Starting point is 00:00:00 This is an I-Heart podcast. My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious. Wait a minute, Sam. Maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit. Well, Dakota, luckily, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon. This person writes, my boyfriend's been hanging out with his young professor a lot. He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her. Now he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone.
Starting point is 00:00:25 Hold up. Isn't that against school policy? That seems inappropriate. Maybe find out how it ends by listening to the OK Storytime podcast and the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Jamel Hill, host of the Sports and Politics Podcasts, and on the latest episode of Spolitics, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries joins me for a candid conversation about the state of the Democratic Party. What do Republicans say to you privately that they won't say publicly? Many of them are in fear of their political lives.
Starting point is 00:00:54 We continue to say to them, you were elected to defend your constituents. and there's life after Congress. Make sure to listen to this episode of Politics on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast. Hi, my name is Enya Yumanzoor. And I'm Drew Phillips. And we run a podcast called Emergency Intercom.
Starting point is 00:01:15 If you're a crime junkie and you love crimes, we're not the podcast for you. But if you have unmedicated ADHD, oh my God, perfect. And want to hear people with mental illness, Psychobabble Yes, yes Then Emergency Intercom is the podcast for you
Starting point is 00:01:32 Open your free IHeartRadio app Search Emergency Intercom And listen now Hey everyone Welcome back to Betcher Happy Hour I'm Jo And I'm Serena And we are here with our hometown
Starting point is 00:01:45 Our hometown favorite Our hometown hero Our favorite hometown analyst Jared Freed is with us today Jared welcome to Bachelor Happy Hour Thank you for being here It is one of my greatest pleasures to be your hometown analyst it is my favorite episode of the show it is always just
Starting point is 00:02:06 ripe with these little tiny details that we can look into and make fun of and enjoy so thank you thank you for having me yeah we'll talk we'll do we'll break down hometown's first part and then next part we'll kind of just break down the whole season and get your thoughts um but i do like calling you hometown analyst this i actually thought this was I'm usually with Serino where I'm like hometowns are so boring. I thought this was the best episode. No, I didn't mind this one. Usually I'm a hometown hater, but I actually liked this episode.
Starting point is 00:02:37 And I think it contributed to the fact that this season's been really sad. And the hometowns were kind of fun. Yeah. Right. It could have gotten, I was expecting to see divorced dad apartment that's going to make us even sadder and stay in any mediocre relationship that we're in and never get. divorced ever in our lives because that is like the dad thing where you're like
Starting point is 00:03:03 how are these guys living you know like and it was really nice to see that they had like friends and family and like their kids were like excited for them like there was a there was a an optimism that has been missing from this show on this season 100%
Starting point is 00:03:26 like the golden bachelor the women were giving off a totally different vibe. The men have really been giving off like, I don't know how to do life without my spouse. Well, but that is a male thing. Like, I don't know how much empathy men get like on the internet generally. Like it's really kind of like not a space for like sad dudes to have like people like pumping them up in the way that maybe women get on TikTok especially. but like this has been a season to show like I remember growing up I'm like my dad didn't have a friend in the world he didn't talk to anybody like this is like how men are men age out of their friends and they kind of are like at the whim of like their wives plans and now they have to be friends with like someone's husband just because they're their wife's husband and it's like yeah I don't want to talk to that loser I want to make my own friends you know and like these guys
Starting point is 00:04:28 Guys, I mean, even last episode, when Pascal says that Mark is his best friend, like, I was like, is he eight years old? Like what he said the exact same thing? You're going to go to his birthday party? Yeah, like, Mark has the best goodie bags. Like, what are we talking about? But I will say Pascal, he's one of the few men that's not giving that energy. Like, he's one of the few men that's giving, like, I'm living my best life. Yeah, no, Pascal's young.
Starting point is 00:04:57 Pascal is giving, like, he's living a young man's life. Well, he's 14. It does feel like Joan, that's what she's looking for. She's looking for, seemingly, a life that's set up and one that's going to be fun. Like, and she says that a lot, but like, she's going, you know, her words are, she's playing by her own words. Like, she's backing that up by who she's choosing because, like, you know, she's not like, like, you can even. even see like in past episodes she's like oh so your kids are like still kids and you're like yeah you can just see joan like looking past that guy like it's like over for him you know like
Starting point is 00:05:38 these the the four men that she goes to visit these are men who are active who have a life who have like the ability to like do the next phase it seems yeah she wants someone that is either flexible in their career or fully retired has adult children that they're no longer caring for or supporting and is financially stable enough to like go and do crazy, exciting, fun things. Like basically like a parallel life to what it seems like she's living,
Starting point is 00:06:09 which is totally fair, you know? The girl's 60. Fair. Yeah. I think it's good that she came in. It was like, this is what I'm looking for. I think it sets her up for success.
