Starting point is 00:00:00 A list-snuff production. Get our legends and welcome to another rip episode of the Anti-Donna Podcast. This week the boys have been meant to be joined by comedian and podcaster, Bird Crusher. Remember, you can get access to bonus episodes and the video version of the podcast over at Anti-DonnaClub.com. So here's what happened. We've had a Bert Krasher who we know a little bit booked for a really long time. He's in Melbourne at the moment. When we recorded this. Yeah. And you woke up this morning
Starting point is 00:00:45 without a voice before his show at John Cana Reena. And we said, don't worry mate, we've got you, we're really cool like that. We said don't worry about it. We're flexible with time and stuff. Is that what you mean by we're cool like that? No, we're like if someone can't make something, we're not like, hey, someone's going to sort through make something We're not like hey if someone's gonna sort through we're not gonna say come you must come in and do our part Yeah, we are we chill we're chillers cucumbers. So We said We don't come in rest your voice not worth it And then we're like what fuck we're gonna do the podcast about that was the big question
Starting point is 00:01:24 What are we gonna do? We had like four That was the big question. What are we gonna do? We had like four or five ideas that would have been fine, but then we all said no, it has to be special. We're gonna have to be as special as if we were to have bir-y. Not the same kind of special, not the same kind of special, but as special. That's a big American celebs. Because that would have been huge for this podcast. Yes.
Starting point is 00:01:46 Like numbers wise. And with our question, we all would have got more shirts off. Yeah. Which, and can you imagine the social numbers? The social media would have, the roof would have just blown right off it. Him sharing it would have been big for our podcast. Us sharing our own hours would have been,
Starting point is 00:02:03 we would have seen huge numbers. But we didn't want to do something that was about huge numbers. Or if we did, then I'll worry with fail. What's the biggest number, you know? Two million. That's huge. So what did we decide to do, bro? Someone said there's an ASMR microphone. And we're like, all right. And then, and then when we saw it, we realized not only is it an ASMR microphone in the sense that you can get real close and do the whole Shit with which we're which we're bands from doing because it makes bread and sick Maybe tummy maybe gag a little bit like a cat when you do that comb thing. I think I think we'll write at the end And there's a man in the corner. There's a man in the corner who has to be here. We'll talk about the man We'll talk about the man in the corner, but maybe at the very end of the podcast
Starting point is 00:02:56 Brighten can leave, bro, it can take his headphones off and we can do something just just for those people who do like to wink to Man in the corner man in the corner is fucking losing it just for those people who do like to wink to a... Um, shut that up. Man in the corner. Man in the corner is fucking losing it. So, but there's another thing that's special, we realize what we didn't realize, I'm gonna take a photo of this microphone. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:17 So that keeps on the record. Yeah, but I think it's good to get it from, oh no, yeah, it's being filmed. What we didn't realize is that this microphone has two ears it's actually two microphones with two ears with like full silicon ears the shape of an ear and it's three-dimensional so if I to so if you're listening with headphones sorry for those on mono speakers right now but if I were to click next to one of the ears, you hear it in one ear or the other ear see.
Starting point is 00:03:47 So this is in lieu of Berk Krasher. In lieu of Berk Krasher we are doing a three dimensional podcast and on top of that we've put a GoPro on top of the ears and if it works visually onto our Patreon, we will be... We're filming with the other cameras, but ideally we will just upload the GoPro footage. With the exception, the only thing about that is that maybe about a minute, two minutes into the podcast, someone that works here and the accu works on our podcast that they come in and turn on the GoPro. So it wasn't recording the start of the of the podcast. So maybe we'll flick to that footage when you say it.
