Not only does Jenny from K-pop play a character in this show called The Idol on HBO named Diane. I think that's how you say it. So Jenny from the K-pop artist plays a character in the show named Diane. But in addition to that, she's also on the track with The Weekend and Lily Rose Depp titled One. One of the Girls that was released as far as the weekend's whole rollout is a weekly installments. In the three pack, he put out for the episode four, Jenny was on one of the tracks from Black Pink titled One of the Girls. So in the midst of this soundtrack, we've gotten a weekend and future collab. We've gotten a weekend Playboy Cardi collab.

And now we've received a weekend and Jenny from Black Pink collab. And for those of y'all who don't know who Jenny is because I was in the same boat, I quickly, and I mean with the quickness, got acclimated to Jenny because her numbers are off the chart. I mean, literally she's been around since 2010. Yeah, she's been around since 2010. She joined or she, yeah, she joined the, uh, some other girls to form a group called Black Pink. In 2016, 2018, she made her debut solo single called solo.

But y'all probably like, where's the achievements at, right? All right, I'm about to get to that. So Jenny, also known for a fashion, kind of like an ASEAP Rocky or Rihanna type. Really, Rihanna. I don't know why compared it to another male. She's like, what? But yeah, so she's like a Rihanna in a fashion sense. But in general, when it comes to music,

She has a lot of Billboard hits as far as her solo debut single solo, which is funny in itself. It's like a pun. But that topped the Gasson Digital Chart in the Billboard's World Digital Songs chart. She's been featured on several magazines, which goes back to Whole Fashion Sense, as far as Vogue Ellie and Harper's Bazaar. Sorry, I don't really follow those magazines like that. And then she's collaborated with a bunch of popular artists like Cardi B, Diplo, and artists in that nature. And she is one of the most popular K-pop artists in the world because she has 50 million, wow, followers on Instagram. Talk about a social media presence.

Where in general, Jenny, safe to say, she's very, very known in her own country as far as Korea. and now she's even more popular now that she's crossed over into the states and when you look at this collab with the weekend doing his numbers on the charts where every time he drops a weekly release for the idol I think as far as the soundtrack this is coming together to be one of the weekend's best works like best attempts at artistry because in general usually you know what you're going to get from a week from the weekend sound but this switches is up a little bit because we're hearing him collaborate artists we never heard um with the weekend before so now it as a unique is unique sonically because now you have the weekend played with cardi which has never been

done before you have the weekend jenny from black pink that's never been done before and there's only a few it's sparse when it comes to weekend and future tracks so When you're looking at this whole compilation for his show, The Idol on HBO, I would think he's putting just, if not more, effort into this project than he would, his own solo project. It almost reminds me the effort that Kendrick Lamar put in when he put his name on the Black Panther soundtrack. And you know how classic that was, especially the track with Future.

I don't know what it is about future and soundtracks. But every time you get Future on a track, track for your soundtrack and maybe one of the most classic tracks ever. I know I said track like a million time, but you got to keep up with me like they're doing track. Now, I just fly out. My fault. My fault. All right. So anyways, back to what I'm saying. So that's why Jenny's so important. And also the reason why she's even on this track with the weekend called One of the Girls is because she's also in the show, The Idol, playing a character called Diane. And the show is still doing well, even though everybody loves to critique the weekend's acting ability.

It's still one of the biggest shows via social media engagement, generating over one billion impressions on Twitter and Instagram. And also, it was the most watched HBO show on HBO Max. And it was the most watched HBO original series premiere since 2015. And if you don't believe me, look it up for yourself. You know, we only spit real facts over here. You know, can't do fake news. But anyways, the, what else?

Yeah, that's basically it. So yeah. So as far as the weekend and his numbers, obviously, it's 52% male, I mean, female. You know, everybody, a certain demographic, you know, for a different artist. And the weekend definitely brings out a lot of women with his demographic. And there's nothing wrong with that. if you're into that type of stuff. I don't even know where I was going with that.

Basically, I was just trying to say a lot of these guys have, like, a lot of these artists have mostly guys in their demographics. So for the weekend, have 52% female. Show you where he stands as far as the rest of him. But anyways, besides the point, that's besides the point.
