Starting point is 00:00:00 Get our legends above and to another rip episode of the R&T Dome Up Podcast. This week, and next, we're counting down the top 10 R&T Dome Up Podcast moments from 2022. We hope you're all having a wonderful holiday season and we'll be back in the new year with more rip-up pugs. You listen to the only other broadcasts The greatest fucking broadcasts in the world Broding my Kentucky sometimes and yes We hope you enjoy the part of the fucking broadcasts Alright guys, you guys are talking to get some music
Starting point is 00:00:35 But we need to start using royalty-free music Because we don't want to get sued Yes So the only music I could find that we could use is our album Do you know what? Truly, truly, truly hilarious as that is. We could still. It is.
Starting point is 00:00:51 Yeah, we could still get through by that multiple times on YouTube. But we'd have a claim to, we'd have a claim. You'd be surprised how low the claim would be. Yeah, we don't. It's the way that low the claim wouldn't be. Well, in terms of, it doesn't hold a lot of merit. We've played a clips from our album onto our TikTok and it got pulled. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:15 But that's TikTok. It's actively trying to prevent you, like it's owned by a government of a country and actively prevents you from being able to communicate with them. If you do it, and I can't tell you what to do, you're your own man, I'm not in charge you. Yeah. I'm as far as you know, I am not your dad, and I'm not a pro. It's impossible.
Starting point is 00:01:36 That's impossible. It's impossible. It's impossible. So I can't. Not impossible. No, not where. Not impossible. I can't tell you what to do, nor would I ever want to tell you what to do.
Starting point is 00:01:48 But if you do it, you're opening up a can of legal worms that could potentially come back to eat all of your apples. And these legal worms. Yeah. The apples are your business, your wellbeing, your career, and the worms are legal worms. And the algorithm that finds copyrighted songs on various platforms, that's the mud. What if I played some royalty-free music like this? I'm waiting.
Starting point is 00:02:19 Something like this. I'm waiting. It's not actually coming through, Zach. I can't hear it. There it is. There it is. There it is. Um, and I just sort of did chuffed over it. Yes, that's fine. I've got a wife and kids and they make me chuffed. Keep going.
Starting point is 00:02:34 Uh, discount Snickers. Do you need to look up the lyrics? Oh, new tires and they make me chuffed. Discount Snickers, get me chuffed. Watch your nine news. Gets me. Did the chuff. I don't know the word. I don't know the word. Chuffed this can't snickers get me chuffed watch a nine news gets me Did the chuff I don't know the chuffed I don't know the word you know the chuffed to the chuffed what do I have to do it? Got a quote on the shed for 1700 then I went and got a quote from a friend of Jeff's he quoted 1200 So I saved teams got your mom knew Towson she was house. Yeah, I'm a dad
Starting point is 00:03:02 Yeah, he'm a dad. Yeah, he's a dad That's all he's ever been his dad. I was just a real I'm just going more with the crew. You're running the show here, bro And so if you're at top I Want to look at what point you've been looking I have a look at the I have the results of the top 10 voted 2022 podcasts Is that on Tom Center? Yes, and I'm about to read him out. Oh, I'm so sorry. Don't look at him. Don't look at him. Unless you want to ruin it. I don't want to ruin it. What a big year it's been. It's been a very big year. It's been, I would say it's been one of the biggest years of our lives. Would you not say? Been a big year for Bob
Starting point is 00:03:39 Chaypick. I don't know. Well, yes, we haven't spoken about, we haven't spoken, you went in the office the day we found out. And I tell you, we haven't spoken about, we haven't spoken, you went in the office the day we found out. And I tell you why we haven't spoken about it on the podcast because these are coming out much later than we do. Yeah, yeah, yeah. By the time this comes out, Bob,
Starting point is 00:03:53 Jay, pick might be back. Yeah. Yeah. For those of you who don't know the Disney CD, Bob, Jay, pick is out and Bob, I go back in. The old CEO who retired. We're gonna make a change of letterheads or just say, old CEO who retired. You're gonna change the letter heads, or just say, this is from Bob.
Starting point is 00:04:07 Yeah, yeah, they just go, they go, just get some white out tape. Don't worry about replaying everything. They probably would change the letter heads, yeah. Anyway, we all done on email now anyway. This two episodes, as over the summer break, wherever you are in the world, maybe it's winter break, where you are. Maybe it's autumn break.
Starting point is 00:04:25 No, no, I was going to say one thing we're sure it's not spring or autumn. Spring break. Spring break. Y'all. It's not spring break, wherever they are when this comes out. At any time. It's winter or summer break. No, no, no, at any time over the world, it could be any season.
Starting point is 00:04:40 That's not how it works. And I have in front of me voted by you the listener, your favorite parts of 2022. Zach, what was your favorite part of 2022 as a whole not podcast-wise? Spring break. Oh, you went crazy on Spring Break this year. You went nuts. I went nuts. Zach and I made a promise that no matter what at the end of Spring Break, we were gonna get laid. And then me and four ex Disney, well three ex Disney salads and the wife of the director, we got Uzi's and Neon and I think we went to an island, I think, and we killed a guy.
Starting point is 00:05:16 I don't know. It was a weird movie. And I had a sexual experience with my friend's mum. Yeah, yeah, stifler. Stifler's mum has got to go it on. No, you've been stifling. You know, you've pushed two different things in your head into one thing.
Starting point is 00:05:33 That's the 2000s, man. Okay, all right. That is that the 2000s are fetishizing the mother friend's mother thing. They took the sexuality, the sexual wear of the 80s, and they brought it back without much interrogation. Do you know what I thought of for the first time the other day in a long time? Remember that song?
