Badlands Media - Badlands Daily: 10/15/26 - Omar’s Citizenship, Maricopa Ballot Duplication & Starlink in Ukraine

Episode Date: October 15, 2026

CannCon and Ashe in America, swapping in for Alpha Warrior this week, dig into Ilhan Omar's citizenship story, from her ties to Feeding Our Future to her age, her father's naturalization and her amend...ed financial disclosures, plus news that federal agents seized a member of Congress's phone. Next they revisit Jack Smith's investigation, including Grassley's finding that the special counsel gathered names and donor data from Trump campaign circles. Then it's Maricopa County, where observers caught a worker making changes to the Novus ballot duplication system at night after logic and accuracy testing, and the hosts walk through why electronic adjudication and small-county audits leave room for fraud. On the world stage, Ukraine accuses SpaceX of limiting Starlink as it takes Russian missile strikes, and the crew asks why Kash Patel is heading to Russia. They close with the military's treatment of a service member held before trial, the coming execution of Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan and whether it should be public, and AI ads that put words in CannCon's mouth.

Starting point is 00:00:00 The Badlands, what are the Badlands? Explain those Badlands. That's a hell of a name. All right. Good morning, Badlandia. Welcome to Badlands Daily. It's Thursday. It's not Ash Wednesday.
Starting point is 00:00:21 It's Thursday. And so I'm much happier to see Ash today. Yeah, I don't know what's the deal with Thursday. So do I need to start celebrating the Republicans? in the state and shaming everybody into voting. I'm on time, so I feel like I already messed up. Just take all of your well-founded and well-documented principles and throw them away. Oh, that's not fair.
Starting point is 00:00:50 I mean, no, I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. This is inside joking. Yeah, huge thanks to Alpha for swap him with me this week. Yes. That isn't a bit of a pickle. So me and him go, we spar back and forth. relax people that's nothing i wouldn't say directly to him yeah agreed no but um dude some interesting
Starting point is 00:01:12 stuff i'm glad you're on today because we have the updates in maricopa county and i don't know if you saw my post this morning but i literally took them i rolled them up into toilet paper and wiped my butt with them because they're so full of shit they are in maricopa county or with Mayor Copa County. No, no, the updates that they gave us, the justification that they're giving us is utter nonsense. And we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna turn this show into a big why we vote segment and, uh, and crush it today. It's toilet why we vote now. It's not even wipe your butt toilet paper. It's, it's, it's. All right, guys, um, they are before we get into that, let's, uh, let's go ahead and jump into our sponsors for today's
Starting point is 00:01:58 Joe. And first up, we've got our friends over at Cacao Bliss. This episode is brought to you by Cacao Bliss from Earth Echo, a ceremonial great cacao drink with seven superfoods to curb cravings and protect your heart and arteries. There's a Caribbean island where a stunning percentage of people live to 100 years old or more. Researchers spent years trying to figure out why. But the answer surprised to everyone. And today's sponsor figured out how to blend that secret into a delicious daily ritual. A native tribe in Panama called the Kuna people drink five cups of a type of chocolate every single day. Harvard researchers discovered their rates of cardiovascular problems are nine times lower than Americans. Cancer rates 15 times lower and their energy, weight, and mental clarity
Starting point is 00:02:42 are remarkably well preserved well into old age, unlike our Congress. The reason comes down to something called flavanols, natural compounds in raw cacao that modern chocolate processing destroys. In fact, research shows that drinking high flavanol cacao, that modern, excuse me, drinking high flavanol can increase stem cell counts by up to 220 percent, improved blood vessel function by up to 47 percent, but you have to get the raw, natural, ceremonial grade stuff like you get with Cacao Bliss. Starting point is 00:03:25 Badlands. They have a newly renovated landing page makes it much easier to navigate and get right down to it and fantastic stuff. 10 out of 10 recommend. Absolutely. I love it. It's in my my punk rock museum cup right now. Excellent. Oh, you are you got the punk rock museum. We somehow ended up with like two of them or three of them or more of them. I don't know. I only bought one and I have two. And we've discovered that I have cams. You're the one that has two. I have the extra. Yeah, and I thought it was yours because I found it in the spot where you were sitting in my car.
