Starting point is 00:00:32 What's going on on internet, analytic here, aka Dreams? And I would like to welcome you to mine, which are called the notorious mass effect podcast. I am your gaming and music news source diving deep. Into both industries with data-driven analysis to give you a clearer understanding of both cultures. And with that being said, you already know that I have to give you a life update. Well, I don't have to. You know, I feel obliged because of course, not only did we just surpass 17 million downloads, but we are over halfway to 18 million total downloads.
Starting point is 00:01:13 So as far as a little update, safe to say, the main thing I was wanting to let y'all in on, well, not let y'all in on, because there's some things I do need to actually let y'all in on. But as far as one of the tidbits I was wanting to get into for the intro, safe to say, Enemy Plus has been doing phenomenal. I want to say salute to all my subscribers out there I definitely appreciate each and every one of y'all and if you don't know
Starting point is 00:01:37 when it comes to enemy plus just know that is a plethora of things you can look forward to if you decide to support your boy and subscribe as you have the fitness edition which I'm calling Anna
Starting point is 00:01:49 I'm calling the biggest loser analytic dreams edition because if you don't know you know your boy has a little collegiate athletic resume you know none too crazy so as far as my workout routine. I'm definitely taking it serious. And let's just say it's been more enhanced as time has
Starting point is 00:02:06 went on, right? So that been said, also what you can look forward to is the trash rapper, you know what I'm saying? Shepard. No, I got to let them know because the trash rapper extorted me. He said, if you don't put me on Enemy Plus, I'm not no snitch, but he said he was going to do unthinkable things. So, you know, the trash rapper out here putting his musical projects on NME Plus as well. And then, you know, he already have. Houston in the tuck. New York in the tuck. I'm probably don't know what I'm referring to.
Starting point is 00:02:37 I was just, you know, my first full year having a camera and I already took you to the finest places and also the finest VR establishment. To be clearer, what I'm saying is, Houston, for last year we went to DreamCon, and that was phenomenal. Shout to everybody who supported that content. Then we went to New York as far as not only New York Comic-Con,
Starting point is 00:03:00 but your boy was invited to Invincible versus to try out one of the early characters before it was actually released. Shepard. Mm-hmm. Just look at the state of gaming. I was looking at it. What is going on? So as far as what's going on, it's safe to say there's a lot on NME Plus. And that's not it, ladies and gentlemen, don't forget that we have a whole gameplay walkthrough going right now for Mass Effect Legendary Edition.
Starting point is 00:03:26 And if you was wondering what you can look forward to, as far as the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. This is one of the latest clips that, you know, people seem to enjoy. As far as on my different social media platforms, I appreciate each and every one of y'all on whatever social media platform you engage with my clips on. But as far as this one's in specific, let's just play it right here.
Starting point is 00:03:50 This is definitely what you can look forward to as far as the notorious Mass Effect. Well, not the notorious. The Mass Effect Legendary Edition gameplay walkthrough. This is what you can look forward to. Right. here. Oh, El-Tek guy. You guys. See, that's the problem.
Starting point is 00:04:09 I actually don't have to clip. Isn't that, isn't that fantastic? I don't have to clip. I don't have to clip. I don't have to clip it all. I have to pull it up. Actually, I should just went to my YouTube where a person was, where like people was commenting. But I think I have it right here. You know, I have so many files. It takes so long to load. You don't know I have a gigabit. You know what I'm saying? I don't like to throw that in your face too much. But you know, I got to let you know what it is. Alright, so without further ado, this is you can look forward to you to. in the other edition of the NME Plus. Just look at the state of gaming. I'm looking at it.
Starting point is 00:04:47 What is going on? The state of gaming is you ain't sent me. I'm running back one more time. Just look at the state of gaming. I'm looking at it. What is going on? The state of gaming is you ain't sending me an email or nothing. No type of contact whatsoever.
Starting point is 00:04:57 No type of contact. Crazy. That's cool though. We can't check that right now. Dang. I can pull it right up on Lee. I be like, hey, what's up with all that stuff? You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:05:05 What's up of all that non checking in? That man, upset. Your boy got brought back to life. Big Shepherd, big ass not the little. You don't want to contact me? You remember the Shadowbroker. With the data you got me, I may be able to find information cachets from his agents. You know, I was thinking about it.
Starting point is 00:05:22 Whole time, Miranda's right there looking at me, Kissed Lear. What's crazy. She kissed me. You know, she came on to me. You sold me out. So this whole time you were saying he wasn't going to sell you out. He sold you out. I got rubbing in because nobody won't listen to Shepherd when he talked.
Starting point is 00:05:39 Don't know why I want to listen to Shepherd, bro. I'll tell you I was going to happen. Talk to him. Yeah, like, oh my goodness, I can't believe he sold me out. Baddied Unite. I just, imagine that be my catchphrase. Hey, Captain America, you know what I'm saying? He got Avengers a symbol.
Starting point is 00:05:52 Shepherd, you know what I'm saying? Bad is Unite. All right, my fault. Let's get back to it. They haven't trusted anyone enough for that, though, except, well, no quarians. You know what I mean. Ah, there we go.
Starting point is 00:06:07 You know, the more I played this game, I just had a realization. that this is like the ultimate love video game. Like just love triangles is all over the place. All the time, Garris is not pursuing Talley because she's still in love with me. Oh, my fault. I'll just want to tell it like it like it is.
Starting point is 00:06:28 I'd be feeling like I keep it eight more than 92. I appreciate the thought, Talley, and I feel the same way. But you don't have to prove anything to me. I agree. It's not about what I want. It's about what's right for her. The less she knows about me.
Starting point is 00:06:39 the better she's got a family a life i'll just complicate that for her and that was be weirded you even want to say hi to your sister Miranda don't ask me to do nothing else all right so that's what you can look forward to as far as a mass effect legendary edition nothing too crazy you know what I'm saying so of course when it comes to that that is the other installment you can look forward to as far as the total package pause of enemy plus so um with that out the way the main thing is I definitely want to bring my beat back whenever I got a chance yeah there we go W tech guy you know what I'm saying anyways back to all saying so that's we can look forward to on NME plus
Starting point is 00:07:23 you can just go to analytic dreams video on Spotify and they will have the option to subscribe on NME plus so that's total package once again to sum it all up we have or you know at the very top of my link tree we're not the top the second link on my link tree also has the link to enemy plus but which you can look forward to is vlogs uh massive fake legendary edition gameplay walkthrough, you know, of course the trash rapper comes on, gives his like Expedition 33 GTA type bars, you know, hey, he extorted me. You know what I'm saying? That's all I can say. And of course, last but definitely not least, it's the fitness and the fitness blueprint. And, you know, just health and wellness blueprint that I'm calling the biggest loser,
Starting point is 00:08:02 analytic dreams edition. So with that out the way, because I just realized that I don't really plug Enemy Plus a lot on just the episode. I usually do it like sporadically throughout like my streams and stuff so what that means I definitely want to get that in there for this episode so of course you already know what you're seeing on your screen right now and if you don't just know that
Starting point is 00:08:23 notorious Mass Effect episode 157 is titled is ASAV Rocky bringing a new wave to hip hop but then you know what I'm saying I was like damn look at the state of hip hop like what's going on so of course we're going to dive into that expeditiously but also ladies and gentlemen I have another announcement.
Starting point is 00:08:44 As when it comes to notorious mass effect, safe to say we've made such a notorious master fake, pun intended, that you know, certain companies reached down the past
Starting point is 00:08:55 that's just put like that. You know, we've been negotiating, and let's just say your boy may be officially, not may, it's set in stone
Starting point is 00:09:03 had a whole contrary. Your boy is officially a voice actor, yep. So as far as the professional voice acting route were definitely on the road to become that because right now we've been doing voice acting for quite some time I think for the past like month or two so I was just waiting to announce that officially you know make sure it was setting stone as far as the contract
Starting point is 00:09:30 and yeah it's going phenomenal so you know it's I can't wait for y'all to see it and I can't wait for you all to hear it I don't know when the release or the promo is going to start but can't really tell you out too much about it but just know the voice acting deal has been solidified and I'm very excited for y'all to see what I'm involved in because I can't give y'all any hints. Shepard. No, I say I can't give them any hints. Shepard.
Starting point is 00:09:56 But, you know, as far as the notorious mass effect in Amazon, I wonder what type of show I could be voice acting for. Shepard. Just look at the state of gaming. Like, what is going on? I can't put my finger on it. Anyways, but that means this. super excited for that but also don't forget well not don't forget my other announcement i am
Starting point is 00:10:23 currently in the process of creating certain um i got to be vague with this too i'm creating a certain animated figure i think that's vague enough and let's just say it's a deal that may or may not involve streaming yeah let's just leave it at that let's leave it at that so those are the two announcements. And I am not going to lot. Both of those are definitely going to have a very influential way and things that I've already been interested in, especially with the voice acting deal, dream come true. And then of course, the upcoming deal that may or may not involve streaming, let's just say, you know, your boys out here working, you know what I'm saying? Anyways, getting back into this cover. And once again, you know, make sure to follow me on my social media
Starting point is 00:11:08 so you could be up the day about the latest announcements. But that being said, you know, getting into what we cover all the time as far as the latest gaming and music news. Safe to say, I ran into a conundrum, ladies and gentlemen. I know that ain't who I think it is. As you know, as a Hall of Fame, Drake fan, safe to say, ASEB Rockie,
Starting point is 00:11:28 gracing the cover of the music sector of the episode. I know that ain't who I think it is. Yeah, I probably think it to yourself. Where's Jermaine? Well, ladies and gentlemen, I will tell you. Another development. I don't know if I could say that, but basically, as far as the package, right, of music and gaming, I may have to start calling these episodes chapters.
Starting point is 00:11:53 Let me just put it like that. So basically, as far as this chapter for January, I do believe ASEP Rocky definitely deserved to be on the cover. And also, Don Tulliver did as well. But of course, because Aysb Rocky is with Rihanna, I had to take the opportunity to put Rihanna on the cover because what other opportunity was. what I have. I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on? So in all honestly, as far as the month of January,
Starting point is 00:12:20 it was really between Rocky and Don't Oliver, not Germain. Because if you look at it, Germain dropped the first Friday of February, I believe. So it's not like he was even eligible for the January slot. Because the reason why I take these slots so serious is because of the development I was kind of talking, hinting towards as far as calling this a chapter. So I'm going to leave it at that.
Starting point is 00:12:42 But, um, so yeah, I was actually looking at the real. state let me see so yeah i came out this past friday and if you're watching in the future specifically it was um january no i'm trippie uh february 6 so anyways uh so that is the update on the cover you know i did say because the first cover remember uh that i had a did you know last cover i had a different genre i had peso pluma and tito double p yeah i believe for the cover and i basically said that hip-hop's gonna have to earn the slot for the cover for the music cover because we do cover the entire music industry. So if hip hop is performing like it did last year, safe to say, hey, just because I'm more infatuated with hip hop, I got to be fair to the rest of the music
Starting point is 00:13:26 field. So Paiso Pluma, Tito Double Pee did grace the music cover for last episode, but especially going forward, you're going to have to really have a notorious mass effect to end up on the cover of the music sector, music side of the episode. I do believe A. S. S. S. Rocky did that, you know. So with that being said, let's get into the actual rundown of the show. You know, with all the announcements out of the way, which, you know, let's just say, when I say your boy is working, I think y'all will be proud of me as far as some of the theaters is coming into fruition. So, I'm proud, you know, it's always a blessing to be able to do this for a living,
Starting point is 00:14:02 and I never take it for granted. So that means saying, getting into the rundown of the show for episode 157, safe to say, A'sa Raki, and High Guard is something we are going to be getting into. I don't know if you, I don't know if y'all notice. but you know there's certain uh you know those emojis you know on my hand disappears but basically there's emojis on these faces for a reason it's not the greatest development for high guard so it's not for a positive reason but they did make a notorious mass effect it was just all it was all for the wrong reasons man you guys it's crazy see that's the problem so anyways we are going to start up hot
Starting point is 00:14:34 pause with ASAP rocky coverage and then of course i'm getting to my bruno morris coverage as we talked about uh his single that is currently one of the best performance tracks in the world. Actually, number two, I do believe. Let me see if I can pull that up right quick. So I think it is number two. Let me see. So yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:58 Actually, it's not, I feel a little bit. So currently it's the six most played track as far as I just might with Bruno Mars. We've covered that. We're also going to get into NBA Young Boy as far as his recent success. And I'm skipping around a little bit, but towards the end of this episode, we will be getting into NBA young boy and his beef with Kaisen that that all started over. So what's funny now? What are we laughing at now?
Starting point is 00:15:22 You know, there was all, you know, Gigi was just trying to find out. So what's funny now? What are we laughing at now? It's safe to say, I usually don't cover drama, but, you know, it was just involving, well, it was involving one of the most notorious rappers as of right now. And, of course, he just put out an album. So I was like, you know what? Let me throw that topic on there as well.
Starting point is 00:15:42 So we are going to cover that, Kaisenet and NBA Young Boy Beef, quote unquote, later this episode in the Beef Sector. But for the music portion, we will dive into his latest album that just came out titled Slime Cry. And I think that did well. I don't think it did terrible,
Starting point is 00:15:56 but it definitely didn't do, yeah, like, it's the 10th most played project right now. I think it's been out for like two weeks. So not the greatest standing, but, you know, it's still not bad. We compare NBA Young Boy to superstars. And, you don't really think the numbers reflect what his actual influences, especially once you saw him or see him on tour, you really saw
Starting point is 00:16:17 his notorious mass of faith. So anyways, then we're going to get into a lot of Jermaine coverage, his birthday mixtape. I am going to dive into the, I'm going to put the album coverage also on this episode. And then we will be getting into XO because like I said, I do like to expand the genres. And for the genre, I mean, for the episode, I usually try to keep it hip-hop and R&B centric with maybe some pop, but I want to broaden it slowly but surely. So we are going to get into Exo, which is a K-pop group. And basically they have this specific music video for this track Crown
Starting point is 00:16:49 that's doing phenomenal in all type of regions right now. So we're going to cover that as far as the K-pop area. And, you know, if the Gramm is not going to do it, your boy dreams is going to put respect on Exo. And then also, we are going to get into Don Tolliver because he also had a notorious mass effect. And as of right now, ladies and gentlemen, he has the most played album in the world selling a whopping 156,000.
Starting point is 00:17:12 and first week sales. So Don Tolliver making a notorious mass effect is basically why he was up for being on the music side of the cover. But hey, you know, I guess it pays to have a, you know, a beautiful wife. You know what I'm saying? So, and, you know, A'sab Rocky did have pretty solid numbers when he came out, his first weekend. He had the most play album.
Starting point is 00:17:40 And of course, currently he has the 11th most play album. So he didn't drop too far. But anyways, um, so when you look at, you know, you know, That's what we're talking about for episode 157. Then we're going to dive into a little industry news about little. I mean, hey, we get into some stuff. When I tell you, when I tell you the world is finally realizing the effects of AI. Shepard, just look at the state of gaming.
Starting point is 00:18:04 Like, what is going on? But for the industry news, we do officially start off with e-sports 2026 and we dive into that when it's actually happening, why is such a big deal. the $75 million prize pool, $75 million. So huge event, especially in the gaming ecosystem. So we covered that. As far as the RAM prices, we're going to break that down like a kilo of Miley Cyrus. Because as far as the RAM prices are going up, safe to say what AI is currently doing
Starting point is 00:18:38 as far as making life more difficult from a monetary standpoint. Instead of easier is one of the most backwards, most back. I've ever seen in history. You guys. See that's the problem. So anyways, we're gonna get to RAM prices increasing and just the overall effect of AI on all the industries, but especially the gaming industry, especially if we, especially if you just want to make a PC or just really any part. Like it's gonna raise all the prices with it. It's gonna be it's gonna be interesting to see if people actually revolt against AI the way their prices are increasing.
Starting point is 00:19:09 And of course, we are gonna dive into Ubisoft as if you don't know when it comes to Ubisoft, They had a bunch of layoffs. So you already know in the year of 2026, we have to dive into every single layoff as if it's major in the gaming or music industry, we have to cover it because it's going to have some type of, it's going to have an effect on the foreseeable games and development studios. And we've already seen some of the effect, especially with the Ubisoft layoffs and the specific developers they laid off.
Starting point is 00:19:41 So anyways, that is it for the industry news. And then we're going to transition to game. where we get it to High Guard, which if you don't know, ladies and gentlemen, if you couldn't tell about the cover, it's not the happiest story for High Guard, man. It's actually, it may be one of the biggest flops in the year of 2026, and the year just got started. Shepard, just look at the state of gaming.
Starting point is 00:20:06 Like, what is going on? So as far as what's going on, it's safe to say High Guard is completely going through it. And I don't know if they'll be able to fix it any time soon, man. I know that ain't who I think of this. Well, they're trying. Shout to the developers. They're actually trying, but High Guard is really going through it right now.
Starting point is 00:20:20 Like, I haven't even seen worse PR ever for a game. You know, some is warranted, some is unwarranted, a lot is unwarranted. But overall, it's just a bad situation. So anyways, then we're going to get to PubG Battlegrounds and notorious Mass Effect Day at games behalf. We're going to get to Royal Match, which is, you know, me putting on respect on the mobile gamers, of course.
Starting point is 00:20:40 We're going to get to Animal Crossing, and of course, you know what I'm saying? We're going to get to Choo Choo Train. And no, that's not, I'm being serious. It's not a joke. We're going to get into Choo Choo Train because it was one of the most notorious Mass Effect games in the past month. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:20:58 We got to put some respect on the horror genre that involved a train as the main antagonist. I kid you not. So, man, let me play a drop because this is very fitting for this game. Shepherd. Hey. Just look at the state of gaming. I was looking at it.
Starting point is 00:21:15 What is going on? A spider train being the main antagonist. this for a horror game. I didn't see it all. I didn't see it all in the gaming industry. But of course, that is the total package of, oh, actually, I lied. I lied. So what's funny now? What are we laughing at now? I'm going to get into y'all favorite part of the episode, because this is why I put this at the end, honestly. I'm getting to your favorite portion of the episode. With shame on you if this is your favorite portion. But the drama portion, you already know, we have Curtis Jackson, aka 50 Cent, going insane.
Starting point is 00:21:48 on Sean Carter, aka J.Z. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on? And then, of course, we're going to dive into Chad versus Farrell. Apparently, the Neptunes had a monumental breakup in Chad once his Fettuccini. He keeps looking at Feral. I know that ain't who I think it is.
Starting point is 00:22:05 He keep looking at Feral, winning all these Grammys with the clips. I know that ain't who I think it is. He keep watching Farrell get all these type of Dr. Dre honorable awards at the Grammys. I know that ain't who I think it is. And he basically saying, And like, come on, bro. Throw me some fettuccini. I was one half of the Neptunes.
Starting point is 00:22:26 We were, together we made the Neptunes. Why you treat me like this? So we're going to dive into Chad versus Ferrell. And then last, but definitely not least, ladies and gentlemen. So what's funny now? I said last, but definitely not least, ladies and gentlemen. So what's funny now? What are we laughing at now?
Starting point is 00:22:42 We got to get into the most influential content creator in the world and his breakup. resulting in the beef with one of the biggest rappers in the world. I've never seen anything like it, man. I just don't like it, man. I just don't like it, bro. I just don't like covering drama. Go take care of your kids, man. So as far as covering drama, that is the entire portion of episode 157.
Starting point is 00:23:11 And you already know, we have to dive straight into the music and gaming IPs that's notoriously affected the masses and safe to say. Let's start with the albums. I don't know if I ever start with the albums or the singles first. But actually, I don't usually bring the whole website. Let's just take a screenshot so I can show you all. So let me bring this right here. I think I can zoom.
Starting point is 00:23:32 Nah, I think. I know I can zoom in. Is that too? Oh, you know, I'm 26 going on 80. This is, there we go. I think I got it all. Hopefully. Y'all pray for me now.
Starting point is 00:23:42 All right, here we go. All right, so let's get into the gaming and music IP is currently notoriously affecting the masses. That's a little blurry, but, um, Actually, it is a lot blurred. Hold up. Let me, let me just do it by five. Actually, I should be a, oh, I'm tripping. I could get a little closer.
Starting point is 00:23:58 Okay, here we go. Like I said, I am 20, you know, I am 26 going on 80. So you can, you know, give me some grace now. Give me some grace. You feel me? All right, here we go. Mm-hmm. We got you just like that.
Starting point is 00:24:09 You don't even take that long. All right, it should be clear. All right, that's as clear as it's gonna get. If you don't think that's clear enough. Woo-D-D-Doo. I said if you don't think that's clear enough. And we beat these folks. What do you do?
Starting point is 00:24:20 We beat them. We go forward. All right. So that being said, let's start off for the market share. So as you can see right here, UMG has a whopping 50% in market share. Warner has 26%,
Starting point is 00:24:30 Sony has 22% and others, which is independent acts and small subsidiaries. Not small subsidiaries, small labels. They have a whopping 2%. Now, you know, maybe I should stop saying whopping. Because I don't want independent acts thinking like I hate them or I'm trying to take a dig at them. 2%.
Starting point is 00:24:46 It's hard to do. This should show you the levels of gamble that comes with being an independent act. I'm not saying it's not possible. I'm just showing you the objective facts as far as what's dominating the world and who they're assigned to, right? I'm not saying it's impossible being an independent act once again. I'm just saying these are the actual analytics. Anyways, shout to Don Tolliver, you know what I'm saying? We had ASEP Rocky, then we had Don Tolliver, then we have Jermaine, and then we may have...
Starting point is 00:25:18 Is it okay, I got my dope on me? Dang, is that a Drake drop? Is it okay? I got my dope on me? I didn't mean to play that. Let's just say hip hop is in a great place, and we're going to have a lot more number ones coming up soon. So anyways, Don Tolliver, number one with Octane,
Starting point is 00:25:34 and he sold a whopping $156,000 first week. That is insane. Anyways, I just wanted to start with Don Tolliver because, you know, that was a monumental accomplishment. At number 10, I guess I should have included number 11. Well, I'm just going to tell you all. At number 11 was Azeb Ryan. The only reason I said that is because you know right here he's on the cover of the music side of the episode
Starting point is 00:25:57 So I was like you know might as well tell y'all what his album is currently at but it did go number one when the first debut so you know that's a that's an accomplishment so I'm amy a young boy Slime cry is currently the 10th most play album in the world Cizzer let me see if I can make this bigger SOS is currently the ninth most play album in the world you have Zach Bryan with heaven well actually not Hold up now. Hold up now. Y'all gonna put some respect on SZA's name, talking about,
Starting point is 00:26:31 oh, Kendrick could have did stadium tours by himself. I want you all to know something. Y'all don't see Kendrick album anywhere on here, right? Y'all going to be like, dang, this is a random Kendrick straight, but it's really not. SOS came out December 9th, 2022. Ladies and gentlemen, it is 2026. I'm not going to lie to you.
Starting point is 00:26:48 I don't know if Siza just didn't come out and this, an R&B popular act or something, but the kudos for Siza is as well underestimated and underdelivered as far as I know she just won't record of the year but when it comes to the actual music of SOS and how people should hold that in high regard really a modern day R&B classic I think it's very um
Starting point is 00:27:16 I just think Siza don't get enough flowers I ain't gonna cap to you man you guys I ain't gonna cap to you see that's the problem so at least I'll be here to give it a flowers an album that came out of 2022 is still in the top 10. Think about that. It's crazy.
Starting point is 00:27:32 Anyways, Zach Bryan with Heaven on top is at number eight as far as the most played project. Noah Kahan with stick season is number seven. K-pop Dima Hunters is not going away anytime soon as the you know, the Grammys did put in a misrespect
Starting point is 00:27:45 on K-pop Dima hunters giving them the best song for visual media or no, best soundtrack for visual media. So well-deserved for them. You know what I'm saying? Even though I feel like they were snubbed and a lot of other categories, at least the Grammys gave them, you know, some type of win. Because for some reason, Grammys do not like to acknowledge K-pop.
Starting point is 00:28:03 I'm really trying to get to the bottom of that. But anyways, Taylor Swift, The Life of a Showgirl, is the fifth most-played album in the world. Olivia Dean, the Art of Loving, is the fourth-most-play project in the world. And one thing I realized, I was like, hold on now. You know, I do watch a lot of different commentative, not a lot, really the top of the cream of the crop, because, you know, I try to, you know, I ain't sharp or art.
Starting point is 00:28:25 I'm saying. So I watch her the cream of the crop when it comes to cover as a hip hop. And the Joe Button podcast, really Joe Budden, as far as when he's talking about certain things. They brought up Olivia Dean. And, you know, they kept focusing on her looks.
Starting point is 00:28:40 I was thinking to myself, what they're trying to do on a month of February? And then I figured out that Olivia Dean is a black woman. I know that may sound ignorant, but don't just look like a white woman right here? I mean, maybe because it's black and white. You know what I'm saying? Look at this.
Starting point is 00:28:53 Isn't this? See, that's the, the craziest my fault let me put an arrow there we go don't just look like a white woman i mean i know it don't matter right i was wondering why they was so infatuated with olivia dean because you know usually you know what i'm saying um they have a certain type let's just put like that and then once i looked up olivia dean i was like oh oh okay it all makes sense now but then you know what i was like so anyways um Olivia dean has the fourth most play album in the world with the art of loving um Morgan Wallen has the third most play album in the world with I'm the Problem.