Starting point is 00:04:32 That's good. So right now. So now those watching, we have a GoPro element. This is not we're not going to do anything. So if you're listening, don't you're not going to do anything, so if you're listening, you're not going to miss out, but we just want to really the audio and also the visual for the patrons experience to be, what's it like sitting across the table from us if you've got Google-E-fish always? Not even really sitting across the table, but also leaning forward quite a bit. It's not at the point
Starting point is 00:05:06 you would be if you were sitting comfortably, is all I'm saying. And look, look, this again, I'm doing a visual, but I will describe it for the listener. I'm putting my figure near the camera, and I just want those watching to know, I don't have really long fingers. It's a go pro angle. Yeah. Um, uh, but, but, but how many touched that mark? And by accident. Zach and I, kind of like in a, in a romcom situation. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:34 Zach and I brushed fingers. And if we were, in any way, romantically inclined, I think that would have led to, uh, to my fucking, well, not immediately. Would you let me come over and tell you about it? Yeah. Now, I worry this is to subtle of an effect to really warn you. Yeah, from where you are now, if you got up and, um, you know, what I'm saying, right now I'm moving closer to you and then I'll go over to Mark now. See, hey, Mark, I think it needs to be a bit more. I'm very well-zac and now let's go see how burden is on the other side Hey, burden how are you? That's good. Yeah, and then that's but that's not what happened is it
Starting point is 00:06:13 What you and I was not what you were Recreating something that didn't happen. Also, it's not what you would actually do is it when you're talking to a person If I're talking to a person if I was talking to someone yeah, right at a different end of the table Do you do that? I would move to the other side of the table I wouldn't just like talk really close to the person between us and then change years I would if they were a Silicon-eared microphone now robot just something's come up. Yes
Starting point is 00:06:42 leave it Leave it Someone Leave it. Someone's phone is going off, right? Now you listening at home, guess where in the room it is. Mm. And why does it continue to go off his bike question? Well, something's horrible has gone wrong. Yeah, oh my goodness.
Starting point is 00:06:58 I sent my friend, Mish, we're trapped by message asking how her comedy show went last night. So that's my theory. And based on the amount of things we just got, if it's me, based on the amount of things we just, I just got, it didn't go well. Some bass tonner. You know, you don't get that many things for it. Yeah, we're well. I thought it was the man in the corner whose phone was going off based on what I can hear
Starting point is 00:07:25 whose phone was going off based on what I can hear in my headphones. The man in the corner. I'm a professional and I put this on mute at the beginning. Man in the corner. Man in the corner. That's a funny name for you. Let's call this episode 3D microphone featuring man in the corner. Okay, offer an alternative one. Yes.
Starting point is 00:07:46 Featuring Bert Krasher. Yeah, that's great. Because, and then maybe we get a few people who... The SEO on that is good. Maybe men in the corner and Bert Krasher. Minus just minus Bert Krasher, but it's the... Oh, yeah. So it looks like a dash.
Starting point is 00:08:01 And then think of that as a bunch of... Minus Bert Krasher. Would you guys like to guess how many followers he has on Instagram? Oh, I'm gonna say I don't know. I'm gonna guess you're allowed to have seen it. I Related to do research. Yeah, no. I'm allowed to do research. Yeah, so you could get on your first. I don't want to great I'm gonna say 2.3 million. It's 2.6. Oh, yeah, it was pretty close. That would have been good That would have been great Let's would have been great. Let's maybe let's check with Bert because maybe we can just put his name in that title and maybe we can check
Starting point is 00:08:32 with him. Yeah. And just say and apologize straight on. We go because he can't speak we go. If you verbally just tell us that you don't want us to name it, let us know today. Yeah, yeah, yeah, over the phone. And maybe in the intro, Tom can say, we do apologize, it's names featuring Bert, Crisher, Crisher, but Bert has been replaced by 3D microphone. You, we've turned, we've turned, we've turned, we've turned the, we've turned it from podcast with Bert Krasher as a guest. This I've found the angle. We've turned it from podcast with Bert Krasher as the guest to you, Bert Krasher.
Starting point is 00:09:21 You have a, yeah. Bert Krasher. This is Auntie Donnadonna themed experience. Hey bird christian. Thanks for joining us on the podcast. It's like you've done a being John Melkovich. You've done a being bird christian. And you have a full vol.
Starting point is 00:09:36 Actually you've lost your voice. You've lost your voice. Why you're not speaking? And subscribe to the Patreon to get the visual. What it's like to be a bird christian. Would you like let's give the video and subscribe to the patreon to get the visual What it's like to be what it's like to be Burke Krishna and what it's like for you to be a voiceless Burke Krishna Ah, Christ, uh, Christ, uh, Christ, uh, I can't I don't know why I keep going to say Krishna now You've just got a new special streaming now razzle dazzle Okay, now obviously you can't speak, Bert Kreischer.
