What was on his screen
would change Saskia's life forever.
I said, I need you to tell me
exactly what you're doing.
And immediately, the mask came off.
You're supposed to be safe.

disappeared from a commune.
It was nature and trees and praying and drugs.
So no, I am not your guru.
And back then, I lied to everybody.
They have had this case for 30.

Welcome back to Bachelor Happy Hour's Golden Hour. Thanks so much for joining us today. Susan,
How are you, are you still freezing down there?
It's not only cold, it's the aches and pains from shoveling, I'm telling you.
I have two sons that didn't show up.
So I'm in Austin, still at my daughter's house, and all we have is ice,
and we have no salt and no plows, so I'm in this year-law.
And more is to come, but.
Thank God for vodka, it doesn't freeze.
Today's going to be a good day because we have two very special guests,
returning to golden hour
please welcome from season 10
of paradise
Bailey and Jeremy
hi guys welcome
it's so good to see you
I gotta say that both of your smiles
I loved you on Paradise
but Bailey if it's even possible
you have gotten prettier
and Jeremy you don't have resting
bitch face anymore you've got a smile
on your face
totally different face
every day you would tell me to smile more
so I do it just for you.
I know.
You're so handsome.
You are so handsome.
So thank you for smiling.
You just look so much more comfortable in your own skin right now.
You're glowing, Bailey.
Bailey's glowing.
Oh, am I?
It might be the ringlight that I like put on, but still I have been, it might be my boyfriend.
All right.
Well, let's just say, first of all, I truly am really happy to see both of you guys.
I spent a lot of time with you in Paradise, and I love you both.
But there's so much we want to discuss.
We're just going to get right into it.
I know.
I know we have a million questions.
My first one is, how has life changed for you guys since leaving Paradise together?
I know it's a big question.
I mean, obviously we are in a great relationship now, so that makes life a million times better.
But I think on a day to day, it's pretty much the same.
Yeah.
But we're living together, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, we're back.
I'm back and forth between New York.
in Atlanta. I do have a closet. We have a closet going on. So I have stuff in the closet. I have
lots of my stuff here, actually. I'll have to send you guys photos if you can see just how
I have here. But I feel like, yeah, I feel like we have enjoyed life so much more after the show
together and just, you know, being able to spend time with each other. In real time. That's, you know,
you're not in that bubble and you're not in a bubble. Yeah, not in a bubble. Yeah. After the show aired,
It just feels like things have calmed down.
And I feel like now we just enjoy.
So tell me how is your relationship grown?
Because obviously you two enjoy each other.
But how is your relationship actually grown?
I mean, I feel like, yeah, I'll take it.
I'll take it.
I feel like as far as how it's it grown, I just feel like every day.
I mean, I feel like the whole point of it is like every day you just like fall more in love.
You know what I mean?
We're learning more things about each other.
Now we've fully met families.
We did holidays.
days. We got to like surprise his grandparents for Hanukkah night one, which was like so amazing.
We just happened to be in Florida for the first night of Hanukkah. So that was really cool because
that was my first like Hanukkah ever. And honestly, I haven't gotten to me as grandparents yet.
So I feel like that was really awesome. And then yeah, we fully met families. And then he came to Georgia
and we did all Christmas in Atlanta. And we did a bunch of kooky things with my family.
And we've just been like busy. We just spent like most games.
together we spend it almost we've essentially been in like a five-year relationship at this
yeah like sometimes i forget that we haven't been dating for years i feel like paradise
moves things along very quickly and then i feel like just the biggest thing for us is after paradise
has really just been like spending time together and i mean i feel like we kind of did really
get to know each other really well inside and out but like just you know reconfirming like you know
you know, everything else.
So it's been.
That looks perfect to me.
I mean, the glows.
I mean, truly, I got to say, yeah, you guys looked very.
And like I said, I knew you from the beginning.
You looked so comfortable together.
I think we're really comfortable.
I think that was one thing we did on Paradise that it wasn't really shown.
But we spent so much time, like sitting in silence with each other.
I think when our brains were kind of just like fried after some of the challenges.
So I feel like we just actually really enjoy.
spending a lot of time together. And we really do, like, we just do. You get along. Yeah.
