Starting point is 00:00:03 Today we are getting into Tito P. Now, of course, if you've listened to the podcast, you already know that I've covered Tito Double P extensively, especially with this track, Nadia, as far as El L. Locoran, Los Corridos, and Linda. Hopefully, well, you already know, but pronunciations were definitely butchered and me labeling those. But as far as me covering it, you know, I try to do my due diligence, especially in the Latin community, as Tito Double P currently has the fourth most popular track in Mexico, Mexico currently.
Starting point is 00:00:44 And the thing about Tito Double P is that he's currently on tour, right? I mean, after already having a successful 2024 and really showcasing a lot of effort and just straight up high quality, caritos, tombados type of music, with his ultimate themes in success, love, and fame. When you look at it from a totality standpoint, you realize that he's one of the more consumed Latin musicians in the world. Now, of course, we went over the top five. I don't think he was in it.
Starting point is 00:01:16 I think the top five was like, Bad Bunny, Peso Pluma. I think, I don't want to speak, but I think like Carol G, maybe somebody else. But anyways, Tito Double P was not in that. But ultimately, he is still very much a, prominent force in the Latin community, especially for the Caritos, Tombados type of music. So for this specific track, I wanted to get into one of his latest tracks that's so popular as far as in Mexico that's titled,
Starting point is 00:01:51 Rizonez. Hopefully I said that right. If I did butcher it, just know it wasn't on purpose. So anyways, with this specific track, obviously it came out December 5th, 2024, so putting out a track in the fourth quarter, quarter is all type of bold, especially for musicians and up-and-coming musicians for the simple fact that you have Christmas music coming out. A lot of people are getting into the holiday spirit. A lot of the marketing teams are shutting down. They're turning it in for the year. So to put out music and to still have this type of success where technically the track Rosonez was number one in Mexico within the first week. So as far as having an impact out of the gate, especially in the fourth quarter should let you know what type of prominent status he has in Mexico because not too many
Starting point is 00:02:41 artists can put out music in a dead type of zone as far as the year because a lot of people are wrapping it up and still have a number one track in Mexico like people will still go out of the way to listen to your music even though people are just wrapping up the year and getting into the Christmas holiday spirit which is why a lot of the Christmas tracks are now knocking off some of the tracks has been on top for a while because people are getting into the holiday spirit. They're listening to a lot more Christmas music. But guess what? Even with that, Tito Double P does have a track in the top of 100 as far as DOS
Starting point is 00:03:16 Dias being the 86 most played track in the world. Of course, it's been on the charts about 14 weeks and it peaked at 51 as far as the highest has been on the charts. And then when you come over to albums, you've realized that Encoma, though, is essentially one of the most listened to albums in the world when it comes to not only his Mexican region but also worldwide as in Camado is the 32nd most play album in the world
Starting point is 00:03:44 and adding on top of that he's still putting our music to this day as with Rosonez coming out December 5th, 2024 and going number one in Mexico within his first week and then of course on Spotify global chart it debuted at number 35. Overall, also I just got into the numbers as far as where it's at, it's the 86 most play track in the world,
Starting point is 00:04:11 but it accumulated 249 million streams in the first 10 days. So with all those stats, you should just know that analytically, this man is really affecting the masses when it comes to the Coritos, tombados type of themes in his music. because not only did he come out the gate in the fourth quarter with the number one Mexico smash hit, but he's also continuing to garner that global appeal from people outside of Mexico that may not be as familiar with his music. So that's why it's resonating with a lot of non-spanish speaking, non-spanish speaking people such as myself, but also it's resonating, of course, with the people who do speak Spanish.
Starting point is 00:04:58 So now you literally have the best of both worlds, especially with the way that he's been going in 2024. So safe to say that Tito Double P is just probably one of the more pivotal artists that the Latin community have currently for the simple understanding of him having that cultural equity, but also being able to transfer over and appeal to non-Spanish-speaking consumers as far as broadening. the Carridos Tumbados landscape as far as the mass is being affected by these type of sounds. So he's definitely a great player in the Mexican region, but also he is now getting more established as far as getting more people who don't speak Spanish to listen more to Caritos, Tombados. So with that being said, click my link to you in my bio. Let me know on one of my social medias. As far as the entire year of 2024, what is your favorite Tito?
Starting point is 00:05:58 double p track
