Starting point is 00:00:00 If this is your first time hearing about Kaysenat, you're definitely in the right place as we're going to cover a plethora of topics, but more specifically we're going to get into who is Kaysenat. Because most people who's seeing this story for the first time may not be aware of his level of influence. All I have to say as a content creator myself, Kysenat is one of the most polarizing and influential Twitch streamers. slash content creator I've ever seen in my life in regards to the black community. So it should be no surprise that when he host a PS5 giveaway, out of all things, you know PS5s are really coveted and today's society because we literally had a shortage for about two to three years straight. So anyways, he was having a PS5 giveaway, and it was only five consoles.
Starting point is 00:00:57 So it wasn't like everybody was able to show up and get. one it was only five consoles they was given away but that's besides the point i think well first i'm going to get to the overview of the situation so now that you know that kai sanat is one of the most popular twist streamers literally on the planet like the way that he brings in numbers on on twitch is second to none and if it is then he's definitely top three at the very least so anyways Kai-Sanat, a twist stream of course, is now facing multiple charges after a chaotic event with him giving away five PS5 consoles to people who showed up at the Union Square, August 4th, 2023.
Starting point is 00:01:43 And then, of course, it quickly turned chaotic, which my opinion on that is very different because a lot of people would just say, oh, there goes black people acting up again. that's why we can't have anything nice, which, granted, it's not the best look for black people, but let's not act like one of the only ethnicity that's out here rioting and turning to a whole mob as everybody knows what happened January 6, 2021 because of Donald Trump. So that's all I'm going to leave it at, because everybody knows about the insurrection at the White House. So that's all I have to say.
Starting point is 00:02:18 So let's not act like black people who only ones out here rioting and acting the fool. With that being said, Kaysennapp promised to give away 5 p.S. consuls that's the biggest thing that you need to know because the amount of people that showed up at this riot was a little bit more than five let's just leave it at that the police was called quickly to the scene to make several arrests i mean i even have a video shameless plug to analytic dreams video to watch along as i talk about this but basically if you see right here uh nyPD ended up arresting 65 people including 30 juveniles following a chaotic PlayStation giveaway event by Kaisenat in New York City's Union Square Park and here's the video right here hopefully it isn't too loud I don't think it will be
Starting point is 00:03:06 anyways here's the video right here as you can see this is pretty chaotic in itself and had to turn it down a little bit but this is pretty chaotic obviously they're arresting a lot of people causing a lot of commotion I didn't realize this video or so long. Anyway, y'all get it. Y'all want to see the elite tag on the backpack. Hold on. Let me get off of that. So anyways, um, honestly, the way that the police slammed his head into the, uh, to the car. That was kind of crazy. Anyways, what was I saying? So about Kaisenap, right? I think the whole thing, um, the overall reason for why this happened is that he literally could have solved everything by just having a permit. I don't think a lot of kinds of creators know their influence.
Starting point is 00:04:18 And Kaysenet should be the last one to commit this mistake. But for all my content creators out there, you have to heed to the words I'm about to say, because you would get yourself not in a lot of trouble. Like Kyson, that's not going to be locked up. But obviously, he had to be arrested because he incited a riot, which is Travis Scott-esque. But on the other hand, just like Travis Scott was in the events he was arrested for inciting a riot, they was let go like days after. Like I think, honestly, let me see, if you're still watching a longer,
Starting point is 00:04:48 an analytic dreams video coxen that just got released and that was at 11 56 p.m. August 4th so literally the same day he was I mean you know technically like four minutes before the next day but in the same day he got released so yeah with that being said oh and here's the video of him getting released right here. Ain't no way somebody was asking about the playstation. Yo hold up I didn't hear that part before that is crazy. That is crazy. crazy. What happened to the Playstations?
Starting point is 00:05:41 I ain't no way he asked that question. People are not real. Like this, like this earth, some of the humans are here, I just understand what Thanos was thinking. But anyways, that's what's the point. The only thing that Kai should have done that would easily, not even just negate the riot, he wouldn't have taken the fall for it
Starting point is 00:06:04 if he would just gotten a permit. For all my content creators out there, they have a huge influence where people will show up to see you, a large number of people, specifically more than 100 people, especially in New York City, you need a permit. And Kaisenag clearly made the mistake of not getting a permit.
Starting point is 00:06:26 I honestly don't know how he thought that would go down. Giving away PS5s is a pretty high commodity, like I keep saying. I mean, nowadays it's more, it's easily accessible. Like, it's easier to buy a PS5, but like the last one to two years, we didn't even know if PS5 was just going to go from PS5 to PS6 because of the production line was so bad for the PS5. But that's besides, that's a whole other topic.
