Badlands Media - Badlands Daily: 10/13/26 - Press Secretary, Republican Candidate & Diesel Fuel

Episode Date: October 13, 2026

This time CannCon and Zak Paine dig into the first White House press briefing from new press secretary Katie Zacharia. First up, it's SBRs, suppressors and the ATF's case against Jeremy Brown. Then i...t's on to Ilhan Omar, the Feeding Our Future scam and the Somali fraud network in Minnesota, with Keith Ellison and Tim Walz called before a grand jury, and John Nagel, the retired Minnesota State Trooper running against Omar in November. From there, the focus shifts to the briefing itself. Katie took three questions, starting with Breitbart and Peter Doocy, and the press has already dug up her posts on Pizzagate and devolution. CannCon and Zak think she seems pretty based and are willing to give her a shot, and she confirmed the White House has asked Kimberly Guilfoyle to resign. Later, the talk turns to Trump, Russia and diesel fuel for farmers and ranchers, Massachusetts letting SNAP fraudsters keep 97 cents of every dollar, Diddy, and Garrett Archer coming out to stump for a candidate. Pull up a chair, it's a good one.

Starting point is 00:00:00 The Badlands, one of the Badlands, explain those badlands. That's a hell of their name. Daily, Tuesday, and we got the one and only Zach Payne joining us. Brother, how are you doing? I'm doing well, doing well, Brian. Rested, refreshed, and raring to go. Are you broke? Am I broke?
Starting point is 00:00:22 No, no, I'm not broken at all. No, like financially, are you broke? Oh, no, not at all. No. Why? Why would you ask you for it? broke. Are you sure you're not broke? I'm pretty sure I'm not broke. Why? Did you see something online about me getting hacked or something? No, I'm just wondering how much you spent on SBRs and suppressors this
Starting point is 00:00:42 weekend. Oh, no, no, no. I had a whole bunch of kit that I had yet to install. So I might have made a whole bunch of SBRs, but I just recently bought three suppressors. And so I didn't need to purchase anymore. I probably will be in the very near future, but, but yeah, I had, I had a several stock slaying around that I had yet to slap onto a couple of builds that I had done. And so, yeah, I didn't, I didn't spend any additional money. What about you? Did you go on a spending spree? No, I'm going today. So my, my, my wife, the night the news broke, I think it was Friday night. I was like, holy crap, this is, this is amazing, you know, I told my wife and she's like, I was like, first thing tomorrow morning, I was like, I got my morning show, but I might,
Starting point is 00:01:34 I might try and go down to the gun shop, you know, the local gun shop and pick some stuff up, but it's going to be a madhouse. And my wife goes to me, and this is how you know you chose the right one. She goes, it's only nine o'clock. They're open till 10. I was like, what? That's great. Oh, I was like, babe, you are trying to make us financially insolvent. If I go there, I mean, SBRs are still going to be, you know, a hefty chunk of change and probably going to be even higher right now because demand is going to be through the roof. So, yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:12 Well, everything that I've built would be an SBR if it wasn't for the pistol brace. So it was very simple to convert them to SBR's. Yes. So that that's actually. question I posed over the weekend and I didn't really get a clear response to it. If you have, like I have an AR pistol. Yeah, you can convert that. You can convert that. That's totally legal. You as an American citizen, protected by the Second Amendment, have every right to build whatever kind of gun you want, I mean absent a machine gun, because of course you would have to register that
Starting point is 00:02:45 and you couldn't buy one. You would have to transfer one that was built before the ban. So, yeah. So you can you can slap a, uh, uh, uh, uh, a stock. on an AR pistol and it's yours and there's nothing additional that you need to do and I actually got confirmation on that from the director of the ATF well that's what they went after Jeremy Brown for well when Jeremy Brown was prosecuted it was a hostile administration who was trying to find any way they could to gin up charges against him and it was technically during the time that the NFA was active for SBRs a form 4 had not been filled out. So therefore, that's why they were able to go after him. You don't have to do that now. You purchase an SBR, you purchase a short-barreled shotgun, you purchase a suppressor, and it's exactly the same as going in and purchasing a Glock. You could even take your shotgun, your double-barreled shotgun, out to your garage, and hack half the barrel off and turn it into a sawed-off shotgun, and that would be perfectly legal right now. I'm going to go out there.
Starting point is 00:03:54 I got a Mossburg 590 Magnum, police magnum. Very nice. I'm going to go out there and saw that one off today. Love it. Love it. All right. All right. So I'm clipping that.
Starting point is 00:04:06 I'm saving that. Zach is my legal representation in my battle against ATF when I put a magpole buttstock on my, my, my, AR pistol. I did drop an FRT trigger into it. I'm going to go use that today. I got a couple of those babies as well. I had to do, I was sitting there last night with an exacto because I don't have a file. And I was sitting there last night with like a box cutter and like shaving it because it didn't, it didn't seat properly.
Starting point is 00:04:35 And I was shaving it and I finally got the cycle, you know, to fire and then rack it and then release and cycle it. And everything's working good. So I'm going to take it today and try it out. But very nice. Enough of the gun talk, guys. And for those that are living under a rock and didn't see, ATF has decided that they're, no longer going to pursue form fours for SBRs, short barreled rifle, short barreled shotguns, and AOWs, although I don't have any AOWs, but, you know, some people do. Do you have any AOWDs?
Starting point is 00:05:07 I do have in any other weapon. Yeah, I've got, I've actually got a Mossberg with one of the birdshead grips. Oh, that counts as an AOW. And, and it is already short. Like, it's only, I'm going to say It's like 14 inch barrel, but I didn't have to do anything special because it's got that birdhead. It didn't fall into the category as defined in the NFA. Gotcha. All right, guys. Well, this morning's show is brought to you by Cacao Bliss from Earth Echo, a ceremonial-grade cacao drink with seven superfoods to curb cravings and protect your heart and arteries. There is a Caribbean island where a stunning percentage of people live to 100 years old.
Starting point is 00:05:49 God bless them. Researchers spent years trying to figure out why. The answer surprised everyone, and today's sponsor figured out how to blend that secret into a delicious daily ritual. A native tribe in Panama called the Kuna people drink five cups of a type of chocolate every single day. Harvard researchers discovered that their rates of cardiovascular problems are nine times lower than the Americans. Cancer rates are 15 times lower and their energy, weight, and mental clarity are remarkably well preserved well into old age. The reason comes down to something called flavanols, natural compounds found in raw cacao that modern chocolate processing destroys. In fact, researchers show that drinking high flavanol cacao can increase stem cell counts by up to 220 percent and improve blood vessel function by up to 47 percent.
Starting point is 00:06:37 But you have to get the raw, natural, ceremonial grade stuff like you would get with Cacao Bliss. I know every single time, like you guys talk about it, I listen to OnlyLands and I'm like
Starting point is 00:07:12 checking in, make sure. sure everybody shows up and then I'm listening to you guys are like just 10 minutes of how incredible stuff is and I 100% agree yeah uh somebody that a cannon fighter says who the F wants to live that long well I mean if everything's working why wouldn't you want to I mean you know I enjoy life personally so I do too I think once you get to a certain age curiosity takes over and you just want to see how humanity develops you know in that time also if you're living to a hundred that probably means that you were healthier later into your life as well. So instead of being like 70 and like decrepit, aching pain, right, aches and pains, you're probably somewhat active. You know, I'd love to be
Starting point is 00:07:55 playing golf in my 70s and the 80s. That'd be fantastic. Absolutely. I can see President Trump living that long. I mean, I don't even like, I can't even go out now and and play softball without getting an injury. So, man, I'll tell you what, I took a shot. I was playing Sunday. I took a shot off my ankle like a screamer this guy was using a shave bat screamer off my ankle uh it hit straight on the ankle bone and like within within like three minutes it was swollen like there was a golf ball on my ankle didn't hurt like i still played i played the rest of the game oh my god i got home and i had a game yesterday as well i get home i'm icing it i took some of the emerald med cbd and put the balm on there and yeah and dude like the next day it was fine i played last night no pain no nothing
Starting point is 00:08:41 So that's another sponsor that we had on sit rep a couple weeks ago. Emerald Med, CBD, so check them out. All right, smash that thumbs up. If you have not done so already, and let's jump into the news. First up, this story's been going around, man. This is crazy. Six Flags temporarily closes some roller coasters nationwide after man dies, falling from the ride in Six Flags over Georgia.