Starting point is 00:05:54 Maybe only Australians will remember this, but I'd rather do it with Madonna. What a fucking song. Yeah, is he talking about sexual intercourse? Yeah, he'd rather do it in the than Kyly or Britney or that's a whole thing. Like, oh yeah, like he has his pick of the litter. So that's what's implied, yes. My 2022, I loved getting back on the road and seeing so many of our wonderful friends around Australia. And New Zealand, that tour was great.
Starting point is 00:06:22 Yes, we haven't done it at time of recording this podcast. However, we all believe it will be great. We all believe it will go well if we die on the road. Maybe take this with a grain of salt. Yeah, try it. You know, if we've died on the road, when you're listening to this, if we died there, while you're listening to this,
Starting point is 00:06:42 just imagine now it's got a sad irony. Yeah, yeah, yeah. If we're still alive, it's fun. It's upbeat. It's fine, it's good. But now there's a sad irony. We never did that, Charlie, never did that. Oh, one of us die now, we, this is all.
Starting point is 00:06:57 It's valuable sound. That'll do well, that'll go viral. I'm bleeding. Oh, nice. Oh, from your thumb. Anyway. Is that some sort of a, I just called, cuticle miss out. I'm bleeding. Oh, no. Oh, from your thumb. Anyway, is that some sort of a, I just called, cuticle miss out?
Starting point is 00:07:07 I just picked it. Yeah. Yeah. Anyway, shall we crack in? What's the number? The opposite. Opposite. Why would you do the opposite?
Starting point is 00:07:14 Because it's a count down. Count down to a low number. Molly Maldrum's show wasn't called count up. Count down. OK. All right, we're just going gonna do it this way, right? And if it doesn't work, then we can go to your office. So we're starting at number 10.
Starting point is 00:07:29 Yes, the highest number. Hmm. Ever. I would say it's the lowest. Yeah, I know. But in my head, ever since I've been in kid, I've visualized, I can see, you know, you can you see numbers? Ah.
Starting point is 00:07:41 Like the figure. When I see it, how do you see it? I see it like a, like a graphically designed numbers all in a line upwards. So, 10 is higher up than one? Do you know this is true? In China, they think of time as up and down. And in here, we think of time as left and right and they actually use different words
Starting point is 00:08:06 So they talk about last month when we say last month they say up month Number 10 hit it Tom with a sting for number 10 Little hint now you guys remember everything we've done? Yes. So, Kira Knightley came in. Ah! Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:31 Kira Knightley? Yes, yes. Played by the wonderful Patrick Dirtam Silver. And this year we're not doing whole episodes as picks. We're doing sections that people vote for. Sections of certain podcasts. So this year, it's not the whole, and then someone has gone find it. It's a certain section that people like to be certain podcasts.
Starting point is 00:08:52 So number 10 this year is casting the episode featuring Hot Department and Patrick doing Kira Knightley. I wasn't there, so I can't talk about it. Oh, you weren't there. You weren't there. It was really good. It was really funny. What's the can't talk about it. Oh you weren't there, you weren't there. It was really good. It was really funny. What's one thing about it? I just, one thing that surprised me is that I did
Starting point is 00:09:11 and make the top 10 because I think it's an incredible bit that we did. It did. It had 5.73% of the votes. Can I say with my fragile ego? Oh. With my fragile ego? I'm mad that it went to an outsider. Yeah, totally.
Starting point is 00:09:25 Well, you're gonna hate this list. No, I'm not. You're gonna hate this list. He did great. He did the teeth. And this is a visual. So this is for anyone who's watching a jaw, or you can go on watching this one on YouTube
Starting point is 00:09:35 because we did release it on YouTube. Wait a second. How did you know if you weren't there? Because I listened back and watched things we make. So I've seen it. And he did a great job. I just had a gulp of cubs. He I listen back and watch things we make. Oh, so I've seen it. And he did a great job. I just had a gulp of cubs. He's also in our new series, Patrick,
Starting point is 00:09:49 and he's fucking incredible. Here is, Spinal Morning, The Bitt. I'll bring you a bit. We have one more edition. We have already cast the part, though. I don't have to tell him that. All right. Make sure to call them. All of them will know that, so don't worry about that.
Starting point is 00:10:02 Hi. Hi. I'm not humoring you. Don't worry about it. I'm the needer. Oh, British. I can't believe it. Now, this part is schic and British. This part is American.
Starting point is 00:10:15 Can you do an American accent? Absolutely. I've been doing it for 10 years. Okay, great. Well, what is your name first? Kering Knightley. Oh. Oh.
Starting point is 00:10:23 Ah. Ah. Ah. Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! What's all the check-als about? Just, we didn't know.
Starting point is 00:10:32 It was you, Kira. I didn't have my glasses on. Oh, of course. Of course, you're not. You're not. They were. I loved you in that film with that Irish guy. It was like, I know what it's like to be Indian because I'm Irish.
Starting point is 00:10:46 Oh thank you. You were so good in that. Now Kira, I don't want to be honest with you. Well please do, I mean that's a business, we all have to do something on this. That's so profound. You are profound, you're an English rose, you're profound English rose. I'm really not. And we just love you and you're in the English Rose. I'm really not. And we just love you.
Starting point is 00:11:05 And you're in the pirate. You did the pirate movie. You're in the pirate movie. With them. How did you feel about that? I didn't see any of them. I'm not a my family, didn't I, though? So, anti-pirate.
Starting point is 00:11:18 Oh, really? Really? Because they're posh. No, so silly. So is that. Are they so smart, British people? They are. And you're smart.