Starting point is 00:10:05 Obviously you can't speak. And we totally understand that. But you know, you have been so friendly to us. When we were promoting our Netflix show, you very kindly had us on your podcast. Now, what was the name of that podcast again? Oh, I forgot, you can't speak about Christchurch. But was it the Berk-Krasher podcast?
Starting point is 00:10:29 I just remember that we all got our shirts off and it was fun Berk-Kast. Berk-Kast. I hear you know Tom Saguera, he seems cool. Okay, let's see what it would be like if Broden snuck up on Bert Krasher from behind. Okay. We'll distract you, Bert Krasher, while Broden sneaks up on you. Bert, you had a movie come out, Reese? Yeah, we heard about you.
Starting point is 00:10:56 Can you do it from another side? Like, do it from one side of the room. It just sounded kind of normal because you were in the middle. It kind of was pretty well balanced. So just go to that one side of the room and run up on Bert Krasher. So Bert Krasher, tell us about your new movie. Yeah, that's better. Better. A very subtle effect though. What if I mean, what if I hear the whole... Oh yeah, if you run around us, Yeah, do do multiple scares take your time But use the space and and and take your time with the
Starting point is 00:11:28 Okay, can you do a single sound though? Can you do a single? Well sound, but this is we're trying to recreate We're trying to recreate The effect of silence sneaking up on you right? Yeah, yeah, and a real person to do that wouldn't just do one to stay normal sound. But they also wouldn't line around in circles, but I've asked you to do that as well. And I have a problem with that too. Look, I think you need to use the power of your imagination
Starting point is 00:11:57 here, put yourself in the shoes. Much like our audience have been able to put their shoes themselves in the shoes of Berkrasher. Of Berkrasher. Of Berkrasher. Put yourself in the shoes of somebody who would make one noise, who would run around, like someone who's experienced some sort of mental episode. Yeah, okay. All right, ready?
Starting point is 00:12:15 But you're going to run around with the sustain noise, you're going to do that for us. And you're going to do that one first or from this angle, do you want me to sneak up on Burke Crysher? Oh, run around sound. Run around, but I would say, I would... Sneak up? Run around and also play with volume. I think he needs to keep it sustained.
Starting point is 00:12:33 So can we do run up? Sustained? Then explain. Just let us know. I will now be playing with volume. And then continue to run around uh... yeah
Starting point is 00:12:53 now be playing with volume hey hooo hooo hooo so for those days home burden is running around the room. It's sound... The only reason it sounds like he's running around the room to me is because I'm in the room.
Starting point is 00:13:12 And I can see that he's running around. Really hyped to know. I wonder for the birds at home, whether it'll be sounds like that. To them. But let us know in the comments if this sounded like Broden was... Well, yeah, imagine that you've got 2.8 million followers on Instagram. You do a Bert cast, you just had a movie come out and Broden is running around you in a podcast studio. Let us know if that was the experience you were having.
Starting point is 00:13:47 Now what, now let's talk about it. It's subtle. It's extremely subtle. It's subtle in a way that we just, we can't lean too hard into it. Well, here's the thing, I think that this was made more for the whispery stuff that gets you upset, Broden. and when you're speaking at a distance, like it was just a bird, say like a
Starting point is 00:14:10 bird was in the room, it just kind of sounds normal. It doesn't sound like a huge sort of experience, but maybe for the listener, the bird. No, the person who is entering the role, they've entered the tunnel and they are now the bird. For those who are becoming the bird, maybe that subtle effect. It's like James Cameron's 3D, he doesn't want things jumping out, he just wants to create a window. This is a subtle effect to enhance the Antidonor experience.
Starting point is 00:14:48 Mm. I think we should do some of the podcasts. Where Broden and I are a little closer to the ears. Yeah. And where you are. Yeah. We'll be out of the microphone. Is that okay?
Starting point is 00:15:01 Out of the visual. Can't throw the camera, yeah. By microphone,'m meant camera. If you were but, but, yeah, much like our listeners. We would be outside of but's periphery. Yeah, I feel like that would be our thing. And I can turn, and if you see, I can turn.