Starting point is 00:09:07 He died and several others were injured Monday in the roller coaster incident. the man fell from the Goliath roller coaster at six flags over Georgia. Quote, he fell and hit the car three different times before falling onto the roof of a haunted house attraction below. And I've seen not footage of the guy falling, but of the roller coasters stuck up there. And man, dude,
Starting point is 00:09:32 like the people from the park had to climb up there to get these people out and just horrifying. A couple of things. I've seen the picture of him actually flying out of the ride. Okay, it happened at the moment that they passed the camera. Now, the car you see there stuck on the tracks is the car that was behind the car that that guy was in. The ride operators didn't realize that he had fallen out of the cart until his car came into the pit stop and they're like, welcome back riders. And everybody on the ride is screaming because they're covered in this guy's blood.
Starting point is 00:10:09 and his kid is sitting right next to his empty seat. I can tell you what happened right now. Do you remember a couple of years ago when that black kid was on the Tower of Terror Ride and he basically just sucked up through the center of the restraint? The thing is, like when you're a bigger person, when you're a heavier person, you go on one of those rides,
Starting point is 00:10:30 you know, it only goes down and compresses to the point at which your body allows it to. But when the G forces exact upon your body, it basically compresses all of that body fat, and then you can essentially slide through the restraint because it's no longer pressed down to the point that it was previously. And when you see the picture of the guy, it's obvious he was a bigger guy as well.
Starting point is 00:10:54 So, yeah, I think that that's exactly what happened. I mean, the G forces were just too much, and he just sucked up and out of the seat, and then tumbled backwards and hit, you know, his body on the ride, hit a couple of the people, and then fell down. I also saw pictures of the guy on top of the attraction, the roof, and they had it covered up with a black tarp because obviously there was a lot of blood.
Starting point is 00:11:18 So, you know, I think that probably what should happen with these rides is that they should, I know, I realize they designed them in a certain way so that you get like the maximum scare factor. But there really needs to be some additional type of restraint for people who are, larger. If they're allowing people to go on these rides and they're over a certain weight or a certain percentage of body fat, then you've got to have something else to keep them in, like a belt restraint that's going to cross over your body or something like that, or perhaps just don't let them go on the rides because they're not really designed if you're going to be having that much mass move around. I mean, if you have to be this tall to ride the ride, you also have to be
Starting point is 00:12:04 this narrow or that, you know, within this width to ride the ride. That's crazy, man. I, I don't know. I know there's speculation and all that. I got to, I got to think that it was a failure of the safety device, but you could be right. I don't know. I just hope it wasn't suicide. Oh, no, no, it wasn't suicide. You can't get those things off. I mean, once they lock in there, you can manipulate them so that they don't go on in the first place. You might be able to. And I suppose that that is a possibility. But in the pictures that I saw, it appeared that his lap restraint was down at the same level as the other riders that were around him. So I, I, so wasn't an over the top. It was a, no, only a lap restraint. Oh, okay. Only a lap restraint. That makes it. Yeah, that makes
Starting point is 00:12:49 sense. Okay, that, that's fair. I, I had seen it and it looked like it was an over the top, because the over the top, you're not getting sucked out from that. But the lap restraint, yeah. Well, the kid, the kid on the Tower of Terror did. But he went through, he went through the groove. Yeah, he went straight through the. center but yeah a big guy's not going through a tiny little keyhole but yeah holy crap man like that kid's poor like the poor kids and the the wife and another kid were on the ground i heard oh yeah the wife was below and she saw him fly out yeah yeah i can't imagine that terrible all right um wow i just you know as somebody that grew up uh you know in in in florida where you know
Starting point is 00:13:27 disney world is like second nature to us right disney universal and all that it's like we used to go to Cedar Point in Ohio all the time, you know, I mean, I went to Cedar Point on the day that Jeffrey Epstein was allegedly suicided. We were driving there in the morning and I get the news on the radio and I was like, no, it was so funny. It was crazy. Yeah. All right. Let's jump into this story. Get this out of the way so we don't have the meltdown like we did yesterday because we didn't cover the raid immediately because we didn't know much of anything. And guess what? We still don't know. much of anything. Not much. But the Washington Post, look at this. This is so fantastic. Exactly. Wouldn't you know they put this post out free to read so we don't even need to go through the back channels to get access to this article. Look at that. I had to get a paywalled version of the New York Times article and then deconstruct it so that I could check what they had in there. Yeah. So from the Washington Post, federal agents search Elon Omar's deep. home. The Justice Department confirmed that it's it secured a court authorized warrant,
Starting point is 00:14:39 but did not name Omar or confirm what investigation the search was connected to. Federal authorities were investigating whether Omar previously last month were investigating whether Omar unlawfully entered the country by falsifying her immigration paperwork. Her team have repeatedly denied the accusation she committed immigration fraud. The search of Omar's home appeared. to be the type of action that law enforcement officials have typically avoided so close to an election in the past. Yeah, piss off with that shit. In 2024, Jack Smith, of course, submitted evidence to a federal judge less than 60 days before the presidential election describing how Trump allegedly obstructed the 2020 election results. Well, that was, of course, responding to a judge's deadline.
Starting point is 00:15:26 And so that's okay, right? We're not opting to take a public law enforcement option Smith, you know, claimed at the time. time. The Justice Department adhered to that 60-day rule in executing the search warrant by first consulting with the public integrity section as required in instances in which the timing of investigation could be called into question. A senior Trump administration official confirmed that the raid was part of an investigation into possible criminal immigration fraud. Some officials have begun referring the investigation as World War 11. I love that for her. I love war 11. Here's the thing. So let me pull this up real quick. Mike Davis on X put this out saying, according to the DC U.S. District Court's public website, the D.C. U.S. magistrate judge Matthew Sharbaugh would have signed the search warrant of Ilhan's D.C. home.
Starting point is 00:16:21 Sharbaugh, picked by the Democrat-controlled D.C. federal court at the end of the Biden admin, previously twice clerked for D.C. Obama judge Robert Wilkins. That's right. That's right. So highly significant, all four of those magistrate judges that could have signed off on that warrant were Democrats, all chosen by the Democrat majority. And in order for this like unofficial rule to be signed off on by this judge, the DOJ would have had to present evidence that would be compelling enough for the judge to say, yes, okay, I am going to sign off on the search warrant of a sitting Congresswoman's home who is currently running for reelection. and I think we're less than 30 days away from the midterm. So that means that this is serious enough, not only that the administration wants to act on it now
Starting point is 00:17:12 to get rid of her to make sure that she doesn't end up in the next Congress, but also that the judge understands the severity of it as well. And I also heard this morning that about 30 minutes before the raid, Ilhan Omar was seen running from her home and taking off because she was not present during the raid. So it sounds like somebody might have tipped her off, prior to her house, house actually getting raided.
Starting point is 00:17:35 So don't know if she was able to abscond with like a device or anything like that. But if you go back to the Biden administration, they started an investigation in 2024 into her personal finances, her campaign finances, and her communications with an unnamed foreign person. Now, Ilhan Omar has obvious connections to care. She's got connections to al-Shabaab. She has connections through her sister and through her sister. to the feeding our future scam, to the larger Somalian diaspora fraud network.
Starting point is 00:18:08 And then, of course, the obvious one is her questionable naturalization, which I don't believe was ever legal. And that would not have a statute of limitations. Her marriage to her brother while she was married to her original husband, they were married in a Muslim ceremony. The marriage to her brother in 2009 was in a Christian ceremony. and of course, you know, that would have been permissible under Islam for them to go ahead and do that, and they didn't have to, you know, actually consummate the marriage.
