Starting point is 00:00:00 So this dumb, retarded bitch that recorded somebody in their house naked on DoorDash, and instead of going to police about being sexually assaulted, she decided instead of that, that she was going to go and go out to the public and post this guy naked on his sofa in his own house to the world. The police don't care. TikTok banned her, and she also got arrested for two charges because of this. and now it seems like TikTok is deleting it too? Police are doing nothing.
Starting point is 00:00:35 Girl, I bet she wishes they were doing nothing right now because now we have Austin's statement from the police. I got a fresh blowout new pajamas, let's get into it. I've got the statement. This comes from Stephanie, the attorney. Let's read. So if you recall, the incident happened on October 12th, Austin gives a statement to the Oswego police on October 23rd.
Starting point is 00:00:53 It's important to know why there's a gap. We're going to find out. He said on October 12th, I was drunk and apparently ordered DoorDash to my residence. I don't remember ordering DoorDash, but there you go. And he apparently fell asleep on the couch. I believe him. He states he was naked from the waist down but had a shirt on. He said when he woke up, he received a notification from DoorDash.
Starting point is 00:01:13 And in the background... Well, at the end of the day, you couldn't see his dick. All right? You couldn't see his dick. Yeah, he wasn't wearing any clothes. But let's not act like something horrible happened here. The photo, it showed him asleep with his genitals out. Right.
Starting point is 00:01:30 If we recall, the next morning is when the police initially questioned him and he apologized and said that's not like him. And now why there's a gap? Because a week later, he opened TikTok and saw himself on her account. The video was the video that DoorDasher took of him with 28.8 million views. And it was Olivia's account, which was his doordasher. It made him feel unsafe, humiliated, all those things. And she also posted his first name and his street number. Damn, bro.
Starting point is 00:01:57 So this stupid bitch is doxing, too? they got a crucifier they gotta do that this line is just him saying I did not give her permission to do this and I want to press any and all charges yes he should start to go fund me
Starting point is 00:02:13 I'd donate and this was filed October 23rd so more than 12 days after the initial incident happened yes and if we recall she wasn't arrested for again we have to this is we are our goal
Starting point is 00:02:25 again the goal what is the goal total Karen, obliteration. That is the goal. Every single one. More than a week later because there had to be an investigation done. Yes.
Starting point is 00:02:41 And now Olivia, aka IRL Monster Hide-all, is facing two felony charges, unlawful surveillance, and then the dissemination of that surveillance, which was putting the video here on the internet. Yep. So it sounds like nobody knew about this video. She didn't admit it in her initial police report. She didn't. Oh, she didn't.
Starting point is 00:02:57 So, oh, she didn't, she didn't show that. and wait, so she filed a police report, but she didn't show the video of it happening? Yeah, probably because the video wasn't bad enough. She knew what she was doing. Nobody knew until he saw it, and then he filed a police report, which I think was very smart on his part instead of jumping on TikTok. Like everybody's like, where is he to defend himself? Y'all, this isn't real life. Out there is real life.
Starting point is 00:03:19 He did the right thing. So she pulled a Casey Tron. That's funny. That's really funny. What are the odds of that? And again, all this comes from Stephanie. Guys, go follow her. She's a phenomenal attorney in New York where this is actually happening.
Starting point is 00:03:34 Let's hear it in the comments. If there's still an Olivia defender out there, I want to hear from you. Because y'all are still sliding in my DMs. That's the only place y'all are. I'm not seeing y'all comments. Y'all are like in my DMs like, I'm a terrible person. No, I'm just bringing the facts. This is ridiculous.
Starting point is 00:03:48 Okay, good night. DM me instead. You cry to me instead. You want to crash out? You want to get mad. Cry to me instead. That way I can use you for content. I love this story.
Starting point is 00:03:58 They just fired me. And the police are doing nothing. I lost my bills. This TikTok door dash driver just went from viral victim to felony defendant after she came online. Violent victim to felony defendant. Oh, wow. How does that happen? Saying that she was essayed on the job.
Starting point is 00:04:16 And now she's facing years in prison for the video that she posted herself. Three days ago, October 12, 2025. I was a victim of essay by a DoorDash customer while I was doing my job as a DoorDash driver. The DoorDash customer requested that their order be left at their front door. Their front door was wide open. Their lights were on. They were sleeping on the couch within the eyesight of the front door with their pants and underwear pulled down to their ankles and they were indecently exposed to me.
Starting point is 00:04:38 Well, as it turns out, that's not exactly what happened. If you need a perfect example of how it has a viral like victim story can flip upside down. This is it. Because this video was posted in mid-October by Olivia. By the way, this girl that did this, this is the kind of stuff that makes people not believe girls that come out with stories of sexual assault is disgusting, weird, uh, parasites like this. Like this girl was made to dig potatoes out of the ground and, uh, you know, fucking not even know how to read.
