Starting point is 00:00:00 On this instant reaction show presented by Madelo, congratulations to the Miami Hurricanes who are headed to play for the national title after an incredibly exciting win against Ole Miss. The Canes dominated statistically for the first three quarters, but Ole Miss led late in the fourth quarter and a Carson Beck rushing touchdown. Yes, just like we all drew it up was the difference. What a game. We'll talk about it next. now on tonight's instant reaction show presented by Madello. Welcome to Annie and Ari on three. It's an instant reaction show presented by Madelo.
Starting point is 00:00:42 Miami has won the Fiesta Bowl. What an incredible game, Ari Wasserman. Miami dominates for three quarters statistically, but not on the scoreboard. It takes a 2724 lead late in the game, but cannot close it out. Miami scores, then holds. and they win and they're going to play for the national title for the first time since the 2002 season. Wow. That game to you feel like Miami was clearly the better team and it was three and a half quarters of them trying to figure out ways to lose.
Starting point is 00:01:22 Yes. Like that to me was kind of the way it felt. And it feels right that Miami ended up winning because to me I felt like they were better now. that was thrilling. That was exciting. You got all sorts of grab ass in that game, which I guess is kind of coming with the territory with Miami. But I think that you got the right.
Starting point is 00:01:45 That's the first grab ass they've had. Well, I guess a little bit of the play calling in the A&M game. A little bit. But they've been fairly grab ass free for the CFP. Until tonight where they drop four interceptions, they had nine penalties and some of them were just awful. I mean, the late hit. one couple of the false starts and just a lot of mistakes.
Starting point is 00:02:07 You gain 19 yards on the duo play that I wrote about this week and then you line up in that formation again and run a flea flicker that turns into a sack, well, intentional grounding, same thing. Yeah, it felt like they were trying to give it away in spite of the fact of them having the advantage. And they almost did. And credit Ole Miss because they just kept fighting because they could have given up. The way Miami was pounding on them, they could have very easily given up, but they did not.
Starting point is 00:02:36 They were in position to win the game. The defense just could not hold up against Miami that last time. Yeah. You know, and games of this magnitude, you also want to, you know, at least acknowledge the way the Ole Miss played. Really, really good finished the season, considering where we were with them about, you know, three weeks a month ago. I thought that that was a really gutsy performance and they've got a lot of really good players. and I'm excited to see what the future is under Pete Golding. That said, are you ready for Miami in Miami?
Starting point is 00:03:12 There's a team from the ACC hosting a national championship game. That's what the sport is. They are going to get a team from the ACC that did not make the ACC championship game, but was the only ACC team that made the playoff hosting, well, not hosting, but it is their home stadium where they'll play. It will be interesting depending on whether Indiana or Oregon, wins because if Indiana wins, who sells more tickets is going to be an interesting question. Yeah, well, Indiana showed out pretty good at the Rose Bowl.
Starting point is 00:03:41 I'm assuming that people are going to be fired up for that. That's what I'm saying. It's Miami's home stadium, Ari. They might get outnumbered. Oh, yeah, that's true. That's what you're saying. Okay. I would hope not.
Starting point is 00:03:52 Very close drives for a lot of those fans. Andy, they'll also be wearing away jerseys. They will. Don't forget that. The Miami All Whites. Miami All Whites and the Texas All Whites are the best all white uniforms in the sport, right? Because Penn State's not all white because they were black cleats. Yeah, I mean, maybe.
Starting point is 00:04:10 But if they don't show up wearing their Miami fatigues in the national title game and running the ball 96 times, then what are we even doing? Like, I will say, don't even throw. If Miami had never thrown tonight, would they have won by more? That's my question to you. I think they would have. And it felt like they stopped running when they, crossed the 50, which was so bizarre. It's like on one hand, if you start off drives throwing and you get behind the sticks
Starting point is 00:04:36 and you have to throw to try to get yourself out of it at the beginning of drives, you can understand that you might, you know, why you'd want to do that. But it felt infuriating for Miami fans for most of the game because they were moving the ball really well. It was like, you know, they were running the ball really well. And then Mario Cristobal and Shannon Dawson were like, what would happen if we just stopped doing that? And it just was like, you make you want to pull your hair out.
Starting point is 00:04:57 You know that thing that's working so well for us? Let's not do that. It's not more, yeah, especially the closer we get to the end zone, let's try to do something more creative. I'm watching this last play, by the way, the chat saying it was PI on the last play. They might have gotten away with one there. Yeah. Although Miami getting away with PI on a crucial play in the end zone in the desert, could that be like, ball don't lie? 20, 20 to four years later.
