Starting point is 00:00:00 Hello, what's up everybody and welcome to Flagen. I'm here at Alex Media. Marky Gecks. We have Miles Media over there. And I think we got to start out by talking about just how truly stupid women in America are. I didn't think it was possible. Oh, man. I didn't think it was possible after seeing the reaction to Lindsay Clancy.
Starting point is 00:00:19 I was like, there's no way that there are women more stupid than these women defending Lindsay Clancy. This is a bad take. And then we found out that they get dumber. Okay. They actually get dumber and more racists. Women in this country, man. Okay, the racist part, maybe. Racism.
Starting point is 00:00:35 Now, more, boy. Racism. It's crazy. Racism is dumb. Yeah. There you go. It's either really dumb or you're right. You're right and you get to make it another day.
Starting point is 00:00:51 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yes. Shout at that Patrice joke. I'd rather be a home state film, a little racist. They're lying in a puddle of my own blood. But it's bifurcated, I agree. Okay, so listen, there's a guy named.
Starting point is 00:01:02 This story is absolutely amazing. Dejohn Love is his fake name? I think it's a real name. Who knows? Anyway, a guy pretended to play for the 49ers, scammed a bunch of women out of over a million bucks. Yeah, 26 women. $1.3 million.
Starting point is 00:01:15 $1.3. That we know about it. Can we just give it up for him one time? Listen, like, come on. How incredible of a movement. Can I tell you something? Just one time? I'm against this.
Starting point is 00:01:26 Huh. I'm against this. Yes, I'm against this. But just for the greed part. Okay. Wait a minute. Because he, how many friends did you have that, like, pretended to be NFL players to get pussy? I had one, maybe one in a possible.
Starting point is 00:01:42 You guys knew people that did this? You didn't know black people. So, like, basically, this is black privilege. We talked about this, right? One black privilege in America. And I'm not saying it's worth it because there's a lot of things that are not privileged, whatever the opposite of privilege, disadvantaged. There's black disadvantage.
Starting point is 00:01:59 Obviously, harassed by the police. You get followed around stores. All the girls think your dick is way bigger than is. They're so disappointed when they see your actual dick size because it's a myth that you guys have big dick. So that's a huge disadvantage. So those are the black disadvantages and we acknowledge those as we move on in this conversation.
Starting point is 00:02:14 The black privilege is, here's white privilege, right? I can walk into a store, I can take an item, and I can pretty much walk out of the store. Yeah. And nobody, and they might look. look at me like, oh, did you pay for that? And if I just go, yeah, they go, okay. That's white privilege in America.
Starting point is 00:02:33 Great. Black privilege is you can say that you are on a sports team. An elite sports team. An elite sports team. And women are dumb enough to believe it. That is black privilege. And the reason it's black privilege, and we know it's black privilege, is because white players on the teams don't even get believed that they're on it.
Starting point is 00:02:55 That is true. Tyler Cullick, New York, Nick almost got arrested at the parade. Yeah. The police, and these are Nick faints. Yeah, that's fun. The police in the city, the security stopped Austin Reeves. Yeah. And Austin Reeves is not like a six-two guard.
Starting point is 00:03:09 Austin Reeves is six-eight. So even if you are as tall as a basketball player needs to be simply having white skin and a comb over. Yeah. We'll stop you from, stop people from believing your own team. There was an even exchange, right? Guys would lie about being football players. Mm-hmm. And then girls would lie about being interested in guys to get their money.
Starting point is 00:03:32 Right. So it allowed an even exchange of usury. Right? The girls would use the alleged football player for their money and pretend to be into them. And the guys would pretend to be a football player and then use the girls for their looks. Yeah. And nobody was taking advantage of being the person because they were both lying. This is how it used to go.
Starting point is 00:03:49 This is a perfect unity. And if you had friends that were black and over six to and had muscles, every single time they went out, they played for the Dallas Cowboys or whatever team they knew women didn't know. Nobody knows football players. That's a one-time thing, though. It's not a one-time thing because I almost got caught by it.
Starting point is 00:04:05 I told you the story. I saw Derell Revis parking his fucking car on Lafayette Street between 4th and Astor Place. And then you almost busted over? No, it was Dorel Revis, and he was a cornerback for the New York Chats. He's living it up reading. He was in a Derell Revis shirt.
Starting point is 00:04:23 And I was like, I know that's Dorel Revis. but I'm not going to be the white guy that walks him to the black guy and go, are you Deweil Revis? And he's like, just because I'm wearing a fucking DeRelle Revis shirt, you think that on that guy? Yeah. It's also tough. And also, I wouldn't expect him be wearing his own merch.
Starting point is 00:04:35 You know what I mean? Exactly. Yeah. But it was him. For sure? 1,000% it was him. You wear Kent merch? That's a good point.
Starting point is 00:04:43 That is a great point. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I get with your name on the back, you know? Well, maybe it's during the season, you're coming right from practice, and they give you the shit to practice him. And then you got to go to the beach. you got to run a route, you know what I mean, you got to film it.
Starting point is 00:04:54 You got to have your helmet with you to get your braids down. Yes, exactly. Anyway, so I think this guy fucked up a very even exchange that women had. And men had. But he didn't get one point whatever million from one chick. He just got little amounts from multiple. This is the other thing that has been driving me crazy about this. It's like investing in stocks or businesses.
Starting point is 00:05:15 What he was doing is basically saying, hey, give me some money. I know this investment. Seven to ten days, it's going to double. You guys, you know, give me the. money I'm going to put it in. He was lying to them. Another thing about the girls is that's very interesting about these women that are dumb and racist is that he knew
Starting point is 00:05:30 that they wouldn't believe the investment advice from a black guy. So he brought an 18 year old Asian boy. Yeah. They would they would believe but think about how racist and sexes these women are. He invented rush out. He invented rush hour and worked. But like think about it. They would rather, right?
Starting point is 00:05:46 They would, they believe the black guys on a sports team and then they're also like, well, I'm not going to trust him with money. And then he brings a little Asian boy toy BTS member over and he's 18 years old and they're like well I'll trust the Asian guy with math. And they would give them the money. Yes. Right?
Starting point is 00:06:04 It's the ultimate scheme. Come on. That's why you gotta give it up. It is such a funny movie. But here's the reason why you... Solid. I mean, maybe you give it up for the guys, but for the women this is the issue with me that I have. Investing in like stocks and like businesses
Starting point is 00:06:19 that's for guys there's no reason a woman should invest in stocks and businesses like any time I hear a woman saying like oh first of all have you ever heard a woman like oh in the SMP I just put some money in the five women that listen they turned off by now what about Kathy Wood Kathy Wood was the greatest investors of all time
Starting point is 00:06:40 no she's not she's up there's no chance there's no chance if that's a case what do you mean Nancy Pelosi Nancy Pelosi Can I make my argument, though? Can I make my argument? Those women are postmenopausal.
Starting point is 00:06:54 So they're just humans, right? This is bad. I have a daughter and I have a wife. I just point this out. Oh. Okay. If you invest in the S&P 500, historically you're making 5% to 10% a year.
Starting point is 00:07:09 Okay? If you invest in fake tits, fake ass, fake lips or whatever, invest in yourself. That is a, and I'm not even being facetious, that is minimum 500% return on your money. There's no girl that has gotten a boob job, ass job, lip job that hasn't seen a 200% increase in the money that is coming into their account that year. Calendar year.
Starting point is 00:07:33 Absolutely fact. This checks out. Keep going. So they do invests just in different ways. Kylie Jenner fucking injected herself into a billion dollars. Billion dollars. You cannot tell me that it, and is it sad, it's fucked up world that we live in. Is it? Well, for us.
Starting point is 00:07:47 Think about us. This is the white and black disadvantage that exists in America. We have to invest in the stock market in order to have children. How crazy is this? Do you want a family? Well, I might as well get into Google early. I might as well invest in SpaceX. So one day a woman will let me have children with her.
Starting point is 00:08:10 Yeah. We have to do these things. We're looking at tickers. We're looking at the green going up, the red going down, because that's the only way our last name moves on. That's our boob job. That's our boob job. It wasn't even his dead swimmers.
Starting point is 00:08:23 It was just the fact he ain't put money in the S&P. I didn't have enough money. I didn't have enough money in the S&P. Once it hit, boom. They swam. They swam to a doctor. From that doctor, very expensive doctor, and then back into my wife.
Starting point is 00:08:36 There you go. I need to do that. Exactly. Now, it sucks. I'm not saying that women are gold diggers, but I don't think any woman's dream is to be with a broke guy. I don't think there's, And there are girls that fuck broke guys and accidentally get pregnant.
Starting point is 00:08:49 That happens. But there's no woman who's like, I need a broke guy. No, they're going up or at least lateral. At least lateral. And lateral is like, fine. It's not. That's a settle. It's a subtle.
Starting point is 00:09:00 Yeah. They're trying to go up. Who isn't trying to. And we're trying to go up physically. Right? Yeah. Okay. I'm with you.
Starting point is 00:09:09 I'm with you. No? I'm with you. I'm with you. I'm with you. Do you ever see a guy with like a girl he deserves? And you're like, fuck. What the hell's wrong with you?
Starting point is 00:09:17 Oh, my God. We told me. I like this. No, that's nice. You ever see like a guy when a girl that's ugly of it, then you're like, ah, like. They love each other. I assume he's trans. Like, I assume there's something else going on.
Starting point is 00:09:33 Like, there's some weird dysmorphia, there's some, like, trauma from his childhood or something like that. That's why women get so perplexed when they see the attractive black dude with the chubby white girl is like, this doesn't make sense. Let's get into it. I don't know. That's racism. I think it is. Wait, what?
Starting point is 00:09:52 The reverse way. They all think. No, it's a dysmorphia. Oh, wait. What the fuck is happening? It's not every fat woman is in a WMDA. Not every fat woman is, not every fat white chick is in the WMDN. Volleyball is one of them.
Starting point is 00:10:09 I'm a professional softball player. And these poor guys are being released. So not a guy's like, I hit the lot. Yeah, I found a straight one. I found a straight one. Maybe. Another great Patrice joke about the white slaves. I'll have a big white slave, big fat white girl.
Starting point is 00:10:24 Go upstairs warm to bed. Yeah, get my... But if you are broke black dude, it doesn't have, like, heating or whatever like that, having a big white chick to roll around your bed. It's a fucking fantastic thing to do before you get to sleep. I think of that joke every time I get my cold bed. And I'm like, damn, having a big old fat white slave would be awesome. You guys don't know that that homeless black dude that was going viral?
Starting point is 00:10:48 Wait, which one? You haven't seen the homeless dude? He was, like, so proud about being homeless. He had a big, big, fat white girl that was, like, with him. No. Oh, yeah. He was going viral. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:57 Not really much in white circles, but. He's living outside. Yeah, they were living outside in, like, a tent or whatever. And he was like, I follow him religiously. They were trying to get out, though, I thought, right? Yeah, that was the whole thing. And then she was, like, only fans in it or whatever. And then they were going to hotel and they'd get kicked out the hotel, whatever.
Starting point is 00:11:12 But, like, if you had to be homeless outside. be warm. Big old polar bear rolling up to you. That's not horrible. Who's that, right? Yeah, yeah. That guy's... Yeah, that is a good point.
Starting point is 00:11:28 We should bring them on. That would be... Dude, I thought about it. Amazing guest. I thought about it. And? It's like a little smelly or something. You know, it's like...
Starting point is 00:11:37 You've got to wash them down. You put them in the hotel before. It's not that bad. We've done it for years. No, I'm not. We've done for a year. We've used to this. Pharemone maxing over here.
Starting point is 00:11:45 Farrow Max, Mumbai Maxx. Oh, fuck, right. Side of the couch is never going to recover. Well, do you want to know bar the issue? I put on Colon today. Tyler Olivera did a documentary if not the way that Mark smells that got taken off the internet.
Starting point is 00:12:01 Our festival? Yeah, that festival. I put on Cologne today, and I walked out, and my wife goes, oh, did you fucking bug bomb the house? Bug bomb? I was like, what do you mean? She's like, what's that smell? What cologne did you put on?
Starting point is 00:12:13 Some cologne that a friend of mine gave me. Yeah, and I couldn't find my actual clone that I used and I was like, well, I might as well put on Cologne. Bang, I haven't watched this shirt in a while. So I sprayed down and she was like, oh, this stinks. So you just put Cologne over a stinky shirt and you wonder why you stink. Can I, can I, can I? That's what everyone does. No, no, no, no, it doesn't.
Starting point is 00:12:30 It just makes the Cologne smell shittier. Yeah. That's all that. Yes. Guys, this fall, I'm back in the lab, okay? We're putting a new hour together. So September 11th and 12th, I'm going to be in New Brunswick, New Jersey, 18th and 19th, Houston, Texas. The 25th and 26, West Nyack, New York, October 23rd and 24th, I'll be in Indianapolis, Indiana, November 6th and 7th, Birmingham, Alabama, November 13th, 14th, Cleveland, Ohio, December 4th and 5th, Raleigh, North Carolina, December 11th and 12th, Columbus, Ohio.
Starting point is 00:13:03 Those are the shows. I will see you guys there, the Andrewsshoulds.com, for tickets if they are still available, peace. Can I ask you serious question, though? Serious question. You have sisters. Yeah. Okay? They get. I don't get you have sisters, right? They get $100,000. Right? They find $100,000. What is, and they're not married, they don't have kids yet.
Starting point is 00:13:26 Okay. What is your investment advice for your sisters? They're all working at Twin Peaks serving wings. Just coincidentally? They're just coincidentally serving wings at Twin Beaks. Okay. Well, I mean, look, you put in the S&P, you're going to get a return year over year. Year of a year.
Starting point is 00:13:44 you live a pretty normal, humble life. You live a normal, humble life. You won't touch that money, but that money could provide for your kids one day if you're even able to get them. Yeah. Yeah. Or, you know, you meet a nice guy.
Starting point is 00:13:57 Or, yeah. How are you going to do that? Well, you know, there's plenty of great guys out there. Yeah, yeah. You know, maybe he's a teacher. Yeah. Right? And she meets him, and they fall in love.
Starting point is 00:14:07 You don't love your sister. All right. Make it not your sister. A strange woman, you're not in the strange. Light it up. It's crazy. It's crazy. If you don't get the Petit PBO with the Lindsay Low Hand facelift and a little C cup under the fat, what are you doing?
Starting point is 00:14:28 What I'm trying to say is there is a way. There is a surgical procedure to increase your value astronomically. There's no surgical procedure to make you more rich. You can't put $20,000 in your wallet and your wallet's worth $250,000. Yeah. Don't you feel like there's a little part of this? like, all right, I'm just going to give in. What does that mean?
Starting point is 00:14:47 I'm just going to give in and just let some guy just, you know, let some guy do what? What? Just find an NFL player and then just, you know, let him take care of it. You don't think that there's some women. They're like, no, I'm going to do it myself. Do what themselves? Come up, woman in STEM. Hold on just one second.
Starting point is 00:15:03 What's going on? I don't understand what he's even saying. There's some women that want to have regular jobs. My mom did that. My mom did that. There you go. Yeah. And look how that word.