Yeah. We really like to do a lot of the same thing. So I feel like that's been really nice because
anytime that we can work together. What's the most that you're apart? Like when you go back to Atlanta,
is it? Yeah. Or like someone will need to travel to another place. Yeah. I think the longest we were
apart was for like three weeks back in like September or two October. Yeah. I was in China. So
in Abu Dhabi. So I was like away for work. That was long. And the time zones, that was really rough.
Yeah. And I was just tired. We're usually not a farm. Yeah. We really do try to spend it. I love this.
It's amazing. So tell me like at 30 seconds or less, give me an average day. What does it look like for you two together?
Like weekday or weekend? I don't care. Pick a day.
Doesn't matter. He's back at work. So he's at work during the day. So if we're here in New York,
he wakes up super early like 5 a.m.
And then he goes to the gym.
He drinks coffee.
And then he wakes me up after he comes back from the gym.
And then he like sit on the couch until, you know, he gets ready to go to work and just spend that morning with each other.
And then he goes to work.
I'm usually here.
I try to do Pilates, but I haven't really been doing that much.
And then, yeah, I'm usually just like working from home.
and then we come home with each other and meet back in around five.
Yeah, we do dinner.
I don't cook, though.
So he usually cook.
That's why I love you, Bailey.
We share that in common.
Wait, Jimmy, I have a question.
Are you working full?
She doesn't cook.
Are you working full time in New York now?
Yeah, I've always been working full time.
But you're not, but you don't travel for work.
No, no.
Yeah.
What kind of work do you do?
Real estate, property management.
Oh, okay.
Yep.
Just in the city, right?
Just in the city.
Been here for a while now.
Might be time to leave.
I know.
He's kind of ready to get out of the city.
Wait.
So that, oh, they're reading my minds.
So we're going to get to like the future.
But would you two ever consider, I don't know, like a move to, let's say Atlanta.
Like, are you guys thinking about moving somewhere?
I mean, I think at like currently at this point in time, there's so much unknown.
We're kind of just playing it day by day.
I think we're both open and moving to a few places.
I'm kind of sick in New York, to be honest.
It's obviously better with her and going to events and stuff, but yeah, somewhere warm.
Yeah.
I'm in the city.
Yeah, I'm in the city.
Well, let me just tell you, I would tell you moved to Austin, but it's about 26 degrees out right now.
So, you know, maybe not.
Which is rare.
I feel like we do really like Atlanta.
And I love, like, my neighborhood that I grew up.
Atlanta's fabulous.
Oh, I love Atlanta.
I love my house.
Like, honestly, in a few years, like, nobody's going to live in my house.
So I don't know, we could always, that's kind of, I feel like our backup plan.
But I feel like I would really like to have good weather and just like more sunshine.
Yeah.
And maybe just got to get out of the city.
Yeah, maybe there's a little bit more room.
Do you see a lot of bachelor people in New York City that live there?
Sorry, what was it?
Do you see a lot of the, any of the bachelor folks who live in New York City?
Yeah.
I mean, we see Dot in and Charity.
A lot. Yeah. And obviously a lot of people come and visit. There were a few who like moved out in New York.
Yeah. I'm trying to think of who else. I just saw Zoe and Sarahina. So I just had dinner with
Serafina. It was actually supposed to meet me, Zoe, Lexi and Serafina, but trips come up,
things come up. So yeah, I feel like keep up with a lot of our friends. But I feel like we're all
kind of like spread out. So it's like kind of preferred. But anytime we do end up like going to a few
events a week and I feel like that's where we usually end up running into our friends and then
there's not like specific couples from paradise that you hang out with well everyone's nobody's
mainly just laying in jonathan yeah shut out who did you say who did you know i feel like we
just like keep up with everybody but everyone's like far nobody's from couples from paradise no one's in
the city yeah everyone's
Well, what it is?
It's just like Spencer and Jess.
Yeah, Spencer and Jess are in Texas.
Yeah, there are three hours for me.
Alex and Andrew do long distance.
So they're...
I thought they moved in Chicago.
Oh, maybe.
I see how you're keeping up.
I feel like keeping up is like we have each other on close friends and we like swipe up to stories.
We do.
We have like a group message with Leah that we frequently all text in.
and I feel like I keep up with like...
Okay, you do know Leia has a boyfriend now.
Yes.
She, I...
Well, I don't...
