Starting point is 00:00:03 Now, of course, analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio, because guess what? When it comes to marketing purposes, we have to showcase the video of Tate McCray and her specific video for the track horseshoe. Now, of course, this isn't the full video. This is just her Instagram promo for the video for horseshoe. But, you know, for all intents and purposes, I probably realize why I'm promoting analytic dream video. So that being said, with that out the way, safe to say, February 22nd when so close to what came out by tape McCray, well actually February 24th, 2025, went so close to what came out by tape McCray, it ended up doing a whopping 177,000 first week.
Starting point is 00:00:51 And then of course this marked her biggest debut ever since her previous album, Think Later in 2023 that did 111,000 first week. So with that being said, Tay McCrae putting out a deluxe edition for this particular album that just came out this past Friday, as no, shouldn't be a surprise to any of her fans because of any of her fans, because of course they supported Tate McCray to the ultimate stature that you want your supporting fan base to engage with your music. So to thank them, she just put out a deluxe edition this past Friday, adds five additional tracks.
Starting point is 00:01:29 you have trying on shoes you have anything but love horseshoe and then of course um nobody's girl and the previously released hit tit for tat so now that you look at that in specific uh specifically the charts when you look at the best performing tracks from the deluxe edition it seems like future chart predictions dated for december 6 nobody's girl is slated to be the 27th most played track in the world now that's a huge accomplishment especially for somebody who's had immense longevity in the year of 2025 putting out an album in February and still the original so close for what is still the 22nd most play album in the world and then you have tiff
Starting point is 00:02:19 for tat as of right now tip for tat and what I want the only tracks from Tate McCray on the charts but it seems as if her deluxe edition most of the tracks is gonna make the specific top of 100 as you have nobody's girl which is the 27th most played track in the world i will slate it to be the 27th most play track in the world and you have anything but love slated to be the 30 third most play track in the world and once again it's the future these are future chart predictions slated for December 6 so you have to keep that mind it could be a little lower it could be a little higher but usually it's on the nose as far as the different sources that you use for these future chart predictions so now when you look at that in totality
Starting point is 00:02:59 Tate McCray has had a phenomenal 2025 as as she just receives her first ever Grammy nomination for her track. Just Keep Watching in the category of Best Dance Pop. And then Just Keep Watching also was a phenomenal track in itself from an engagement of stature. As when it comes to it peaking at number 33 on Billboard Hot 100 and then it also being featured on the F1 movie soundtrack, which we even touched on. the f1 soundtrack when we talked about don tolliver and doja cat as far as their particular track lose my mind from the f1 movie so when you look at that in the year of 2025 safe to say tay mccray has had immense success and it doesn't seem like it's stopping anytime soon as she's now promoting the video for her horseshoe as you can see right now you know as far as all intents and purposes
Starting point is 00:03:55 you know for marketing purposes only isn't that what they be saying so anyways i With that being so, another thing I just want to get at, especially with the deluxe edition, is Tate McCrae's interesting involvement with the killer Rory. Now, I had to bring it up because you know over here at notorious mass effect, we really focus on the gaming and music IPs that notoriously affect the masses, but sometimes the muse is a significant other. So safe to say with Tate McCray and the kid Leroy, I would go out on the limb and say they may or may not be taking certain jabs at each other, as when I first covered Tate McRoy.
Starting point is 00:04:29 McCray. It was a it was the specific track Tiff for Tapp and how I talked about it being a interesting Kilderoy disc as I believe that track came out around October maybe a little bit before October and essentially the Killed Roy had a specific track of seemingly targeting Tate McCray and then Tate McCray responded with Tiff for tat which you know pun intended as far as the actual name. So Tate McCray and the Kail Leroy's back and forth is an interesting one if you was wanting to dive into it but me as a non-drama-centric podcast i'm just going to let you know that you know you do of that information what you will if you want to go down that rabbit hole but i'll be definitely remiss not to bring it up because i think that added to the ultimate popularity
Starting point is 00:05:16 of tip for tech because you all know especially if you've uh listening to hip-hop that dis tracks definitely perform better 80% of the time as far as regular tracks people people like drama this tracks are nothing but drama so uh with that being said i just wanted to cover the deluxe edition i would assume the deluxe edition seemingly uh as far as the only five tracks additional and one of them has already been out so really it's only four tracks so you have trying on shoes anything but love nobody's girl and then horseshoe and it seems like anything but love and nobody's girl is the most popular out of the four pack currently for the deluxe edition and then tip for tack came out before the deluxe edition but it came out after the original
Starting point is 00:06:02 so close to what and that was already performing well so tay mccray's audience is definitely supporting her to the utmost and what we would just have to see what and how the deluxe edition for taint mccray so close to what performs in the future so with that being said click my link in my bio let me know in one of my social medias what do you think about take mccray so close to what deluxe edition and what is your favorite additional track.
