This 18-track double-disc project (For Better + For Worse) closes the chapter that began with 2019’s game-changing Over It and 2021’s record-shattering Still Over It (#1 Billboard 200 debut). Packed with heavy-hitting features from Brent Faiyaz, Chris Brown, 21 Savage, Latto, Bryson Tiller, GloRilla, Sexyy Red, Anderson .Paak, Mariah The Scientist, Teddy Swims, and more, the album blends sensual R&B, raw confessionals, and empowered anthems centered on closure, self-love, and liberation. Analytic Dreamz breaks down the viral wedding-themed rollout (Anna Nicole-inspired cover, sugar daddy satire, Jennifer Hudson spirit tunnel, Atlanta dump truck activation, lie detector promo, and wedding seating chart reveals), track-by-track themes, production highlights (Nineteen85, Bryan-Michael Cox, The-Dream, Terrace Martin), and why Finally Over It is poised to be Summer Walker’s most confident, theatrical, and culturally defining statement yet.Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Starting point is 00:00:00 Getting into the final part of my respectful Summer Walker coverage. But then you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn. We have to get my first week sales projections because of course if you follow me on TikTok, safe to say, you boy went viral just a little bit as far as correctly predicting Cardi B's first week sales. Because of course, over here at notorious mass effect, we definitely cover all the artists that notoriously affect the masses. It's safe to say Summer Walker is definitely in that category as back in 2021 when she put out still over it it debuted at number one on billboard 200 with 166 000 first week so
Starting point is 00:00:42 that being said the main thing i want to say about her marketing strategy is it's very immaculent it's to the point where i believe she could crack 200 000 now i'm not saying she's on the level of carty b because you already know how chart data came out and was like oh no carty b sold 199.5 000 like you know just to not give it at 200,000 metric. In the current landscape of music, R&B is booming. It used to be the flip side. Hip-hop was booming. R&B wasn't selling as much as far as the charts being considered.
Starting point is 00:01:17 But, of course, because I cover the charts, I always have to reiterate that just because you sell a lot does not mean you make the highest quality. And just because you don't sell, does not mean you're making the straight-up atrocious garbage that some people may think it is. So anyways, as far as Summer Walker, it seems like her objective and engagement is on the same level as people are over the roof when it comes over to well they're basically the expectations are through the roof I say over the roof when it comes to summer walker's album but when it comes to the actual objective engagement
Starting point is 00:01:54 a lot of people say that summer walker puts out some of the greatest r&B music and it may just be because of her personal life. Now I'm not going to get too deep into it because I said this is respectful. Summer Walker coverage. But what I will say is sometimes as a musician, you have to struggle to put out great music. And by struggle, I mean in your personal life,
Starting point is 00:02:13 I mean horrendously. Sometimes you got to be down bad to the point where you make a game titled Wackman and title it after Pac-Man basically dodging the guys that broke your heart. You guys. See, that's the problem And for my people over at Analytic Dreams video on Spotify
Starting point is 00:02:32 I say I'm playing the actual footage On the video game This is a real thing, ladies and gentlemen The reason why I keep saying Her marketing team is doing a phenomenal job So anyways, I do believe She's going to sell more than still over it As far as when she debuted
Starting point is 00:02:46 With 166,000 first week I think she's going to do more than that How much more? I believe her marketing strategy is so potent right now that I wouldn't be surprised if she does between 190 and 210. Now, I know that's even in the range of Cardi B. You got to look at the landscape back what I was saying. As far as R&B booming, hip hop not so much.
Starting point is 00:03:09 And I do believe Cardi B had one of the greater outings as far as hip hop being considered. Because even to this day, you know, to sound like Deonti Wilder, even to this day, when you look at the charts, Cardi B is still hanging on. I'm not going to say about thread because of course, you know, that'll be disrespectful. As you look at her album and I believe Cardi B currently has, yeah, Cardi B currently has the 10th most played, no, no, no, the 8th most played album in the world. Last week she was 10. This week, she's 8.
Starting point is 00:03:45 So when you look at her singles, her singles are still holding on, I believe. Yeah, her most popular track is safe. and then guess who is featuring? An R&B artist is up for a Grammy named Kalani. It's the 59th most play track in the world. So R&B is on the rise. I believe R&B is in a boom right now. Maybe we're getting into the land of R&B being more engaged with
Starting point is 00:04:09 and hip-hop faltering because, of course, no rap songs was in the top 40 on Billboard for the first time since like 1993. So when it comes to, and I cover that back on October 31st of this year, It was no rap songs in the Billboard top 40 for first time in 35 years. So, safe to say, that R&B is not having that problem at all, as Leon Thomas is putting up numbers with the best of him. As his track, Mutt is still to this day, the eighth most played track in the world. And then guess who's right above him? Kalani would fold it, which is the seventh most played track in the world.
Starting point is 00:04:45 I'm going to go out on a limb that Summer Walker with her 18 tracks in 55 minutes and length as far as her album that's out now on DSPs title finally over it will have at least one of those one of those 18 tracks will be in the top 10 i know that's a hot take well not really but you know because you know after i explain everything i don't think it's as much of a hot take but i do believe she's going to do around 190 to 210 as far as thousand and uh in her debut as far as finally over it but what do you all have to say about herself do you think she's going to sell a lot or do you think she's going to flop horrendously which is definitely not going to happen so With that being said, click my link to you in my bio.
Starting point is 00:05:24 Let me know one of my social medias. What do you think about Summer Walker? Her album finally over it. Out now in all DSPs. And do you believe that Summer Walker could debut higher than Cardi did? Well, her album selling over $200,000 first week.