Starting point is 00:05:28 There's no statute. years on bald, you know, you get 25 years before your time is up. So it's 23 years later. So there you go. Even on the last possession, Andy, when Carson Beck ran it in, they're inside the five yard line with three plays to go with 30 seconds left in a timeout in their pocket. Aren't you running it there? Like, why are you, like, why is Carson Beck even dropping back? I tweeted it. I, because they ran duo to get with Marty Brown to get it down to the two. And they had a timeout and a second down. I'm like, you got a timeout run duo again,
Starting point is 00:05:59 I mean, I said it on first down, run the ball four times in a row and win or lose that way because that's who you are. And, you know, live and die by who you are. And I felt like they were dying most of the game by not being who they were. You know, and like things like the dropped interceptions and stuff are going to happen. That just happens. And that's the thing. Imagine if they squeeze a couple of those, how different that game is. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:26 for sure. And I think one or even two of them maybe would have maybe gone back the other way for either a touchdown or a long way. But I think Ole Miss scored on three of those drives. Yeah. I think one, they had the doink field goal that missed and they also had the doink field goal that went in.
Starting point is 00:06:47 The one that felt really crucial to me was the one before halftime where it certainly would have been a pick six. And then instead, old miss's kicker bangs through a kick from like 75 yards away and it was like one of the most beautiful college kicker kicks you'll ever see but the point i was trying to make andy is that teams can win or lose games um because of circumstance maybe a bad penalty or a dropped interception or a boneheaded play or a busted coverage and it felt like to me that even though miami was doing some of those things and also old miss was the beneficiary of a doink kick that went in all these different things that are just kind of ball bouncing bad ways type of things and If they would have lost the game, I wouldn't have gone back to the interception drops or the doink field goal that went in or the sequence before halftime that was like a 10-point swing. I would have gone back to them like going away from who they are for a large portion of that game. Like they were running the ball down their throat the entire game. And what was it, three or four different drives that Miami stalled out on and got no points on,
Starting point is 00:07:47 whether it be the tip pick from Carson Beck there in the third quarter or missed field goals or having to punt because they just got away from running the ball. they were successful on plus territory. Like it was insane to watch. But if, you know, Miami figured out a way to win and, you know, also the last thing, too, like there needs to be maybe like a 10-minute Carson Beck discussion because it's like he's the hero who ran the ball in, but it also like felt like shooter McGavin watching some of the. Yeah, there were, there were some situations where he had really favorable matchups and did
Starting point is 00:08:16 not put the ball where it needed to go. Yeah, there were some throws out there that weren't even close. And the one that stands out to me more than any of them, Andy, was one-on-one coverage that are on the first play on their final drive. I don't even remember who the receiver was, but they had inside leverage. And if he would have just placed the ball where it was supposed to be, he might have gone all the way on the first play.
Starting point is 00:08:34 Obviously, it worked out the way it was, but it's like, what is your breakdown of Carson Beck's performance? It's like the hero play or like what would happen if Miami had like an elite level first round caliber quarterback on their team. Carson Beck's been in college for 27 years. So I know he's of legal drinking age. So I'm going to say Carson Beck, you deserve a medello tonight. That's what I'm going to say.
Starting point is 00:08:54 because after all that, you still got to be the hero. You got to run it in. By the way, Ari, this, look at this. Modelo, chelada, chili mango. My favorite gas station snack, by the way, is the spicy mango slices. This is that in beer form. It's tremendous. So, Medello is just innovating all over the place.
Starting point is 00:09:19 And what a night for the Miami fans. I hope you all get a medello. nice and cold. I know you're going to enjoy it. I know you've been waiting for this for a long time. So grab yourself Medello. Say game day ready all season long. You have one more game.
Starting point is 00:09:34 And it's at the national title game. And we're going to be doing a show at the Madelo activation on the Saturday before the national title game down in Miami. So what's the weather down there in January, late January, Andy? Are we looking at like beautiful and perfect? Okay. So like Hawaiian shirt weather?
