Songwriter and producer Jeff Giddy Gittleman has signed a global publishing administration agreement with BMG for his catalog and future works. AWOL has appointed Jen Havik to vice president of artist and label development. Forward artist Max Drazen has signed with FDRAZ. CAA for bookings alongside field trip recordings at Capitol Records for label. Roshi Motman has been appointed CEO of the Swedish Independent Music Distribution and Artist Services Company, Amuse.

Positioned Music has signed writer Kyle Reynolds to a worldwide publishing deal. Lucas Thomas Show has been promoted to Senior Vice President at AVEX USA, the U.S. Division of the Japanese Music and Entertainment Company, which expanded into North America in April of 2021. The U.S.-based music and media company Create Music Group is expanding its social media marketing capabilities with the acquisition of content management and influencer marketing agency, vertical. The Canadian Music Rights Management Company Kilometer Music Group has acquired two song catalogs

from Myrda Beats and Bryson Tiller. Band Cam Fridays will be returning in 2022 after $70 million worth of sales. Steve Aoki has launched his own Metaverse and NFT membership platform, I believe to be pronounced Aokiverse, but it's also spelled A0K1 verse. Simon Foller has launched TikTok Pop Group, The Future X. Universal Music Group has just announced that they are expanding their agreement with Amazon Music and Amazon-owned live streaming platform, Twitch. Defected's publishing division has signed DJ John Summit. Matt Richter and visual artist Yulia Marr have opened a carbon-negative studio with Dolby Atmos Mix Room. Universal Music UK has named Hannah Neves and Ozzie F. Dukari as co-presidents of the catalog division.

Spin in Records is expanding globally by implementing localized streaming and marketing efforts in the United States, United Kingdom, and China. Sex Pistols founding member Glenn Matlock has signed a solo deal with Universal Music Group. Andy West has been named Executive Vice President and General Manager of Warner Music, Canada.
