Dropped February 27, 2026 (with some reports noting February 26 evening rollout), this marks the first-ever collaboration between Portland's Yeat and Liverpool's rising star EsDeeKid. The track serves as the lead single from Yeat's upcoming album ADL (A Dangerous Lyfe), his follow-up to 2024's Lyfestyle, with no release date announced yet.The official music video, directed by Director X, was filmed inside Drake's exclusive Toronto mansion (The Embassy)—a rarely seen high-profile location. Yeat and EsDeeKid deliver bars amid luxurious interiors, with cameos from NFL quarterback Caleb Williams and Cole Bennett. Drake doesn't appear physically but makes an indirect impact via a phone call scene at the end, adding a symbolic co-sign layer given Yeat's prior feature on Drake's "Dog House" from Iceman.Thematically, "Made It On Our Own" celebrates independent success, underground-to-mainstream breakthroughs, and defying industry norms—aligning both artists as boundary-pushing alt-rap forces. Yeat has teased ADL as boundary-shattering, dangerous-life inspired, and sonically transformative. EsDeeKid, fresh off his October 2025 debut album Rebel (which charted on Billboard 200) and a December 2025 "4 Raws" remix with Timothée Chalamet, brings UK flair and BRIT Breakthrough Artist nomination buzz. The release generated massive streams—1.5 million first-day on Spotify, Yeat's career-high for a single and the week's top hip-hop debut. Analytic Dreamz dives into the transatlantic chemistry, Drake connection symbolism, visual flexes, career momentum, and what this means for Yeat's evolving sound and EsDeeKid's global push.Tune in for the full breakdown on Analytic Dreamz—raw rap culture analysis.Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Shepard, promise me you'll tell them to subscribe for free content.
Now, in today's age, referring to the technology saga going on right now,
all I need to know is why has nobody found out ease the kid's real identity yet.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Like, what's going on?
Just food for thought, because, you know, in the age of technology,
safe to say there's cameras everywhere.
And no, I am not advising anybody to stalk.
the kid like the villains did for Spider-Man trying to find out who's Peter Parker.
I just want to know how in the world do we not know ease the kid's identity yet.
You guys.
See that's the problem.
This man would have been the greatest superhero the way he's keeping his identity a secret.
Now with that being said, all jokes aside, we are getting into Yeet and Ease the kid's first
ever collab, but hold up now.
Before we get into that, we have to turn our attention to the go of hip-hop.
Is it okay? I got my dope on me.
As Yeet obviously shot this whole video in Drake's Mansion, Toronto Mansion, mind you.
So as far as this video right here, Analytic Dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the audio,
safe to say it was a nice little cameo from the boy himself as he, uh,
Yeet received a interesting call at the end of the video, as you can see right here.
And that's basically it.
That's all she wrote.
The boy called and they got up, they got up out of
that plays expeditiously now of course the reason why i show that is a lot of people are connecting
this call to the iceman episode three which if you don't know i think it was iceman episode three
where drake was having yee on a doghouse track that came out after the fact i don't think it was
like premier was it premiered in full i forget but anyways the iceman three episode also had ye
in it and of course he said to drake call me if it goes wrong or if it goes left something like that
And so now that Drake is calling Yeat, people are putting the puzzle pieces together to say,
hold up now.
We may get Ice Man sooner than we think.
Is it okay?
I got my dope on me.
So as far as Drake obviously hiding his dope, basically poaching Kaisenat to talk about,
oh, drop the album, because everybody wants them to drop Iceman, right?
Just another teaser, but where is the album?
The world may never know.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
I was like, damn, look at the state of hip hop.
Like, what's going on?
Now, obviously, this is not just a song.
segment to talk about drake as yee and ease the kid are very accomplished in their own right as you look
at yeep and a lot of people know him from when he was coming up from his track work with anima anima
anima i don't even know to say that name i kid you now i'm not trying to be disrespectful i just
don't know how to pronounce it um as far as his ep dangerous summer which released august 2025 that
debuted in number nine on the billboard 200 his six top 10 with that being said i i'm
I think we could already surmise that he is one of the harder up-and-coming rappers,
analytically speaking, of course.
And of course, no, I did not forget about Ease the Kid, as when you look at him specifically,
no one knows his identity, but everybody knows his hits, as he does come from England.
