Starting point is 00:00:00 Get a legends and welcome to another rip episode of the Anti-Donna podcast. This week we are joined by the hilarious Ben Russell to talk about time to die, which you can watch at 10play.com.au right now. More about that in this very funny episode. Yeah listen to the only drama podcast The greatest fucking podcast in the world Burnin' my Kentucky sometimes and guess We hope you enjoy the part of the fucking podcast Hey everybody, welcome to the podcast My name is Broden Kelly
Starting point is 00:00:36 Yeah Hi, bro, I don't know you Pretty good Hey everybody, Ben Russell's on We're gonna do a podcast with him everybody. Hey Ben, hello. We're just a couple of boys doing a podcast on the internet, aren't we? Yes, I believe we are.
Starting point is 00:00:59 We're just a couple of boys doing a podcast for each other too. Aren't we Ben? Yeah, well I mean, we're doing it for each other. I don't even say I'm doing it. We love doing a podcast. We love doing a podcast. We love doing a podcast. We love doing a podcast. We love doing a podcast.
Starting point is 00:01:16 Yeah, I like doing a podcast. You enjoy the podcast. That's a good way to show the fans something a little less. Hmm, rest. Well, and that and you could just sort of do it. You know, you spend a day banking them up, you know, and then you don't really have to think about it for a little while and it still keeps coming out.
Starting point is 00:01:35 So it's good to just stay in there, you know. A podcast is used on the internet. It's like the radio, but it's for a younger generation. You click down there when you want and you listen to it later at the next time. I would just have to be honest. I don't listen to a lot of podcasts. I certainly don't listen to comedy posts. No, I listen to a history podcast. Oh, yeah. I specifically like podcasts. Because it's like a cold Hollywood. Oh yeah, listening to what about physics at the moment.
Starting point is 00:02:08 It's pretty interesting. It's a little, a little, like, a little hype. But I'm struggling. I have to go back quite a bit. And they're like, we imagine it like a way, but I'm like, when I listen to that four times, it doesn't make any sense. I love, I mean, I love a bit of hardcore history, or the dude is in it.
Starting point is 00:02:24 Dan Carlin is like, imagine, you're sitting on a desert plane and the great Mongolian force is coming. Imagine that, the sheer terror than that could happen then. You know, I love his voice. Did you guys like my song? Oh, he's saying. He's saying his song. Yeah, you were part of it too.
Starting point is 00:02:44 Can I hear it again? Yeah, sure. Absolutely. I didn't realize that was what you were with before. No, I was just having an awesome song. I would have started along if I'd known. I didn't even realize it would start. We could sing along with me this time if you really want.
Starting point is 00:02:54 Okay, I win the song start. Okay, happy to. Right? Okay. Podcasts, doing a podcast, doing a podcast, my body's been in ZEC. Podcasts, doing a podcast, are we, been in ZEC Podcast, doing a podcast, aren't we, ZEC? Sorry, I'm a little confused, I thought we were gonna sing a song and then you just started talking about the podcast again.
Starting point is 00:03:13 Yeah, I thought... I forgot it. That's okay, I guess we'll just run, like, run with it. I can talk about the podcast. I was doing a podcast, doing a one with my best friends, Ben and ZEC. Oh yeah, we're doing a podcast. Yeah, yeah. Aren't we Ben?
Starting point is 00:03:27 That is good. I think that that's nice that you cover me your best friend. Yeah, it's very lovely of you to do that, bro. But should we get on with the song? I consider you both close friends. Oh, thank you. That's very kind of. A podcast is a thing on the internet where you learn things
Starting point is 00:03:40 and you write bad things. And the internet download your podcast. That's what you do with your best friends eight the best year old this week it's in the Greek Greek like Greek the Greek cabbub with the Greek cabbub
Starting point is 00:03:59 yeah it's it was amazing how the smokiness real meat like that good home cooked meat and home You're right, yeah, delicious. Sorry, no, no, so you go You go A year or a six traditional Greek food that you have with a bit of bread Everybody sing along if you love euros So my question about euros It seems that a lot of countries and cultures have
Starting point is 00:04:25 independently come to break. Yes, that's a thing. Is that because of you know trade and some of the English but also was it independent but also there is independent sort of coming up of ideas and so I did the song twice. Oh, so that was the song. Huh. Exactly. No, I thought you were talking quite rhythmically, but you know, you got a tonal voice. I quite enjoyed you opening up to us a little bit. You know, I think it's nice. Then, you know, because, Broden, you can be sometimes you're afraid to see that, to show
Starting point is 00:05:04 that vulnerability in the artist's hand. Yeah, that's what I say. Give me one example. Better out than in is what I say. I see a big tough man. And I say, hey, there's a little door right here on your chest. Open it up. Let us see that heart of yours, because it's a big heart.