Starting point is 00:15:12 What does that mean? A beautiful lady, a beautiful, great lady. lady who raised two wonderful kids. What the fuck does that mean? She gave birth to my brother at 40 years old. She's looked pregnant ever since. Okay, well, that's like 40s
Starting point is 00:15:26 and cheese. It's a different time. God bless her. His amazing woman, hardworking woman, built everything herself, built an amazing business, a woman who immigrated to this country legally. Okay, well, you don't have to have that. We think, exactly maybe
Starting point is 00:15:40 maybe just married my dad to stay here. Lokey. I might be an anchor baby for all. I know. Holy shit. Okay. Would you have advised her at the peak of her ballroom dancing career to just shoot it up? Shoot what up?
Starting point is 00:15:54 Injectibles, lip injections. Here's the thing that I'm trying to say here, okay? Which is like if you're going to go on natural and you go on natural, I totally get it. If you're already using a limp, limp, a lip plumpiner. So it gives you a plumber lip for the night, makeup, fake hair. a yoga pant that accentuates the way that your cheeks look. Like, if you're already doing the things... Do the things.
Starting point is 00:16:24 But then you've got to save up. She was a ballroom dancer. She could have been on dancing with the stars. It didn't exist back then. No. She's a three-time year's a ballroom dance champion. They wouldn't have allowed her because she's so fucking good. She's the greatest dancer for generation.
Starting point is 00:16:36 She could maybe be the instructor for the... Exactly. That's what I meant. That's actually true. They are actually, right? They did reach out to her about it. I just want to put that. You're lying.
Starting point is 00:16:45 Whoa. That's fine. And what did she say? I think she would have done it. And they were like, no. No, they didn't reach out to her about it. Did they reach out to her to train somebody or they reached out to me about it? This was like, I was like, somebody, there was a talent.
Starting point is 00:17:01 All right. You just lying today now? It's a girl who was one of the dancers on the show reached out to me. And she's like, would you have any interest in being on the show? And then I said to my mom, I was like, Like, look, if we do this, you got to also blah, blah, blah. And then I was like, I don't think my career is fucked enough to go on. I can't say with the start.
Starting point is 00:17:25 It won't be sick, though. You got to do it at some point. I would only do it for my mom. Does your wife watch the show? No. No. Ballet. You could have been shallame.
Starting point is 00:17:34 Guys, everybody points out his little dance. This is about Dijon love. It's not about my sisters either. He's a great point. He's from Switzerland. He came here at 10 years old. Yeah, he's a Swiss migrant. He's just trying to make a way from him.
Starting point is 00:17:46 Like I said, some woman called it out. Yeah. And one girl literally was like, oh, so show me some of your college highlights of you playing football. I want to see. And he goes, I got hurt my college career. I only had one year. But I got a private tryout, so now I'm on the team. And then she's like, oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:18:03 Like, there's no footage at all of anything. What number are you? And he's like, oh, the number is like, you know, the number thing is all weird. You know, da-da-da. And then he goes, it's funny how you think you know how the league works. It's a whole different world in the pros. And then he straight up says, I don't need anything from you. So why would I lie about playing football?
Starting point is 00:18:20 This shit is so weird. I've never had anyone especially that doesn't know me in the league to question me in the way that you are. It's cap. I got a contract in videos that might try out. Why would I send stuff to you? I don't got to prove anything to you. I love that. Flip it on her.
Starting point is 00:18:32 And she was like, fine, I'll give you $50,000. Flip it on. She said, no, no, no, no. But that is like next level manipulation. Yes. That's like that's like that's getting in there. It's fucked up. It's fucked up.
Starting point is 00:18:44 he's getting in there shut out but now he fucked it up for all the other guys lying about being in the NFL think about that you got a girl so it doesn't matter but there was a time where you might have gotten laid abroad
Starting point is 00:18:57 if you were abroad as a black American you could say you play in the NFL and there are girls in Spain that would believe you is that how I think the how'd you meet your girl my how did you guys connect
Starting point is 00:19:10 all right so we were in you They thought Jamil was Will I Am. And we said that he was, and they bought that shit. Will I am? Yeah. Literally.
Starting point is 00:19:22 Will I am that? They believe anything in Europe from America. And you all got lucky from that? We had to pay. But we probably wouldn't have him been able to get lucky if we didn't have Will I Am. And you're flush because you was the other way around. They're supposed to pay you. They don't have money like that over there, man.
Starting point is 00:19:40 You got scammed, I think. Yeah. No, no. You thought it was a prostitute. It's hysterical. It took money from me. No, it was a fair exchange. It was a fair exchange, mine.
Starting point is 00:19:48 I don't think you. Mark, it was a fair exchange. These girls were pretended to be prosed. I know. And they'll show you a crazy time. Hey, it was a fair exchange, Mark. Yeah, these were good, hardworking girls, and they deserved it. And I believe in supporting the war effort.
Starting point is 00:19:59 We were in Russia and those Chinese tourists thought you were Barack Obama. No, I thought it was ludicrous. No, you wanted it to be ludicrous. I did. But not Barack would be fired. We have footage. Yeah, some, like, Asian-looking Russian came up. And they were like, Barack Obama.
Starting point is 00:20:13 Barack Obama. And she wanted to touch my skin. Yeah. Yeah. They were excited. I felt special. So you could have, you could have pretended. I wonder if the level of the lie matters depending on what you get.
Starting point is 00:20:24 You know what I mean? Like, not all lies are the same. Go. So, like, if you lie and manipulate this woman out of millions of dollars, is that worse than lying to then sleep with a woman one time? Lying to sleep with a woman one time. Yeah, you say, oh, yeah, I'm in Europe. And you say, like, oh, yeah, you know, I'm actually a professional football player. Well, we're, how do I say this?
Starting point is 00:20:46 Uh, what is the great Chris Rock joke? It's like, you're not me and me, you're me and my representative. So there's going to be a certain level of, you don't want to call it lying, but like omission when you first meet someone, just like these girls, they're kind of lying a little bit when they meet us. Like a job interview. It's a job interview. You tell the truth that you want them to know. Exactly. And then you omit the things that they might not be into.
Starting point is 00:21:12 Okay. Yeah. Well, omission's different. If you say, like, yeah, you know, I play football. Is omission different? What if you have AIDS? If you have AIDS and you omit that, that seems like a pretty big fucking lie. Well, if they ask, you got to be honest.
Starting point is 00:21:25 What do you mean if they ask you? You should be honest immediately. You should have a fucking scarletter letter in your forehead. If this is the 80s, now we know that it can be treated. You can have a, you know, a movie theater chain or whatever. You can own the fucking Dodgers if you want. I'm talking about AIDS. I'm just saying.
Starting point is 00:21:39 I am. I'm talking about it. I know you guys won't, but I will. Finally, someone didn't omit the fact that they had AIDS, fucking magic wouldn't have it. That's a good point. They omitted it. So omission is bad, too, depending on the thing you're omitting.
Starting point is 00:22:00 That's fair. That's fair. But I'm just saying, if you said, like, oh, yeah, I used to play ball back in America, you know. Technically, that's true. They don't know what that means. They'll ask for more details. And they say, oh, you say, yeah, I play basketball back home. They go, what kind of ball do you play?
Starting point is 00:22:12 I play basketball at a really high level. Oh, basketball? Exactly. You see me in a fucking lady boy? There's Chinese people that live in Europe. This is a Chinese person who lives in Italy. Yeah, exactly. This person lives in Rome.
Starting point is 00:22:28 Why are they trying to get into? Somebody has other fucking bodegas out there, right? It's not like Italians. I don't mean with them. What type of basketball do pray? Oh, he's prayed to bounce a barrettebara. Are you bouncing a barasket bow? I'm his fucking co-worker, dude.
Starting point is 00:22:47 I'm Taylor Jamie Chan. This is the guy they were giving millions of dollars to. You give me 50,000 dollars. A 30,000 thousand dollars. Why are they smiling so much? I want to hear more about his work. Like, how did, I saw this shit on the beach, but like what game did he really run with, like, to get these women? Just say, hey, I play ball, invest in me.
Starting point is 00:23:10 It was a whole thing. It was literally like, hey, I. I play for the 49ers. I'm a professional football player. Not only that, my family is the richest family in Switzerland. Oh, okay. We are a business owner. I'm the VP of international affairs of my family's estate.
Starting point is 00:23:23 And what does that mean? What do you do is VP? Well, you know, you have to fire and hire like different executives. You have to manage different teams. This is good. Yeah, but it's so funny, it's like it only works. It only works with women that don't have a job and have no plan on getting one. Because like if you had a job,
Starting point is 00:23:42 he would start describing the role of international affairs. And they go, this makes no sense. And be like, well, that's not what anybody would do as part of the business. And then they would also be like, there's no black people in Switzerland. And there's no way that you moved here at 10 years old and that you are the richest family in Switzerland and you're black. There's just no way. Now, I will say, someone had to bring the chocolate there. That's a good point.
Starting point is 00:24:08 And if that's what he went with, if he was like. The beans. If we... Cocoa beans. We brought the cocoa beans. If he said there's no cocoa beans in Switzerland, we had to bring them. Where do you think it comes from? Africa.
Starting point is 00:24:19 We bring the cocoa from Africa. Look how quick we came up with that. You don't think he's been running game for years. He's working too hard if you ask me. You don't got to be a 49. This is good. You check all the boxes. Now you check the girls that are the gold diggers that want the players.
Starting point is 00:24:32 You check the girls that are the gold diggers that just want the VP or whatever. Or you check the box of the girls that just want the legacy, all money. Like, he's checking all boxes. Can I ask you something? This guy is good. No, no, he's good at what he does. This guy is good. Can I ask you a question?
Starting point is 00:24:48 Alex, Mark. Guy lies about his financial status. To bet a woman, have that woman fall in love with him, have children. Girl lies about her looks. She had the surgery that we were talking about earlier. Right? There's a famous story of an Asian woman that got this crazy plastic surgery. has a baby with a Chinese guy
Starting point is 00:25:13 and then they see the baby and the guy's like, what the fuck's going on? And they find out what she looked like before. If you omit the fact that you had all these surgeries and omit what you used to look like and then you procreate with somebody, is that the same thing as just omitting the truth of your financial status?
Starting point is 00:25:31 I would say they're similar. I would say they're similar. If you keep it omission for the longest time. Because if you show up and you've got a lip filler and you don't mention anything, I don't know if that's lying. It's kind of like, I'm showing a different version of myself. It's like having braces.
Starting point is 00:25:44 You know what I mean? I don't lie about having braces. But I just, my teeth are, I mean, not straight anymore. But they used to be straight. And if people say like, oh, did you have braces? I'd be like, yes, I did. And I think most women that get surgeries, if you ask them about it, they'll be like, yeah, I am. And so with a guy, if they're like, oh, are you rich?
Starting point is 00:25:57 And he's like, yeah, I am. That would be lying. But if he's like, yeah, I got a startup and da-da-da-da-da. And then they look in the financials. And he's like, well, you know, we're just getting going. And he's honest about it. Then it's okay. Then it's okay.
Starting point is 00:26:09 But you can present, like, the best version of it without lying. And then when they ask more questions, you got to be honest. How long can you hold out telling them things aren't going too well? Once you're exclusive, you got to explain it. Oh, I think that's the rule. Once it's like, hey, we're dating, boyfriend, girlfriend, then you've got to kind of... Once the kids are involved, because the kids are... Of course.
Starting point is 00:26:31 Sure. So you're saying... Lie to get late. not doing anything wrong. You're saying a lot to get late. He's scaring them of money. Hey, they're not exclusive. Can I pull a little wrench in this?
Starting point is 00:26:44 Gay couple, no plans on having children. What's the point of telling the truth? Oh. Because the kids are the innocent victims in this, right? Girl maybe lies about the way that she looks or lies about some other things.
Starting point is 00:27:00 And then you have this kid and the kid deals with all these, like, health issues that she didn't. disclosed. I like this, just because she's ugly. Yeah, looking ugly is a huge healthy.
Starting point is 00:27:09 So, like, there's obviously, you know, components of this we have to say very seriously. And then Guy says that he's a provider and he can provide safety and security
Starting point is 00:27:17 for this woman and the children. It turns out he's not. Now the children are suffering. Okay. Right. So somewhat even exchange here. Worst case here. Now your kid's ugly and broke.
Starting point is 00:27:26 Fuck. Damn. Oh, my God. Where's the both of them? Shit. Mm-hmm. Sometimes two negatives don't, No, it's a double negative.
Starting point is 00:27:35 It's a double negative. So, with gay couple, no kids involved, you both get to live your catfish. Live your catfish is good. Do you know what I mean? Because at the end of the day
Starting point is 00:27:50 with catfishing now, like, a lot of these girls, I think, kind of wanted to be catfish. They wanted to believe, until you start giving the money, they want to believe that they're hooking up with a wide receiver for the 49ers. That's more fun than just hooking up with some like random guy. And he wants to believe he's desirable enough to get a beautiful woman.
Starting point is 00:28:08 So they're both living in this illusion. They're kind of happy with it. Like just like a lot of catfish couples. The catfish person gets the desire from a beautiful person. And the person getting catfish gets the desire from another beautiful or interesting or handsome person. And they're both like emotionally satisfied. And as long as they never meet that bond. Yeah. The one thing that doesn't really make sense about his case is most girls now, like the ones that are like that, they want the money. Like they see the football player and they're like, oh, he's going to trick on me, buy me bags, all this stuff, flying out, all that stuff.
Starting point is 00:28:42 How the fuck did he do a Uno reverse card? I bet you. It's the women that didn't want to look like they were money hungry. But loki, they were. And so they were like, no, no, I got my own money. I'm fine. So if I show him this now, it'll take me more seriously. And it proves that they're not.
Starting point is 00:28:58 And it proves that they're money hungry because he's like, I could double your money seven to ten days. I mean, that's not. But that's investment. Everyone does that. It's anybody. Again, do you know any women that have like robust portfolios that their father didn't give them? And it sounds fucked up. I know women that are financial advisors.
Starting point is 00:29:15 So yes. I got an economics degree. There's women in my class. What are you talking about? Like, I mean, that's sincere. There was just in class to meet their future husband. been like, come on. That's fucking sex.
Starting point is 00:29:31 Oh, you can't do that today. I want to jump on board now, that ass. You're a piece of shit. Dude, you're a real piece of shit for that, dude. Al, you're a piece of guy, bitch. But? But? No, there's no but stay out at all.
Starting point is 00:29:45 What you just said, the fact that you think women are going to school and studying economics so that they can meet a guy in finance? Is that what you're saying? That's what I'll stole me. Are you telling me that there are women in my neighborhood that is low near the financial district in New York City that will go to a sports bar, even though they know nothing about sports, and just hang
Starting point is 00:30:04 out because there's a lot of guys in Patagonia invests there? I have heard that from a guy. That's why all those girls are just hanging around pretending to watch sports? Yes. Some women do that. That's diabolical. And then they pretend to know football. And then they think this guy's
Starting point is 00:30:20 an NFL player. Is that like when guys pretend to know about like astrology? Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Being into crystals and shit. Dude, you want to know something really funny about the crystals and astrology shit? I don't know. Keep believing it, but keep going.
Starting point is 00:30:34 Well, here's the thing. If women are being honest with you about it, like, women like to be spiritual, but they don't want a guy who believes that dumb shit. Do you know what I mean? Like, if you tell a girl like, oh, you're an Ares, yeah, you're such an Ares because you're like a loop or whatever. Like, they like when you talk about you. but the second you're like, yeah, like my rising sun is the Sagittarius. They're like, you're gay. Yes.