Starting point is 00:05:08 And it is a true crime against humanity that she was given a computer. It's like given a monkey in AK-47. You're not helping the monkey. He doesn't need that. Henderson or IRL Monster Hide-all on TikTok. And she went viral. Just the way it is a door-dash driver who claimed that she was essayed on the job. And now, as of last week,
Starting point is 00:05:32 She's been arrested, charged with two felonies and could be facing years in prison. And depending on who you asked, she's either a woman who reported a traumatic event or someone who turned a drunk sleeping customer into content and then lied about it for clout. Well, she obviously lied about it. Like, yeah. To DoorDash. And DoorDash did ban the customer. And then two days later, DoorDash banned me, which doesn't seem unrelated. They didn't even provide.
Starting point is 00:05:54 If I was DoorDash, I would have done that exact same thing. I would have said, oh, okay, this is a problem. All right, everybody involved is. everybody's fired everybody's banned me a reason for my um deactivation they're supposed to send an email they didn't and within 12 hours afterward they had already denied my appeal door dash deacadate me for exposing my assaulter and ticot is currently punishing me for exposing my story i really hope she gets sent to jail i think the probability of that is so low but hopefully all of the court fees and everything like that will be enough of a punishment i can't wait to see this get worse
Starting point is 00:06:30 I also reported this to the police and the police are doing nothing. I was assaulted. I lost my job. I'm the victim. Yeesh. Yeah, true. This whole thing just starts back in October 20th and Oswego, New York. Olivia was delivering an order for DoorDash and according to her, the customer asked for the food to be left at the front door. She said that she walked up to the house and found the front door wide open. Lights on and the customer lying on his couch with his pants and underwear pulled down to his ankles. She described him as fully exposed and said,
Starting point is 00:07:00 that she'd been put in danger simply by doing her job. Now, obviously, that's not an ideal situation to witness on the job, but it could also be... That's one way to say it? Explained as a guy who got super drunk, ordered some Wendy's, and then passed out before it got there. Not a great look, but... I mean, if I was DoorDash and I had a person report that a guy did that, I'd ban the guy too. Like, I don't think DoorDash did anything wrong. Like, because, again, like, you don't know whether she opened the door or not.
Starting point is 00:07:30 Like basically, like it was kind of dumb that he did that. But if the door wasn't open, then she is 100% in the wrong. And if the door was open, she's only 90% in the wrong. I think it's illegal to do that, especially because he was in his own house and he wanted the order at his front door. Yeah. But more on that later. So in her first series of videos, she told the story with the tone of someone who's still shaking from what happened. She said everything was caught on camera.
Starting point is 00:07:56 She also said that she didn't want this to happen to any other women, which is why she can't. came forward with this story on TikTok. And with the video, she also reported this to DoorDash and the police. And her initial post grabbed more than 22 million views for a brief moment. And TikTok seemed ready to rally around her. Oh, but that didn't last long. Because within days, TikTok removed her video for violating community guidelines. And the talk around her started changing.
Starting point is 00:08:18 There you go. Because she posted more videos saying that TikTok kept trying to silence her. And then she said that DoorDash fired her for reporting an incident. And she said the police were punished. I can't wait because this is the beginning. This is what I think is funny. this is the beginning of her spiral. She might not know it yet,
Starting point is 00:08:34 but this is the beginning of the end. She's watching her instead of helping her. So see, that seems odd when three entities are suddenly going against her at once. So everybody thinks that she's retarded. The police think she's retarded, DoorDash thinks she's retarded, TikTok thinks she's retarded. Huh.
Starting point is 00:08:56 What's going on? One of the biggest points in chaos of this entire story is the debate over whether Olivia actually walked up to an already open door or pushed it open herself. In the first video, she insisted the door was actually wide open when she arrived, meaning the guy on purpose left his door open for her. Thus, as she claims, he left himself exposed for her to see. But pretty fast, other creators started putting out screenshots and showed that she had quietly deleted an earlier version of that video, one that showed her nudging the door open before handing to the sleeping guy on the couch. And the original clip was deleted, but I don't think this has anything to do with TikTok,
Starting point is 00:09:31 silencing her here because she posted a video of a dude laying there exposed on his couch in his own house and she posted it for millions of it's also that they have a rule against nudity so if you're posting a guy that's nude you broke the rules what what what people online to see I don't know about you guys, but I think the video got deleted because of that. So obviously, that's not allowed on the platform. Hence why I can show the clip here. But there were these side-by-side screenshots and started popping up of whether... If the video that she uploaded had the door closed more...
Starting point is 00:10:22 Sorry, if the video that she uploaded, the cropped photo, if she did that, she 100% opened the door. Sorry. Yep. You don't... Because, again, where there's smoke, there's fire. A person engaging in good faith would never do that. Only a person that's trying to deceive you would do that. She needs to be on the sex offender list.
