When getting into BTS, I think it has to be stated that none of this K-pop movement
will even be as big as it is currently if it wasn't for the immense impact that the Army has had.
Yes, the Army is an actual fan-based name that BTS has given themselves
because the way that they've been running the charts, and I mean running the charts,
like if you actually, if I pulled up the charts right now,
right and we had to look at who is putting up numbers when it comes to the grand scheme of
things of course you have junk cook from bt s and lotto with the track called seven lotto probably
looked at that and said you know what i did what germane cole tried and failed to do jay cole out
here collabing with j hope um when he should have been collabing with junk but it's too late now
Latter than took that slot and they also took the number one slot of top songs global.
So, you know, you live to fight another day, but another L for all the Jermaine fans out there.
And I just had to highlight that because even though that man was coach of Votra ring and trying to get a hit with Jay Hope from BTS,
he still at the end of the day did not get what he strive for.
and that was to benefit off of the K-pop community.
So I'm so glad that Lotto did because, you know,
I actually enjoy a lot of songs unlike Jermain.
And I feel like she's a really notable rapper in her field compared to her appeals,
peers also unlike Jermaine with Drake and Kendrick.
So with that being said, there's a lot of other stuff I can get into as far as the U.S. charts,
you know, even in the United States.
And if you don't know, you have to have a certain,
a number of streams for RIAA in the States to even be certified gold, platinum diamond, right?
So for artists overseas to even chart in the States, that says something because the type of
support that American-based artists get, that's what these overseas artists are getting,
plus some.
So when you're looking at U.S. charts, just think, most of the streams aren't even being counted
when it comes to that specific U.S. charts,
and they're still charting higher than your favorite hip-hop or R&B or country or,
I don't know what other genres.
But basically you get the point, right?
Overseas artists are fighting with their hands tied behind their backs
and still out-charting these musicians who are homegrown based in the United States.
That is a feed and something to be proud of as an overseas.
musician.
With that being said,

What do you think about V from BTS
and his track, Blue,
which is Track 2 off a layover,
once again is Blue,
produced by Absent Chronicles
and Jensu Park.
And after giving it a listen,
do you think it's fire or
trash?