Starting point is 00:29:29 Bad Bunny has the second most out most play album in the world with Debbie Tarrahma's photo. Shout to him about to host the Super Bowl. And of course, winning album of the year at the Grammy's probably helped out the analytics a lot. And of course, with him performing on the Super Bowl, I just already can imagine. This album's about to go to the moon and back. Because, yeah, the Super Bowl increases a lot of streams. And Bad Bunny's already one of the ones. most popular artist musicians on the planet and of course last but definitely not least like we started
Starting point is 00:30:01 off with um don't tolliver his album octane is the most play album in the world debut uh debuting because debuting because it just came out at number one with 156 000 first week sales so going back over the list we have nba young boy slime cry number 10 sciss the number uh scissus at number nine Zach Bryan with Heaven on top in number eight Noah Kahan stick season at number seven K-pop Dima Hunter's soundtrack in number six Taylor Swift the life of a show girl number five Olivia Dean the art of loving in number four Morgan Wallin I'm the problem in number three Bad Bunny debut Tarar mous photos and number two and of course once again shout out to don tulliver for having the most play album in the world when it comes to don't tolliver I personally said
Starting point is 00:30:56 that was my favorite hip hop album with jermaine's album already out and me already listened to it like 30 40 times and that's no exaggeration i've been listening to it like it's been going out of style i really like the album i think it's because it's from a storytelling aspect and he shies away from the whole or i take rapper's hands off like it's really just storytelling over the whole album and basically i said i was like that's the perfect way even before the album came out i was like he should stick to the subject matter of being a pacifist and you know for the most part i mean i knew he he has the poor thing track at the end but even at the end of that he's like if i lose i won't feel no ways i'm like yeah that's the jay cole i know i'm like then you know what's down so i think
Starting point is 00:31:34 he picked the perfect subject matter for his album going to storytelling route instead of the braggadocious beats i'm the best type rapper i like the route he took it's very hot hot and cold i'm like hold up down a lot of people try to turn into me with the j cole hate that's crazy you know what i'm I feel like it's constructive criticism for me and I even give it up when it's when I think it's a good project but hey a lot of people not really rocking with this uh project but you know good thing I form my own opinion right so those are the albums that's notoriously affected the masses now let's get into the singles now let's get into let's see if I can pull this all the way up now let's get into the singles that's notoriously affecting the masses as of course you
Starting point is 00:32:16 I didn't know we got to start with Harry Styles. As this man is going to sell out, let me see. Here we go. So as this man is going to sell out the New York Stadium, as far as Madison Square Garden, whenever that happens. And if you don't know, he actually has a banner in New York. I know a lot of people me be like, what? What type of fake news?
Starting point is 00:32:37 You own dreams? The only person who got a banner is, actually, I don't know the New York people who got banner. I'm tripping. Anyways. Harry Styles actually has a banner Let me see if I can pull this up in 4K Harry Styles, New York
Starting point is 00:32:52 Banner Let me see Madison Oh, actually it shows you right here I want to see if it's hanging up though I don't want to see it on the ground because you know People are going to be like, no, that's not a real thing That's just fake. That's fake news Alright here we go
Starting point is 00:33:07 So yeah they put this up A lot of people was upset until they realized what this man did Right So let me just scream I don't know why this exactly funny. I don't know why it was actually funny. Anyways, um yeah so this right here this is the actual banner ladies and gentlemen. Harry styles is a whole banner in New York and this is what it looks like. This Madison Square Garden. Harry Styles is at the middle 15 consecutive nights at the garden.
Starting point is 00:33:31 What in the world? That's crazy. And you see all type of legends next to a Stanley Cup legends and all type of NBA legends and Harry Styles is just right there with a banner and people was wondering why why he had one and when you realize how much money you generate selling out in arena 15 times in the row guess what you're gonna get a band or two you know what i'm saying anyways um i say all that i say all that to say that harry styles having the most played a song in the world right now it's not surprising by the slightest so um without further ado number one is aperture by harry styles the number one most played track in the world it did just debut so if you look at this the peak is one and the weeks is one because it just hit the charts let's see if it can hold
Starting point is 00:34:20 that position because i do believe bruno mars i just might had that position and then i'm not going to say it lost it but let's just say for this specific week it definitely lost it but but i just might i believe may rise back up but that out the way let's start let's go back to 10 so at number 10 we have the biggest gangster in the industry with open light uh no surprise there as you know Taylor Swift she definitely is going to sell a lot whenever she puts out music and this just showcases why right and then I know that I know that ain't who I think it is I know that ain't who I think it is that's what I just said I know that ain't who I think it is now I know you all I'm going to I have no shame in it I have no shame in it hold up pause the beat what they
Starting point is 00:35:05 say DJ direct cut the beat hold up man give me a second yeah I know I'm about to play you know what I'm saying we don't play around now don't get shot now Don't get shy now. We'll fold that up right now. You know what I'm saying? Come on now. Shepard. No, I got to let them know because Kalani ain't about to be out here putting on no track called folded
Starting point is 00:35:22 and think we ain't going to have some fun with it. Don't look away now. Don't get shot now. We'll fold that up right now. That's crazy. That's crazy. Yes, sir. I don't even know why I play dead drop, just because.
Starting point is 00:35:33 Anyway, so yeah, that's how, let's just say that's how a lot of gentlemen is feeling when it comes to Kalani. But shout out to her. Night the most played track in the world. but uh been on charts for 33 weeks so bonafide here and i believe she got multiple grammies for the track folded so that's what's up definitely well deserved anyways uh eighth most played track is uh back to friends by uh somber uh seventh most played track is ordinary by alex warren uh this one is the most outstanding because i'm not going to lie to you
Starting point is 00:36:04 50 weeks on the charts in the top 50 oh no i mean the top 10 it's insane i mean that's insane That's this is probably like Generations of wealth right here For one particular track I know y'all made me thinking I'm joking Hold on let me see No let's do some make your research right quick Because I didn't know how much generate
Starting point is 00:36:22 Hold on Hey I can do this right now Nope I can pull this up for you Does this generate See if I figure this out expeditiously What Clifford say Hey we might to get to this expeditiously
Starting point is 00:36:44 You don't even know this could be expedited Like this anyways So as far as money Right it depends on listing the location of course premium versus free added supported streams any label slash distributor cuts but for the most part
Starting point is 00:36:59 if you look at this it's so he probably made around four to seven million dollars off of this one track I know what you're saying what you mean that's generational wealth well ladies and gentlemen 47 million dollars
Starting point is 00:37:19 is a lot of money But then, you know what I was like, damn, look at it. You play your cars, right, if you invest, right? If you live in the right country, I'm not like country, my fault. If you live in the right state, I may think I was being, I wasn't trying to be funny. If you live in the right state, you can make $47 million stretch for generations. I'm not going to lie to you. So anyways, shout to Alex Warren by, no, and shout out to Alex Warren for this track, ordinary.
Starting point is 00:37:43 Very unordinary or inordinate, unordinary how this track is performing, because it's definitely an outlier as far as, majority 99.9.9. Y'all get the point. Basically, there's no track that really performs like this for this long. And Ordinary by Alex Warren is doing just that. So shout out to him. I just might by Bruno Mars. It's currently the sixth most played track in the world. Just last week, it was number one. So, you know, it fell off. No, not fell off. That's disrespectful. Six most played track in the world is not falling off. It slid a little bit to number six. I would assume it goes back up to number one just because Bruno Mars does have an
Starting point is 00:38:20 album coming out. I think the anticipation will bring that back up. Anyways, uh, fifth most played track goes to the biggest gangster in the industry once again. Uh, the fate of Ophelia, which straight heat. I ain't gonna lie. I actually like that Taylor Swift album. I know. Y'all may judge me, but guess what? Woot need do. After me covering the entire gaming, uh, music industry for quite some time, who don't need you. Your boy, I can listen to a little pop here, you know, a little K-pop there. A little name Vega here. You know what I mean? A name Vega there. You know what I'm saying? Like, I was listening to Ella Langley the other day
Starting point is 00:38:50 and I was thinking to myself You know what? I'm drinking whiskey by myself I'm saying? That's what she said? What she said? A cowboy always going to find a way to leave I'm drinking whiskey by myself Hey, I'm like, wow, that's that's poetry right there, man
Starting point is 00:39:08 Ella Langley out there singing her heart out Y'all can care less, man, that's crazy just because you want to be ignorant to other genres Ella Langley, hey, that track, Chews in Texas Oh, actually it's right here, number two. My fault. We're going to get to that. So shout out to Bruno Mars.
Starting point is 00:39:23 Actually, we used at Taylor Swift. Shout to Taylor Swift with the fate of affiliate being the fifth most played track in the world. Then we have Golden. You know, I always said from the soundtrack, my favorite was your idol. I like the Saja Boys track the most off of the soundtrack. I think also when you watch the movie, it fits the best as far as the tone of the movie and how it picks up and how that's the track to really cement the Saja Boys. I'm not going to spoil anything.
Starting point is 00:39:45 So that's as far as I'm going to go with it. Shout to K-pop Demon Hunters with the track Golden being the fourth most play track in the world. Man, I need shout to Olivia Dean. Oh, I may have to apologize to Olivia Dean. Because remember when I was going over the Grammys and I basically said, why did Olivia Dean get Best New Artist? I don't know why I just mistaken. I thought she was like Olivia Rodriguez, so I'm tripping. I got my Olivia's mixed up.
Starting point is 00:40:20 Yeah, because Olivia Dean currently has a fourth most play project. in the world and she also had she has the third most plate track in the world you know objective metrics isn't everything just because you sell them most doesn't mean you make it the highest quality of product but when it comes to Olivia Dean I mean have you listened to her
Starting point is 00:40:35 but then you know what I'm saying? Straight talent I'm talking about audio only you know how some people you know disrespect women artists and they'd be like oh oh that's good on mute it's the opposite for Olivia Dean you can play that with no video straight fire so anyways yeah I got I got a um
Starting point is 00:40:53 I apologize for that. You know what I'm saying? You definitely deserve best new artists. You know, a player slips up every now and then. That's just one of the slips up for me. And, you know, I, you know, I apologize. Man, I apologize. You guys.
Starting point is 00:41:06 So anyways, with that being said, shout out to Olivia Dean. Definitely well-deserved best new artists as she's still going to this day, not to sound like Deonti Wilder. And she has the third most played track in the world with, man, I need, on the charts for a whopping 23 weeks. Crazy. And then let's get to the track I was just glazing earlier.
Starting point is 00:41:28 She was in Texas by Ella Langley is currently the second most played track in the world. And I'm not going to lie to you. That's one of the most infectious choruses in the world. Now obviously as a guy, you're not as comfortable seeing some of the lines. But the whiskey part, the, what else? I can tell by the way he's too dancing or two stepping around the room that he's choosing Texas. He was something like that. Basically, the song's fire.
Starting point is 00:41:54 You know, I can't do it justice because I had to bust down the whole like country accent. want to hear my country accent because y'all gonna cancel me because it's not the greatest but anyways uh i choose in texas by ella langley i mean just straight up fire man straight up fire i'm not gonna like to you so shout to her and of course harry styles number one with uh aperture so going over the top 10 tracks notoriously affecting the masses we have opalite by taylor swift and number 10 folded by kalani and number nine don't look away now don't get shot now we'll fold that up right now where they come from But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, 10, look at...
Starting point is 00:42:32 I don't know who said that, man. That's crazy. Anyways, uh, back... I need help. Back to... That's crazy, bro. Every time I... Bro, that's crazy.
Starting point is 00:42:43 Every time I listen to her trade, that's all I think about now. That drop. It was, um... Back to Friends by Sumbry number eight. Ordinary by Alex Warren and number seven. Once again, the most impressive track off of this entire list of albums and singles.
Starting point is 00:42:58 Well, no, no, no. because Siza, her album coming out 20, 22, still being the ninth most play album in the world, I think that's a bigger accomplishment. Yeah, actually way bigger. So second biggest accomplishment is the ordinary track by Alex Warren, still being the seventh most play track in the world. I Just Might by Bruno Mars coming in at number six. Fate of Affilia by Taylor Swift coming in in number five. Golden by K-pop Demon Hunters coming in in number four.
Starting point is 00:43:28 man I need by Olivia Dean coming in at number three Choosing Texas by Ella Langley coming in number two Over there singing you know drinking whiskey by myself I was like okay okay That's relatable Shepherd
Starting point is 00:43:43 Not just flat And then Harry Styles comes in at number one With Aperture as far as the most played track in the world Shout to Harry Styles So those are the songs and albums Notariously affected the masses now we will transition we will transition
Starting point is 00:44:05 into the games that's notoriously affecting the masses and of course you know we got Starved Steam you know what I'm saying and then go into console and then you already know I have my own list when it comes to mobile you know what I'm saying? I got to put a misrespect of the mobile gamers out there
Starting point is 00:44:20 so I made my own list because apparently there's a lot of different data sites you know it's not like music but it's just like billboard chart data and maybe YouTube there's only like there's like multiple for mobile so I consolidated it to show you the most comprehensive list of the biggest mobile games in the world. With that being said, we are starting with Steam. So for Steam, obviously, you know, we might as well just get it out the way.
Starting point is 00:44:49 And one and two, once again, it's Counter Strike 2 and Dota 2. You know what I'm saying? Like, come on now. I don't think it's ever going to change, man. I don't think it's ever going to change. I mean, it's not even close. Like, if you look at the player count, like look at this,
Starting point is 00:45:05 compared to the rest of the field, bro. It's kind of like Drake and, actually, more in today's news, in today's age, I'll probably say it's more like Bad Bunny and Taylor Swift, honestly.
Starting point is 00:45:17 Taylor Swift, bad Bunny. As far as how they're just going crazy on the charts and nobody's catching up. So anyways, geometry dash. We're in the world?
Starting point is 00:45:27 Hey, okay. Y'all little Timmy's out there learning this stuff. caution that, you know, Kassanet and taught you out how to read and everything. All right, my fault. I just want to say, congrats, man. Good stuff for the little Timis out there.
Starting point is 00:45:38 There you go. Let's say 15. Here you go. So shout out to, because it's 15, right? Am I tripping? One, two, three, four, five, six. Eight, nine, ten, seven, seven,
Starting point is 00:45:49 okay, I don't know why that was more or less. We all, y'all, we do this. We do this every month. I'm tripping. All right. Grant the Fault of Five comes in number 14 as far as the most play game on Steam. Let's go over to concurrent player accounts again.
Starting point is 00:46:02 So Geometry Dash comes in number 15, 84,000 concurrent, 95,000, 24-hour peak, grant the fall to five, which means I'm not going to lie to y'all. Y'all not acting like y'all want GTA-6. Rock starts looking at themselves and they say it to themselves, what do they do? Y'all won G-T-A-6?
Starting point is 00:46:19 What do they do? It's never going to happen. Y'all out here acting like G-T-A-6 is just going to fall in your lap and you out here supporting G-T-A-File like this. But from what I heard, G-T-6 may be coming out. So you still don't know. You know, they be lying to us every single day. But apparently it's getting close and closer actually being finalized as far as that date.
Starting point is 00:46:42 So anyways, Baldur's Day 3 comes at number 13. This is a surprise now. I don't usually see this. 91,000 concurrent, 93,000, 24-hour peak. This comes in at number 12, but we don't count this because it's – oh, that's terrible too. Let's see. There we go. Take a time with it.
Starting point is 00:47:02 There we go. Source SDK base 2007. We don't really count that. But it does come in at number 12. Deadlock comes in number 11. I've heard about this game. I've been wanting to cover this. I'm definitely going to cover this sometime soon.
Starting point is 00:47:12 So look out for that. 108,000 concurrent player count and 108,000 24-hour peak because, you know, it just came out. Shout to that game with launching with tremendous numbers. You know what I'm saying? If only High Guard could have did it. Yeah, my. Hell Divers 2. hell divers two comes in 119000 first week's hill first week my fault we're not talking my music
Starting point is 00:47:38 119000 concurrent 121, 24 hour peak shout out to hell divers too for keeping a fan base and another game that's you know notoriously keeping a fan base is marvels coming in number nine 120,000 concurrent with 131,24 hour peak and then of course you know the game that basically showed y'all that I take my job series. Ain't nobody taking their job series like me out here covering Bongo Cat. Because who in the world is going to take the time at a day to cover Bongo Cat? And that's me. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:48:11 That's me. Anyways, all jokes aside, Bongo Cat is well deserving of the spotlight as they come in at the number eighth most play game on Steam. $135,000. Let me see, I have a racer. This is bothering me. Can I erase that? How did I race that? I may I may actually be a 26 going on 80
Starting point is 00:48:31 Doesn't this say a race Whatever man It's cool I don't even kidding that more I'm like what the world That dot is bothering me for some reason I guess it's just there It's literally
Starting point is 00:48:44 Huh I don't know how I got there Anyways 135,000 Concurrent 170,000 24 hour peak So shout out to Bongo Cat 5M What the world? What is this?
Starting point is 00:48:58 Hold on now. No, no, it literally told me, okay, that's not it. I looked it up and it was trying to tell me it's a GTA file. Like, no, come on, Drivers, it's not it. Okay, I found it. Went to the actual website, shout out to me, you know, trying to Google and stuff, you feel me? Google the old-fashioned way.
Starting point is 00:49:31 Anyways, 5M is a modification for a Grand The F Auto. Oh, it is, what? So it's like a, oh, Drivers was right, what? So it's a mod for GTA? Am I tripping? It has the same logo and everything. I was actually a mom for GTA. I thought that drivers was lying to me.
Starting point is 00:49:56 It lets, it allows players customized, dedicated server. When did this happen? Shepard. Just look at the state of gaming. Like, what is going on? I thought GtA.
Starting point is 00:50:09 Ben had this, like, unofficially. I guess maybe this is the official? I guess, yeah, I guess so, because this is the dedicated custom servers, created by the community offering experiences, like role play. I thought they've been had that, PVP or an entirely new game modes, far beyond Rockstar's official GTL line.
Starting point is 00:50:26 I feel like they've been had that. Maybe I'm tripping. Well, I'm not going to lie to you. If I'm Rockstar, I can't say what I want to say. It'd be super anti-consumer. But y'all, hey, y'all would never see GT-A-6 ever in your life. I ain't going to kept you. Why are y'all supporting this game like this?
Starting point is 00:50:44 You know, like, I understand, but GT-6 is coming out, bro. Let them beg for your money, bro. Y'all going to make them have, y'all going to make them price. GtA 6 at least $100. Like at this pace we're at where people make a whole mods I already thought GTA had a whole role playing community and a moding community.
Starting point is 00:51:01 At this point in time, y'all have a whole new mod that does the same thing as far as role play but better trending in the top seven. Am I tripping? That's crazy. That's actually crazy. That's actually wild.
Starting point is 00:51:18 I couldn't believe without research. I had to look up the official site. Wow. So GTA is on this list twice. The 14 and a new mod in for GTA and number 7. That's insane, bro. Anyways, yeah, the people using this is currently around 138,000 as far as concurrent and a 24-hour peak of 147,000. And both of these numbers are green. I'm assuming it just came out, but I don't know.
Starting point is 00:51:44 I don't know if that's what that means. Anyways, Terraria, Terraria. Terraria. You know what I think I'm trying to be funny? I don't know I pronounce this. Anyways, I've seen this game a good amount of times. I may have to cover it. So, 152,000 concurrent,
Starting point is 00:52:05 182,000, 24-hour peak. So shout out to that game. I don't know anything about it, but hey, we just gonna move on, you know what I'm saying? Because I may get into it, I may not, you know what I'm saying? Hey, from look at the cover, I know you shouldn't judge a game-boss coverage, just like you shouldn't judge a book-boss cover,
Starting point is 00:52:20 but hey, it's not really doing nothing to you. enticement um rust rust is at number five as far as the most play game on steam 168,000 concurrent 213,000 24 hour peak and it's gracious that's a lot and that makes it come at number five so the next four is going to be a lot so uh number four we have the one and only the o g well really that's h and z one but you get the point the next o g um pub g battlegrounds with 178 000 our concurrent player account with a 24 hour peak of 645,000 goodness gracious boy that's hey we in the big dog league now um arc Raiders oh my what is that let me just erase that there we go take your time with it all right here we go and number three we have arc number three we have arc graders
Starting point is 00:53:13 321,000 concurrent 325, 24 hour peak now not going to lie to you arc graders is one of the more successful examples I've ever seen at a company trying to make a live service game and actually succeed there's so many concours there's so many high guards like we're about to get in too soon as you can see right here you can know you know there's the high guard nowhere on this list y'all want to y'all want to see what high guard at shepherd no i got to do it you know they want the real facts you don't say we don't do none but facts over here so let me go and show them the real numbers so they don't think i'm making well actually we are kind of making fun in that game but you know it's not on purpose you know what i'm saying we're just trying to show y'all that live
Starting point is 00:53:51 service games are hard to come by right so going off of the apex no not the apex going off of the um the arc raters point how this is uh very impressive especially for a new game to dominate the steam charts like this as a live service um let's show let's showcase why it's impressive shepherd just look at the state of gaming like what is going on i'm not trying to be disrespectful i just want y'all to know that when you see games like arc raiders as a new game in the top three games like high guard games like concord makes you realize how almost impossible it is to put out a live service in today's age and actually have it respected amongst the field of other free-to-play games like a marvel rivals like a what like a fortnight uh pubs you have to pay for
Starting point is 00:55:00 i believe actually pubs you just went free because i remember covering that and that's what they said um so yeah man shout dark raiders that's basically what i'm saying and we had to pull up the high guard numbers just because like I said they are on the cover of the gaming side but not for the right reasons man not for the right reasons so anyways uh shout to arc rate is coming in number three and number two of course number two and one never changes bro this is this is the song and dance it's like michael jackson and prince right here this is never changing right counter strike two comes in number one dota two comes in number two man shout to them and you know i'll be remiss if i didn't say their numbers so dota two has 649 000
Starting point is 00:55:42 concurrent players with a 24-hour peak of 860,000. But that's not it, ladies and gentlemen. Counter-Strike 2 has a concurrent player count of 1.3 million. What the I'm! What the I'm! In a 24-hour peak of 1.6 million players. That is actually insane. That's actually insane.
Starting point is 00:56:09 Shepard. Just look at the state of gaming. Like, what is going on? So with that being said, that's basically it for the games notoriously affecting the Steam platform. As we have geometry dash at 15. Why is this? Yeah, there we go. We have geometry dash at 15.
Starting point is 00:56:29 Grant the Fado 5 at number 14. Borders Gate 3 at 13. Deadlock at 11. We're skipping source SDK base because I don't know what that is. It's basically some type of system or tool or whatever. So it's not a game. I don't think. Dale Lock at 11.
Starting point is 00:56:44 Helldivers 2 at number 10. Marvel rivals at number 9. Bongo Cat number 8. 5M, which you just figured out. It was actually a GTA tool to have a better role-playing server or whatever. That comes at number 7. Terraria comes in number 6. Russ comes in number 5.
Starting point is 00:57:04 PubG Battlegrounds comes in at number 4. Arc Raiders comes in number 3. Dota 2 comes at number 2. and of course the game that keeps dominating the steam charts like it's going at a style it's country the country counter strike two and number one so those of the games notoriously affecting the steam platform now let's switch over to xbox and of course you know we used to go over the Xbox game pass but you already know the charts in 30 dollars a month like we ain't say won't need to like the game is when it's say you know what i'm saying ain't nobody trying to play 30 dollars a month when you can when we
Starting point is 00:57:43 can actually own the game don't the whole thing about the cheap price tag with Xbox game pass is that you didn't own the game but you also wasn't paying out the wazoo for it so now that you have to pay out the wazoo guess what we don't want the game anymore so oh we don't want the game pass anymore so that being said these are the top games notoriously effective masses let's see if I can pull this up so here we go so at number one of course on the Xbox platform we have Minecraft no surprise there Arc Raiders comes at number two, very impressive the way that this game has not only increased
Starting point is 00:58:18 its player base, but also kept them engaged throughout all this time. I mean, it's actually a masterclass on how to release a live service game and keep a player base. Minecraft comes in a number three, so second time on this top six list. Well, it's really top ten, but right here at six. So, Minecraft Java and Bedrock Edition for PC comes at number one, but Minecraft Java and Bedrock Edition, the luxury. collection when the world comes in number three uh forza horizon five the people you know the pedal and wheel gamers out there get ready for four as the horizon horizon six are really supporting this game
Starting point is 00:58:54 right now as it's the fourth most play game on xbox uh ready or not shout out to ready and not you know that's crazy ready or not is another one of those dark horse type video games that doesn't really get a lot of traction as far as um social media and things that nature from people talking about it um But for me, personally, when I had my stream, I actually did it did well to the point where I was actually in the top 10 as far as, as far as ready and not. I was trying to see if I can find it. You know, I'm 26 going on 80. You know, it takes me ages to find a post, no cap. All right, let me see.
Starting point is 00:59:33 I think I posted. I don't think I, I don't know if I posted it. Oh, yeah, you just have to, you have to click inside of it. Okay, here we go. 26 going on 80s, ladies and gentlemen. Anyways, all right, so as you can see right here, I play Ready and Night. I was in the top 10% not too crazy. So, you know, I try to do my thing for Ready or Not.
Starting point is 00:59:52 You know what I mean? But basically, the reason why I say that is because Ready and Night consistently gets disrespectful when shooters are being talked about. And honestly, if you're really playing with a buddy and you want to have, like, actual comms for a high skill type of game, I think Ready and Not is for you. So what that means is it? Who's your daddy? What in the world?
Starting point is 01:00:14 You guys. Hey, yo. See, that's the problem. That comes in number six. You know what I'm saying? We're just going to leave it at that. You know what I'm saying? Let's get to 7 through 10.
