You know, I'm not trying to sound like a Batman villain. But how in the world did Sonic Racing Cross Worlds do so phenomenal? Shepard. Nah, I got to tell them this.

Like, how in the world did they put out such a phenomenally received racing game just for y'all not to support it? You guys. See, that's the problem. what you're saying I was one of the first people to say that Sonic Racing Cross Worlds was a good game well my brother or sister that was not enough I know that I was looking at the statistics for the specific game saying to myself I know that so before we get into this review I just want to let y'all know that objectively speaking when it comes to the video game Sonic Racing Cross Worlds it underperforms Sega sales expectations

And guess what? It wasn't even that hot, ladies and gentlemen. You guys. So nobody supported the game to the point where they're not going to keep promoting it because the Sonic fandom let the racing game simulator down. Sadden history. Shepard. Just look at the state of gaming.

But when you look at this in specific, I think this is going to be very interesting because not only are they adding Amy, but they're also adding Metal Sonic. So I think when it comes to the movie realm, Sonic, I'm going to put Nintendo in like the MCU realm. Sonic is like the Iron Man for the,

for the Nintendo Cinematic Universe right now because I believe if they lead up to a super Smash Bros. type of crossover collab in the movie realm, it could be just as big as Avengers Infinity War and endgame. And you would think that would be obvious, right? Until you realize, Zelda, for some reason, has a whole live action adaptation.

Who asks for that? You guys. Now I'm not... Now I'm not saying that Zelda doesn't deserve a movie. But live adaptation is almost like you're not paying attention to Nintendo Cinematic Universe.

I know that ain't who I think it is. So that's the reason why I say that I think they're leading up to a great crossover universe because you already have Mario doing his thing. I mean, I just covered the Mario trailer not too long ago as far as the Super Mario Galaxy movie official yoshi yoshi first look i cover that january 27th of this year of course but yeah mario you have sonic you already have piccatchew with this would detect a piccichu now all you need is a good

zeta movie and who else i don't know if they ever put out a kirby movie but basically you already have pomew you already have pomey you already have mario doing well in the movie landscape put them all together and what do you have a great opportunity to uh imitate and dare I say surpass the MCU as far as your popular IPs coming together for a movie now that's just me right but the Zelda live action I don't know if anybody's a co-signed in that because who in the world how's the live action Zelda going to be next to Sonic and Mario now riddle me that so anyways um if you don't know it's the third movie uh if I was to talk about like how much money you know I love the pocket watch over here hold up give me a second

How much money as Sonic movies made? You know, we love doing Mickey Research over here. No shame in my game. Okay, after that, you know, after that Mickey Research, safe to say I have the analytics right in front of me. So when it comes to the money made from the Sonic movies, it's garnered a whopping $1.2 billion worldwide at the box office. Sonic the Hedgehog in 2020 did 319 million.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 in 2022 did $405 million. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 with Shadow. Shout to Shadow did 492 million in 2024. Safe to say, approximately $1.2 billion worldwide. And of course, I only think Sonic the Hedgehog 4 is going to be even higher because now you have the whole cast. The pacing is phenomenal in all the movies. I'm a little biased. I saw the last one with Sonic.

But when it comes to Sonic the Hedgehog 4, I'm interested to see what they pull off because they do have some very, um, interesting power scaling dynamics to work out. I know what you're saying.