Starting point is 00:05:17 It's a big fucking heart. It's a big fucking heart, bro. It's a big heart, bro. And the world wants to pop a big look at it. Hi, I'd like to see your heart. Excuse me, can I cop a mad throw of eyes across your heart, please, Chief? Oh, excuse me. Hi. I'm just a random regular fella, and I would like to see your heart.
Starting point is 00:05:40 I want to throw some papers across that fucking... Big mother fucking heart of yours you bitch. There's a lot of things that are tough you know punches and fights. Do you know I think the strongest thing to do? What? Showing yourself for who you truly are. Oh and showing that heart of yours. Well that definitely takes a bit of courage, doesn't it, Zach? Yes, it does absolutely. Okay, so what is this? I don't know what it is. We're going to help you open up, bro.
Starting point is 00:06:10 I sort of like, this is, you know, sort of spiritual therapy healers. This is Ben and Zach. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, hi, hi. Listen. Oh. I've got a Yy egg in me right now what's the only egg?
Starting point is 00:06:28 oh what's a younger bro don't let me tell you you're asking questions um they're not ready for the answer yeah I like Top Gun you're asking questions that your body can't catch yes yes oh I'm not saying that Phil I don't watch television they say I don't I just don't even have a television in my house I watch television with my partner Hey, he likes television and I watch the television program through a little hole And I said what's going on there?
Starting point is 00:06:55 What's going on next person is talking then this person is talking then this person I said they're having a conversation and that's what we're having right now, aren't we, Broden? It's something called editing. So even though, it's what it's like. No, that's what I hear. When people are on their phones, everyone's on their phones. Hello. Hello.
Starting point is 00:07:20 What are you doing? What are you doing? What's the number one drug you have a problem with, Broden? Tell us about it. What's the dope-sick one? Oh, funny. Yes. He goes to the pharmaceuticals and the television. But television?
Starting point is 00:07:34 Not to the television. I would say the television is a drug. It's funny. You think you're looking through a window. It could be. He thinks he's looking through a window. Hello. Hold on, look at that. Hello.
Starting point is 00:07:44 I see you. I see that hollow. I see you, too. I see you, too. I see you. I feel so present around you. Hmm. He thinks he's looking into a window saying, Oh, I'm looking at this dope sick. Little does he realize he's actually looking
Starting point is 00:08:00 at the worst drug of all. The screen. The screen is the drug. The screen is the worst drug in the world. Blue light, blue light and screen. And screens. The children of today, honestly, it's the blue light gets into your back eyeball and it causes growth into your brain.
Starting point is 00:08:23 That's true. I believe that 100%. Oh, I could tell you for a fact that that's true. Now, just checking in. Still, Zach and I, and I, I'd like to change the name. I think, what would you like to be called? We choose our names here. My name at the farm is Ruban. Oh, my name. Ruban is Ruban. No, Ruban. Ruban. Ruban.
Starting point is 00:08:52 Ruban. Okay. And my name is Baru. Baru. Baru. Ruban and Baru. No, Ruban. Ruban.
Starting point is 00:09:02 Ruban. You're rolling the art a little happy. I'd say put some steps for that L. You're some steps for that L. Funny. I don't know your funny. Yes, I can be funny. That's what I said.
Starting point is 00:09:17 I said to you, I said, excuse me, I can be funny as well, because maths is the language of the universe but also humor is the best medicine. Your maths is a language? No, I didn't know that. It is. It's a universal language. Talk to me, Math. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:09:37 Oh, okay. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, Okay. Oh, one, two, three. Yes, exactly. One plus one equals two. That's words that I'm saying to you. Those are the natural numbers. What are the... And then unnatural numbers is when you get into the thousands. That's two.
Starting point is 00:09:58 That's not normal. Do I have decimal points? And that's the problem. Do you know? In societies, cities, the... Rubol and Boleroom. Sitting the Rubell and Bol Rums. Sitting here with Rubell and Bol Rube. In the Rubell?
