Now, who told this man, Zane Malick, to drop an album titled, Nobody is Listening? Because guess what? Ironically, nobody listen. 15,000 first week, let me tell you something right now. For independent artists, that would be a bad first week. So for Zane, who's under, actually, let me see what he's under. For Zane Malik, who's under RCA Records, a division of Sony Music, entertainment that's beyond the flop his album previously icarus falls sold 3 000 first week that has to be a

mistake there's no way because this first album mind of mine like his very first solo debut album sold 112 first week so i don't know if people just listen to this man for the first time it was like hey solo wise we're not listening to you because i believe he used to be a part of a group i don't know what the group was called that's what i'm looking at right now but basically the biggest thing you need to know is he's back again with a new single titled love like this and it's been what like three years since his last album one direction oh that's funny i know y'all y'all gonna kill me for that you're gonna be like hi y'all didn't know how you don't know about one direction i forgot zane was part of that group. Anyways, so Zane was a part of One Direction and I guess it was eliminated by the X

Factor, which is a weird fun fact. But Zane left the group in 2015 after they had a pretty successful career. I know they had a successful career because for some reason, every girl around that time was just the biggest One Direction fan. Ever since then, Zane started to pursue a solo career and literally I just read off the numbers. His first album sold 112th. thousand first week. Icarus Falls sold like three to five thousand records first week and then nobody is listening sold 15,000 first week. Sad day in history, man.

So this man has fell off. Unfortunate reality for One Direction fans out there, but maybe he should have stayed with the group. I don't know, maybe One Direction fans are probably like, hey, should have stayed with the group, you want to be flopping like this. But he's back again with a new single titled Love Like This. with him being under RCA records, I believe that's more of like a developmental label.

So hopefully they try to work this record. Apparently he was on the Call Her Daddy podcast, pause. As his first sit-down interview in nearly six years, because, you know, artists love to be mysterious, unless they're flopping, and then they start doing every interview known to man. So anyways, he described how he hoped to beat out his fellow band.

mates in launching a solo career. And he also said that they got sick of spending time together. So he was basically speaking on the reason that he split up from the group. He said, quote, I don't want to go into too much detail, but there was a lot of politics going on. Certain people were doing certain things, certain people didn't want to sign contracts. So I knew something was happening. So I just got ahead of the curve if I'm being honest with you. So I see why he's upset. Harry Stiles was a part of one direction. No, I would be upset too. This man, Harry Stiles and Marvel movies.

This man, acting every single movie known to man. I think he was just in the movie Margaret Robbie, that's literally in Barbie right now. Now, if you want to look up Harry Stiles first week's sales, not to go on a tangent. I totally forgot this man Harry Stiles was on One Direction. Hold up. Give me one second. I would be mad too. Nah, I would be hating.

I'd be fuming. This man started a solo career first, and Harry Stowell still took up. off with it. Yeah, because Harry House, oh my, Harry's House did $515,000 first week, $515,000 first week.

Now that is, that's what a fan base looks like. That is the actual fan base. So, I don't know if Zane and, I don't know if Zane and Malik, Zane and Harry have beef, that would be,

I would be hating to the utmost degree. There's no way I'll become a solo act first. and now you're just completely blowing me out of the water with sales. Oh, they are beefing. I knew it. See, I always knew it. Like, I look at a name and I'm like, oh, I know his notoriety compared to his notoriety. And I compare the first week sales.

And then I don't know for some reason it always clicks to me. But Zane and Harry are apparently not close when they was with One Direction, reportedly. You know, of course, I wasn't with them. but Harry responded to some of Zane's comments in 2017 profile for Rolling Stone said he thought it was a shame that Zane felt the way he did about One Direction didn't wish him anything but luck

Harry appeared on the Howard Stern show to speak about Zane's exit saying he was disappointed of course Zane has not publicly commented on Harry's comments however he has been open about his struggles with mental health okay it's clear that Zane and Harry have Oh, okay. So only time would tell if, you know, they're just like of really friends, but it seems like, you know, they had a little split and they wasn't the best of friends.

But like I just said, it was other people part of the group. That name just stuck out to me. But I stuck out to me. The other names were, let me see, what was other names? I was trying to find it. It was somewhere. Oh, Harry Styles, Neil Haran, or Huron, I don't know, and Louis Tomlinson and Lee. Liam Payne. I think I know who Liam Payne is. But anyways, Harry Styles is definitely the most popular

of that group. So it makes sense why, you know, this man's maybe a little upset that his solo career didn't take off like he wanted because let me tell you, Harry Styles career definitely took out. I mean, this man's literally like spitting on people at movie premieres. Like, look it up. Like, I think he's spilling like a famous actor and everybody was like, nah, he was just, he was just acting. In real life, I was like, oh, okay, well, maybe he was just acting. Like, I don't know. somebody spit on like i don't know man maybe maybe we have different you know interpretations of what spitting on somebody means but anyways um so he's he announced that he's back again zane has a single titled love like this hopefully sells more than 15 000 first week being under rca records

under sony entertainment because that's definitely a major label so if he can't outsell independent artist being under a major label maybe zane just needs to hang it up. A lot of people struggle with it and everybody needs the own personal advice from therapists, I would say, or whoever you trust to give you advice that can, that actually has wisdom. I don't know if that makes sense. Basically, mental health. is a real thing. And if you're struggling with mental health, you should definitely seek help and find help.