Starting point is 01:00:24 7 through 10 we have Amongus starting in at number 7. Shout to Amongus for making some type of resurgence. I even know people played Amongers on a console. I thought it was like a, at this point, I thought it was a phone game. But anyways, number seven, Amongers comes in for Xbox platform. Call of Duty, Blackop, 7. We have DeVold Edition upgrade. at number eight. Arc Raiders deluxe edition we have at number nine. Once again, Arc Raiders is on here
Starting point is 01:00:51 twice. Let me see what was it at. It was number two and then now right here is number nine. So the deluxe edition for Arc Raiders is number nine. The regular edition for Arc Raiders is number two. And it's $39.99. So to have that type of notorious mass effect with a price point just means that keeping them, in my opinion, because they already paid money and so they're more invested in a free-to-play game out there off the back because obviously the hours put in the fortnight trumps any type of price tag you can put on any game you try to get somebody on fortnight and they'd be like oh i put 3 000 into this game like hold on now who told you to do that you know what i'm saying but the investment as far as up front for 40 dollars makes me feel like they may hold this fan base longer than a lot
Starting point is 01:01:36 of people anticipated they probably be out everybody's anticipation except for the actual developers because you know usually they believe in their games more than the average person so shout to the arc creators developers proving everybody wrong uh see of thieves 2025 edition comes at number 10 so once again going back over the top 10 for the games notoriously affected the Xbox platform we have see of thieves at number 10 our creators at number nine call of duty black up seven and number eight among us among us at number seven we have we have we have i'm trying to make sure y'all can see that we go we have who's your daddy pulse and number six ready or not and number five
Starting point is 01:02:22 we have forza horizon four uh fours of horizon four uh five and number four Minecraft Java and bedrock edition deluxe collection and number three arc rate is the regular edition and number two and of course Minecraft
Starting point is 01:02:36 Java and bedrock edition for PC and number one so those are the top ten games notoriously affected the X-Warks platform now you already know it's only right that we go to the PlayStation platform and then hold up now ladies and gentlemen where what do i see here is that a new addition to the top 10
Starting point is 01:03:00 list on playstation what in the actual shout out to neo 3 because i believe that game just came out right neo 3 so neo 3 just came out uh two days ago and it's already well i guess you know it just came out so that's probably what it's on here but but dang i was i was trying to be positive for them i guess it still is a positive you know they could have flop anyways let's start from one and then you know work our way up on NBA 2k 26 no surprise here comes in number one uh call of duty comes in number two um fortnight comes in number three if you was wondering what call of duty is this they basically combine all the call of duty and this is like the latest one i don't know defiles or egregious i don't play call of duty currently so i don't
Starting point is 01:03:46 know why in the world people fall for that but anyways uh EA sports bad in nfl 26 comes in number four. I'm not surprised by that because, you know, the Super Bowl is about to happen. Actually, today, mind you, you know what I'm saying? Your boy always working. Right after this, fun fact. Right after this, going to my homemeats party. Talk about, you know, time, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:04:05 Talk about planning at your day. You feel me? You know what I'm saying? All right, my fault. Let's get back to the list. So, yeah, let's just say it's going to be a great activity after this. EA Sports Madden NFL 26 comes in number four. EA Sports FC26 comes in at number five
Starting point is 01:04:22 Neo3 that just came out two days ago comes at number six and of course 7 through 10 I'll actually click Neo 3 I actually don't know if I'm playing Neo 3 I've been waiting for a high on life I know y'all probably saying wonder what I'm I actually I actually want to play high on life too I didn't play the first one but I want to play the second one you know what I'm saying and we beat he folk
Starting point is 01:04:43 who do we beat them we go for that's what I'm going to be saying the whole time I don't understand the story So anyways, starting at number seven, you already know we have to get into the game that has a lot of nasty PR, but somehow still the top 10, right? So Roblox is number seven. Oh, Arc Raiders is number eight. Shout to Arc Raiders, once again, just across all platforms. Notice the consistency of Arc Raiders. Insane.
Starting point is 01:05:07 GT5, number nine, and MLB, the show, surprisingly, is number 10 for PlayStation Platform. So recap in the PlayStation Platform, we have. number 10 for MLB to show 26 number nine well grant the father of five comes in number nine art graders comes in number eight robox comes in number seven neo three comes in number six and then of course getting into one through five we have getting into one through five we have uh EA sports FC 26 coming in at number five uh can I say that yeah coming at number five Madden NFL 26 coming in number four. Fortnite coming in number three.
Starting point is 01:05:58 That's a crazy three, but we're going to keep that. Call of Duty coming in number two. And NBA 2K26 coming in at number one. I mean, as far as the ball and gun gamers, I think y'all can probably tell which platform is actually on. You know what I'm saying? You guys. See, that's the problem.
Starting point is 01:06:17 As far as the ball and gun gamers, I think we know which platform they mostly reside on. Let's just leave it at that. So, of course, let's switch to the games notoriously affected the masses on the Nintendo Switch. And this one's actually very interesting because right now it's showing, I guess this game may be on multiple platforms. So let me see. Platforms police on. You know, I got to do some Mickey research right quick.
Starting point is 01:06:51 Give me a second. All right. So apparently, it's on everything but Switch. I don't know where it's on here today y'all don't get that anyways let's get into the games it's actually number one and number two so let me see
Starting point is 01:07:11 there's any other place that it does that sometime because you know I get my sources from certain places that's specifically for systems so as far as Japan they do it they do it kind of weird over there as far as the translation anyways so I guess it's not on switch so we're going to start with this right here so top two
Starting point is 01:07:30 hey top two and not two even though you see two is Mario Carwell you know shout out to them you know what I'm saying hey I'm asking hey I'm asking to just say shout out to Mario because um
Starting point is 01:07:43 yeah I don't know if I could shout out the whole Mario Cor World I think it was a step down from what they used to have let me see it is I'm trying to make sure this game's not on Switch because I don't want to disrespect
Starting point is 01:07:55 it is actually on Switch I would tell you all the game I'm talking about but there's no need if it's not on Switch this is specifically for the Switch platform so um okay yeah it's not on Switch all right whatever Alright, so Mario Card World is, objectively speaking, the number one most play game on Switch,
Starting point is 01:08:11 with a whopping 2.8 million copies sold. Crazy. Animal Crossing, Nintendo Switch 2 Edition comes at number 3 with 52,000 copies total so. And then as far as navigating these Japan sites, it's kind of, you know, it's kind of difficult. Not going to lot to you. All right, here we go. And then getting into four, actually it's three, too, it's kind of hard to quantify it. because we skip one because it's not a Nintendo game so I probably should go through 11 let's go through 11 so yeah I got to bear with me right so just just if you see a number just minus it by one that's his actual ranking so four is three five is four you get the point right all right I'm still gonna you know whatever I'm still gonna let me just let me just cross out that stuff man forget all that bro we're gonna make a own list how about that I got I got my artistic skills you know what I can I could write I could draw in here you feel me I don't know if y'all feel me I don't know if y'all feel me because y'all don't know if y'all feel like you don't know if y'all feel like you don't like y'all. I mean, I'm not going to say y'all don't like it. I think y'all probably enjoy it.
Starting point is 01:09:17 But anyways, all right, so starting at number 10. Let's go to number 10. So number 10, we have Minecraft as far as the most play game on the switch platform. Number nine, we have Momotaro. Oh, my fault. I didn't even say that sales. Minecraft comes in number 10 on Nintendo Switch, selling a whopping 4.1 million total copies. Momotaro Electric Railway comes in number nine, selling a whopping 313,000 total copies. which is pretty solid. If I do say so myself, for coming out November 13, 2025.
Starting point is 01:09:49 Final Fantasy 7, remake Intergrade, comes in number 8, 28,000 total copies. Kirby's Air Rider comes in number, you know, wind the world,
Starting point is 01:10:02 can I not count? Comes in number seven. I'm tripping. With a total of 491,000 total copies. If you wonder why I'm not saying the current for the weak copies, because it's really not that lot. It's not a lot.
Starting point is 01:10:14 all of these is just separated for like two to three hundred so i didn't want to say it like i just would rather just give you the overall look at these nintendo platforms because if i was to do it for seven eight nine 10 kirby's has five thousand really fifty three hundred final fantasy seven has like fifty two hundred momo taro has fifty two hundred minecraft is four thousand so it's not that different that's why i want to just focus on the total copies so hopefully in case you was wondering um all right Pokemon Legends Zah, but you know properly referred to as a Z-8, Nintendo Switch 2 edition, comes in number six, one point, yeah,
Starting point is 01:10:50 basically one million copies sold, almost 1.1. So shout out to Pokemon, it's showcasing one of the more dominant franchises in Nintendo history. Momotara Electric Railway again, so it's on here twice. Comes at number 5 with 262,000 copies sold for this specific edition because this is the East Japan Edition plus West, Japan edition. The other one that comes in that came in at number nine also says East Japan. What the world? Your town must also be there. I'll see your town must also be there. Nintendo Switch 2. Oh, I'm tripping. Okay, so I'm tripping.
Starting point is 01:11:27 Nintendo Switch 2 comes in number 5 as far as Momotaro with 262,000 total copies. And the Nintendo Switch 1, Momotaro comes in at number 9 with 313,000. So that's the difference. um Pokemon legends Zah more probably referred to as Z hyphen A comes in number four once again this is the switch edition coming at number four 1.6 million total copies that's crazy and then um the switch two edition for Pokemon legend z hyphen A is um well came in number six with one million total copies so just letting y'all know the difference of that again animal crossing the switch edition the original switch edition comes in number three with goodness gracious that's insane eight million copies now for all my animal crossing connoisseurs out
Starting point is 01:12:19 there that also support the notorious mass effect y'all have to let me know what is the hype around animal crossing because i see it but 8.3 million copies is insane and that's not even the second most play game because the second is animal crossing nintendo switch two edition But currently that total is like 52,000. But this is 8.3,000. So that, you know, switch two just came out what January, literally just came out, January something of 2026. Oh, you know, I got some, man.
Starting point is 01:12:53 January 15th of 2026. So this came out October 16th. No, this one came out, um, 2020. What in the world? Oh, so six years ago. Okay, I mean, it's still, it's still a phenomenal accomplishment. Let me not, you know, but it makes more sense. Okay, so yeah, 8.3 million.
Starting point is 01:13:12 It came out in 2020. That makes sense. Still a phenomenal accomplishment. Shout to Animal Crossing for coming in number three. And of course, like I already showed you, like I already showed you, once I pull it up again. The top two is Mario Kart and Animal Crossing. So, what are?
Starting point is 01:13:40 Mario Carworld coming in number one. Actually, it's going to order. I animal crossing Nintendo Switch 2 edition coming in at number 2. This is a Switch 2 edition, by the way. I total of 52,000 copies. And then Mario Car World coming in at number 1 where 2.8 million copies sold. So going back over the list of the top 10 games
Starting point is 01:14:07 are currently affecting the Nintendo Switch platform. You can't click nowhere on the site. Okay. All right, so going back over the top 10 games currently affecting the Nintendo Switch platform, we have Minecraft coming in number 10. We have Momotaro, the Nintendo Switch edition, so the regular Switch edition, coming in number nine. We have Final Fantasy 7 remake coming in number 8.
Starting point is 01:14:53 We have Kirby's Air Rider coming in number 7. Pokemon Legends Zah the Nintendo Switch 2 edition coming in at number 6 Momotaro the Nintendo Switch 2 edition coming in number 5 we have Pokemon Legends
Starting point is 01:15:08 Z-a coming in in number 4 Animal Crossing coming in in number 3 and of course the top 2 hey top 2 but Mario never take it to you know what I'm saying the savior of gaming would never be
Starting point is 01:15:22 disrespected over here as top 2 and definitely not to is Mario Card World coming in at number one, but of course if we were to go in order, then Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch 2 edition comes in number 2. And then Mario Kart World, of course,
Starting point is 01:15:40 because of the dominance that Mario has on the Nintendo platform, comes in number 1. So that being said, those are the games notoriously affecting the Nintendo platform, the Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2 platform. So, well, I should just say Nintendo. Y'all get the point. So,
Starting point is 01:16:00 this one, you know, this next one, let's just say you boy it's always missing putting a misrespect on a mobile gaming community so that being said we have a comprehensive list of the top 10 games in the mobile gaming community and you know all the list in the world i consolidated it and basically this is the concise list of the top 10 most impactful games most impactful mobile games in the world so starting off with number 10 of course pub g mobile rears his ugly head again i was playing not ugly it's just a phrase you know uh WG Mobile is at number 10. Of course, it's a battle rea. Earned $103 million in January, a January remains the premier competitive shooter globally. Of course, we already know that. At number nine, we have Free Fire,
Starting point is 01:16:46 which is another battle real. Dominates the global South, India, and Brazil remains a top three downloaded game. Once again, these are all lists put together. So downloads, not the same as revenue. So that's why a top three downloaded game that's not in the top three of this list. Right.
Starting point is 01:17:00 anyways um roblocks comes in in number eight currently is being driven by k-pop and Netflix crossovers if you don't know bruno Morris has had a whole performance for robox and of course when it comes to revenue and downloads it does hold both top two but for this
Starting point is 01:17:16 specific list I don't know why does it put in the top three now interesting whatever block blast comes in number seven and the category is a puzzle and the overall global number one
Starting point is 01:17:30 one by downloads unmatched retention for a casual title and when you look at uh oh i guess you know some of these are say like this is number one because it's uh lone in january i think that's why so i would just you know as far as a key performance just know that this is the overall consolidated list of a bunch of you know what are the most popular mobile games so let's get in number six we have arc nights infield which is an open world RPG number five which we've covered before right out survival which is a strategy game number four we have a royal match which is a puzzle
Starting point is 01:18:07 game number three be a monopoly go which of course you already know that board game just made in a mobile mobile format I just had a collaborate Harry Potter collaboration by the way and number two is last war survival
Starting point is 01:18:23 we also covered this game which is more of a strategy game and currently dominating the western markets like the US and UK and number of one the most played mobile game in the world currently is arno kings which is a mobile mobile and is the world's top earner generating over a hundred seventy two million dollars alone this january so that being said number 10 we have pugge mobile at number nine we have free fire number eight we have roblox number seven we have block blast number six we have ark knights infield number five we have
Starting point is 01:19:03 right out survival. Number four, we have royal match. Number three, we have Monopoly Go. Number two, we have Last War survival in the most played mobile game in the world. It's honor of kings. Now, ladies and gentlemen, those are the games and music IPs that are currently notoriously affecting the masses. And with that being said, safe to say, diving into episode one, that's a 156? Hopefully not. diving into episode 157 is basically letting you know that when asking the question is ASEP Rocky bringing a new wave to hip hop basically my overall question because I was good I could have replaced him with Don Tolovan said the same thing the basis for my question is basically are we getting back to a point where hip hop is dictating the popular trend in society we already had Aesap go number one we already had a lot we already had Don Tolliver go number one. Already know Jermaine's going to go number one.
Starting point is 01:20:13 You know, somebody coming soon. Is it okay? I got my dope on me? You know, somebody's coming soon with his dope. Is it okay? I got my dope on me? I just can't tell y'all who it is. So he's going to go number one.
Starting point is 01:20:24 That's four, right? And somebody else, I don't know why they don't just spread it out. But, you know, because Side 7 is an ultimate hater, he's going to have his protege dropping on the same time as the goat. So we're going to see how that works out for him, right? whole time we could have five number ones back to back started off 2026 with a bank but no side said we want to be a hater so we're going to see how that plays out hopefully I'm wrong and they end up dropping on different days but from what I'm hearing um it's going to be an interesting
Starting point is 01:20:54 upcoming two weeks let's just put like that so uh before we get into notorious mass effect episode 157 definitely make sure to click my click my link tree in my bio to access my social medias and follow to keep all my latest activities if you want to support the show financially click my cash app link located towards the top of my link tree no it's located towards the bottom of my link tree as it helps the show overall also make sure to share this podcast rating this show five stars as it helps the show reach more people so we can grow together and affect the masses and without and with that being said without further ado time to get into rickin well paul
Starting point is 01:21:36 You guys. See, that's the problem. More commonly referred to as A-Sap Rocky. Let's get into his album. Don't Be Dumb right now. So obviously, the internet's gonna decide who you're talking about on that song. I think we all know. You know what I'm saying? They're gonna say it's Drake.
Starting point is 01:22:00 I mean, that's a man who was with you in those early days too, brought you on tour. Where did things go wrong in that relationship? I mean, I, Now sometimes, ladies and gentlemen, I feel like Mbaku out of Black Panther, because, hold on now, we're in the world all these colonizers, you know what I'm saying? Shepherd. Nah, because these outsiders are out here interviewing Rocky talking about a whole hip-hop beef that they could care less about. I mean, just look at this, hold him now, not to sound like Trey Rags, the goat himself, but look at this man's face.
Starting point is 01:22:37 Look at this man face. Shepherd. Nah, bro, look at his face. He know what he's doing. He know he could care. less, he couldn't care less about what's happening between ASEB Rocky and Drake. But anyways, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. Let's continue.
Starting point is 01:22:51 I don't know. I don't know. I just started just seeing people who just started out as friends and just became foes, seemed like they was unhappy for you. And, you know, started sending shots. I think that's what led to any of our misunderstandings or whatever the case is. All right. So, of course, in the interview, you know,
Starting point is 01:23:12 you with the colonizing he didn't want to say the real reason basically the beefing over riana i mean he could just come out say it i mean the legendary chris brown and drake beef you already know what that was over i mean you don't need a rocket scientist to break down to you why in the world was drake and chris brown beefing it wasn't anything else but all of them trying to get the affection of the early crown remember riana was going crazy to the point where a lot of people thought j z and bianso he has some shepard. Anyways, my fault.
Starting point is 01:23:44 You know, I ain't want to dive into that, but y'all know, y'all know how crazy Rihanna was rising up on the charts and she was signed as Jay Z. So anyways,
Starting point is 01:23:53 with that being said, exhibit number one, as far as why this beef is never ending. And as far as this beef never ending, I'm not mad at it. As if you look right here,
Starting point is 01:24:03 ladies and gentlemen, basically, let me type this in. Yeah, okay, yeah, it's right here. You know, I had to type and hit it like I was Ray J.
Starting point is 01:24:11 So this man said People in their feelings over women Mind you, this is a PG podcast by the way If you didn't know People in their feelings over women What hurt you or something I smashed before you birth Son
Starting point is 01:24:26 Flacco hit it first Son Hold up now Still don't trust you Is always us never them But then you know what I'm saying I was like damn look at the state of hip hop Like what's going on
Starting point is 01:24:37 Now of course this is from the specific track Show of Hands And then hold on now. Everybody and their mama was telling me it was Drake versus Kendrick. Why in the world is Metro, Future, and A-Sat Rocky on one particular track throwing shots at The Goat? I have no idea. Is it okay? I got my dope on me?
Starting point is 01:24:57 Now, of course, y'all may say I'm biased because Drake is my favorite artist. But at the end of the day, this man had Voltron of haters coming against him. Like Future Metro, A-Sat-Rockey, Rick Ross dropped in for no reason. after he finished his lemon pepper wings he found some time to call Drake a white boy so then we had that one who else we had Farrell Williams making a despicable meat anthem a Drake disc
Starting point is 01:25:22 Who else? And then we had Of course he had size 7 who could forget that We had the weekend whose crew shot at I mean allegedly something may have happened The Drake's mansion that was connected to the OVO exo beef so everybody Loves to say it was size 7 versus the goat of hip hop But at the end of day
Starting point is 01:25:39 We have to point out how all of these people were really going at Drake in one particular time, but everybody just kept saying, focus on Kendrick. Make that make sense. So anyways, the goat did what the goat does. And as you can see right here, if you can turn to book Family Matters, chapter, what chapter is this? Chapter, let's just call this Chapter 2, right?
Starting point is 01:25:59 So on Chapter 2, basically, trying to see, Rod Kim. That's his main government, by the way. Rod Kim, he basically, well, Drake started off his third verse. I don't know which verse it was, but basically it's towards the end of the song and he said rock kim talking stuff again gas could you hit my b on first but do the math oh i need my full screen for this one do the math who is i hitting then you guys see that's the problem hey that man's playing a dirty game ain't
Starting point is 01:26:30 so anyways as far as that he kept going because of course that's the only thing that a set responded to on stole your flow and of course with low lyrical ability from acey said Rocky that's the only thing he was able to respond to because Drake kept going I ain't even know you rap because they only talking about your fit again probably got to have a kid again before you think about dropping any stuff again even when you drop they're going to say you should have modeled because it's mid again now of course usually Charlemagne the god and Drake don't you they don't usually fall on the same side of the argument as or they don't ever agree or anything so I think the last
Starting point is 01:27:10 The last time they agreed was when Drake sent Charlemagne bottles on back-to-back, which I'm going to get to back-to-back in the second. But here's Charlemagne, basically co-signing this as far as this album being mid. Stowe your flow and still in a flow and still in somebody's girl. There's always been that. And he's had that conversation before about the whole him feeling like Drake kind of took some things from him. And then we know he's with Rihanna. Drake had a B.B.O?
Starting point is 01:27:33 That was a rumor. Come on now. Get to the point. Every time I hear something about Aesap Rocky's music is him disneyed. And then that's it, ladies and gentlemen, that's all she wrote. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on?
Starting point is 01:27:47 Like, does anybody ever be like, yo, Asap's music is just good? I don't never hear that anymore. See? And, of course, I think, you know, if I was to be transparent, I believe the first half of AACB Rocky's album is phenomenal. I really enjoy it. If I was to give you all my favorite track off of the album, because, of course, you know, I try to keep it eight more than 92,
Starting point is 01:28:07 even though Drake's my favorite artist. And, of course, you know, it's tracks like these. that is why he's my favorite artist. But as far as A's at Rocky, and the Stoia Flow track, I do like that track, and let me see, I think I was trying to say my favorite. My favorite track off of this album,
Starting point is 01:28:23 I do like the stop snitching track. You know what I'm saying? That track just, you don't know what it is about that track. But it's very fitting in the game of hip hop currently. Woo-ne-do. And we beat he, folk. Who-de-do? We beat them.
Starting point is 01:28:36 We go forward. So I like to stop snitching track. I wonder if Abraham, aka 21 Savage, if you don't thought it liked that track. Anyways, with that being said, A-Sat Rocky, going at Drake, is the worst idea in the world. I think, yeah, and then Drake kept on going right here
Starting point is 01:28:51 because in our family matters, he said, smoke and finty about it. Should have put you on the first one, try to get in it in, talking about the last track I just talked about off of Metro and Future's Deluxe album or the second album or whatever. Drake's basically saying you should have got on the first album
Starting point is 01:29:05 because the second one wasn't it. as friend which is basically Rihanna if this is a good idea the next time you cuddled in that bed again sure even tell you to leave the boy alone before you get your head split again so and then he goes on and talk about future because he was battling all type of people throughout his beef with side seven so when it comes to that um safe to say Drake even pointed out how going at him doesn't make a lot of sense for rocky when it comes to Kendrick we don't know a lot about kendrick you know he's side seven he may or may not have had some fist or coves that's e for everyone
Starting point is 01:29:40 but the main thing is A'sat Rocky and his rise to fame is very documented by Drake because guess what Drake put him on now I know you can say like Drake also put Kendrigan but who's been more in the public more forward facing as far as being a promotional mascot for their
Starting point is 01:29:59 art and their life on display I think Aesat puts his life on display more than Sive 7th I mean, Kendrick Lamar. So when you come to that, the main thing is if Drake decides to respond, going back, you know, bringing this full circle to me bringing up Charlemagne, I think we can have another back-to-back moment if Drake responds to ASEB Rocky. Drake won against Meek Mill, thought he was invincible.
Starting point is 01:30:26 He lost to push a team. And then as far as the public perception, he lost to Kendrick. But if he goes at A-Sab Rocky, he could. end up making it a more favorable outcome for him because i believe the way that he could go at a sap rocky is a back-to-back type of energy especially leading up into ice man just like how back-to-back led up into views he literally ended off that back-to-back track saying um waste of time on this beef now it's time to get back to views he says something like that when ending off back-to-back I think Drake going at Aesep Rocky would be perfect leading up into Iceman.
Starting point is 01:31:08 But of course, with Aesb not saying his name verbatim, because he really doesn't want to Drake smoke, I could see him just giving him a whole track on Iceman instead of making a whole spectacle out of it. But I just think that would be great, especially when he basically ducked your smoke when you said all the things you said on Family Matters. and all he had to say was referring to the one line as far as hitting his baby mom and he says stole my flow so I stole your girl which um come on now you guys see that's the problem so with that being said I wanted to spend majority of this time talking about ASAP versus Drake because I listened to the album is way too long of an album I don't believe that just because you take a hiatus means that you should make a bunch of tracks it's like very experimental like I thought like in the first half he really gave us what we wanted in the second half of the album he was just doing whatever so overall i don't think it's the greatest of albums but i don't think it's bad at all so um with that being said that's all i wanted to talk about you know as far as my first time talking about asap i wanted it to be talking about drape and then of course we're going to get into the
Starting point is 01:32:18 second reason that we all talk about asap right now getting into the second reason that we all love to talk about asap rocky riana but then you know what i'm saying it was like 10 Now, of course, before Rocky fans get upset with me, safe to say, I will give you a little inclination of success, as y'all did support y'all man to have, as far as future chart predictions, because you know, over here we dive into the music and gaming IPs that notoriously affect the masses. It's safe to say for Future Chart Analytics, Slated for January 24th, A-Sep Rocky currently does have one particular track that's going to make the Hot 100 with this track, Punk Rocky.