Starting point is 00:11:27 And I'm liking this. I'm liking your energy, Kira. We have already cast the part. But who played Ryan Star Wars? Sam. Sam. Sam. Sam.
Starting point is 00:11:39 Sam. Sam Ray. What's your name, Ray? I know I should know this bit. Oh. I stepped in for Natalie Portman. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But of course, it's that long ago.
Starting point is 00:11:49 It's so long ago in 1999. Because I'm just thinking, because I'm a Hollywood producer, if we like her, if we like here a nightly, she's like 30 now, yeah. Yeah. Why don't we just cast Rise From Star Wars? Yeah, we can cast Rise From Star Wars. So what are you doing? If you convince us, we're going to cast the young one. Oh god, oh, I've been playing 12 for almost 20 years now. Okay, it's quite actually working to my favorite. I loved you in a tonement by the way. Thank you. That took two days to film.
Starting point is 00:12:16 Two days? Yes. I work quite fast. People don't know that about me. about me. But of course, that's the business. Wow. Alright. Here are. Here are. We have one because we've not reached this point. But you are, you are such a well-known name. You're, you people know you people love you and the Matt Krakka. I mean, I hope you will name it. But don't, honestly, I'm quite humble. Just be working all the time. That's it. Yes. So, why don't we get you to audition anyway? And if you knock it out of the park, if you're right for the role, we'll give it to you anyway. We'll just tell.
Starting point is 00:12:50 We'll have that awkward conversation with the other. Do you know why Jim's got played? Absolutely. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We once worked in a feature film. We've got two men's, one tradie. Two men's, one tradie, of course, that was shot in one and a half days. Yes.
Starting point is 00:13:01 Wow, you worked very fast. That's so fast. Well, as a woman who's been playing 12 for so many years. Wow, you work very fast. That's so fast. Well, as a woman who's been playing 12 for so many years, you have to work really fast in order to play every single row. We've ever seen it. How do we win it? You look tired in the joke, you're a...
Starting point is 00:13:13 I don't know what that means. Maybe I should warm up. Yes. Yeah, just give us one of those. Give us... Just get... If we see the other one, it's absolutely... And just go...
Starting point is 00:13:23 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, many of you have been here in America and we want you to be auditioning for the role of Queen the Band. Yes, of course. All its one character. And its the same way for the American Queen the Band. Before I continue, I do say, in order for the part, these are things that I would happily do. I'd happily cover myself in milk. I'd happily run in a forest full of bees.
Starting point is 00:14:02 I would happily jump off a building. Things I won't do is wear a costume. OK. What would you be a woman? Yeah, what costume? Because the time reading is a costume. Yeah, in a way, everything's a costume. Of course, I should be more specific.
Starting point is 00:14:16 So things like shoes, dresses, and shorts, and tiny socks, and a ribbon for the smoke array jacket and maybe it's top a top from H&M anything we've ever tag on it something red perhaps something peculiar what what will you wear I wouldn't tell you I feel my own drug it yeah it gets tired just talking to her it's sort of I feel like it affects you you're both in a creek cringing, quite a lot. Yeah, it looks like the little tension in your body. It's very dense, you're very tense. All right, so no costumes, no clothes,
Starting point is 00:14:51 bees, four and a half hours, that kind of thing, that's fine. Do you wear clothes? Will you wear clothes? No, of course. Absolutely neat. Not. Oh, right, yeah. Because yeah, what are you wearing now?
Starting point is 00:15:02 It's just spray paint. Right. Oh, okay, well, like an NFL poster. Yeah, what's new? Yeah, what are you wearing now? It's just spray paint Yeah, yeah 60 I have all poster was All right one in you audition for the role American accent For the role of the British being queen and Queen the British being queen the British being queen We are needed to queen. We are need to introduce yourself, everyone knows who you are.
Starting point is 00:15:27 We say you we love you. You're an English rose. Let's go and action. Oh, I can play all of these instruments. Don't worry about it. I've been training for 10 years. I went to Joliot, of course. Oh, my brother.
Starting point is 00:15:44 He's broken his he's lagging. I pick up that guitar and I play loud and clit. I played loud and clit. It's okay, you lost the accent there a little bit. It just slipped back. I had to some flamin' my throat. It was a peculiarly strange, but I never have drank milk in my life.
Starting point is 00:16:00 So you drank milk before this? I never drank milk before. You've never drunk milk before, but you said you would for the role. Absolutely. I think I've seen enough. I've definitely seen enough. Kira, do you hear that buzzing?
Starting point is 00:16:15 Do you hear it? I did. Yeah, just outside. It was on bees. We don't have a bee problem here. That's Oscar buzz. That's Oscar buzz. Wow, wasn't that good?
Starting point is 00:16:26 Ha ha ha ha. It's good. It's great. It's great stuff. Time for, incredible stuff. Time for, we're pretending that we just listened to it. So can we just have a laugh? Ha ha ha ha.
Starting point is 00:16:36 Number nine. Good stuff. Number nine. They're dusting their tongue. This feature, this didn't feature you. You were away. I was away. I was, I was sick. We't feature you. You were away. I was away, I was sick. We probably said you'd died.
Starting point is 00:16:48 I think. I think I have a good idea of what it would be off the top of my hull. No, I'm not cheating. I promise I'm not cheating. Right. I love to cheat. You both know I love to cheat.
Starting point is 00:17:00 Anyone who's part of our Patreon and watched us play Werewolf, knows you're a filthy. Did I cheat in Werewolf? Yeah, you open your eyes. Oh, that's sick. Of course. Yeah, that's so mean. So gross. Anyway, it's fun This is what happens every time Zach is violently against it and you're like what? Evs and then it's just that for a while. Mark plays it like it's fine. You cheat because you want a wee bit You gotta let it go as well I'll let it go as well. I'll let it shake, you go let it go.