Starting point is 00:18:40 But that would have a statute of limitations. However, what's interesting also is that given the fact that her initial naturalization would not have been legal, and there is no record of her father even having been naturalized, and the state of Minnesota never verified that she was an American citizen, when they allowed her to run for office either at state or at the federal level, every single piece of paperwork that Ilhan Omar filled out after that initial fraudulent naturalization would also be an additional crime. And so any of these things put together indicate a very, very bad situation for Ilhan Omar.
Starting point is 00:19:25 And I'm sure you saw yesterday that they said, well, one of the charges that the looking at is general conspiracy and that this is related to not only a federal criminal investigation, but a federal criminal RICO investigation, which necessarily means that you have co-conspirators. And any of those things that I mentioned could pull in a set of co-conspirators. And I tend to think that this is pushing towards a very serious national security component. So her terrorist ties are, in my opinion, going to come into play because that would be, on top of the denaturalization issue, that would be the easiest issue that they could make to suggest that this needed to be acted upon immediately. So, well, I mean, not only that, she's also running for office. And if she's unqualified and illegitimate to run for office.
Starting point is 00:20:20 Exactly. Yes, exactly. And you don't want a terrorist sitting in Congress who isn't even a U.S. citizen. Exactly. Right. Right. If she committed immigration fraud. she's ineligible for that office. I'm hoping, again, you know, I don't know what they would find from something that happened, you know, 20, 25 years ago. Because she was, what, 17 when she came to the U.S.? She was 18 when she came to the U.S. And then once that was pointed out by A.J. Kern, they went and edited her biographical
Starting point is 00:20:49 information on the Minnesota State Legislature Biography page and then also on the U.S. Congressional Web page. So that is so so here's the thing. So they've got all of that information and what they would be looking for now might be more recent crimes related to that initial crime. So let's say she got she got a new passport recently. Her signature on there attesting to her birth date and her citizenship would be a lie. Her most recent voter registration or the most recent ballot she cast that would also be illegal. So anything related to that stuff just to bolster the case, that would be helpful. helpful. So I'm also, the point I was getting at here is you mentioned the conspiracy aspect of this. And I'm hoping the immigration fraud conspiracy, you know, sure, there's other people that would be involved in that. I'm hoping that somehow, and I think the more contemporary issue would be the feeding our futures and the Somali fraud in Minnesota and the publicity and that. And I'm wondering how, you know, grand conspiracy might be able to tie into that if they're going to, you know, in the seizure at her. house, her D.C. residents. If, you know, they coincidentally happen to come across evidence and they use the immigration as a means to get that evidence, they're both big stories because, like you said, the ties to care and some of the other Islamic radicalized. Yeah, exactly. The ties to those groups are definitely pertinent to national security and the, you know, the implications of having her
Starting point is 00:22:20 serving in Congress. But the Smalley fraud is another huge issue as well. And, uh, So you put those two together and, yeah, she's going to be in a little bit of trouble here. Well, I mean, remember that, okay, so she's directly tied to all of the feeding our future stuff. They've already proven that there was all of that money moving through the Minneapolis airport. She was forced to revise very poorly her financial disclosures, you know, writing down essentially $30 or $29.9 million. So, I mean, if she's connected to any of that and there's bank records or there's some, something related to that in there. Obviously, that's going to be huge. But we had Keith Ellison and Tim Walls both called before a grand jury related to the fraud taking place in Minnesota.
Starting point is 00:23:06 And just because, you know, nothing came from it at that time doesn't mean that it's not connected to this and the larger conspiracy. Also, getting back to conspiracy, somebody changed her biographical information on those websites. Okay. So that would be conspiracy as well. I mean, quite literally the pathways to take this, I think, are numerous. And you're right. I mean, just the fraudulent immigration, I think, is the kicking open of the door. And then Ilhan Omar's record-setting number of likely criminal actions over the years, that all just compounds.
Starting point is 00:23:42 And it makes for a very, very big case. Somebody in the chat said, it's not a conspiracy. It's a fact. All a conspiracy means in terms of legal parlance is that there were, multiple people involved in an organized criminal action. So, you know, that's what we mean when we say this. The word conspiracy has a dirty rap, okay? And they will say conspiracy theories, but that's the CIA that coined that after people
Starting point is 00:24:06 started looking into the murder of JFK. A conspiracy just means that multiple people are involved. Correct. Yeah, I mean, you got to look at her wine company that disappeared her husband's financial, you know, income going from, you know, a couple hundred thousand to what was it, like, 25 million or some some crazy number like that yeah there there's a lot of shenanigans around that woman there so we'll see what happens i got to go ahead going to add well e h kyle was saying didn't you report back when all this originally broke about armar that she came through with a
Starting point is 00:24:37 different family because her dad wasn't allowed in due to being a somali terrorist military no she came in with her father and she came in with her siblings and they stayed in a refugee camp I believe in Kenya, and they used a assume name to come in because her father was a Somali general who was largely responsible for mass genocide and wiping out of tribal elements within Somalia, Somali lands specifically. So yeah, so their names are not their actual names. Her father had a different name. They had different names when they were in Somalia, and they did that to cover up his war crimes. So that could also be another aspect. of the conspiracy and the fraud.
Starting point is 00:25:19 Let's play this clip here, just Kendallanian freaking out about it. I just, I love it. I mean, Zach did a pretty damn good job explaining it all, so you're not going to get much more here. But take what Zach just said in context with this mockingbird media explanation. As you mentioned, the Justice Department is confirming that this search was pursuant to a court order. So that means that the Department of Homeland Security, which carried out the search, had to present evidence to a judge suggesting that there was evidence of a crime at this location
Starting point is 00:25:46 at Representative Omar's home in Washington, D.C., or at least that there was probable cause to believe that there was such evidence. And so the agents came in and they searched the home as we understand it. Now, we've not been able to get any details on what exactly this criminal investigation is about. Other outlets are reporting that investigators are examining paperwork pursuant to Omar's citizenship. She acquired citizenship in 2000. And one of the questions it's been reported that investigators are examining is whether she was 18. at the time that that happened because the law would be different whether she was a child or whether she was 18. That seems like it would be an issue easily cleared up, but nonetheless, you know, these federal agents were combing through her personal property in a very, very intrusive search.
Starting point is 00:26:32 Obviously, this raises a lot of questions because Representative Omar is a longstanding opponent of President Trump has been targeted on the right for a long period of time. She's a sitting member of Congress with certain privileges around the speech and debate clause. So there's a lot we don't know here. A lot of questions have been raised. What we do know is the Justice Department is saying that this was a search pursuant to a court order. I love that part. They're very intrusive. Do you guys remember them going through Melania's underwear drawer?
Starting point is 00:27:03 Do you guys remember that? Like how quick these people are to forget what they did to President Trump for completely baseless. Like even if they did have the classified documents, it wasn't a crime, you know, for president. than Trump to possess those because he took him out while he was a sitting president. And the goldfish memory of these people, you know, now all of a sudden we're intrusive because it's one of Trump's political rivals. That was never really talked about during the, you know, in 2022, August of 2022, four years ago, they were more concerned with, you know, did he do it, right?
Starting point is 00:27:39 He had nuclear secrets. He had our atomic energy secrets. It's just, I mean, you can't hate these people enough, man. The hypocrisy is so thick. You can cut it with a butter knife. Yeah, it's hilarious to see all of the same people who were joyously celebrating on social media. You know, accountability has come. Trump is not above the law.
Starting point is 00:28:02 No one is above the law until it's one of us. And now we are definitely above the law. We're so used to being above the law. We can't believe this is actually happening now. It is a very, very different ballgame, not only in terms of the atmosphere in Washington, D.C., within the DOJ, within Homeland Security, but also in terms of the actual crimes which have been committed this entire time. I mean, we're looking at a real case with Ilhan Omar, with teeth, big sharp teeth. President Trump being very succinct in his response here about it. That's really up to the DOJ.