Starting point is 00:09:51 Like I'm trying to figure out what to wear to this thing. It's tarp off weather. baby. Okay. You guys want to see some, want to see some man meet, come show up to the activation. I'll be there. TARPS off. We are going to have our Carson Beck discussion because we do need to have a deeper Carson Beck discussion

Check out the all-new DellXPS at Dell.com slash XPS. Oh, that's a beautiful sound, but probably not a sound as beautiful as Carson Beck heard when he was running toward his cheering fans to score the game-winning touchdown on Thursday night in the Fiesta Bowl. Ari, this is the guy who backed up Stetson Bennett on multiple national title teams,
Starting point is 00:11:37 who then becomes the starter at Georgia where, hey, you're supposed to win the national title. Two years as a starter at Georgia, they don't win the national title. He has season-ending elbow injury in the SEC championship game against Texas last year and then is going to go pro, then decides to go in the portal,
Starting point is 00:11:53 lands at Miami, where the stories were more about who he was dating than what he was going to do is the quarterback. And he ends up the quarterback of a team that is going to play for the national championship. Do you want to get to the discussion now? Let's talk. Is he good? Does it matter?
Starting point is 00:12:22 It might in two weeks. It might matter if Indiana or Oregon is on the other side. I agree. It might matter. Yes, he's going to have to play better than he played on Thursday night. The first two games of the playoff were might. Miami taking it out of his hands and making sure the defense and the run game won then the game. That was not possible tonight. Carson Beck had to help them win the game.
Starting point is 00:12:49 And while he didn't play perfectly already, he did help them win the game because he connected on the, there was the busted coverage. That was an easy throw, but he connected on it. Also, some big third down completions to keep drives alive. Also the throw to Malachi. Tony, now Malachi, Tony did the rest of the work on that play, breaking tackles. But did Beck, okay, he didn't make perfect throws. He didn't make the right throw every time. Sometimes he left it short. Sometimes he left it a little long.
Starting point is 00:13:23 But the one interception was a tip pass. He didn't really throw it into danger, with the exception. There was one time on the last drive when he was trying to throw it away over the right sideline and he almost threw it to Centarian Perkins. That was a little scary. But he's not really throwing into danger very much. He didn't throw it into danger as much as Trinidad Shameless to tonight. So I think they can still win with him.
Starting point is 00:13:54 Yes. So I'm just like trying to like unpack this playoff run. So he ran the game winning touchdown in tonight. Mm-hmm. What are the hallmark plays that he's made? there were a couple nice third-bound throws over the middle. Yeah, and the one to the one to Keel and Marion that kept that drive alive was pretty huge. Yeah, you know, listen, they threw the entire drive and they drove down the field and he ran the ball in.
Starting point is 00:14:25 So you get credit for that, right? I get it. You want to crap all over him. The guy's got his team in the national championship game, Ari. No, no, I know. I'm not trying to crap all over. Let's see what he does against Indiana or Oregon. I'm not trying to crap all over him.
Starting point is 00:14:38 I'm just saying that. You're trying to walk us into that. If you got something to say, just say it. I spent the entire game pulling my hair out thinking Carson Beck is killing them. That's what I have to say. But he didn't kill them ultimately. He was killing them at times, but he didn't kill them ultimately. And that's the thing like quarterbacks are never going to be perfect.
Starting point is 00:14:56 Well, the thing that Chandlerus had moments where he was not helping Ole Miss. Yeah, the thing I was trying to drop those balls that they threw it all the way down the field and they went and won the game throwing it. Right. And there needs to be some credit given to that. And I want to acknowledge that. I just, there were a lot of like balls that were just kind of like nowhere even near the receiver. And I'm like, don't even remember that being part of his gate. Like I don't know like.
Starting point is 00:15:20 He's got to throw those more accurately. But I do think, I also think is that there's a little bit of gun shy, like trying to make sure you don't throw it into danger. Because why did they lose to Louisville? Because he threw four picks. Why did they lose to SMU? Partially because he threw interceptions. that's why and like the way that the team is built he doesn't need to go be cam newton to win right and if you're in a situation if you're him and you're in a situation where you have a receiver
Starting point is 00:15:53 in one-on-one coverage you're going to throw the ball you're going to air to the part of the field where it can't be intercepted and sometimes you're going to miss receiver that way yeah now if he if he can connect with those guys every time again this is this game's not even close yeah And there was that one throwaway on the final drive that should have been seven rows into the stands that was almost picked off on the sidelines. Yeah, it was perkins. Cetariat Perkins can jump higher than people realize. He can also run the people realize, which got Carson Beck's sack one time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:25 You know, again, I don't want to like take Miami's win and turn it into a, does your quarterback stink discussion? I just, I think that he has better play in him and I think they're going to need it with whoever they're playing because they're going to be underdog. How about, how about Miami playing? with freshman corners the entire fourth quarter. One starter down from injury, Xavier Lucas then lost because of a targeting call. Yeah. Incredible.