Starting point is 00:15:17 Yeah, to microphone and the camera. Much like but, let's do that. Yeah. Okay, so, see if I move here, right? Yeah. And if I, and if I move here, right? Yeah. And if I move here. Oh, wow. Hey, Bert.
Starting point is 00:15:28 Hey, Bert, I have a question. And then he's like, And I'm just going to explain the visual for the listener. Mark is turning the microphone and the GoPro camera to Broden. Creating the effect, sorry, Broden, it takes longer to explain than the visual. So creating the effect of a turning head for the viewer. So if you are currently viewing it, if you are currently a visual bird,
Starting point is 00:15:54 you will experience the ear and the eyes turning to Broden like your own head does. If you're just a regular listener, you can just close your eyes and imagine your bird So if he can make bird look at you mark Is this quite slow on the turn for help the issue with this turn is quite It's just a slow turn is you've now moved to the ear to in order to get in order to create the three-dimensional effect But in our turning the ears to face whoever's talking, thus negating the moving towards the year in the first place. Not true.
Starting point is 00:16:33 Ah, it's just replicating, turning and listening. So you're still going for that subtle effect we talked about earlier. But why are you looking at me? Hey, Bert. Perfect, we talked about earlier. But why are you looking at me? Hey, Bert. Seen any good movies lately? Ah, I just remembered Broden,
Starting point is 00:16:50 Bert can't talk, he's hurt his voice. Yeah, it has hurt his voice. So Bert can't... Sorry for getting you. You have hurt your voice, you say you to Bert. But I was talking to Broden. Ah. I thought you were talking to Bert.
Starting point is 00:17:03 No, no, no, no, no. He thought he was talking to you. Oh. I thought you were talking to Bert. No, no, no, no, no. He thought he was talking to you. Sorry, you know. I thought Mark was talking to you. The man in the corner is doing something. The man in the corner is doing some sort of satanic symbol at me. What's the symbol? I'm doing, when you did the LA episodes,
Starting point is 00:17:20 the way we communicated it over, Zoon was when I made a triangle with my hands, you'd go to ads. Oh! I was trying to reveal that. Zero recollection of that. I was not privy to this, uh, uh, Brodon sack. Were you privy to this? But?
Starting point is 00:17:36 I wonder if I shaked my head. Like, I'm shaking the microphone now. Oh, so you're shaking the first time? Just how long is it? Yeah, just fine that you've done it. Do you know what I would like to do once we come back from the ad break? What? Is introduced but some of our heightened loved characters? Yeah I would love to do that and also I would love to just add a layer where but is confused and not to ASMR-y so Broden doesn't get a sick tummy. Occasionally you guys have to whisper things to Bert.
Starting point is 00:18:05 Like, this guy's a frog. Oh yeah. Yeah. Bert, we're just gonna go to an ad now. I hope that's okay. Yeah, see like that. Sorry, I was just talking to Bert. Oh was he talking to you, Bert?
Starting point is 00:18:21 Ah! Okay. All right, we're gonna go to an ad break. Oh, you already told the book. But now I'm gonna tell the listener. I'm gonna. The listener. I've got to tell the person the listening to the side. I'm gonna side. But Ted. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, after the ad break, we're gonna figure out Zach's list of the paradox. Hi, welcome back. I go. Hey, welcome back.
Starting point is 00:18:47 No. What? What was that? I was saying, hey, welcome back to the last. But, but it's been here the whole time. That was not to birth. Why didn't you lean into birth? Because that was for the listener in birth head.
Starting point is 00:19:01 No, so there's a listener in birth head. But there's also a listener that birth is trying to promote his tour with too right now. There's an imagined listener in the Antidona experience. No? No. So who? So he's, surely we're recording a podcast right now. Oh, we're absolutely recording a podcast with Burt.
Starting point is 00:19:22 But Burt. But all of the listeners are Bert. Are Bert. I thought, and tell me from wrong here, we're recording a podcast with Bert. Who is all of our listeners? Wing. Could you whisper that to Bert?
Starting point is 00:19:38 Wing. No, just say Bert. That didn't make you feel sick. That was all right. Go ahead, that was all right. Wing. Can you just say Bert? Bert. And whisper it. sick. That was alright. Go ahead. Go ahead, alright. Link, can you just say, Bert,
Starting point is 00:19:46 Bert, and whisper it. Bert, and whisper it. Just say, Bert, Bert, you are all of our listeners.