Starting point is 00:31:01 You're a gay guy. They don't want you to know it, but they want to share it with you. They just want to talk about themselves. Oh, shit, this is real. Exactly. But the second you're like, no, I'm into crystals and I have some like, ostamite and I pray on that every night. They're like, this guy's a fucking freak.
Starting point is 00:31:16 He's behaving like me. Like, if you sage your apartment when she walks in, she's like, nah, I can't be around this guy. But they will sage their apartment. Yeah, yeah. What is that? Yeah, I mean, we do the same thing, though, right? Tell me.
Starting point is 00:31:28 I mean, like, like sports or politics? Yeah, exactly. Yeah, you don't want a girl in either of those. I want to know about sports, but I don't want you to know a ton to be like the biggest fan ever. Drunk in the games. You see that fourth round offensive linemen that the Giants just picked up? Whoa, whoa. You can't get someone from the SEC.
Starting point is 00:31:49 This guy's last three years. You're like, whoa. This is a lot. Yeah. Okay, that's fair. That's a good point. So we both kind of do it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:55 But I think for girls, it's like, yeah, it's like housewives. Like, they want to watch it. But they don't want us to be into it. They don't want you to be too into it. My wife did this shit the other night. It was unbelievable. She had a hard day, man, taking care of kids. You know, I'm like, all right, she just needs her time.
Starting point is 00:32:11 She watches Housewives and scrolls her phone while she's watching Housewives. Okay, so I'm sitting next to her. And I'm like, do we have to watch this shit? And she's like, yeah, like, I like, I'm watching. I'm watching you scroll your phone and, like, online shop. You're not even watching. She's like, this is how I watch it. I go, okay, fine.
Starting point is 00:32:29 You had a tough day. I'm going to sit here and do it. I start scrolling my phone. And she goes, could you give me a foot rub? And I go, I go, Emma, now I'm not only not watching anything I want to watch. You're also not watching the show that I don't want to watch. And I can't even scroll because I'm rubbing your feet. Like, that is complete and total cuckery.
Starting point is 00:32:54 But also she knows you. I love a foot. She knows your pretextions. She got a little foot right. She incented you. She got a little foot rub. Yeah, I had half of it in my mouth within seven. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:07 100%. 100%. I mean, how early in your dating of your wife did you bring up, did you have an affinity for feet? Oh, I bring that up fast. I was dancing within the first three texts. Okay. And I say it as a joke, but like, it's not a joke. They all laugh at it.
Starting point is 00:33:23 I'm like, why are we laughing? Would you go on a date before seeing their feet? That's not a possibility. Because if they have an Instagram, I've already looked at every single picture. I know what every one of your toes looks like by the time we go on a day. There's not a girl I've gone on a date with it. I don't know every single one of their toes. Wow.
Starting point is 00:33:43 Wow. If they haven't on Instagram, if they don't have it on Instagram, huge red flag. Huge red flag. I will roll the dice and I will make sure that we're in a place where I'm going to see those feet. Okay. Yeah. Like, we should go bowling. Like, can I just wear my own shoes? No, no, no, no, no. Sandals. Yeah, you're like a bear for bowling blade.
Starting point is 00:34:02 Yeah, exactly. I wouldn't even wear your socks on those shoes. See, it's a perfect relationship. You love feet. She loves foot ropes. Everyone gets what they want. It works out. You know what I mean? It works out, man. But if you were lying about liking feet, now all of a sudden there's a problem. So then what should happen to this guy? He should go to jail for stealing, but not for... Being a player? Being a player.
Starting point is 00:34:23 You can't hit the player, do you? Did he smash any of these girls? That I can't figure out. No woman has confessed to it as far as I'm concerned. But I'm sure. Oh, he's just gay and finesse in these women. But I'm sure he was smashed along the way. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:34:38 Nah, if no girl has come out to say that he's smashed, he's just a gay finesse. I don't, eh. I don't, I'm sure some women have, there's so much info on him that's hard to get through everything. Yeah. I mean, this is like one of the funniest videos of him explaining like his elaborate family and how much wealth they have.
Starting point is 00:34:57 Yeah, let's see that. So this is him describing being one of the richest families in Switzerland. I was born in Switzerland. I moved to America when I was 10 years old. Checked out? My family is one of the richest families in Switzerland. Okay. Like we're developers.
Starting point is 00:35:09 So we develop malls, hotels, luxury estates, communities, luxury communities, which could be homes at a $4.5 million house and above. One of the homes that I have right now. We also do like loaning, million, anything over a million dollars to certain companies who already established. So for instance, like McDonald's, which they would never. But if they did, you need anything over a million dollars alone to help their business grow, we would be the people. You got a loan money to McDonald's a hell of growth. Because we only deal with businesses that are successful. So business that are successful,
Starting point is 00:35:33 you are going to keep their interest really low because they'll keep coming back. So that's another business thing that we do as well. Yeah. What I do for our company is I'm the VP of International Affairs. So I handle things like hiring and firing senior positions. Yeah. Relocations, renovations, permits and petitions. Permits. And I'm the guy who authorizes a million dollars or more for certain companies like I was just saying. Domestically, we have shares in three, We are the shareholder, the majority shareholder for Gucci stores here in America. One is in Dallas, one is the South Beach, Miami, Florida, and the third is in Manhattan on Sacksbatham.
Starting point is 00:36:00 Saxis. On Sacks for that. On Sacksbatham. Let me tell you something. Ladies, if you fell for this, you deserve to be in prison. You should be in jail, too, because you're a danger to yourself and the people around you. Any girl that falls for this, because now you don't even have an excuse. You should know that the Gucci store is not on Sacks Fifth Avenue.
Starting point is 00:36:21 that there's no such thing as a street called sex. I'm trying to understand what girl could even fall for this. He's doing the fast talking. He's doing the dove. Buzzwords, buzzwords, buzzwords, buzzwords. Yeah, yeah, exactly. I mean, he talks about, like, Belvedere is a town near San Rafael
Starting point is 00:36:36 and how much money they control. San Rafael. Most of you don't even know about it, but it's, like I say, it's one of the best places you can live in America. We have 65% of equity in those two cities, and I'm sure you've heard about Calabasas before. What is that?
Starting point is 00:36:48 So that's what... Now, the reason why I'm here is because Once my dad retires, and I'll be in charge of our domestic affairs. And I hire someone else to be in charge of international affairs. So that's how this thing is going. Now, I have bodyguards. I have three. The head of my security actually lives with me 24-7.
Starting point is 00:37:01 I have two other one. One lives an hour away. One lives two hours away. Whenever I leave the state or the country, it's mandatory by order of my father since he lives in Switzerland. For them to be with me, wherever, barbershop, they come with me if I'm out of the state. My head of security who lives with me, he's with me all the time, no matter what. I also have a personal and private chef who's also a personal and private chef for other NFL, football players, basketball players and celebrities. I would disclose their names because that's in the contract.
Starting point is 00:37:23 But that's what he does as well. And he does with me full time as well. Damn. So he does it full time for you, but also for the other basketball players and celebrities. This guy's working, man. This guy's working hard. Exactly. But it's cool to say that you have the security with you all the time because now it's like you could just bring your boys out.
Starting point is 00:37:40 That's my security. All the time. That was a nice move right there. I like that. So this is one of the women that he scammed. She posted on Twitter. I haven't verified this. So this is a legend, okay?
Starting point is 00:37:52 She says, went from dating these little Bay Area boys to being on a date with an NFL player. Ladies, this is your sign to never settle. Oh, no. Oh, no. Oh, no. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:38:08 Yeah. Do we know for a fact that that's him? I don't know for a fact. But it's the Internet. Yeah, it's good. I like it. It is wild. Fuck.
Starting point is 00:38:17 And apparently he even got Google's AI. to confirm that he was on the team. Oh, he just kept inundating it with information. Just flooding the internet with like, yeah, I'm an NFL player, Instagram, posts, like fake blogs, da-da-da-da-da. And so girls would Google it and they'd be like, yeah, of course. On his LinkedIn, he spelled receiver wrong. He spelled receiver?
Starting point is 00:38:37 That's good. I before E except after C, playboy. Damn. Yeah. But that kind of tracks for an NFL player. Exactly. In a way, it's almost more believable. You know, exactly.
Starting point is 00:38:45 He has a question at this point with, like, dating an NFL player. Okay. I'm not saying that they'll all beat you up. But the chances of getting beaten up are significantly higher. At least some percentage is higher I'll go with. Right? Like if we're just going off the data, the chances of getting beat up by your partner, if they're an NFL player, are significantly higher.
Starting point is 00:39:18 Not as high as if, like, you become a lesbian, but probably before that, The chances of domestic violence are higher. It was like lesbian. Lesbians number one. Like if you're dating a girl, you're being fucked up. UFC might be below NFL. Oh, no. We'd have to look into the data.
Starting point is 00:39:36 I mean, it's like there's a chat chit we can ask. I've already asked chippet. I've already asked chat as Shultz. Why, you guys call it jippet? I mean, I call it jibbit just because it's dumb. You're like, yeah, I'm talking to chat. Yeah, you say chat. Wait, what do you guys say?
Starting point is 00:39:51 I mean, if I'm being serious, chat, GBT. What do the kids say? I don't know. Kids don't use AI. I think the kids might be against it. Yeah. Fuck out of here. They don't use.
Starting point is 00:40:01 They don't like it. These kids, man. They'll grow up. They grew up with everything and they're complaining about more. If they grew up with nothing where you had to go to Barnes & Noble to look shit up, back of the day, if you want to go on vacation, you had to go to a fucking bookstore and buy a lonely planet. Do you remember the lonely planet book? You buy a lonely planet book.
Starting point is 00:40:21 You buy a little bit. You buy the lonely planet, Puerto Rico, lonely planet Dominican Republic, and it just had some hotels there. And you didn't even have pictures of the fucking hotel. You just hope the hotel was good. And then you hope the restaurant that was written in this printed out book was good. And now that they have all the information on the world, when it's organized quicker, they're like, fuck that, we can't. Yeah. We should take them back to the Stone Age.
Starting point is 00:40:46 But look at it. You use AI and then you fall for this shit. GBT says that. They ax their AI and AI totally. to me. He's a football player. Like, how are you going to deny that? It says, like, if you're taking it from a sample of, like, 25 to 29-year-old guys, probably not more likely. But if it's an NFL
Starting point is 00:41:00 player versus another extremely successful guy, an NFL player would be considerably more likely to beat you. Yeah. Okay. Now compare it to being in a lesbian relationship. I don't know if we have date on that. Let me see. Yeah. What has a higher rate
Starting point is 00:41:16 of domestic violence? Dating a woman as a woman or dating an NFL player. I don't know. I mean, according to this, it says that separate academic survey said 250 domestic violence arrests per 100,000 NFL players. So what percentage is that?
Starting point is 00:41:35 Pretty well. 250 arrests. I mean, that's just arrests also. So 53% of lesbian women reported domestic abuse. Holy shit.
Starting point is 00:41:47 The greatest act of violence towards women is being gay. How do you think about it statistically? 53%? That's crazy. Holy shit. That's crazy. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:03 No, that's crazy. We need to lock the women up. 41% of heterosexual women. 41%? Yeah, a heterosexual woman have reported an intimate partner physical violence. Wow. So a 25% increase from that by going to lesbian. And the irony that you would always hear, you know, women that were like in these really
Starting point is 00:42:21 fucked up abusive relationships with a man and then they go, you know what, I don't even want to deal with a man because my safety is threatened and then they date a woman and then it's even more. It's like what the hell man? But at least it's a fair fight though. Says who?
Starting point is 00:42:37 Somebody these lesbians got hands. Yeah, yeah. That's true, but compared to a guy odds are. At least it's even. You're right. These men that are women are cowards. They're pieces of shit. They're garbage. They should be gay and fight other men. I don't think that guys are fighting each other, dude.
Starting point is 00:42:56 Can we see the rate of DVD? Statistically, I don't think that's happening. With gay men? We at least don't tell. I bet you it's lower than heterosexual relations. No, 100%. Have you ever been to a gay bar? It's just fun.
Starting point is 00:43:07 It's just fun. Pure bliss. It really is. You can make out with someone else's dude. Fun times. Yeah. That shit happens at a straight or lesbian place. It's over.
Starting point is 00:43:20 It's fine. Riot. Riot. riot wow but it is okay so it actually says that for severe violence gay men say 28% heterosexual men say 24% so we're the lowest we're the lowest technically so in terms of all but if you count psychological aggression and coercive control 51% of gay men report psychological aggression what is I even mean that's just poppers and mind game now do it now do it by race just okay no no no no we can't do statistics do these statistics yeah don't do it by race
Starting point is 00:43:51 Whatever you do, don't look it up by race. Yeah, that'd be crazy. Now it would be fucked up. Because there's other circumstances that play a part. One time, one time for Dejan love, guys. Right? Yeah, he did. I'm still waiting for it.
Starting point is 00:44:04 Go, go, go. No, still wait for a slow clap. We got to give it up. This guy is a kid. That's not him. Yeah. Yes. He's doing high knees.
Starting point is 00:44:13 He's practicing. Like, you got to even just put on some muscle, bro. Your legs look like mine. You got a good little sprint. Okay, Mark, you said that you had some interesting moral quandaries for us. Oh, yeah, I found a great little subbride. It's very funny. It takes real life examples. Okay.
Starting point is 00:44:31 And gives real life ethical dilemmas of real shit that's happened. So we can just go from the very top. I'm going to do bad at this. Woman breaks into animal shelter to save her dog after her ex secretly surrendered him to be euthanized. Yeah, of course that's okay. Stealing. I don't know if that's stealing. Breaking and entering.
Starting point is 00:44:50 But the ex stole the dog first. So you're just stealing your goods back. Did the ex steal it? Did they... But why does she have to break and enter? Just go into the shelter during the day. Like, you don't have to make this like a mission impossible. Like, I'm sure if you walked into any dog shelter and was like, hey, that's actually my dog and my ex is crazy.
Starting point is 00:45:09 And he's trying to get our dog killed. Oh, yeah. Like, doing it at night is a little bit, I want to be a hero. Based off more information, after months of searching for her dog, Max, a woman was devastated to learn that her ex-boyfriend surrendered him to a kill. Shultz over where he was scheduled to be euthanized the next morning. Arriving after the shelter had closed, she found the doors locked, and desperate to save his life, she broke a window, disabled the alarm, searched the kennels until she found her dog and escaped with him before authorities arrived. Three days later, she turned herself in, faced felony burglary
Starting point is 00:45:36 and theft, but her attorney proved through veterinary records that she was the dog's rifle owner that her ex had illegally surrendered him out of spite. So this is the thing where, like, this is actually kind of cool. the law doesn't really matter that much. You know, like, there are justifications where you could break the law. Yeah. Like, this is what I enjoy about this. The law is not that rigid.
Starting point is 00:46:01 No. In America, if you have a good justification, you can kind of get away with anything. And to your point, the judge dismissed the criminal charge against her, ordered Max returned, or an issue to a warrant for the ex-boyfriend. There's a judge. But she did have to still pay the damages for the shelter. I mean, that's reasonable. That's okay.
Starting point is 00:46:19 I think that's everyone, fair. I think this was worked out. Worked out perfectly. Now, here's the thing. There's a judge RIP from Rhode Island. Judge Aripo, I think, this name is? Frank Caprio, I think. Caprio, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:34 Caprio. And. Cotton Providence. Son, he was amazing. He would have this. I think he was, I don't know if it was YouTube shows on actual TV or something like that. But if you got a speeding ticket or a parking ticket, but you had like cancer in your family or something, he would just be, like,
Starting point is 00:46:48 like, oh, man, that sucks. And then you wouldn't have to pay it. Where do you guys hear this from? I watch his stuff all this stuff. Hey, what kind of a dog is that? And lots of options. Well-behaved. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:01 This guy's in there for sex trafficking, I think. No. No. He threatens me. No, she threatens me. That's talking. Look, that beautiful dog. Very well-behaved.