Starting point is 00:04:06 So I thought it was yours, but parents cams. That's right. Well, I have cacao blus in my heated coffee mug that my wife bought me. This is the second one she's bought me because the first one was small. And it didn't like it didn't work right. So I love cacao bliss. Check it out. I also, I didn't know.
Starting point is 00:04:23 I'm going back in the ad here. But where is it? Because we don't get to watch the ads while they're playing because, you know, we're speaking. Dude, look at that chocolate, whatever it is. It looks like maybe pomegranate on top of it. Look how good that looks. That moose. Oh, it is.
Starting point is 00:04:39 Yeah, that's nice. Oh, man. I love a chocolate moose. I love pomegranate too. A pomegranate's good too. I had fresh pomegranate when we were in Afghanistan. That was pretty awesome. Yeah, I've never had that before.
Starting point is 00:04:53 Okay. Let's see. Where are we going now? I'm discombobulated this morning. I seriously, I'm behind as all hell. It was a slow newsday, so thankfully there's that. But I am discombobulated because I was working on that thread that I put out this morning. So smash that thumbs up. If you have not done so, it helps us out a lot with the rankings. Also, it helps with new metrics. If you're a unique chatter and you jump in there just to say hello, you don't have to stay and stare at the chat. you can listen to the show while you're doing your other daily things but just jump in the chat and say hello yeah just pop and say hi or stay and chat a while either way yeah our chat's pretty cool yeah for the most part for the most part okay clay prekin i have decided that we're gonna um
Starting point is 00:05:41 slap you and slap me yeah and st p i'm not even sure why clay just brought it up and i thought it was a good idea i don't was he talking about me Yeah. Oh, yeah. Is there another cancana? I don't know. I don't know. All right. Just the news. Federal probe digs deeper into Omar's citizenship and financial disclosures.
Starting point is 00:06:05 And we're beating this story to death. I promise there's a reason why I'm doing this. We haven't really gotten into the nitty gritty of the husband in this case. And we have on this show before months and months ago, right? But we haven't since all of this came down. and just the news does a pretty decent job of digging into that and getting some of the stuff on record here out in the public. So I'm going to rehash this. And again, I promise there's a reason we're going through this.
Starting point is 00:06:33 Federal probe digs deeper into Omar's citizenship and financial disclosures. The past scandals returning to haunt her with a vengeance as the DOJ expands its probe, zeroing in on whether the lawmakers represented her date of birth, possibly calling into question naturalization. The DOJ reportedly issued subpoenas for several of her relatives, including the sister, Sarah Nour, who is involved, or not involved, but involved in a company that is, seems to be involved in the Feeding Our Futures, right? Her grit partners is registered at the house and under the name of a person directly affiliated with the convicts in the Feeding Our Future scandal. And Omar's connections to feeding our future are well established.
Starting point is 00:07:15 Back when the Feeding Our Future scandal was going on, Omar, the links were established. And so it's not, you know, a conspiracy theory and it's not things that we know right now. However, it's becoming, you know, more relevant and people are paying attention to it more now that her naturalization is a question. Yeah, the lynchpin, one of the linchpin restaurants in the scam where they were alleging to feed children because, and they, so they took the feeding our future scandal during COVID, they changed the law so that originally NGOs. were the only ones allowed to distribute the food.