Yeah, she posted this, right?
No, she does.
She does.
Yeah, okay, I was like...
It was on our podcast.
It's good.
Welcome to the A building.
I'm Hans Charles.
I'm in a Mulek.
Lamauga.
It's 1969.
Malcolm X and Martin Luther King, Jr.
had both been assassinated.
And Black America was out of breaking point.
Writing and protests broke out on an unprecedented scale.
In Atlanta, Georgia,
at Martin's Almermata,
Morehouse College.
The students had their own protest.
It featured two prominent figures in black history,
Martin Luther King's senior,
and a young student, Samuel L. Jackson.
To be in what we really thought was a revolution.
I mean, people would die.
1968, the murder of Dr. King, which traumatized everyone.
The FBI had a role in the murder of a Black Panther leader in Chicago.
This story is about protest.
Echoes in today's world far more than it should, and it will blow your mind.

That's your home.
That's your husband.
So keep this secret for so many years.
He's like a seasoned pro.
This is a story about the end of a marriage.
But it's also the story of one woman who was done living in the dark.
You're a dangerous person who prays on vulnerable and trust.
people. Your creditor might go up and good.

This is Ryder Strong, and I have a new podcast called The Red Weather.
It was many and many a year ago in a kingdom by the sea.
In 1995, my neighbor and a trainer disappeared from a commune.
It was hard to wrap your head around. It was nature and trees and praying and drugs.
I am not your guru.
And back then, I lied to my parents,
I lied to police, I lied to everybody.
There were years right where I could not say your name.
I've decided to go back to my hometown in Northern California,
interview my friends, family, talk to police, journalists,
whomever I can to try to find out what actually happened.
Isn't it a little bit weird that they obsess over hippies in the woods
and not the obvious boyfriend?
They have had this case for 30 years.
I'll teach you sons of a bitch to come around.
You're in my wife.
Boom, boom, this is the red weather.

The Chief.
Oh, it's a rap.
It's time to rebuild.
Who's your MVP right now then?
Drake May up there.
Josh Allen up there still.
Oh, my boy, Matthew Stafford.
Where did he?
He ain't too far behind.
He did all this talk.
What Matthew Stafford is doing statistically, bro, is crazy.
Bro, you know I ain't no Josh Allen fan,
but Matthew Stafford got better weapon.
Hey, he should be in that conversation.
In what conversation?
He should be in it.

You know Roll Doll, the writer who thought up Willie Wonka, Matilda, and the BFG.
But did you know he was also a spy?
Was this before he wrote his stories?
It must have been.
Our new podcast series, The Secret World of Roll Doll, is a wild journey through the hidden chapters of his extraordinary, controversial life.
His job was literally to seduce the wives of powerful Americans.
What?
And he was really good at it.
You probably won't believe it either.
Okay, I don't think that's true.
I'm telling you.
I was a spy.
Did you know Dahl got cozy with the Roosevelt's?
Played poker with Harry Truman and had a long affair with a congresswoman.
And then he took his talents to Hollywood,
where he worked alongside Walt Disney and Alfred Hitchcock
before writing a hit James Bond film.
How did this secret agent wind up as the most successful children's author ever?
and what darkness from his covert past seeped into the stories we read as kids.
The true story is stranger than anything he ever wrote.
Listen to the secret world of Roll Dahl on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
Do you think that there's any misconceptions that, you know, people might still have about your relationship,
or do you think that ship has sailed?
Or if you do think there are misconceptions, what are they?
Were there ever misconceptions?
I love you, Jeremy.
You should have been a lawyer.
You know, he really should.
No, seriously.
I did do mock trial in high school.
Oh, I'm not shocked.
And I did debate, which is why, you know, you and I.
Huh?
I'm not shocked either.
Yeah, I know.
I know.
I love you, Jeremy.
So, okay, so he's deep.
Well, misconceptions, I feel like, not really anymore.
I feel like at this point, I feel like we've gotten a few platforms to kind of show, like,
who we are, you know?
It's real.
It's very real.
Not much online.
We kind of just, like, give updates of, like, where we are and, you know, what we've
been doing after a while.
But, yeah, I feel like, I mean, at this point, we would only be dating if we, like,
actually loved each other.
You know what I mean?
It's not work.