Starting point is 00:06:18 I mean, I don't think she's looking for someone that's still like struggling to find their career. Yeah, she's not going to like be selling t-shirts for someone's, merch after this is over. Like she's not moving in with me in my studio apartment to come to the
Starting point is 00:06:33 comedy seller and do shows tonight. You know, like that's not going to happen. Which is, which is respect. Like anyone who would speak ill of that is like out of their minds and just looking to have a moral authority over someone else. Like they're just a loser. Yeah, I agree. I mean,
Starting point is 00:06:49 like you should just be with, you should just have what, go for what you want. Especially when you're older in life because like, you don't know. Well, she's also probably thinking, like, I thought I was going to spend my whole life with this one person. And they, it seems, had a very clear vision of what the next 20, 30 years were going to be for them. Yeah. And she's, it just feels like she's like, I don't want to sacrifice that plan.
Starting point is 00:07:12 Like, that was our ideal plan. It was my ideal plan. And I want to find someone who also wants those things. Yeah. Well, that's why, like, Guy, like, she doesn't really have a lot with Guy to go to his hometown. But you can see he checks all. those boxes yeah so that's where i was going to go let's we'll go to guy first because he's the first
Starting point is 00:07:33 hometown um have you been to lake tahoe i was that that's what i was going to ask oh my god i was so insane well i was very i've never been to lake tahoe but this is the problem i have been to reno so i was like very nervous i'm like is this going to be a reno hometown or is this going to be a lake tahoe hometown and where's reno Sorry. I think it's in the seventh layer of hell. Yeah. Because that Reno, listen, I'm sure there's nice neighborhoods.
Starting point is 00:08:06 I wish Reno upon nobody. I have been there. The casinos look like they're from like an alternate timeline where everything's gone wrong. It is, it can make you really look inside your own soul to wonder what you've done to end up in Reno. Now Lake Tahoe, one of the most beautiful places on earth. All you hear about is how amazing and it's a place you do a bachelor, a bachelor, a bachelor's party. So it is like a 50-50 shot and I was happy that Joan got Tahoe Reno and not Reno Reno.
Starting point is 00:08:43 Well, the Godfather Part 2 kicks off with them in Lake Tahoe, right? Yeah. I'm not positive. Okay. It's just a beautiful scene. I remember watching that and thinking that's where I want to end up. Like Al Pacino. Can't help you about this one.
Starting point is 00:09:02 What's the name of this podcast? Joe's Dreams? What is this? So, yeah, we just looked at the sky. What's going on? Are you okay, man? We've been travel a lot, so I'm just lack of sleep. We're not in our best shape.
Starting point is 00:09:16 Where were you recently? We were, so we were in Tulsa, and then from Tulsa, we went to L.A. Oh, you were in. Tulsa for Noah and Abigail's wedding. I watched your stories. I enjoyed them. Thank you. Was Aaron there? Yeah, Aaron was there.
Starting point is 00:09:34 Oh, the brother. Pearls on. Yeah. He actually did not wear any no pearls. I actually really like him. I really got along with him. Golfed with him. Cool guy. Yeah. Yeah. Good guy. I'll trust Joe. I'll trust you. No, Aaron. He's a big
Starting point is 00:09:48 clapbacker on the internet. He really cannot take the internet. Yeah. We didn't The thing about me is I don't really, when I meet people, I don't really talk about. You know, like, I'm not like, let's let's go through everything that you went through and your journey on the shell. I'm just like, I don't need to have that conversation. This is why men don't have friends as they get older.
Starting point is 00:10:12 He's like, I don't talk about anything. I don't ask many questions about themselves or their experiences. Right. Right. Why would I get personal with this man that I spent 18 holes with? Why would I ask about his friends and family and how his relationships are going? No, no, no, no. I'm going to talk to him about the bears and that's it.