Starting point is 00:10:08 Yeah, OK. And Bol Rums. My mistake. Humans were meant to live in tribes and villages. Oh, yeah. And we live now in urban environments. And there's been studies. There was a study done in 1967,
Starting point is 00:10:20 Bob, Rob, Bob. Rob, Bob, Bob. Rob, Bob. Rob, Bob. And then they did a study where he Discapped a bit part of the farm I would tell you know believe at the farm. Yes, and you know and I would say that when people When people with whatever people congregate and live in in a space Shared minds universal minds hive minds of more in the thousands, the unnatural numbers.
Starting point is 00:10:46 They get growths by their eyeballs. And that is true. They go into their brains. And that's what happens here. And that goes directly into the bloodstream. So everything you should be doing should be not in those thousands. And that's our community. We keep it at a tight 999.
Starting point is 00:11:04 That's right. We can make sure. Oh, you're from the farm of 99. You know, and that's our community. We keep it at a tight 999. That's right. We make sure. Oh, you're from the farm of 99, 9. Yeah. Yeah. Wow, that's amazing. There's no other way to phrase that.
Starting point is 00:11:13 We keep it at a tight 999. I'm not asking. He sounds worrying. He sounds like he said that he gets to 999. And then he doesn't like to, if it goes over, he's... Why are you just repeating what he said? I'm just sad that I don't have highlighting. He's highlighting right back to us.
Starting point is 00:11:32 We already know. I'm so... I don't mean to do that, Rue Bol. Hm, Monglulu. I know, he's Bop Rue. Exactly. Your Rue Bol. Would you like my name? Yes, I would.
Starting point is 00:11:45 We will now perform the ceremony that's been performed at the farm since the 1990s, called the Exchange of Names. Boru. Ribbon. Thank you. Thank me. But also, I'm thanking you. I would like to share with you now a cup of water. Water is within ourselves
Starting point is 00:12:16 the truth. What did you think of that, bro? I really liked that. That was really nice and soft. Reminded me of my uni days. Now, I know a lot of people. You either... There was just sort of... How many people do you think that you know every day? Well, I would hope that it's in those natural numbers. And that's we like to keep calm. And how many do you think you know each day? They say that you can only have sort of just a I would say like 35 friends, you know
Starting point is 00:12:49 That's sort of 35 to 40 friends to 50 friends. I don't know if you've heard of this Facebook. Yes People thousands of friends. Well, they know that that's different I was in it because it's on the screens. It's on the virtuals And what you've got to do is you've got to disconnect from that. You've got to disconnect from the screens in the case. They have blue light. Oh. And blue light goes into the back of the art board. Into the back of the art board.
Starting point is 00:13:15 And it causes growths right into the brain. On the growth, do you know why they call it blue light? Because it goes straight into your bloodstream. The blue blood. Look at your veins, is it red? No, it's blue. That's just the vein though. No, that's blue light, of course, that. People had red veins before colour, before the purer.
Starting point is 00:13:36 The purer's, yes. Yeah, really. Yes. You can't tell because of the black and white photography though. That's right, you can't see. Why do we bleed red but have blue veins? Let's see. Science has an answer to that.
Starting point is 00:13:48 I think they have. I think they have. He's an idiot. If he talks about it, he's an idiot. No, no, no. I think that we can solve this by just a moment of peace. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, yes, very nice. I'm sorry, I'm employing this moment of peace so much. I can't help but come in, is that okay?
Starting point is 00:14:12 I don't think it is. Oh, well, we like to share a glass of water, yes. I'm worried. Now, if I can interject just for a moment, you seem to love water and it seems to be all right communicating to one another. Tell me a bit about that. Well, there's nothing more.
Starting point is 00:14:32 If you break us down to the most common building blocks of the natural world, nature, it's water. Guess what? It's water. Water. And I don't think that that's on by accident. No. Do you? And that's why it's an accident. Do you think that that's an accident? No. That water is a large part of who we are. Do you think that that's an accident? I couldn't say. Exactly. You just said a few fucked up things. I've got a question.
Starting point is 00:15:01 Like it's the most of the shit's sounds pretty fucked. If I put 25... This is true though, bro. Like, I could see you going, this can't... I look at him. I look at Bro, that I can see him. Go, I can't believe this. I can't do this. I can't even think about this sort of thing in my brain.
