Tonight, all of these lives converge here, the mosaics of laughter and cocktails of tears.
You guys.
Where fraternal souls sing identical songs.
And it's beautiful.
And it's rapturous, period.
It is frightening.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
I'm like, Tim, look at the state of hip hop.
Like, what's going on?
I can't tell you.
how proud I am to share this with you, comma.
An album that just feels so right.
A forever thank you goes out to my mentors and friends, Max and Shelback, which side note,
before we get back into Taylor Swift's, you know, poetic note announcing that her album is out.
As far as Max, Martin, and Shelbach, when she reunited with them, if you didn't know why,
they were the producers of her hits blank space shake it off and i knew you were trouble and
22 so these are not just random names she's throwing out there they had a very um substantial part
in a important part in her career anyways back to a big t's poetic note if you thought the big show
was wild comma perhaps you should come and take a look
behind the curtain.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
I was like, 10.
The life of a show girl
is out now.
Now, ladies and gentlemen,
those are just some poetic words
by the one and only Taylor Swift.
And before you accuse me a glazing, right?
I will let you know.
That I have been talking about Taylor Swift
and breaking her and breaking down
her career as far as
the lifespan of this podcast
in its entirety. So I've all
always had Taylor Swift towards the top of my focal points because of me wanting to get into
the notorious mass effect of music and gaming, which is why when you look at the overall banner,
safe to say, there's a certain somebody up there. So when it comes to Taylor Swift being on my
banner, I usually focus on hip hop and R&B. When I start to venture out and talk about other
genres. Taylor Swift was one of the first people I wanted to put up on my banner just to showcase
how I do talk about a lot of different genres and one of them. Hold on put that, put that banner back up.
Analytic Dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio all the way to the top right
as you can see, Bad Bunny was the one who was chosen for the Super Bowl performance. So you know,
whenever I look at certain things as far as the notorious mass effect, I use objective metrics
because I don't want to add any subjective, subjective personal opinions.
to who I think is the biggest in the game.
Because just because you're the biggest,
it's not mean you're making the best product
and just because you're not,
and just because you don't sell as much,
does not mean you're making the absolute worst product.
The two do not correlate.
So now, getting into Taylor Swift
and her releasing her album,
The Life of a Showgirl,
and an already breaking monumental records
as far as the fate of Ophelia,
which is the first record,
off of the life of a showgirl
which is 12 tracks in length
and 41 minutes in
runtime
the fate of old phylia
which is the first track off of that album
has broken the record
for the most streamed song
in the single day
in Spotify history
so now
we're looking at Taylor Swift
and noticing
how time and time again
she ends up just breaking
the barriers and setting the bar as far as engagement for a musician and safe to say that a lot of people may be upset
well not a lot but you know a good amount as far as you know in the music space may be upset by me
comparing her to michael jackson but as far as the exposure as far as the engagement
and the advancement of the internet so people who saw michael on tv or whatever it was very
spirits of the moment like it was either catching them on tv or in person at an event the internet has
made it to where these people are so accessible that they don't seem as large as larger than life
like the people who came before the internet uh was perceived hopefully that makes sense now that we
have all these different outlets to capture different glimpses of taylor swift and we see at 24-7
whenever we want to it kind of takes away the mistake
steak but she still is out here selling out arenas stadium she's still out here
turn it down to super bowl so i had to be petty right quick you guys right if you don't know she
turned down the super bowl like for the second year in a row but it's okay you know she wanted like
majority ownership of the rights to the performance and NFL wasn't going for that and taylor
swift was like hey guess what we didn't don't have me so anyways um so taylor swift on the concert level
That's one of the things I wanted to break down because of course one of the things that stood out to me is she's doing another theatrical release for the life of a showgirl and it's projected to do 25 to 30 million as far as in its opening weekend.
And this would be interestingly enough on point because of course when the Taylor Swift, the heiress tour came out in 2023, it garnered 261 million global.
and it was one of the biggest record-breaking concert films of all time so now when you look at her box office accomplishment as far as the most previous example 2023 safe to say that following up the taylor's that following up the taylor swift errors tour theatrical release with the life of a showgirl and it's already projected to do 25 to 30 million opening weekend safe to say she's going to have the same amount of impact
in the movie theaters like she has in music, which is a crazy testament to your fan base that
they're willing to support and purchase any and everything that you put out as far as a product.
Because I do believe it's high quality personally, but that's more subjective.
Obviously, when it comes to her fan base, it's not, you know, because they support it so much
to the point where they have to love it. Like they really enjoy everything that Taylor Swift
puts out. So that's the main thing I wanted to talk about. I wanted to dive into different
statistical accomplishments and the rarity as far as the statistical achievements that Taylor Swift puts up on
the board.
It's not a lot of artists that can even do a tenth of what Taylor Swift does.
Y'all going to say I'm glazing, but hey, you know, over here in a notorious mass
effect, we focus on artists who, pun intended, notoriously affect the masses.
And it's safe to say Taylor Swift is.
the biggest artist who's out here affecting the masses so with that being said click my link to
my bio let me know one of my social medias what do you think about taylor swift notoriously
affecting the masses at the largest scale as far as a musician and musically what is your favorite
track off of the album the life of a showgirl