Starting point is 00:10:32 It is so true. Serena was, she was upset about something I forgot and she's like, and she's like, I'll, fine, I'll ask your opinion. And then I give her an answer. And she goes, this is exactly why I didn't ask your opinion. This is why it was like something going on and like, and. and he was like yeah just be like hey what's up
Starting point is 00:10:55 to the person I was like I don't know what you think this situation is but your advice is not aligned like so you were looking for advice on how to get a situation is a level eight Joe's response is constantly a level two no matter anything above a two you're still getting a two response
Starting point is 00:11:11 this is why I like Joe I easy breezy there is nothing more that we're going to have to go like I could sit with Joe for six hours And we'd talk about the bears. And you'd learn nothing about each other. Nothing.
Starting point is 00:11:24 I would know nothing about them and I would enjoy every minute of it. We would come home and we would both look at a woman walk by with like a big ass and he'd be like, yeah, we'd both agree. It was a nice ass. And that would be it. Like that would be all we talked to. The best is, yeah, I would get home and would be like any tea. Like what's up with Jared? I'd be like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:44 I'd be like, how's work? How's company seller? How's is he touring? And ask specific questions. And he would be like, I don't. know. I didn't, like, looking at me, like, that's, why would I ask him those things? Right. That's why when you pass away, Serena, he'll be on a show where he's looking at a hummingbird and going, maybe the honey, maybe the hummingbird can tell me what I should wear tonight.
Starting point is 00:12:11 My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious. Well, wait a minute, Sam, maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit. Well, Dakota, it's back to school week on the OK story. podcast, so we'll find out soon. This person writes, my boyfriend has been hanging out with his young professor a lot. He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her. Now he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone. Now hold up, isn't that against school policy? That sounds totally inappropriate. Well, according to this person, this is her boyfriend's former professor and they're the same age. And it's even more likely
Starting point is 00:12:42 that they're cheating. He insists there's nothing between them. I mean, do you believe him? Well, he's certainly trying to get this person to believe him because he now wants them both to meet. Did we find out if this person's boyfriend really cheated with his professor or not? To hear the explosive finale, listen to the OK Storytime podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. I'm Jamil Hill, host of the Sports and Politics Podcasts Politics. And on the latest episode of Politics, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries joins me for a candid conversation about the state of the Democratic Party. What do Republicans say to you privately that they won't say publicly? Many of them are in fear of their political lives.
Starting point is 00:13:20 and that's been part of the challenge. But we continue to say to them, you were elected to defend your constituents, to stand up for your constituents. And there's life after Congress. And you should be willing to actually want to be able to look back on your time in the House of Representatives knowing that you can keep your head held high
Starting point is 00:13:39 because you did the right thing. Donald Trump is gone in three and a half years. But their legacy or their failure to stand up to the extremism and the unprecedented assault on America as we know it will be with them forever. Make sure to listen to Spolitics on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. Hi, my name is Enya Yumanzoor.
Starting point is 00:14:03 And I'm Drew Phillips. And we run a podcast called Emergency Intercom. If you're a crime junkie and you love crimes, we're not the podcast for you. But if you have unmedicated ADHD... Oh, my God, perfect. And want to hear people with mental illness, psychobabble. Yes, yes.
Starting point is 00:14:24 Then Emergency Intercom is the podcast for you. Open your free IHeartRadio app. Search Emergency Intercom and listen now. Okay, so who's hoped out are we at? What's the name? Guy. Guy. We're in hell on earth.
Starting point is 00:14:41 We're in Lake Tahoe. Yes. Okay. So what I will say, it was insanely beautiful. And his bow is a really nice. boat. Beautiful. I watching this hometown and, you know, I want both of your opinions because this is a
Starting point is 00:14:56 conversation, but I don't like, I don't like where this is going. Mason, how you do that up. I just don't know how I feel about like everything that is guy and what's around. Like, you don't like him as a person? No, I have no problem with him. I like him. He was in my bottom. He was in my top four, but I'm not sure how I feel about like, like he's been hurt.
Starting point is 00:15:18 and like his relationships and I'm just like what what's happening here I feel like I feel like I would get I would be getting this response from siblings if he was like 27 but I don't know
Starting point is 00:15:35 like what's what happened in his past relationships I just feel like we're missing something big I'm with you Joe it's it just sounds like the divorce is like really traumatic but they're not getting into what happened it does feel like we're missing something for
Starting point is 00:15:50 for all the family to be like caring for him when this guy is a good looking, well-spoken ER doctor. You know, like, you're like, why do we feel so bad for him? And where and it's like Jordan's story is pretty much out there. Jordan's story is pretty, you know, sounds pretty sad.