Starting point is 00:17:22 All right, all right. But it's eight and nine, divided by fucking six votes. That's how close we're between eight and nine. And this one came in at 5.95% of the votes from our fan base. And there's big numbers I'm looking at. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:39 It features a man from Greece heritage wise. Well, yeah, I was gonna guess. All right, you can still guess. Yeah, yeah, I was gonna guess. You can still guess. Yeah, but now it's very obvious. He's initials at AT. Yeah. Yeah. And he played Martin Scorsese in the episode.
Starting point is 00:17:53 Well, you've done it. And he's in finding eases. You stripped me of my great guess. I would have gotten it right. And I don't know. I don't know. No idea. No, yeah, I can't tell you.
Starting point is 00:18:05 This is a bit of... I'm playing. I'm playing. A bit of an episode featuring...do you want to say his name? Alexi tollopoulos. Tollopoulos. Tollopoulos. Tollopoulos.
Starting point is 00:18:16 Alexi tollopoulos. Tollopoulos. He came in. We were just going to talk to him about movies and then he just started doing... We decided to do it. he was doing Scorsese Sometimes people ask us this is a little fun fact sometimes people like did you plan it? Did you think about it? Did you and I want to say unequivocally this one? Maybe we'll play that moment. I feel like that's an important part of this is us just throwing at him
Starting point is 00:18:42 That he like that he's gonna play Scorsese, and how quickly he picked it up, but where did it go? I think the moment has already been picked. The moment has been picked. What is the moment? Well, the moment, I wanna ruin it, in case someone's listening for the first time.
Starting point is 00:18:53 All right. But it's one of the best, quickest moments of improv that's far better than what we could do. Yeah, it's, I'll tell you what, taking a break from the podcast. It's a delight. I'm gonna move. We're gonna move. I'm gonna be up by 3 30. All right. Bye. So I've got a lost I'm ready. I guess. I can't yeah. I believe you are Martin Scorsese. Yeah, I'm director on film. I'm a beautiful archivist. You may know me from the
Starting point is 00:19:21 Martin Scorsese cinema project. I restore and look after some of the great works of authors from around the world. Well, it's Martin Scorsese that we got into that. And I made Kundun, people know me from Kundun, a movie about that ballet llama, his life growing up, and what he did in his early years. I imagine, I've never seen any of them, but I imagine my favorite movies by you are the long ones where you explore your faith.
Starting point is 00:19:47 Of course you know me from the last temptation of Christ, they explored Christ as if you were a real man. They grew up in the early days of the early O's here. Yeah, early days. O-o's. Yeah, it was great work with my buddies Harvey Cartel, Willem Dafoe and Barbara Hershey. And then a special appearance as Pontius Pilate, David Bowie. Well, we really try to get sting for that role. I'm available.
Starting point is 00:20:17 Do busy sting probably having tantric sex or something in that era. Yeah, Bowie was so good. I can't believe he wasn't your first choice. No, that's the other one. I like to explore who they can bring with different stuff to the roles and stuff, you know. Marty, can I call you Marty? Of course, everybody does, darling.
Starting point is 00:20:33 Marty, don't worry, we'll plug the real you and your project, maybe in the intro, but I think we've decided you're playing Martinsky. Oh, of course, it's a flawless, flawless characterization. Marty. Yes, of course, bro, then. You are still. Thanks for knowing my name. It's incredible.
Starting point is 00:20:51 Yes, I'm glad. Wow. Marty. Yeah. Marty, you are still working. You're how old are you now? Approximately 77 years old. Yeah, you're an old.
Starting point is 00:21:04 And I guess you're 79. 79, you're a kid. Oh, I guess? Yeah, you're 79. 79, you know, a few years, like, Camoff. I don't count the coronavirus years. I think it to make my projects. Yeah, coming up on you. I mean, I don't want to advice a lady. You would have been a high risk.
Starting point is 00:21:16 I'm an old fella. I'm living with my daughter Francesca looking after me. She's my wife, whose name I don't know. Of course, Helen. Helen, of course, Helen Scorsese presumably. Helen Morris. Can I ask you a question? You really shouldn't take my name.
Starting point is 00:21:31 I'm so famous in my life. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Interesting. Well, maybe she's her own woman. Well, you know, Kate Blanchett. I'm a different era. Yeah. Kate Blanchett goes by a different name, I believe, in private life.
Starting point is 00:21:45 Really, not one of her characters. Kate Upton. Yeah, she says, I came up with it. Wow. Some funny stories. A poor soul, who could hurt on the aviator. Oh, yeah. And she didn't go by Kate Blanchett or Kate Upton's shirt by Catherine Hepburn.
Starting point is 00:21:58 Now, is it hard getting that technical effect, even though the technology is now the fuck? I'll tell you this, mate. It was fucking easy. Oh, really? Yeah, we just technology is now the fuck. I'll tell you this mate, it was fucking easy. Oh really? Yeah, we just put it in the computer, did some magic move on there. Let me just see if you can.
Starting point is 00:22:11 Yeah, see if you can. So we hit Cp, you know, chucked it on, chucked it out. You know? Wow. You cut the whole movie. You do the whole movie, cut it all up. Now, according to the script that I put together, my storyboards, and at the end I just said,
Starting point is 00:22:23 command A on all of it. Right click, go down, see if you click it, but it being but it was beautiful, beautiful stuff. Now, I hope this isn't rude to say, Marty. I can't call you Marty. You can call me Marty and I warn you, if this is a rude, I'm known for my fiery Italian passion. And I will waste to you brother.