Starting point is 00:07:54 And they changed that and allowed restaurants to get involved in that. And a bunch of Somali restaurants in Minneapolis started serving like 5,000 meals a day all of a sudden and profited over $250 million from this scam. And one of those restaurants that was serving 5,000 meals a day is the same restaurant where Omar had her 2018 or 2019. campaign victory at so reception at um it says the mystery of the shifting birth date why it matters omar said in 2018 she received citizenship through her father's naturalization process known as derivative citizenship quote i became a citizen before i turned 18 my father became him a citizen so i got my citizenship through that process omar told the intercept during the 2019 election so that was a lie it seems like it yeah it says the minnesota legislative reference library
Starting point is 00:08:51 at one point listed Omar's birth date as October 4th, 1981. Happy belated birthday, Omar. 1981, which would have made Omar 18 or 19 when she claimed that she received citizenship from her father in 2000. Only minors can claim citizenship from naturalized parents. Yet Omar has long claimed that she was 17 to become a citizen. After the discrepancy between the dates surfaced, Omar's staff requested her birthday be changed in the public record shortly after she entered
Starting point is 00:09:20 Congress on May 17th 2019 this is a quote quote on May 17th 2019 library staff are informed of Omar's congressional staff by her staff that her birth year was incorrect and requested that we change it to 1982 the only time in history a woman wants to be older wrote the director of the Minnesota legislative reference library in a 2019 email so I land that right there yeah I mean it's so so we looked into this it was like in late 2023, I think. Maybe a little, maybe it was 2024. But can or it was for the brief. Sorry, meant to finish that thought. We looked into this and wrote about it in the brief that if you are found to have derived your citizenship through fraud, the next step is denaturalization. There is no like that. That's that's what happens to you. If you, if you found, if you found, if you
Starting point is 00:10:20 got it during front and she's got two points on this right two two points of problem um the age and her father was apparently misrepresented his refugee status and asylum claims as a part of that so we've got two angles of fraud hit no mar um you know it makes like why now versus before and i about this in the brief this morning the scam act the stop citizenship abuse uh and i don't forget what the m is but it's it's basically this right like the the enhanced enhanced penalties and um zero tolerance for citizenship abuse was introduced brian in the senate on january 15th of this year it was officially put on the senate calendar in january 26th of this year on january 27th of this year the very next day after the scam act is put on the senate calendar the very next day elhan omar was attacked with
Starting point is 00:11:34 vinegar water and it was because of you know all of these rumors and bad things people are saying about me it's making me you know vulnerable and and i'm getting all of these threats etc etc etc legislation is still sitting as introduced, hasn't moved at all. The very next day, talk about false flag. It's funny how that stuff works out. Alpha actually had a great point yesterday that this whole denaturalization thing could be soft disclosure, kind of breaking the surface tension for Obama and his birth certificates. I love it. I love everything about it. Yeah, And I am fully on board with the potential of that. Before we get into Oaths, wait, wait, what would we even do if that would?
Starting point is 00:12:20 Like you go back to 2008 and everything done via executive power and sign, right? So everything passed into legislative and signed by the executive. Everything. Like, how do we deal with that? I'm excited to find out. So, I mean, that's the same as the 2020 election. What happens if you find out that the 2020 election, when you find out that the 2020 election was fraudulent? Like, you have all these things in place.
Starting point is 00:12:53 I mean, do you just give it like a, well, you know, sorry, we fucked up. We made a mistake. It happened. You guys told us that this was the case. Donald Trump told you that Obama is not a citizen. Donald Trump was telling you he's not a citizen. We just made a mistake. We'll just wipe our hands of it.
Starting point is 00:13:11 I mean, the Affordable Care Act is a highly controversial bill that has done a lot of damage to a lot of people in this country. Yeah. Well, he appointed justices too. And, you know, we already have Otto Penn Jackson, who, you know, is, is just, I mean, we're counting the days, right? And there, but we're talking about rolling back almost 20 years of America. and what the American government has done if, you know, if what we think is true, it's true. Yeah. What a time to be alive.
Starting point is 00:13:48 I know. Crazy. But again, that could be soft disclosure for the 2020 election reveal. But all right. So getting back into it, this is Ilhan's husband. And this will kind of break the surface tension. I'm going to use that phrase all day today. Because remember our last conversation about breaking the surface tension when you jump in the water?
Starting point is 00:14:06 You don't remember that? Yeah. Oh, yeah. It was a myth. It was fake. It was fake. Yeah. I told you. You tell us you of a reaction to the raid and the investigations that are going on.