Starting point is 01:32:59 you guys see that's the problem and that's slated to be the 67th most played track in the world now those are future chart predictions so it could go up or it could go down but all i know is punk rocky as of right now is the most successful track that off of uh rocky's latest album and very surprisingly to meet because that was more of the experimental lane that he went especially um when you compare the first half of the album to the second half so after 60 seconds of talking about A's A's A-Sat Rocky. Let's get into Rihanna. So with that being said, Rihanna, ladies and gentlemen, because if you don't know, she is the wife of Rocky. So every time Rocky releases music, safe to say, it gives me the utmost gratitude to find an excuse to dive into Rihanna's career.
Starting point is 01:33:43 So anyways, you already know that Rihanna back in 2023 did the Super Bowl, so we're not going to talk about anything too much in the past. The main thing I wanted to focus on for Rihanna is our Fenty Empire. Now, ladies and gentlemen, this empire is beyond phenomenal. It's one of the top celebrity brands. And you don't need me to tell you that, right? But as far as analytic dreams, I wanted to give you actual analytics, especially to dream like analytics that Rihanna is putting up at 600 million as far as revenue in 2025 alone. Y'all may be thinking to yourself.
Starting point is 01:34:24 Why is Kaisanat suddenly? trying to teach people how to read. Shepard. No, you know, I just got to keep it eight more than 92 because some people don't see the long play. I ain't mad at it. I'm just putting the puzzle pieces together. When it comes to the fashion industry,
Starting point is 01:34:40 you can make an egregious amount of money, amount of revenue from fashion if you already have a huge profile as far as being a celebrity. Rihanna went from seeing an umbrella, Ella, Ella, to making a billion dollar fashion empire. So with that being said, it basically revolutionized the fashion and beauty industry. You don't need me to tell you that.
Starting point is 01:35:06 But of course, I didn't want to give you the actual numbers. As a company, as a whole company, the valuation for Fenty Beauty is $2.8 to $3 billion, with a beat, billion dollars. So, of course, when we're talking about Rihanna, Safe to say this is not just some average fellow when it comes to notoriously affecting the masses. If you ever wonder to yourself, hmm, I wonder why Rihanna's never putting out music again. But look no further than Fenty Beauty Empire.
Starting point is 01:35:43 So anyways, I want to get into that, but also I did, you know, I do have to bring it up and it saddens me. But then, you know what I'm saying? Because I looked at the movie and I looked at it having Rihanna's star power. And then I looked at the actual results and I said to myself, I know that ain't who I think it is. Unfortunately, I had to say to myself. I know that ain't who I think it is. As ladies and gentlemen, the Smurfs.
Starting point is 01:36:07 Yep, nope, I had to bring it up. No, I got to bring it up because, of course, at the end of day, you may never get a Smurfs movie again. You guys. See, that's the problem. All of y'all who are Smurfs fans out there that didn't support the movie that came out, guess what? you will probably never see another Smurfs movie in your lifetime.
Starting point is 01:36:29 I'm not exaggerating one bit. As estimated reports came out to say, basically, Smurfs lost Paramount. Y'all wonder why Paramount is out here acting like a scoring X trying to get Warner Bros, right? You know, all the puzzle pieces come together.
Starting point is 01:36:48 Apparently, Smurfs lost Paramount, 80 million dollars and when it comes to that when you look at the actual budget when you look at marketing you come to realize the actual revenue growth didn't offset it to the point where it lost 80 million dollars because you probably think it to yourself well i heard it gross around 124 million isn't that phenomenal well it's technically phenomenal until you realize the production budget was 58 million and to take a into a court into account ben affleck's own description of how the movie industry works because he's one of the main people you should go to for that basically there's 116 million overall as far as the the production budget being 58 million and then the marketing budget usually being around the production budget so you times that about two now you have 160 million ultimately if you gross around 124 million safe to say when you look at the actual film as far as due to marketing overages and other costs,
Starting point is 01:37:59 which is not in the production or the marketing budget, it ended up losing paramount roughly $80 million. I may have lost you, but as far as other costs, because I did say the production budget, I said the marketing budget. But then you have to remember, that when it comes to the movie theaters,
Starting point is 01:38:15 basically they lose out on 50% because the movie theater is going to make some type of revenue from the film, right? So now you put all the puzzle pieces together with, you know, aside from other things that's not taking it to account that's also costing them a lot and they ended up losing roughly around $80 million. And this was reports from the Hollywood Reporter. This is not just source I made it up.
Starting point is 01:38:38 You can look up Smurfs, you can look up Smurfs, the Hollywood reporter, and they'll say the same thing. Smurfs lost Paramount in an egregious amount of money to where they are out here acting like the epitome of a story. scoring X trying to get Warner Bros because they've received L after L after L. So anyways, you know, I didn't really want to put down Rihanna's name because she was a part of that movie, but I had to bring it up because of course I was thinking to myself, hold them now. Through all my research, none of the Smurfs information is coming up. I was like, I knew she was in the Smurfs movie and then I looked it up and unfortunately I realized why that wasn't in her successful resume as far as what I was looking for to
Starting point is 01:39:21 basically glaze her. you know what I'm saying? But then, you know what I'm saying? So I have to keep it ain't more than 92 with the, with the phenomenal, with the legendary walking icon Rihanna. That's the only reason I wanted to talk about ASEF Rocky. I kid you not. Now, if you was one a deep dive as far as ASEF Rocky's album, don't be dumb.
Starting point is 01:39:40 Maybe you should have read the title again. Because we're only talking about Drake and Rihanna every single time it comes to Rocky until he puts out an actual quality body of work. Because I do say, as far as my personal. review. The first half, I think, is phenomenal, but the second half loses me so much to where overall, I think it's just an okay project at the very best. So, there you go. You know, a little bit, you know, a little sandwich, you know, start off with ASAP. Most of it is Rihanna and they end up for ASAP. So anyways, Rocky fans going to be outright. So anyways, that be it said, click my link,
Starting point is 01:40:16 through my bio, let me know one of my social medias. What do you think about ASAP Rocky's album? Don't be dumb. And if you listen to you, to the album what is your favorite track off of the album don't be dumb out now on all dsps you know of course over here at notorious mass effect we dive into the games and music IPs that notoriously affect the masses and safe to say ladies and gentlemen i may have to apologize to a sab rocky you guys see that's the problem as not only did i not look at his marketing strategy leading up to this album because i was thinking to myself i was like hold up now when i first saw this uh album cover right here well i thought it was an album cover whatever this is the cover for his music video um analytic
Starting point is 01:41:03 dreams video on spotify to see the video along with the audio i thought this was just a one-off you know i thought he was just basically paying homage to the actual uh hopefully it wasn't too loud but i just thought he was paying homage actually let me mute that right quick all right there we go so i thought he was paying homage once again to the playstation uh fandom out there And I always held Juice World in high regard because of the death race for love album. But safe to say, this was the album right here. So as far as all these different gaming covers, I was like, where in the world is you going with this?
Starting point is 01:41:40 And basically, you may be saying the same as far as my overall point. Well, I'm glad that you're inquiring about the conclusion of my thought process. Because guess what? You guys. All of this gaming promotion for random music videos that don't be dumb tour that's set to come out of, but the pre-sells up now. But basically, to bring this full circle, A's A's Iraqi is set to have his biggest, and I mean his biggest debut ever as far as first week sales. Now, I know that a lot of people are saying, we're almost coming up on a decade since testing that came out May 25th, 2018. And technically, you would be incorrect because we've got like eight years technically going on nine.
Starting point is 01:42:27 Anyway, you know almost that decade. But as far as Cardi B, she also had this type of hiatus. But guess what? When she dropped invasion of privacy, it was a world-renowned classic. And of course, objectively speaking, it was one of the biggest hip-hop albums, if not the biggest of that year. The reason why I'm saying all this as far as his marketing strategy is because don't be dumb as far as far. following up an album testing that came out 2018 May 25th to be exact and it sold 75,000 first week now that may not seem like a big deal but it's the huges of deals because when ASAP first came
Starting point is 01:43:04 out I'm not going to say first but as far as DSPs when he first came out long a live long live love ASAP so 15,000 first week long live ASAP sold 139000 first week at long last ASAP I mean these title names whatever That was his best performing album so far, 146,000 first week. Then of course you had testing, which, interestingly enough, back in 2018, I could not put my finger on why it only sold 75,000, especially when it was essentially the steroid error for hip hop. And you have to stick with me on this, because as far as what he's being accused of now, it was running. rampant back in that time period where testing did 75,000 first week. As if you don't know, Billboard literally in 2020 put certain rules in place to adjust the first
Starting point is 01:44:08 week sales because of people out here selling shirts and t-shirts like the great Oneika Mirage, the great Onika Tanya Mirage said herself. But then you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip-hop. Like, what's going on? So as far as people out here selling shirts, t-shirts, hoodies, safe to say, A-Sapp was like, you know what, this time?
Starting point is 01:44:32 I'm not coming back for half. I'm coming for everything. And, you know, sort of like the track off of his album title player, Luminant and Bill Boy was like, hey, player, how about you come over here? Now, if you lost, let me break this down like a kilo, a Miley Cyrus. But then, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:44:49 I was like, Tim. As Aesap Rocky is set to have a phenomenal. the first week outing, right? But for some reason, a lot of reports came out, which was false, by the way. But they was reporting that he was set to sell around like 200, 2.30 first week. I was thinking to myself, that don't even make sense. Just last year, the biggest releases, as far as hip hop, was in the two 90s. Literally, that was the highest.
Starting point is 01:45:13 Playbick Carty's music album sold the highest with 298,000. I know y'all saying Kendrick, but guess what? That came out late 20, 24. not 2025 so when you look at and then that album specifically did 319,000 first week so when you're looking at the top outings in hip-hop we're not even getting close to 400 let alone 500 like we're we're around 200 max and that's our superstars of the superstardom so i was thinking to myself there's no raid that asaps doing 200 230 so then i looked a little deeper and apparently there was a lot of vinyl being attached to the album sales and because of that and it was an egregious amount it was like over
Starting point is 01:46:00 a hundred thousand it was crazy um luminate stepped in and basically said these do not count but like i said earlier as far as billboard tightening these rules in 2020 if he would have did the same thing for testing in 2018 he could have had the same if not more than 250 to 90 if he did it back then but because he took a huge hiatus, I don't know if he forgot, I don't know if he wasn't paying attention, but the hip hop field is not going for that bot energy,
Starting point is 01:46:32 malarkey anymore. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on? As, of course, we have to get into the great Sean Carter. I need a drop from Jay-Z. I just haven't thought of, like, what would be the perfect J-Z drop for this podcast?
Starting point is 01:46:46 Anyways, I do need a J-Z drop. So anyways, when you look at Billboard specifically, and then them tightening the overall reins. I'm trying to find where they had it. Oh, here we go. Okay, so DeRills Titan post-2020 because Billboard had enough.
Starting point is 01:47:01 They said, hold up now. I know 6-9 ain't out here selling like D Taylor Swift and also exposing us at the same time. Really, 6-9, hey. 6-9 ruined everything for everybody. What do they do? 6-9 was like, I'm fin of buy number one, and guess what? He dropped the track with Oniqa Tanya Mirage.
Starting point is 01:47:20 But then, you know what I'm saying? And guess what? It went number one, ladies and gentlemen. You guys. See, that's the problem. The billboard said enough was enough. And essentially, tighten the rules post-2020. So when you look at other artists who also indulged in the same activity as far as as of, well, not recent, but, you know, in the history of the most egregious attempts,
Starting point is 01:47:41 Travis Scott with Astro World was out here selling socks, hoodies, t-shirts. But like I said, back in that day, which if you remember, I think Astro World came out of 2018. that's what that's not that's not besides the point but basically Travis guy got away with it with Asher World which is why Nikki was so mad um 2019 DJ Calais yes the late great well not late great the great the legendary DJ Calais basically with his album
Starting point is 01:48:09 the main thing for DJ Calvert is that when he put out for Father of Assad in 2019 and I don't know why he ain't have Drake Bill on it like I feel like he would have skated on Anyways, getting back to the point. So DJ Cald basically had a bundle with the album for awake energy shots via shop.com. And guess what? They was trying to sell it off as an actual album unit.
Starting point is 01:48:34 And Bellboard stepped in once again. It was like, you must think we're playing around here. Guess what? We're taking all themselves, Buddy, and he lost over 100,000. I kid you not. So because of that, it disqualified over 100,000 sales. and he threw a mammoth of a fit and Tyler the creator had the best of time clowning him
Starting point is 01:48:54 because he was talking about, oh, I'm about to go number one, we the best, we the best, limit pepper wings on me, we're the best, you know what I'm saying? Tyler, the creator, was number two behind him. But then after the deflation that Billboard had to do because of disqualifying a lot of different bundles with the energy dream, Tyler, the creator,
Starting point is 01:49:13 ended up becoming number one. and then uh dj call his album came in number two behind tyler's album and he was very irate throwing grown man hissy fist and everything and tyler the creator was celebrating so anyways going back more into the past and i don't like to do this but john carter also got away with this just like travis scott got away with it you have to do it in a certain way to actually be able to get away with it i don't know if it's the bike rubin white party or what it you know i don't know what you have to do to get away with these certain things DJ Callow wasn't able to do it, but Jack Quees Webster, aka Travis Scott, and Sean Carter, aka Jay-Z, was able to get away with this trick.
Starting point is 01:49:53 2013. If y'all remember back then, which you was probably a wee little lad or not even on this earth, but Samsung had a pre-purched one million copies of Magna Carter Holy Grail. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, one million copies. Anyways, and it gave away those copies via a free it gave away those free copies via app to Galaxy users with 72 hour early access. But at the end of day, he did get away with it. And when you look at the actual first week sales, safe to say a lot of people was calling that out. But how can you say bad things about Jay-Z without just getting straight up scrutinized?
Starting point is 01:50:38 Just straight-up lobotomized? Is that the word? By the black community? because they're not playing that. I know that ain't who I think it is. Anyway, Sean Carter also got away with it. But the biggest culprit was when Travis Guy did it with Astor World. And then, of course, when 6'9 came out,
Starting point is 01:50:53 just basically exposing the industry and doing the same thing that he said, other people's profiting off of, they nipped that in the butt. So bringing this back to ASEF Rocky. So he tried that overall attachment to a vinyl. But the thing about the vinyl is, you know, technically a vinyl's music, right? But it was tied to a rent-free property.
Starting point is 01:51:13 I don't know what in the world was going on with this fan base, but they partnered with built rewards for exclusive limited edition vials tied to their app rent free promo for a chance to win free rent, signed items, community donations, etc., etc. Initial projections boosted the overall sales by 100 to 130,000. So then guess what? Luminant billboard stepped in once again. And it was like, hey, hey, player. Player, boy, you know what? Play a player? We're going to need a couple of them thousands.
Starting point is 01:51:48 I mean 100,000 of themselves because we're not counting that for your first week sales. So over 100,000 was lost due to, quote, unquote, his site and his partnership with built rewards. Now, this is not new. And I don't fault rappers playing the game, how the game needs to be played. You know, you say don't hate the player, hate the game. I think as long as you have a certain organic fan base, I think these games have to be played to reach the highest of heights. If you don't believe that a lot of these people who notoriously affect the masses
Starting point is 01:52:28 don't have people behind the scenes helping them, especially once you get into the league of content creation, then you'll just misguided. You guys. See, that's the problem. So anyways, they took away those. units but to be fair as if rocky is still slated to have a phenomenal outing as is expected to sell 119,000 first week so just think about how phenomenal those numbers would have looked if they would
Starting point is 01:52:54 account the finals it would have been in the 219 to 240 range right so anyways um it would be his fourth top 10 album of his career um i think it will debut at number one or it may debut i think it was slated uh when they was included in the vinals to go number one to go number one. number one. But I know, but nowadays, I think it's going to be, I think it's going to debut at number two, 119,000 first week. But, you know, shout out to ASEF Rocky. I think there's a lot of things you can get into, especially with him just being a hip-hop icon from the fashion sense, him musically being so absent, but coming back with a six-figure first week release, I mean, I have to do it. You know what I'm saying? No, I have to do it, but even Abraham himself.
Starting point is 01:53:41 even Abraham Shaya Ben Joseph himself more commonly referred to as 21 Savage. Basically, he couldn't even do a six-figure first week sales. So I think this is a huge W for you at Rocky. So now that I broke down the lead up into how he got these sales like a kilo or Miley Cyrus, let's talk about the most successful tracks off of the album right now. Continuing our respectful coverage. of ASAP Rocky. I know that ain't who I think it is. I know y'all saying right now. I know that ain't who I think it is. Well guess what when I first started off my respectful coverage
Starting point is 01:54:22 of Aesap Rocky because you already know of course I had to break down the goat you know what I'm saying is it okay I got my dope on me and I had to break down the queen as far as Rihanna and the surroundings of the ASEF drama safe to say I am now putting a misrespect on Aysf Rockies day because not only did he have a phenomenal marketing routine I mean just look at his cover right now. Analytic Dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio. I mean, just look at his gaming covers and I just feel like, pause. He was making a love letter to gamers out there. Shepard, just look at the state of gaming. Like, what is going on?
Starting point is 01:54:59 So you know, me and somebody who loves to combine the music and gaming field, I can now be mad at these gaming music ties that ASEP Rockery is doing for his marketing promotion. And of course, like I said in the last segment, but always going to put a misrespect on Juice World's name. When he put out Death Race for Love, that's one of my favorite hip-hop album covers of all time. And I'm a little biased because, you know, it's gaming related. But, you know, hey, hey, guess what? If I'm a little biased, guess what? Woot need do.
Starting point is 01:55:28 Anyways, so for this specific segment, we was getting into the best performing tracks off of ASEF Rocky's album because all that marketing talk that I did in the last segment was basically the same. that ASEF Rocky is set to have one of his better outings as far as first week sales as it won't be the top and already broke down why that's not going to be the top because at long last Aesab did $146,000 first week but with this specific album it's slated to do $119,000 first week now I could do more it could do less but that's what it's estimated to be right now after Billboard and Lumin and stepped in and said hold up player we got to take some of them bundle sales away because they were doing it through an intro means let's just leave it like that like I said already broke it down like a kilo of molly Cyrus in the last segment so anyways um this this specific segment is basically talking about all the top hip-hop tracks off of his album so or not the hip-hop track but just all all the top tracks off of a s.f rocky's don't be dumb album so helicopter is the best performing track off of his album and that's set to be the 21st most played track in the
Starting point is 01:56:35 world and if I was to look at the current predictions or not the current chart because I don't think he's on that right now actually somehow punk rock he's on here it's a 64th most played track in world that's the only track he has but of course me having taken my job seriously you know what I'm saying do this for a living not too crazy you want me shout to me anyways future chart predictions slated for January 31st 2026 safe to say these tracks could be higher it could be lower but safe to say is pretty on the on the nose estimate so as most his best performing track off of the album currently is helicopter which is slated to be the 21st most played track in the world well yeah slated for uh january 31st 2026 not to get it confused with as of right now these are future chart
Starting point is 01:57:22 predictions just in case of anybody's new so his second best performing track off his album is stay here for life which is the 23rd most played track in the world and then you have have Stolia Flow is the third best performance track of his album slated to be the 30th most play track in the world you have order protection slated to be the fourth most played track off his album that's the 46 most played track in the world and then um yeah player I ain't gonna look at that I love that song you know I always said even at the beginning that I love the first half of this album and that stays true like even going back to it it's just certain songs on the second half I don't know what no I don't know what the world that man was doing but
Starting point is 01:58:03 As far as right now, right? I think Player is one of my favorite and no trespassing is growing on me like crazy. Pause. You guys. But as far as no trespassing, I think that song is phenomenal.
Starting point is 01:58:17 One of my favorite songs of the year so far. But the year just started. So yeah, do that what you will. So with that being said, let's get back to it. Player. Player is, I lost my track. Okay, here we go one, two, got to count again.
Starting point is 01:58:29 Here we go, three, four, how can that do it? which reading. Anyways, a player, the fifth most played track off of A's album, slated to be the 54th most played track in the world. No trespassing said to be the sixth most played track off of Aesab Rackie's album, slated to be the 62nd most play track in the world. So when you look at these numbers, safe to say, A SAB Rocky is doing phenomenal. Like, even though a lot of sales was taken off because of the vinyl trick he tried to pull, but not vinyl trick, but the promo trick he tried to pull allegedly with, um,
Starting point is 01:59:03 What was I called again? With partnering with built rewards for exclusive limited edition vials, which basically gave a lot of people free rent, signed items, signed items, and community donations, official bill announcement. So, yeah, Luminand Billboard wasn't going for that. Air Force is, let's see, one or two, we got to count again. See, Kossinez, you know, he really helped me out with a lot of things. They're going to kept to you.
Starting point is 01:59:30 One, two, here you go, three, mm-hmm, four, there we go, five, six, six, Okay, back to it. Air Force, the seventh most played track in the world, I mean, no, the seventh most played, most popular track off the A-Sav Rocky's album. And then you have, Don't Be Dumb slash Trip, Baby, which is the eighth most played track off of Rocky's album. And then, of course, you have Whiskey, which is the ninth most played track off of Rocky's album.
Starting point is 01:59:57 You have Mask and Gloves. No, that's young boy. Am I tripping? Oh, yeah, okay. And then you have interrogation of my eighth, Rocky, that's the 10th most played track off of his album, and then STFU, which is the 11th most played track off of the album. Having 11 tracks in the top 100 off of a, what, eight-year hiatus, I think that's a W.
Starting point is 02:00:20 So shout out to A'sab Rocky. I'm seeing Young Boy all on this list. I wonder if he just dropped the album. I don't know how I missed it, but apparently young boy just dropped the album. So I'm about to go look at that. You know, that man drops whenever he wants to. He really the Arkham Asylum of the hip-hop game, just as one person. I never seen one person embody so many different crazy archetypes. Anyways, so yeah, shout out to AesF Rocky. I think when it comes to a respectful coverage
Starting point is 02:00:43 of, you know, notorious mass effect diving deep into how ASEP Rocky's notoriously affecting the masses. I think we did a pretty darn good job. What do y'all say? You know what I'm saying? You guys. So anyways, with that being said,
Starting point is 02:00:56 click my link, shoot in my bio. Let me know in one of my social media is what do you think about AACC's overall Mass Effect with his album, Don't Be Dumb? And where you'd be going to see ASEP Rocky live? whenever he kicks off his tour i don't know when his tour starts like it starts like june 15 anyways are you going to watch asap rocky live whenever he starts is don't be dumb tour
Starting point is 02:01:25 now there's so many places to start with the one and only bruno mars but of course i want to turn your attention to his actual post on ig where it states new music this friday The Romantic coming February 27th. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at it. Now, the reason for this dramatic intro is, of course, because of my coverage over at notorious mass effect, pun intended, having a notorious mass effect in itself,
Starting point is 02:02:00 especially my coverage of Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars' song, Die with a Smile, which if you don't know, actually won a Grammy in 2025 for Best Pop Duo. slash group performance. And that's not it, ladies and gentlemen. When it comes to the Grammy, safe to say, Bruno Mars is up again in the year of 2026 for record of the year, song of the year,
Starting point is 02:02:27 and best pop duo slash group performance again with another track with Rosie, titled APT. Now, of course, when it comes to Bruno Mars, I've shined a light on every single Bruno Morris talented outing
Starting point is 02:02:48 that he's had musically. But I had to keep it eight more than 92 when he made the song with sexy red titled, fat, juicy, and wet.
Starting point is 02:02:59 But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop like, what's going on? Ladies and gentlemen, it did not bring any joy to my heart to have to downgrade
Starting point is 02:03:08 the quality of Bruno Mars's musical output because I do believe that fat, juicy, and wet is one of the worst tracks of all time. You guys. See, that's the problem. And it just hurt my heart because I was looking at that track, looking at the name on it, I was saying to myself, I know that ain't who I think it is. I kept saying to myself time and time again.
Starting point is 02:03:28 I know that ain't who I think it is. So as far as his outings before this album comes, safe to say we're going to dive into that. and outside of the track, fat, juicy, and wet, which I still do believe is one of the worst tracks of all time I've ever heard in life. Outside of that, right? Bruno Mars has been on fire, and even that is an understatement. As if you don't know, with Die with a Smile featuring Lady Gaga, basically, it was number one for five non-consecutive weeks, 51 weeks in the top 10, and it ended up number one
Starting point is 02:04:03 on Billboard year in Hot 100 songs in 2025. So he already has a knack for finding the hit amongst his fan base. But that's not it. As we already know, Bruno Mars has many accolades to showcase and basically brag about in his entire career. Because, of course, with Die with a Smile with Lady Gaga. It was the first song ever to reach one billion streams. And if you ask the average Bruno Morris fan, they'll probably tell you they like the track just the way you are when I was your man, grenade, marry you.