Starting point is 00:19:55 Bert, you are all of our listeners. So Bert knows that. Alright, but, Bert's here doing a podcast, no? Yes. For who? For who? Who is Bert doing the podcast for?
Starting point is 00:20:10 Our listeners. Who is Bert? Yes. Who are? Bert. But if Bert is an R, all of our listeners, why is Bert doing the podcast can Bert not think it and then know it? Well, I think the main thing that you need to. Sorry about this, Bert. Sorry, Bert, we're just
Starting point is 00:20:29 explaining some technical stuff to Zach. What you need to remember is that Bert has been replaced by a 3D microphone and two silicon ears. Is that in the, that is core to the experience. So you are fast. Yeah. Right. Because there is the world. And then there is this world of the podcast. Right. Think of it as the real world and the matrix. Okay. In the real world. Yeah. I'm more confused in the real world. In the real world. Right. Which I'm in right now. Well, we're okay. I'm in the real world right now. Yeah. world right now. But couldn't make up podcast, lost his voice. Lost his voice. Yeah. What we, we didn't know what to do. One of our producers suggested why not use 3D microphone. And this is the real world with the stylishly, afraid, yeah broken, yeah, and Zion and like, and everyone fucking with plugs in their back and. Jada Pinkett Smith. Jada Pinkett Smith is there. Now, let's enter the matrix. Okay and Jada Pinkett Smith. Jada Pinkett Smith is there. Now let's enter the matrix.
Starting point is 00:21:28 Okay. Jada Pinkett Smith now wearing a crocodile leather jacket. Yeah. Hey, Bert. Hey, Bert. Yeah. That's you. We haven't forgotten about you, our guest, but in the matrix, which is the... With Jada Pinkett Smith. Pinkett? Or Pinkett? You know. Oh, I don't. You know it's Pinkett.
Starting point is 00:21:54 Is it Pinkett? I thought it was Pinkett. It's Pinkett Smith. I can't get anyone's names, right? What's my name? Crandon. Crandon Belly. Crandon, Bally. Crandon, blinker, Cally. Yeah, blinker.
Starting point is 00:22:09 In this world, Bert, come on. Bert is doing a podcast with us, but Bert is the listeners. In the real world, Bert is a microphone and we're doing a podcast. I would say, in the matrix, all of our listeners are Bert. I think we've got it.
Starting point is 00:22:30 My question is, where's Ernie? Yeah, it's a Berk Pryche, not Bert. It's a street. All right, that makes sense. So he doesn't have an Ernie, he has a Tom Sigeru. Sorry, I hope that didn't offend you, Bert. Hey, Bert, I'll listen as... But what's it like if Bert got into up in Zack's face?
Starting point is 00:22:49 Yeah, yeah, yeah, get up in Zack's face, Bert. Wow, Bert, calm down. I thought you were cool, Bert. Wow, Bert, I don't know what that was, Bert. That was Bert, slightly louder. Yeah, Bert, calm down, Bert, calm down. Wait, wait, wait, wait. Let me see if I can talk some sense into Bert.
Starting point is 00:23:03 Bert, what are you doing, man? Getting up in my grill like this. Oh, Zack? That's Bert's bad here. Try his good here. Sure. Yo, Bert. What are you doing? Yo, Bert. What are you doing, man? Dude, stop getting up in my grill. We're talking about the matrix. Jadobin could smell. If you've just joined us, including you, Bert.
Starting point is 00:23:27 Bert's been here the whole time. But the real Bert Christchurch is sick. He used to be a voice. Are you with the real world now? Just bringing people over to just tune in. Yeah. Bert, we never know when you're plugging back in. That's weird.
Starting point is 00:23:39 Bert Christchurch is sick. Bert Christchurch is sick. Bert, it's a podcast. They're not just tuning in. Someone said there was a microphone that we had ears on it, we could record with. Maybe he's talking about the fish, they'd be tuna in. Tuna fin.