Starting point is 00:16:09 Like, and Jordan's kids are there for him. And like it sounded like he got cheated on. Like he said as much. So like guy's story, I, understand it's a divorce later in life you kind of have to restart but i i just don't know i'm with you it seems that we don't know the whole story i what did you think of guy and his whole family having g names yeah it's one of those families it's definitely a thing i don't like but you know what i will say but i guess my brother and i are both jay your family is joe your family is joe jana joe so you're basically the same
Starting point is 00:16:48 but there's only four of you and I think that makes a difference when there's like six it's like you took it to an extreme level that you didn't need to. Guy Gail Gary Guffton Gioff it was weird
Starting point is 00:17:02 it was very it was very like Western family like I don't know it was very Nevada to me I just I was off put do we think
Starting point is 00:17:15 do we think Joan is into guy? I actually, I do not think she's into him at all. No, I don't, I don't think she was into him when they had that date. When they did the cooking date, here's the thing, you can't marry a guy in a 60s with abs. Because you will never, and no, if anything happens to you, I will. You're going for a guy in his 60s with abs? How do you hug?
Starting point is 00:17:39 How do the grandkids hug him? What's going on? I think they'll figure it out. It's about grandma. You're second to abs. This guy cares about, you know, getting his macros. They all have abs, though. Pascal is absolutely shredded.
Starting point is 00:17:52 Pascal, to me, softer than if I'm to pick a body that I would be with, it's guy. Okay. I can't picture him in this moment, but. Out of all the body. What body of all the men? What body would you like in your 60s? Oh, so the body that I want. You have to, of all the four men remaining.
Starting point is 00:18:15 whose body do you want? I think I want Chalk's body. They actually all have very nice bods. Chalk looks like very like proportioned proportioned and healthy. Like it looks pretty natural. Yeah. Yeah, he does. He's aging great. And he looks like he's got
Starting point is 00:18:31 a body for golfing. Yeah. You know, he's a little loose. Yeah. Yeah, I'm with you. Chalk is definitely the body. You know whose teeth I would pick though is guys. They're like the whitest teeth I've ever seen. Guys teeth are absolutely glowing on camera. Guy's teeth are as real as my, you know, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:18:54 Those veneers, guys veneers are a, those teeth are as real as a purse on Canal Street. You, I cannot. His teeth are a lesson to men and veneer shopping. Is that you, whatever, if you say I want white teeth, you just have to say, Go one less. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:17 I don't disagree with that. It's too much for me. Pascal's 10 years older than all these people. And he looks. Pascal looks great. And I like the way he acts. But I was the thing for me on this hometown where I was like, I really don't think these two have a lot to go off of. I actually really like I didn't realize how into Joan he was.
Starting point is 00:19:39 But the one thing that I remember they're talking to the family on the couches and they're recounting. the Charles L. situation where Charles L. confided in Guy about the passing of his wife. And that was like a whole thing. And I was like, that was a beautiful moment. But like if this is the main event in your relationship and it wasn't even between you two at all, like it's kind of flagging that like you guys don't have anything going on here. I thought the exact same thing. Could not agree more. You're totally right. This is the story that you're going to take 20 minutes to tell the family out of everything you guys have done together this season. It was that story. where I was like, okay, I'm glad they put,
Starting point is 00:20:17 I understand why this hometown is the first one we're seeing. Right. Because nothing is going on here. Yeah, because it's scenically stunning and guys great, but there's not a lot of substance between the two of them. And his family was great too. Yeah. They were very nice.
Starting point is 00:20:29 Yeah, they were really nice. But yeah, if that's what Joan is explaining to the family of, like, how I know Guy's a great guy for the information that he gave to Charles L. Like, what the fuck? He has great bedside men. manner like it's like yeah he's good at his job and i was like oh my god didn't charles l's show end already like you know what we already did charles like i can't believe he's still involved right you know who joan is jones me that's what i would have said because i would have had nothing
Starting point is 00:20:59 right i would be like what did he do what do he do oh yeah how did you and guy know that you loved each other well he's good at golf yeah he drinks coffee every morning um okay that movie guy. Who's the next one? Pascal. Pascal. All right. So we're in Glencoe. We're in Glencoe, Illinois. Were you familiar with his area? Were you like, how is, is past, you know, you're a Chicago guy. Is Pascal doing as well as he says he is?
Starting point is 00:21:32 Well, he's in Glencoe, which is probably like one of the wealthiest North Shore neighborhoods. Okay. Of all of Illinois. So he's in a great area there. I will say Jordan will get to Jordan, but I know Jordan. I've been looking at him this whole season. I used to work. So I used to be a trader at the Merck and I used to. But when I was like 16, I clerked for my cousins that traded in the Euro dollars.
