Starting point is 00:00:03 Now, sometimes you just have to realize that having an immense impact in the country genre does not make a difference if you're a black man. Now, of course, when talking about Shabuzi, I've already gotten into this incident a plethora of times. But him being at the country music awards and when an artist was receiving the award, it wasn't even the artist. It was his manager that came on the mic and said, we've been kicking Shibuzi for quite some time. Now, of course, I'm thinking to myself, hold up. Maybe that's an actual term, right? Like, maybe I'm just overreacting.
Starting point is 00:00:43 I went to Urban Dictionary. I went to the regular dictionary. I went to Webster Dictionary. And guess what? I couldn't find Shibuzi nowhere in any of those dictionaries. So then I thought to myself, hold up. Ain't no way that the country music awards allows somebody to be blatantly racist to one of the most impactful.
Starting point is 00:01:02 country artists in the past two to three years and guess what that was exactly the case so with that being said shibuzi out here just putting out phenomenal country music to the point where he's never going to receive his actual flowers from the country genre but that's why we have platforms like this to give flowers to talented musicians and honor the way that they're respecting their respective genre right so shibuzzi is back once more even though a bar song is still the sixth most play album in the world been on the trust for about 53 weeks insane right certified classic his album where i've been isn't where i'm going is still the 47th most played album in the world well he's back again to give where i've been isn't where i'm going the complete
Starting point is 00:01:51 edition now with that being said there's a particular song on this album that's going crazy right now as far as the track amen with jelly row now if you think about it jelly roll and what he's stands for and Shibuzi with his country music is definitely a great stylistic choice as far as having a partner on a track with you because I've really loved this cross-collaborative effort as when you think about it. Amen was first performed at Coachella back in 2025 with Jelly Roll and Shibuzzi sharing the stage two debut the track so they already knew that this was fired they already knew that you get Jelly Roll and Shibuzzi in the same studio guess what you're gonna have a phenomenal come as far as the track and that's what basically happened in the form of a man now of course
Starting point is 00:02:40 it's another yet another country anthem from shibuzzi that blends a lot of things as far as the overall you know title of the track that's what the subject matter is uh diving deep into spiritual reflection and you know the divine intervention and a lot of the lyrics is basically showcasing that but when it comes to the charts and the dominance that shibuzzi has as it also is great that you're pairing it with another artist as having dominance on the charts as jelly roll beautifully broken album is the 32nd most played album in the world and then when it comes to specific tracks jelly roll's most popular track currently is with the artist titled kane brown with his track haunted as featuring jelly rose so that's the 91st most played track in the world so these blending of artistry coming together while also both of them having a their respective numbers on the charts makes it to where this track amen is definitely going to help out the deluxe edition for where i've been is and where i'm going the complete addiction uh complete edition as now when you have cross-collaborative efforts like this as jelly
Starting point is 00:03:48 rose inflection is very unique shibuzzi's inflection is very unique blending these two i think you are getting the point that i believe these two artists was destined to make a phenomenal track And that is exactly the case as far as Amen. So where I've been, isn't where I'm going. The complete edition is out now. Obviously, it has the original tracks. Let me see how many the original album had. If you don't know, this is my favorite album of last year.
Starting point is 00:04:16 So it had 12 tracks. Last year had 12 tracks, 37 minutes in length. So they added six more tracks. So they added up to total to 18 tracks in general, 55 minutes in length. and what the deluxe edition is called is where I've been isn't where I'm going the complete edition. So with that being said, click my link sharing my bio. Let me know one of my social media is. What do you think about Jelly Rose?
Starting point is 00:04:40 Where I've been isn't where I'm going, the complete edition? And more importantly, what do you think about Shibuzi being disrespected by the country award shows time and time again, even though he's putting up some of the biggest numbers from that respective genre?