Starting point is 02:04:45 Those are the classic tracks from Bruno Marr fans. Let them tell it, right? Bruno Mars is still keeping that same level of engagement in the current year of 2026. Now, I'm not saying quality because I always say just because you have a lot of quantity. does not mean you have high quality. Just because you sell the most, does not mean you have the best product. And just because you don't sell a lot
Starting point is 02:05:06 does not mean you make the most egregious, the most abysmal. All right, my fault, I get the point, right? It doesn't mean you make trash music. Basically, quality does not equal to quantity. But when it comes to Bruno Mars, I do believe his talent level is at the same height
Starting point is 02:05:22 that his exposure should be. Because not only is Bruno Mars one of the biggest artists of all time, but when you look at him in totality he's the first artist ever to reach 150 million monthly Spotify listeners that happen early 2025 and then that's not it ladies and gentlemen Bruno Morris also in 2024 sold out seven Tokyo Dome shows the first since the one and only Michael Jackson you guys and of course there's a Hall of Fame pocket watcher that I do call myself it generated an egregious in a disgusting amount of 280
Starting point is 02:06:07 million plus now of course everybody who's an average Bruno Mars fan already know that he was in Las Vegas residency in this previous year and that grossed around 190 million plus which you know it's not as much as the 2024 tour but guess what it's a residency that's still a lot of money regardless of how you generate it. And then of course, with his album, The Romantic set to come out February 27th, best believe that APT is probably winning some award out of the three is nominated in.
Starting point is 02:06:49 Either it's going to win record, song, or best pop duo slash group performance. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Bruno Mars will probably walk away with a Grammy with the track APT with Rosie. because of course he's won in 2011 with just the way you are he won in 2014 as far as best best pop vocal album with unorthodox jukebox he won in 2016 with record of the year with uptown funk he won in 2018 album of the year record of the year best rnb album of the year best rm b performance
Starting point is 02:07:25 best rm b song y'all get the point right and guess what that was the last time he put out a project. Now I know what you're saying right now. What do you mean that was the last time he put out a project? That was almost a decade ago and you will be correct. If you actually look at his discography, Bruno Mars last album, last solo album was 24k magic that came out November 17th, 2016. You guys. So now almost a decade into his next release as far as solo, right? Because of course he's did put out, which I think is a classic, an evening with Silk Sonic with Anderson Pack, that has some of the greatest songs of all time, and I'm not exaggerating one bit. As put on a smile, smoking out the window,
Starting point is 02:08:17 leave the door open, all three of those are some of the greatest songs I've ever heard in life, and they're all on one album. So when I talk about my infatuation with Bruno Morris' talent, it's not just something I'm just saying just because he's popular. The main thing with Bruno Morris is he showcases his talent,
Starting point is 02:08:37 whether it's dancing, whether it's playing instruments, whether it's singing, especially when he's singing. I do believe when it comes to singing, it's more of a hard art form to master if you don't already have that innate talent, in my opinion. And Bruno Morris has both, and it's just through the roof. I compare him to Chris Brown, but I don't want to lot. You know, I want to get the Bruno Morris fans upset.
Starting point is 02:08:58 They hear Chris Brown, they say, hold on now. I know you ain't comparing Breezy to Bruno Morris. Well, I kind of did. But anyways, all of this is basically to let you know that when the romantic comes out February 27th, safe to say, it's going to be a mass effect to the upteenth degree. Because Bruno Morris is one of the most respected musicians in the music industry. And guess what? He's going to be respected again when this album came out. As when his last album came out once again and won an album of the year.
Starting point is 02:09:29 It had the record of the year, best R&B album of the year, best R&B performance and best R&B song. And then his next album with Anderson Pack in 2022, won record at a year for Leave the Door Open, one song of the year for Leave the Door Open, one Best R&B performance. Y'all seen the pattern here? One best R&B song for Leave the Door Open.
Starting point is 02:09:54 And of course, coming up to date, 2025, he won Best Pop Duo. slash group performance would die with a smile. Now, the Grammys is on my birthday, right? You know, shout to me. So with that being said, the Grammys is February 1st, 2026. But when it comes to that, safe to say, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Bruno Mars
Starting point is 02:10:18 is going to at least walk away with one win, whether it's record, song, or best pop duo slash group performance. Now, if he gets that again, some may say that that award may just, be called the Bruno Mars Award at his point because he's won it consistently especially if you look at his overall trajectory at the Grammy Awards like usually that's the award that said I basically a slam dunk for Bruno Mars so now when you look at the 68th Grammy Award show and oh actually I think it's set to happen February 2nd I thought was February 1st let me see Grammys 2026 I could have swore it was uh
Starting point is 02:10:59 I could have swore it was February 1st. Is it not? I don't want to tell you all the wrong time. You know, we don't do fake news over here. Okay, when I looked it up, it's just February 1st. I don't know why this site is saying February 2nd. So I think this site is wrong. I know it was a credible site.
Starting point is 02:11:14 I got it from too. But let's just say it's actually happening February 1st. Like I said, it's on my birthday. Because I was like, hold on now. February 2nd don't sound right. So when it comes to the album release, it's coming out February 27, post-album, I mean, post-grammy, visibility. Meaning that do believe he's going to get an award.
Starting point is 02:11:32 But I'm open to being wrong, but at the end of day, let's just say January 10th, February 2nd, and February 27th is going to be some marquee dates to keep hold of. Because, of course, his single may be coming in two days as far as January 10th, 2026. And then February 27th is when we're going to get the entire romantic album from Bruno Mars, almost a decade after 24th. 24k magic So that be it said, click my link to you in my bio Let me know one of my social media What do you think about the iconic The legendary Bruno Mars putting out
Starting point is 02:12:11 Yet another solo album A decade after his last solo album And do you believe that it's going to sweep the Grammys Like 24K Magic did Let the Glazeathon continue Shepherd Nah because you know at some point in time Talent has to be
Starting point is 02:12:31 respected you guys and I come to you as a congregation and I really want to speak the word of talent to y'all right now give them some praise you know you feel me at some point in time and shout to jerusalem for that you know I mean I appreciate it but anyways at some point in time we do have to realize that Bruno Mars may be one of the top most talented musicians that we have on planet But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, Tim. So anyways, while that glaze out of the way, the main thing I was wanting to let you know is that the romantic is obviously coming out soon.
Starting point is 02:13:11 When is it coming out? Well, I'm glad you asked. February 27, 2026. But more specifically, when we're looking at the song, the single, I might add, titled, I Just Might, that just released not too long ago, more specifically, it released Friday. Or if you're watching this in the future, it released January, 9th 2026 so the main reason why I'm saying that is because technically ladies
Starting point is 02:13:37 and gentlemen over here at notorious mass effect we talk about gaming and music IPs that notoriously affected mass it's safe to say when you look at future chart analytics technically it could go up or it could go down but for Bruno more specifically the numbers are through the roof I mean it's insane as the extended early billboard hot 100 predictions slated for January 24th has Bruno Mars's track I just might add a whopping number one you guys and then also when you look at the units very interesting how the units is above 200,000 and the second closest is Ella Langley with her track shoes in Texas as that track has 170,000
Starting point is 02:14:31 and units as far as purchase now a lot of analytics are put together to put out these future chart predictions so bruno mars's track i just might is technically not number one right now but is leading by a lot as far as all of the metrics that they put together to basically predict what's going to be at number one some of the other things that i'm noticing is definitely not only it's the streams doing phenomenal but also you look at the airplane which that's already at 26 million and this song came out to keep in mind there's this particular artist titled little uzi vert right little uzi vert has a track titled what you sang that came out not too long ago i believe we're going to get into it um later but basically it's it's slated to be the 12th most
Starting point is 02:15:24 play track in the world guess how much airplay mr vert is getting right now two million. I know that ain't who I think it is. So just to put it in perspective, what you're saying has been out has been successful. It only has two million airplay, right? Bruno Mars out the gate. Now, I'm not giving any conspiracy theories, but all I'm saying is Bruno Mars out the gate is slated to already have 26 million units as far as airplay. We're not units, uh, 26 million airplay. So now I think all of this considered as far as the streaming, doing phenomenal, as far as the physical purchases being bought by his fan base. And then radio is already backing this like it's a hit single out the gate.
Starting point is 02:16:11 I wouldn't be surprised if Bruno Mars has one of the most successful tracks in the year of 2026. Starting off the year, shooting up the charts to number one, basically continues my thought process to wondering how long is it going to stay in the top five? because now that we're seeing Claire's day that it's the most popular song out the gate in the year of 2026, how long can he hold that title? As from our award standpoint, which is more critics and subjective critique, Bruno Mars has a whopping 16 Grammy wins.
Starting point is 02:16:51 So he's already a critical darling. And now you look at the year of 2026 as far as the Grammy Award show happening, happening February 1st, which is my birthday, by the way, and just want to let you know what I'm saying? Just in case you saw the cash up pop up. You want to, you know what I mean? You wanted to. All right, my fault. Let me get back to it. So anyways, um, Bruno Morris is trying to turn 16 total Grammy wins to 19 as he currently has three nominations for the 2026 Grammy Award show. One for record of the year. One for song of the year. and then one for best pop slash no no no best pop duo slash group performers so as far as a subjective metric
Starting point is 02:17:39 as far as the objective metric both of them seem to be heavily in favor of bruno morris bruno marce is literally despite his looks he's literally pun it well i guess it is pun intended the golden child of the music industry abel tesfea mcconin has under 48 hours to respond. It's time for a rap battle! Now I'm not saying they should be a rap battle, because obviously, you know, they're singers. But we may have to hit some notes
Starting point is 02:18:08 and see who comes out on top, right? Pulse. Goodness. You guys. And basically, the main thing I basically is, I'm talking about as far as comparing these two gentlemen is because I always talk about how the weekend put out my favorite album
Starting point is 02:18:22 hurry up tomorrow last year. Now, am I going to say, Bruno Mars is probably going to have my favorite album? I think not. My favorite album from Bruno Morris, which is probably a hot tape. It's probably an album with Anderson Pack. I think that has some of the most timeless music I've ever heard on it.
Starting point is 02:18:39 And with that being said, this upcoming album, while I do have high expectations, I'm not expecting the album to be my favorite of the year. But I'm thinking it's going to be phenomenal, right? So another thing that Bruno Morris fans probably want to know is this man is actually going on tour. Yes, if you're a huge Bruno Mars fan, safe to say the romantic tour,
Starting point is 02:19:07 is happening April through October, 2026 in North America, Canada, and Europe. And the pre-sale is already up and the general sale comes out tomorrow, but if you're in the future, it already came out January 15th, 2026. So now, you're probably wondering, who's going to be on a tour?
Starting point is 02:19:27 Well, ladies and gentlemen, I got something to tell y'all. You guys. Not only does the immensely talented Bruno Morris not need any supporting acts to sell out and give a phenomenal show. This man Bruno Morris has not only Anderson Pack, which I just told you all. It's my favorite album from Bruno Morris as far as this collaborative album with Anderson Pack. Also has Leon Thomas. Oh, it doesn't stop there.
Starting point is 02:19:56 He also has Ray. Oh, you're probably thinking three supporting acts. That's probably, you know, enough to let, you know, Bruno Morris come out. Well, you're incorrect. Ladies and gentlemen, he's also bringing out Victoria Monet. That is actually insane. Bruno Morris is probably going to have one of the best musical shows in the year of 2026. So basically, all of the glaze is to let you know that this man is going to be giving out some
Starting point is 02:20:28 top tier content in the year of 2026 and guess what starting it out starting it off with i just might which may end up being the number one most played track in the world as far as the future chart predictions for january 24th 2026 safe to say i believe runo mars is setting up to not only have the most successful track of 2026 already but he may end up having one of the most successful tours of 2026 so that being said Click my link to share my bio. Let me know one of my social medias. What do you think about Bruno Mars and his track, I Just Might?
Starting point is 02:21:03 At the end of day, do you think that Bruno Mars' album, The Romantic, that's slated, to come out February 27, 2026, do you believe it could end up being album of the year? You know, of course, NBA Young Boy just had one of the most successful tours of all time. Clap it up for that, brother. And, you know, it's only apparent that his album, matched the tour success as far as pure units, right? Well, ladies and gentlemen, the biggest question remains unanswered because why in the world does NBA young fans not like to buy his physical copies of his album?
Starting point is 02:21:51 But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip-hop. Like, what's going on? But to be fair, they will support his tour. So as far as an artist, if you had to pick either or, I would assume you would pick people actually buying tickets to your tour than actually buying copies of your actual album. Because of course if you don't know,
Starting point is 02:22:11 Salam Cry just came out January 16th of this specific year. And of course, shout out to NBA Young Boy because he was number seven as far as the most played project of all time. As far as his debut, I forget where he, I think he debuted number one or number two. I don't think it was number two because of ASAP. But as far as, let me see if I can find that. right quick yeah so he debuted number six and so he's he slid to one spot which is the number seven
Starting point is 02:22:37 uh number seven and when he first debuted it was seven thousand 70 000 units but the main thing was why in the world does this man have under a thousand physical copies more specifically when i look at you know billboard chart data things of that nature the exact number i found was 49 but then you know what i'm saying i was like 10 look at the state of hip-hop like what's And I know y'all gonna think I'm joking, right? Y'all gonna be like, ain't no way. There's only 49 physical copies, right? So let me pull this up right quick.
Starting point is 02:23:07 Hold on, not that. I want to get the whole thing so y'all can read it along with me. So you see all these other artists, right? And then just look at young boys. We're gonna break this down. So analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio because I'm about to bring this up right now. So as far as this right here, y'all can see this right?
Starting point is 02:23:25 I think you can. Okay, cool. So, you know, me being a W tech guy to the side. Safe to say this is the number you want to look for right here. This right here is physical copies, right? And usually when you look at this, this is usually streams on demand or something like that. So this is physical copies. This is streams.
Starting point is 02:23:44 If you go down, you see, you know, everybody in a mama that's towards the top has a certain number of physical copies, except for Zach Bryan, you know, 468. Not the greatest number, but hey, he still has the fourth most playing project in the world. So then you keep going down and then what in the world? But then you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on? Ladies and gentlemen, 49 compared to all these other numbers.
Starting point is 02:24:08 I mean, I know y'all supported his tour to the point where it was one of the most successful hip hop tours of all time. Objectively speaking, it grossed over $70 million. So I know y'all got it. Why in the world are you letting his physical units look like this compared to the rest of the superstars in the industry? You guys. See, that's the problem. Now with that out the way, I just had to show you all that because I was bewildered. I was like, ain't no way they're going to believe me if I don't show them in 4K.
Starting point is 02:24:34 You know what I'm saying? I feel like more Phillips. Anyways. So when it comes to the album, safe to say, he did a phenomenal job as far as in captivating the masses. Because not only did he put out 50 million albums in one year, but of course when it comes to his album, safe to say, even though it may not sell the most, his fan base could care less. Every time they bring up other artists that sell more, they basically say, you know, they bring up 21 Savage. They bring up Don Tolliver.
Starting point is 02:25:03 They bring up A-Sap Rocky. All right, my fault. Y'all get the point, right? So basically, M.B.A. Young Boy does not sell glamorously as far as the other superstars in the hip-hop game. But, of course, when it comes to Taurus, which is the most bewildering thing ever. they don't want to buy his dollar 99 cent album but they will go to a tour to see him live and god only knows what that price tag is i mean old man that was just trying to escort people to the um seats you know they out here getting body slam w w e all type of moves being done on them right
Starting point is 02:25:44 and people want to see that in person so as far as the mass of tour that happened last year it grossed over million dollars 42 shows and 500,000 plus tickets sold that is crazy so objectively speaking when he tours he's up there with the likes of Drake Kendrick Lamar 50 cents just to name a few as far as him objectively putting up some of the best hip-hop tour numbers we've ever seen in life which brings me back to my question how come those people who went to his live show preferred to stream rather than actual buying the unit because I think they would want to support the artist a little more especially when he puts out music and he just went on tour so anyways um as far as supporting them or supporting young boy a little more technically he did more than his
Starting point is 02:26:33 last album which was make america slime again and that album did 49 000 so you know 70 000 compared to 49 000 that's a significant jump so he may not be too upset by the physical units not purchased by his fans as is majorly it's heavily relying on streams. Which, you know, I'm not mad at it. I mean, Drake is the biggest streaming artists in the world. You know I had to bring on my favorite. You know what I'm saying? Is it okay? I got my dope on me? And so when you come to streaming, Drake's dope is outselling everybody else's. But anyways, when it comes to young boy, I do believe he's going to be fine. I mean, having Burn a Boy and Jelly Roll as the only
Starting point is 02:27:10 features on the 30-track album and it still sells like this should let you know what type of timing young boy is on, especially when it comes to him notoriously affecting the masses. The main thing I wanted to do was just give or not give put a misrespect on young boy's name because this is one of the most monumental figures we've had in hip hop in quite some time. Now I know what you're saying. He may not represent all the most positive things in society. And what I got to say to that, what I got to say to that, you know, if you want to see a positive superstar like image, then just go to church, my brother. you know what I'm saying? Give them some praise.
Starting point is 02:27:53 Because I don't know if y'all could tell, but this is hip hop. So a lot of things are just, you know, there's a lot of gray area. Well, we just let slide, right? So as far as the field, young boy's next move, I believe, is to go on tour again. Because I think as of right now, he's on, I don't know if he's still on house arrest, you know, basically Donald Trump got in, stepped in and he was basically like, hold on now, this brother brings in how much revenue yeah get him out of prison put him on the tour expeditiously and make him call it master you know what i'm saying shepherd all right my fault i didn't mean to expose him like that
Starting point is 02:28:27 so anyways um so getting back into what i believe that his trajectory is and the reason why i say he's so monumental young boy starting music at four at age 14 and i believe he has the most billboard uh entries at his age currently and young boy is let me see young boy age. Young boy is currently 20. Oh, hey, we're the same. Actually, he older than me. Young boy is older than me. I just had, you know, I just had to break it. But then, you know what I'm saying? He older than me by a year, but technically he is 20 years of age, but he was born in 1999. Ladies and gentlemen, I was born in 2000. You feel me? Now that random side, uh, fact out of the way, safe to say, when it comes to him being so successful in the music field,
Starting point is 02:29:14 hip hop has never seen a figure like this since little Wayne, as far as just, From my infant, I mean not infant, but y'all get the point. Since a little kid, he's been successful in the hip-hop game. And now, with him being 26 years of age, hopefully he has decades more, you know, left to go, especially in the music field. I think he could put up one of the most successful hip-hop career. He could put up one of the most successful hip-hop careers of all time. And I think that's high praise, you know? So with that out the way, safe to say, Slime cried didn't surprise anybody.
Starting point is 02:29:49 as far as how much it generated as far as first week sales because it didn't go number one it went number six and as of this week it went number seven so but he's still one of the top overall impactors and effectors of the masses in the hip hop ecosystem so just wanted to put a misrespect on young boy's name while also still asking his fan base why in the world do y'all prefer to stream over actually buying the unit the physical unit for young boy so With that being said, click my link to you in my bio. Let me know on one of our social medias. What do you think about a young boy putting out his album, his 30 track album, mind you. Slime Cry, if you wanted to know how, hold on, let's see how long it is. Pulse, goodness gracious. You guys. So with that being said, this album is 30 tracks total, an hour and 21 minutes long.
Starting point is 02:30:39 So with that being said, click my link to my bio. Let me know on one of my social medias. What do you think about Young Boy's latest album, Slime Cry? And if you listen to that whole movie of an album, what was your favorite? track. Unc decided to surprise us for his 41st birthday and you know what I can't be mad at it. But then you know what I'm saying? I was like damn look at the state of hip hop like what's going on? As Jermaine took some egregious shots on the first track of his mixtape out now and I'm just glad and I thank the Lord you know what I'm saying? I thank the Lord. You know what I'm
Starting point is 02:31:18 saying? Amen. That he didn't put in name on that bullet because you know he would have had to take it down in under 48 hours you guys see that's the problem now it all jokes aside you're probably wondering what are you referring to as far as a mixtape for an unks birthday well ladies and gentlemen germain more commonly referred to as j dot co has released a project titled birthday blizzard and no before you go to dsps guess what but it's only available on his website which he's charging a minimum of $1, which I'm gonna show it right here
Starting point is 02:31:54 because of course, you know, it's not a hating bone in my body, but at the end of the day, Jermaine believes that podcasts is or the reason that everybody is out here getting monetary value from his music. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Starting point is 02:32:07 Like, what's going on? So as you can see right here, as far as the actual website, this is it right here. Yeah, a minimum of $1, but actually it says pay what you want. So if you want to pay him a million dollars, is the guess what?
Starting point is 02:32:18 Won't they do? Ain't nothing going to stop you. So with that being said, let me take that back off. But the main thing you need to know is that when it comes to Germain and his mixtape, his surprise mix tape,
Starting point is 02:32:27 mind you, because, you know, everybody is waiting for the falloff. They're set to come out soon as far as, I believe February 6, if I'm not mistaken. Does he have a countdown
Starting point is 02:32:36 on his DSP? Of course not. So, let me see. As far as the fall off, the fall off definitely comes out February something. Let's see. Feb.
Starting point is 02:32:46 I know it comes off. at some point let me see February oh yeah okay here we go the fall off comes out February 6th now when it comes to that I think it's like 10 days from now I believe let me see count let me see one two three four five six seven eight nine that basically 10 days because you know we had to tip part of the mixtape so um the main thing I was wanting to say especially with this mixtape is that I believe it's very interesting how P Diddy you know P did he put hands fee and elbows on Germain, slap earthwind and fired out of him. And here he is using his production for two of the two of the four tracks off of his surprise birthday mixtape. I mean, just talk about being the
Starting point is 02:33:28 pacifist, you know what I'm saying? Like, Jermaine is the ultimate forgiver in the hip-hop universe. And if you don't believe me, I mean, just listen to this little clip right here. And I pray that God align me back up on my purpose and on my path. Uh-huh. You know what I mean? I pray that my nigger really didn't feel no way. He's talking my Kendrick, mind you. Wait, wait, hold on. He's talking about my Kendrick, just in case y'all didn't know. I'm trying to play him verbatim.
Starting point is 02:33:51 My nigger really didn't feel no way. And if he did, my nigga, I got my chin out. Take your best shot. I'm going to take that shit on the chin, boy. Do what you do. Do what you do? Hold on. Now, he ain't say pausing nothing.
Starting point is 02:34:01 You guys. See, that's the problem. That's crazy. That's your favorite rapper, by the way. So as far as Jermaine, ultimately, one of the things I'll always say across the lifespan of notorious mass effect, that he is the most overrated rapper of all time.
Starting point is 02:34:15 And, you know, of course, he's proving that time and time again. As far as being overrated, it means being rated in the spot that I believe is over the actual status that you should be in. So that's why I call him the most overrated because people have him in the top three. I don't think he's nowhere near the top three because, of course, when it comes to hip hop, major players from a quality and from an objective metrics point is in the top three, a plethora of rappers or in the top three before a J-Code. Whether you want to say future, whether you want to say Travis Scott, whether you want to say Tyler the Creator, uh niki i know a lot of those names could be uh back and forth as far as in the third spot but i think germane is nowhere near that spot so anyways that's that's my stance across all my germane coverage so now when you come to the point where he says on the first track i used to be top seed
Starting point is 02:35:03 and this is on bronx this is the first track you know first track off at a surprise birthday mixtape it's called uh the bronx zoo freestyle so as far as that um germane says i used to be the top seed apology dropped me way out of the top three hold let me put this up just so y'all can see you know on the analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio you know you know you know you never want to there's no cap in my rap you know what I'm saying so anyways um this man said I used to be the top seed apology drop me way out of the top three no problem comma I'm probably the best I'm probably my best when they doubt me and then he ends up with watch me watch me and take it into the second track so basically
Starting point is 02:35:44 I just want to say to all the Germaine fans out there, even your favorite rapper, which is something I can never agree with. If Drake came out, it was like, you know what? Hey man, side seven got me with that pedophile dish, you know what I'm saying? He's number one right now. You know what I'll say? But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip-hop. Like, what's going on?
Starting point is 02:36:01 I think if Germain really wanted to counteract this whole apology dropping him out of the top three, he should have came out similar to a gunner and just put out fire music and not talk about the apology. because every time he talks about it, he always comes back with bars like, hey, I know I apologize, but I can still bar your favorite rapper up. Like, hold up now. Player, don't you know you was in the game? And you dropped out in under 48 hours, which is one of the most egregious moves I've ever seen on my measly 25 years on earth. You guys. See, that's the problem. And everybody looking at Jermaine saying to themselves,
Starting point is 02:36:38 I know that ain't who I think it is. And for y'all who keeps saying, man, why don't you just let the Kendrick apology go? He's still one of the top tier lyrics Two things could be true He could be one of the top tier lyrics in hip hop And still have one of the most egregious moments In hip hop history Because of course, just because Jermaine can rap
Starting point is 02:36:55 Does not mean that we're going to put to the side The fact that he keeps talking about How he has the best bars Imaginable And when it's time to prove You have the best bars against the best rappers He drops out of the race. It doesn't make any sense to me.
Starting point is 02:37:09 Anyways, so getting back into the objective information about this actual project is four new freestyles but there's like one full track with all the freestyles and of course because you know consumers are greasy out here just straight up slime ball activity almost let me chill but let's just say they almost hit you with a back door as far as germane by the way the way that they took your music and put it on youtube and you all already know who i was about to say as far as that back door but i'm gonna leave it right there so anyways as far as the backdoor effect that the consumers had on germain what i mean by that is that the entire mixtape is already on youtube is already out on sound cloud which i believe that germain wanted to put
Starting point is 02:37:50 this out uh for free but then i have to take that back when i when i see that the main way that he put you can get the the main tool that he put to where you can get his mixtape from is a site asking for at least a dollar meaning that i don't think he wanted this out for free but i don't think he's mad at it I just think that the consumers is on some slime ball activity. I know that ain't who I think of it is. Jermaine out there thinking his consumer's about to pay a dollar for his surprise birthday mixtape and they basically said, Who do dey-do?
