Are you good with the growth opportunities that Eclipse season brought?
Me too.
I'm happy to announce that,
This week's astrology is really cute.
It's really lovely and it's very affirming.
And I think it's going to bring us a much needed refresh.
Hello and welcome.
This is the astrology of the week ahead podcast.
And I'm your host, Channy Nicholas.
In this podcast, we look at the astrology of the upcoming week and how it will be landing for all of us collectively.
For a more personalized reading that dives into the ways that this week's astrology will play out for you,
download the Chani app for iPhone.
All right, y'all, we have a couple of excellent astrological moments this week, and that's it.
It's simple, it's straightforward.
It is to the point, and it's lovely, and I am excited to share it with you.
On November 21st, that's Monday, we have a Mercury Conductive.
Junct Venus. In general, this kind of astrology helps us to make affirming connections.
It helps us to deliver our message in a way that is going to land with other people and create an
opening and facilitate relationships. Right now, Mercury is in Sagittarius, which is the sign of
its detriment or of its exile. It's a sign that is opposite to where it is most comfortable.
That means that instead of being succinct and specific and able to categorize things,
Mercury goes off on grand adventures and maybe misses the original point of the excursion,
but gets to some kind of knowledge, gets to,
some kind of treasure trove of information that it didn't even have in its awareness in the first
place. So if you notice, people with Mercury and Sajj go everywhere in their mind, in their
research, in their conversation, in their work, they go exploring. They go on vast
adventures. And again, they might not get to the point, but that wasn't really the point, or it's
never the goal, we could say, for Mercury in Sajge. They are exquisite adventures of the mind and
conversation. And their aim is to take you on a grand tour of a subject. So Monday's astrology is
encouraging us to do the same and to do so also in our relationships. It's about being on the
adventure of connection. And it is also affirming something about our ability to send sweet or
loving or lovely messages and also to receive them. So the 21st is a great day for conversation.
It's a great day for translating something. It's a great day for getting your point across and
connecting to others with it. And again, it's about having a kind of spirit of
of adventure in the conversation. That can be really helpful. Speaking of adventure, the sun enters
Sagittarius on November 22nd at 12.20 a.m. Pacific time. And thus, eclipse season has officially
come to a close because the sun has left the sign that it was in while two eclipses happened.
Also, we can say that eclipse season is officially over because on Wednesday the 23rd at 257 p.m.
There is a new moon in Sagittarius.
So whether you look at the sun changing sign as the end of eclipse season or the next moon that is not an eclipse happening, both of those happen this week.
We're done, done.
We're good.
Thank you so much, eclipses.
We will visit you again in six months.
but this is a new chapter and we are here for it.
Okay, so why am I so excited about this new moon?
Besides the fact that it's not an eclipse, yay, yay, yay, double yay.
I'm really excited about it because the sun and the moon come together on Wednesday
and then the moon makes a conjunction to Venus and then to Mercury.
And it also makes a sexile to Saturn way before it makes an opposition to
Mars. If astrology is new to you, that probably sounded like something that didn't make any sense.
Basically, this is one of the reasons why I'm excited. Because the sun and moon come together and make a
new start. And then the moon bumps into Venus, which is a really lovely signification. Again,
it brings about sweetness and connection and friendship and some kind of ease. Eventually, it'll go on
to oppose Mars and Mars is sitting in a whole sign opposition to this new moon, which I wouldn't
choose because Mars is currently retrograde and causing all kinds of commotion, but also helping us to
dig deep into some aspect of our life, whatever part of our chart contains Gemini.
And it's not lovely to have Mars in opposition to anything because it is like having
an adversary. But again, this new moon does some things or is seemingly protected from that at first.
So it's still a really good start to something. So we're out of eclipse season. It is a moment to feel like
we can press the refresh button and have a new start in a particular area of our life. And it's
aided or gifted by Venus. But not only that, on the same day, like,
a couple minutes later, really five minutes later, Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius,
stations direct. Now, when a planet is stationing direct, it pulls focus, same if it's
stationing retrograde. But when it's stationing direct, there's a quality of positivity or
forward motion towards it. And we tend to favor forward motion. So it feels like a
another positive signature. And because Jupiter's pulling focus, it's important to note that Jupiter is
the planet that is doing good or is concerned with bringing abundance, bringing opportunity,
helping us to feel expansive and opened and also kind of relaxed. Both Venus and Jupiter
are, you know, quote unquote, good planets or they are the benefix. And when good things,
things happen. We tend to soften. We tend to open. We tend to be more receptive. So the planet of
abundance and growth and wisdom is pulling focus. And it's in the sign that it rules. It's in Pisces.
And it also rules Sagittarius, the sign that this new moon is in. So that also feels good. So it's a new
sun sign season. It's Sagittarius season on the 22nd. And then right away on the 23rd, it's
a new moon. It's a new lunar cycle. So new, new, new. And then Jupiter changes directions and goes
forward. And this is when it can also do the most good in its own sign and moving forward.
So that's like new, new and yay. So I love this. And then also Monday's astrology is really lovely.
It's that Venus Mercury conjunction, something is being said that's sweet and affirmative and
feels like good news.
And that's the astrology of the week.
That's it.
That's all that happens.
So all of that feels like it's got some really lovely potential at the very least to help
us feel like, okay, well, that was intense.
But here we go.
There's something new here.
There's a bit of a refresh happening in this at least one area of my life.
and I think it's really important to remember that we're able to always begin again.
That is a kind of permission we need to give ourselves over and over and over again.
I don't know about you, but I make mistakes all the time.
I do things.
And then I think, wow, I wish I really didn't do it that way.
If I could go back again, I'd do it totally differently.
And I can't go back again.
So I'm either left with a sense of regret or,
I give myself a refresh and say, okay, because now I know that, I'm going to move forward and make
sure that that doesn't happen again to the best of my ability. And so having these monthly
reminders, having these 28-dayish reminders that we are here to always be in a process of renewal,
I think is really important for our psychology. And it's obviously something we go through every day,
Every morning we get a brand new day.
So we are beings that are constantly in a birth and death kind of process.
We awaken in the morning and we go into sleep at night.
We go through the seasons that brighten and fade.
And we go through these lunar cycles that begin again and go through a beautiful apex and then go back to a new beginning.
So this is our invitation to say,
what do I need to lay down? What do I need to give myself a moment with to say, I'm allowed to do this again?
I'm allowed to have a second chance. I'm allowed to feel like I deserve a new start and say, I'm going to get up, dust myself off, and start all over again.
So to whatever degree you need that permission this week is giving it to you.
Jupiter stationing direct in Pisces is also really interesting because it's only going to be in Pisces for one more month. It will be here until December 20th and then it will be gone for about another 12 years. So the part of your chart that contains Pisces is getting this last little moment of bliss or opening or an ability to receive what it is that part of your life needs. So,
Go and read your Jupiter and Pisces horoscope.
Go and listen to your weekly reading.
And you'll hear me talk a lot about what this new moon means for you specifically
and what Jupiter and Pisces Stationing Direct means for you
and how the two go together.
All right, y'all, I just wanted to say thank you again for leaving reviews in the App Store.

Heart, heart, heart.

Sending you so much love, many, many, many new moon blessings.
May we remember that we are worthy of second chances.
We are worthy of a refresh.
And it's quite simply just being in alignment with all of nature.
and the moon itself.
Bye for now.
