I heard Monster Hunter Wilds is pretty good. Today I might do a video for Monster Hunter Wild Hunt. What a good guy. I say might because I don't even know if this game works. That's what's crazy about video games today. Is that they got so much good stuff in them now that they might not work at all like Black Op 6 that I'm still trying to get set up. Monster Hunters is famous for being made by Crapcom, which is built with the region that they used for Mega Man 11 sadly.

You cannot import your characters. When was the last time they made a Mega Man game? When that last time they did that? I feel like we haven't had a Mega Man game in a while. A vowed, but you can customize your cat, which I spent more time on than my actual character. You could also select how many tutorials you want to see you. Oh, who the fuck is this? You can pick either a ton or a lot.

I picked a lot because that seemed like less. There are 14 weapons to pick from. I selected Great Sword because I love losing. What's that on her back? It's huge. Hey! I feel like Great Sword is really good. It's sword. Nobody picks it because it sucks.

The main draw of this franchise is the monster's. Crapcom pulled out a lot of money for this one when Lick-a-Tong entered the arena. I thought he was called Gordlamo, but instead he was called Chittacabra, who was famous in Mexico. I heard about him. Starfield guys not going like this. In my entire time of playing this game, I didn't miss a single hit, even though I was using the Great Sword, which is one of the greatest weapons to miss hits with. Jesus.

I know there's a lot of you watching this video. For you Turrach fans out there, go play Turak. You love that game. Yeah. You know they're making a new Turak. Please, I've seen Karegnath hordes bigger than this in Monster Hunter try on the Wii you. Even with tutorials at the maximum blast, you are never going to be as good as I am at this game. As an old pro that's played both monster hunters, I got to say, man.

You kids have got it so easy today. He's really trying to start some shit. With these Monster hunters, back in Monster Hunter 2, you had to know how to fight a dinosaur in real life to win. Now they do everything for you. The hardest part of this game is getting it to run, which was not a problem for me. It's actually crazy how bad it is. The optimization, the thing is, like, I feel bad for Capcom in a way because it's like you have, I feel bad for the devs of the game. Because the devs of the game really made a great game.

but it's just not well optimized. It's not well optimized, and a lot of people can't play it to the capacity that they should be able to play it. Because I've played the on the PS5 Pro. I have a level two sword now. This way when I miss, it would have did more damage.

Every monster I fought so far as phenomenal, just such a nice level of spiciness to each one of them. And apparently this game is open world, which I did not even realize, because every mission this game is a trailing mission. People who play Monster Hunter will argue that the first 50 hours of the game doesn't even count because that's the part of the game with cut scenes and talking and nobody likes the storyline in Monster Hunter,

but they keep doing it because they don't like us. Well, they have to have a storyline. No, no, I feel like I want there to be a storyline in Monster Hunter, but I almost want the story to be bad. Like every plot device in a story has to be something really stupid. Why? because it reminds me of like a porn where like they have like yeah

I'm here to deliver pizzas and it's like yeah sure right like where's the where's the big monster that I have to kill no really no I feel like Monster Hunter storylines the exact same thing when you're watching like that's it you're watching it you're like okay

when's the action going to start skip skip skip skip skip skip skip am I wrong in saying that people do the exact same thing with Monster Hunter Wilds It's a burn boat. They're always trying to spin it like you're such a hero for killing these monsters. The only reason Capcom makes these games is to develop the technology for the food cutscenes. So tie that end to the storyline.

You should just play. Unless it was Dragon's Dogma 2, where they just ran out of money and time, and they just recorded a steak cooking. And then they said, here's the steak. This is the food cut scene. It's a literal steak being cooked. Stupid caveman that hunts monsters Yeah, that's normal, right?

Do you think that the Shagamo will attack Kanofa village? Not sure. Wow. Didn't we see this one in the, wasn't this in the Elon protest rally? I think this girl was at that rally. She should have said not a chance. The writing in this game sucks. I like the Wudwoods.

And I like the monsters in Monster Horn. Oh, and I like hunting the monsters and monster hunt. Perfection. And I like the armor that you make for your cat out of the monsters from monster. He used the same one that I did. It's so good. This is one of the only games where you the player can say, Kitty cats, get my steak back to base.

There's a lot to like in this game, except for whenever the characters are talking to me. I love you. Everybody agrees that nobody gives a shit about the story. It's like imagine being the guy whose job it is to write the story. It's like, do you hate your job or do you love your job? Because you could hate your job because you feel unfulfilled that nobody likes it. Or you could love your job because it doesn't matter what you do. You get paid anyway.

I don't know. Which one would it be? It's the rocks that we just went under, you moron. So yeah, I might do a video for this game. Might not. we'll see. The way Monster Hunter works is that they always put out the junk version of the game first, and then if you wait like a year or two, they put out the real version of the game. You should probably just wait for that. Yeah, they're going to do that with Dragons Dogmo 2, right, guys?

They're going to put out the good version of the game. It's going to come out really soon because it's been a year, right? So it's got to be, they've got to announce it really soon. I mean, Edzuno, the main guy, the creative director of the game, leaving Capcom, surely that doesn't mean that they would have just abandoned the game, right? Surely they wouldn't do that. Version, but I don't care. See you. Man. Man.

I got to say, I have to tell you, you're right. It's actually so good. It's such a good fucking game. What Hunter rank am I? I'll show you. Did you find the rat? I did. I found the rat and there was a bonus.

Yeah, so I've been, yeah, so basically there were three dead rats in my, actually four total dead rats and that's four so far. I don't know if there's going to be any more of them or anything like that. I just don't know yet. But this is my character's gear, right?

And so I've got, I've got pretty much all my shit set up. and I can show you here that I made two different sets and I've got my other load out here. This is my second load out from my Ebony Odigeron set. I don't really like this set very much. Like I know people like it's better for damage, but I feel like the Guardian Arkfeld set is just better in general. It just gives me like basically more solutions to problems.

But that's pretty much where I've got going on here. And here's like my, uh, here's my build here. I've got a little bit of defense as well, just to survive more. And, uh, yeah, uh, Jen's a pretty good balance because it's high-ranked armor and it as Agitator. Yeah, but I could also use like a, like I have, no, I don't have Agitator. But I'm not really using Agitator isn't super important. What I really should be swapping over is I should use two points of burst as well, because that's what would really be valuable to and then I could drop divine blessing for it

or I could put divine blessing on my gems instead and replace defense boost. So if I replace defense boost and recovery up with divine blessing and then I use the burst necklace, then that would actually be better as well. Remove flare? Well, I don't have flayer.

Flare is just something that's natively on my gear. So I don't have it naturally. It's just there. Well, what can I do for you? And so you know what? Maybe I should do that. Do you guys think I should do that? Yeah, let me see if I can do that. So if I change my necklace and I use the different necklace here, wait, I don't have it?

So like my mindset is that I might not have like a really good speed run build but I feel like my build at a baseline is really good. Like, it's not like the best build for like clearing bosses really fast, but it's extremely efficient and really good. Try heavy bow gun. Seven minutes is fine. Well, it was also a sleigh, right?

So it would have been probably a five-minute trap. Gunlance holds top three speed run. Yeah, I mean, like, Gunlance is my new main. It is. This is it. I heard that there's like, there was a lot of quality of life that was added in Wilds versus World. So I'm not really looking at like kind of going back and playing like, because I'll probably play World again at some point and like finish it. But I never beat Fatalus. That was the only thing I didn't beat. And at some point if I do that, you know, I'll probably just stick with Great Sword.