Starting point is 00:47:13 This is probably the worst example of what I'm talking about. You get the vibes, though. You get the, I didn't give you a bang of clip. If you want to. The real good clips, the one that gets you emotional are like, there's a guy who is a special needs son, and he drives him to all his doctor's appointments, and he got a speeding ticket or something or a parking ticket. Now, did he parking a wrong place?
Starting point is 00:47:31 Yes, or did he speed? Yes. But the judge goes, you know what, you're such a good guy. I'm not going to punish you for this. And he has, like, I guess, total jurisdiction on what, I don't know how. I don't know how it works. Judges can do that. They got power these judges.
Starting point is 00:47:46 But it's always like speeding tickets and shit. I want to see one where it's a real violent crime. A guy goes in there for murder. And the guy's like, oh, what's your story? What's your thing? And then he's just like, oh, you know, a group in this area. He's like, oh, that's a bad area. And they just lets him off.
Starting point is 00:48:00 I'll see that version. That happens a lot. I watch it. Yeah, it's called Los Angeles. Yeah. You could fucking take a shit on a woman's head while she's having lunch. And then the judge goes, oh, it's not your fault. Yeah, it's not your fault.
Starting point is 00:48:12 We want to be progressive. Go back out there. So we like it when it's just little traffic tickets. Look at the butt sniffing guy I sent you. Who's that? What's a sex man? There's a serial butt sniffer. Is he in New York?
Starting point is 00:48:22 I don't know where he is. I've seen a butt sniffer in New York. Yeah, it's a big fucking thing. Look at this guy. He could hear your ass. Whoa. Is this Shrek? Yo, he does have the Shrek ears.
Starting point is 00:48:33 39-year-old repeated sex better dub. The butt sniffer has been arrested again in Glendale through multiple butt-sniffing incidents held without bond. Wait a minute. Is he sniffing butts or is he sniffing seats after women leave? is the exact thing I thought. Oh, he's sniffing butts. I'm glad that you brought this up out because the exact reaction I
Starting point is 00:48:53 had is he's trying to go, he's trying to get it from the tap. Okay, that's a little wrong. Can't do it. It's a little wrong. It's not that. I mean, on the scale of awful things you do to someone's, it's his nose making contact. According to this, it says
Starting point is 00:49:09 he was acting suspiciously bending down around people. Two stores in Glendale. He was bending down and picking up stuff. Can't do it, bro. If there's no contact being made. Well, this is actually, this is a good legal question that Al is positive. What right do you have to the air near a woman's ass? Can you go within a nanometer of her ass and smell?
Starting point is 00:49:33 And is that still like your air? Are you entitled to that air? It's an interesting point. It might make you uncomfortable, but I'm not doing anything wrong. The freedom to swing your fist stops where my nose begins, as they say. Can you stand next to some, for example, If I'm on an empty subway like I was many years ago on 9-11 and it was completely empty,
Starting point is 00:49:51 brown guy sat right next to me. I don't know why. Okay. Wrong day to do that. Okay. But he had every right to choose that seat. I don't own the seat next to me. Right.
Starting point is 00:50:03 There's nothing wrong at that. We went a stop. I got out immediately and got the next subway. Maybe he was nervous. Maybe he was like, oh, I want to be here. He's like, it's fucking 9-11. I'm freaked out. I went to, you know.
Starting point is 00:50:12 Obviously, he's looking at me. He's like, you guys did it. And so basically, he has that right to do it. Is there like a rule against encroaching on someone's space? Technically no. Standing close to someone in public space is not a crime. This guy. It's uncomfortable.
Starting point is 00:50:30 I think he's wrongly accused, man. No, he's rightly accused. If he didn't touch. If it's your girl. I'm going to be upset. But he was arrested on a parole violation. From butt sniffing. You had prior butsniffs, and California are allowed to break the law and just keep breaking it.
Starting point is 00:50:50 Serial busniff. Because he's not breaking a real law. So they're like, oh, how can we really hold him for sniffing the air? And what if he was tying his shoe? Maybe he's a bad shoe tire. That's what he said. You see? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:51:05 He needs better lawyers. And if you have like an incredible sense of smell, this is something you can get away with all the time. His nose looked like it could fit in some cheeks, too. Yeah, I know. It's like a dorsal fin. You see how, like, thin and pointy that is? Yeah, he was meant for it. He looks like he can hear smells.
Starting point is 00:51:23 Mm-hmm. Yeah. Like, that shit is great. No, he hears the fart before it's out. Oh, and then he goes for the sniff. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, is it illegal if your girl stands up and then you sniff the seat right after?
Starting point is 00:51:36 Like, if that's what he was doing, is that... No, that's not illegal because that's your seat if you want it. And you can do whatever you want to that seat. I think so. It's gross. It's disgusting. But technically, it's not. wrong. And if he's not making
Starting point is 00:51:48 any contact with asses, technically, it's not wrong. It's gross. It's disgusting. Yeah. I would probably hit him. Should we change the law? Can I ask a question? Are women allowed to try on thongs at like a clothing store?
Starting point is 00:52:05 No. There's no way, right? I think the expectation you try it on over your clothes. I think. Well, then you don't know how it truly fits. But like, what a What a disgusting thing. You got to order underwear online, girls.
Starting point is 00:52:20 We don't try an underwear. You don't store, you don't slide your hands on. You know what I mean? You just get them in a pack and you say, yeah, it's roughly my size. But like thongs need to fit a certain way. Also, there's costs more when you get into like fancy lingerie. That's not something you could roll the dice on. That's true.
Starting point is 00:52:35 And also if it doesn't fit you, can you return it? I bet you they have a strict no return policy. There's no way. Yeah, I don't think they do. What about tit? I feel like you could return it. a bra. Yeah, you should be able to try on a bra. Yeah, I think they do that.
Starting point is 00:52:50 I think that's a lot. But if it's a hot day, they'd be having underboob sweat. That's the same with anything. That would apply to any shirt or anything like that. So at that point, we have to just let it all go. Right? Okay, give me another one. I like these. Okay. I don't know what this is. The morality of keeping... Ladies need to answer that
Starting point is 00:53:05 though, because I want to know. That seems wretched. Yeah. Oh, this is kind of an interesting hypothetical. Yeah. The morality of keeping Pinocchio a prisoner to discover the secrets of the universe medicine and economics. Okay. So you have Pinocchio tied up.
Starting point is 00:53:19 He's strapped to a chair. He's not able to go anywhere. And you ask them, you ask him yes or no questions by a panel of scientists to ascertain the truth about the universe. But why does he know it? Yeah, this one's kind of... Every time Pinocchio says... Yeah, but he would have to know something to lie about it.
Starting point is 00:53:33 This is a dumb one because it's not rude in reality. Pinocchio doesn't exist outside of Tel Aviv. Yeah, come on. Can you... I caught that late. That's funny. Okay. Wife celebrates her abusive husband's passing by throwing his ashes in the
Starting point is 00:53:47 the garbage. It's an interesting one. Totally fun. Yeah. My only issue with it is that some guy is going to empty the garbage and be like, oh, what's all this dust in here? And he's handling human remains. So?
Starting point is 00:53:59 Yeah, it's gross. Why is that gross? That guy has to have dog shit. Yeah. There's dog shit in that garbage. But human remains is different. It's like, oh, I'm throwing a human body up versus, like, oh, I'm touching dogs. There's chicken wings in there.
Starting point is 00:54:10 There's animal remains. There's everything that remains. The animal remains isn't the same as human. We all start as starlight. We're all star dusts. We're all starlight. At the end of the day, we're all starlight. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:22 Light to light, dust to dust. Yeah, as they say. But like, ash is like, yeah, it's just nothing. Yeah, kind of. Yeah. But then also, I mean, this guy has a family. Like, you can just bury him. You can just bury him.
Starting point is 00:54:37 Just call it a day. What do you mean? That's his wife. Do you know, like, in vampire movies where, like, when the vampire sees the light, their skin starts to get, like, flaky? Yeah, yeah. Do you think when vampires saw black people's legs in the winter? They were like, you got to get out of the sun.
Starting point is 00:54:53 Do you think there's like one of us? Well, yeah. Yeah. Dude, what were you out there in the sun, bro? You got to learn the rules, man. You got to learn the rules of this shit. No, dude, it's fucking. It's August, bro.
Starting point is 00:55:05 You're good right now. I know, yeah. October hits? Yeah. I ain't lotion today, though. All right, guys, stay a break for a second. Catching yourself in the mirror and doing the mental math on your hair line. Most guys know that moment vividly.
Starting point is 00:55:17 I remember exactly where I was, Comedy Cellar Bathroom, on McDougal Street underneath the olive tree. There's a mirror that is behind you and then like an angled mirror in front of you. And for whatever reason, it perfectly gives you a view of the back of your head while you're peeing. And that is a terrifying moment every time you go pee right there. And Hymns offers convenient access to a range of prescription hair loss treatment. so that when you do go to that bathroom, you never have anything to worry about when you look up, okay?

Half of the words look like they belong in a battery, not your dog's belly.
Starting point is 00:56:58 That's why I like Sundays for dogs. It's created by veterinarian Dr. Tori Waxman because she wanted to feed dogs actual food, not mystery pellets. Sunday starts with 80% all-natural meat, then adds real superfoods like kale, ginger, blueberries, no fillers. no weird chemical blends, and instead of blasting everything with high heat like regular kibble, it's gently air-dried, so it actually looks like real food, almost like high-quality jerky. And they just dropped a brand-new fish recipe.
Starting point is 00:57:27 It's made with 80% whole and minced fish, including eco-friendly, invasive carp source from American rivers. Turns out a lot of dogs naturally prefer fish. So if you got a picky eater, this might be the move. Plus, it's loaded with omega-3s to help support healthy skin, shiny coat, joints, and brain function. Starting point is 00:58:06 I'm not bragging here at all. Honestly, this is a group win for all of us, right? It's because like when one of my picks wins, everybody wins that follows that. pick, okay? And so far I'm still undefeated on calcium. I've not lost on calcium. Not a single trade. Have I put in? Have I lost? Not one. I went with Alcaraz in round one. Some of you are like, oh, that's an obvious one? No, he's off for four months, okay? Many people thought he was going to totally get washed or he'd be broken or get reanger. Doesn't matter. W. Easy. I'm just telling you, we've continued the undefeated street. I like to continue this for the entire year. Undefeated for an entire year on Cali should be absolutely amazing. Now,
Starting point is 00:58:43 let's talk about this U.S. Open. Alex thinks that it's going to be an American. Ben Shelton, I think, is down 2%. You know, I think there's an 8% chance to win right now. Listen, this is Alex. Okay? This is what Alex is saying. I can't tell you what I'm feeling just yet.
Starting point is 00:59:00 When I'm feeling it, you'll see it posted and you'll know. But Alex says he thinks Benny Shelts is going to make it happen, even though he's going down 2%. He's at 8% right now. So that's what's going to look like. Now let's get back to the boys. So we all know it's unethical to fight a child, right? No.
Starting point is 00:59:18 Okay. Let's just roll the stuff. Sometimes there's some badass. Can we go on this? Fighting a single child is immoral and unethical. But once there's like a group of them. What about Kat Williams? Only because he lost was that okay.
Starting point is 00:59:37 If he would have won, if he would have won, that's a problem. He doesn't lose, lose for him. Yeah. Yeah. So this guy's ride his motorcycle somewhere in South Asia, and a group of kids try to scam him. I don't exactly know how the scam works, but they cost him, and then this is what he does. Whoa, the messy jerseys. Oh, he busted out the sandal?
Starting point is 01:00:05 Mike. I mean, he was being a pain in the ass that kid. Yeah. So what is the morality of attack? attacking a kid because friends try to scam you shouldn't do it just keep biking you shouldn't really you shouldn't do it oh I'm off on this one you gotta just blast through right more we know what you would do to kids I think that I think no but they're like looking like they're about to attack him like what if they one brings out a weapon and shit like that you don't
Starting point is 01:00:29 wait for some shit to happen when he busted out this sandal that isn't that is an act of violence in that part of the world yeah like massive disrespect yeah it's like a gun to them It is a gun for them. That's the closest thing they have to a weapon. Right? If he had a gun, he would have pulled that out. If he had a gun, he would have pulled it out. I think they're trying to steal his bike.
Starting point is 01:00:51 So the story of more info that I've found is that they took the keys out of his bike. Yeah. They wouldn't give him the keys back unless they gave him money. Ah, okay. So they're trying to rob him. Basically. Yeah. Toast these little niggas.
Starting point is 01:01:04 Honestly, if you're trying to steal the bike, I think Al is kind of right here. I'm not going to lie. Yeah. I mean, you can defend yourself. if you need a helicopter the kid. Nah. He's lucky he ain't getting fucking backslat. I would have a couple of them. He had to throw him over his own bike, though.
Starting point is 01:01:19 Yeah, on the bike, too, it was hard to do. Yeah. Yeah, it's like kind of agile. It's really impressive, actually. Yeah. Why don't you go to the next one? Because that seems a little bit more interesting. This one's interesting.
Starting point is 01:01:27 So this girl says, I look so. A black girl said, you have to say this. Black girl tweets, go, Alex. I look so. Why the fuck I'm able to say this? Black people are allowed to say more words than everybody else. These are the rules, dude. It's in the Constitution, bro.
Starting point is 01:01:45 I don't know. Wasn't there just some black chick that got kicked off of a reality TV for saying this exact word? Black people do not get kicked off of these looking eyes. Black people do not get kicked off of anything for saying anything. One other black privilege, you can say more words than everybody else. Yeah. You can kind of say most. It's about just one more, guys.
Starting point is 01:02:02 No, you can say kind of everybody else's offensive words, too. Especially if you're just reading it. Without a doubt. Because they're just shocked. you can read. They don't take offense to it. The racist, they are the racist people.
Starting point is 01:02:18 Racist people are just shocked. Not me. I'm not shocked. I watch you read every single day. Right? Right. Right. So good reading.
Starting point is 01:02:34 But in this situation... So fit to love it. I want to punch you. No. You guys, one of the freedom. I think for black people in America because of what you've endured. You've endured so much unfair,
Starting point is 01:02:46 disgusting racism that you're allowed to be racist with less of a punishment. Black people can't be racist. I don't know why, but I run with that. Exactly. 100%. So with that said, take it away. Read it, prove it.
Starting point is 01:03:01 Bleak me, mom. I look so fucking ugly with no lashes. And this is a black girl that said and posted it. And so allegedly, an Asian girl respond. and said this. Okay, go, Al, you can read this. Oh, man. And if you wanted, because it's racist.
Starting point is 01:03:22 Nah, this one's like that. Let me just get it this out. Because she's saying something racist and an equal and opposite force due to the laws of physics is expected, you can read it in her accent if you wanted to. Just because of the laws of physics. Oh, you're trying to.
Starting point is 01:03:40 kicked off the pot. I see what's having. I see what's having it right now. Not at all. I'm just saying, who invented that? Who invented that? You try to Shane Gillis and be out of Flager.