Yes, we have another British rapper on our hands.
No 21 Savage, a.k. Abraham Joseph, he is not the only one.
So when it comes to Ease the Kid, safe to say he's from England.
And when he emerged on the SoundCloud scene back in 2023,
since he kept rising in fame, especially with his hit Phantom.
And with that being said, he's had other appearances such as his track, Four Rawls, I believe.
I think that's how he said.
Yeah, four Rawls is currently the 71st most played track in the world.
And then, of course, going back to Yeep, his track rendezvous, what really is Don Tolliver's track, but he's featured on it,
is the 77th most played track in the world.
So both of these artists have a top 77 track in the world.
Safe to say this collaborative effort is already making sense to Yates fan base and, of course,
the E's the kids fan base.
So if you were wanting to know more details about the track, safe to say it was filmed inside
Drake's private Toronto residents.
Of course, Drake called Yeat at the end of the video.
Yee, if you don't know, previously already was on Dog House,
which was a part of the Iceman rollout as far as far as.
all of the live streams.
I think it was three episodes.
So now,
not only is this huge implications for Iceman in general,
because we just got an Iceman freestyle from Central Sea last week.
Now, ladies and gentlemen,
I don't know if you're following me.
I don't know if you're following me,
but the puzzle pieces are there.
Is it okay?
I got my dope on me.
Central Sea just did an Iceman freestyle.
Yeep just did a whole first ever collab with E is the kid,
but where he was he?
where was he at?
He was at Drake's mansion.
And at the end of the video, it was a Drake.
It was a call from Drake, which is a callback to the latest Iceman episode.
So, you know, call me a conspiracy theorist, but I think there's more implications that people
are catching on to as far as what's to come very soon.
Let's just put it like that.
So he's the kid.
I think he's going to have a phenomenal career.
I think this is a great marketing strategy for him in general being a part of this,
because at the end of the day, I do believe Yeet is one of the more influential, up-and-coming rappers,
and he's the kid also being influential, even though nobody knows his identity.
Being influential, even with that being said, it's a very monumental accomplishment.
So as far as what's in the future for Yee or E's the Kid, I believe with Yee, he has an upcoming album titled A Dangerous Life.
and has not been announced yet as far as the release date, as far as the release date,
but he did have this to say about his upcoming albums.
Yeats said, quote, it's new.
Dot, dot, dot.
Well, I mean, you could have.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
You could have figured that out.
But anyways, he kept going on to say, always pushing boundaries.
Dot, dot, dot, dot.
Never scared to go out of any comfort zone.
Dot, dot, dot.
You can't even describe it sound wise.
I don't know what that means.
But Yeet gave us two other quotes, ladies and gentlemen.
Yeet said, quote, my life's dangerous right now.
Okay, hold up now.
I know that ain't who I think.
I know that ain't a white kid talking about his life being dangerous.
Shepard.
All right, my fault.
I'll make this album about it.
So he says his life is dangerous.
He said he'll make his album about it.
Safe to say.
I'm not the police.
Woo-de-do.
I'd be very interested to see what they have to,
what they have to connect as far as those lyrics in this song,
since he says it's about his life, right?
He's not saying it's a movie.
You know, he's not saying he acting.
He said this is his real life.
He said he lived in dangerous.
Anyways, his last quote,
Yeat, mind you.
Yeet said, quote,
this next album is really something.
Dot, dot, dot, dot.
The sound is changing, dot, dot, dot,
crazy, comma, crazy album.
But then, you know what I'm saying?
I was like, Tim, look at the state of hip hop.
Like, what's going to?
And that's all I got for you, ladies and gentlemen.
That's what Yeats says to promote his upcoming album.
So guess what?
If he doesn't want to add,
anything else.
Then I don't want to either.
You know who he's waiting for.
Is it okay?
I got my dope on me.
So that being said, click my link to your in my bio.
Let me know one of my social medias.
What do you think about the first ever collab between Yee and Ease the kid?
And if you listen to it, do you think it's a sign of what's to come as far as up-and-coming
rappers?
And, of course, do you believe that the only reason they shot this video on Drake's mansion
is because Iceman is coming soon?
Is it okay?
I got my dope on me?
I said, what the fuck?