Starting point is 00:29:00 I have nothing to do it. She comes from a non-country. Yeah, yeah. I think she's a terrible person. I love it. She does, she did put out a response here. She says, I'm okay. Make no mistake.
Starting point is 00:29:14 This is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. For 10 years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation. I will not be silenced. Please don't be silent. Come out and talk. Talk all you want. Keep talking.
Starting point is 00:29:36 Keep talking. You know, it's always been her contention that all of her birth records were destroyed in Somalia. What would really, really excite me is if, well, because the current Somalian, there are people within the Somalian government and certainly in Somalia land who don't like Ilhan Omar. It would be wonderful if they had actually found existing births. records and and the true records for her father. And they were to have handed that over to the Trump administration, which of course would make it very easy for them to show that she wasn't 17, but she was 18 at the time she claims that she was naturalized. But I mean, just the very fact that they don't have a record of her father having been naturalized. I mean, that's enough right
Starting point is 00:30:22 there. Yep. Yeah. So we'll, I mean, that's what we know so far. Again, I'm hoping that this goes into the Somali fraud and encompasses all of it because I'd much rather see that whole system get broken down. I mean, obviously, I'm rooting for the DOJ in this case here. I think we've all been on the Ilhan Omar married her brother rug for quite some time. So we'll see what comes of it. The DNC, the House Democrats, the DNC, the House Democrats put out a statement saying the administration's raid on Ilhan Omar's home is deeply disturbing in recent. serious questions about the continued corrupt weaponization of the federal government. Again, the memories on these people. Just goldfish, dude. Five seconds. For years, Donald Trump and far right
Starting point is 00:31:09 extremists have relentlessly targeted Omar with a vile personal attacks and baseless accusations. Less than 30 days before the midterm election, his violent mass deportation machine has descended upon the home of a duly elected member of Congress and her family. The American people deserve transparency, and we will deliver full accountability for the rogue abuse of power from the D.A. H S and DOJ. Good luck with that because you guys are a effectless body. You have no legitimate power and you're not going to be able to do anything about it and you're just going to sit there and tell him that he's weaponizing the DOJ and trying to convince your brainless doldrum normies to follow along and rage
Starting point is 00:31:47 against Trump. Yeah, that's a campaign statement. I don't think that they've forgotten anything. I think they know exactly what's going on and I think that they are very panicked. It's also delicious to me that all of the same people who said in 2022 that no one is above law is now out there just blindly supporting Ilhan Omar posting messages on X of support saying that I stand with Ilhan and this is an authoritarian government. Nothing is fair. Obviously Ilhan Omar has done nothing wrong. This is now going to go before a grand jury. And I wouldn't be surprised if they already had the grand jury. impaneled so that they could immediately get this in front of them because this is not the kind of thing that they want to drag it out for weeks.
Starting point is 00:32:33 I think they want this done well before people are going to be actually going to the ballot box. I mean, certainly ballots are already being cast in Minnesota. But before people really vote in earnest, they're going to want to go ahead and present an indictment against Ilhan Omar and wrap this up as quickly as possible. you know, as much for Trump's base as for Ilhan Omar's potential voters. Yeah, what happens in her election? Does the, do they get to throw somebody in there last minute or how does that work? You know, I don't know that I've ever seen a circumstance like this in the past. If it is serious enough and they're able to denaturalize her immediately, then she would not be
Starting point is 00:33:23 a legal candidate and perhaps they would have to instruct people not to vote for or to say that a vote for Ilhan Omar won't count because she's she's not legal, which would then leave only the Republican candidate. I don't even know who the Republican candidate is running in her district. I don't even know if they have a Republican candidate based upon how deeply Somalian that district is. Or if the Somalians end up writing in someone themselves, do they even do that? Do they do write ins in Minnesota? Yeah, I think they do, but let me see. I know not everybody does.
Starting point is 00:33:55 So let me see if the election who is on the ballot. Because I remember we interviewed, what was her name? The other Muslim woman that ran for the GOP in 20, what was it, 22? The woman with the full hijab on. Yeah, I can't. You interviewed. Oh, that's right. Gamey Bundit did.
Starting point is 00:34:16 Yeah. Yeah, she was pretty based, man. She was an army veteran. I can't remember her name. name though. It looks like she's in the first district, right? I don't remember. Who, let me, who is Ilhan Omar running against? Because I thought she was in the first district, but that is a conservative already. I wouldn't be surprised if she's not running against anybody. Yeah, that wouldn't surprise me either. Also, I'm old enough to remember when she got boot off stage.
Starting point is 00:34:47 Oh, John Nagel, a retired Minnesota state troopers, the Republican, Canada, running against Omar in the November 3rd, 2026 election. There's also an independent candidate, DeVille Jackson, is also on the ballot. Okay. All right. Well, either way, once the evidence is presented, once it's clear that Ilhan Omar is involved in some very, very shady things, every single one of those Democrats that has put forth a message of support and solidarity with her, they're going to be eaten crow. They're going to be in crow, especially if it's national security.
Starting point is 00:35:21 Agreed. All right, let's, let's jump into this story here. So we got our first briefing this morning, Zach and I were listening to it in the background before the show went live with Katie Zachariah. Yep. And it was, it was, it was rough, but you know, she was nervous. She was obviously very nervous. Yeah, her first, her first outing, you know, I can't even imagine, you know, like the nerves of, of doing something like that going out, knowing that millions of people. people are going to be watching in the first, you know, press briefing that you give. And, you know, she went first, I think the first question she asked was to Breitbart, or first, you know, person she called on was to Breitbart and followed by Peter Ducey. And I don't remember who the third and final. I think she only took three questions.
Starting point is 00:36:10 It was, I think it was, you know, one of the newer members of the press corps, because they asked about getting additional independent media in. Good, good. So let's go out to this story from the independence. Trump's new press secretary has a history of pushing bananas conspiracy theory. I love her for this, which is fine with me. Yeah, I do too. The newly appointed press secretary, Katie Zachariah previously promoted PizzaGate
Starting point is 00:36:36 and shared posts accusing Democrats and Hollywood elites of being pedophiles and cannibals. Zacharias shared her deep belief in PizzaGate as well as other fringe beliefs on truth social. We don't have any more. I don't really care enough about what the independent has to say. John, our founder here at Badlands, put this out. The new press secretary seems pretty base to me. Zachariah also posted about her beliefs on Devolution. The QAnon theory.
Starting point is 00:37:06 Which it's not. The Q&on theory. I mean, okay. That after leaving office in 2021, Trump retained control over the military in response to an April 3rd post asking for 2020. Post asking for evidence of devolution from quote unquote Patel Patriot, Zachariah. That didn't happen either. Yeah. Zachariah suggested the military signal that Biden wasn't really in charge by not giving
Starting point is 00:37:31 him a 21 gun salute on inauguration day. Quote, on Biden's inaugural day, he received a three cannon, approximately nine shots every eight to nine second gun salute versus a true presidential 21 gun salute. That's actually true. It is true. There's nothing false about that. that. Also, when Joe Biden was taking his first ride to the White House, the National Guard turned their back on him instead of rendering a salute, which would be the customs in the military, when any officer or vehicle with, I forget what they call it, but with the flags on the front of it, or a blue sticker if you're on a DOD base, you have to render a salute. They didn't do that. And they looked like a bag of ass, which also you would never. do like you would never you'd be in like fit uniforms and everything else uh four days later zachariah posted
Starting point is 00:38:25 a re-truth of the same accounts suggesting that trump would have been quote derelict in his duties and quote had he not retained to control of the military after leaving office now i mean that is a oversimplification of devolution but uh so be it we now have a press secretary that is aware not just of cue pizagate all those other things but devolution that's right that's right maybe badlands has a uh a gateway to the press pool, finally. That would be super awesome. Yeah, I followed her on X, and then I went to go look for her on truth social
Starting point is 00:38:58 when I saw that she had interacted with John, and I saw that she was already following me. So I followed her on truth social as well, and I am willing to give her a shot. I know that a lot of people were very, very tough on her in the chat. A lot of people think that she's just going to get eaten up. But, you know, I mean, every appearance that she's ever done on a news program, she seemed to be very capable. She's definitely a huge supporter of President Trump and the administration and the efforts that they're undertaking.