Starting point is 00:21:56 And Jordan was a trader across from them. And when I saw their hometown, I was like, oh, I know, I know his brother. Because his brother traded in the NASDAQ pit. So, yeah, I actually, I have interacted with Jordan. But it's crazy because all season, Joe has been like, God, I know this guy, know this guy. And we've kind of just been chalking it up to like you must go to the same gym as him. Like, I don't know. Like you must just have passed his face because he's really like good with faces.
Starting point is 00:22:20 I never thought we would get the answer to like how you actually know him. The fact that you legitimately know him is crazy. Like on a trading card, I've, I've circled Jordan's name before. Like I actually know him. So that's, I can't actually wait to talk to him. My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly and now I'm seriously suspicious. Oh, wait a minute, Sam. Maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit. Well, Dakota, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon.
Starting point is 00:22:50 This person writes, my boyfriend has been hanging out with his young professor a lot. He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her. Now, he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone. Now, hold up. Isn't that against school policy? That sounds totally inappropriate. Well, according to this person, this is her boyfriend's former professor and they're the same age. And it's even more likely that they're cheating. He insists there's nothing between them. I mean, do you believe him?
Starting point is 00:23:13 Well, he's certainly trying to get this person to believe him because he now wants them both to meet. So, do we find out if this person's boyfriend really cheated with his professor or not? To hear the explosive finale, listen to the OK Storytime podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. If you're a crime junkie and you love crimes, we're not the podcast for you. But if you have unmedicated ADHD... Oh my God, perfect. And want to hear people with mental illness, psychobabble. Yes, yes.
Starting point is 00:24:51 Then Emergency Intercom is the podcast for you. Open your free IHeartRadio app. Search Emergency Intercom and listen now. Pascal, Pascal's doing well for sure. He's got a, he looks like he's got a good shop salon in, uh, in Glencoe, which is a very wealthy area. I, I loved watching Pascal with the salon. I would do anything.
Starting point is 00:25:19 It was fun. I want, yeah. Right. I want Pascal to be his own reality show where it's just a docu series of him and the ladies and the day to day troubles and concerns that come up at Pascal's shop. I would watch that show. I mean, I love it so much because it's Pascal to me has really been the only person on this season that gives me hope to get old. Like I watch Pascal and he's like, I'm 70, but I feel like I'm 28.
Starting point is 00:25:54 I live like I'm 28. Everybody around me is happy and we're having a good time. Yeah. And I enjoy my job and we're working and it's fun. There's been a lot of like looking in. the past this season and he's one of the few people that's like I am having the time of my life right now and that means there's a lot of come well that means there's a lot of women out there who hate Pascal oh for sure for him to be just like easy breezy I go on dates I live my life
Starting point is 00:26:26 there's like some woman out there being like I was texting with Pascal and then we hooked up and I don't know where this guy went you know like I think this guy's living. He's a great life to watch on screen and not a great life to like try and date, it seems. You know why he gets away with it? You know why he gets away with it? Because he's good
Starting point is 00:26:47 with him in and he's French? The accent. He's French. Yeah. And I think he's just like yeah. And then I think most women especially in Chicago are going to be like he's French. French. French guys have affairs. They're very blunt. They don't really care. You know. Even Joan does it. Joan says it in the beginning. She's like, I don't know if he wants me.
Starting point is 00:27:05 But maybe that's a French thing. And you're like, this guy's hanging at Tao. I have a table. And he's probably always smiling, having a good time of him. This guy, no one is happier than this guy. This guy, I like, no. It's like, why is this guy so happy? He never got married.
Starting point is 00:27:25 He never, he never had, like. Well, he also grew up. This guy wasn't at the PTA meetings. He grew up extremely poor. Yeah. And now he's like. Like, an entrepreneur, highly successful. Like, it's got to just make it that much better.
Starting point is 00:27:41 What did you think of the kids? I like the kids. I like the kids too. I mean, the son used his house as like a fuck bad, it seems. I watched it knowing that you were going to comment about it. But the son's like, I didn't use it for parties. Wake, week. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:59 The sun went full Pascal on that apartment. Yeah, it's definitely his son. banged in every room in the house. If you show me that scene and ask which which son is this? Like who's the father of the four dudes? It just doesn't. It doesn't work as well.