Starting point is 02:38:21 Jermaine like, hold up, guys. It's only a dollar. Guess what the consumer said? What do they do? Ladies and gentlemen, it's out on YouTube, SoundCloud, Twitter, you name it. So anyways, with that being said, I think other things as far as the tracks not using the already more popular beats like I said that the guy who put hands feet and elbows and slap earthwind
Starting point is 02:38:43 and fire out of germane all that that man diddy production all throughout this mix take so bronx zoo freestyle as far as over victory that's that's the main track that is gaining inspiration and especially the beat from was produced by diddy right and then you have winter storm freestyle that was also produced by ditty that's using the over that's using um can i live by the locks and of course victory like I said from the first track off of the mixtape is by diddy buster rhymes in the notorious b iG so of course with everything said you already know when it comes to the other two tracks the golden goose freestyle is produced by derrick d dot angeletti i think that's how you say it and that's taken inspiration from the money power and respect by the locks and of course last but definitely not least because i
Starting point is 02:39:31 believe this is the best track off of the surprise mixtape it's the 99 build freestyle and interestingly enough that actual track is an original B by T-minus in AZ's The Shake. Hopefully I'm saying it right. It's not a classic sample reused or anything and it's the best track off of the surprise mixtape. But that's just my opinion, right? So with that being said, having four tracks for a surprise birthday mixtape, I think for his fans, they're going to support it like it's going out of style. But then you realize it's not on DSP, so we'll never be able to see the objective analytics as far as comparing the time. to the superstars in the hip hop field.
Starting point is 02:40:10 Because when it comes to mass effects, safe to say, if we look at superstars and hip hop, trying to see who's the biggest, that's when the objective metrics come into play. Because for me, as a huge Drake fan, you know, I have to reiterate time and time again, because, you know, people would just choose
Starting point is 02:40:24 or forget how just because you sell a lot does not mean you make the best product. And just because you don't sell a lot, it does not mean you make the absolute most abysmal product on demand. The two don't correlate. Sometimes you can make the best. the best music ever and not get any support, which happened with JID, which happened with Vince
Starting point is 02:40:41 Staples, which happened to, you know, I can keep going on and on again. And then Stables, I'm talking about his TV show, not the actual music. But, because if you don't know, his TV show by Netflix, just got discontinued. So yeah, sometimes you put out high quality product and people don't engage with it, which is why I always say we use objective metrics such as like first week sales and tour numbers to compare the superstars against one another, because it's already, and it's already analytics and engagement to say okay these guys are streamed more than 99% of artists but we want to know
Starting point is 02:41:12 compared to those individuals who's the done daughter who's the cream of the crot and of course drag comes out every time is it okay I got my dope on me Drake comes out on top every time pulse you know what I'm saying you guys anyways that's why we gauge first week sales and things of that nature
Starting point is 02:41:27 for people who is just completely confused and why we do that so as far as getting into the rest of the mixed day we're definitely going to break this down like a kilo with Miley Cyrus, but I definitely wanted to give an overview of the actual mixtay because of course his fans are more excited than ever. And when you look at Jermaine, I did not know this man was 41. Now, of course, I'm not A, shaming because you know the overall objective is to get
Starting point is 02:41:49 old in this game, right, in this game of life. But when it comes to him being 41 and teasing this as the last album that he's going to put out, and as far as It's a Boy, I don't know what, I don't know what, when this, was that just crap? Like, Is It's a Boy never going to come? out, I believe that was supposed to come out before the falloff or maybe after. I don't know. Anyways, as far as a rollout, he is acting like this is going to be his last project. So he's, I think, expected to go out on top as far as trying to put the most high quality bars you can
Starting point is 02:42:22 imagine on a project. And starting off with a mixtape like this, I think basically raises the anticipation for his album. Personally, I can't go for the, I'm the best, I got the best bars type of malarchy going on in his universe because he got straight up tested and he ran away in under 48 hours. So as far as that, I like the first track he put out, which he was rapping in reverse. I forget what that track was called. But basically, I think Jermaine should rap from that perspective because he's ultimately a pacifist in the game. Like I keep saying, I'm going to keep reiterating.
Starting point is 02:42:55 The man that slapped earthwind and fire at a Jermaine has multiple produced tracks off of this mistake. So when it comes to that, safe to say, Jermain is not. the ultimate pacifist in the hip hop game. So if he's rapping about positive life, milestones, accomplishments, that's all fine and dandy. When he starts saying, I'm the best, people can't mess with me,
Starting point is 02:43:14 your favorite rapper can't rap with me. I'm like, hold on now. You can't talk like that anymore. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on? So that's simply it. So with that being said,
Starting point is 02:43:25 we are going to switch gears and getting to get into the first track of the birthday blizzard, 26, uh, 2026 by Jermaine. And we're going to start with the Bronx Zoo freestyle right now. Let me feel. That shit disrupts my
Starting point is 02:43:41 fucking peace. So what I want to say right here tonight is in the midst of me doing that and in that shit, trying to find a little angle and downplay this, this nigger's fucking catalog and his greatness. I want to say right now tonight, how many people think Kendrick Lamar is one of the greatest
Starting point is 02:43:57 motherfuckers to ever touch a fucking microphone? I just don't like it, man. I just don't like that shit, man. I just don't like that. I just don't like that. I just don't like that. Rappers that had to go get a job. Go take care your kids,
Starting point is 02:44:07 but if I got something that still works while on it up. Go get a job. Go to Costco's, nigga. I don't have to go to Costco. Go somewhere. Ladies and gentlemen, I don't know where Jermaine needs to go, but talking like this or his latest project is not it. But then, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 02:44:24 I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on? Not only, ladies and gentlemen, And not only did he pick a fight with one of the greatest rappers of all time as far as size seven, I mean, Kendrick Lamar. But also when you come to the continuation of him taking it down in under 48 hours, he probably thought to himself, who else can I go at and have some type of bravado in the hip hop game? You know what? I just thought about it.
Starting point is 02:44:50 Let me go at the content creators who cover the industry. You guys. See, that's the problem. When it comes to Cam and Mace, I believe that Mace is going to have the biggest bucket of popcorn, because I believe these lyrics are going directly at him, as we are currently breaking down the first track off of the just-release, surprise release, birthday blizzard that Jermaine did for his 41st birthday. That man getting up there. Anyways, you know, the ultimate goal is to live longer, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 02:45:20 So, as far as that, Jermaine said, and I quote, grown men peddling gossip of all things i remember when it was rapping and ball playing now the bread and butter is yapping and parlaying hold up now that's bars right there that's bars right there you know what i mean cam and mate you got 48 hours man you got you got you got under and under 48 hours to respond especially cam you know what he trying to say right here because of course after he says oh man your name's a big conversation max deals felucca donkitch lobbing the aiden hold up now you guys i was thinking to myself you know what who in the world could he be referring to you and then he got the biggie playing the background talking about rapping ball playing going into yapping
Starting point is 02:46:07 and parland i was like who in the world could this man be talking about and i thought about like mace and cam they do have a show talking about sports you know what as far as um the sports podcast i forget what's called uh mace let me see what's his name mace and and then cam right mace cam it is what it is so they have this specific show right here ladies and gentlemen its title is what it is um as you can see uh we see platinum selling whatever a recording artist mace cam they talk about sports right it's right here sports commentary all right so hopefully i can see that analytic dreams video on spotify to see the video along with the audio uh yeah so when i look at germane saying max deals for luca donkitch lobbing to aiden i think of to myself
Starting point is 02:46:52 he's talking about them now let's continue So then he went from that and says Nowadays you can make a grip Commentator I'm so glad somebody said it I mean You know somebody said it right Might as well been Jermaine
Starting point is 02:47:06 You know the ultimate pacifist in the game So he's acknowledging that we out here Making that fetachina That scrella That straight up All right my fault Let's get back into it Um
Starting point is 02:47:15 If you Nowadays you can make a grip Commentatin If you master two skills I know that ain't who I think it is I know that ain't who I think it is. Is that D. Germain Cole accusing us of D.Riding and Hayden? Do that, but I got to keep it 100 with y'all, right?
Starting point is 02:47:41 I damn near had a relapse, right? That boy had a relapse D.Rond and Kendrick. That stuff crazy. Y'all heard some shit that happened two, two, three weeks ago, however long it was. No, we heard it. What happened? Y'all, y'all heard that bazooka that was dropped over the moon. Oh, that bazooka?
Starting point is 02:47:56 Oh, that bazooka, huh? Oh, not the bazooka. Jermaine. Kendra got that? All right, my fault. You know what I mean? But, you know, he said that bazooka. What are he talking about?
Starting point is 02:48:07 Hold up, now. He's talking about another man, another grown man, and he got that bazooka? Shepherd. My fault. My fault. Let me get back to, you know, Jermaine is a pacifist. So, you know, all these comments that he's making in these rap tracks is very easily counterable.
Starting point is 02:48:23 Because, of course, this man backed out of a beef in under 48 hours because he said another grown man. who was also a rapper mind you had a bazook on him but then you know what i'm saying i was like damn look at the state of hip hop like what's going on and ladies and gentlemen when it comes to that you know he said a lot of other things and you know i don't know if he believes that as far as commentating it's one of the easier things to do but safe to say the way i'm breaking it down like a kilo on my lily cyrus you're not going to see this in too many other places because of course let's jump all right down to the bottom right because um this man said i used to be the top seed
Starting point is 02:48:55 Apology dropped me way out of the top three way out of the top three No problem I'm probably my best when they doubt me This is your favorite rapper by the way I know that ain't who I think it is Alright let's keep going um this bar right here immediately Stook out to me stuck out to me because um yeah i'm gonna come I'm gonna connect the puzzle pieces in a second uh jermaine said y'all tallest to me stop
Starting point is 02:49:21 bothering me young simba some people threw some hate my weight uh mind you this a pg podcast young simba some people threw some hate my way but only thing they could they should say is cold you like a father to me man that's that's that's straightfire you know what I'm saying shout to Cole from rapping for uh Kendrick's perspective you know what I'm saying it reminds me of when Kendrick had this particular track it was called uh let me dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with audio so basically uh the heart part 5 when kendrick was rapping in like bunch of different faces like he was like Kobe and then he was will Smith or whatever and then he was like nipsy i'll forget all the faces he did but basically he was rapping from
Starting point is 02:50:01 different perspectives right so i was like i was thinking to myself you know what jermaine's part rapping from a different perspective on this particular track he said y'all tallest to me stop bothering me i wonder who he could be talking to you know jermaine was bothering kendrink and then he also said young simba okay some people threw some hate my way some people okay that's multiple right drake and kendrink did throw hate his way okay my only thing they should say is cold You like a father to me. Now, that's when I was like, oh, he's specifically talking from Kendrick's perspective because Kendrick and Drake Ben's son and Jay Cole.
Starting point is 02:50:37 I mean, I don't think there's a rapper in hip-hop history that's ever been comfortable with taking the third slide because I always say he's the most overrated. And he always knew that too, as he was gladly taking the third place. He was gladly being thrown to bronze because then people, people like superstars in him. And that's a, that's a quotable line from Germain, by the way. So anyways, that's all I have to say about this track. I think this track wasn't the greatest. I think when he first started off, I was like, hold up now. I was wondering he was talking about. You know, as far as notorious, B.I.G, we don't give any sland over here to that specific rapper.
Starting point is 02:51:13 When it comes to the person who produced it, safe to say he slapped Earth, Wind, and Fire out of Germain. If you don't believe it, just look up, did he slapped Jay Coe. And he produced two tracks off of this four-track mixtape. So that been said, you know, with the professional analysis is out of the way. Let's get into the second track, which is Golden Goose Freestyle. Like these dudes, and I really genuinely fuck with these dudes. So, like, I've been trying to, you know, absolutely make an effort, like, as time goes on. This is Jermaine speaking, by the way. I'm going to, like, strip the competition from it. Okay, strip it from it. Like, y'all niggas are submitted forever.
Starting point is 02:51:45 Hey, at least he knows, you know what I'm saying? You know what I mean? Like, I will hope that I'm submitted forever. And if not, I will be, you know, when it's all said and done, in my mind, the time of mentality is. So it's like, there's, like, the competition part I've stripped away, and I'm now on some shit like, man, I'm more interested in the relationship because I also see a time when I'm not doing this. That seems very realistic to me. 41-year-old, by the way, you know, just turned 41.
Starting point is 02:52:10 That's what's what so. And in a time when I'm not doing this, I wouldn't, you know, I don't want to be like, damn, I never fucked, I mean, we never kicked it. You never, what? Hold on now. No, yeah, pause that, my brother. You guys. See, that's the problem.
Starting point is 02:52:25 So anyways, as far as that, um, safe to say, Jermaine been trying to stay cool with Aubrey and side seven, I mean, Kendrick for quite some time. Is it okay? I got my dope on me? And he already knows that Drake is coming with some unfathomable dope as far as I spend on the way. But that being said, um, ladies and gentlemen, I believe we may have... It's time for a rap battle!
Starting point is 02:52:50 Oh, now where that drop come from? Anyways, uh, you know, we may have a rap battle on our hands because when you look at Jermaine, safe to say, when you look at these bars right here, second track offered his surprise birthday album, mind you, you know, we're diving deep into every single track. So Jermaine said, for crumbs, dumb people, this is PG Pockets, by the way, dumb people,
Starting point is 02:53:10 so they sold a Lucian. Hmm, okay, Lucian, UMG, that's interesting. Universal distribution, but I own the music. Own the music. I wonder why I heard that rhetoric before. That's interesting. Best person still breathing, leaving no confusion. Hey, let me go full screen for this one.
Starting point is 02:53:26 My brother, you left no confusion. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. And I don't think people came away thinking you is the best. Anyways, hop on every person's song, abuse it. Okay, you know, he'd do be spitting. Catch bodies for my own amusement. You're talking about Collier Duty?
Starting point is 02:53:45 GTA? All right, my fault. Let's get back into it. People cheating and I won't excuse it. Okay, I mean, I respect that. If I said it. Then I wrote it. Is it okay?
Starting point is 02:53:57 I got my dope on me? I said, what the fuck? You're telling me that all this dope that Arbery's been giving out to other artists claiming they wrote for them as far as Beyonce, as far Kanye? You want to come out and say that Arbery may not be writing everything he does, even though he's giving out so many written tracks to other artists. But, you know, his pen just consistently gets played with. Now, mind you, somebody else could come and be like,
Starting point is 02:54:24 what Jermaine is saying if I said it then I wrote it could be for anybody right you know you're right except when you compare it to the golden goose freestyle which is very as interestingly enough um you know playing off a certain owl right and the golden goose as far as um I think I had it up here somewhere but I lose it thank don't tell me I lost it I think I lost it anyways as far as the golden goose it's very interesting because um Drake has looked at as the golden child of UMG. Even in the midst of the lawsuit, I kid you not, Drake is still selling the most and still streaming the most compared to all other rappers. So now, when you come and say, hop on every person's song, abuse it, you know, catch bodies from all amusement. You know, I'm like, oh, he's just talking.
Starting point is 02:55:14 But then he says, if I said it, I wrote it, comes to think he's taking shots at the goat. Now, we continue, right? Because it's even more than that. Because of course, when you look at him actually going at Drake as far as another specific bar some could say this is for anybody right because you say if streams say you winning while your tours is losing
Starting point is 02:55:38 now who's the top of the streaming game huh when the math ain't math and of course you're juicing that means the bots is boosting I know I just hold up now I know that ain't who I think it is who Jermaine talking about bro he need to put a name on the bullet bro I don't like when
Starting point is 02:55:54 Jermaine talk about this because I feel like I feel like especially putting out a disc track, taking it away in under 48 hours, being a pacifist is suitable for you, my brother. I, you know, dare I say, you may have to become a pastor. Give him some praise. You know what I'm saying? Pastor Cole. Give him some praise.
Starting point is 02:56:13 I mean, Pastor Cole has a ring to it. So anyways, Jermaine said, cut the tough guy image. It is not conducive. That's why a lot of people are going at or thinking that this is attaching. or attached to the greatest artists as far as in hip hop history. Because, of course, you look at Drake, and objectively speaking, he's outstreaming everybody. Then you look at him being a golden goose to UMG. And then you look at the streams.
Starting point is 02:56:43 He's always dominated streams to the point where who else would he be talking about as far as the streams say you win it. And then, of course, the bots is boosting, bringing up bots when Drake brought up bots. It's almost like you're trying to flip it on him, similar to how, size 7 did to Drake when Drake tried to come out in an eight mile himself as far as talking about the accused him of my young girls right so it's very interesting and then he ends it off in a way where I just knew he was talking about the go Aubrey ground is it okay I got my dope on me I said what the so if you don't believe me safe to say that's why I have this in 4k
Starting point is 02:57:20 analytic dream video on Spotify I see the video along with the audio because the way he ends is off it's very interesting To breathe and don't gamble with your life because the ops is cruising. Word to Mike Vic. Your dog, Mike gets shot for losing. I was like, what type of rapper, as far as all the puzzle pieces, what type of rapper has a connection to dogs as far as rap? I'm not going to lie to you.
Starting point is 02:57:47 Drake is out here giving every other rapper the ammo for all type of double, triple entendres when it comes to dogs. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. I mean, side seven, I mean, white tank top did it when he said there's a cable with all these nines. He's going to see Pet Cemetery. And here, Jermaine is talking about word to Mike Vic. Your dog might get shot for losing.
Starting point is 02:58:09 I'm like, bro. Y'all got to stop that. See, that's the problem. I got to stop that because when you had the opportunity. All right, I ain't going to say it. But anyways, so that's all I have to say about this track. You know, as far as breaking down the lyrics, like Akilo O'Miley's just really no need to because, you know, as far as the brass. Ragadocious bars, they're very egregious, right?
Starting point is 02:58:28 But the flow, I'm not going to lie, it's top tier. So it's very, it's so contradicting as far as him using a braggadocious tone when he has such an amazing flow. That's what I keep saying, become a pastor, my brother, because you got to, you have the gift of gab. You know what I'm saying? And you out here using it to be tough? Crazy, man. I just don't like it, bro. I just don't like it.
Starting point is 02:58:51 I just don't like it. I just don't like that shit, man. Crazy. Go take care of your kids, man. Now, even though you thought this whole entire surprise birthday mixtape was going to be filled with J. Cole Slander, which, you know, I feel like I'm bringing up objective things as far as talking about Jermaine. I mean, I'm pulling out all the type of Jermaine sound bites, mind you, just to let you know what type of artist, your favorite rappers. So let's actually end off on a positive note because this is technically my favorite track out of the surprise birthday mixtape, which is titled 99 Bill Freestyle. So let's get into that right now.
Starting point is 02:59:25 First person shooter did, it did go number two. No, I didn't go number two, it went number one. Oh, hold on now. Lil Yadi may have to stick to making music, because, you know, Jermaine checked that expeditiously. Even though, when you look at Lil Yadi, as far as the Jermaine interview, safe to say, I believe at that time, the track with Yeet went number one,
Starting point is 02:59:46 and then Jermaine's track went number one the following week, because, you know, of course, Drex's to Go. You know what I'm saying? So as far as for all your dogs, As far as the track with Yee, it did go number one. And then the track with Jermaine, first person shooter, went number one right after that. So, you know, as far as putting that an album and having two of your tracks, you know, competing for the number one spot.
Starting point is 03:00:08 I mean, I think that's good activity. But, you know, Drake is my favorite rapper, so I may be biased. Is it okay? I got my dope on me? You know what I'm saying? So anyways, let's keep going. If it would have went number two, it wouldn't have felt no way. If the other song would have went number one, it's like, bro, I'm cool.
Starting point is 03:00:21 I almost feel better not having my first number one be off of. with Drake Ali-Uk, you know. But it was, my brother. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on? And as, you know, I was just, the whole purpose of that was completely just to be petty.
Starting point is 03:00:35 As, ladies and gentlemen, Jermaine has dropped a whole surprise mixtape, right? Until you realize this man is talking blasphemous, this man's saying the most egregious, the most down, right? Shepherd. All right, y'all get the point. Basically, this man is talking like he should not be
Starting point is 03:00:53 because the way that he put out a disc track towards side seven and took it away in under 48 hours I'm not going to lie to you that's one of the most maybe the worst move we've ever seen in the hip-hop history and I'm not exaggerating in the slightest so this is the third track off of his uh mixtape his surprise birthday mixtape I know I say he's about to get into the fourth track which is 99 bill freestyle but we cannot skip over the third track which is winter storm freestyle so here we are so with this winter storm freestyle it's very interesting he says he had to scrap a lot so he said Jermaine said, hey, yo, scrap everything. I was working on prior to the day the world decided to play.
Starting point is 03:01:32 I got a brand new agenda. They're trying to keep up with your boy, hard lay. Okay, those two words don't really rhyme, but the way he said it. You know what I mean? Let's keep going. Oh, this is a PG podcast. He said, I feel like Lori Harvey, how I ran through them, huh? You guys.
Starting point is 03:01:47 Pause, my brother. Throughout this whole continuation of the breakdown of the surprise birthday mixtape, and the drops I've been playing. It's almost like Jermaine's just out here saying the most nonsensical ideologies ever, and he's not following it up with a pause. Like, hold on what you mean? You ran through what? Like, nah, bro, like, you understand?
Starting point is 03:02:08 Nah, okay. Anyways, he don't care, ladies and gentlemen. He's not using the pause. Actually, I think he used the pause on the first track, and that was it. He knows how egregious some of these bars are. Anyways, going to what I think is the funniest line in this entire mixtape. This man said, I'm Mike Jordan, and Edwards. You kidding.
Starting point is 03:02:23 me. You guys. Not a lot, that's a fire bar. I like that. Obviously, the jokes write itself, right? And then, of course, with the Lloyd Harvey name drop, with the Michael Jordan and Anthony Edwards name drop, I was thinking to myself, is this the game? But, you know, at the end
Starting point is 03:02:45 of the day, I'm talking about game, the rapper for people who don't even, you know, be in the hip-hop like that. So, of course, when you look at this actual track and it being the third track out of the entire mixtape, I think it's the weakest as far as it actually holding your attention. I believe the last track
Starting point is 03:03:00 that we're about to get into is the best. And I believe the start of the first track is the better parts of this surprise birthday mixtape. But of course, he is flowing over every single track. I'm just giving you my rankings as far as the actual mixtape. Because at the end of the day,
Starting point is 03:03:17 when Jermaine has these braggadocious bars about like saying no man, no man that's rhyming can match my fluidity. I'm Mike Jordan and Edwards You kidding me Coe gets older but grows new abilities You didn't know I'm Zeno
Starting point is 03:03:32 With Goku agility Now of course that's the anime bar I don't watch anime Apparently this man's not like Zeno's some type of philosopher in anime But he doesn't fight or whatever So I think At this very important moment in time of hip hop
Starting point is 03:03:47 This definitely helps out Jermaine As far as seeing That not only has ASEF Been a great mascot for hip hop on a global scale as far as analytical perspective because he currently has the number one album in the world because don't be dumb did debut with a hundred twenty two thousand copies first week and of course you have young boy currently with the fifth most play album as far as slime cry so now when you look at jermaine you know throwing out surprise mixtape that's not on dsps
Starting point is 03:04:16 because you know this is for the fans right he wanted a minimum of one dollar and guess what the consumer said won't they do i said guess what the consumer said won't they do they said we're not going for that ripped it right off of that site and put it on youtube and soundcloth so if you don't believe me hey i'm not telling you to look it up i'm just saying that man germane was only asking for a dollar and the the consumers still said that was too much but then you know what i'm saying i was like damn look at the state of hip-hop like what's going on so as far as this specific track it's not really a lot um compared to the other tracks that we're about to get into and definitely not a lot um definitely not close in quality as far as the last track off of this mixtape but the last thing i do
Starting point is 03:04:51 have to say is this man definitely uh got the greatest of alley use song to him from Drake, from Kendrick, and he was okay with the third slide. But now that the whole battle has went on and he's trying to find his footing, I think going at people like content creators claiming them of like deriding and things of that nature when he's been, you know what, doing tricks on it for Drake for Kendrick for years, centuries even, not centuries, you know what I'm exaggerating. And him to double back and not even go at them to go at the commentators is very interesting. It's almost like KD joining the Warriors
Starting point is 03:05:24 And then he's like, you get mad at everybody Because he actually didn't win As much as people thought he was going to with the Warriors It's like, bro, my brother, we just calling it like we said. You guys. You know what I'm saying? So anyways, with that being said, without further ado, let's get into my favorite track
Starting point is 03:05:38 Off of this entire mixtape, which is Birthday Blizzard. Ending off with a little positivity Because at the end of the day, we've been breaking this surprise J-Code birthday mixtape down like a kilo on Milit Cyrus. Safe to say, this man J.M. J.H.J.D. should chart platinum.
Starting point is 03:05:58 That brother ain't never lied. That brother preaching right there. That brother preaching. Give them some praise. But unfortunately, that did not happen. So, you know, as far as me coming on, always talking about the music and gaming IPs that notoriously affect the masses, safe to say, one thing I have to keep reiterating, just so people don't get twisted. You know what I'm saying? Is that just because you sell a lot.