Starting point is 00:23:52 And we are talking to a sort of, this is like a, what is this, a virtual reality, but where you can be burnt. I actually don't work in. I asked a very simple question earlier. To who? To you, to you mark you Broden I didn't ask it of you, but you are I guess But I asked a simple question to Mark and Broden and I felt if I'm being honest
Starting point is 00:24:18 I felt like kind of a little bit bullied into letting it go And I was happy to let it go, but now my worry is, I don't know who we're doing this podcast for. Do you understand? We're doing it for Bert. Bert who's Bert doing it for? Their audience. Well Bert.
Starting point is 00:24:36 But who's our audience? Bert. Bert. Come here Bert. Bert is it all right if you go up and get in the back grill? He has something to say to you. Come here. But, no, no, keep it, keep it.
Starting point is 00:24:54 But I got a question, man. Do you understand what the heck is going on? Because I sure as heck don't. Bird is unable to answer because he's voice. Voice. Um good, this is a good podcast. Yeah. This has been with them better. Yeah, no, but this is us.
Starting point is 00:25:19 They're trying. Doing our best without bird. Yeah. But birds here. This is best without Bert. Yeah. But Bertia. This is our sorry, Bert. You are here. Don't listen to Bertin.
Starting point is 00:25:34 So. I. What are you? Let's do it. Alright, let's do it. All right, let's start again. Let's start. Yeah. Because now we have to remember an audience. Oh.
Starting point is 00:25:50 And by our audience, I mean, you bet. Why do you do that? Why do you do that? Why do you do that? Well, Bert needs to be a little, uh, needs to cut us a little bit of slack. Cause Bert needs to remember that Bert didn't turn up for the podcast his fault and was replaced by a 3D microphone with two silicon ears on it. Yeah. And that is paramount to your understanding of one the approach of the podcast and to the quality. Yeah. Not the sound quality, which I
Starting point is 00:26:20 am just supreme. Supreme with a subtle effect. Much like a nice morning brown blend from Supreme. Yes, which will hopefully be out by the time this is the end. That'll be out by the time this podcast comes out. Can I just hold out? Raised an issue that you just said, Bert and Paramount, I think he's specials are on Netflix. Paramount?
Starting point is 00:26:41 You just said what's Paramount with Bert? Yes, but he's specials are on many things. He's not on paramount plus. No, and I wasn't talking about paramount plus I was using the word sort of with its standard dictionary definition. I wasn't using it as a proper noun in reference to the streaming service or production company. Sorry, Bert. By Bert, who do you mean? Bert, Chrysher. Bert, Chrysher, I guess. And also our listeners.
Starting point is 00:27:10 Who are Bert? And also a microphone with GoPros that to the top of it. And two years. But there's no listeners. Is Bert? I'm sorry, I want to move forward. But are we just hanging out with Bert right now? Yes, in the world of the fuck.
Starting point is 00:27:27 In the Matrix are we just hanging out with Bert. Yes. In a knowing way though, we know it's not Bert. But that's in the real world. No, imagine? In no, we are doing this sort of half-well where it's like a roller coaster. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's take you on an adventure Bert.
Starting point is 00:27:44 Yeah, yeah. We all take you on an adventure bird. Yeah, yeah. We all know that you're not a bird. Maybe this is an easier way to explain it. Imagine, do you need him to explain it to you as well, bird, or just me? Just me. OK, bird. Imagine we're in the matrix.
Starting point is 00:28:01 Uh-huh, yep. But out in the real world, there's a couple of people from play school in leather jackets.. But out in the real world. There's a couple of people from play school in leather jackets. Sure. Out in the real world. All of our listeners. Playscores with a jacket. I don't know that was that. There's a guy from playscore with the second one. I think he's friends with Jay to pick it Smith. I'm sure he was in playscore as well. All right. Is that the team? Are they a team? No, no, no, there's like the guy.
Starting point is 00:28:25 There's a guy from play school. Okay. Plus a little girl from home and away. She comes and drags him into the make-treat. Melissa George. Oh, that's... No, no, no. Melissa George is the one that makes him discover Dark City. Melissa George is in Dark City.
Starting point is 00:28:40 The other home and away person is the one with the white rabbit. Oh, she was in Heartbreak High. Oh, she was in Heartbreak High Oh, she was heartbreak high. Sorry, but you're probably struggling with a few of these. Australia references. And don't worry, but things are about to get a little more clear in terms of who you are. And by you, I mean, but, and by but, I mean you.