Starting point is 00:39:29 I think she clearly is based. And I'm willing to give her a chance and see if she's able to sort of settle into the role. I want to see when they ask her the cute questions. Oh, undoubtedly they will. I thought for sure that would come up in this press conference. But it did not. I think there's a reason. She only asked those,
Starting point is 00:39:50 she only called on those three reporters. It would be fantastic if we got something, you know, like her like calling out like the Wiener laptop or, you know, something like that. Didn't I see either Podestas or Wiener's laptop came back in the news recently? I,
Starting point is 00:40:06 well, it would be Wiener's laptop, but I haven't seen it. No. Okay. I don't remember, but, you know,
Starting point is 00:40:12 the other thing, so today she, disclosed something that I was actually very surprised that she said. So there's been this story going around here about Kimberly Gullfoil, Don Jr.'s former ex-fiancee, whatever. Honey, please, and this was an older story, Gulf Oil pushed donors to wire $100,000 to her Amex account before she became the U.S. ambassador to Greece. President Trump the other day had this to say about Gulf Oil. So he, Trump says we're looking at it. We're not happy.
Starting point is 00:40:55 Well, today, and I don't know if she was supposed to say this, but Zachariah came out and said, we are asking for her resignation. Now, that's not normally how that works, right? When somebody's going to resign, you don't normally say we're asking for their resignation, because that's essentially saying that they're fired, right? Well, I mean, I would be surprised if they didn't fire her, you know? I mean, given that she. She's the press secretary. I have to imagine that she had the okay to go ahead and say that.
Starting point is 00:41:26 It might mean that they've already asked Kimberly Gilfoyle for her resignation and they're, you know, giving her an opportunity to do it as gracefully as possible rather than just shit canning her. But this is a bad look. This is a real bad look. And there are been a lot of people trying to say that there is self-dealing within certain elements of the Trump administration. There should be absolutely no room for that sort of stuff. And so, Gilfoyle's behavior was unacceptable and she should not be the ambassador. Agreed. I agree 100%, which is I was going to add to that, that while that's not the norm, this is a situation where there's so much controversy surrounding, at least in the mainstream
Starting point is 00:42:08 media, surrounding Trump and the administration and, you know, the pay for play and all that crap that all the mainstream media is alleging without any hard evidence, that when something like that does come out. It needs to be dealt with swiftly and sternly. And they did so. And that's, you know, kudos to, to Zachariah for saying that. I don't know if she was supposed to or not. And I agree, I tend to agree with you that, you know, she knows she's going to get these questions, right? Like that first easing into the job was, you know, clearly something that was like predetermined. Like you're going to call him Brightbart. They're going to be favorable. You're going to call in Ducey. He's going to be favorable.
Starting point is 00:42:49 you know, you're going to call on, you know, so and so, they're going to be favorable. You're not going to get any like barn burners here in the first, in the first go-round. And they had to know that the gold foil thing was going to come up. So let's jump into a continuation from yesterday. We've got some more stuff on the, on the Russia frontier. We've got President Trump asked about Trump, about Russia and Ukraine in the ceasefire. They agreed. You know why?
Starting point is 00:43:23 Because I said, you agree. That's why. They agreed because I said they agree. And that thing has to get settled. That war is a disaster. Did you see the numbers that just came out this month? 32,000, mostly soldiers were killed, young people. 32,000 killed.
Starting point is 00:43:41 That war has to be over with. Well, I'd have to look at it and see because there's been violations on both sides. I, man, I love that right there. How do you, they both say they didn't agree. Well, you know how they, you know how I know they agree? Because I said they agree. Yeah. Just, just throw it on the table right there. Just, uh, swing the big D of America around the room and smack both of them right upside the head. Uh, there's no doubt if President Trump's going to say something like that in my mind, uh, that it's been discussed ahead of time with, with Putin. Uh, Zelensky, not so much. I mean, he's on the fritz with President Trump right now. Rightfully so. Um, before I get into the next. clip if you want to add to that. Well, I think that Zelensky is likely running scared at this point. I mean, President Trump coming out the other day and saying it's time to replace Zelensky,
Starting point is 00:44:42 that is about the strongest statement that I've heard on the subject, and it's something I've been waiting to hear for quite some time. He has said numerous times that the reason they don't have peace between Ukraine and Russia is because Zelensky doesn't want peace, but he's never gone so far as to suggest that he should be replaced. And if Zelensky, Wienzky wants to survive in any respect. He's going to have to play ball from this, from this point forward. Yep. Here's President Trump, another, this one's a little bit longer talking about this peace deal here.
Starting point is 00:45:13 Well, I look at it differently. Zelensky could have settled this war many times, many, many, many times. And he chooses not to, very difficult. It's a war that should have never been started. If I were president, if the election weren't rigged, I would have been president. And that world would have never started. But he could have settled it many times, and he chose not to. We said you can do whatever you want to Russia.
Starting point is 00:45:38 Don't hit the refineries, because that's a world problem that's caused. And he wants to make problems for the world. He wants to make problems for our farmers, our ranchers, with diesel fuel, because Russia supplies a large portion of the diesel fuel throughout the world. And we told him, do whatever you want, but don't hit the diesel fuel, because there's a big problem, big shortage. And what does he do? He goes and hits the diesel fuel.
Starting point is 00:46:04 He can do whatever he wants, but you can't do that because we have a world's problem. And the problem is caused by the lack of refineries for diesel fuel. So what does he do? He goes and hits refiners. And I said to him,
Starting point is 00:46:18 do what you want. Don't hit refineries. There's plenty of targets. Don't hit refiner. And he went out and he hit. And he's not going to affect our farmers and he's not going to affect our ranchers. And he's not going to affect the rest of the world.
Starting point is 00:46:31 So we, he'd better damn well stop. So, you know, again, me and Ghost, I had ghost on yesterday on Daily. By the way, fantastic segment. I would 10 out of 10 recommend go back and listen to that if you didn't hear it yesterday. But we were talking about this. And, you know, how President Trump has been thrown around kind of ideas to bring down the price of diesel. And last week, earlier in the week, last week, he proposed the idea of, you know, banning exports, U.S. exports of diesel, because right now we export a huge,
Starting point is 00:47:04 a huge portion of our, of our oil and gas outside of the United States to the global market. So he had proposed originally, you know, keeping that within the U.S. Then when he comes out and announces his Russia deal, of course, we have a complete and total meltdown from both parties in our Congress. And we'll get more into that here in a moment. But the other thing that he was doing was he was telling Zelensky, like, do you know, not hit the refineries like i i don't give a shit if you attack russia like whatever whatever do not hit the refineries now this is something we've been funding for going back to 2022 and this war kicked
Starting point is 00:47:39 off almost four years to the day uh no not to the day February never mind uh but almost four years ago uh we've been funding this war the whole time to the tune of billions of dollars and now you have this little little man going out there and and driving diesel prices up to 650 a gallon he does have a response but again i'll i'll let you jump in there if you wanted to to, I'd like to hear his response. I haven't actually heard his response yet. So this is in a roundabout way. This was his response. And of course, it's Fox News that runs out there and platforms this guy
Starting point is 00:48:09 to push back against this with utter nonsense. Very much. First of all, everybody understands. Everybody understands that the price is on diesel. It doesn't depend on our attacks on diesel in Russia. Everybody understand that it depends on the blocking or moves. straightover of Hormuz so this understandable very much
Starting point is 00:48:33 pro soon So Zolensky's pushing back on you know calling it the the attacks on the Strait of Hormuz I do remind the audience that we covered this last week as well CNBC crude oil exports to the Strait of Hormuz hit pre-war levels But fuel shipments remain constrained So I you know we looked into this
Starting point is 00:48:51 And the number of ships coming out with oil From the Strait of Hormuz And you know means adjacent to the strait, so pipelines and stuff like that, it's, it's, it's around 90 to 95% of the pre-war levels. And, you know, I kind of started just broadly researching like why if the, the levels through the straight are almost pre-war, why is gas not moving at all? And, you know, that's about half of the, the weight into what the global market bears for the price accrued. And, you know, obviously exports and refinement and things like that come into play.