Starting point is 00:16:50 And I think that that's also a nice testament to the blend of Miami's roster, which is crucial portal pickups, but also high-end Miami area recruiting and national recruiting. So like that to me is something because we had this narrative, or discussion last week going into the quarterfinals of you have four matchups between traditional recruiting juggernauts and the new age type team that is more portal heavy and more transactional and Miami was the fourth of the new new era team but they are the closest to traditional recruiting power that there is so you know and it'll be interesting depending on who
Starting point is 00:17:33 Oregon or Indiana whoever wins that game is the traditional recruiting power going to win that game too and just be two recruiting powers or are we going to see new age versus first old school mixed with new age in the national here's one thing i'll tell you it doesn't matter who wins the indian organ game miami will get more pressure on either dante more or fernando mendoza than it got on trinidad champlain yeah trinidad shamblis kept so much alive there was one play on i i'm trying to remember i think it was either the the drive where they went down one or it was the drive where they took the lead, I think it was the drive where they took the lead,
Starting point is 00:18:10 where he's backpedaling, and he's dead. Like, it's minus 10, minus 15 yards, and he somehow gets away and throws it away. So he turns minus 10 or minus 15 into zero, and then it's third down, and he throws a laser to keep the drive going. Like, he was magic again. And I don't think they're going to have to deal with that,
Starting point is 00:18:35 with either Dante Moore or Fernando Mendoza. Like Ruben Bain, Akeem Messador, Blay, Moten, if he's healthy enough. Some of those guys are going to get home on either Mendoza or more. They're going to get home some a few times at least. It's not going to be like Thursday night where they just couldn't get pressure because Shambliss was, again, just pulling a Houdini all the time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:03 the ability and the escapeability of Trinidad Chambliss makes it much harder. And it also is the thing that neutralizes your amazing defensive front. And I think that, you know, zooming out and looking at the bigger picture, this probably wasn't the best matchup for Miami. I think they probably match up better with whoever they play in the national It's like we said in the breakdown and the Miami fans got mad when I was like, oh, this is going to score on you guys. Because you're not going to be able to sack Trinidad.
Starting point is 00:19:36 had shamless seven times. But Miami was able to score more against Ole Miss than been able to score against A&M or against Ohio State because those teams have better defenses than Ole Miss. So it all worked out. And now I think what you see is probably no matter who wins the Peach Bowl, Miami gets a more favorable matchup because, like I said, their pass rush will have an impact, whereas it didn't have an impact tonight. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:13 I'm starting to get like, I mean, I guess it's kind of hard. You get so caught up in the moment. You've got two really good teams playing tomorrow. What I'm kind of getting, the winner of this game was probably going to make me feel this way either way, but kind of like team of destiny vibes almost of like almost didn't get in. Yeah. Whoever won this game, because the other two, like Indiana is obviously its own Disney movie, but that's a Disney movie that started last year.
Starting point is 00:20:36 they've been good all year. Like we knew from, from, I guess the Old Dominion game didn't count, but basically right after that, when they just started mauling everybody they played, we're like, okay,
Starting point is 00:20:48 there's a chance they're going to be here. And Oregon, obviously we thought it could be here. But either one of those teams, Miami or Ole Miss, you were wondering, like, how are they still doing this?
Starting point is 00:21:01 And, you know, the Ole Miss thing, yeah, they lost. But what a job. by the Ole Miss players, by the coaches who stayed, by Pete Golding, what a job. They should have had no business getting this far.
Starting point is 00:21:18 And they did. And that is a credit to everybody in that organization who came together after their coach bailed on them. Yeah. And you know what? Who knows? Maybe this is the first year of Ole Miss knocking on the door. This is the year two. They knocked on the door last year.
Starting point is 00:21:34 You know, you've returned some important pieces. if you get your quarterback eligible, I guess we'll find out what the NCAA has in store there. Kwan Lacey's coming back. I mean, Kwan Lacey coming back is huge. Yeah, and I also think we have to acknowledge, too, that he missed a large chunk of that game with injury. And I would have been curious to see, like, what they would have been able to do offensively had he been, you know, healthy the entire game.