Starting point is 01:03:52 I hate doing it. Newin said that there's an equal and opposite reaction for every action. Therefore, if you wanted to read it in her accent, yo, this is the worst version of the word. This is worse than without the why. Really? Our audio listeners don't know what you're saying.
Starting point is 01:04:13 N-I-G-G-E-R-Y. That's worse than... If you feel comfortable, what is the... I don't even feel comfortable saying it. But you felt comfortable saying the one about them. Fuck. Hey! This is cute.
Starting point is 01:04:32 Honestly, it is cute. That's an excellent point. And when it has been said historically, it's kind of cute. Yeah. It's a cute. It's a cutesy thing. I think we've mentioned this on the show before, but it is a synonym.
Starting point is 01:04:44 Four, for, like, getting something taken out of, like, your armor. What would be taken out of your armor? Like a chunk. So, let me ask you. When there's a big piece of your armor that's removed or hurt or tarnish, it's a chunk of your armor has been removed.
Starting point is 01:05:05 When it's a tiny little slimmer. When it's a tiny little slimmer. If you take a chopstick to the shoulder, it's just like a little... It's a little... It's a little... What is it referring to? Just a little... Why are you afraid to say it when you're actually talking about the actual thing?
Starting point is 01:05:21 Because it's all getting blurred, all right? The lines are getting fucking crossed. They don't see blurred. Even just say that it's racist. That's more racist than even saying the word to assume it'd be blurred because your vision gets more refined as you shrink the... The wires are getting crossed here. Oh my gosh, same girl. I look...
Starting point is 01:05:40 Say it. Say it. And your Australian Asian ladyboy I'm in Australian. You're an Australian lady boy. They're not much on East
Starting point is 01:05:50 Australia. That makes sense. No, I'm so... You just said to fucking... I'm so enery and ugly without minds. Yo, that is crazy. He added a...
Starting point is 01:06:00 Adding... He didn't even want to say it that way. But you out at the house. I'm leaving. It wasn't a shit. Wow, so that's the worst version of the word. Even it makes you feel uncomfortable to say. Interesting. That's very interesting.
Starting point is 01:06:16 Wow. Adding a Y to it. But can you use this racism to combat other racism? Is this even? Is this moral to use a retaliatory slur? I don't think it's even. You think one word is worse? Yeah. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. You think one word is worse, but you can't define how much a word hurts another group of people.
Starting point is 01:06:39 That's a good point. That's the same thing as white people saying to you, oh, it's just a word. Why can't we all say a word? You got a point. You got a point. Yeah, this is probably super hurtful to her, hearing that word. I'm going to just keep thoughts on myself right now. He just thought like we're out of podcasts and we talk.
Starting point is 01:06:57 No, I'm good. Pass. I'm just saying myself, pass. Mark, can you say it? Just move on. I got to move on. Come on. Okay.
Starting point is 01:07:11 John Berthal says fear of pit bulls is dog racism. All right. Yo, yeah, motherfuckers, man. So this is a good example. This is a good example of what we were talking about earlier. A pit bull is not necessarily a violent dog. No, what dog is born violent? No dog is born violent.
Starting point is 01:07:33 Why is smiling? Why are you laughing for it? No, no, no. They're not born violent. Now, that being said, if we looked at the data of dog attacks, it might skew in the direction of pit bull. In the same way that, like, a lesbian is not born violent, but if we look at the data of domestic violence, it might skew in that direction. Okay, okay, okay. So maybe it's like, for example, if you have a small little defenseless dog and you're trying to avoid the pit bulls at the dog park, is that racism?
Starting point is 01:08:03 Or are you just trying to protect it? Is that the same thing is moving your purse from one side to the next as you're walking down the street? Are these the same things? I think they might be. I think they might be. What do you think, Al? It's fucking crazy. It's dog racist.
Starting point is 01:08:23 It's dog racist. Is it dog racism? Yeah, you try to remove your dog at the dog park. That's racist. You said, oh, I don't want my dogs playing with these dogs from this side of town. You know what? I'm on board. I'm on board.
Starting point is 01:08:34 It is dog racism. Yeah. Yeah. Right? Yes. It's dog, but dog racism would mean the dog is being racist. No. No, it's racism to war.
Starting point is 01:08:46 Every dog is racist. Honestly, I didn't think that that was the case. My dog, Sabi is like the kind of sweetest gold medal. Don't try to couch it. I'm being honestly, the kind of sweet than golden. My dog won't step foot on Canal Street. Won't even, the second we approach Canal, Barker.
Starting point is 01:09:05 And it's just moving away. No, no, no. Racism is a learned behavior. Yeah. What do you think? I'm teaching my dog? I don't know. Where is your golden noodle?
Starting point is 01:09:22 You're delicious to some people. You think I'm teaching my dog that? Why would your dog be all of sort of afraid of Asians? It's all African selling shit on Canal Street. What are you talking about? Yeah, I know. Why did you go Asian? You know, dude,
Starting point is 01:09:35 dude, dad! You just said, no, dude, dude, you really leaked some shit about you. And I'm going to point my finger at you while I say it. I point it too.
Starting point is 01:09:47 I point it too. No, don't point it at it. What's the last time you saw an Asian person on Canal Street? That's like from fucking the 90s. Yeah. Canal Street is all Africans selling the best knockoff Nikes you've ever seen in your life,
Starting point is 01:09:58 the best AirPods, the best everything. So who was your dog racist against? That's such cheap racism, the old racism. puts some work into it. Yeah, that's a low, hanged fruit.
Starting point is 01:10:07 What is your dog races against? At this point, I don't. At this point, it feels like a street to be honest. I couldn't pinpoint it. It's just the street. It might be the street. Yeah. I don't know if it's the open air Air Force One, bizarre.
Starting point is 01:10:23 Yeah. I don't know. Upstanding dog is in. And he doesn't like people doing crime. And you know it, they're selling fake stuff. And that pisses your dog up. It could be that. Honestly, it could be that.
Starting point is 01:10:37 It could be that. It's a capitalist. Maybe dogs are racist against the wrong people, is all I'm saying. Yo, black people don't really hurt dogs that much. Wait a minute. Frankie barked at me when I came in today, and I felt away about that shit. Really? Yeah. And what was the bark?
Starting point is 01:10:56 Bark, maybe. What? Wait, was it that? Mark? Yeah, because it did it? That feels very hard. You are dressed like you fight dogs. I don't. I am 2005.
Starting point is 01:11:10 You are dressed from back of the day, bro. I do have it. This is crazy. I don't. You're wearing. Michael sneakers. I know. Fucking tall T.
Starting point is 01:11:19 Like, I really went for. This is very. Okay. Yeah. He had every reason. Frankie had every reason to check you walk. She barked with the Y at the end, bro.
Starting point is 01:11:29 Oh, no. She barked with the Y. Yeah. That's crazy. Yeah. If you could translate what the bark was in it. Can you say it for us? So this guy, he's right.
Starting point is 01:11:42 John, what's his last name? Bernthal. Bernthal. He's right. Dog racism is real if you're being prejudiced against Pipples. The next time when Pipple sits next to you on the train, you got to just be like that. Yeah, who's not scared of Pipples, though, dead ass. It's only people who own Pipples that aren't scared of them. Everyone else is scared, right?
Starting point is 01:11:57 We can acknowledge that. They got something in their eyes. They got human eyes, you know? Is it the eyes to you? Then they lock in on you. It's the jaw. Like, they're always clenched. Like, they're ready to go.
Starting point is 01:12:07 They're beautiful dogs. Like, I wish I wasn't afraid of them, but I am. Yeah, there's just too many stories of them snapping. And I'm like. And they'll let go. Yeah. Like, once they lock on, you could, you ever see the guys in the park where they raise the, they lock onto a bone or whatever.
Starting point is 01:12:22 They raise it up in air and they're just suspended in the air. That's true. I heard you guys put your finger up their ass and then they let go. Yo, this is more gay propaganda. I heard that. No, I heard that. I heard they let go he's just
Starting point is 01:12:34 Really? Yeah, but everybody lets go if you put your finger up her ass Like there's got to be a few steps before that you could do it. They don't bring that up with sharks though You bite tighter Oh
Starting point is 01:12:42 With sharks they say You gotta punch them in the nose They never bring a finger in their assholes Is that interesting? Somebody wanted to finger a dog's ass Yeah He was like you got a perfect shot To even invent that
Starting point is 01:12:52 Yeah Like you're telling me That they tried every other thing Hit him on the neck Caesar Malon the dog trainer The Dog Whisper Never once Never once
Starting point is 01:13:01 Never once once was he fucking shockering up a tip hole to get him to release. There was a movie I watched back in the day of the huskies that were snow-mushing. And the guy had approved to the huskies that he was like the alpha of the pack, so he bit him on the ear. And that's how he asserted dominance. But it would have been a very different movie. You white people are weird. A very different movie if he had a finger at the dog's ass.
Starting point is 01:13:22 Be like, no, I'm the alpha. I'm the number one. Right? Yeah. But if you biting a dog on the ear, what else are you doing to that dog in private? Oh, that's the thing that's weird to you in this conversation? To me, that's the most natural thing to do to a dog. That's what another dog would do.
Starting point is 01:13:40 A nibble on the ear, that might have been a turn-on. Oh, you think it's flirting. Yeah. I like a little nib on my ear. That shit gets me the little chubby on there. Good point. I don't think we talk enough about cutting the dog's ears to make them look aesthetically pleasing. That's crazy.
Starting point is 01:13:55 Yeah, the dog circumcision that we got going on is a little bit crazy. And the tails. I didn't know. I didn't know my T-C. I didn't know her tail was cut. No way. Yeah. How'd you find out?
Starting point is 01:14:05 I don't like that, bro. Because all poodles, their tails are rarely longer, but people just don't like the long tail. So almost every poodle, their tails cut. That's insane. Yeah. That's insane. Why is it insane? Talk to me.
Starting point is 01:14:18 No, I'm curious. Because you got a hot take. No, because you bring them circumcision. You're trying to make me say. I've been saying circumcision is crazy the whole time. It is crazy. It is crazy. So why are people doing it?
Starting point is 01:14:28 Because they don't want a disgusting dick. No. Yeah, but if all of our dicks are discussing is normal. Yeah. So we just have one generation has to take the stand. Too far gone. Make it illegal. What if they made it illegal?
Starting point is 01:14:42 Circumcision is illegal. But then there's religious freedom. The Jews and the Muzis would do it. All right, you can get a religious exemption. But anyone else, you got to prove it. You got to prove you are Jewish or Muslim. How do you fucking prove your Jewish or Muslim? You just fucking blow up some innocent people?
Starting point is 01:14:56 Is that what you need to do? How do you prove that? You possibly There's other ways You bring them a pork sandwich Be like I say, they don't want lunch And if they take it, boom, no circumcision allowed.
Starting point is 01:15:08 I guess that's a little less racist That's way more practical. That is way more practical. You can bait them with pork, is all I'm saying. Yeah, and then we heard more animals, Mark. Okay, all right, let's just move on. We just heard more animals. Okay, what is the morality of this?
Starting point is 01:15:23 All right, this is a guy that went out drinking late loses his wallet and he gets a text the next morning. Hello, sir, I found her wallet. I go now to give police station at Blank Avenue and you pick up there. I take $5 from wallet to buy hot dog. I am hungry and you owe me. I save you.
Starting point is 01:15:39 Have a good day. So here's the thing. The only issue I have with this is you owe me. I save you. If he writes that whole text and it's just, I am hungry, have a good day. I am hungry. sorry. I'm so sorry.
Starting point is 01:16:01 I'm hungry. It's the entitlement. Have a good... You owe me. What do you mean I owe you? But it's saying the quiet part out loud. It's like this person could have just stole your shit. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:16:12 And the fact that he's being good and returning your shit, you kind of owe like a little bit. Yeah, but like no one really likes when you say the quiet part out like that. That's like that's why he's quiet. That's why he texted. Yeah. But you know what I mean? Like when you see it in a text is just as loud as all the other words. So you object to it a little bit.
Starting point is 01:16:31 Yeah. I think this is a, you played yourself. Because I've lost a wallet. They returned to me. I gave them 100 bucks. Well, that's the thing. You're going, so what this is, this is the auto-grat. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:16:44 You ever go to a restaurant? They auto-gratuity 16%. And it's like, you got to do it because Europeans eat there. But now you're fucked. Because I was going to do 20. I was going to do more. You low-balled yourself. And the fact that you didn't have fake.
Starting point is 01:16:58 than me to tip you, now is a little bit insulting. Like you, what is it called? You took the... This cat. Yeah, I'm gonna overtip. But like... It's cat, because they have the additional line
Starting point is 01:17:12 and now you're like, oh, I'm taking a stand now. But additional's crazy. You wouldn't feel that way. You go to a restaurant. Hey, we automatically included 16%. Tipping 13, stop. Chokes. Jokes. I overtip. You know, I overtip.
Starting point is 01:17:24 Why do you do that? Because you got to make up for the stereotype. stereotype? Yeah. Stereotype that black people tip that. Do you think not... So overcompensate. But like, do you think not tipping is like... Like, how would that Asian girl describe it? She's a proprietor of a middle restaurant.
Starting point is 01:17:42 She's very European-e. That's what she was. They don't understand the customs. Yeah, yeah. Low trust society over there. Low trust, yeah. I don't know. I listen, I get why especially like tourist destinations do it. because if like 80% of the people coming in are not from America
Starting point is 01:18:00 and you could make nothing working the whole day and they don't, Europeans don't know how little waiters make. Like they genuinely are unaware. Europeans think waiters are making 20 an hour and you're supposed to tip 20%. So when their brains are like, this fucking crazy. It's crazy, yeah. If they knew that waiters were literally making $2 an hour,
Starting point is 01:18:20 I'm sure that they would feel obliged to leave something. A couple of euros in there. Yeah. With internet and social media, do you think they still don't know? I don't think they know how little. I think they assume that the waiters live off tips. I don't think they know that it's, they literally, the tip is baked into the wage according to like our legal system or taxation system.
Starting point is 01:18:44 I literally, I think if you told them that they would, because they're like a, let's help everybody out society. I don't know. That's true. Yeah, that's true. Yeah. But it's tricky though, because if you're always, you're a way. waiter at a restaurant, you're covered by the, sorry, a waiter at a hotel restaurant.
Starting point is 01:19:01 You're covered by the hotel union. Oh. So you got to make hotel union wages. So you're making 15, 20 an hour. And we're still tipping 20%. And we're tipping. They're double dipping. I didn't know that.
Starting point is 01:19:15 I did not know that one. That, now, unless the restaurant is one of those things that, like, can operate independently from the hotel. But if the restaurant is, like, owned by the hotel or whatever. I'm going to ask about that. But that, if that's the case, they probably don't get the tip directly, probably on some pool situation. But now most places do the pool thing and everybody gets tipped out, even like the chefs and shit gets tipped out. Oh, really?
Starting point is 01:19:37 But like, they're not making $2 an hour. Yeah. Something fishy going on. It's almost now to the point where like the waiters are getting screwed. Oh, because they're sharing for service. With people who are making a salad. A salad. Let's put it.
Starting point is 01:19:53 salary over livable wage. When it's like, the waiters are taking the risk. They're coming to work every day going, I might make zero dollars. Or if it's busy, I'll make a lot of money. But they're taking on the risk, not the restaurant. The chefs are not taking on the risk. They're making a salary.