Starting point is 00:49:28 And so the only thing that's being impacted now, if you look at the straight of war moves going back to the pre-war levels, would be the attacks on not just the refineries in Russia, but there's also attacks on refineries in Middle East countries as well. But when you pair all of that, the 65 billion barrels that were getting from Venezuela, like all of this would lead to the prices coming down at least a little bit. And we've seen nothing of the sort, right? It's, in fact, it's risen over the last two weeks. It's gone up a couple pennies here and there.
Starting point is 00:49:59 And so you got price gouging from the oil companies themselves, and then you've also got the speculator markets. Correct. And I wanted to get into, let's see, where is it? Oh, here it is. So this article here, and this, again, I think it's all politicization, right? Trump has previously said, you know, as soon as the midterms are over, the war with Iran will come to a close and the price of oil, the gas will plummet, right?
Starting point is 00:50:28 And you just got to think that it's trying to frame this in a way. Again, you know, people are going to disagree with me on this, but broadly, the Republican Party does not care if they lose the midterm elections. In fact, that's probably, they probably don't mind losing the midterm elections because then they can go out for two years and campaign on look how bad it is, with these Democrats socialists now, right? Raising more money the whole time. Exactly. They're going to raise orders of magnitude more money as a minority party
Starting point is 00:51:02 than they will as the majority party. As the majority party, you have to run on something that you've done. You have to run on your position, on your platform. You have to run on your accomplishments, right, rather than fear mongering people into donating to you and for the next, you know, the next cycle. But Financial Times put this out. faces Republican opposition to his diesel deal with Russia's Putin. Members of his own party have joined now with Democrats and claiming that it is against the law.
Starting point is 00:51:30 We talked about this yesterday. It's not actually against the law. There is a stipulation in there for a national emergency declaration from the president. Seven senators, including four Republicans, called on the president to immediately reverse course on his deal, calling it a quote unquote financial lifeline to a murderous regime and a violation of U.S. law. quote, Congress explicitly banned Russian energy imports in 2022. To prevent American dollars from financing Putin's brutal war against Ukraine, said the senators led by Gene Shaheen said in a statement,
Starting point is 00:52:05 not only does Trump's decision run, quote, directly counter to that law, but he also made no attempt to consult Congress before doing so. The Republicans that join that letter are Susan Collins, of course, John Curtis, Lisa Murkowski, of course, and, Tom Tillis, who we talked about in depth yesterday. Industry analysts have cast doubt on whether the import of Russian fuel will make a significant difference for American consumers. And of course, that's coming from a DC think tank right there because, you know, perpetuating the fuel crisis ahead of a midterm election is very detrimental to the GOP and possibility of Trump promoting his agenda into the second half of his term. And then this is my favorite quote of all.
Starting point is 00:52:49 and then I'll give it to you here after this act. The deal also faced unexpected pushback on Fox News chat show, Fox and Friends, a Trump morning favorite host Brian Kilmeade declared on Sunday, quote, it would be the biggest mistake of his administration to work with Russia. That is the modern Hitler of our generation. So I'm not surprised to see the Republicans that have joined in. Tom Tillis also went and did a bunch of, of book tour interviews over the weekend saying that by President Trump doing a diesel
Starting point is 00:53:25 business with Russia that we are putting American lives at risk. The only American lives that are being put at risk are mercenaries who might be fighting on behalf of Ukraine and those Americans are basically being used as fuel for the grist mill. Okay. Yeah, they're basically meat shields. Now, what all of those people in Congress are failing to admit is that they passed a bill. and sent it to the president on September 18th of this year called the Lindsay O. Graham sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026, which it was touted as this bill that would be restricting business with Russia, targeted sanctions, tariffs on goods, secondary tariffs on goods,
Starting point is 00:54:08 and basically a restriction of everything related to Russia. But it also includes a provision for the president to unilaterally without any approval from Congress to remove or to release any of those sanctions if it's in the best interest of America and the American people. And so President Trump is acting within the authority that was granted to him by Congress. And I have to think that President Trump thought about this when he was signing that bill, knowing that that provision was in there. And God bless Lindsey Graham for the last thing he did by including that as part of that bill. because it gave President Trump all the authority that he needed to release all of those sanctions
Starting point is 00:54:53 and to allow all of that Russian diesel and all any other type of energy that Russia wants to export to the rest of the world to be fully legal to purchase and to use as a bargaining chip to try to relieve some of the pain on the American people. And the most fascinating thing of all of the meltdown from our own Congress, President Trump truth's truth this out. the European Union paid Russia $250 billion for energy and the fake news media doesn't want to get near that story. I made the right choice for the American people. Always America first, President Donald J. Trump.
Starting point is 00:55:30 And of course, that goes back to the UN speech he gave back in, what was it, 2019, where he said, Germany will be, is completely dependent on Russian oil. And if they don't start weaning themselves off now, you know, it's going to, and they just roll their eyes at him and disgust. It was fantastic to watch that and seeing all of that come full circle here. France is largely dependent too. They shut down a bunch of nuclear reactors so they
Starting point is 00:55:56 could buy all the heating oil from Russia as well. So yeah, I mean, spare me your righteous indignation. Any of these these talking head meat brains that are sitting in Congress or in any of these European nations or these global governance boards, all they're doing again is just campaigning. They're out there grandstanding and they are they're openly lying to the American people. Yes. And, and, you know, a lot of this, even from our own Congress, I think, is the, you know, the continuation of this narrative here. This is the deputy assistant general for NATO. And listen to this what the remarks here about this perpetuation of the possibility of war with Russia. Our time frames for when we need to be ready to fight defensively have moved forward because of basically Russian aggression.
Starting point is 00:56:50 We don't have time to wait for 32 sovereign capabilities to be developed to the level that they can then provide all the security we need. we have, you know, a year, something like that to be fully ready. What I'm trying to say is we cannot sacrifice military effectiveness, including concretely in this discussion, the acquisition of which AI tools we use, which cloud architecture we select, and the rules governing the use of data. To, we can't say,
Starting point is 00:57:34 sacrifice military effectiveness in these three areas in the time frame that we have. We don't have time to wait for sovereign Canadian, let me say, alternatives. So we need to work towards two timeframes. Fight tonight. That means you take the best that you have, and that means some compromises, but the best that you have now, even while we work on developing national, sovereign, EU, Canadian, whatever it is, alternatives over time. But let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater.
Starting point is 00:58:08 We have a lot that's really good. We need to connect it and be ready to use it now. And then work on the other stuff at the same time. So they, you know, throw in the word defensively there. And look, the idea that Russia is somehow going to offensively attack Europe, like kinetic warfare is um i think that's almost as absurd as the idea of iran nukeing america i think that's one of the most absurd ideas that i've ever heard it's been propaganda for 50 years and it's just like seeped into people's brains and and trump keeps throwing
Starting point is 00:58:52 that at you because he knows it works he knows it works for the actual you know what he's actually doing in that region right now but this right here is almost equally as stupid like russia's somehow russia's been dealing with ukraine if we're told like if this the narrative out there about the ukraine russia war is true and russia is actually in a full-blown kinetic war like putting everything they've got into this war it's been four years against the nation with you know less people than the state of texas right less gdp than the state of florida and somehow russia's not able to handedly you know run through ukraine it's it's absurd but i think what they're doing here i think they see you know nato the e u they see the writing on the wall that there's
Starting point is 00:59:36 going to be this fracture over the next couple of years the fracture's already there but a complete split from the united states uh and their dependency on the united states is going to be significantly uh uh hampered and this is their effort here and i look i don't know if they're doing it under the you know the cloak of of russia russia russia or if you know they're gonna there's going to be some false flag that somehow, you know, promotes this war before U.S. is able to fracture. I don't know what's going on here, but this is absurd. You know, we saw a couple weeks ago. I think it was, I think it was Maloney that came out in his, no, no, no, it was Marine Le Pen in France. And she was like, they're saying we're at war with Russia. That's dangerous. We are not in any way, shape, or form at war with Russia.