Listen, there were, I don't remember who Bailey, but I know there were a couple of people.
honestly, I would tell you about I can't remember who said the ones they were worried about not making it were you two and Cat and Dale.
And as we know, Cat and Dale broke up.
But I just want to say there were so many couples.
You guys, Spencer and Jess and Alex and Andrew.
Like, Paradise was really a success.
Yeah.
You guys.
I mean, I feel like.
And you still voted us home.
Yeah, you know he's not going to love that go.
Listen.
Jeremy, I love Golden's to go home.
Jeremy.
Jeremy, I love you.
I love you.
And because I did debate and I almost also went to law school, you would have voted me off for the same reason.
We're going to let it go because I love you.
You voted yourself off.
There you go.
I do the right thing.
I'm an ethical person.
Exactly.
I voted myself up.
Yeah, I think Paradise was really successful.
But I think Paradise in general is successful.
just because you spend so much time with each other.
More time.
Not for me, Bailey, but keep talking.
Yeah, it was kind of hard, I think, for the Goldens, I think.
It was.
But it was still fun.
And also, you guys were kind of taken care of us.
So it was like, you know, you guys were still mom and dadding.
Like, it was a lot.
When I came home, my daughter said to me, asked me about that.
And I said, I don't think you get it unless you were there.
Seeing and watching you guys fall in love and.
being there. I am telling you, as a mom, it like warms my heart. And as a mother, do we have any
engagement plans? You know, because I need to know. No, not yet. I think we're doing. Do we talk
about it? We're young. No, if there were any plans, I would have taken the free ring on the show.
I don't know. Yeah. So either one of you, you just know you're in love. Yeah, I think we're just
enjoying, like, we're not in a rush to get engaged. I feel like we're just enjoying time. And I don't know,
there's there's no rush i mean you're i love that that there is no rush but i also loved i have to say
susan i know these two there smiles as bail you're always gorgeous with a smile but jeremy
wipe that smile off your face that i love seeing him smile because i watched you stone face
so have your parents been supportive everybody's supportive of your relationship
i feel like okay tell me you guys were uh at charity's big wait she called it
a golden birthday. There's nothing golden about 30. No, no, no. I learned out, I learned what a golden
birthday is. It's when your birthday, it matches the year. You turn 26th. Yes. On the 26th of the month,
whatever. Well, she turned 30 on the 30th of December. So was it a blast? Yeah, it was kind of a very
last minute thing. And they got a good little deal with the palms. And I've never been to Vegas. So
So Dotten hit me up and was like, hey, you just need to pay for your flight.
Did you win?
No.
So I'd happen to, we were on a cruise before and I happened to win money at the casino.
So then I was like, okay, I'll just buy the flights.
What a guy.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I lost all my money.
I actually was up at one point.
I was playing with all the guys.
And I had like triple.
What were you playing?
Blackjack.
So that's what you played.
So I feel like all the guys were playing Blackjack.
We did get to play like slots and stuff.
I don't know.
I don't know if gambling is really my thing.
Okay, very important.
Jeremy, do you play blackjack?
Yeah, I do.
What do you do if you sit in with 13?
What do they have?
They're showing a six.
You stand.
You let them bust.
He knows this game.
You're right.
You're right.
You know your game.
I know the rules of blackjack, but I can't give away money.
I just can't.
I can't do it.
I know. I want to, like, I don't want to lose my money.
I want to say, that's right. I'd rather have a nice jacket.
Buy something nice.
I cry afterwards. I can't believe how stupid I am.
I know. And then I was like, I should have just walked away when I was up.
And then I was like, dang, I just like lost all that money.
It wasn't actually.
So was there a big party, like the night of?
They really like did it up for us.
Whoever was in charge of.
We weren't invited to some. We don't care.
And now I can't believe charity did not call us.
The hotel room was one of like the.
craziest thing I've ever seen.
It was like two floors.
Wow.
So wait, I have a question.
You guys know.
What do you think about Charity and Rachel taking over Bachelor Happy Hour?
I'm really excited for them.
I would absolutely love to come on.
I feel like I think that it's always good to have like a fresh perspective.
And I also feel like going in to the new Bachelorette season, I feel like since they were both bacheloretts, they're going to be able to just like really.
That's what I said.