Starting point is 00:15:20 You're just seeing me characters that are based entirely out of... You were doing a bit at the start, and now it's these fully formed sort of. I'm not a character any more than you know you're a character. What I am right is I'm I think when we think character when we think people we think an individual. What does my brain think when I think character and people? I think one and then when you go two people, three people, four people. Pretty quickly you've got over a thousand people. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:49 And do you know what happens when you've got a thousand people congregating in one urban environment? It's unnatural. It's unnatural. We were meant to be in villages and tribes. And your eyeballs, back your eyeballs, growth. Blue blood. Goes right into your bloodstream.
Starting point is 00:16:04 Right into your bloodstream, blue blood. I've got a question into your bloodstream. Right into your bloodstream, blue blood. I've got a question for you, Brody, and you're asking about the water earlier. Look at me when I ask him a question. Okay, sure. Brody, I just, sorry, you're just, you're upsetting me, Brody. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:16:15 No, that's okay. Yeah, Brody, you were talking earlier before about water. So you had a large crucible, a large, a grayle, right? And I'm talking very large, large enough to fit over a thousand people in it. Sounds a bit like an urban environment.
Starting point is 00:16:33 Sounds like the world. Right. Now, if you would have filled it with a thousand people, if you needed a thousand people to fill that up, you filled it up, I filled it up with people. Right to the brim, right to the brim, how many people are in that container? Up it up. I filled it up with people right to the brim right to the brim How many people are in that in that Contained up for thousand yeah, right now if it depends how big the grail is
Starting point is 00:16:51 That's absolutely wrong now if I would fill it with a whole grail It's as big as you need it to be it's for the example There's a minimum there is there isn't there's a maximum to always there. Yes What's that? Oh, it's as big as maybe a big balloon. Oh, yeah, now you want to get bigger than a balloon? I'm talking like a hearty, I'm going to get it. Yeah, no, absolutely.
Starting point is 00:17:18 Not just your average household balloon. You know, you go and you say, hey, we're going to go have a party. Let's have a balloon. No. But we have balloons. We have a party. Let's have a balloon. No. That'd be a bit of a balloon. Have a celebrate. We have a lot of balloons. We make balloons. We make the balloons and we sell the local market.
Starting point is 00:17:32 Make balloons. Yes. Yes. And what? A natural and natural thing speaks. Peaks and peak balloons. The liver of a pig is a very airtight product. I'm a peep for the living.
Starting point is 00:17:50 Guess what? Guess what? What are your sausages? Well, usually it's like skin. Exactly, exactly. That's what I keep saying to you. All you don't listen to whatever we're saying. We thank the pig. We thank the pig. We say thank you.
Starting point is 00:18:06 Thank you. Not just for your food. Not just for your water. Not just for you. And we drink from the pig. We also thank it. For creating, because we live in a post-capulist world. Bloons.
Starting point is 00:18:21 Glue. Thickness. Meat. Thickness. Blood. Blood. Grapless blues, glue, thickener, meat, thickener, blood, blood, bone, liponposter, you can make compost from the bones. Milk, milk, pig milk. Pig milk. It's delicious. If you get past the graininess of it, it's quite a grainy.
Starting point is 00:18:44 It's very grainy. But once you get past the graininess of it, it's quite a grainy. It's very grainy. But once you get past that graininess, it's absolutely delicious. So that receptacle we were talking about earlier, Prident, is for to fill it with water. How much water would you say is in that receptacle? Exactly, one water. So when we start to think of ourselves, what?
Starting point is 00:19:04 What? So when we start to think of ourselves, what? When we start to think of ourselves, not as individual beings, but part of one network. I would say like, leaders of water, thousand leaders of water. Thousands of leaders of one water. We start to imagine ourselves in the space. We can transform those urban environments. And we're getting back into it. I can see that you're a bit weirded out. You're a bit puzzled. You're a bit, I don't understand what Rube always saying, but listen, maths is the universal, aren't you?
Starting point is 00:19:35 Your Rube or your bonkers we changed, Nance? Your Boru. Yes. Your Rube or... For now, my name was once Sarah. for now. My name was one Sarah. Would I have lived in Heidelberg in the 70s? My name was Sarah, but now I've got other new name, yes. And that is Boru. Yes. What does it say on your driver's license? I don't have one. Do you have any formal identification? No. Does anyone know where you are? I know where you are. There we go.
Starting point is 00:20:09 And yes, my children know where I am. They're not happy with the situation. But they understand that I'm happy here. And that I'd rather not see them. They talk about me. I'd rather not talk them, and they'd bring, they talk about them, you know. I'd rather not talk about my children if that's okay. No, sure, absolutely. You'll think very quickly.