Starting point is 00:14:15 My wife came here, which is 12 years old, the child war refugee. Okay. So let's get into it. This guy's going to be in so much trouble. U.S. attorney for DC, Janine Piro announced an investigation to Omar's financial disclosures. We talked about that yesterday. We played the clip.
Starting point is 00:14:31 She didn't really announce it. She just kind of alluded to it. Like there's a financial investigation going on. So kind of, it's not like she can't. out and said, I'm here to announce there's an investigation into Omar's financial disclosures. But Omar's husband's business had increased from $51,000 in 2023 to between $6 and $30 million the following year. What a growth. What a growth. $51,000 to $6 to $30 million.
Starting point is 00:14:58 Omar would at the time blame an accounting error and amended congressional financial disclosure now values their household assets at between $18,000,4 and not. 95,000. The vast majority of the net worth valuation for the husband came from the company Rose Lake Capital LLC, a venture capital management firm whose value swelled by millions of dollars. The firm was co-founded by Omar's husband Tim Minette in 2022. What's that? Oh, the guy in the video who's really mad about inquiry. Yeah, exactly. In 2022, with extensive international ties, high powered advisors, expertise and diplomacy. legislation and politics, but reveals little about its clients or investments. The firm's rapid success comes after two of its co-founders, MyNet, and ex-DNC advisor, Will Haler, faced lawsuits from former investors and other ventures defrauded by not receiving what they were promised in return for substantial contributions.
Starting point is 00:15:57 In other words, maybe you give me access and, you know, you give me money, we'll give you access, and the access never panned out. In at least one of those cases, my net inhalers settled by paying $1.2 million to two South Dakota cannabis companies and their investors. In September, the Office of Congressional Conduct voted to recommend the House Ethics Committee drop a probe into misconduct allegations related to Omar's financial disclosures. I guess the vinegar trick worked in Congress as well. Right. Right. I mean, oh, you know, we don't want, we don't want. We can't show how corrupt this person is because then people might get really mad at her.
Starting point is 00:16:43 Also, the whole thing surrounding that attack. So the guy, I looked this up last night. The guy was arrested. He was a prosecuted. He pled to one count of assault. Is his name, Jesse Smolet? Or was he Nigerian twin gay lovers? No, I forget his name.
Starting point is 00:17:03 But he was a alcoholic with mental health. problems and a Parkinson's diagnosis. That was his, that was his defenses. Did he spill the water on her? Do you just stand next to her and accidentally shake? Remember, we covered that. It looks like she's signaling him, right? Like in the video, it looks like she is expecting that to happen and she's signaling him. It was vinegar water, by the way. Yeah. And he pled to one count he was in May, was, sentenced to 14 months in set on September 17th and allegedly taken into custody by US marshals at that time so he's supposedly in prisons serving a sentence for assaulting Omar but who knows who knows because you know it did it didn't look it seriously looked like she was expecting it when it happened and the act itself the act itself made her sympathetic and again
Starting point is 00:18:06 the the stop citizenship abuse act stalled there's no it was it was the day after it was put on the senate calendar it has not moved an inch and I think because of the you know the attack all right I'm going to hell for that Parkinson's joke by the way guys cannabis and psilocybin if you do suffer from Parkinson's give it a shot just throwing that out there all right not medical advice either, of course. NBC News. Now, I love this because I'm old enough to remember when this leeway was not granted to certain individuals.
Starting point is 00:18:50 Fed seized Ilhan Omar's phone subpoena family members and immigration status probe. That's the first we've heard, as far as I can tell, of the phone being seized. But listen to this shit. The seizure of the phone of a sitting member of Congress would typically trigger a set of law enforcement protocols meant to ensure investigators aren't infringing upon the speech and debate clause of the U.S. Constitution, which protects members of Congress from being questioned for their legislative acts. With all the stuff from Jack Smith and Arctic Frost and all that stuff, with all of that stuff, NBC News actually put that without making any reference
Starting point is 00:19:30 to the ongoing investigations about the Biden administration accessing the phones of not just members of Congress, but the president of the United States and the president's would be chief of staff, Susie Wiles, through an attorney who consented to the search of her, the recording of her phone call. But yeah, let's just forget about all that because now they've got Omar's phone. Again, going back to when we first talked about this, I think on Monday, Elon Omar is not going to have things in her phone like, oh yeah, I was actually 17 when I came over here. Like that's not going to be in there. This is not, I don't think this is an immigration investigation as much as it is defeating our for our futures. It can be both. It can be.