Starting point is 01:00:22 And this type of rhetoric is insanely dangerous. Yeah, well, you know, they need a boogeyman. right now, Russia is that boogeyman, and they need to continue to drum up support for Ukraine. If they want this to continue, I would imagine that there's a lot of people with a lot of fingers in that pie, and the money continues to flow. The people of Ukraine and Russia continue to suffer. And they recognize that NATO is not long for this world. And especially now that Canada is actually preparing for a U.S. invasion, which is also one of the most absurd things. that I've ever heard. Yeah. Let me just real quick as we wrap up this segment here. I want to read this post, this truth post from President Trump. I see many, so many comments from the radical left
Starting point is 01:01:12 morons and lunatics that China and Russia are helping the quote unquote wonderful Islamic Republic of Iran. If they are, it's very low level, but I don't believe they are at all. They have too much to lose, and we would know about it and know about it very fast. Thank you for your attention to this matter, President Donald J. Trump. And again, I think that's, you know, kind of soft disclosure there. You know, we were talking with Ghost yesterday. I think November 14th, Ghost was saying President Trump's going to be traveling over to China. And then, you know, in December, you're going to have the G20, which Putin may attend,
Starting point is 01:01:49 his first G20 since 2022. And maybe we get some disclosure. I think we might get some indication. some further indication, some solid indication of the quote unquote sovereign alliance with this. And Trump's saying right there, like if China and Russia were funding this, we'd know. Well, how would you know? They tell me. We have good intelligence and also intelligence sharing with both of them.
Starting point is 01:02:14 Yeah. All right. Before we move on, let's go ahead and hit a sponsor here. And I will get those pulled up here. And there we go. Just throwing that out there. Yeah, did you know that? Did you know that? No, I was aware. Why am I getting an echo? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:05:23 What the hell? What the hell? He gives me shit all the time from my pronunciation of Nevada. And everybody in her house pronounces it Nevada, except for her. I am aware that. Check to make sure that you didn't turn off the, the mute button on your, I did not turn off anything.
Starting point is 01:05:39 That's so weird. Okay, now it's gone. Okay. Okay. All right. Max says echo here too. That's kind of weird. Okay.
Starting point is 01:05:47 So let's jump into this story here from the New York Post. New York rejects 16,000 Trump ICE detainers for illegal immigrants accused or convicted in more than 52,000. crimes. 16,000 ICE detainers for illegal migrants have been denied. 50,000 crimes. Let's jump down here. The ICE detainers, of course, are requests a state and local law enforcement agencies asking them to detain the suspected illegal migrant for as long as 48 hours, so that the feds can have enough time to take custody. Albany lets local governments throughout the state set their own policies, turning places such as the Big Apple into a dangerous sanctuary city that refuses to honor the request. Cass Kathy Hokel, Governor Hokel, quote unquote, Governor Hokel, find the Local Cops Local Crimes Act,
Starting point is 01:06:38 which imposed restrictions on certain types of statewide operation with ICE on civil immigration matters. Now listen to these numbers, Acts of 52,503 criminal charges or convictions with those ICE detainers. They include 131 homicides, homicide, murder, and they're like, no, we're going to let this person go. We're not going to hand them over to you to deport them. 131 homicides, 132 kidnappings, 1,17 sex offenses, 1,561 DUIs, 1,6131 burglaries, 1776 robberies, 1,776 robberies, and 2,198 weapons infractions.
Starting point is 01:07:23 There's been 9,500 assaults and 4,300 counts related to dangerous drugs, an estimated 2,000 individuals in New York state facilities have been turned over to federal immigration enforcement officials. That is freaking insane, dude. Pure insanity. I mean, they're obviously playing with fire. They are putting the lives of their own citizens at risk. They're putting the lives of all Americans at risk because those people don't have to stay in New York. They can obviously go wherever they want to as soon as they're released. And it also makes it more dangerous because then, of course, is going to have to pursue these people on the streets. You're going to end up with situations like you did in Brooklyn last week.
Starting point is 01:08:06 I have zero sympathy for that guy. He was a gangbanger. And it's crazy where people are falling on this issue. Yeah, man. Just the news had an article out about the House GOP. It says House GOP crafts nuclear option for sanctuary cities, letting victims sue local officials. Maybe this will change their tune a little bit.
Starting point is 01:08:28 The shutdown Sanctuary Policies Act passed through the House Judiciary with little fanfare last month, creating a path for GOP lawmakers to impose the toughest crackdown yet on states and cities that refuse to turn over illegal immigrants under federal detainers or outright release immigrants, migrants into their custody. The bill creates a private action for victims and families of victims to sue the municipalities and officials who release violent offenders because in some jurisdictions, officials enjoy absolute immunity, which is the broadest form of immunity, meaning basically they can't be sued for anything. Crazy. In addition, the lawsuit provision of the bill will also reassert federal supremacy over state and local laws that restrict cooperation with immigration enforcement with the DHS. It will require state and local authorities to honor DHS detainers for illegal immigrants arrested for criminal or motor vehicle offenses who are subject to deportation. and it will withhold some federal funding from sanctuary states and municipalities who do not comply and reallocate the monies to compliant jurisdictions.
Starting point is 01:09:37 Now, the funding thing has always bothered me, Zach, like this whole idea that states are automatically entitled to federal funding to taxpayer funding, even though they're blatantly refusing to comply with federal law, constitutional law, right? The president has the constitutional authority to deport people. That is given to him in the Constitution to secure our borders and protect our borders. And, you know, sanctuary states to me have always been unconstitutional. And that's something I don't care what the Supreme Court says. I'll stand by that. I agree with you. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:10 I mean, this is the way to deal with it. I mean, they've already gone through the courts. If they want to overrule those court decisions, then it has to be an act of Congress. And once this, if this is successful, then obviously it'll be a freaking miracle. But it's what needs to happen. Well, unfortunately, that's the key is the miracle part. So we talk about this. It just got out of the judiciary committee, not much fanfare.
Starting point is 01:10:32 Is it going to pass? Probably not. Because if it somehow makes it through the House, guess what's going to happen in the Senate? Yeah. The filibuster. And again, you know, I can't stress this enough. And this is something the Democrats have actually been saying for, for years now, going back to like 1997, it's just designed to maintain the status.
Starting point is 01:10:55 quo man and uh anything effective anything that's considered quote unquote bipartisan just dies it just it's not going to go anywhere so it's great to to root for the people but uh your team can never win it's like it's like uh snoopy in the football right is it snoopy yeah charlie brown in the football charlie brown and and what's the girl's name lucy lucy lucy in the football right uh just the news another story here Massachusetts let's snap other public benefits fraudsters keep 97 cents of every dollar. Their SNAP program has a rate of return of just 2.7 percent, $2.69 for every $100 that are stolen. Quote, they have less than 10 frontline investigators in the state, 10 people investigating fraud in the entire state of Massachusetts.