Starting point is 00:28:57 But. Now, one of those layers wasn't necessary. You don't know that. I genuinely don't. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry about this, but. So remember there are the two words,
Starting point is 00:29:09 there's the real world with this. This only works in cars and headphones, by the way. Yes. What else were, I guess, I wouldn't work on, I wouldn't work on stereo speakers. But not in a fun, if you set down in your lounge room or your man cave, with your beautiful stereo system setup,
Starting point is 00:29:26 not a sound bar. Not a bar. It's not gonna work on your, on your, on your sound bar. Car, headphones. Yes. That's where this is gonna really shine. Now imagine. What's wrong with that?
Starting point is 00:29:39 I've gotta, please let me explain this. It's gonna make it, it's gonna end this conversation and make things very clear. I'm positive of that. So there's the real world. He's on the verge. There's the real world, right? In the real world, Burke got sick.
Starting point is 00:29:55 We were placing with a microphone. Are you keeping up with this, Burke? In the podcast world, in the matrix world, all of our listeners are Burke. We're creating that experience for him which essentially means in the real world all of our listeners are playing into the matrix online. And in the matrix they are controlling one character together and that's Jada Plinkett Smith's character in
Starting point is 00:30:22 into the matrix. I said matrix no don't you know what I just said? And I said Plinket. I'm sorry about this. That's right. I mean, you must be having a terrible time. I just, and so I've never been more emotionally prepared for the Reddit comments being like, I was driving in my car and I think Auntie Donna aren't good anymore because of this attempt that's something.
Starting point is 00:30:50 But I, no, listen, don't do that. Oh, listen, don't judge us based on one, the quality of one podcast, one improvised comedy podcast that's for free. No, they don't do that. And you certainly don't. But. That. That. Be cool, Bert.
Starting point is 00:31:08 I. I would have thought I'm stepping out of Matrix for a second. I would have thought. I know what you don't have to clarify because I don't know what you're talking about. I think you, I think if you tried, you could. I have an idea for something. I don't think there should be two listeners. I have an idea.
Starting point is 00:31:23 There are. There are. A little fun game for Bert. Bert, close your eyes. We're going to get up, move around the room, and you have to decide after a bit of conversation who's moved where in the room? Okay, let's do it. Well this is only for, no, no, I'm going to cover Bert's eyes. Oh, you asked Bert to close his eyes.
Starting point is 00:31:42 Oh, right, okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, sweet. All right, I've covered Bert's eyes. But you've got to get up too. Yeah, I'm gonna cover it. Oh, I've got to close these eyes. Oh, right, okay, yeah, it's sweet. All right, I've covered bird's eyes. But you've got to get up too. Yeah, I am. You don't have to actually put your hand in front of the camera, I can just go to black and the edit. Yeah, but that's an effort. All right.
Starting point is 00:31:53 We love covered birds. What if we're just gonna switch it? I'm over it, yeah, yeah, yeah. To mark you swap with Broden and I'll stay where I am. All right. Okay, but don't open your eyes yet. Open your eyes. No, don't open your eyes. Oh, he saw. He saw.
Starting point is 00:32:16 Hey, but we just. Oh, you just ruined it. I've never sat over this side of the room. Is this interesting? Yeah, I've never sat on this side of the room. I've never sat on this side of the room. I've never sat on this side of the room We're where are we sitting? That's right. You can guess now. I'm over here and I'm over here. Okay, open your eyes now. No, I already opened it
Starting point is 00:32:38 but I So let's I think rather than continue, rather than continue this bit, I think what we should do is start laying down plans for what should happen next time a guest doesn't turn up. Is it right? Is it right to replace them with an interesting microphone? Or is it, has this worked so well?