Starting point is 00:20:31 I just asked a question. I'm sorry, I need a moment here. Ballroom. Now, yeah, that's Ballroom. That's what? You're Ballroom. You know what? I think we need to blast off
Starting point is 00:20:48 Last stuff or we need to blast off. We need to blast off. I want rockets I don't know if we could just blast I think how they make rocket fuel, right? H2O That explosion you see couldn't happen without water. Is water itself? How they make rocket fuel, bro. No. H, two, oh. Oh, that explosion you see. Couldn't happen without water. Is water itself? So we're just going to...
Starting point is 00:21:11 Sorry, I need a mic. You need a mic. Is there... Is there nothing more power? Or the notion that the puppery... Hydrogen and oxygen together. We create not just water but fire. Mmm.
Starting point is 00:21:24 I've thought about that but I'm just thinking about it again right now and it's just as surprising and delicious it's the first time that I thought about it. The leader talked about that last week who did the farm the leader. Sorry that one has people commentating. That's okay that's all right. Yeah that's all right. You should just come along to the farm for a week to see what you like. Here we go. Oh, here we go. We're blinded. I'm blinded.
Starting point is 00:21:47 I'm blinded. Am I along into the podcast now? I'm blinded. Huh? We got like, okay, you did 10 more minutes. Are you coming back? No. No.
Starting point is 00:21:56 I'm blinded. You can feel it. Yeah. You can feel it for 10 minutes. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh.
Starting point is 00:22:04 It's a bit of a process. Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! It's a bit of a process. Oh! It is fast. Oh wow! This is all about what, bro. So I'm watching for anyone listening at home.
Starting point is 00:22:18 I'm watching two people in a rocket ship, middle-aged ladies. It's great! Yeah, we've died here. I see like dyed blue hair They're taking off into into the stratosphere Oh there they go they're breaking through the ozone or the earths. I can see them. They're flickering the sky You guys have been here the whole time Oh, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, that is crazy. You guys have been here the whole time. Yeah, we've just seen the win. We're just kissing.
Starting point is 00:22:50 We're just having a kiss. Yeah, right, can't two friends. We haven't seen each other for a while. Two little friends have a little kiss. You see this rocket taking off. Right, nothing wrong with that. I mean, no, see the rocket. It's the two ladies flying in the sky like a rocket.
Starting point is 00:23:02 Why did they take off for? Cause it's water, I believe. Yeah. Because of water. Yeah. Um, I think I'm starting to think that they were in a cult. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Wow. That's very. Yeah. It's good to be on the pod. Thanks for having me here. Actually, pleasure. Thank you. Um, now you have a show coming out called Time for Day. It's out. It's out right now on 10play.com.au. If you're a international, get a VPN. And I'm a television. Oh, who's this? Oh, who's this? Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, synestos was rude, man. Yeah, this is, this ain't your mama's synopsis.
Starting point is 00:24:06 No, this is rude. That sounds pretty straight down the middle. No, no, no, no. Is there a pet or is it? There is, there is a dog, but it talks. Oh, really? And there's a baby that talks. It's really good.
Starting point is 00:24:22 Yeah, that's really good. Well, I don't know. Sometimes they'll be like, I haven't seen this many dead things since my last time to Minnesota. You know, that sort of, around that sort of joke. I haven't seen this much cheese since I was in Wisconsin, and then it would show you like when he was in Wisconsin. Really, it's just a sketch show. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's a sketch show. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:45 And it's a sketch show. And it's a sketch show. Are you one of the cult people? Yeah, I am, yes. So whereabouts are you from? I'm from the Fahsall main. Fahsall main? I was born in Castle Main in 1957.
Starting point is 00:25:00 OK. And my father invented Vigie Mide. Wow. How in fact? So are you quite wealthy growing up? Well, no, because the IP, the intellectual property of Vegemite That's what I pissed down for. Was sold very early on for a very small price, so enough to buy a house in Castleman
Starting point is 00:25:17 into the senders to a nice school, but nothing beyond that. Oh, nice. Well, you know, that is, knowledge is the biggest gift of all. Hello, how are you? What do you do again? I'm sorry. Sorry, who are you? Hi, my name is Roo. Roo? So we got Roo and Boo. Boo-Bull. Boo-Bull. Yes. Roo and Boo-Bull. Thank you very much for joining me here on my podcast. Thank you, I'm not worried, just at all. Now you are from Castle Maiden, is this correct? No, not from Castle Maiden. Originally from England, I came to Melbourne in the early 1970s.