Starting point is 01:11:48 So their ability to detect fraud is as limited as their technology to find it. It says they are significantly undercounting the fraud and they don't even have the mechanisms to recoup the dollars that have been stolen. The Massachusetts Office of the State Auditor, of the State Auditor, released a report in September detailing $10.6 million in public benefits fraud in just six months. In just six months, $10 million. And that's only with 10 people out there investigating it. The Bureau found such fraud tied to 402 out of 223 total. cases in that same time frame. 2,223.
Starting point is 01:12:26 Excuse me, 2,223. The vast majority was found in the state's SNAP and Medicaid programs, MassHealth, which provides health benefits for qualifying children, families, seniors, and people with disabilities accounts for 57% of roughly 6.1 million in stolen funds. SNAP accounts for 36.3% of that fraud, a significant increase over the 4.4 million uncovered In the first two quarters of 26, the state has recovered just $285,000 out of that $10.6 million total. Sounds like a massive fail on behalf of the state agencies that are supposed to be looking into this. One thing we forgot to mention earlier is that the HHS Department or the Office of the Inspector General has just written to Keith Ellison's anti-fraud unit in the Attorney General's office and said that they have been a massive fail.
Starting point is 01:13:22 they are no longer going to have the authority to go ahead and look into these things themselves. The federal government is going to be taking over. I think something similar should be happening at Massachusetts. Yeah, I think, I mean, it needs to happen just about everywhere. Yeah. And, you know, not only that, the funding thing has to stop, dude. You know, this is something I talked about a couple weeks ago on my show with this new America.gov, like with a streamlined AI system that is in charge of validating legitimacy, citizenship, those types of things, this is a direction we have to move where there's just a massive purge of all of these databases and allow this system to redesign and rebuild those databases to repopulate those databases
Starting point is 01:14:12 fresh. And, you know, if you have to send out the emergency broadcast and tell the whole world, like, hey, in a few months, we're dumping the system. So you've got a limited time to jump on America.gov and verify your legitimacy to be enrolled in these systems. It's got to happen. And until it does, I mean, there's hundreds of millions of dollars a month that are going out in fraud to these programs. And we are just overtaxed and we're just getting beat down by this over and over. And these people just go out there and they talk about it. While we're getting our asses pummeled, they're like, don't worry, we're really going to do something.
Starting point is 01:14:50 And then what do they do? They send a letter. Okay, great. I mean, I understand the Trump admin is trying to do everything they can within the, you know, the confines of what the courts are allowing them to do. But it's got to move quicker, man. And it's got to be, it's got to be swift and it's got to be sharp, right? This has to be a just the guillotine, right? Just one swoop and take this out, man.
Starting point is 01:15:13 Yeah, head of the snake. Yeah, dude, crazy. All right. So that, I mean, this was a really slow newsday. So I got a couple things left here. Just some cultural Hollywood shit here. Diddy, P. Diddy, four art artists formerly known as Diddy. What's his name now?
Starting point is 01:15:35 Does he have a new name? Is it Diddy still? Sean Combs. I'm sure he's known as Sean Combs on the inside. No, you know what he's? known as now is inmate number uh rush he diddy is rushed out of prison with an injury to his head according to sources at fcii federal corrections institute fort dix did he left the prison grounds early saturday morning to get treatment for a head injury the injury was not life-threatening
Starting point is 01:16:03 because apparently he was conscious and speaking he was put into a special special housing unit last month amid claims, or excuse me in July, amid claims that he was leading a charmed life. He was getting massages, booze, and cell phone and a cell phone with nude pics. You know, you need that me time, I guess. Doesn't say whether they were men or women and whether they were GHD or not, but could have been either. Well, he definitely pissed somebody off. You don't just catch a lock in a sock for nothing.
Starting point is 01:16:37 Nothing. Soap in the sock. No, I heard that it was a padlock in a sock. Oh, was it really? Yeah. So, I mean, that could have done some serious damage. Yeah. Isn't the sock supposed to like soap in the in the sock? Like the it's not supposed to bruise or something? Well, that's the oranges. The oranges, a bag of oranges. But you throw a bar a dove or a bar of virus spring in a sock, you know, I mean, that that's going to provide some, yeah, some serious.
Starting point is 01:17:07 leverage and it definitely will bruise. But it's not going to, it's going to hurt and you're going to be able to hit them more often without, you know, I guess, you know, breaking the skin if it's soap. But a lock, you're going to crack somebody's skull. All right. And then we had this story. I'm not going to, I'm not going to play this clip here, but Haley Williams of Paramore, which is utterly tragic because my wife loves Paramore, came out at one of her concert and was like, F ice and you know all the typical liberal bullshit that were used to from all these musicians and I just thought it would be totally uh refreshing to hear from one of the greatest heavy metal legends of all time James headfield of Metallica and uh let's go man
Starting point is 01:17:54 Metallica is not here like some other entertainers to influence you with their bullshit okay we are No bullshit. We're here to forget about all the outside shit. Metallica's agenda is love, energy, and heavy music, baby. Oh, I love Metallica. Yeah, I just very good. It's good to hear people saying that they're not going to get involved in the bullshit. I mean, just get out there and do your job, right?
Starting point is 01:18:38 I don't need to have Haley, Williams or whoever it is and who's the other one that just did it like the guy wearing the really short shorts you didn't see that one either no no I generally don't pay attention to those people just because they're insufferable when it's such a slow news day you see something like that and you're like we could fill some time with that we did have this story from the telegraph that china is increasing its border security over the russian plague I thought that Russian plague was over at this point. I haven't heard anything about that, but China is throwing it back in the mix, I guess.
Starting point is 01:19:14 It says disease control agencies in the northeastern part of the country have begun issuing safety alerts and calling emergency meetings to discuss a plan of action after a researcher died at a Siberian anti-plague laboratory. Okay, cool. Do you hear the mother, the mother come out and comment on that? No, what did she say? I didn't even see that. She's in the medical profession as well. And she was like this thing that they're saying that she broke a test tube and was infected.
Starting point is 01:19:43 That's just not possible. Like these test tubes are pretty sturdy. Like they're made from borosilicate glass. And she said, you could throw in at the wall and it's not going to break. So she said, I just don't believe that. And yeah, the whole thing stinks. Interesting. Interesting.
Starting point is 01:20:01 All right. Last story, and I'm not going to get too into this because I'm trying to secure a guest for tonight to talk about this. But this is from the Gateway Pundit, Maricopa County Election employees seen late at night using flash drives on certified equipment ahead of election day. Maricopa attempts damage control. And I'm not going to get too into this, but let's just say the person that is allegedly in this video has a history of such actions. Also, Maricopa County did not, this was not visible on the Maricopa, Maricopa County live stream of the center where this took place at. And so there's a lot of serious questions surrounding this. It would be right in line with the historical trends in Maricopa County.
Starting point is 01:20:49 And I don't want to get too into it here. I'll let you jump in, of course. But we're going to try and get the guest on tonight for why we vote. I'm just, I mean, I have to believe the administration is aware of this. I mean, this is a fairly serious transgression that's taken place. I mean, something must be done about it. And it is interesting that all of the, like Garrett Archer coming out to stump for this guy. Yeah, that tells me everything I need to know.
Starting point is 01:21:21 I saw somebody this morning, you know, saying Garrett Archer is stupid. Garrett Archer is not stupid. Garrett Archer is 100% controlled opposition. He is not stupid in any way, shape, or form. He acts, you know, he might say things that you think are stupid, but that's because those are deliberate, in my opinion, those are deliberate attempts by him to obfuscate anything from happening. And I see Clay in the chat right here,
Starting point is 01:21:48 and he and he and Garrett have had many back and forths. And, you know, I'll just, leave that at that puppet is owned he is shameful there you go there you go that's what clay says in the chat all right uh that is uh i think that's pretty much it uh we do have to talk about not that because we're going to try and talk about that tonight but uh guard 14 guys connect with bad landers from across the country for an unforgettable weekend of freedom community and good times make plans to join us november 12th through the 14th on the 14th stop of the great american restoration toward live in beautiful St. Pete Beach, Florida, or virtually from your home, virtual tickets are available