Starting point is 03:06:20 does not mean you make the best product. And just because you don't sell a lot does not mean you make the most abysmal, the most egregious. All right. Y'all get the point, right? It doesn't mean you make trash. So at the end of the day, the two don't correlate. But when it comes to talking about analytics and engagement and people just saying,
Starting point is 03:06:36 oh, make great music, well, you look at Vince Staples with his Netflix show. You look at J.D. with his album. And opportunity does not always come to people who heavily prepare, right? It's just that we always say prepare because if the opportunity comes in your unprepared, but that's probably the worst feeling in the world you guys see that's the problem all right with that you know whole uh soliloquy out the way the main thing i was want to say is i inherently think this is the best track off of the surprise mixtape and of course as far as dropping the bomb safe to say the actual title should have let you know what type of time jermaine was on because 99 bill
Starting point is 03:07:15 freestyle was definitely him showcasing why he titled it 99 as throughout this entire track it's just straight up bars, flows, triple, double entendres, and none of it was really so blatantly provocative as far as from a bravado standpoint because that's what I got, that's what I was hesitant about as far as his previous track, you know, because getting into Germain and him rapping is different than getting into Germain and the subject matter he should be having after taking off a disc track in under 48 hours and then talking like you're still the best. It's just the two can't correlate. You know, if Kauai came out and was like,
Starting point is 03:08:00 you know what, guys, I'm the best basketball player to ever live. We'll be like, hold up, player. You can't talk like that no more. We got too much history on you to say that that's, you know, understandably. It's not true, you know what I'm saying? But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip-hop.
Starting point is 03:08:13 Like, what's going on? So when it comes to Jermaine fans and him actually admitting on being dropped out of the top three like he did in the very first track, As if you go to, I think it was the Bronx Zoo freestyle. Yeah, it was right here. Okay, so the Bronx Zoo freestyle, he literally says at the end. And he's just the first track off of the surprise birthday mixtape. He says, I used to be the top seed.
Starting point is 03:08:34 Apology dropped me way out of the top three. No problem. No problem. You guys. See, that's the problem. Anyways, this man said, no problem. I'm probably my best when they doubt me. That probably just hurts my heart, man.
Starting point is 03:08:50 But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, Tim, look at the state. hip hop like what's going on i said we ended up for positivity so the main thing you know let me get into my favorite parts of this track so i think i like the end of it when he was flowing over the beat uh oh yeah this right here i like this is this is a straight fire so he basically said yeah he said known as the rap game that's been overcome with loads of marketing plans based on randomly dissing and hanging on the next man huh i wonder who he's talking about with that i understand comma imagine working hard as you can on this album you planned hoping it charges your brand
Starting point is 03:09:25 but as soon as you drop it the world's ignoring again you guys see that's the problem but as soon as you drop it the world's ignoring again you guys see that's the problem the reason why i've repeated that is because you know as far as germain being taken under the wing of j z goes back to to my earlier point of people who heavily prepare and don't get opportunity. But of course, usually when that happens, safe to say when you do get that opportunity, you use that as a learning lesson as far as realizing that even though you prepare a lot, you don't get the necessary same opportunities as other people. You get taken under their wing by like the greatest rapper ever of all time. So now, as far as Jermaine throwing these shots, it's similar to when
Starting point is 03:10:14 a famous artist or celebrity comes back at somebody and they be like you know what I just got more money than you you got I'm like hold on now see that's the problem that ain't how it work we try to compare you to your peers like are you going to tell Kendrick that or you're going to tell Drake that obviously these are not the bars that could be in the seven minute freestyle that you took down in under 48 hours so that's you know that's out the window so as far as his subject matter he can only do it to people that were not comparing him to in the first place and that ladies and gentlemen but then you know now. I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Starting point is 03:10:44 Like, what's going on? Anyways, I do like this, though. And, you know, as far as from him, specifically, I think is interesting. So, he went on to say, got you wondering why, till you start to notice the trend, drama enhances their intention brought to the fans on popular channels. Huh, I just wonder, who is he talking about? Anyways, so you want to hop on a bandwagon and battle rapping
Starting point is 03:11:08 and throwing shots in the jam? I had my chance, but I dropped it. oh, honesty to the highest degree. That's why it was my favorite bar? If y'all was wondering, you was like, where are you going with this? You say he was going to end off positive, and you brought up this bar, and you know, you're only bringing out things that really don't make Jermaine look the greatest in the, look in the greatest light.
Starting point is 03:11:27 Basically, reason why this is my favorite, because at least your favorite rapper finally admitted that I had my chance, but I dropped it. And then he went on to say, which means my only option is to do the opposite. Leave with skill. if hip hop is back then j i d should chart platinum anything less than that means y'all caping the fallout is dropping february six stop asking yes so shout to jermaine for finally admitting that he had his chance and he dropped it because you know at the end of day when it comes to being the most overrated rapper of all time um and me saying that throughout the history of the podcast and then to see the way that
Starting point is 03:12:09 it was just ultimately proved just submitted in the history of time for hip hop i just got to say all i got to say is that is why notorious mass of fate is doing phenomenal so that being said click my link through my bio let me know one of my social media is what do you think about my breakdown of jermaine and his surprise project birthday blizzard and if you've listened to the entire surprise mixtape what is what is your favorite track off of the mixtape now safe to say we are diving right back into k-pop because as a connoisseur of k-pop myself which, you know, fun fact, one of my first ever fan account post as far as talking about the podcast was for my K-pop fan account. More specifically, a Junk K-Kuck fan account.
Starting point is 03:13:05 So we're diving into K-pop, just know it comes from a very authentic place. And we've broke down a plethora of K-pop musicians. But we're back again to break down this specific group called Xo, which if you don't know, began in 2012 under SM Entertainment. Now, the main reason why we're talking about them currently is because as of right now, when it comes to the music video, to the specific track titled Crown, it is currently number four in Indonesia, number one in the Philippines, and number one in South Korea. So the main thing, especially when going over Exo, is addressing the elephant in the room. You guys. Safe to say, SM Entertainment and Exo did not see eye to eye. And basically, they went on a hiatus because even though disputes are not rare in the K-pop space for Exo, as far as the 23 case that escalated over accounting slash royalties, the main thing you need to know is that the courts came together and they basically sided with SM entertainment.
Starting point is 03:14:14 You guys. See, that's the problem. So even though they took a brief hiatus. and the reason for that hiatus was because of not only the contractual disputes with SM entertainment but also just like BTS members of XO because I believe there's four members actually are six so it is and if I butcher these names
Starting point is 03:14:38 I promise it's not on purpose soho a suho we have Chan yo chan yo D.0. Kai, not Kassanet, but Kai, spelled the same way. Sehun and Lay. And when you look at the absent members, they used to have
Starting point is 03:15:01 Bach Hun, Chin, and X-U-Men. Hopefully I said that right without butchering it too, you know, horrendously. So anyways, getting back in X-O. So the hiatus also stems from those members serving mandatory military service, just like how BTS had to do,
Starting point is 03:15:21 because of course, you have to have 18 to 21 months served for Korean men, starting with ex-human in 2019, and ending with Sejun in 2025. And, of course, when you look at the inactivity that could explain it until you realize they also went into a contractual dispute in 2023 with SM entertainment.
Starting point is 03:15:44 So I would say the stars aligned, but it was not in their favor as, you know, once again, the course came together to decide with SM entertainment. But when you look at them as a successful group, safe to say, they are very successful. And of course, for people who look at the K-pop genre, you look at BTS, you look at 17, who else, you look at straight kids. For me personally, I do like Black Pink. I do like BTS. But, you know, when it comes to Black Pink, specifically Jenny from Black Pink, I think she created one of the best songs of all time with The Weekend. Now, call me Byers, but that track, that soundtrack for the idol is not indicative of the
Starting point is 03:16:23 quality of the TV show, but guess what? That music was straight up, top tier quality. And the track with Jenny and The Weekend, because now I got to pull it up so y'all can listen to her. I'm not going to lie. I'm trying to bless y'all right now. I'm putting y'all on. It's called One of the Girls by The Weekend and Jenny.
Starting point is 03:16:40 the greatest tracks ever heard in life so anyways um back to exo so they took the hiatus right the last album was in 2023 july 10th to be exact and now they just dropped the album titled river exi i don't know i know i don't know i spell that i mean i don't know how to pronounce that and then um hyphen the eighth album so that came out this past monday of course it has crown on it like i said is the most popular music video track off of that album especially in indonesia philippines and south korea so now we look at their business practices safe to say if you have a lot of different members you got to split the pie uh split the split the split the pie a good amount of ways right and as far as the slices in the pie safe to say when it comes to the seven plus year contract i mean it's very long right you know if you look at k pop culture in general there's a lot of intense training mandatory enlistment uh enlistment as far as pausing career so there's a lot of things that k-pop musicians are going against that let's say not you know not every artist is necessarily going through the same obstacles as a k-pop musician everybody has their own obstacles but i'm just laying it out as far as how
Starting point is 03:17:53 k-pop musicians sometimes find a block road in their career because of these obstacles that come into the way especially the Korean men so anyways when you come back into the competitive field of X, when you come back into the competitive field of K-pop, Ex-O has to deal with BTS. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, all the members are now back as far as BTS as of mid-20205. So that means BTS is definitely planning an album. When is it going to come out?
Starting point is 03:18:27 I would assume it's going to come out at some point this year, maybe around March 2026, they'll start their marketing campaign. But as far as the album, post-discharge, I believe they were they will come back to dominate worldwide once again. As if you really look at it in the past three years, BTS is the most popular K-pop group. And then you have straight kids and then you have 17. Follow by others like, you know, a Black Pink like I talked about earlier
Starting point is 03:18:56 as far as the specific member, Jenny. So now when you look at XO, they do have a plethora of K-pop musician that go against as far as competition. The competition rose to his heights with BTS and X-O. so at 2015 and 2017 because exo did have a strong domestically um presence but then bt s was just dominating globally so it just overall it just made up for exo being so culturally relevant because guess what bts was relevant everywhere um so now i think with their album especially with crown going crazy i'm wondering what the marketing strategy would be to get everybody to go from crown to listening
Starting point is 03:19:35 to the entire project but as of right now the entire album is number one on night uh on iTunes as far as the top albums in 35 regions now of course it's not in the u.s or anything of that nature but as far as the world the world is bigger than the u.s so basically the number one and 35 regions now when you look at them as far as the global output um after this album, it will be interested to see how it's received because BTS is now back in full form and full effect. So looking at this album, Revere X, which I believe is something backwards. Let me see. So this album is actually stylized, quote, reverse. I don't know what that means, but basically the album title symbolizes recalibration, reflection, and a new chapter,
Starting point is 03:20:31 which makes sense after coming back not only from Beefin-Witcher label, but also from mandatory military service. So with the creative direction, they wanted to reconnect with their fan base, of course, dive back into legacy over trend chasing. This is some of the word, the verb is still using. And they emphasize adaptability and maturity of second generation K-pop idols. So those are some of the things you could assume that XO is going to do. But if you wanted more background knowledge about XO, just know they are very acclimated in the success of K-pop.
Starting point is 03:21:05 As in 2013, their album XOXO, in their hit growl from their album, making them million sellers and earning major awards like album of the year at the Mama Awards. No, not your mama. It actually stands for Manette Asian Music Awards. The biggest, well, one of the biggest annual K-pop Music Award ceremonies hosted by CJ NMM, E&M's Eminet Channel. It honors the top achievements in K-pop and Asian music. So if you didn't know that, well, guess what?
Starting point is 03:21:46 Now you know. Now a lot of people do call this the number one K-pop award show. So if you wanted to know a little bit more about K-pop culture, you should probably know that war show. Anyways, so they won that at the Mamo Award show. And basically, they went on to be a powerhouse as far as a K-pop group. But of course, they started to get heavy competition from the likes of a BTS, likes of a straight kid, 17, etc. So even though they've been around for a while, they are still dealing with some of the mammoths as far as the successful K-pop groups that has just blossomed in the past three to four years. and then k-pop demon hunters i mean they're not helping at uh they're not helping in the sliders
Starting point is 03:22:24 because k-pop demon hunters is currently the fifth most played project in the world so as far as uh less competition k-pop demon hunters is not helping that k-pop uh competitive nature in the slightest so um as far as exo i believe oh no no no i believe they they actually announced the tour for april 2026 so i wanted to end with that because of course for huge fans of exo probably want to go see them on tour. So now when you look at them as far as the tour, I believe they're also having a pop-up store, Revere X the World, that's happening from January 20th, so now to January 27th, no, not from January 20th to January 27 of this year, of course, at the Hyundai Seo. Don't know where that's at. Guess what? You got to Google it. You know what I'm
Starting point is 03:23:17 saying? If you can't Google it, what? I say, if you can't Google it, won't they do. I say, if you can't Google it. Woo-D-do. Anyways. So, yeah, Exo's going on tour. If you're a huge Exo fan, safe to say, you would definitely want to check this out,
Starting point is 03:23:28 as they currently do have one of the most popular, if not the most popular music video on the world with their track crown from their album that's out now on all DSPs. It's nine tracks, 27 minutes in length.
Starting point is 03:23:41 So that being said, click my link, sure in my bio, let me know on one of my social medias. What do you think about Exo as a K-pop group? And, of course, if you listen to a pletter
Starting point is 03:23:48 of K-pop musicians, what has been your favorite K-pop song in the past two to three years. Baby Kim, J-I-D, party next door, you're probably thinking to yourself. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip-hop. Like, what's going on? Why are you saying all these names when it comes to the coverage of Don Tolliver's album, Octane, that is now out on all DSPs?
Starting point is 03:24:21 Well, ladies and gentlemen, I'm glad you. as because of course you know I have my critiques about Jack Queets Webster a.k a.k.a. Travis Scott, but I can confidently say he has finally found his successor. As with Don Tolliver being an immaculent artist, some would forget that he's actually under Travis Scott as far as Cactus Jack Records. Now, of course, when it comes to Don Tolliver, a lot of people was introduced to him when AstroWorld came out and I think it was the can't say track like when he was saying you can't
Starting point is 03:25:00 I don't know you can't say I had enough or something like that the can't say track but Don Tolliver essentially a lot of people was introduced to him through that nowadays I believe Don Tolliver is putting out cream of the crop
Starting point is 03:25:14 as far as quality music and especially with the particular track body I believe that's one of if not the best track I've heard in 2026 But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop. Like, what's going on?
Starting point is 03:25:28 Because, of course, as far as a state of hip hop, safe to say, well, almost two months in, you know, shout out to Black History Month, you know what I'm saying? You know, as far as Don Tolliver putting out this album that's out now in all DSPs and essentially, it is 18 tracks, 49 minutes in length. The main thing I was wanting to get at, especially with Don Tolliver's talent,
Starting point is 03:25:50 is just that his chorus and his ability to feel, flow over beats especially when the beats or more I don't know if eclectic is the right word but it's just very eccentric it's out there you know it's um very experimental let's just put it like that what A'sab Rocky did with don't be dumb and what Travis Scott did with Astor World I believe what Don't Tolliver is currently doing is like perfecting both sounds because of course because of him being under Travis guy he was able to learn a lot of different things especially being signed to somebody who can give you so much and so many gems as far as the game you're trying to get into i think don't tolliver took that and ran with it because this album is straight
Starting point is 03:26:34 up phenomenal now of course it just came out so safe to say my opinion can change i'm just saying from first and this is really just a first impression it's not even a review the main thing i'm doing is just letting you know that the album is out and of course for don't tolliver fans you already know i have some analytical dream like numbers to get into because of course when it comes to don tulliver in 2025 safe to say he had his biggest streaming year ever as he surpassed 4.2 billion streams driven by his like terra miss you i think what's say say it and he was featuring on tracks like cannonball with lith and with his prior albums he contributed to jackboys too which came out last year which i I thought it was a pretty solid album.
Starting point is 03:27:24 A lot of people was killing Travis Scott for it. I thought it was pretty solid, even though, you know, I had my critiques about Jack Quees, but, you know, the boy can make good music. You know what I'm saying? Like, hold on them now. You guys. That boy can make good music. I'm not going to lie to you.
Starting point is 03:27:38 So when it comes to that album, I thought it was solid, and Don Tolliver definitely attributed to that. And then, of course, with the Kali Uch's relationship, you already know that a lot of people are more. into Don Tolliver because of his long-lasting relationship with Kalauchas and because of them even welcoming their first child together, which was born March 24. So if you don't know, as far as the relationship, blogs and things of that nature, when rappers get with certain artists, they have to say they blow up in popularity and not saying that Kalahoochis made Don Tolliver. I'm just saying that, you know, it probably helped out a little bit that you went a mammoth of an artist like Kali Uch's as far as numbers. right you know i'm not trying to i'm not talking about analytical because i've covered calliuches plethora of
Starting point is 03:28:27 times and i've talked about how she is one of the biggest latin artists in the game so you know before the fan base take it the wrong way like i've always spoken glowingly of caliuchess you know even since marcelor 23 so uh into now as far as my latest coverage of her being December 19 2025 but her track uh muay velo i think i think that's how you say so anyways basically i'm trying to say Cala Ooges is a phenomenal artist, a superstar in the likes of the music field. So getting with her as far as Don Tolliver,
Starting point is 03:29:00 I think helped his career, not only from the relationship blocks side of things, but musically as well, as they do have, I think they have a couple tracks together. So that inherently helps when you get into a relationship with another superstar artist
Starting point is 03:29:17 that's also putting up big numbers like yourself. So I cannot wait to dive to this album again when it comes to my favorite track currently it is body my favorite track is body off of the album because i don't know i just like how you could tell the way that he leaned into his sound it's just so unique that you could tell that it's like clockwork for him at this point even though it's very experimental as far as what you're usually used to and hip-hop don't tolliver in the way that he does it is so unique that everybody seems to I'm not going to be saying like making like an off-brand version of what Don Tolliver is doing because obviously wasn't the first one to make that type of music.
Starting point is 03:29:59 But of course, the way that he's perfected it, I just think it's phenomenal. So he will be going on tour. So when it comes to this, no, no, no, he's a Summerfest, 2026 headliner. So when it comes to that, the venue will be American Family Insurance Amphitheater in Milwaukee on the world. now man what do you i ain't gonna say it i ain't gonna say it but yeah y'all know what i'm thinking who in the world anyways um so if you was wanting to go to that it's happening june 19th 2026 and it's gonna be don't tolliver headlining the opening axe is going to be saw baby
Starting point is 03:30:40 uh chie so fago so so so camo chase b and lilo like leon stitch in the world um so if you if you just wonder who's all under cactus jacks jack to make that line up sound a little bit more understandable basically all the people who signed to travis scott as of 2025 well as of twenty twenty six really is don tolliver shek west so fago luxury tax uh wali de sense and then um yeah that's it so when it comes to the lineup seeing so vaguel on this as well makes sense and of course i you definitely want to keep your label maids definitely uh close to you and have a great relationship as y'all are the main one that's going to have to support each other's music as far as on the rise so now when you
Starting point is 03:31:25 look at the tickets being on sale you can get it as of right now um i'm trying to see if he was going anywhere else i think when it comes to don't tolliver i think he'll probably just be focusing on the album so yeah expect a lot of different music videos for different tracks uh once again listening to the album first impressions i was just blown away but you know hey first impressions even though the project's only 49 minutes and don't tolliver's not some type of lyrical miracle type person. It's really all about the production. What I heard in those 49 minutes, let's just say, 2026 is starting off phenomenal. Phenomenal lead for hip-hop. So that being said, click my link sure in my bio. Let me know on one of
Starting point is 03:32:06 my social media is. What do you think about Don Tolliver's latest album titled Octane? And when you be checking it out and if you already have checked it out, what is your favorite track off of the album? First off, I have to clap it up for the one and only, Don Tolliver. Yep. As you already know over here at Notorious Mass Effect, I pointed out a very poignant detail as far as the hip-hop field. You know, there's a lot of different understudies who some would say is the robin to their mentors, Batman, right? Sometimes you look at Travis Scott and you think to yourself,
Starting point is 03:32:43 what in the world happened to let him come back from AstroWorld? Shepard. All right, my fault. But anyways, as far as mentors and their mentor, or mentees or whatever. Basically, you have Kendrick, Baby Keem. Of course, you have J.I.D., where, you know, he was just nominated for Grammy. Shout out to him.
Starting point is 03:33:03 And then, of course, you have Drake and some would say party next door. I would have said, the weekend, but we know how I went with that. You know, he didn't want to sign to the goat, you know what I'm saying? Is it okay? I got my dope on me? So, you know, we can't get the weekend of Drake. So basically we'll say Drake and party next door. And then nowadays, we have Travis Scott.
Starting point is 03:33:20 they already say size 7 and baby king i think i do and then nowadays we have Travis got in the one and only don tulliver as you know well you should know he currently just debuted at number one the most play album overall for his first week selling 156 000 in first week sales and then of course that's not it ladies and gentlemen as you look at don tulliver on the charts and he's all over it especially for the future chart analytics later for february 14th safe to say this man is set to have not only the 14th not only the 18th not only the 29th 30th okay you get the point basically he has a lot of tracks slated to chart in the top of 100 more specifically he has not one not two but he has uh 34 5 6 goodness 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 14 14 14 14
Starting point is 03:34:22 keeps going ladies gentlemen he has 16 all right so 16 in total tracks laid to the chart in the top 100 and guess what his album was 18 songs in Lint so safe to say somebody did a phenomenal job
Starting point is 03:34:35 at notoriously affected the masses so whenever talking about Don Tolliver I put a misrespect on his name because you know just because you sell a lot does not mean you make a high quality product just because you don't sell does not mean you make it the most abysmal
Starting point is 03:34:51 the most atrocious all right basically it means you It's not, you're not making the worst thing possible. You know, the sales to quality does not correlate at all times. For this one, I believe Don Tolover definitely got his just due kudos because, of course, I personally currently have this album and then Jermaine's album is my favorite rap albums of the year. But, you know, we are too much in, you know, say, somebody about to drop soon. Is it okay, I got my dope on me?
Starting point is 03:35:19 I said, you know, somebody about to drop their dope soon. I don't know who it is. You know, my sources is I made it up. You feel? But anyways, Donald Tolliver's octane is beyond phenomenal. I go back to this time and time again, multiple blows, just insane levels of range as far as tonality, especially sonically. I mean, this is probably one of the better produced albums I've heard for the year, right? I mean, you go to body and you immediately know what I'm talking about as far as sonically.
Starting point is 03:35:47 I'm just saying that word more because, you know, I just realized people don't know what it means. You know, shout to already see. So I'm going to start using the sentence so people know what that means. So as far as a production standpoint, Don Tolliver is by far and away, having one of the better, oh, somebody just followed, my follow. I'm keeping the end there, by the way.
Starting point is 03:36:04 Shout out to that person who just followed. But basically, yes, for my stream, but it still popped up as far as the sound notification. But anyways, when you look at Don Tolliver, safe to say from a sonic standpoint, it's just by far and away, my favorite album, especially when you look at Pleasure's Mind, when you look at Gemstone, what else,
Starting point is 03:36:23 body. I mean, it's just so many tracks, really the whole album, but I was just pinpointing certain tracks. When you look at Travis Scott and then compare to Don Tolliver, as far as seeing Don Tolliver's appearance on Astroirr, compared to now, you can just tell that Don Tolliver has definitely took the sound and ran waited to a point where now he is definitely the number one performer off of Travis Scott's Cactus Jack label. As you look at the credits and it says Cactus Jack, right, owned by Travis Scott under, of course, Atlantic Records.
Starting point is 03:36:53 So as far as a conglomerant, major conglomerate is Warner. All of those are subsidiaries to Warner. Warner currently has 26% of the music market share right now. Definitely helped out by Don Tolliver, the biggest player, objectively speaking, right now for Warner, as he has the most play album in the world. UMG currently has 50% of the market share. Warner has 26%. Sony has 22% and the others, which is smaller labels and independent acts.
Starting point is 03:37:21 They have a whopping 2%. which you know there's still a lot to be an independent act just letting you know how hard it is to get on as an independent act that's not backed by a major major label so not saying this impossible just letting you know the objective facts so when you're looking at octane it's already notoriously affecting the masses i really enjoy the album i said time and time again it was my favorite album of the year now when you look at jermaine's album it's very different i would say it's more of a storytelling album don tulliver's more of a clubbing album from a uh he keeps saying the word sonically I think is way superior to Jermaine's album.
Starting point is 03:37:57 Rapping and lyrical storytelling is not even close when it comes to Jermaine. It's just leaps and bounce. So it's really your preference. What type of music, what type of rap music do you prefer to listen to you? Are you listening more for the melodic elements, the production? Are you listening more for storytelling and rapping? That's the tales of, that is basically the two, that's the tails of the tape, basically. is you know how the boxing announcers say it.
Starting point is 03:38:26 So, Don't Oliver put out a phenomenal album. Shout out to him once again. Putting immense respect on his name for the foreseeable future, because I don't even know if he's ever missed with an album. And obviously, you know, he's never missed with other things,
Starting point is 03:38:39 you know? All I'm saying is, you know, Kelly Ooch is in a pretty solid pool. That ain't going to lot to you. Pretty solid. So shout out to Don't Oliver. Currently has the number one most play album in the world.
Starting point is 03:38:50 You know, Jermaine's definitely going to overtake that when the end of the week happens, but I would be interested to see what this album ends up because just word of mouth is going crazy. I already enjoyed the album, but it seems like a lot of other people are enjoying the album as well.