Starting point is 01:20:09 We need to be more European. Yeah, we've got to be more European. What do you mean? Like, just get rid of tips and just pay people. Hey, there's so much you make. You ever go to a restaurant? They have it on the menu. We don't tip. We pay our servers away. Yeah. The money is like put to the price of the dish.
Starting point is 01:20:24 Sugarfish I go to and I like that. Great. Just boom. Every time I walk in, I know exactly what I got to pay. Who does that screw over? I think that that only works when the majority of restaurants have a tipping culture.
Starting point is 01:20:38 Excuse me. Because like when you go to Europe, the service is horrible. It's horrible. Any place where they don't rely on tips of service is fucking atrocious. Like there's no accommodation to any. It's like they're doing you a favor
Starting point is 01:20:51 if you ask for mayo for the fries. I save you, you owe me. Exactly. That's the energy they have. I save you, you owe me. Right? And it's like, so a few restaurants can have the no tipping culture because they're protected by the idea of how you should behave in a restaurant.
Starting point is 01:21:10 So then you feel like you got a gift. Yeah. It's like socialism. It works for a few years until the whole thing is bankrupt and falls apart. Yo, the first like five to ten years of socialism. Fire. is lit. And then you run out of money.
Starting point is 01:21:25 But the first five to ten, all the people who've been pushing socialism are like, I told you, isn't this fire? Knicks championships, pay those bills, let's go. No one's saying the first of five, ten doesn't work. But after five to ten, we need to invade a Muslim country to afford this shit.
Starting point is 01:21:42 And we just got ahead of it. Maybe that's how we're getting ahead. Like maybe the Pentagon is going like, Listen, we're going to go socialists. You know, it is what it is. So we got to invade, like, the second biggest oil reserves in the world to just make sure we secure it. We need a remote.
Starting point is 01:21:59 We need all this shit. We need a lot of course. You know what I mean? Like, if we're going to do the Norway model, we got to have some natural gas. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Now, on the flip side, let's say you're down your luck. You don't have a lot of money. You're just struggling.
Starting point is 01:22:10 Maybe you're, like, 18 years old. You just parents kicked you out. You find a wallet on the ground. Got $100 in it, all in fives. You return it. Do you take $5 and shoot the guy to text? be like, hey, by the way, hooked you up. I've done this, by the way.
Starting point is 01:22:24 I returned an old woman's purse. I found the purse, returned it. My friend joined me. He's like, I'm going to this woman's house. He's like, I'll come with you. I returned a purse. The purse has crazy money in it. I counted it.
Starting point is 01:22:38 Returned to her. She gives me 20 and him 20. I'm like, first of all, this motherfucker didn't even find it. I don't even know why he's getting the same as me. He's along for the ride. But you couldn't explain that in the moment. I couldn't explain that in the moment. And I don't want to take the money away from him.
Starting point is 01:22:51 Yeah. But like, shorty, there was $200 in here. I'm fucking 11 years old. I'm a billionaire at 11 if I got $200. So in a way, I did feel... You felt short change. 20 bucks. I feel like that's not bad.
Starting point is 01:23:06 No, I had 200, man. Okay, no, you did it. I had 200 and I already spent all of the money. In your brain. In my brain, I spent every one of those $200, and then I, now I'm $180 in debt. You lost $100. Yeah, because I already got the Carolina,
Starting point is 01:23:21 fucking Jordan 11s. I already bought them in my head. I'm about to get up Air 11th. I just want the classics getting. Wait, I actually had a similar thing happened to me yesterday. So I lost my keys, I think Saturday night or whatever. But I have my AirPods attached
Starting point is 01:23:37 to it so I can see the location. It's pinging like right where my building is. It seems like it's inside. I'm like, ah, it has to be in my apartment somewhere or whatever. It must have dropped when I got like out of the Uber or some shit like that and somebody brought it to the restaurant that's right on the corner connected to my building. So I'm whatever, looking on the street. Eventually, I just
Starting point is 01:23:56 asked the restaurant just to take a chance. He's like, wait a minute. Does it have like AirPods? And he was like, yes, so I'm ecstatic. Mind, I go to this restaurant all the time. It's connected to my building. And I always tip them well because it's like I'm a regular there. I didn't give them anything for the keys. And then I asked my showt. I'm like, should I give them something? She's like, no, it's whatever. You find your keys. And I'm like, I think I should have gave him a little something for this. What should I have done? No. You don't have to, why would you
Starting point is 01:24:25 you don't need to? You don't need to. But it's a nice, it's a classy gesture. It felt like I should have. Like I felt like I did something wrong. And it's not too late. No, you didn't do anything wrong. No, now you go after the fact, circle back a day later like, hey here. Give him 10 bucks a hay. Did he just do anything that, was he
Starting point is 01:24:41 inconvenienced in any way? No, someone gave him the AirPods and he stood exactly where he was going to stand at work all day anyway. If you leave it in an Uber and the Uber has to drive to you to drop it, you've got to tip them because you're inconveniencing that. You're not tipping for them doing a good deed. They should do a good deed because we're human beings and we're God-fearing human beings and Christianity will bring us all to eternal salvation. But the inconvenience is
Starting point is 01:25:11 where you give a tip. Otherwise, you go get it at wherever they are. And then you don't need a tip. You leave your keys at B&H and you go pick them up. You tip the guy. B&H? Not if you leave them. Not if you leave them. But if someone finds them, takes them to their apartment and then you meet up at that apartment and you get the keys. They found them. They found them. And they found them. They found them. They have to stay at their apartment for you to go get there. Their day is ruined.
Starting point is 01:25:35 Yeah. Okay. So we're torn. You're saying I should have. If you left it at the place. I'm saying it's classy. You don't have to, but it's just a classy movie. What are you giving five bucks? Five ten bucks? Yeah. Hey, appreciate you. Five bucks is disrespectful. Yeah, it's disrespectful. You have to get back. At least a 20. A 20?
Starting point is 01:25:50 Yeah. Anything less than at 20 is like he's poor. This is going to change your life. There's $5 here. You'll almost be able to buy a coffee. Yeah. But now, where do the keys go to? They go to your apartment?
Starting point is 01:26:03 Yeah. If you found the keys and you returned them, you would want a percentage of the apartment value. Because you own the apartment for like a period of time there. According to what you just said before. doesn't make you an owner of the apartment. You have the keys. Doesn't make you the owner of it.
Starting point is 01:26:22 He could have took my AirPods. He could have been like, oh, I got new AirPods. 100 bucks, you flip them. You can't take someone else's AirPods because it has the find my AirPods thing. Back in the day, maybe. Now it's impossible. It says Alex Media's fucking AirPods. And it probably has a logo or some shit on it.
Starting point is 01:26:38 Yeah. Fuck you. Does it? No, I don't think so. Are you writing off your AirPods? Oh, everything. No, okay. No, okay.
Starting point is 01:26:47 All right. Yeah, it's an interesting one. I don't know. I think you just give a couple bucks. I think it's a nice thing to do. I'm going back. I'll tip extra. Starting point is 01:30:22 and they have a work freezer or a work fridge. And she puts her food in there, and every day she goes to get her food. Someone's stealing her food. Okay. She's like, who the fuck is stealing my food? So what does she do? She puts ghost peppers in her lunch,
Starting point is 01:30:35 one of the spiciest peppers. Put it in her lunch because someone keeps stealing it. And not only is she going to find who stole it, she's also going to stop them from stealing again. Yeah. So now this is the video of her saying. I actually wish the coughing was the person who stole it. Like, imagine she's right there in the bathroom while this person's going through it.
Starting point is 01:31:00 That's fucking away. What is the morality of this? I love it. I absolutely love it. Can I add a little caveat? Go ahead. Okay. Anyway, so no, this is a caveat.
Starting point is 01:31:15 Okay, I thought that was it. If you like spicy food, make it extra spicy and you still enjoy it. But putting the ghost peppers ruins the food for you in the event that they don't eat it that day. And now you suffer as well. You're talking with the methodology. Yes. If you like spicy food or you like cilantro and you know that the thief, you think it doesn't like cilantro. Like there's a way where you don't have to lose enjoyment of the food.
Starting point is 01:31:47 And that person still gets the punishment. Well, the method here is, like, what if this person has brought two lunches? And they're like, look, I'm going to bring my lunch, keeping my backpack, and just have my little sandwich. But I'm going to put my thing in the fridge because I know this person's going to steal it because they always take it out of this Tupperware. And in the event that they don't steal, you just waste of food, starving people around the world. There's a starving person at your work stealing your food. No, because they brought another lunch. No, but the person's stealing it.
Starting point is 01:32:12 Why is someone stealing the lunch? Because they're probably hungry. They really need food, Mark. Exhibit A. So then why would you punish them? Precisely that. Whatever you bring two lunches and you catch them in the act and you say, hey, I actually brought this for it. You're probably on hard times.
Starting point is 01:32:23 That right there is fire. Take the candlesticks. Why? Why is this fire? Jean Valjean, you come and you steal from me and they bring him back to say, is this the guy that stole from you? He said, no, he didn't steal. He actually forgot something. Boom, candlesticks.
Starting point is 01:32:36 An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind, Alex. We don't want to live like that. We're Americans. We're in the West. Yeah. Capitalist. Capitalist. High trust society.
Starting point is 01:32:46 What about pull yourself up by the? the bootstraps. So now you bring in the lunch for this person. Now they're going to expect lunch every day. Wait, wait. Let him go on this. No, no, I'm going off. Yala. What about all this welfare system? Everybody's abusing the system
Starting point is 01:33:01 all this type of shit. Keep going. Keep going. No, no, no. I'm just talking about it. In this isolated situation. You know, DSA media all of a sudden, turn into quite the capitalist, all the sudden. Isolated situation. You are a reward. Good morning bad behavior. Oh, it's what behavior?
Starting point is 01:33:20 In this particular situation? Being hungry is bad behavior, how? Stealing. All she did. She's stealing from bread to feed your kids. No, but you're stealing from somebody else. So now that person goes hungry. Out. Forcing someone to pay more in taxes against their will is stealing.
Starting point is 01:33:33 No, it's not. All this person did that worked in that place is got food at a discount from a government-run grocery store. That's all they did. Okay. And if you have a fucking problem with that, then we've got a larger discussion to have right now. Now, okay? It's a government-run grocery store. But if you're saying that the business should also fund her food knowing that her other food is going to be going to be stolen or taken by 100 people, I'm just saying now.
Starting point is 01:34:02 You're talking like quite, you're talking like quite the fucking capitalist, a disgusting capitalist creating. So you would bring in a second meal. That's what a good Christian would do. How many days? Every day. Because if you don't bring it in the following day, then. And he's like, oh, where's my meal? Now she takes your lunch again.
Starting point is 01:34:20 I'm not trying to band-aid the problem. I want to get to the root of it. I'm going to have you sit down with. I'm going to say, what's going on your life? Okay. What are you dealing with? Are you hungry? Tough times.
Starting point is 01:34:26 I don't have money for food. I got you. I got you. Okay. So now, so you just believe in paying more taxes so we can take care of the... No, I'm Catholic. He believes in charity. He believes in charity.
Starting point is 01:34:38 Catholics are inherently kind of social. But it's still taxes. It's a form of taxes. I'm going to help you out. You got a job here. You got two jobs. you have kids at home. But look, I'm going to bring some food in for you for the month.
Starting point is 01:34:47 I'm going to get you some cash and just try to help you up. Okay. But he's going to do it because he thinks it's the right thing. He's not going to do it because the government imposed a law to extract his food against his will. Why is it an issue if it's the same outcome? Well, the methodology. No, I mean, what I'm asking me or Mark? Both of you.
Starting point is 01:35:11 My issue would say just because the outcome is the same, Doesn't mean the methodology is justified. Why? If you're giving money to take care of people, whether it through charity or through taxes, same outcome. Well, what if I come into a situation where I have to feed my family and I can't give? But the government's like, sorry, too bad. You have to choose this coworker over you. So now you're going to let this lady start?
Starting point is 01:35:41 Over, yes, before my children, yeah. Yeah, probably same. and just cut it, and then we just all share it, and then we eat, we all eat a little. I mean, I would make sure my kids are fed. But then maybe if I'm in a position where I can fast low, I love fasting.
Starting point is 01:35:57 It's fucking caveat. I like the fast. There's another wrong fashion. I like what this lady did. It teaches somebody a lesson. They'll stop doing it. I fuck with it. So you're saying for the government run groceries,
Starting point is 01:36:09 we should put ghost peppers and all the food until they sign by and everything. It's a great idea. Bodega owners in all the burros. Alex Media has given you a fantastic idea to maintain the sovereignty of your businesses. Okay, this one's interesting. Morality of lying to a dying person so they can pass away in peace. Ooh.
Starting point is 01:36:31 I like, yeah, you see these scenes and movies where it's like you're going to be okay. Everything we got you and then they die. But then again, like, you might want to say some shit before you die. So don't tell me I'm going to die. Well, this one's... Sorry, so tell me I'm going to die. Yeah. This one makes it racial.
Starting point is 01:36:44 So this guy's dying on the ground and he's looking at a piece. Peter Parker and says he was white Peter all these years protesting the Civil Rights Act and what on my own gets me? Was I wrong boy? Uncle Ben, he looked Italian. Oh, Peter, thank you. Uncle Ben dies smiling.
Starting point is 01:37:01 So silly. Damn. Oh, Uncle Ben, man. That was sad. Damn, you got killed by an Italian? Tom Holland, no Uncle Ben. How many times are we going to tell the same story? Come on, it's the Jesus story. Over again. Oh, this is an interesting one.
Starting point is 01:37:18 Customer offers her a drink. She takes a water shot and pockets the money. She's stealing from the restaurant, not the customer. Water and Don Julio bottles from people buy you shots. But the theft is from the establishment, not the customer. Well, why?
Starting point is 01:37:36 Is it from the establishment? No. Yes. Because the establishment doesn't lose Don Julio. But they lose the sale. They don't lose the sale. Of course they're. do. Because he's trying to buy a shot for her, which is, goes to the establishment, which makes the establishment more money. Right. Now, they still have Don Julio to sell to other people, but
Starting point is 01:38:02 they didn't get that money that was intended for the establishment. But then they don't have to buy another bottle of Don Julio, so it's a wash. It's not a wash because you still need to generate money. She used Alchemy to turn the Don Julio into cash. How about this? Person comes in and orders steak sandwiches at the restaurant. The waiter makes steak sandwiches at home, brings them into the restaurant. Technically, the restaurant doesn't lose steak sandwiches so they can sell them, but the waiter is selling their own steak sandwiches, therefore undercutting the restaurant. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 01:38:38 I feel like that's different, but I don't know why. It's only different because the bartender of the waiter is, making less money because she has to front the cost of the steak sandwiches. But the restaurant still misses out on the price of the good. And the waiter still gets that money directly. Wait a minute. Most times when you buy a bartender a shot, they don't charge for that shot. So the place is actually losing money if she were to accept the shot. She's actually doing the better thing for the establishment. I think Al's making a good point here. Is that true? I always assumed they charge it. No, it depends on the place. Most of the time they go. It depends on the place.
Starting point is 01:39:27 If it's like a strip club, usually you're buying a really expensive shot for them and a place to make money. The common ground is this. I want to buy you a shot. Okay, it's a water shot, but you still charge it. Mm-hmm. For each water shot, the restaurant pays you five, or whatever it is. It's a $10 shot. The restaurant gives you half for the water shots. Now you don't have to get drunk. They make $5 for water.