I feel like it's going to be really good. I obviously, like, we love Joe and Serena, and we actually, like, we loved being on their podcast with them. We feel really comfortable with them. I feel like, we loved them. I feel like, we love them. I also feel like the switch would be really cool just for this upcoming season in particular. And I feel like they're both, like, really fun and they have good energy. So I'm personally, like, really excited. I mean, I love, like, you know,
know icons, girls, queens, like.
Yay.
I haven't heard you say queens.
I've been waiting.
I haven't even said queen yet, but we're going to get it.
I feel like the queen is coming for when we give advice because it's like.
And we're going to go and Bailey.
Because we are queens.
We are queens.
Let me just tell you, Bailey in, in paradise called me queen all the time.
But I just loved watching like her do her hair and put on her makeup.
All of them.
It was like I just sat there enthralled with it.
And again, you don't disappoint today.
Here you are.
I feel like Alex and I both love when you would come in our room and sit with us.
Honestly, I think we all enjoyed just having people in our rooms.
I don't think we enjoyed being alone at all.
I feel like no one on Paradise really enjoyed being alone in any moment.
So I feel like it was just kind of nice.
We were all getting ready to get there.
Yeah, but you have to understand as a mom and a grandmother,
watching you guys, my daughter's like, Mom, you're so weird.
but watching you guys like get to put together your makeup and your hair and your jewelry and pick out your clothes like to me it was like some like bangers of outfits okay so you you came with the clothes like oh you're so Bailey I didn't but you're very did you not I feel like you guys had the same dress who there was a moment where you and Alicia had like a similar outfit or something I feel like you came you came with without we did have the same dress yeah yeah I feel like everyone
I can't remember, but we did have the same grass and hers was 10 sizes smaller, but yes.
Oh, that's not true.
No, that's how true.
No, totally true.
I want to know what did your friends think of him and Jeremy, what did your friends think of her?
Good question.
My friends love her, but I think they just trusted me.
So like some of my best friends actually still have and met her because like they live wherever.
but it's like they already know who she is.
They fully trust me and the ones who have met her love her.
And they always say she's like the easiest person to be around and have a conversation.
I will toast to that.
You are.
And you didn't get into it, but tell us about parents and siblings.
Oh, yeah.
I feel like same.
I feel like my friends trust me too.
When we, his second time coming to Atlanta, we did like a little mini like pickleball day.
And so all of my friends from like college and just like adult life, some of my childhood friends, I feel like that was really nice because they all like got to come and meet him and they like loved his energy.
He did not get off a pickleball court.
He was forcing like actually every single person to play.
My friends were like heavy breathing in the corner.
They were like, oh, he's like really serious.
I'm like, he's so competitive.
Wait, Jeremy, you're a serious pickleball player?
Oh, well, he took any activity serious.
I mean, I play tennis.
So pickleball is like a, I have a pickleball court of my neighborhood.
Why don't you guys come for the weekend?
I've never been to Austin.
We haven't been to Austin.
Should we?
And wait, excuse me, did I invite you?
Did I invite you guys?
When should we come?
Anytime you just tell me.
Let's go in April or something.
You are so welcome.
I don't cook, though.
That is the problem.
We can, please.
But maybe Susan, you can come and you can cook.
They'll invite me so we can have food.
Oh, Susan's a great cook.
I'm a good cook.
I'm serious, you guys.
I would love, you know, because Katie and Zach live here as well in our in Ossema.
So we could all get together and Susan will cook for us.
It'll be perfect.
I would love that.
I would live out as well.
It is in a.
Kathy's like a tour guide when you go to Austin.
Oh, good.
Where the dome is.
You know where the park is, where the lake is.
I just want you to see the city when you go.
Yeah, I want to see.
I like to like have a tour of the city when I come.
Do you want to shop? Do you want to shop?
Okay, well, wait.
Let me just back up here.
Damage.
I did such serious damage.
Susan, Nancy Joan came and spent a weekend with me.
And I wanted to like play pickleball and show them the capital and walk on the lake.
And they're like, yeah, where's the great shopping?
So we spent a fortune shopping.
I'm coming on that next trip, whatever you guys are.