Starting point is 00:26:01 When I realised the amazing properties of water, I tried to talk about it in London, the universities in London, and they said that they described my process as pseudoscientific. So I came to Australia, I bought some cheap land, and I started a farm there. Is it true that Julian Assage was once a member of your community? Yes, I believe it was. I don't have boobol. Yeah, we don't call them by names. Is that boobol?
Starting point is 00:26:32 And I largely don't. I don't intermingle with the community too much to us. No, I'm excited to have you in person. Yes. Because Roo, Roo, Roo, Roo, Roo, Roo, Roo, Roo, Roo, Roo, Are we excited to have you impersonated? Yes. Rubo, Rubo. Rubo, Rubo, Rubo. Rubo. Did you say Rubo?
Starting point is 00:26:50 No, it's Rubo. Rubo tends to stop the hill. I live up the hill. And you ask us to come up one at a time. Right, so you are the top. It's all up the gum up from the top. You are the leader of your community. Yes, and the father of the children.
Starting point is 00:27:05 And the father of the children. OK. Yes. Right. Yes. Now, because I, you see, I saw that there was some peculiar properties in water. Yes, I understand.
Starting point is 00:27:16 And I was a scientist, and they didn't, the, you know, science. There's a limit to scientific method. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. Now,, there's a limit to scientific method. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Now, so there's been sort of accusations that you isolate. Members have fewer community from their family,
Starting point is 00:27:35 and they're not allowed to speak to their people on the outside. What do you say to that? Well, I say, you know, every Sunday at the local market, if they were to go to that market, they could talk to the members of the community there, selling pig liver balloons. LAUGHTER
Starting point is 00:27:54 Yeah. No, I don't make any rules. We could go at any time. Who won't? There are fundamental rules of the universe. Yes. All of those rules, when you break it down, we get to water. But I'm not making fundamental rules of the universe. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:11 I read here that you got bashed by Neil deGrasse Tyson. Oh, that's a story, is it? Have I told you that story before? No, so Neil deGrasse Tyson, I was on a podcast with him. And yeah, I just, he disagreed with what I was saying. And so he bested you. He bested me up. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 00:28:32 Did you take any legal course against that? No, I think the fundamental rules of the universe player. And also I can't actually, I don't, you know, I reject the court of Australia. Just need to wrap my mouth. Oh, you got him. Oh he's fasting off. Just sort of wrong and she's going up into the stress. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:12 Now I'd be if you'd like to do that. I bet you'd like to learn how to do that. I would love to learn how to do that. Well I know how to do that. You know how to blast off. You know how to blast off into space. I've done it a number of times. I'm the to do that. You know how to blast off. You know how to blast off with the space. I've done it a number of times. I'm the only one that's returned.
Starting point is 00:29:29 Oh, so those ladies are going to return. They've made all three of those ladies. I've never heard of it. You're the only one that's returned. Yeah, no one's ever seen me blast off, but I've got a possible times and I've returned. Well, why could you blast off for us tonight? Look, I would like to prove the way I've proven
Starting point is 00:29:52 to prove the techniques. I mean, you've seen three old ladies blast off. Yeah, and I have. So clearly, I have the ability to do that. No, yeah, I know I don't doubt that, but I just, it's a revelation that they weren't coming back. I just was under the assumption that they're coming back but you were saying that they're saying.
Starting point is 00:30:13 They're going to be out of space. Yeah, yeah. How are they going to breathe up? Well, how did you breathe when you went out? Oh, these are the mysteries of the universe. Yeah, right. They've made their choice and I applaud them for that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:28 Well, would you like to learn how to blast off a bit out of space using only water in your own body? Uh, no, no, I'm okay. No, thank you. Okay. Well, I'd better speed off. Okay, you want to blast off? Hold on, no, no, no, I've got a car and driver.
Starting point is 00:30:47 So I've got a hop off, but I think it was lovely to bring it to you. Thank you. Thank you so much. Cold hands. Cold damn heads. Yeah, made of the water. Oh, hey, hey guys. Oh, hey bro, dude.
Starting point is 00:30:58 Oh, this is Brunton who's been here the whole time. Hey, Roo. Oh, no, you're Zach. I'm Zach. I'm Zach. You can't left. You want me to go go? No, no, no, that's fine. Wow.