Starting point is 00:06:51 Kaysen ad should have been new the amount of people that was going to show up based off him just saying, meet me here. So for that reason, I have to put most of the blame on Kaisen, in that. Obviously, the way I've covered Travis Scott AstroWorld has been very persistent in my stance on how Travis Scott is to blame mostly for what happened in AstroWorld fiasco. In no world, in no world, am I comparing this to AstroWorld? Because people actually died, like, at least 10 people. For this, as you see, 60 people was arrested. or 65 people was arrested, but apparently, reportedly, nobody passed away.
Starting point is 00:07:40 So it's not even close to the Asteroor situation. But when it comes to the inciting a riot, I think this is a very interesting path that has correlations with the one that Travis Scott went on, because if you don't know, Travis Scott got arrested at Lollapalooza for inciting a riot, arrested at Walmart Amp Theater for inciting a riot, and then ended up having a whole, Astroworld situation like three to four years later at the festival that he ended up creating because he kept getting arrested at these established corporation arenas because you can't be doing what you want at other corporation places. So he made his own festival. Then Astroirut's
Starting point is 00:08:19 situation happened. So for Kaizen that, I do believe he should not go down this road of trying to pop up at certain places without a permit. Maybe he tried to get a permit and they said no, he still tried to do it. I don't think that was the case. that's speculative but for him and his status and especially a mp which is one of the biggest groups in the world probably right now as far as content creators they should have knew to get a permit because it makes protecting the people at your event even easier and if something goes wrong at the event if you don't have a permit guess who's held liable kysenet so if you would have got a permit, guess we would have been liable. It would have been somebody other than Kaisenat because the
Starting point is 00:09:12 permit would have protected Sanat from the liability if something had gone wrong, which, as you see, it did go wrong. So all that set to the side, everything you need to know about the whole situation is just wrapped up into Kaisenat, not really realizing or planning out what type of crowd could show up based off his influence. I don't think he contemplated what type of crowd would have showed up. Like, there's no way he could have convinced somebody that him and that idea was going to be safe without a permit. And especially with Phantom and Duke with him, because I don't know if I have Phantom and Duke.
Starting point is 00:09:58 I don't think I do. I think I'll skip past those videos. But apparently Duke was arrested and Phantom. So with them being together. You're telling me all those popular content creators that have built a brand for themselves, went through all the obstacles, being like the phase for most black content creators because of how popular they are and influential and well-spoken. You're telling me nobody was like, hey, maybe we should get permit.
Starting point is 00:10:25 It's beyond me. That's honestly kind of crazy. Anyways, the cry who showed up, if you want to know the actual estimate of number of people, Kynan had five PS-Fives a giveaway. Guess how many people showed up. 500 to a thousand people now that's way past the hundred that was talking about where you needed a permit if you surpass that number kaisenet had 500 to a thousand people basically a mini convention in itself and he said well he didn't say anything but he ended up having to uh just treat some of his
Starting point is 00:10:57 supporters back after the riots because it was it was very quick like the riots happened quickly because of course there's only 5 PS5s and they turned chaotic because they was like you're not going to leave here with this console like what you think this is so everybody was crowding the square fighting over the consoles and that's when and that's when the whole riot happened so all of those playstation was probably just completely wrecked so anyways and um what else yeah so here it is or once that the rise was happening like this right here see all the rise right here kaisenat was even in the midst of it helping out one of his fans and i don't know what he said here.
Starting point is 00:11:35 Let me see. I haven't heard this video, so I don't know what they say. Hopefully it's not explicit. I had to edit it out. But so, yeah, so apparently Kai was helping a fan
Starting point is 00:11:45 that couldn't breathe. Oh, didn't I have sound? See, look, look at this. Like, honestly, this is probably a life-changing
Starting point is 00:12:00 for Kai Synap. This is one of those type scenarios where you look back on where the famous phrase, if you don't kill you, it makes you stronger. This is like one of those types of scenarios because that,
Starting point is 00:12:11 based off your influence is like you're seeing your influence in real time and the amount of power you have and not to quote Spider-Man or to be a nerd but they do say with great power comes great responsibility and now I think Kaysanath has finally seen that with this whole
Starting point is 00:12:27 riot literally happening because of him. So with that being said I think there was some other things I wanted to get into obviously I showed y'all that this man was he just got released 10.56 p.m. August 4th uh what else help the friend breathe let me see oh this just another one i don't know if this has sound
Starting point is 00:12:48 oh this actually has sound i don't know if y'all want to hear this one yeah yeah that's that's tough um let me see what else that was basically it oh okay the last thing you need to know is that uh kisonette will be getting charged this this stuff is uh it's not normal to have to happen like it's not an everyday occurrence So he is being charged with the NYPD. Let me pull this back up. It says multiple counts, but it's not specific, of course, on the tweet. So I actually had to look it up and do my own research. So basically, Kaysen has being charged with disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment,
Starting point is 00:13:46 and obstructing governmental administration. And honestly, I think there's just like a learning level. for kaisen that i don't think he's going to go to jail after like after reading this out like the most he could get as far as jail time if it like the absolute worst case scenario which you know nobody ever wants to go to jail but the worst case scenario that you can get from him being guilty on any of these charges which i doubt he will be is one year in jail so you really have to look and that's if they run them i think they can run them side by side or i forget the actual i'm not no lawyer But of course, disorderly conduct has a maximum possible sentence of 15 days in jail.