Starting point is 00:20:20 Absolutely. It at what it absolutely can be both. And it doesn't really like you, you know, the investigation begins with one. And in the course of the investigation, they, you know, end up in other places and other criminal conduct. I think that's fine. I think we can do hard things. And is it true, Brian? You've probably done more research on this. Because the way that it has been, you know, explained and speculated out in the, you know, social ecosystem is that remember when we were covering the book that will not be mentioned and we, and Colonel Towner was talking about how when the CIA is thrown out of a country that the, the collaborators of the CIA flee and are then, you know, kind of referred to as refugee. even though they're the oppressors essentially. Is that how the Omar family came here?
Starting point is 00:21:16 That's how I've heard it is that her father was actually like a warlord. He was a general. He was a general, but it was like one of those insurgent armies. Like it's not the, it wasn't the state army. It was like, you know, there was a conflict over power. So I don't know all the details of it. But that's what I'm, that's the way I understand it is he was the, he was a, high ranking officer a colonel EC was here says a colonel a colonel in a high ranking uh in a
Starting point is 00:21:43 excuse me a counter uh like a counter power struggle uh faction of a military uh regime i guess you would call it yeah over here yeah i saw i saw people saying on x this morning that she should not be able to just go back to somalia because she's a hero that she should actually be sent to El Salvador and to that, you know, Supermax prison down there. But it was my understanding that she is not a hero in Somalia that, she's not a hero in Minneapolis. Her family, well, she's a, she is to the Leering Center crowd. I mean, that, you know, that that's, that's the thing is this level, this scale, this magnitude of fraud does not happen without the Americans running cover, the Americans enabling it suppressing investigations making shit go away like that you need prosecute the americans
Starting point is 00:22:39 and for the ones who are american but got their uh their status via fraud strip it and ship them out and i don't really care where you send them okay so uh e c said that he was a a colonel in the army of the marxist dictator and so i have to just read the the official quote-unquote machine statement NIR Omar Muhammad was a colonel in the Somali National Army that supported and served under the Somali government led by dictator Siad Bahre rather than opposing it. He was a senior officer commanded a regiment during the 77-78 Somali Ethiopian War and remained a colonel until the Barri regime was ousted in 1991. And that's when she came over in what, 95, I think they said, or 94. He was 12. and if she was born in 82, then she would have been, it would have been 94, 95. I think they said 95 she came over here.
Starting point is 00:23:37 So, okay. So I just thought that that was rich. And I think- Phone Ranger called her a leering center dropout, which I find awful. That's crazy. E.H. Kyle says Susie Wiles, lawyer came out the next day, denying the cooperation. Correct, but she also has 21 lawyers.
Starting point is 00:23:54 So unless you hear from the other 20, I'm still going to go with what the two FBI agents. said until somebody comes out and denies that outright like susie wiles would have to come out and say that never happened i really hope this thing moves quickly though because if uh if she stays in congress and is you know real is she running for senate no congress still so she is she's just running for reelection so if she's reelected and uh like yeah man that's uh the the any any any gains in public trust by by pretending to deliver accountability on this issue will evaporate
Starting point is 00:24:35 and you will take a much greater deficit if nothing happens to this bitch. Well, that's again, that's probably one of the reasons why they did the immigration, because that is an issue that has, because you know, the safe harbor, the 90 day window of the election, not bringing any cases and that kind of thing. and being able to get through the public integrity section of the DAOJ in order to do this. And the judge still going along with this, despite, you know, the history that we've had over the last 10 years of election interference by the judiciary, there had to be a justification to do this with haste, right?