Starting point is 00:21:52 Like, that sucks. I think there's two or three possessions that were harmed by him. And then, obviously, he was maybe limited a little bit when he got back, although, again, you'd never know it watching him. Was this injury just an aggravation of his shoulder thing that he was dealing with? it was like they, I think they were looking at his hamstring. Oh, they were? Or they were looking at something on one of his legs. Yeah. So, yeah, it was, that was very unfortunate. But I mean, again, Miami loses a starting
Starting point is 00:22:19 corner to injury, loses one to objection. So everybody was dealing with it. They lost a team Esedore for a while. He came back. But I don't know if you're in the mood for this, but do you want to have a discussion about targeting in college football? the Bill LaManié thing where he's like, that's clear targeting. And immediately the referee comes on. The targeting calls overturned. And then the one at the end of the game, too,
Starting point is 00:22:51 on the Lucas one, which, yeah, which didn't look as blatant as the first one as the Ole Miss one that was overturned looked, and it was upheld. I think LaMontier agreed with that. I think LeMontier said it should be upheld. I think Kirk and Chris were arguing with Bill. The thing that I have a hard time with is that if the rules expert who is on the call is analyzing it for everyone and getting it wrong, that means that he doesn't know what he's looking at, and that means none of us know what we're looking at.
Starting point is 00:23:21 And maybe that's just a hard call because it's a judgment call. But like I don't like that it's such a punitive penalty if we don't really have clear guidelines of what it actually is. There should be sort of a yellow card, red card situation with it. like an ejection for like a clear head hunting situation and a 50 penalty for for one that's just the stance i think the general fan and a ref can tell the difference between malicious intent and playing hard like i mean malicious intent is usually fairly obvious and like what is is lacy out i mean uh Lucas out for the first out for the first half of the national bridal game because of that he is yes
Starting point is 00:24:06 that blows. There's no other way to put it. Sounds like a column, Ari Wasserman. Yeah. By the way, the conspiracy theorists were out and force on that one. Big Ten refs in this game. Xavier Lucas was the one who left Wisconsin after signing the deal. Wisconsin suing Miami currently, the Big Ten supporting Wisconsin and its lawsuit against Miami. I don't think there was anything going on.
Starting point is 00:24:32 We do need to point this out because I have noticed this in chat. And I'm sure there are people who are very interested in this. that will be three national championships games in a row now without an SEC team playing in it. Yeah. Don't want to team me up on that one. Why? Say it. Say it with your chest.
Starting point is 00:24:56 I think next year, it needs to be the first year of going into a season, acknowledging that the SEC is a very good and deep, talented conference. But don't give it the benefit of the doubt every time. the benefit of the doubt at every single turn. Yeah. I think that is completely fair. I don't think that's a hot take at all. It's completely fair.
Starting point is 00:25:19 Completely fair. And like, you know, it's like the SEC, are they going to get five or seven teams in this year because they're all playing each? I think that that is over with. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:28 I think that's over with. Yeah. Iowa is the team, if we're looking back with hindsight right now, that really got jobbed in the discourse. I was the one that we should have been talking about more as, as a dangerous team. But we were talking about them at all.
Starting point is 00:25:42 Sounds like a column. But I don't know. What was their record? They finished nine and three? They finished eight and four, nine and four with the bull win. The killer for them was the lost Iowa State to start. I think if they don't lose to Iowa State and that there would have been a point in the season going into the USC game where they would have had a very narrow loss to Indiana and a very narrow loss to Oregon where we'd have been looking at them like, you know, going into that USC game as a two lost team. that barely lost to maybe the two best teams in the league.
Starting point is 00:26:16 And we probably would have been looking at it differently. So I think losing to Iowa State early probably changed how we talked about them. But again, it shouldn't matter. Like that's another thing in a 12-team playoff era, a game you lose that early, you evolve as a team. And things change. The only thing that I've ever really wanted, because I am a stars matter person through and through,
Starting point is 00:26:40 it's in my DNA. And I understand, and I'm very curious, by the way, Andy, this is something that you bring up all the time, and I think it's the right point, what the NFL draft numbers will say in terms of numbers of SEC players taken versus Big Ten. Because that's what's really going to tell us about talent. And that's, you can say what you want.
Starting point is 00:26:58 Those people aren't biased. They're biased toward keeping their jobs. So they don't care what conference the players are from. So when those numbers start changing, which they got closer together last year, if it happens again, I'd say you're in the midst of a trend. And I don't know if it's because the majority of voices in college football
Starting point is 00:27:21 reside in the southeast or if the fan bases are bigger in the southeast or if it's just because for 20 years the SEC actually was the best and people are having that. They're really good for a long time. And they've had, I don't know the exact number of years. they've had the most draft picks. It's got to be close to 20 at this point.
