Roblox and Sony Music say that they will work together to develop innovative music experiences for the Roblox community.

Shamrock just raised $196 million to loan music and entertainment rights holders money, which they can then repay, presumably with interest via future royalties. Beth Appleton has joined the music credit resource, Jack Stah, as chief marketing officer. Chris Brown has been sued for copyright infringement over his track privacy, which was released in March of 2017. Greensleeves Publishing Limited alleges that Chris Brown ripped off a 1997 dancehall track called Tight Upskirt. Roberto Rossini has stepped down as Warner Chapel Music, Italy's managing director.

Universal Music Group spent over one. $1.7 billion last year on a combination of catalog acquisitions and advances to artists net of recoupment. Primary Wave Music has acquired a 50% stake in the master recordings of Grammy-nominated musician Chris Isaac. It has just been announced that Rolling Stone magazine is launching in the UK. Warner Chapel Music has entered into a worldwide administration agreement with the estate of Cab Callaway, the incredible jazz vocalist, songwriter, entertainer, actor, and author. UMPG, also known as Universal Music Publishing Group,

has launched UMPG Israel. Atlantic Records UK and Alternative Distribution Alliance, also known as ADA, both owned by Warner Music Group, have inked a partnership deal with Kandela Records, a newly established UK Latin-based record label. Larry Rudolph has resigned as Brinney Spears' man after 25 years. Black Rock has finalized a co-publishing partnership with Abiza-based events

label and artist management company Electric Abiza. Serbia's exit makes history as Europe's first major festival since the pandemic began. Duleipa has been sued for posting paparazzi photos of herself to Instagram. Marilyn Manson has been released on bail after turning himself in on assault charges. But no, I really enjoy it because I think it's a different muscle to flex. And I don't want to only flex one. Like if I go in with, it's the same reason why I was saying I like working with artists who write and artists to bring a real thing. Because like, I can go in as a fan and be like, okay, I can't wait to hear what would Ed sound like over this or like what would Stormsy sound like if this was like the lyric or something. That's so fun to me. But when it's my stuff, it's more like I'm just like blindfolded and throwing paint at a wall and every now and then I get to see what sticks. and it's such a different feeling.