Starting point is 00:14:34 Reckless endangerment has a maximum. And this is like the very, like, obviously I know what maximum means, right? Okay. Anyways. The maximum possible sentence is one year in jail. And in obstruction governmental administration, the maximum possible sentence is one year in jail as well. So I think the word is congruent to run them side by side. So, you know, it doesn't.
Starting point is 00:14:56 Or you can make it. So you have to serve one year and then another year. Because literally sometimes in jail, they're like, oh, you can run. You just need to be in jail for one year. And for Kaysenet, that's literally not going to happen. Like I don't see him being like actually guilty for any these charges because I feel like he may have to do, which even Cardi B had to do this when she was found guilty for assaulting six nine's girlfriend, Jade way back in the day for like, you know, messing with offset. She had to go to shit. I know, just crazy stuff.
Starting point is 00:15:28 When you cover hip hop, that type of recollection just pops up. Don't ask me how I know that. But anyways, she had to do community service. And then after that, she was like free. She was already a free person, but she had to like show up to like hourly community service. And Kaysenna, because Cardi B was fine. So Kaysenna would probably be fined at least $10,000. And I know what y'all saying.
Starting point is 00:15:52 What did you get that number from? I looked that up as well. So he would definitely. probably pay a huge fine for this happening. I'm guessing around 10,000, maybe some community hours, and then that's it. Like, he's definitely not going to, like, Kaysenad going to jail off of this. Like, come on now. Like, somebody would have probably had to pass away and, you know, thankfully nobody did. But the worst I could see is that he just has to do community service and pay a humongous fine. So with that being said, the next stream for Kaysenna is definitely going to
Starting point is 00:16:26 interesting. I wonder if he's going to come on condemning his fan base or just saying that is not his fans because honestly that would be an interesting take because it is New York City and obviously all of those people who came probably just saw a crowd anyway. Like who know who knew if all those people knew that that was happening. But at the end of the day, I mean, Kuyenat did say, you know, meet him at New York, meet him at the Union Square, told him a time and it was basically it was up from there. So it's not. not really too much else I can get into for everybody who is new to the channel. Just know that with Kaisenat and him being an influential and impactful person
Starting point is 00:17:09 and definitely the black community as a content creator, that definitely won't stop as this is just a learning curve. It's not like he did anything heinous as far as like physical or violent. It was his quote-unquote fans. They ended up turning the situation violent. is still mostly his fault because of him not buying or getting permit. So with that being said, I think that's basically it. Some people were injured in the crowd or the chaos, but nobody was, nobody passed away.
Starting point is 00:17:43 Kaysenat has since apologized for the incident because, of course, like I showed you, when he was helping a fan, he was out there in the midst of it. What else? And, yeah, so after the police takes in his criminal history, you know the mitigating circumstances and all of the extracurricular type stuff that they do i'm not i'm not no lawyer he'll probably be just sentenced to like community service and a fine or maybe it's just community service or a fine like he can choose but we'll have to see i don't think he's definitely not going to jail there's no way so yeah man i think i broke this down pretty
Starting point is 00:18:24 pretty well man i don't really i don't really do these type of stories unless it's about musicians but like i said coxswain that is definitely influential in the space and definitely to me as a black content creator showcasing that you can make it to the heights of of twitch literally being like six million followers on twitch uh subscribers through the roof top like let me see i think he was the most subscribed twitch streamer in september 22 and everybody before that was just like people like ninja or i forget who else like you didn't see people who look like you competing with a ninja or somebody else obviously ninja probably fell off at this point but i'm talking about the heist of the heist like um even just a new list came out about the top five
Starting point is 00:19:10 streamers and agent duke and uh kaisenat was on it so i think in general representation like that is very important so this situation alone won't be the downfall of Kaizenat. It would just only be a lesson for the future. So anyways, click my link tree in my bio.
Starting point is 00:19:39 Let me know in one of my social medias. What do you think about the whole Kaizenat situation and him being charged by the NYPD on multiple counts for inciting a riot? And what is your overall takeaway from this scenario? Thank you.