Starting point is 00:31:07 Well, it's a pretty crazy people. Yeah, you can hear him going away in his car. I can't hear him. Yeah, listen. If you listen, just to be listening. Just in the distance, you can hear Rue going off. Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, Rue, that is true. Oh, there you go. Same name.
Starting point is 00:31:26 There you go, it's a root. There you go, so you can hear quite quite clearly. I think the microphone might be in the car. Yeah, right, he took the microphone. Oh, there's some suckers. Oh my God. Oh my God, you're so good. You can hear him, you're so good.
Starting point is 00:31:40 What are you doing? You're gonna slip out of my car. Oh, there's a bit of a slip out of there. Oh, those suckers, the guy did go to space and back again. When I only ever developed the technology to go to space and never returned. Well, at least he developed that, I mean, the 10-year-old. That's still impressive. Still impressive.
Starting point is 00:31:56 Oh, when I had a reception, but that's incredible. Yeah, I'm glad that went out of reception because he didn't have a plan. Now, for what that was gonna go? Yeah. Now, you have a show out. I do have a show. Now, what that was going to go? Now, you have a show out. I do have a show out. That's correct. It's called Time to Die. Well, it sounds pretty full on.
Starting point is 00:32:12 It's not. It's funny. Dying to me, a non-comedian. When I hear the word die, I think... You murder people? No, there are zero murderers. Does that mean something else in the audience? There's zero violence involved in this.
Starting point is 00:32:25 Sure. And so it's two comedians right there, right there, Dream Nightmare set for each other. And they have to perform it in front of an unwitting audience. So we would write, you were really awful five minutes and make you get up and have to perform it. That's correct. And I would write, metaphorically die. Yeah, That's correct. And I would write metaphorically die.
Starting point is 00:32:45 Yeah, that's correct. And the audience would be like, oh, what the fuck is this? And we would film it and film their reactions. And the one that does the best wins. I watched the episode. Tom Cashman, it was the most hilarious thing I've ever picked. I was like, oh, it was a gutter.
Starting point is 00:33:06 It was very flawed. He got the short story because he performed the comics lounge, which is a big commercial. Yes, very commercial. But Sonia Dioreo got catfish, which is in you know, it's in Fitzroy, which is, you know, a very kind of trendy, trendy hit place. And people were like, hey, good job. But that was very funny, and that told itself, isn't the tone of people be like, like, it was like, yeah! That sounds great. Yeah, so it's hosted by me and Jen Fricker. Now, to see more of these, what needs to happen?
Starting point is 00:33:45 It's part of Pilot 10 or 10's Pilot Week and they're judging it from views of 10play.com. I guess. I, to be honest, have no idea how the decisions are made and it's not, thank God, not up to me. But if you love Ben, yeah, and you love the show, just. Just, just, just barrage 10. Yeah, just positive way. Yeah. Got a template that's come.
Starting point is 00:34:10 I'm just so in a positive way. I love this show. Yeah. And just, yeah, just let people know about it. And put it on loop when you leave the house, like find the technology of the group, and on 10 play forever. Get a VPN, disable your ad blocker.
Starting point is 00:34:24 Yeah, that's what you got to do to make it run, I believe, if you have a VPN. And then just, just, just, just, just, you drill it in perpetuity. Yeah. It's a very funny show. And have you seen it? Yeah. What was your favorite part about it? The, the, the writing and the way that the sets were performed. Yeah, what about my performance? As the host was good. Yeah. It was good. And you ran...
Starting point is 00:34:52 Which special guest did you like that popped in? Tom Gleason. Damn it. See, that's a lesson to anyone in TV length. Don't put all your shit in the trailer. Now... Then... Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha- don't put all your shit in the trailer. Now, Ben, it's an honor to have you here. This is the first time Ben's been on the podcast as well.
Starting point is 00:35:10 This is my first time. You're really delivered, Ben. You are the Alec Baldwin, just SNL. Oh, I have to SNL, to SNL. Yeah, you are the Alec Baldwin to our paparazzi. I mean, now, SNL. Oh, no. In that, you're on the most, but we value you being here.
Starting point is 00:35:25 Really? Am I, you don't have a lot of guests? When we did episode 300, we went through just like a hundred, to like 150, I think. And you, there was a period where you're on like every week of like 30, because when we were at the old stupid old, yeah, you were just there and we'd get there and we'd be tired. We don't have anything left.