We'll do it annually.
so yeah but i'm deadly serious you guys are absolutely welcome as long as jeremy smiles he will smile
as long as you give him a pickleball of court he will be out on the pickleball court he's very i just want to say
i'm looking at your kitchen behind me and your kitchen looks like mine that is not used no no it's
every year it's so small it i mean it's new york yeah but i feel like he just he cooked twice jeremy you cook
He cooks.
She doesn't, so I have to.
I guess so.
That was my husband.
Same thing.
Do you guys still go on date?
Do you go on dates?
Not as much as we should.
Yeah.
Oh, do that.
Like, whenever we get back from traveling, we just, like, don't want to leave the couch.
Well, yeah, plus winter.
It's cold.
Yes.
Yeah, we try to, like, I feel like, go to dinner once week.
We obviously, like, order in a lot, which is, like, a really bad habit.
I'm with you.
I'm with you, Bailey.
I feel like that's kind of like a date night.
Like we've been watching the Marvel movies in order because I've never seen them.
And so I feel like every time we're like, should we go out to dinner?
And we have been like going out to dinner with like friends.
Like we just had dinner with his sister and her husband.
Wait, wait.
Does your sister live in New York, Jeremy?
Yeah, she lives in New York.
Oh, wow.
Okay.
Yeah.
Wait, you asked the question about family.
What was the question?
Well, my question was what did family think?
like, you know, you're meeting them.
Like, is this the person?
Like, I drill my children with, well, they're all married now.
But when they brought home, it's like, okay, is this, do I have to spend time?
Like, how serious is this?
They said I have a good shot.
Oh, yeah.
I mean, this is what happened.
So, you know, I'm from the South, okay?
I live in Georgia.
So after Christmas, my brother who hunts took us.
My great aunt was in town.
She wanted to go to the gun range.
And so we all as a family went to the gun range.
And we took Jeremy.
It was really crazy.
I feel like that's such a crazy thing to do with.
How'd you do on that one, Jeremy?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, it wasn't like a big target range.
And it was also like I've never used these guns before.
They're like Afghanistan.
They're intense.
I mean, okay, you know, Georgia is Georgia.
But yeah, it was intense.
But he did a really good.
I'm just going to say, Bailey, you got to stop saying this about Georgia because I lived in Georgia.
I lived in Athens.
You know, we don't have any rule.
Yeah, but I don't think of you as a Georgia girl.
I think you're way more of a New York, Chicago girl.
Just saying.
He's a buckhead girl.
You're definitely a buckhead.
I'm a buckhead girl.
Yes.
Born raised like a thousand percent.
That I'll give you.
Welcome to the A building.
I'm Hans Charles.
I'm in a Mulek Lamouber.
It's 1969.
Malcolm X of Martin Luther King, Jr.
had both been assassinated, and Black America was out of breaking point.
Writing and protests broke out on an unprecedented scale.
In Atlanta, Georgia, at Martin's Almemata, Morehouse College, the students had their own protest.
It featured two prominent figures in black history, Martin Luther King Sr., and a young student, Samuel L. Jackson.
To be in what we really thought was a revolution, I mean, people would die.
In 1968, the murder of Dr. King,
which traumatized everyone.
The FBI had a role in the murder of a Black Panther leader in Chicago.
This story is about protest.
It echoes in today's world far more than it should, and it will blow your mind.

In the middle of the night, Saskia awoke in a haze.
Her husband Mike was on his laptop.
What was on his screen would change Saskia's life forever.
I said I need you to tell me exactly what you're doing.
And immediately, the mask came off.
You're supposed to be safe.
That's your home.
That's your husband.
To keep this secret for so many years,
He's like a seasoned pro.
This is a story about the end of a marriage,
but it's also the story of one woman who was done living in the dark.
You're a dangerous person who prays on vulnerable and trusting people.

So no, I am not your guru.
And back then, I lied to my parents.
I lied to police.
I lied to everybody.
There were years right where I could not say your name.
I've decided to go back to my hometown in Northern California,
to interview my friends, family, talk to police, journalists, whomever I can to try to find out
what actually happened.
Isn't it a little bit weird that they obsess over hippies in the woods and not the obvious boyfriend?
They have had this case for 30 years.
I'll teach you, sons of a bitch to come around here in my wife.
Boom, boom, this is the red weather.

Who's your MVP?
right now then.
The Drake May up there, Josh Allen up there still.