Starting point is 01:39:56 You get that and a tip on top of it. So you're hell of stoke. And they maintain their inventory. Yeah. That's the best case scenario for everybody. It also kind of fucks over the person who's doing the shot. Because it's like... You said doing the shot or buying the shot?
Starting point is 01:40:13 Because they're just like being lied to. It's like, hey, I want to do a celebratory. shot with you. Yeah. And you're lying to me and telling me this thing, this action we're about to do. It's fake. Yes. That is true.
Starting point is 01:40:26 That is true. Yeah. So it's fake. See, like, who's going to get fucked over? Is it the person buying it? Is it the person doing it? Or is it the establishment? And in this scenario, depending on who you are, you will side with yourself.
Starting point is 01:40:41 Yeah. Yeah. Now, do I care that much that the bartender takes the shot of alcohol? No, but at the same point in time, I don't want to buy you a fake shot. I'd rather just be like, hey, if it's a shot of water, let me just give you five bucks. Yeah, I don't. Throw it in a tip. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:40:59 Yeah. I think that's fair. You're right. You're right. You're being. If I did a shot with someone and they faked it, I'd be like, oh, come on. Like, what, yeah, we're supposed to do this together. It's a social thing.
Starting point is 01:41:07 I was honestly just trying to run up the bill so you can make more money. Just let me give you the money directly. Yeah. I've seen Mark. Good point. Very good point, Al. I've seen Mark fake. shots. I just want to point that up. I sit. I nurse a shot. No, no. I've seen you throw it over your
Starting point is 01:41:22 fucking shoulder on the bar. No, you do that all the time. If you had too much a drink, I'd do that. Yeah, I have to drive, dude. I've already had five shots. So you turn this way. This would be early. Fulmer, throw it on your shoulder. Yes. Douse some girl behind you. It's watched you do that exactly. Okay. Let's see if there's any more here. Oh, this one is an interesting one. This person getting tailgated, okay? Yeah. This guy's just on their ass being like, yo, get out the way. Get out the way. they're driving, bang, swerves. Oh. Oh, that's, nah.
Starting point is 01:41:55 Why is that car driving this way on the highway? No, it was just pulled over. I think it's pulled over, stopped. Yeah. Oh. So this person's tailgating, they're way too close. Absolutely do not need to be that close. Car stops, swerve, bang.
Starting point is 01:42:10 Oh. What is the morality of causing a crash to teach a tailgater a lesson? Ooh. I don't know if you've caused that car. crash. My assumption is that this person is looking in the rearview mirror being like, is this guy fucking tailgating me? And it looks up and they see a car stopped and then swerves out the way.
Starting point is 01:42:25 I don't think they did it on purpose if I do assume. That's like pretty insidious, I think to cause it on purpose. The person, I think it's kind of on purpose because you see this, you see yourself getting closer to this car. Like you take a little peek back in the rearview mirror. You don't like stare at the car following you. But, dude, one, when you're going six miles per hour and there's a car way in front of you, but it's stopped.
Starting point is 01:42:45 It doesn't feel stopped. Yeah, you can't tell. Also, it doesn't have its, I don't think it has it stopped. I don't have his brake lights on. I think it's just parked on the side. So you can't even see brake lights. And he can't slam on the brakes because this asshole is riding his fucking tail. So he's kind of forced into making this decision.
Starting point is 01:43:04 Swerve out the way. Like what I would have done once I saw the car, I would have put my emergency brakes on to let the car behind me like, yo, there's something happening. Slow down. I don't even know where that is in a car. That's right. I don't know what that is. I don't know where that is. You hit the emergency break.
Starting point is 01:43:20 Yeah, not emergency break. I'm talking about hazard. We're all dead if I'm looking for that. We're all dead. It's supposed to be very obvious in the middle of the car. It's a giant truck. Who pulls over in the fucking left lane? Yeah, that is what is.
Starting point is 01:43:32 Also, the guy tailgating, I think in this example, would be tailgating to tell that person that the left lane is for passing on a highway. Yes. Yeah. And it's true. Now, it's like, what do you mean? You're tailing someone to be like, hey, you got to get out of the way. so I can pass.
Starting point is 01:43:47 Yes. Yeah. How else you're gonna tell them? Can't call them. Like, brother, just go around. But there isn't it around. There's all the traffic in the middle lanes. Yeah, there's traffic.
Starting point is 01:43:56 We're on the highway. Just fucking chill. Well, then why don't you chill in the fucking right lane? You're not getting past. These are all these fucking transplants walking in New York City. Yo, why are you trying to pass, bro? Just fucking post up. You're fine.
Starting point is 01:44:06 There's cars in front of you. You're good. Well, why do you get to dictate how fast he goes, law man? Don't call me a law, man. I'm cool. Socialist. Can I lick it up? He's just wanting to ride your ass for fucking 30 miles?
Starting point is 01:44:21 No. There's a person from me that's in the way. I'm just going to chill out. And I'm going to say, you know what? Maybe this is all crazy. Right? I'm forced this person. I'm going to ride their ass to get them to move.
Starting point is 01:44:32 Flash the whites on him. Yes, that's how... Unfortunately, that guy just got a call from his wife that someone's breaking into their home probably going to murder their entire family. He doesn't know if this is actually his wife and she's going crazy. Okay, he's unaware of that. He's trying to get home immediately.
Starting point is 01:44:46 He realized I don't even have a wife. Hold on a second. I'm going crazy. Yes. Oh, shit. Let me figure this out. Yeah. So he's going to the doctor.
Starting point is 01:44:56 And you're just being a lollygag and asshole. But now look, bang, rear ends the guy. Who does he go see you right after this? Everybody gets what he meets. White technically. That's fair. I think causing a crash at 70 miles an hour, especially on innocent people, they're kind of innocent because maybe they're having a car issue.
Starting point is 01:45:14 Yeah. I don't think you do that. That seems crazy. So who's in the wrong? wrong. Well, I think the people in the middle of the street, that's pretty wrong. The guy tailgating is the most wrong.
Starting point is 01:45:24 But the guy didn't want to be. He probably ran out of gas or something like that. His wife was driving a car. To fill it up. Yeah, there's nothing. You had a right morality of all three cable here. Go. Most moral, the least moral. Most moral is the guy who is unscaped. Wait, who's that? That's the most moral. That's the most moral.
Starting point is 01:45:47 No. Small for it. Okay. Second most moral is the person that ran out of gas because his white doesn't have killed him. That's fond of it. And then the third
Starting point is 01:45:55 most moral is the guy who was tailgating, riding that ass. A.K. the least moral. Yeah. Yeah. I think most moral,
Starting point is 01:46:02 the person pulled over to the side. It's a shitty place to pull over, but still, you don't know what happened. Then the guy who swirred out. I'm with you. No, no, no, no.
Starting point is 01:46:14 Fuck it. No, the tailgator. Is the second? Yeah. The guy he swirved out, you can. He could have just like... Get out the way.
Starting point is 01:46:21 You just cause death. Get out the way. That's not worth it. I don't know. I think Tel Avier's still the worst. No. That's because you don't know how to fucking drive. I hate cell viewers.
Starting point is 01:46:34 That's because you're in the left lane. Oh. The flux. Okay. Woman got paid $1,650 in hour instead of $1650, made $19,000 in one shift and refused to turn it in.
Starting point is 01:46:50 I was assuming there was some type of accounting error that was done. They accidentally paid her the wrong amount. Yeah. And then they were like, well, you have to return it. I hate that. Keep going. Or, obviously. The right thing to do, the legal thing to do is to return it.
Starting point is 01:47:08 You don't want to do it because that's their mistake. Yeah, I think it's on the people that made the mistake. So she doesn't have to return it? Like she agreed to a contract where she makes a certain amount an hour and they paid her not that amount. Yeah, they made a mistake. So what? They just eat that. Yeah. You made a $20,000 mistake. You got to fire your counter and everybody did the payout. That. More.
Starting point is 01:47:28 Same thing applies if they pay you less than the amount that they're supposed to? No, because we agreed on this amount. But then you paid more. So that's what it is. All right. Well, we agreed on an amount, but I paid less. So, oops. I made a mistake. But then I'm going to go in and say, hey, you got to make this hole. And if they say no, then I'm going to quit. You wouldn't, Mark. You're a good Catholic guy. That's not the Catholic thing to do. What? That's not the Catholic thing to do. They made a mistake. If she wants to return it, that's the nice thing to do. That is the honorable thing to do, but I don't
Starting point is 01:48:00 think she's entitled. What would Jesus do? What would your employees do? What? You have employees. If you overpaid them. Talk that shit, you fucking rich, fuck. Talk that shit. Oh, yeah. And so now, DSA media, bro.
Starting point is 01:48:16 Look at them cross his leg. Like a crocker. You realize you made this mistake, and you overpaid them. And I would say, hey, I accidentally fucked up. Is there any way you could just return the money. No, but according to you, you made the mistake. And if they said no, then I'd be like, that's fine. And then you keep them on.
Starting point is 01:48:32 No, you got terminate that. Why you terminate you? Why are you later? Do I think we're all according to you? Yeah. Because they pissed me off. You just said that for your fuck up. Exactly. Yeah. So you're firing him for your fuck up? I'm going to fire him for something else I find. What are you talking about? Yo, Al, you're a capitalist, you're a real capitalist.
Starting point is 01:48:51 No, I'm putting you because he's bullshit. Yo, you're a capital. Can't you just be a capitalist? I'm on the side of the lady. I'm on her side. Let's say you're working at Walmart. They accidentally, this is a $16 an hour. This is a regular fucking Walmart.
Starting point is 01:49:04 What does money mean to her? She comes from another planet. Look at her. She just got to Earth. She traveled 4,000 light years away from a foreign galaxy to work at fucking Wendy's or wherever she's working. She has no idea the concept of money. It meets nothing to her.
Starting point is 01:49:20 It really all depends. Do you still want to continue working at the place? If you still want to continue working at the pace, you have to give money back. Yeah, I'll say, I think that makes sense. But all of a sudden, you get paid $20,000? How long is you going to have to work to be $20,000? Yeah. Let me tell you something.
Starting point is 01:49:33 That money is not being given back by this person. There's not a chance. There is not a chance. So what made you think? And Smith is going to get out. What do you mean? There's no fucking. Do you think there's a chance out?
Starting point is 01:49:48 Yes. Yes, I do. Yes, I do. If she has no legal. That woman looks like a. very upstanding citizen. The fact there's a moat shot here, I'm going to sign a little.
Starting point is 01:49:59 I go on and say, there's a change she could have performed you hookshot, sure. Maybe I was her best pick. The best pick. Fellin Bay, you know. Should just solidate the context of how we're seeing it? It's not looking good
Starting point is 01:50:15 for a kid. But I'm just saying, all right, what about a fucking, you get a random deposit from a bank and they put $100,000 in their way. got insurance for that. Yo, low key. I'm not sure. So now, it'll take for a bank, but not from Walmart.
Starting point is 01:50:28 Low- Are you supposed that? I'm taking that money out of me. Yeah. That's, that's definitely got insurance for that. Taking that money out of me. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 01:50:40 So you're urged. You don't got insurance for a mispay your employee? No, no, it's wrong what I'm doing. Is it wrong? Yeah. They made a mistake. Yeah, but like, we should be, uh, we should be kind and benevolent what people meet.
Starting point is 01:50:52 You return the law. Any ring at the drive through it? Yeah. You know. I don't know. I discovered there's an onion ring, actually. I did not came for this. There was an onion ring in my fries.
Starting point is 01:51:09 This could go to someone who's hungry and lost onion rings. Take this out my fries right now. I didn't even touch it so it could still be used. Yes, and you take it. If you take it out with gloves, this is still a good onion ring. There's some young, hungry motherfucker out there who wants it. Yeah. That's the right thing to do.
Starting point is 01:51:25 There needs to be a restaurant that does that intentionally. How good do you feel when you get a couple of extra little things? That's their, that's their little thing? Yeah. I think it is a touch one. No, I'm being dead serious. I think like here for a lot of, try the under. All these places that are fucking making marginal profit, they're not,
Starting point is 01:51:43 hey, let's give out extra food. I don't pay. How is there was one onion ring? I was something that they place it on the top. It's one under, right? It's, it's, how do you been to McDonald's for? They'll sell anywings. Have you?
Starting point is 01:51:53 That was some fat shit, though. I should have said Burger King. If I was on board, I should have said, yeah, all right. It's always on the top. You never find an unring at the bottom. That's a good point. They're doing it on purpose. They want you to get into the underwings.
Starting point is 01:52:07 You might not be in that place. He really might not be. I was like, oh, man, that's so fucking out. They were just working fast and the fucking onion rings next to the fries, and one slipped in, and they, you know. No. And it's more worth for them to take it out. So you're a D.S.A. Lesbian, bro.
Starting point is 01:52:29 Damn. Look at you. That's one. I really thought that was really a choice mistake. Nah, bro. Fuck you that. Every once in a while I think that you're just a bleeding heart capitalist. And then you say some shit like this.
Starting point is 01:52:42 And I'm like, nah, bro. This guy is DSA, dude. D.S. D. Dick suckers. All right. You do a couple more. This one is a kind of a fun one.
Starting point is 01:52:55 What is the fastest way you've ever seen a new coworker get fired? First day of work, a coworker has for a short break and some space in a storage closet to put down his prayer rook. It was fired almost a meteor. About six months later, we were all laid off when the company went bankrupt, paying out his discrimination lawsuit. Wow, that's awesome. Yeah, I mean... The morality of suing a company after immediately being fired for a short break to praying the closet, of making good bankrupt, making all your co-workers
Starting point is 01:53:22 unemployed. So not, the question is not, what is the morality of fire someone over the religion? Obviously, that's wrong. Yes. Is it? Is it? I guess it depends on the job. Be honest.
Starting point is 01:53:36 If you fire a priest because you found out he's Muslim, then yeah, that's probably reasonable. What if you, what if you hire somebody? What if you hire a Jewish guy? Right? Okay. For what? Like, let me get there. Okay. All right. You hire a Jewish guy, right?
Starting point is 01:53:49 he's ultra religious won't answer emails on Friday right and it's like yo we got deals we're losing so much money and you're like
Starting point is 01:54:00 you're like bro I need to be able to email you Friday night like we got deals in Shanghai we got deals on the West Coast our family was a Gucci store on San Francisco we're the richest family at all of Switzerland
Starting point is 01:54:13 we're black I remember the first time Dove was working with us and he did his whole old 24 hour I can't talk. He was so annoyed, bro. You were so pissed off. This motherfucker eating shellfish every other day.
Starting point is 01:54:30 Do you know what I eat eating cheeseburgers? He's doing all the other shit, and then he got to take off when we got to work. We got a tour. Give me the shellfish, Judaism that you was doing the rest of the fucking year. It's crying time right now. The whole day we just heard about this. Motherfucker doing mushrooms.
Starting point is 01:54:46 He's doing mushrooms and fasted. And I'm like, you were to eat his shellfish. selfish with me. We had a shrimp tempera. We had a shrimp timber together. Stop! Oh, that was so funny. Now you're respected a little bit, Bobba. You used to hate that shit.
Starting point is 01:55:01 I'm just saying, we got to pick and choose. So I think you could fire someone for religious practices. For their practices. I think you could fire someone because the religion is incongruent with the job that you need to... I can see that. You know what I mean? It's like, dude,
Starting point is 01:55:17 I'm not firing you because you're Jewish. I'm not far as you because you're Christian or whatever the fuck it ends, but I need you on this dick. Perfect example. You want to take Christmas off. Of course. This is Lord's birthday. You know where we work? Where?