Starting point is 00:27:45 They're the most talented, and they have been. But the situation has changed. The middle of the Big Ten is getting better and better. The top of the Big Ten is better than the SEC right now, better than the top of the SEC right now. Teams like Miami, and we've seen it with Clemson, and we saw it with Florida State for a couple of years. There are ACC teams, there are ACC teams,
Starting point is 00:28:09 that can do it too, that can put out elite, talented teams that can compete at this level. So it's not just hand it to whoever of Alabama, Georgia, or LSU winds up on top. What I want more than anything is, is that when Georgia goes on the road and is on the ropes against Tennessee in the fourth quarter, then ends up winning that thriller game, then everybody comes out of that game, like affirming their belief in Georgia and how good they are. Are we sure Georgia is good? Like that's the question you should ask at that point. Or I want Indiana's five point win or four point win,
Starting point is 00:28:51 whatever it was when they took that safety to be viewed over Iowa to be viewed the same way. That's all. Right. It's like is there a huge difference between Tennessee and Iowa anymore? In 2018, there was a massive difference. In 2025, I'm not sure there is. anymore. Yeah, and they finished with the same record, but Iowa then beat the team that Tennessee lost to in the last game of the year. They beat the team that went 10 and 2
Starting point is 00:29:16 in the SEC in Vanderbilt. So yeah, and listen, this isn't a discussion of like the SEC's dead. Like the SEC could come out and win the national title now. The SEC is going to be fine. Like that that's the thing. It's not it's not that. What you're saying, and I agree with you, is when we're ranking. teams when we're deciding what order to put them in. Do not assume that just because somebody's in the SEC, that their losses were more rugged or better, just examine everybody individually, regardless of conference, go game by game, and do it that way.
Starting point is 00:29:59 Don't just assume because one team's in a certain conference that they're better. Examine them all individually. That's it. will people do it? I don't know. I will be curious to see if the saber rattling from the SEC about how rugged their schedule is and blah, blah, blah. I don't know that they're going to be pulling that stuff this offseason. I don't think you're going to get Greg Sanky standing up in Destin and talking about that too much.
Starting point is 00:30:29 Yeah. But, you know, I think it's going to be ebbs and flows. Maybe the ACC wins a title this year, the Big Ten wins one next year, the SEC wins one next year. And that's kind of like until 2033 when there's a Super League. And then they just combine the best of everything. And then, you know, everyone's left behind. But for the time being, you know, very good football in the SEC. But I think that it's time people also acknowledge it as very good football in the ACC.
Starting point is 00:30:52 Can you believe that eight like Miami? They weren't even good enough to make it to the ACC championship game. And you want to put those guys in the playoff? Are you kidding me? I think you're scarred from everybody yelling at you over the head-to-head thing. I hate Miami. That's what you know. Oh, I like this.
Starting point is 00:31:13 This is Ratchet DeWan with a great question. Hey, Ari. Can we get a go get him, Keynes? I don't think so. Come on. We'll come up with a new Miami catchphrase. Don't say that either. Just like Texas A&M doesn't say go get them eggs.
Starting point is 00:31:31 No, I know, but it sounds, the Texas A&M people do say that, by the way. I'll die. I'm not ill, but they do not. You know, your own wife says they don't, and she went there. My wife doesn't know who the head coach is of Texas A&M. I don't think. She just grab your phone and text him. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:52 But that was a really, really fun night of football, Andy, and I'm super excited for tomorrow. I can't wait to watch it. That's going to be a banger of a game tomorrow. It's going to be great. And, you know, I don't care that much about the conference wars, but I do know people like to have fun with them. See, somebody understands the game. joke. They get the bit.
Starting point is 00:32:10 I found exactly like what I say it. Yeah, Matt in the chat says, Ari sounds completely like an Aggie when he says it. I get it. All right. But enough of that, because we're not talking about the SEC anymore because either an ACC team or a big 10 team is going to win the national title. When next you see us, unless there's some crazy big transfer portal news that we have to hop on for in the middle of the day,
Starting point is 00:32:30 but when next you see us, I will be at Mercedes-Benz Stadium at the Peach Bowl, and we will be breaking down hopefully another semi-final that was as good as the one we just watched because if we get two bangers i'll take it indiana and oregon tomorrow in atl i'm here in the atl right now i can't wait we'll talk to you tomorrow
