Dandelion by Ella Langley is number one on the Billboard 200 chart for the second week in a row. The Great Divide by Noah Khan debuts in a number. number one on the Spotify's U.S. and global album debut charts. Congratulations, Noah Khan. You've also been on this podcast, and you are a very nice individual. BTS is number one on Spotify's global album chart for the fourth week. And Beauty and the Beat by Justin Bieber and Nikki Minaj is number one on Spotify's global

song charts since Coachella. What a comeback. Congrats to Savant Kotetra and Zed, both who've been on this podcast. as well as Max, obviously, you know, legend, friend, and Nikki Minaj. You know, you guys, you guys are great too. Okay, here's some industry news for you all. BMG and Concord confirm their merge. The two companies will combine under the BMG name for a $6.6 billion deal.

That's quite a payday for you Concord executives, I'm sure. And that makes BMG a very, very large indie if you still want to call. them that. IHeartMedia and Sirius XM discuss a potential merger. I'm sure both the SEC and FCC will have an opinion about that. Spotify announced their most streamed

artists and songs and albums of all time. I'm sure this will be hard to guess but artist is Taylor Swift and the song is Blinding Lights by the weekend and the album is Un Verano Scene Tea by Bad Bunny.

I'm so sorry guys. I took French in high school. Primary wave raises $2.2 billion for fourth music investment fund, considering that they just bought Cobalt with their last one. I think we should look at Larry Mustel is most likely to take over the world. One of my favorite pieces of news this week is that Taylor Swift applied to get trademark protection for her voice. And believe it or not, you don't own your voice in the United States. So I think it's time for either Congress, to act on the no-fakes act. If you're a congressperson listening to this,

come on. Protect us little people. And if you're not going to do it, then I bet that ends up at the Supreme Court and I can't wait to see Taylor Swift sing a song to the Supreme Court. Justice says. In some artist news, Vince Staples signs with Loma Vista recordings. He's one of my favorite, in my opinion,

underrated artists, considering that he's been nominated a few times. Maybe he's not so underrated. Horse Girl signs with RCA records.