Starting point is 01:55:37 We work at fucking the Christmas tree, that's it. You know what I mean? Like, bro, this is a big day for us, man. Christmas Day? Christmas Eve is where you buy your tree. You're like, I can't work Christmas Eve. saying God was born almost. You know what I mean? Like Mary's in labor right now.
Starting point is 01:55:56 I can't work. And you're like, yo, the whole point of this fucking job is today. You're not the right guy. So who's going to hire for that Christmas? Jews. People who are ready to go. Christmas trees? Yo, you're a Chinese restaurant.
Starting point is 01:56:09 You know that Christmas is a big day. That's New Year's for you. You can't hire. The other New Year. The other. You can hire Jews. You can hire Christmas. Christians to mind your shit.
Starting point is 01:56:23 You can't do. You got to get Jews and Muslims in there. He's not wrong. I see your plan. You run a fucking cattle ranch. You can't hire an Indian. We're a butcher. He's praying over the meat.
Starting point is 01:56:39 Like, yo, you can't do this. These are gods. I got to fire you for your religion. It's not for your religion. But you're not the guy for this job. You should have never applied. You know what we do here? We chop up your God.
Starting point is 01:56:51 and dice them up and make beautiful fucking tar tar out of it. That's a good point. Matter of fact, why did he apply for that job in the first place? Firing someone for religious reasons might be almost the most justifiable way to fire a human being in history. It depends on the job.
Starting point is 01:57:10 It depends on the job, but like, come on, bro. Come on. You're really not wrong on this. Why is the Hindu guy trying to work in the cattle factory? He don't know. He just got here. He likes cows. He loves cows. He's like, hold on. We get to be around the cows.
Starting point is 01:57:26 It's on the logo, giant cow. He sees a cow in the logo. He's like, I get to be near my God. I get to be near the holiest thing. And the first two hours of his day were amazing. Incredible. And then he just hears. And he goes, Vot was that sound.
Starting point is 01:57:47 What was that sound? They're like, Chris, We have something to tell you. Oh. So what was that sound? We processed candy. There's that sound again. What was...
Starting point is 01:58:03 That sound was horrified and it feels like life being stricken from the planet. We kill cows. We sell... You what? We do. We're America. Why would you have the live cow on the sign? Why not put it dead?
Starting point is 01:58:20 A dead cow on the size? Your business is dead cows, not live cars? Why did you put the live cars? Marketing. Is that way people know what we do? Liar? So maybe it's on us for false advertising. No. He just figured out what it was. He just figured out what it was.
Starting point is 01:58:38 All I'm trying to say is like it's Give me a reason why firing something for religious reasons isn't the right thing to deal. Okay, well, what if this case? You were working like a bank or some shit. Okay. And the guy says, hey, Hey, I gotta go pray. Is my, I have the fire. You really five breaks?
Starting point is 01:58:54 Are you the security guard at the bank and it gets robbed while you're fucking praying? Okay, fair. You're fired. Fair. Yeah, five breaks is a lot. It's a lot. Now, technically you wouldn't get all five during working hours. Probably get like two, three.
Starting point is 01:59:13 Two, three. Which is still more than one break. You know, yeah. How you get special treatment? What is that? I'm going to skip my lunch. It's Ramadan, so I don't even need it. That's all right in one life.
Starting point is 01:59:24 Every day's Ramadan for me. I'm locked in. Do I locked out? I'm super locked in. And I'm going to do my frere, and I'm going to just, I'm not going to take lunch break. I'm going to break up my frayers over this time. Then I think it's even. People take smoke breaks.
Starting point is 01:59:41 No, they also probably would like smoke, drag out of the guy. This guy's little. I think by law, once you work over a certain amount of hours, you have to have at least like a, the Z, the 30 or hour break. And what you're doing that time? That's up to you. Can you fit all your three prayers in the one hour? No.
Starting point is 01:59:59 Damn. I don't think so. If they do the call. They just stack it. You got to do it when they do the call. But I'm sure there might be some things in the religion that say, like, if you're working and you can't, and we look at the other, we're cool with it. Like, I don't think in the middle of, like, a war, they were dropping and hidden. Just wanting to give you 20.
Starting point is 02:00:19 You know, you would lose the war, and they were good at that. Yeah, that's a good point. But I'll hit all praying the same time. But if who would, who they're fighting are not praying? That's not very valuable connoissees. Like, hey, I have a good feeling when you hear that sound, the defenses are going to be down. Once you hear that bell go?
Starting point is 02:00:36 Will we wait? Strike. We would wait for the sound rough. You know? Yeah. I like, can you give me a reason why not? Okay, I'm like that. Let me think
Starting point is 02:00:51 There's reasons you can't discriminate on religion I'm just on the spot here You can't think of one I get it It's sound magic What a nice It's actually not discriminating
Starting point is 02:01:06 Based on religion It's discriminating based on job performance That is Hurt Due to devotion to religion So it's almost like If you are that devoted to religion You've got to be specific
Starting point is 02:01:19 About the jobs you choose Shot up B&H shopping it, they shut it down. They shut it down, they shut it down, even for the people who aren't Jewish. That's true. They can't all, too. Everybody gets off. Just respect.
Starting point is 02:01:33 It's because I can't accept money. On Shabbat. Oh, really? What's that? I don't think they're allowed to actually accept money. Like, even when you put an order in, your car doesn't get charged until after. Yeah, that shit's annoying. Fuck. It's funny, your card will get charged the moment it's over.
Starting point is 02:01:50 And he was like, oh, yeah, I did order. that a day they go. They're calling it. Half of the after two or five, I got to wait until Sunday to buy shit. Ooh. Wow. Shout out to early.
Starting point is 02:02:04 I love DNA. But now what if there's a situation where, yeah, go, go. This is what I'm waiting for you? What if there's a situation where you... Okay, all right, fine. What are they going? Yeah. Okay, you're a Christian
Starting point is 02:02:15 and you work at a job and they fire you because they don't like that you're Christian. well, what did they not like about it? They do your worshiping a false god. And how has that impact the job? Does it? I personally did Christians should be able to work wherever they want.
Starting point is 02:02:39 Well, not in mosque. If they wanted to. They could be the amount of a mosque. Yeah? Run a city of God. Yeah. No. For me, serious.
Starting point is 02:02:51 you're saying like what if someone just gets fired for being Christian? Who would fire them? Give an example. Maybe there's a Hindu store. Maybe there's an atheist. An atheist store? Yeah. Maybe a Muslim store.
Starting point is 02:03:04 Yeah. Maybe you're a Jewish store. Okay. And they say, we don't like this. We just don't like you. And you're not imposing your religion on them in any way, shape, or form? No. I would say that that that's wrong.
Starting point is 02:03:14 It's wrong. Especially if you're doing your job really well. You're doing a great job. And just what you believe in? Why do they even know what you believe in? Jim, Crosbyes, running there. That's your position. That's right.
Starting point is 02:03:28 I will stand for that. Let's say you work at a store selling Muslim memorabilia. But you're a Catholic. Okay? What? What store is this? What do you mean?
Starting point is 02:03:44 It sells Muslim memorabilia. I don't know. Like fucking lamps and things. And let's say you're working at the lamps and things, right? Okay. But you have a giant cross hanging from their neck. Or just across it on the size that you pay. And they're like, you know what?
Starting point is 02:04:00 This is not good marketing for our store. You don't believe in this stuff. Like, why would someone pay $650 for a lamp from you? Right. It looks like a fugazi. We got to fire you. But is it true? Is what true?
Starting point is 02:04:20 The fact that people are not buying as many lamps and rubs because you're cross? No. That feels like discrimination. It's like having an ugly hostess at a restaurant. Yeah. It's going to affect the bottle of one, too, do you want to eat there? I think about it.
Starting point is 02:04:34 When you pull up? Well, it depends. Is she large? It's just a, just a fucking, she looks like shit. Okay? And you walk in, you're like, oh, a tail for two,
Starting point is 02:04:48 and then she turns around. And she's like, it's going to eat between. Yeah, that's going to be back. That might impact your opinion. But I mean, who walks out of the story at that point? You're buying it? You're being cigarettes.
Starting point is 02:05:02 Okay? The person at the store is talking through the thing. Mm-hmm. You're gonna buy the cigarettes? I'll get a recommendation from her, probably. Leon, I'll have a pay with you? Yeah. Yo, which ones are the best?
Starting point is 02:05:16 So she'd be like, well, not these. Don't go. Yeah, where are these ones? Yeah, these ones are better on your throat. That's how I smoke. Oh. Straight to the silver studio. Ooh, I got a maybe normal one.
Starting point is 02:05:29 What about coffee being sot? And you're Mormon? And you're Mormon. So now somebody's asking, oh, what does this taste like? What's this? Fired. Fired me. Okay, we're going to borrow if you're sober?
Starting point is 02:05:42 Yes. What? Because you used to drink. Yeah. But I will say, working at a restaurant when you don't eat the food, like you ever, yeah, I've done that. It's a little annoying. You know, I have this galo. I don't do it.
Starting point is 02:05:57 Sometimes they go, we don't really eat the food. food here. And you're like, that's a right flag. Yeah, you got to go. Yeah, that's a red flag. Can't do it. So if that's based on religion, sorry, it. Capitalism. Big cap. A mutu country where like your religion
Starting point is 02:06:16 is always there. And then you can get a job wherever you want. Yeah. There's no issue. But if you come to big cap, if you come to big cap, then you got, that's the religion. That's the religion. I know we say you have the freedom to practice religion. You don't have the freedom of
Starting point is 02:06:31 practice it during capitalism during the hours of capitalism you don't have the freedom to do that sorry money never sleeps it don't it really don't not in a murg that's a good point not in a murgall what if during the recording session
Starting point is 02:06:48 there's a guy hitting that rug bang bang missing the switcher multiple times bang bang doing the prayer out loud in the middle of the fucking recording session it's going to throw off the buy what would you do might have to let him go what if he's your star and Chloe
Starting point is 02:07:05 no stars are the other guys since it's not been the problem in Jewish I mean oh he's your best employee oh do you see your best guy yeah yeah yeah all right that's a tough one your best quarterback he's like hey I'm really relips
Starting point is 02:07:20 on playing Sundays show him no I was not having before I'm sure it's a thing oh it was with the kid who was like the Jewish Jordan and he had him like
Starting point is 02:07:32 I think he was going to play from Maryland or something something like that. And they said that they were going to switch the game so they wouldn't go on Shabbat. The Jewish Jordan, that's their dream. Wait a man. In multiple ways. The quarterback we had on, the super religious guy. Tim Tebow.
Starting point is 02:07:50 You're not that religious if you play football. Tell him why. He, on the Lord's Day. He's going to church. He's going to church. One do you have time to go church? Haster? No. Haster.
Starting point is 02:08:04 whole day situation. Maybe you do a private church. Church is just where there's a body of believers. That is true. You just get like, two your boys just do a little private church. Right. Yeah. You can even do a Zoom church. Because Christians weren't allowed to practice their religion. They didn't have the luxury of
Starting point is 02:08:20 having some beautiful facility. They had to go hide in a cave. Yeah. They were, there was prejudiced against this. Yo, you know what? To laugh. I brought my Bible to work today. Did you read? I did. I'm am surprised. stuff in there.
Starting point is 02:08:35 And how short the New Testament is. Yeah. It's like 20 pages. It's not 24th. I was because it's, you know, it was the whole book. So I was, I wanted to jump to the new one, right? And then like, so I'm scrolling through and I'm like, where's this new one to start? Matthew doesn't start to like.
Starting point is 02:08:54 Yes, and then. Who's in then? It goes like page 1,200 to page 1,400. Something like that. Okay. Uh-huh. Well, the old part, the old testament, that's all. Jewish stuff and they keep a lot more notes.
Starting point is 02:09:06 They're keeping all the account. I think you've got to tell people this. The lineage. Yeah. They all the lineage of everything. Mark, we got to tell people this. Because when you see the Bible, it's dense. It's a big. Yeah. Yeah. But if you knew you just had to read the... Yeah, it gets good at the end.
Starting point is 02:09:22 The suffix. Like, just the end part? Yeah. Yeah. That's you... And then if that really gets you, you can run to... So maybe we've got to flip it. One thousand percent. first book, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John,
Starting point is 02:09:37 maybe throwing some other stuff, and then Genesis is way, way later. If you want to know, like, way from the beginning. But, like, reading all that to get, I'm shocked. Christianity got this popular, knowing you got to go through the whole beginning part. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 02:09:55 I think it's 23%. What is it? 23%. Yeah, felt about that. How much did you get to? I started old Matthew. Still there. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:10:05 We're just taking your Tombo. You know, it's funny, I have two books in my, I have two books in my backpack right now. One is the Bible. Go ahead. And the other one is, uh, four he lost power. No, it's, uh, uh,
Starting point is 02:10:20 the new dad. Oh, he's trying to have another kid. Which is, he's doing New Testament and New Day. Oh, which is also kind of the story of the Bible. Oh, you know what I? Shout out the go, dude. Yeah, John Drew. The Lord works mysterious way.
Starting point is 02:10:38 Every time you get religious, that means you try to have another kid. Every time. You got to sleep. No, I got to sleep for a little bit. I got to sleep. No atheism. As they said. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 02:10:48 You're sleeping. Found a euphemism. Just literally. Bro, child's about school next week. Whoa. Free school? Free school, man. That was wild.
Starting point is 02:10:57 And is it? Yeah. It's free, too, right? How you like that? It's not freaky. It could have been. Good. It's not.
Starting point is 02:11:05 Good. That's crazy. Yeah, as well. You gotta go drop her off? Of course. You're gonna do that? Yeah. Who's gonna cry more?
Starting point is 02:11:14 I don't know in that one. Right now, I think I would say, I think I would say Emma, but I don't know, I might go. He hunters. I think I might go. It's not a question of if you're gonna cry, it's who's going to cry more?
Starting point is 02:11:25 It's an insane thing to just give our children to strangers in a building. And like, they don't let you just cheer in the building and watch them. It's an insane, High school is crazy. You are to the school? You looked into it, right?
Starting point is 02:11:39 Yeah, of course. Danny Shirley doing some stuff, straightening it out. Nick got to get in there. You got to call them up. You can be like, hey, we're going to send her a dollar in preschool. Nick?
Starting point is 02:11:48 We need to just kind of soup around. Nick? See, this is a Leary center. Cameras in classes for our parents are just like. Some do. Really? And you can, like, watch the whole time.
Starting point is 02:11:57 Yeah, I feel like that should just be a normal thing. Oh, yeah. Yeah, which I like. That's actually cool. Wow. I want to see him T.J. Biller. Yo, yo, yo.
Starting point is 02:12:08 Can you afraid that in the ether? He's crazy. Ain't that what you're afraid of? He'd send them away? Not you, Bob. That's not my first fear. You don't want, like, a kid bullying that, or, like, hurting them.
Starting point is 02:12:22 Just being scared and sad? Yeah, like sitting alone at a desk. You're like, what, your heart work brick. I think it all. Yep. Yes, Al. The worst things that can happen to a human beast. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:12:34 Start with the work. They'll put the camera. It's not where you're going to fear it goes immediately. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, we gotta have this podcast. Guys, we'll see you on Patreon. We love you. Peace.