Oh, my boy, Matthew Stafford.
Where did his Bull Knicks at?
He ain't too far behind.
He did all this talk about.
What Matthew Stafford is doing statistically, bro, is crazy.
Bro, you know I ain't no Josh Allen fan,
but Matthew Staff forgot.
Better webber.
Caleb Williams.

Played poker with Harry Truman
and had a long affair with a congresswoman.
And then he took his talents to Hollywood,
where he worked alongside Walt Disney and Alfred Hitchcock
before writing a hit James Bond film.
How did this secret agent wind up as the most successful
children's author ever?
And what darkness from his covert past
seeped into the stories we read as kids.
The true story is stranger than anything he ever wrote.

Did you give each other Christmas gifts?
We did.
So I gave him his gifts a little bit early during Hanukkah.
And then on Christmas, he had a gift for, yeah.
So we did gifts that way.
Well, what were they?
So he got me this like custom jewelry, like leather case because I'm always throwing my jewelry
around everywhere, which was like so nice.
Yeah, it's like a travel one, really pretty leather.
That's Jeremy.
Thumbs up for that one.
He actually,
like,
actually,
he really,
he really,
and then he got my mom a gift.
He got my siblings a gift.
I feel like he got my brother like a camo hat and my sister.
Without your help,
he did it on his own.
No,
I didn't help him.
So,
wait,
I'm Susan,
I'm going to tell you,
Jeremy,
look at him.
He's just sitting there like,
but he is,
I'm giving you a compliment here,
Jeremy.
He is a kind,
sweet guy.
we had Hakeem on another episode.
And he was saying, you know, men, his advice to men was like, just be who you are, be authentically yourself.
And I think, Jeremy, you've got this really sweet side to you that people don't see.
But I see it.
Thank you, Kathy.
Yeah, you know, he like has a wall.
I know, but I see it.
I see the sweet side.
And although I just want to point out to everyone who may be listening, the five people who are listening to this.
podcast. I did not get a Hanukkah or Christmas gift from you, Jeremy.
I didn't get one from you. You know what? We, we're, let's exchange gifts in here.
If you voted us through and we won half a million or $187,000, we would have gotten you.
You would have had two honica, you would have had eight Hanukkah gifts.
Let me just say, Susan, help me here. I am never going to live this down with Jeremy.
Ever. Ever. Ever. You know, most people who talk about Bachelor and Paradise, you know what
most of them say, Jeremy, you know, Kathy, you and Keith were so great that you said publicly
that you would not take the money from the young ones, which we wouldn't do. Like, I literally
have had people stop me, Jeremy, and say, come on, they made you say that. I said, no,
no one made me. No, you guys really meant. Honestly, like Keith and I were just texting like two days
ago and I hope maybe when we're in LA we'll have time to like see him while we're out there.
Yeah, when you do ask him why doesn't answer my text. Thank you.
You know, he and then he will look at me and say, Bailey, you don't answer my text.
And I feel like he texted me at such a random time. I text him in the middle of the night because I was in Europe.
And I was like, I'm sorry. I just realized it's three o'clock morning. And you know, he's the dad.
But he had his probably, he probably has all his text notifications on.
But he was just like waking up. And I text in sentences. So I like send the text.
I love it.
All right.
So, Bailey, I have another very personal question that everyone cares about.
Your mother lives in Portugal, right?
Yes.
I'm going to Portugal in May.
When?
In May?
I am going.
I am going, are you going to be there in May?
Well, we don't know.
So it's Jeremy's birthday on the 19th.
So possibly.
That was my wedding anniversary.
We had this conversation.
I'm going to be in Portugal from May 18th to the 24th, I believe.
with my sister, my daughter, and my niece.
Okay, wait, do you, I'm going to have to give you like a whole list of places.
Yeah, we got to talk.
We got to.
Yeah.
I have like a giant list that my sister created because, you know, my sister, my mom both
live in Portugal.
But where do they live in Portugal?
So we're in O-8ish, which is, it's kind of like a Lisbon suburb.
It's in between Lisbon and Kashais.
So it's like a 20, it's like 20 minutes from the airport.
We're going to Lisbon and Porto.
Oh, we went to.
That's what we did.
Yeah.
So we did Lisbon.
We did Keshkes and then we did Porto.