Starting point is 00:22:43 Well, I hope I'm not overstepping along, but it would be wrong to say that you like a short film. Is that fair? Well, I was prepared to be insulted by a question. Yeah. And I may be there is some insinuation that I have been known to make a rather large scale film with a lengthy runtime such as my work on the Irishman, the recent film of my 2019 worked with Netflix. But that's how we linked up. I would say we bumped into each other at Netflix offices. We bumped into each other at those Netflix offices. I was there for my mates Bobby and
Starting point is 00:23:17 Al and Harvey Kytel. And you were there with yours, Ben, a Russell and a Silver Age. All our colleagues. Yeah, that's how we linked up, but I would say that I do like short films as well. I've made many short films. The big shave was a movie I made in film school and that was a guy shaving in front of the mirror and he keeps shaving after he's got all the beard off, begins cutting to his head and blood come out. How long does it go for? About six minutes. What are your feelings about films then between half an hour and two and a half hours in length? Wow okay, I like them. Yeah I like them. I like to watch every movie. I'm a bigst in a far much. Yeah. Even though I make other movies, I also like to watch the movies. And so I like
Starting point is 00:24:04 the Italian is coming. I have a little bit of Italian accents, you know, my parents were Italian. Yeah. Catherine, my mother. Oh. Catherine, my mother, you may know her from Goodfellas. Oh. She plays Joe Pesci's mom in that.
Starting point is 00:24:17 Really? She plays my mom in real life. I got a question for you. Of course. And I have some answers. Before you're directing and you your being a film writer. But a lot of people don't know. You're also a bit of an actor.
Starting point is 00:24:29 I've acted in many things. Yeah, you acted in that movie about the... I think you were... Were you in that movie about the quizzes where they were faking the quizzes? Quiz show by Robert Redford. Were you in that? I'm in that for a moment, I believe.
Starting point is 00:24:42 Yeah. I believe I'm in that. Often I pierce talking heads in documentaries about old movies and shit like that. Yeah, you love that. And every now and then I love to act. I've been in program enthusiasm. I've played myself directing Larry Davis,
Starting point is 00:24:58 if you were a gangster in one of my pictures. Sharktail. And a boy's over for Sharktail. As what? I played a blowfish, a puff of fish. And what did you do to prepare for that role? I really went back and looked at every puff of fish that I could find. So either in fish mongers warehouse, I would go examine the puff of fish.
Starting point is 00:25:16 I would talk to aquamarine biologists and go ask them questions. So what's your life? That far. Of course. We're talking to Daniel Dayl. We're talking to Daniel Dayl. We're talking to Daniel your show. I would talk to Aquamarine biologist and go ask him questions. So what's your life? You really went fish life.
Starting point is 00:25:28 That far. Of course. We were talking to Daniel Day Lewis getting some hints. Well, he's a friend of mine. Yeah. I collaborated with him several times on movies. Yeah. Of course, gangs of New York.
Starting point is 00:25:37 Yeah. You're setting my hometown of New York City. Yeah. I know you would know all of your life. I thought you were sitting by. Oh, you know, that was a character. I was playing at the start of the show. I was trying to throw you off.
Starting point is 00:25:47 But you do know a bit about the Sydney Olympics. Yeah, so of course I was there. Were you actually? Yeah. Oh, that's incredible. We didn't need to dig down. But I know you would know everything about your life. Yes, I lived it after all.
Starting point is 00:26:01 Yeah, but the fact that, you know, it, you know, I have perfect recall of it immediately. Yeah, but you have perfect recall of this person's entire life and full of you. So tell us more about who else was in, what was it called, Gengs of New York? Oh, Gengs of New York, I was working with the great Liam Neeson. People would know he's a work from Schindler's list and taken to. But I would be working with Liam Niesen day to day, and I've got one of my modern music.
Starting point is 00:26:32 It was the first time I worked with my modern music, Mr. Leonardo DiCaprio. And he is a magnificent balance. What do you like about Leonardo DiCaprio and other than the fact that he helps with finding his. He's actually. He's sexy. He brings the teen girls to my movies. Oh, that's it. And that's why I key audience. That's how you can at least survive
Starting point is 00:26:51 against the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which I think is trash and roller coasters. But the only way you can get those big audiences is by having a beautiful, hunker spunk like Leonardo DiCaprio. Yeah. He's your captain, captain America kind of thing. I guess we have to put in the parlance of the everyday language you speak.
Starting point is 00:27:11 I would say that. He's my captain Marvel. Do you use IMDb at all? Oh, I am DB. I don't need to use it. I've seen every movie. I am DB. It's best that you've ever seen it, Alex.
Starting point is 00:27:24 I am deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep.
Starting point is 00:27:32 I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep.
Starting point is 00:27:40 I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep. I'm deep you're saying right. I'm saying I wasn't there for it. And when I watched that, I laughed and laughed and laughed. Have we already played the clip? Yeah. That was great.
Starting point is 00:27:51 Six votes more this next one got. Six. So fucking tight. Oh yeah. This is, doesn't feature a guest. It does feature a guest actually. Right, and can you just, I'm sorry, we will jump, we will keep this moving.
Starting point is 00:28:05 Can you just avoid using the word tight? Oh, yeah, I'm never gonna... Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, sorry. I'm never saying it again. I made a mental note when I said it and that was someone's, I was like, I'm not gonna address it.