Starting point is 00:10:47 I agree. I totally agree with you. The door was closed or left open. Either way, dude is in his own house, so is this illegal? No. But my main question is, why is she walking around in this dude's house? Like, drop the food on the dormant, take a picture, and move on to your next order. You don't need to be...
Starting point is 00:11:05 Right. Hello? There's no reason to play Resident Evil in someone's house. This whole situation doesn't make sense whatsoever. Did she just use this as a ploy for attention? Jeez, God. I wonder what it is. Yep.
Starting point is 00:11:28 That's right. That's it. And hey, she got the attention. From the police, because now she's getting charged with two felonies. Ah, too bad. How is it hard to understand to not walk into someone's house? and post a video of them laying naked on their couch to millions of people on the internet. That's just so unacceptable.
Starting point is 00:11:54 But I think one of the reasons this whole thing went so viral, other than the fact this girl's thought process is borderline crazy, is that no one could agree about the push door or was the door wide open. And I mean, I get why there's a hang up here because if she acts. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. If she deleted a version with the door that's more closed, that's the end of the conversation to me. that's it
Starting point is 00:12:20 that all right that's all I need I need one point on a graph right there I draw the whole line I say it's really just that simple she's probably planning on making only fans content I got a feeling that's not going to work out actually you know push the door open
Starting point is 00:12:42 to record a guy just laying there in his house and then you know turned herself into the victim she's insane and then we for sure have another member of the Hall of Fame of Influence from Morons at this point point, I need to start holding introduction ceremonies for these kinds of idiots because I should be starting my videos like, welcome to the newest idiot who's now facing jail time for some social media content. I love it. I do. I love these videos. These are, it's beautiful.
Starting point is 00:13:05 At this rate, I'd say a lot of my videos are kind of like that. Anyway, there's a ring camera of her opening the door as far as I heard. It's a, it's a rumor. Nobody knows that. I heard it, but it's a rumor. We're going about the lighting, angles, wood grain, everything. But this is where the story took a life of its own. because while she was telling millions of people that DoorDash and TikTok were trying to bury her truth, police were piecing together a version of the events that looked very different from what she originally stated online. Because eventually, the police stepped in with her own findings, citing ring doorbell footage that reportedly showed her opening the door herself. Yeah, I mean, if there's footage of her opening the door, I think like this is jail time and sex offender list. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:13:48 100%. Yeah, it's Gigi Why did you do that? So ladies and gentlemen No, no, she did it for attention. That's the reason why she did it. It's pretty simple. Like a lot of these people are attention-starved narcissistic freaks
Starting point is 00:14:00 and they have no problem acting like victims, co-opting legitimate issues like sexual assault for their own, you know, fragile egos and trespassing. Yes, total care and obliteration. That's right.
Starting point is 00:14:15 Got her. I have your door dash. Number one. Why would you ever? do this to begin with. And number two, why would you do this when there's a ring doorbell camera right there next to the door? Because people like this are stupid. That's the reason why. They don't think past that. Opening. Like, did you not think he was going to review the footage after you exposed him to millions of people online? Well, people like this. Here's the problem is that girls
Starting point is 00:14:43 like this and people like this in general are so used to, they're used to getting their way and getting preferential treatment and being treated with kid gloves no matter what they do wrong, that they do it for so long that they just get used to it. And they get lazy. Like, you guys have seen this like a lot of girls. Yeah, women are massive beneficiaries of this. And I think that they're overwhelming the majority of beneficiaries. But you know this. Like, have you guys known anybody that like sells drugs and like they got, they get caught? And like eventually, like at the beginning, you know, they're starting on like a burner phone, right? like, you know, one of the Walmart ones, and like a prepaid. And then eventually they have some of
Starting point is 00:15:26 their main contacts on their actual phone. And then after a little bit longer, you get sloppier and sloppier and sloppier and then you get caught. Right? That's what happens. I think a lot of guys do that. Yeah, they use telegram now. Sure. Well, that's so dumb. Yeah, I'm telling you. Yeah, then they buy a hundred K car. I actually have a friend that did that. Yeah. Did not. Did not. go so well. Took a vacation. They get confident? Yeah, exactly. So this is the same, this is the same paradigm. His pants down. What did you think was going to happen? Either way, according to the police in Oswego, the man in the video was not sitting there waiting to expose himself to the delivery driver. He was sleeping and drunk, lying on his couch with no idea what was going on. And thankfully
Starting point is 00:16:12 for him, the doorbell camera footage reportedly showed her opening the door herself, which does not add up with her story. So door to- Well, if she opened the door herself, then I mean, she's just very obviously the one in the wrong. It's not even a question. She wanted to sell the guy out as a sex offender for clicks, no sympathy. Absolutely. Absolutely. And the thing is that if that had gone through, think about it like this. If she had gotten what she wanted, his life would have been ruined. So it's only fair that her life gets ruined instead. I have that tree downstairs. I didn't even know they still had these. I've got this. Yeah, I have. I have. this tree. It's next to my TV.