Okay.
What was your favorite?
What's your favorite part?
I honestly,
I loved Porto.
I always suggest that everybody.
Will you seriously send me a list of stuff?
Yeah, I will.
Because we did like this half day wine tour and it was so nice.
You had me at wine.
It was so nice, but it was so funny because we were like, oh, we're not going to get in trouble.
Like we can walk around Portugal and like people won't notice us.
and then like our first day walking around in Lisbon like aren't you.
Wait, is there a chance, Bailey, is there a chance you guys will be there?
I don't know.
We actually could because since we're in New York, it's so easy to pop over.
And at some point, I usually take my dog and drop her off in Portugal.
And then when I come back, I'll come back and grab her in a little bit.
So yeah, we've kind of got to figure out.
But that would be so fun.
I feel like you guys are going to have, oh, I love Porto.
I'm really, okay, I'm going to send you a little.
like a whole list of everything.
A lot of shop,
a lot of good shopping. Oh, God.
Shopping. That's for Susan.
I'm not a shopper.
Do you remember me? I'm not a shopper.
I will send you a Portugal list.
Listen.
Thank you. Thank you, Jeremy.
Don't you think your daughter's going to want to shop?
Your sister?
Well, if my daughter shops, I'm paying for it.
So the answer is not trying to avoid that at all cause.
You don't even know this.
Wait, can I just say to you?
Because I said to them, I was waiting until we got around to this part of the podcast,
My daughter, I'm staying here because of the ice storm with my daughter and my son in law and my granddaughter.
And my daughter, Caitlin, said to me, wait, mom, you're going to London and you're going to Portugal?
And I said, yeah, she goes, can I come?
I know.
I was surprised to hear she's coming to.
Susan.
Yes.
If I booked the ticket and I pay for the shopping and the Airbnb, why wouldn't she come?
right this is this is kathy i think you and my mom might have a lot in common that you would love to meet
your mother because my mom just met me in berlin and in london and i was like yes i did a bunch of shopping i
i was like yes okay you brought it up i was going to let you off the hook bailey jeremy i want
you to weigh in on this susan you know how you love to shop right yes okay bailey
One of the, Bailey has a perfect figure.
She has beautiful clothes.
She is, she loves to shop.
She is exquisite.
I mean, truly, you know I said that about you.
Okay.
Her home in Atlanta has buckets and buckets of clothing.
Am I right, Bailey?
Yes.
In the basement.
You don't get rid of anything, Bailey?
No, because it won't.
She's getting rid of 90% of it.
What?
What?
Okay.
No, I'm not getting rid of 90% of that.
I think here's the problem.
So I think let's like flashback to before the show.
So before the show, I used, I still do this, obviously, but before the show, I shot fashion
and skin care content.
So I've always just naturally had tons of clothes.
Right.
I've always enjoyed shopping.
I think everyone has their vice.
Mine shopping.
And I hoard things because a lot of times things come back in style.
Like even for Paradise, like I know people love.
to like link their clothes and things.
And then I realized at Paradise, I couldn't link any of my outfits because I was wearing clothes
that I had just saved.
I had shot like some of my dresses were like five years old and I had just saved them
because I was like, I'm going to need this one day.
And so that's the problem.
I think a lot of the boxes.
So the goal is to go home, organize it into things I actually want to save.
And then, you know, my sister's going to go through it, all my friends.
So they're in boxes?
They're not in closet.
Well, no, they're everywhere.
It's in everyone's room.
I'm not saying to word here.
I'm waiting for the truth.
It's in the guest's room.
It's in my little sister's room because she doesn't live there.
It's in my mom's closet.
So where my dad's clothes were, I took that over.
And then in the basement, there's boxes.
She's telling this.
Wait, Susan, I don't like to shop.
This girl is telling me on.
in paradise about the boxes, their shelves in the basement.
I'm like, wait, you went in the basement.
It was.
There were boxes.
Yeah.
And there's marks like from the year or the style or how do you know what's like?
No, they're like labeled like Bailey summer clothes, Bailey winter clothes, Bailey,
yeah, Bailey content shoes.
I can relate.
I can relate.
Okay, this feels like a great time to end part one with.
Bailey and Jeremy. We have so much more to come. So stay tuned for part two dropping later this week.
See you then. Take care.
