I mean, I think we just trust all of us to do our roles. You know what I'm saying? So we really don't, I really don't think we argue much at all, honestly. Like, you know, Ben, he does the audio, he does the costumes, Desmond does the CGI, you know, Dillon, always one of the main actors. Aff does all the camera work to edit in. I write the videos and edit with AF as well. So we really just stick to our roles and it works out perfectly.

Okay, so you all have a role, you all, we all work together perfectly as a team. Yeah, we're friends. We're real friends. Like, you know, we're really successful. So, well, me and this since forever, but. He just got a little cousin. He's going to be so good.

Looking back on your journey, what do you think is the most valuable lesson you've learned? The most valuable lesson, I'd say, is to be okay, to experiment with stuff. Throwing stuff at the wall, figuring out what sticks, and not being like, don't let things catch you up. Like, if it don't work, move on to the next meeting. Um.

The most important thing, I feel like I'm just listening skills. I know growing up, I don't know if my mom's in the crowd right now, she knows that my listening skills was not great. But now it's like, now that I'm focusing it on listening to other people, I feel like that's a great tool to have, especially for like content creation. So in the team, obviously. I think for content, creators and just people in general out there.

There's a lot of big wins in your journey, but sometimes there's like the small ones that you don't look at. What do you think are those small successes that RDC has had that you don't talk about as much or enough? That's right. That is a good one.

For that podcast video. I would say figuring out like how to delegate tasks when it comes to getting clips or something. Like that's like a something I didn't think would be really important. but aided like being crucial to you know get content at the right time and figuring out who the best person is that yeah I'd add on to that too like I think I'm just realizing right now I was thinking about as like some of the small successes that we have that we just overlook a lot is just like like whatever does we learn how to do CGI that was something that's in the background but now it's like dang like he learned that that's a success that's crucial or when

a half this needs a new equipment or they learn how to do sound like all these things happening that we kind of are like okay who are really successful in my eyes because they didn't know how to do it before. Very good. And John Liff had to do a convention. Like we trust you. John Wollardtrian and stuff out there who, you know, want to, you know, be the next RDC or build something like DreamCon. What's a good? Like, don't, don't know.

I feel like going down the route being the next, anything, isn't a good route. I feel like you should be the best your version. before a dream con vlog we got to ddg's drama with haley but hey that man makes engagement or that man makes an event anywhere he go because even at dream con he was causing a kerfuffle so anyways yes i just i just said kerfuffle hopefully you're okay with that um ddg and haley let's just say they had a lot of battling it out they was battling it out in the courtroom and now as far as public perception they're definitely battling it out and i definitely uh went over that in totality as uh the dg and haley stuff i covered haley side and i cover ddg side so y'all can't say i'm picking size right and of course was me giving you the entire DreamCon vlog in one episode. So that's why this episode took so long to get out.

Let's just say vlogs like that. Like when it comes to me in this podcast, going to DreamCon was definitely a great experience. But on the flip side, I can see why content created just sit in the house and just cover certain things. Because let me just say, covering that from right here

and covering that in person, y'all get a much grandiose experience but as far as me it's definitely a huge burden especially going to these different conventions and stuff because now you have to catch up on gaming news, music news, flights, traveling

as far as well I wasn't even fly I was driving so you know next time I'm definitely flying I don't even know why I even flew in the first I don't even know why I drove in the first place I should just flew I mean I'm thinking in my head I'm like people people out here catching flights and you out here

driving for 12 hours like you know what I'm saying come on now but then you know what I'm saying I was like damn look at the state of hip hop like what's going on I was like dan look at the state of analytic dreams decision making like what it's going on so anyways yeah I should definitely flew uh so I think next year I'm definitely going again but um next year I'm definitely flying and I think I probably have a lot more of a different perception as far as time consumed because I'm always like a stickler for time I'll be having my days months years planned out so um with that being said the full vlog um let me know your favorite part of the vlog definitely in the comment section and uh definitely make sure to follow me on my social medias but of course before we end this episode 149
