall viral nature of a track. And for Selena Gomez, it's not seeming like that's the case.

So the album is now out. It was actually released March 21st, 2025. And it is 34 minutes in length. So it's not the longest album. Benny Blanco's credited it all throughout it. But the album is titled, I said I loved, I said I love you first. So interesting. I feel like it's a PR stunt, but hey, if it is a PR stunt, then there's a lot more toxic PR stunts you can have, especially with me covering hip-hop.

I've seen a lot. So I'm not mad at this if it is a PR stunt.