Starting point is 00:28:15 I just need the list, I don't know. Maybe instead of not to say the word anymore. Maybe instead of tight, use moist. Oh, yeah. See? I'm gross. Anyway, stop doing up to them bits. What can do a little bit?
Starting point is 00:28:27 Speaking of bits. And bits that make people uncomfortable. This next character makes people very uncomfortable. Who is it? Mark? Racist Rick. No, we didn't know we never released that. We never released that.
Starting point is 00:28:41 We didn't release that episode. We found it was, well, I found, yeah, we decided it was just... Yeah, yeah, right, right, right, yeah, okay. So racist, no, we decided not to put out. But this character is a little bit... Shhh, where we? Yeah, no. No, no, it's not silly boy.
Starting point is 00:28:55 It's not silly boy. It is, but, yeah. Yeah. Unless you wanna do it. No, no, no, no, no, you can do it, Mark. Do you wanna do silly boy? No. Okay.
Starting point is 00:29:04 But we'll play it. Yeah, play, you can do it Mark. Do you want to do silly boy? No, okay, but we'll play it. Yeah, play this bit. Play the clip as I put out 1.5 speed. This is called silly. People love silly boy, Mark. People do love silly boy. Obviously not enough to make the fucking top five, but... You'll see.
Starting point is 00:29:17 This is bits remember. And this person came back twice this year, so we'll see. Why are you winking at me? You know, you're... Oh, you're coming onto me. I understand. This section is called... It's number seven,
Starting point is 00:29:31 which plays silly boy... Silly boy turns violent. Yeah. I don't tell anybody. I'm actually the swilliest person. Yeah. And I love When I'm more fun the kingdom So many animals I like to take pictures of
Starting point is 00:29:58 Zach's just coming back in just in time for you just in time for the chorus. Zach. Great. I'm a very shitty boy, Shitty, we all the time, I like to do things That are swilly and are swilly silly, We're a little boy, can't be very silly And nobody can take away How swimmy I am Yeah
Starting point is 00:30:29 Swimmy and shy Now what's happened is Zach has come back in with a different mind frame I'm seeing He's going to make a real point of getting on board with silly boy That sounds like a silly choice you've made Yes well I suppose it is Mr. Silly Silly. Shitty boy! Okay, here we go! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH This is on an outro from Blood Sugar Six Magic. But... Yeah, very good.
Starting point is 00:31:26 This is a silly boy, very good song. I can't tell if Jack's being swirly or not anymore. I don't think Jack knows where he sits in the spectrum of silly. But can I just say- Would you like me to be silly? Yes! Okay, ooooh! That wasn't very silly, that was stupid.
Starting point is 00:31:45 Okay, I'll work on that if you just feel it. That was fucking stupid. Don't ever do that ever again, I'll fucking kill you. Okay, Mr. Silly, I'll see you boy. What fucking cat you killed? I'll fucking kill you. You discussed it. I was just fucking baby, you're fucking sick.
Starting point is 00:32:03 I will fucking kill you. I'll fucking kill you. I have no fucking baby. I was just, you're fucking sick, fuck man. I will fucking kill you. Fuck you. I will fucking kill you. I have no fucking idea. I know where you fucking live, you dog. I fucking hate you. You know what's happening? Those W's disappeared.
Starting point is 00:32:15 So, I don't know what that means, but. Maybe compromise. Compromise. Oh, it's back. I'm good. I don't want to compromise. Now guys, I feel a bit of tension between silly boy and Zach there. No, no, I think silly boy You are a bit silly I'm gonna get a little bit
Starting point is 00:32:38 My violent silly boy. I'm gonna shoot you fucking take me shoot you in the chest I mean fuck all the little holes I make. Yeah, fucking with my will we do whatever you want I'll get a fucking burr at our fucking baby talking sexual You up and fuck all the house. Yeah, who's fucking swirly now? Boy, I'm sorry. I was a little aggressive before. A little aggressive? I came in here a little aggressive. Silly boy, you're a perfectly valid character.
Starting point is 00:33:13 Flank-woah. I always found you funny. But I no longer find you repulsive. But I no longer find you repulsive. And now love. So has that played now? No, it's played now. Wow, great stuff. Gee, that character's not very silly, but is greater pointing out when other people are.
Starting point is 00:33:39 Yeah, great. You've never met him. No, I haven't. What a great duplicity. Number six, hit it. What do you want? Should we just talk about it? Thanks, Tom. No, I haven't. What a great duplicity. Number six hit it Soon we just talk about it. Thanks Tom the next episode doesn't feature Mark come didn't play a sound Wait, what what just happened then? I don't worry. All right don't just leave it all right, so Tom don't play any sounds He doesn't listen to you
Starting point is 00:34:03 He doesn't listen to you. Tom, there's a reveal as to why there's been no sards at this point. No, don't listen, don't do that Tom. Tom, please don't play any sards. Don't do that. The next episode features a little man with glasses and no, it's not Mark. A little Ben Russell. Yes. Benny Russell.
Starting point is 00:34:23 Episode 314. You were dead. I was Russell. Episode 314. You were as dead. I was sleeping. I was sleeping. And he came in and we, he's the best improviser in Australia, in my opinion. Yes. In our opinion.
Starting point is 00:34:35 Yeah, well, back to me. That's cool. I think he's been... No, I think it's rough too. I had Australia. He's good. And he's alright. And he's a Ferrari for podcasting, right? He's a pro, I understand. He's good. And he's a lus- he's all right.
Starting point is 00:34:45 And he's a Ferrari for podcasting, right? He's unbelievable. Because if you notice in our first one, 100, he's in every second. We really need it there. Because we just walk into the office and go, can you come in here for a sec? Please.