Starting point is 03:39:03 So as far as the sales, I would assume it stays around that same metric as far as, I'm not going to say the 100,000 range, but maybe the 70 to 80, because this album is a straight heater from start to finish. So with that be it said,
Starting point is 03:39:16 click my link tree in my bio. Let me know one of my social medias. What do you think about Don Tolliver just currently killing it? Not only from a subjective standpoint, in my personal opinion, but also from an objective standpoint, having the most play album in the world, and what is your favorite track off of Don Tolliver's album, Octane? Rodarius Wave is essentially giving what he had on his plate to feed the streets,
Starting point is 03:39:45 which only means that you know it was a lot. All right, my fault. But all jokes aside, you know, as far as me asking, how many laps can Rod Wave actually complete as far as his latest album or his previous album last lap safe to save um him breaking his ankle was inherently because of the touring success that he was having so safe to say he technically completed more than one lap i'm just letting y'all know you know what i'm saying i'm just letting you know anyways uh when it comes to rodway in the touring aspect safe to say when to get to his single feed the streets in the second but we do have to note how his last album went especially with his
Starting point is 03:40:24 tour because it was so successful but then ladies and gentlemen rod wave canceled his tour due to an ankle injury you guys sad then in history see that's the problem but then you know the tour company that he was with accused him a breaching contract i was like hold up now but then you know what i was like tim they they have no sympathy for rodarius so anyways they kept going on and rodway countersued and basically claimed that grisly which you know the towing company that sued him was titled the Grizzly touring. So Grizzly was countersued by Rod Wave and Rod Wave said the failures made completion logistically impossible in alleged attempts to force ongoing partnership, right? So now, because of this, he has a new partnership, but you're probably
Starting point is 03:41:12 thinking to yourself, hold up now, who won the lawsuit? I know that ain't who I think it is. And ladies and gentlemen, I'm pleased to tell you that even though the details would not announce, Rod Wave is currently under a new touring company and the lawsuit was dismissed following the settlement. So I'm pretty sure Grizzly Torin when it came out and basically
Starting point is 03:41:34 gloating and basically blown it out of proportion as far as the W if they actually want. So I'm thinking because it's ended via a private settlement and now Rod Wave is with a new touring company I'm under the presumption especially with a lot of outlets such as billboard covering this lawsuit as well that rod wave got where he wanted so i'm thinking ultimately at the end of the day the private settlement was in his favor
Starting point is 03:42:02 so anyways now that i told you about that it basically catches catches you up to speed from the last lap album to this upcoming album that already has a single out titled feed the streets as with this particular track you already know rod wave is back on his sad boy wave and if you don't believe me Just analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio. Because ladies and gentlemen, this man is forever depressed. This man said, and this is a PG podcast. So we're just going to say, this project hurts. So bad, bro.
Starting point is 03:42:31 Three heart emojis. Heartbreak emojis, mind you. But I'm going to give it to y'all. But then, you know what? And then you know what? The fans were fed up, bro. Somebody said, can this guy actually be happy for once? Somebody said, I can't read that one.
Starting point is 03:42:46 You body shaving in the 2026. See, that ain't it. somebody else said i don't want to cry anymore his album ain't for a joke so deep lyrically okay whatever that mean somebody said will it be an rnb album where he keep putting the genre as hip hop now that is a phenomenal question because i'm not going to lie to you i was under the presumption that he is making rnb a lot of people say that drake when he wraps his scenes is technically hip-hop for rod wave i think he primarily sings i don't think he raps too often and when he does is a verse here and there and it's cut short by the bridge or the chorus.
Starting point is 03:43:20 Usually the bridge and chorus takes a majority of the song nine times out of the 10 for a Rodarius Wave album. So for me, I would say that it's an R&B album, but, you know, I feel like that's up for a discussion because, of course, Rod Wave does have some bars whenever he gets to spin, pause. Oh, my goodness. You guys. Whenever he gets to flowing lyrically, I think he got some bars. So I would say it's primarily R&B, but that should me.
Starting point is 03:43:44 So, of course, with the production, Rod Wave is back in his bag. if you haven't heard feed the streets guess what i have and i think it's phenomenal i think rod wave is one of the few musicians sort of like a gunna where he could keep doing the same thing over and over again with different production with similar production but a little different because he's just the best at doing it so that's how i put rod that's the uh the box i put rod wave and as far as him being the top at what he does consistently to where i'm not mad if he doesn't switch it up completely or go over like a whole dance album or just go a straight rap album like rodway definitely knows what his fans want from him and that's for him to be um indefinitely depressed so that's been said
Starting point is 03:44:27 that has some other you know people poking poking fun at him uh 24-7 so uh further you know can you see this right quick i think you can't okay cool without further do ladies and gentlemen this is what rodway would be doing at his tour if you was ever wondering why you should go to a rodway tour guess what this is what he does at every single tour mm-hmm at the end of every single tour he does this for some reason. Now, of course, you know, Carol, shout to him. He basically said, Rod Wave doesn't have a single song where he needs to be doing that. And that, my brother, I think you're incorrect. Like, come on now. You guys. Yeah, I know Rod Wave's been giving this classic time and time again. I mean, my favorite album, even to this day, from Rod Wave is,
Starting point is 03:45:04 I think it was the Soul Fly album. Yeah, the Soul Fly album, because one of my favorite songs, all of these tracks, I was singing these songs. Like, it was like a Chris, like a gospel a session like all these tracks you just give me just like just vibes because uh blame on you is heat streetrunners heat uh pills and bills even though it's an ignit title when you still fire um moving on this fire changing this fire all of these are fire i ain't gonna lie to you um yeah so essentially soul flies my favorite rod wave album but as far as y'all i wonder what your favorite uh rod wave album is because of course, you know, something I've realized is that even though people keep talking about, oh, he's depressed again, I can't believe he putting out another sad album.
Starting point is 03:45:48 Guess what? Y'all keep listening to it because as you look at it, it's only going up as far as his first week. Well, not only. We're going to get to that right now. Ghetto Gospel in 2019 sold 22,000 first week. That's when he first came out on DSPs. And of course, pray for love did 72,000 first week. And then, of course, you have So Fly that came out in 2021, sold 100,000. 30,000 first week.
Starting point is 03:46:12 Beautiful mine, 2022, so 15,000. Nostalgia in 2020, so to 137,000. Last lap in 2024 sold 127,000. So in my opinion, I believe he's in that 100,000 range, which essentially means he's definitely a big dog in the music industry. Because if you don't know, Billboard is, well, even though they made it easier for a stream to equivalent to a unit, I think they knocked off like an 800 to a thousand stream. the equivalent to one unit basically youtube left them now we haven't had an update from
Starting point is 03:46:46 that you know already covered it broke it down like a kilo on myly stars if you want to see that just or if you want to hear that just type in youtube analytic dreams with a z but essentially speaking um youtube does not let billboard count their video uh views anymore so it'll be interesting to see how that landscape is we already just saw asap rocky go number one shout to a sap rocky the don't be dumb album went number one with 122,000 first week he you know it's a very interesting number one because the second and third was only 2 000 units behind it all i'm i'm not mad at ace at rocky if he use his political connects that's all i got to say but then you know what i'm saying i was like damn look at the state of hip-hop like what's going on so when it comes
Starting point is 03:47:30 to rod wave hopefully he has those same professional connects because i don't know if there'll be so um so lenient as far as i'm not going to say letting him get number one but let's just say the competition was close enough to where bad buddy could have easily pulled a who they do and that'll be me snitching so i'm not going to say it but um you know anyways shout out to asaph again the number one but if he sold 122 000 not to rag on asap but i believe especially going off for the career first week sales i just talked about with rod wave i think he could sell between 100 to 120 first week and that's going off of the previous album last lap last lap did a hundred 27 000 first week i think that album was phenomenal putting out of album every single year i feel i feel like the hype
Starting point is 03:48:15 is not going to be as much so i think it'll be it will be the ultimate w if he could get over a hundred and twenty seven thousand like he did with his last album but i don't think that's going to happen i do believe he's going to drop a little bit to the one to one twenty maybe even one ten rank so that that's what i'm predicting for uh rod wave first week sells i'm usually on the nose you know i'm saying as far uh covering every single genre looking at the different marketing strategies and how certain anticipation is built up rod wave doesn't have as much anticipation for this album granted he did say he heard his ankle went through all that stuff with his touring with grisly touring which i just broke down and now that he's back i'll be interested to see if he has the same or even more
Starting point is 03:48:58 engagement with his next album so that being said click my link to my bio let me know on one of my social medias what do you think about rod wave's latest single feed the streets and if he does put out an them do you believe it'll be soon or mid to late 2026 now as far as the congregation that i'm currently addressing which is the internet i want you to turn with me to the book of genesis chapter 25 through 33 ladies and gentlemen we're going to start off with these particular twins because of course chapter 25 to 33 is a lot. That's why Pastor Dreams is here to help you understand the word. Now, I'm going to help them understand the word as Jacob and Esau were twin sons of Isaac and Rebecca. Esau, the elder Hunter, sold birthright to Jacob for Stu. Yes, ladies and gentlemen
Starting point is 03:50:04 for Stu. You guys. And then of course, with Rebecca's help. Jacob deceived blind Isaac to steal Esau's blessing. I know that ain't who I think it is. Esau threatened murder. But then Jacob fled. After 20 plus years, after 20 plus years, they reconciled peacefully. You guys. Jacob became Israel.
Starting point is 03:50:43 father of 12 tribes and Esau's line Edomites. I don't know what that means, but guess what? That has been your lesson today from Pastor Dreams. You know what I'm saying? Go on clap it up. Give them some praise. You know what I'm saying? Go on give me some praise.
Starting point is 03:51:00 Give them some praise. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, Drewski. I appreciate it. So anyways, all jokes aside, even though that wasn't a joke. That was actually the whole message of Genesis,
Starting point is 03:51:12 25 through 33. He'd probably wondering to you so. Why in the world did you give us that random sermon? Well, I'm glad you asked. As these two particular Latin musicians that we've covered to the moon and back,
Starting point is 03:51:29 if I was to look at my Paiso plume my coverage, it started June 2nd, 2023. If I was to look at Tito double P, my coverage of him started off August 30th, 20, 24. It's safe to say there was a particular project that took over a year to make. More specifically, the project formally began December 10th, 2024, and ladies and gentlemen, it came out December 25th, 2025, which is titled Dynastia, which is Paiso, Pluma, and T0.P's first collab album.
Starting point is 03:52:04 But then that's not it, ladies and gentlemen. when it comes to this album safe to say is having a notorious mass effect to the uptenth degree to where I have to point out multiple tracks off of this album as charting in Mexico and you probably wonder how many
Starting point is 03:52:24 one two five seven I'm glad you ask ladies and gentlemen dynastia by Paisal Pluma and Tito double Pee currently has 14 tracks yes 14 tracks charting in the top 50 in Mexico and then of course that's not it as usually when it comes to these latin musicians and my breakdowns and deep dives into these specific trajectories of these
Starting point is 03:52:51 artists career which i appreciate y'all for supporting and things that nature you know he boys on the charts none too crazy only thanks to y'all support so shout out to y'all basically a lot of these latin musicians i cover even though they have a lot of tracks percolating in the top 50 of Mexico rarely do you see them in the global standings as far as the top 100 unless it's like a bad bunny caro g etc right tittle double p and peso p p p p puma i am pleased to announce that they have not one but two tracks in the top 90 as the most popular track objectively speaking from their album that they just put out is titled dopamine Dopamina? I think I'm saying it right.
Starting point is 03:53:41 Yeah, so Dopamina is the most successful track from their collab album, and it's currently the 78th most played track in the world. And then, of course, there's another track titled Dano that's currently the 88th most played track in the world, and that is globally, of course. So shout out to Tito, Double Pee, and Paiso Pluma for making a notorious mass effect. And of course, to do a callback to why I even started off the segment with Jacob and Esau
Starting point is 03:54:11 is because what you're seeing on the cover right now as far as the reflection of the relationship from Tito Double Pee and Paiso Pluma safe to say there was some liberties taken as far as you know them using this image but they was basically trying to say there was family ties. That's literally the only correlation. Paiso Pluma didn't try to kill Tito Doppel
Starting point is 03:54:31 or vice versa. It's just for cultural reference. So Paiso Pluma, just to let you know, and Tito WP are second cousins and they first met in person in Kulia Khan, Sinola.
Starting point is 03:54:46 Yeah, Sonola. Well, no, Sinaloa. Yeah, that's, I know I was pronouncing it wrong. Sinaloa. When Paiso Pluma was 18 and Tito WP was 20. And essentially, their relationship grew to the point where Paisal Pluma's music career
Starting point is 03:55:01 started to take off, but Tito WP was always there and he initially wrote music as a hobby, but they ultimately started to become Peso Pluma's exclusive composer, writing many of Paiso's breakout records. So it's only right that they have a whole collab album almost five years into Pesopuma's successful musical career. As if you look at them individually, it's not like one is helping out the other while they're
Starting point is 03:55:36 failing as a musician both of these artists respectively speaking is doing phenomenal on the charts as as far as the billboard year-in top latin artists in 2025 tito double p was number four and they guess he was number five peso pluma both of these artists are widely considered the leaders of the new mexican music movement and the reason why i say that is because not only are these highly acclaimed artists bonded by blood but they also are out here impacting and affecting the masses
Starting point is 03:56:12 in a way that cousins usually can only dream of right so they're living a dream and now for the first time ever they have a whole collab album together and with this album there's a lot of subject matters and that's another thing I wanted to dive into before we dive into two other tracks as far as they know
Starting point is 03:56:33 and dopamine. The last thing I was wanting to get into as far as the overview of this album is the subject matter. So if you don't know, going back to 2023 through 2025, Mexico had a very interesting stance.
Starting point is 03:56:49 And what was that stance you may ask? Why, I'm glad that you posed that question. And as Mexico tightened narco corridors bands in states like Chihuahua and no not the dog, I think it's Baja California
Starting point is 03:57:06 Neerit McCokin I think that's how you say it And what in the world Okay I think I can pronounce this Agua Scalentius Agua Scalentius Scalia
Starting point is 03:57:21 Agua Scalentius Hopefully I said it right If I didn't I promise I try my best So anyways Mexico tightened the narco's Narco Corridor in these specific places due to glorifying due to the glorifying of drug violence slash crime rising because of the cartel influence and youth exposure some cities banned public performances and places like sheabom she sheenbom opposes outright bans favors education slash
Starting point is 03:58:02 peace promotion over censorship. Now, I'm not going to say which side of the argument I fall on, but all I'm saying is, maybe Atlanta was on to something. What do they do? I said, maybe Atlanta was on to something. Who do need they do? And we beat these folk?
Starting point is 03:58:19 What do they do? We beat them. We go forward. Now I'm not saying snitching is applicable in this situation. All I'm saying is, I think Mexico did the Lord's work because, you know, sometimes these little Timmy's out here are influenced, and they end up crashing out. That's why I'm believing that.
Starting point is 03:58:34 So when it comes, you know, that was basically the callback, especially when you come into the continuation of the album, because to bring it back, basically the subject matter had to be restructured, right? And that's because of Mexico's Titan prohibitions on narco corridors. So a lot of the lyrics was restructured, and now artists outside of Paisal Plurban, or T O.O.P. are deliberately pivoting away from explicit crime, glorification, drug-centric narratives, basically something that all hell would break loose if it happened in the U.S. I kid you not. Boy, if there was a bunch of young thugs.
Starting point is 03:59:18 Acting like Mexico, man, drill rappers will lose their mind. I'm not mad at it. But then, you know what I'm saying? I was like, damn, look at the state of hip-hop. Like, what's going on? So I think that's a W for Mexico because, but, you know, know at the end of day i do i do think you need freedom of speech and that definitely goes against it the main thing is if they're actually doing these criminal activities catching them in a very
Starting point is 03:59:42 you know escalated or expedited way right make it quick to catch them if they're doing the crime right but i do think there's freedom or there should be freedom of expression but also there should be consequences for people who you know break the law so hopefully that makes sense you know i don't never want to advocate for taking away freedom of speech so anyways um back to piece of plume t o double p so that that's basically why the album got reworked and when it eventually came out over a year later they basically surprised the masses as i don't think any bubbling or any type of tidbit surface from this especially in my radar and you know i've been covering latin music like a kilo of myli cyrus you know i'm saying so as far as this latin music coverage i did not know
Starting point is 04:00:31 Paiso plume, Tito Double P was going to come out with a whole collab album. But one thing I did say throughout my entire coverage of Caritos Tumabados is basically how these Latin musicians are sticking together in ways that I just wish my preferred genre would stick together as far as hip hop, collabing with one another instead of turning each other down. Because now, as you can tell with the success, the massive success of Dynastia, it is currently one of the most played albums in the world, objectively speaking, as that album is currently the 10th most play album in the world and they already have two tracks in the top 90 and we're talking about globally and Mexico is going insane 14 tracks and the top 50 for Mexico. So shout out to Tito
Starting point is 04:01:21 double Psi. Shout out to Peso Pluma. Obviously you already know this is put out under double p records which if you don't know of is an independent record label ran by peso pluma founded by peso pluma back on april 2023 and essentially it focused on a lot of latin musicians like jassiel nunez who you've covered Estevan plazola tito double p of course and with the release of this collab album under double p records along with your cousin it just has to be a tremendous feeling to be on top with the person that you can call family. So that being said, we are going to stay on T-O-P and Paisal Pluma and we're going to dive deep into the next track that was wanting to talk about,
Starting point is 04:02:09 which is the most popular track off of the album titled Dopamina. Now when getting back into the album, Dynasty, you know we have to start off with the most popular track off of the album, objectively speaking, because as of right now, via Billboard, Dopamina is the 78th most played track in the world. But then, of course, when you look at Mexico, it is the number one most played track in the world. So safe to say is a phenomenal accomplishment. I believe putting out this type of successful album with your cousin has to feel phenomenal,
Starting point is 04:02:44 especially being able to bring family along with you for the ride as far as success. Because it's not like either these artists were struggling before they had a collab album. As far as the Billboard year in Top Latin, artists in 20 in just last year in 2025 tito double p was number four paco pluma was number five so even though their family even though the cousins in their own respective careers they are putting up some monumental numbers so as far as this collab album their first ever basically dopamina is the outright most successful track from the album now close second is dano which is the 88th most played track overall, but it's the second most played track in Mexico. So now when you look at it specifically,
Starting point is 04:03:30 you wonder what Dopamina is about. And of course, based off of the title, which I believe it's just dopamine, I think a lot of Spanish words are just playing off in English words and like vice verse. I'm not saying like, you know what I'm saying? I don't want to get in trouble. I mean, I'm just trying to let y'all know that if you look at dopamine, it's usually closer to like a dopamine type word in English. So anyways, I believe it's dopamine. So with that being said, The lyrics is, of course, talking about luxury, lifestyle, women. And the main thing with the delivery I noticed was the contrast between Paiso, Pluma, and Tito Double Pee.
Starting point is 04:04:02 I love how these two artists, even though they grew up with each other, right? These are cousins, second cousins that grew up together since Paiso was 18 and Tito WP was 20. So they grew up together and still stylistically, they're vastly different. and it is phenomenal over the same beat as dopamine is definitely one of my personal standouts and of course we're listening to the album you can definitely tell how these two artists individually blew up but together i love the dynamic they're having especially over this entire body of work as when you look at the overall themes it's basically about unity over division
Starting point is 04:04:44 family before ego coridos as a cultural heritage not criminal propaganda because you know when it comes to Mexico like I talked about earlier as far as my overall coverage of the album basically Mexico Titan narco Corridos bands in 20203 and 2025 and states like Chihuahua Baja California Neurit macokin and Aguoscelanis basically all of that is to say that Mexico is not going for any of the glorification of drug and violence because of the rise of cartel influence and use the exposure let them tell it right now i made a joke talking about how you asked these to pick up those type of same sentiments but i you know i kind of want to well not kind of i definitely want to walk that back as you never want to advocate for freedom of expression being taken away i just believe if you actually do criminal actions then you should face the consequences but you should have the freedom of expression especially musically so anyways um another thing i pointed out was basically the overall cover of the album if you don't know it
Starting point is 04:05:50 is basically showcasing Jacob and Esau from the book of Genesis chapters 25 to 33. And these are twin sons of Isaac and Rebecca. I've already went over that whole story. But the main thing you need to know is just that is twin sons. And of course, even though Paisal Plumo wasn't trying to kill Tito Double Pue or vice versa, they're playing off of how they're bonded by blood as far as them being family. So overall, I do like how the album is taking an interesting subject matter because, of them having to rework it due to Mexico tightening down on what artists could have in their music.
Starting point is 04:06:27 And when it comes to me not knowing the lyrics, for me, sonically, I could tell Plaseau Pluma has such a complimentary style to Tito Double P just because of the vastly different ways that they deliver verses. So with that being said, that's the main thing I wanted to get into. And of course, we already got to Dopamina, which we just did as far as the most successful track. off of the album now I would like to get into the second most popular track off of the album which is danesio finishing off our coverage of dynastia which is the first collab album between peso pluma and tito double p which is currently 15 tracks and 44 minutes in length but essentially speaking after getting into the overview after getting into the most popular track from the album which was dopamine now i want to get into the second most popular track from the album that's titled dano that
Starting point is 04:07:24 when you look at it as far as the subject matter because of course if i don't know what they're saying i'm gonna look it up so it's focusing it focuses on toxic love and emotional pain with a lot of the overall reflections being about a woman and the emotional pain from toxic love basically that's what it's about and the main thing I was wanting to get at is when you look at dopamine, when you look at Dana being the most successful from a global standpoint. But then you look at them having 14 tracks charting in the top 50 of Mexico when you know it's funny they have 15 tracks. I wonder what track was left off because it seems like every single track was on here except for one. And they probably look at that one track that wasn't on the charts like dang they must have hated that track.
Starting point is 04:08:16 I actually don't know which one it is. I see every single one on here. Maybe it's two con. No, I see two con right there. I don't know. I have to look at it later. But literally it says 14. And there's 15 tracks on this album.
Starting point is 04:08:27 So I wonder which one from the album was left off. Anyways, I guess I didn't go over the actual charting of the album. So in Mexico specifically. So overall, Danone and Dopamine as the most successful tracks from the album. Currently, as a global accomplishment. Dynastia is currently the 10th most play album in the world. When you look at Mexico specifically, you have Dopamina, that's the first most played track in the world. Dano, that's the second.
Starting point is 04:08:58 Backpack Boys, which is the fourth most play track in Mexico. Ni Pito, which is the fifth. 7-3, which is the sixth most play track in Mexico. Pute Legante, hopefully if these cuss words and Spanish, guess what? I was ignorant. I ain't know what they were saying. So anyways, that Puti Legante, that's his 12th most played track of Mexico.
Starting point is 04:09:25 The intro is interestingly enough, the 14th most played track in Mexico. Belete or Belit is the 22nd. Malibu is the 27th. Tukon-L is the 32nd. Truca, a truchia, I think it's Truca, is the 33rd.
Starting point is 04:09:44 Mescal is the 44th. and 20s is the 48th and Maras or Maras 2 or Mara 2 as the 49th so shout out to Tito and Double P not only being family and bonded by the blood but they also are bonded in the success in the music industry with the whopping 14 tracks charting in Mexico so as far as my coverage of Tito double Pia and Paso Pluma not only am I wanted to highlight the family ties because of course I've been covering T0.O.P. since August 30th, 2024. I've covered Paisal Pluma
Starting point is 04:10:24 since June 2nd, 2023. So I've been very incaptivated by these artists, especially diving deep into their marketing strategies and how they're out here notoriously affecting the masses with their music. But as a family member, having an individual successful career and then coming together for this album is one of the greatest things you can see, especially when you could have easily switched up on the other person or vice versa and I love to see how the longevity um not only with the relationship as if you don't know pace of pluma was 18 and tito double p was 20 when they first met once again they were second cousins and so now in the year of 2026 they're still going strong and notoriously affected the masses and this is probably one of the more powerful examples
Starting point is 04:11:14 of how Corrito Sumbados can affect the masses. And then, of course, them countering the overall limitations of the Mexico government, basically coming out and tightening on narco corridors, which basically means that they don't want certain public performances glorifying drug violence because of rising cartel influence and youth exposure, which is a big deal. That's why I keep repeating it throughout my Tito double P and Paiso Pluma coverage. Imagine you as an artist wherever you're from
Starting point is 04:11:49 and your government say you can't do a specific subject matter and there you've got to change the whole album as they basically reworked all type of subject matters in the album. Even the production at some point was restructured. Multiple songs were rewritten. And of course, artists outside of Tito D.O.P. and Paiso Pluma in the Latin, community they basically uh pivoted away from explicit crime glorification and drug centric
Starting point is 04:12:20 narratives so mostly people talk about street life without criminal praise they talk about loss boasting heartbreak romance and emotional vulnerability because of because of course the government said no more that gang and and drug talk so um i didn't want to end off with the awards that both of these gentlemen have racked up before they made an album together as pace with pluma won best music music album for genesis back in 2024 he has six wins at the 2023 billboard latin music awards for a new artist hot latin songs artists and then of course um the bm i champion award in 2025 and multiple latin grammy nominations and he won best mtv um ema best latin And then when he comes to Tito double P, he was the BMI Impact Award for 2025.
Starting point is 04:13:18 And of course, he was nominated and a lot of different awards shows, more specifically, 2025 Billboard Latin Music Awards. He had 10 categories. And he was also the AMA slash IHeart nominee for favorite male slash best new artists back, or just last year in 2025. So this collab album couldn't have came as such a more of a perfect. time and i'm glad to see tito and double p showcasing what a notorious mass effect is when it comes to to rito uh caridos tombados so with that being said click my link to in my bio let me know one of my
Starting point is 04:13:58 social medias have you listened to p p pto tando double p's album titled dynastia and at the end of day do you believe that tito double p and paco started off 2026 even though this I mean, did this technically come out? Yeah, it technically came out 2025 at the very end, December 25th. But do you believe continuing into 2026, Pito, no, Paisal Pluma and Tito Double Pee started off 2026 in the best way possible for Corrito's Tombados.