Starting point is 00:16:59 Finally responded with its own statement. Without naming her, they said they take these kind of reports extremely seriously. And they never deactivate someone from reporting it full stop. But they said that posting the video of a customer inside of their home, along with their personal details, was a clear violation of their policies.
Starting point is 00:17:15 Oh, and it's not even a question. Said that was the reason her account was deactivated. And they deactivated the customer's account, too, while they were investigating. And they also added that she still had full access were money. Then everything hit a wall on November 10th because that's when officers arrested Olivia Henderson. You charged her with two counts of Class E felonies. Unlawful. It's good start. She even posted his address on top with the name of the sexual assault allegation. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:17:39 the people like this, they'll ruin your life. They'll ruin your life for cloud. Surveillance and dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image. And these charges usually apply to people who secretly record others in private settings, bathrooms, bedrooms, changing rooms, that kind of thing. But the legal idea is the same. Recording someone inside of of their home when they have an expectation of privacy is criminal, even if the camera is obviously. So obviously. Outside of the door. And here's a pretty good easy way to look at this, right? If you are standing on the sidewalk and some guy is, let's say you're a dad and some guy is recording your
Starting point is 00:18:17 daughter from outside of your house through the window, do you want that guy in the sex offender registry. Probably not. You probably want them in the morgue. But a sex offender registry is the best next best thing, right? Yeah. So that's it. Yeah. No, no, that's just the way it is. That's the way it is. It's obvious. Said that she filmed a sleeping person and posted it publicly, which is exactly what these laws are written for. So the bottom line is, police found no proof of essay and the man was asleep. And Olivia admitted the instructions for her order said to leave the food at the door, not inside of the home as she filmed. Her last TikTok was posted on October 26th, right after she said
Starting point is 00:19:04 that she was being punished for reporting what happened. After the arrest, she didn't post anything at all. No defense, no clarification, no follow up about what she plans to say in court. Her current next hearing is on December. And also apparently, like from the video that we just saw, she did not even show them the video of
Starting point is 00:19:20 herself recording the guy. That to me is like so damning. That not only did she post a seemingly edited version of the video on on TikTok, but she didn't give the police the raw video as admissible footage whenever she reported it. That's crazy. And depending on how the judge sees all the evidence, she could be looking at a whole lot of time here. And this can range from probation to years in state prison.
Starting point is 00:19:50 Because it looks like a classy felony in New York can carry up to four years. And she's charged with... There's no way she's going to... Like, it's a white girl. She's probably going to get off. I know. I know. I know, guys. I know. But, you know. Two classy felonies. So that could be a combined maximum of eight years in prison.
Starting point is 00:20:20 Either way, it's no longer a he said she said, and it's definitely not a conspiracy that TikTok doesn't want you to hear about. This is a criminal case with evidence and surveillance footage who was provided by the perpetrator. Yet again. What? Poor clout. How does this keep on happening? No, obviously, gig workers deal with real risks every day.
Starting point is 00:20:39 Yes, women face real threats with entering private. spaces alone. And yes, some companies have absolutely punished workers for speaking up. But if you film someone in their own home, posted online, accuse them of a crime. Well, whenever you make a decision based off of something else that happened, whenever the situation that you're talking about is different than what happened in the situation that you're making a decision on, you're, you're being a retard. You're being a retard because whenever you make decisions based off of criteria from something that didn't happen or it happened with something else, you're out of your fucking mind. When you lie. Yeah, exactly. So what I'm saying is people are confused. Okay, let me say it again.
Starting point is 00:21:17 So basically, if you take a situation that happened and then you base your decision on what happened in this situation off of another situation that happened in the past and you just assume that the same thing happened in a new situation, even though the variables are different, you're being a retard. Does that make sense? I feel like it's pretty fucking obvious, right? You lost me? My dick stuck in the blender now? It's turned on, right? Say never happened.
Starting point is 00:21:50 And then you claim that you're being silenced when the platform you're on takes you down. You're in for it. I was working. I was literally working. You were. And they deactivated me. This is related. They just punished me for posting about my fault while door dashing.
Starting point is 00:22:06 They just fired me. And the police are doing nothing. I'm just saying that's not advocacy. That's just clout chasing. So it'll be. I'll be interested to see what actually happens in December, and I'll keep you guys posted as more details come out. So, feel free to subscribe for new. Drop a like if you enjoyed this video, and I'll see you guys in the next one.
Starting point is 00:22:26 Peace. What a stupid bitch. Oh, my God. Well, luckily, you know, now her life is going to be ruined because of this. This is the beginning of the end for her. And that's, thank God.