Starting point is 00:34:56 And he's one of the shining stars of a new series coming out on Channel 7. Watch that. Is that been an hour? All quiet on the Western front. All quiet on the Western front. Yeah, it's all quiet on the Western front. It's called, we interrupt this broadcast. A wonderful sketch comedy series with a lot of our very close
Starting point is 00:35:11 none of friends, people you know me, you may know Greg Larson, Ben Russell, Michelle Grazier. And Ben Russell will be in it. You'll see how funny he is. Yes, he's very funny. He's very funny. And they're all very funny. We just came in and started doing,
Starting point is 00:35:23 we just literally, I don't think, preprepreded all, we just did a Ben Russell day, which is very, you know, this bit's called the farm cult slash blasting off. And this one was, you know, we talked about it earlier. This one was more, I think, there was a process of finding that,
Starting point is 00:35:39 these ones were like, my dad asked me, he's like, did you plan this? And this one was purely just the sound that my dad listened to. My dad watched the, did you play any of this? And this one was purely just the sound dad listens to. My dad watched the video of it. I'm gonna say a lot of these ones are just video clips. That's why they do a lot. I think this is, I don't know if you know. No, there was a video of this one released.
Starting point is 00:35:59 My dad saw the video and he said, did you play in that? Did you? And this one was one of the most, Ben Russell, yes, ending. This is the greatest example of yes, and I've ever seen in my life. Cause I think it was just a funny little voice. I think it was like, oh, oh, oh, oh.
Starting point is 00:36:14 That happened and then we went from there and then he was just yes and all along. Yeah. What a journey. He's good at that. Here it is. I'm sorry. I'm entwined this moment of peace so much. I can't help but come into on it. Is that okay? I don. Here it is. I'm sorry. I'm in trouble this moment of peace so much.
Starting point is 00:36:25 I can't help but to come in, Tony. Is that okay? I don't think it is. Oh, well, who likes to share a glass of water? Yes, I would. Now, if I can interject just for a moment, you seem to love water and it seems to be way for communicating to one another. Tell me a bit about that.
Starting point is 00:36:44 Well, there's nothing more. If you break us down to the most common building blocks of the natural world, nature, its water, guess what? Its water. Water. And I don't think that that's on by accident. No. Do you think that that's an accident?
Starting point is 00:37:04 Do you think that that's an accident? Do you think that that's an accident? Do you think that that's an accident? Do you think that that's on by accident. No. Do you think that's an accident? Do you think that's an accident that water is a large part of who we are? Do you think that that's an accident? I couldn't say. Exactly. You've just said a few fucked up things. I've got a question for you. Like, it's almost a shit's in three fucked.
Starting point is 00:37:18 If I put 25, it's through that, bro. If I can see you going, this can't, look at him. I can see him. I can see you going, this can't, I look at him. I look at Brodard, I can see him. Go, I can't believe this, I can't do this, I can't even think about this sort of thing in my brain. I can't see if he characters are based entirely out of, you were doing a bit at the start and it's these fully formed sort of.
Starting point is 00:37:42 I'm not a character, any more more than you know, you're a character Hmm what I am right is I'm I think when we think character when we think people we think an individual What does my brain think when I think character and people I think one and then when you go to people three people four people pretty quickly You've got over a thousand people Yeah, and you know what happens when you've got a thousand people congregating in one urban environment? It's unnatural. It's unnatural. We were meant to be in villages and tribes. And your eyeballs, back your eyeballs, growth. Blue blood. Goes right into your bloodstream. Right into your bloodstream, blue blood. I've got a question
Starting point is 00:38:21 for you, Brody. You're asking about the water water. Look at me when I ask him a question. Okay, sure. Broden, I'm sorry, you're just, you're upsetting me, Broden. I'm sorry. No, that's okay. Yeah, Broden, you were talking earlier before about water. So you had a large crucible, a large, a grayle. A grayle, right? And I'm talking very large, large enough to fit over a thousand people in it.
Starting point is 00:38:46 Sounds a bit like an urban environment. Sounds like the world. Right? Now, if you would have filled it with a thousand people, if you needed a thousand people to fill that up, you filled it up. I filled it up with people. Right to the brim. Right to the brim. How many people are in that container. It depends how big the grail is. That's absolutely right. Now if I would fill it with water. How big the grail. Just big as you need it to be. It's for the example.
Starting point is 00:39:14 There's a minimum. There isn't a maximum, too. And there's a maximum, too. Oh, is there? Yes. What's that? It's as big as maybe a big balloon. Oh, yes, now you want to go bigger than a balloon?
Starting point is 00:39:29 I'm talking like a hearty, aren't you? Yes, no, absolutely. Not just your average household balloon. You know, you go and you say, hey, we're going to go have a party. Let's have a balloon. No. That'd be epic. But we have balloons.
Starting point is 00:39:41 We have a lot of balloons. We make balloons. We make the balloons and we sell the local market What natural Natural things peaks Peak peak balloons The liver of a peak is a very airtight Prada
Starting point is 00:40:02 People People Guess what? Prada and People who think they put it Guess what guess what what do you suspect us? Well, that's that usually it's like skin Exactly exactly. That's what I keep saying to you all you don't listen to whatever we're saying We thank the pig. We think the pig. We say thank you. Thank you. Not just for your food Yeah, not just for your water, not just for you. And we drink from the pig.
Starting point is 00:40:29 We also thank it for creating because we live in it in a post-capulist balloons, glue, thickener, meat, thickener, blood, blood, bone, lip compost. You can make compost from the bones. Can I? B-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b very grainy, but once you get past that graininess, it's absolutely delicious. So that receptacle we were talking about earlier, Brian, is we thought to fill it with water. How much water would you say is in that receptacle? Exactly, one water. So we'd be start to think of ourselves.
