Starting point is 00:00:00 So for some reason, Yeat is back again with his third studio album titled Afterlife. Now, I know what you're thinking. Yeet is probably one of the greatest rappers of our generation, right? The most lyrical, spiritual, like, person to grace of Mike since Tupac, right? That's, of course, what you're thinking when it comes to our artists like Yeet, who takes the craft of lyricism so seriously, you know? So, of course, this is a young man flourishing in the hip-hop field, so you don't really want to discredit his accomplishments by any stretch of imagination. But even ye at his own mouth said, quote, it's a whole different sound fully. It's just rap beats mixed with dot dot dot.
Starting point is 00:00:53 It's just a different style. I don't know. It's not regular rap beats. it's a whole different new wave now i don't know if y'all have listened to yeat lately or recently but um this man calling his whole delivery of a third studio album completely different from his past two studio albums it's a little stretch you know if i do say so myself obviously you can probably tell i'm not the biggest yeet fan but i can acknowledge what he's accomplished in hip-hop because of course nobody would be talking about yeet if he didn't have a fan base so of course that's
Starting point is 00:01:33 what we're talking about him because he has a fan base but as far as quality level and his ability as a rapper i feel like it's just below average like very very below average just to the point where some of the old heads kind of is ringing true when they're like it's so easy to get into the hip-hop space nowadays i mean even 50 cents said it himself he said any Anybody can make music off their phone and upload it straight to millions of people, right? Now, of course, music gets uploaded every day, but back in the day, you kind of needed a record label. Not kind of, you did need a record label. You needed a person, an R to put your stuff or play your stuff to the radio, the head of the radio station.
Starting point is 00:02:19 So you might get a chance of being heard to the masses. Nowadays, you record on whatever platform you want to use, like BandLab, and upload it to like Audio Mac, SoundCloud, Spotify, and it's just readily available for the masses. Back in the day, that didn't used to happen, but that's why we didn't get artists with the quality level so subpar to the average like heat. So basically, to summarize this whole thing is Yeet has dropped a new album titled Afterlife. And I haven't heard the album, of course. It can be straight fire and I can just be straight hating. But as far as a bird's eye view perspective and the way that he delivers his bars, as far as mumbling throughout the whole two minute or three minute track,
Starting point is 00:03:14 I'm not impressed with what I've heard from Yeet. And I don't think I'll be impressed from what I'm about to hear. with this album called Afterlife. But anyways, click my link, sure in my bio, let me know one of my social medias. What do you think about Yeat? And do you think that I'm on the mark or do you think I'm hating when it comes to Yeat?