Starting point is 00:35:46 Getting to do Michael K. I think there were episodes where you just came on. Yes, we were recording. But not anymore. Not anymore. Well, they banned me. Yeah. I got banned from stupid old studios.
Starting point is 00:36:04 Just get that. Well they banned me. Yeah, I banned from stupid other studios. Um. Oh, yeah, they banned me. And if you'd like to see, apparently, you can't. Shit on the floor anymore. I don't think you've ever been allowed to shit on the floor, man. That's basically gone, man. No, I think there's always been a social blur. Locism.
Starting point is 00:36:23 That's what it is. I think you should. I think you should. show them for once, most people will be forgiving. You continue to shit on the floor. Yeah. You haven't been able to shit on the floor for at least four centuries. It's leftist wokeism, that's what it is. We're too woke. We can't shit on the floor multiple times anymore.
Starting point is 00:36:40 And look at someone, the owner of the place. You look at back as you're doing a shit like you're a dog. You know, dogs always look at you when they're doing a big shit. Yeah, that's what I did. I just looked at them and just went, that's awful. Yeah, I would ban you from establishment. Yeah, it's leftist wokeism.
Starting point is 00:36:58 That's what it is. All right, you can shit on the floor. Yes. Freedom wins. Freedom wins. Freedom wins. No, We'll see you next week Watch time to die. Wait. Wait. Wait. Don't you the you the list Right, you're not you know, what am I doing next week? You're you're good. Why? I'm a fire
Starting point is 00:37:21 You tell it is you're taking shits on floors? It was a few times on purpose. I don't want you shit on a floor, man. This is a rented space. This is not okay. This is fucking, you are silencing me. No, you're just being the platform. I'm worried about your health now. You're purring a lot, like a lot of poo.
Starting point is 00:37:41 Then you're welcome back on the podcast. How much do you poo? Just the insurances, You're not gonna poo. How much do you poo? Once a day to maybe once every two months. How much do you we? A couple of times a day. You've saved it too much to be the other way around.
Starting point is 00:37:55 You should only we once a day. Okay. And poo, like four to five times. What? I said, I ended this podcast, man. You can't just start breaking down. You don't match shit on the floor. We're gonna address this, man.
Starting point is 00:38:10 We've ended the podcast. The podcast isn't ending. This is a double feature. We are going extra long. The people are gonna be like, hey, this is extra long, how come? Wow, they are really getting into it. Like, we are getting into it right now.
Starting point is 00:38:23 You should pay less. That's not Tronel. To pay less Lexi's back you a doctor. No, you're a doctor. No, I know some doctors. I know a doctor Okay, his brothers and his brother's doctor prove it get him fuck get him on the phone I'm not gonna get him on the phone. I'll send him a text All right, we've got to sit out and wait for this day now. He's a busy guy. He's probably doing the second piece right now. Why is he doing the second piece? Is he paying to us in a more compassionate thing? I don't know what we were going to do. But I mean, you know what, this is what's amazing.
Starting point is 00:39:00 Yeah. He went and studied medicine. He actually gets paid to do the second piece. Fucking hell, man. Yeah. This went and studied medicine. He actually gets paid to do for second. This is fucking hell, man. Yeah. This must be a dream job, man. Is it better to poo more than you pee or pee more than you poo? Well, they're both going to dehydrate you, aren't they? Yeah, this is Ben's wife, Maggie, by the way.
Starting point is 00:40:09 That's true. It's my wife. I think you've got a pee more than the poo. Thank you, Maggie. Maggie. Maggie, it's Broden here. Hi, Broden. Can you ask the pharmacist how many times a day it's normal to pay? The pharmacist is the closest we're going to a doctor. Yeah, they still go through it
Starting point is 00:40:31 It's okay. I have to learn how to sell jelly baggy Maggie if the pharmacist is busy we're happy for you to talk to the person at the cash desk. Yeah to the person at the cash desk. Yeah. The person that's just selling is where with Maggie and this is any of the employees at the pharmacy. Yeah. Sorry, excuse me. Oh yes. Starting point is 00:41:15 pay more or move more because he's having a bit of tummy trouble at home. It could be, but it could be a sign of some sort of inflection. Can you really be able to do it? Okay. I don't know if he's drinking any alcohol. Yeah. But if it's hurting, burning, it's struggling. It's talking to you that what you maybe do is just a little bit,