Starting point is 00:28:14 Like if his son had a fredge accent, I feel like this is hilarious. But because he does it, I'm like, yeah, you can't do it. It doesn't work for you. Right. It's not as fun. It's like this is some snotnose kid who.
Starting point is 00:28:26 And at one point, he even seems to be hitting on Joan. Like this, like it's like crazy. You're like, I'm watching his son. I'm like, can he turn this down for two seconds? This might be your stepmom, dude. He did wink at her, I think, was like, put it away, Peppy Lupu, Jr. Give this man a reality. Pascal needs a reality show.
Starting point is 00:28:53 His family, the salon, just the clients, everything. I loved his daughter, was such, like, girl daughter. like she like immediately is like you're awesome we love you you're in like I'm like you know what her daughter said that threw me off though she goes they walked and I was like oh my god that's the hottest couple ever yeah and he had another daughter who didn't say two words like it was like the one daughter with the kid and then there was the other daughter that like just seemed to not exist after a minute well she's she was young she was way younger yeah she was young and I think she's probably just a little timid of the, I would assume a little timid
Starting point is 00:29:32 of the cameras. Yeah, sure. I mean, it was a fun hometown. She's probably like, I can't believe. No, I love it. I can't believe this. I saw television. I loved his kids. I love Pascal. So much personality. It was great. Yeah. It was great. Yeah, I do want
Starting point is 00:29:48 that reality show. Just, you know, Pascal's pals. Just like over over that we're going to be there for, we'll be in Chicago for, for, for most likely for Thanksgiving and definitely for Christmas. I think I'm going into a salon. Oh my gosh, we should.
Starting point is 00:30:03 You're going to do that. Yeah. We got to make sure he's there. Yeah. I'm going to go get him to. I'm going to go get a blowout or something. Yeah. I'm going to go to. That's what we should do. You could see that Joan was like intoxicated by the life. Like she just liked everything that was going on. Even if they're like, I don't really know how much they're like, especially considering chalk and how hard he's fallen. Like it's hard to like keep everyone else. Like, I agree.
Starting point is 00:30:31 Yeah. In view because he seems to be such a frontrunner. But like it did seem like Joan like really enjoys hanging around this scene. Yeah. I mean, who wouldn't? I would like, I like, I like. I feel like. If Serena, if Serena's like, yes, I just let you know I come from a family of luxurious spas and salons.
Starting point is 00:30:53 I'd be like, all right. I'm in. I'm in. That's really all of a take. Every day. I love that one. You're going to sit down a really well done, like, lobby and it's just, yeah. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:31:06 Joe loves a lobby. If I've learned anything about Joe, loves a lobby. He does love a lobby. Oh, my God. He hasn't shut up about the hotel in Copenhagen. You told us to go to it. We went. The Sanders Hotel.
Starting point is 00:31:19 So the bar was closed. They were filming a Netflix movie. Kill me there. That's where I want to die. I stayed there. It was fantastic. Beautiful. And that's the thing about Copenhagen.
Starting point is 00:31:30 is like everything is just so well done. Like the furniture, the food, yeah, it's cool. We make similar observations. I will say, just so you know who I am. I don't. The Sanders Hotel is very much like embodies like me. Like that's that, like I love, like that's when I feel my most comfortable in a place like that. Moody colors, very luxurious, very cozy.
Starting point is 00:32:03 No, we did it because we were leaving the next day and we just. I'll send you my whole Europe itinerary. I'll show the hotels I stayed at because if you like that hotel, when I went to Europe, I did a tour, I did shows. And I was like, I only want to stay in boutique hotels. Like it was like, that was like my thing. And it's like every single one was like similar to that. that I, and I, I feel you.
Starting point is 00:32:29 Yeah, I love that. It's really, it makes me. If you ask Joe about Jared, he'll know one thing. He likes a boutique hotel. We're boutique hotel guys. Yeah. Okay, yeah. To me, I don't know if Joan is going to choose Pascal.
Starting point is 00:32:45 I think if she does, like that's. I think that if you combined, like, Guy and Pascal into one person, because I think Guy has, like, the emotional commitment and love, for Joan that Pascal doesn't quite have and I think she senses that but I think she's more into Pascal like if you combine them into one person I think they could give Chalker Run for their money
Starting point is 00:33:06 Well I mean you can't morph contest them It's just a hypothetical Sounds like your home life There's a lot of explaining things to each other And I would love to watch you guys in reality That is a lot of our interactions Okay You know what this is a good time to wrap this episode