Starting point is 00:41:18 What? What? Don't we start to think of ourselves as individual beings? But part of one network is... I would say like, leaders of water, thousand leaders of water. Thousands of leaders of one water. We start to imagine ourselves in the... We can transform those urban environments.
Starting point is 00:41:39 And we're getting back into it. I can see that you're a bit weeded out. You're a bit puzzled. You're a bit, I don't understand what... I don't understand what RuPaul is saying. But listen, Matt's is the universal, aren't you? Your RuPaul. Is your bonkers we changed, Matt? Your, your Boru. Yes. Your RuPaul. For now, my name was one Sarah. Would I have lived in Heidelberg in the 70s my name was Sarah, but now I've got other new name, yes.
Starting point is 00:42:08 And that is Boru. Yes. What does it say on your driver's license? I don't have one. Do you have any formal identification? No. Does anyone know where you are? I.
Starting point is 00:42:22 I know where you are. There we go. And yes, I, I, I, my, my, my children know where I are. I know where you are. There we go. And yes, I, my, my, my children know where I am. They're not happy with the situation, but they understand that I'm happy here and that I'd rather not see them. They, they bring, they talk about, you know, I'd rather not talk about my children if that's okay. No, I'm sorry. You'll think very quickly. I just asked a question.
Starting point is 00:42:48 I'm sorry, I need a moment here. Bon roo. Now, yeah, that's Bon roo. Which one? You're Bon roo. You know what? I think we need to blast off. Last stuff?
Starting point is 00:43:04 Or we need to blast off. We need to blast off. Oh, he want rocket I don't know if we could just blast Didn't have I make rocket field right? H to oh That explosion you see couldn't happen with that water is water itself. So we're just going to not a sorry I need a man. He's thinking about is there nothing more power or the notion that Hydrogen and oxygen together we create not just water but fire I've thought about that, but I'm just thinking about it again right now
Starting point is 00:43:43 It is just as surprising and delicious as the first time that I thought about it. Well, the leader talked about that last week. Who did the farm? The leader. Sorry, that one has people commentating. That's okay. That's all right. Yeah, that's all right.
Starting point is 00:43:55 You should just come along to the farm for a week and see what you'd like about. Here we go. Oh, here we go. We're passing out. I see it, right? How long into the podcast hour? Safe right now. We got like, okay, you did 10 more minutes, are you coming back?
Starting point is 00:44:09 No. No. I'm fine right now. You can feel it. You can feel it for 10 minutes. Oh. Oh. Oh.
Starting point is 00:44:18 Oh. Oh. Oh. It's a bit of a process. Oh. It is fast. Oh. process. It is fast. Oh wow. This is all about water, bro.
Starting point is 00:44:30 So I'm watching for anyone listening at home. I'm watching two people in a rocket ship. Middle-aged ladies. With gray. Yeah, with dyed hair, I see like dyed blue hair. Oh, yes. Oh. They're taking off into into the stratosphere
Starting point is 00:44:48 There they go. They're breaking through the ozone or the earths. I can see them. They're a flicker in the sky And there it was So it's just play. Yeah Good stuff and number six So this will be the last one for this week and then we'll come back with the top five next week. Why are we filming this? I guess the people that want to play the clip this can be used as the way we're doing this video.
Starting point is 00:45:10 Yeah, that far into video filming now. We're 12 months into filming every episode, so now you can cut to, wow, you couldn't use the video. No, no, no, no, we didn't have that technology before. Yeah, there was no cameras. No, but now thanks to the great advance. So I believe in nanotech.
Starting point is 00:45:24 No, no, it is a nanotech switch and quantum computing Okay, I love that show the levels if we can get to 50 qubits The quantum computer will be smarter than us. All right. Mm-hmm That's true. This one the top was from five six six seven eight six seven nine six six votes From 5, 6, 7, 8, 6, 7, 9, 6, 6 votes. 10, 9, 8, 7. Very small amounts of votes divide this. This came in at 6.57% of the voting. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:51 It is episode 309. And it is called an eye genuine. They don't remember doing this episode. Top five ways to break the rules of a top five list. Oh, that one was great. That was a clip. Why not? There's a clip of that. A lot of clip ones don't know. Oh, that one was great. That was a clip. Why not? There's a clip of that.
Starting point is 00:46:05 A lot of clip ones don't know. Yeah, I'm just saying. Yeah, no hands. At the bottom, I think I say something about no hands. And that calls me ableist. And you were right to do so. Oh, that episode, yeah, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:18 Well, let's find out. Is that, yeah, is that a testament to people only watching the videos, or is it a testament to Tanya, who who picks the clips picking good clips. I'm happy to go with that. I would argue it's the fact that the video is a more widely seen Mm-hmm Is it worth playing the clip now because I sort of just described it? I don't think so I think don't play it Yeah, I think we should play the clip because that's what a best of is all about If we don should play the clip because that's what a best of is all about. If we don't play the clip, this is just us rushing through some intros and outros. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:53 And that's going to be a weird listening experience. What we should do one year is like how the Simpsons used to do a clip show is let's do an episode around the clip show. Around the clips. Why would we do that? Because the idea of doing the best of is to like, give us a little holiday from doing podcasts. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:08 I bought it, I bought it. What? I thought, maybe we just bought one time. I love the Simpsons. Hmm. I'm happy for the next, for part two, for part one of this, to be as long as it's as sort of tight to be like a Simpson style clip episode.
