Starting point is 00:00:03 Now of course we got to talk about the immensely talented Selena Gomez with her latest track. Call me when you break up. Now, of course, this just released on all DSPs, but the very particular key point I wanted to highlight is Benny Blanco. Ladies and gentlemen, how talented can you be for a relationship to have this type of optics? Now, what I'm basically talking about is from a musical perspective, somebody has to point out that Beni Blanco is probably one of the more talented minds in the music industry. Now, of course, when it comes to significant others and, of course, pulling Selena Gomez, that has to be pointed out as this is not red pill content. I just want to know how it happened. That's it.
Starting point is 00:00:55 That's plain, plain and simple. my whole diatribe is just to get to the climax of how did this happen. That's all I want to know. That besides that point, Selena Gomez, of course, has been with Benny Blanco since 2023. She's been with a numerous of other people, but of course, I don't want to, you know, this is not a drama relationship or even like red pill talks.
Starting point is 00:01:18 I'm not even going to get into her past relationships. Let's just say, overall, Selena Gomez basically said that she felt, well, this is a quote, from 2021 Vogue Australia interview. She says, quote, I felt so less than in past relationships and it never really felt equal,
Starting point is 00:01:39 end quote. So do that what you will. Anyways, let's get back to music. So call me when you break up, just released on all DSPs, and it has Benny Blanco and Gracie Abrams on the track. Now, of course, I believe Gracie has,
Starting point is 00:01:53 yeah, so Gracie Abrams has a track on a charts, which is the 15th most play track, in the world titled that's so true so as far as with selina not having any tracks on the charts or any albums charting currently it makes sense to pair up with gracie abrams as gracey abrams also has the 13th most popular album in the world titled a secret of us so this collaboration makes all the sense in the world leading up to her album titled i said i love you first that's set to release march 21st 2025 now the reason why i point that out is because she did release a single before that, I believe.
Starting point is 00:02:30 And I believe she released it in 2025, but I guess not. It says February 22nd, 2024. But I think maybe that's the track I'm talking about. Essentially, there was a single she released before this that I'm not going to say didn't do well, but let's just say there's a reason why there's another single for the album. As if you go to her Instagram, it's all type of post with Benny Blanco, of course, Gracie Abrams. But I do believe she came out with a track before that.
Starting point is 00:02:57 that i'm not going to say flop i'm just going to say i don't know if it had the mass appeal that she was hoping for so now that she has the actual track with some type of indication that's going to be popular as far as it being with gracy abrams i think that's the best move to make especially pairing yourself with benny blanco i mean if he can't do it then it's nice to put another superstar that's currently putting up numbers alongside your single leading up to your album so anyways the music video attached to this track is basically a selfie style video filmed in a hotel room of course featuring Gomez and Abrams with a slight cameo appearance from Benny Blanco in the end. So this track was first preview live by Gracie in Hamburg, Germany, and later teased on
Starting point is 00:03:44 social media by Selena Gomez. So of course, this was a lead-up to the overall track being released. And it's more of a pop type of hit. say, well, a pop type of track. We don't know if it's a hit yet. I'm just assuming with Gracie Abrams on it. And of course, with Benny Blanco's contributions to the track, they will have some type of radio play and things of that nature. So when it goes to songs starting out with voicemails or just any type of phone calls, I'll automatically go to Marvin's room as that's the bar for me as far as how calls and things of that nature are put into the track. If you're going to
Starting point is 00:04:24 implement a voicemail a call i'm always going to compare it to marvin's room now is it fair of course not but that's my bar so that's why i compared it to so i don't think this track is going to blow you out of the water but of course i don't think it's a trash track i think it definitely has some type of um it has promise let's let's just put it like that definitely has a lot of upside as far as it having long lasting effect on the charts let's just put it like that so it's really not too much to get into with Selena Gomez while getting into Benny Blanco's contributions. Because of course, with Selena Gomez putting out
Starting point is 00:04:58 this album under Sony music group slash Friends Keep Secret slash Interscore Records, you already know that there is a lot of hands in the pot which could end up being a bad thing. But I think for Selena, especially with the exposure that she wants to go to,
Starting point is 00:05:15 the exposure that she wants to achieve, I think all of these hands in the pot is definitely a good thing, especially for the longevity. of her current album and future releases. So because she has four albums spanning from 2013 to 2020. So Selena has a lot of albums out and majority of the world knows her as an actor. So safe to say that she's already been popular in a lot of different ventures in the entertainment field.
Starting point is 00:05:40 So as far as one to be immensely popular and compared to the superstars, I think this move makes a lot of sense. And I'm not saying she only got with Benny Blanco simply to gain more exposure. in the music industry. I'm just saying this is very coincidental. And I think that's just a tribute to how Benny Blanco is probably one of the more intelligent minds in the music industry.
Starting point is 00:06:04 And I'm not just talking about obviously verses or things in that nature because he's more of a producer. But if you really look into it, if you hear a lot of artists talk about Benny Blanco and his involvement into creating these classics, you'll realize that you're dealing with one of the most intelligent minds in the music industry. So, and that's no small compliment.
Starting point is 00:06:23 Obviously, I don't say that a lot. And for Benny Blanco, you know, I said it multiple times because I really do, well, I've seen that throughout the music industry, especially if you look into it deep enough, you realize there's a lot of people like Benny, who's more of an A&R in the process that a lot of artists need nowadays and don't get. So as far as him, having a lot of these sounds that ended up being classics and cultivating that sound, I think he should get a lot more credit than he is currently. So with that being said, make sure to listen to this Selena.
Starting point is 00:06:51 Gomez single out now on all DSPs title to call me when you break up and click my link tree in my bio. Let me know one of my social medias. Who do you think deserves more credit and if it ends up being a successful hit? Selena Gomez or Benny Blanco.