Starting point is 00:33:06 That now? Every time. Every time we either use this or we just get different interesting microphones. Or? I don't know what other microphones exist. I think this has potential to be what we just do from now on. That the listener is Bert. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:22 Bert is on every podcast. And it's a 3D experience. Yeah. For not only Bert but the listeners who are Bert. Yeah. My Bert, you're you. Can I be Bert? No, no, no. Yes, yes, yes he can. By listening to the podcast. Right, I'm so sorry. When we release this podcast, I will be Bert. Now you're getting it. I think you're starting to get the hang of it. Okay. You can be burnt and you can be burnt and I can be burnt and you can be burnt and by you we mean burnt and by burnt we mean you and you can be burnt and you can be burnt and you can be! And you can be butt, and I can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt. And I can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be butt, and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be but and you can be and you can be but and you can be and you can be but and you can be and you can be but and you can be and you can be but and you can be and you can be but and you can be and you can be and you can be perp and you can be perp and you can be perp and you can be perp
Starting point is 00:34:52 Now is that is something wrong? I'm gonna look up just I think some of the mean reddit comments have gotten to me. No, I don't worry. I don't worry, don't worry. I think they're gonna hate this one. No, it's been mean to us Reddit. Don't worry about them. As soon as they see that they're burnt, everything will be fine. This is the thing, how can the listener get upset at us when they're burnt?
Starting point is 00:35:23 And burnt wouldn't get upset at us. they're birthed. And Bert wouldn't get upset at us. Bert's on the podcast. Bert's a fan. Bert's a fan. Bert is on the podcast. Hey Bert. Wait, are you telling me heat? This is your, are you, Bert?
Starting point is 00:35:38 Wait, are you telling, Pron and Mark, wait a second. Are you telling me that you are a bird? Not me, I'm not. Now you are a bird. I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to you, bird. Sorry about this bird. And you can be a bird.
Starting point is 00:35:55 And you can be a bird. And you can be a bird. And you can be a bird. Stop saying beeper. Why not? You're saying beeper, you're saying beeper. I'm just I'm not I'm you're a fucking liar. I think it's recorded in these ears. Yeah, but in the very ears that sit in front of us No, no, no, no, no, it's not recorded in the ears. It's just in the ears of burp
Starting point is 00:36:19 Again, why are you saying burp? I'm not! I'm just I... You're saying beep burp instead of you can be burnt, which is the song. I'm not. Burp. I am saying beep burp. What are you saying in burts, you? You're just gonna have to become burp to find the out. You see, burp again! What happens if we listen to this podcast and become burp?
Starting point is 00:36:42 It'll stop once you stop listening. It will happen, won't it? Yeah, it'll be like, that's the time. You only get like, much like in the Charlie Kaufman film being John Malkovich. This is my question. When John Malkovich goes into John Malkovich. Oh, and he enters the Malkovich world.
Starting point is 00:36:58 Yeah. Oh, if BIRT listens to this podcast. What happens if BIRT listens to this podcast? He'll die. Or would it just be like he's on the podcast? Oh, hi, Bert. Apparently your camera is too hot and it's powered off. So Bert died. He went blind. Bert went blind. Bert, um, we're so sorry that you went blind. That's all right. You don't care. Do you burp?
Starting point is 00:37:25 Burp? Oh yeah, for copyright, for legal reasons. Yeah, we have to refer to you as burp. Burp, Christchurch. Can that be the name of the fuck up? Burp, Christchurch. The anti-donna experience. Where you are, burp Christ up
Starting point is 00:37:52 To the world of anti-donna where you will be Burp Christ up. Let me check. Are you okay with that burp? Burp say nothing and act blind that's true If you're if you're right if you're good, right? Good. In the anti-dunner experience, you take the part of Burp Crusher and award winning American comedian with a number of Netflix specials. Who have to shirt. And not to be confused with Burp. Burp Crusher. Did you know? No, I was going to say Crusherner. Did you, I always go to add an end? Well, that's burp
Starting point is 00:38:25 Krishna is what you're thinking up. Did you know that burp? Krishna is inspired by real American comedian bird Thank you so much for coming on the How long we gone for man in the corner? 38 minutes from the corner. Oh god, you've got to let us know at a half hour man. No, I just thought there was more to, like, there was the song and I thought you were really, like, going somewhere, so.

Starting point is 00:39:04 Burt Krishna. Burp Krishna, you are like a very different style of comedian to us but when you showed us support, when our Netflix show came out, I remember saying, wow, Burp Krishna is show-ignitioning a similar kind of supporters, Burp Krishna, at the same time. So with this world that you're creating? They both supported us. But and burp exist. Yeah. Burp Krishna is you. You are Burp Krishna.