Starting point is 00:25:12 And I think that that is the immigration issue because if she's not a U.S. citizen, then you can't, she can't be seated. So you have to do it before the election. So I do think this is going to move very, very quickly. I also think that that was all just to get this out front and center because if it was the quality leering center stuff, that could go on for years after she's already been back in Congress. That's just my theory on how the strategy behind this was. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:41 Thanks. It is. It is. Norm Eisen's freaking out. We just filed a hackjack complaint over the outrageous raid on Omar's home. Officials can't use criminal power to affect an election. this is the textbook case. And then I love Stephen Chung, my favorite person in the spokes world of the White House.
Starting point is 00:26:01 This group that filed the complaint is a radical leftist organization run by rabid numbskulls suffering from a severe case of Trump derangement syndrome. Nobody takes them seriously because they are, because they are deranged low lives. Okay. Go for it, man. Piss and vinegar. Let's go. Um, okay, so moving on, this is what I wanted to get into. This is why the phone thing was so fascinating and rehashing, uh, you know, Jack Smith and all that.
Starting point is 00:26:30 From just the news, Biden, DOJ, Jack Smith obtained data on 639,000 donors in the Arctic frost crow, uh, Arctic frost probe. Judiciary Committee chair, Chuck Grassley revealed that they obtained donor data and voter information on over 639 individuals during Arctic Frost. the types of information contained in the spreadsheet include names, dates of birth, addresses, email addresses, party affiliation, places of employment, donation amounts, credit card information, and donor habits. But don't you dare let the states look at voter rules, the federal government look at the state's voter rolls because you don't want that voter information going in the wrong hands. But the special prosecutor is okay, the special counsel.
Starting point is 00:27:21 crazy. The voter data ranged from 2005 to 2021. Grassley described it as well outside Smith's scope of purported review and that the special counsel operation was designed to map out the Republican Party. Somebody please explain why they needed to go back to 2005. Any any explanation for that? Why they had to get voter data and donor data back to two. Was anybody donating to Donald Trump for president MAGA Inc in 2005? No, I mean, the thing that pops into my head is that Act Blue launched in 2004. I don't know. I don't know what the connection is, but that's the, you know, as an anchor date that, you know, kind of get.
Starting point is 00:28:08 And then the first test, in my opinion, based on the information available, the first test of that system was the 2008 Obama campaign. That's a good catch, actually. that is interesting why would Smith want I mean look he's not I don't think he's like I don't think he would do anything to go against act blue but if you have that donor data going all the way back to then something Seth Rich related possibly is wasn't he dealing in in Democrat donors Democrat data I don't know I don't know I don't know what the connection is but I do think that the the the the the conspiracy, right? The Grand Rico, which I tend to boil the ocean with, right? I think it's all in there. I think it goes back to 9-11, maybe even before, right? Like 9-11 itself was a cover-up, and then the cover-up of that, and then the cover-up since, you know, everything is kind of prevent the secrets from coming out as opposed to make a better world, make things good for the American people, you know, dry. Nobody was building a golden age. They were white-knuckling their corrupt system. What were they looking for? what was Jack Smith looking for. I don't know. Yeah, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's interesting. But the fraud, but the, but the fraud and abuse and the, the conspiracy is bipartisan and decades long. Yeah, let's, uh, close this article out, this one last little bit right here.
Starting point is 00:29:38 Grassley found that Smith's office and the Biden DOJ obtained the names of Trump campaign personnel, possibly including volunteers and this is insane. They also obtained information on quote, sales of red maga hats including individual buyers their purchases and their shipping addresses for home delivery yeah they must have just only gotten like done maga hats through a certain channel because you know way more than 639 000 people bought my bought maga hats so there are people that donated like trump had a thing where like if you donate to his pack or to his whatever you get a MAGA hat because I donated and got the black and silver one after J-13. I donated like if you donated like 47 bucks or something, I think, you got the black and silver
Starting point is 00:30:30 MAGA hat. So I donate. That's the only campaign donation I think I've made maybe in the last, probably in the last 20 years. Yeah. Yeah, at least. Holy crap. 20 years ago, it was 22. I was thinking, was I even old enough to vote and shit I was.
Starting point is 00:30:45 So the question then becomes why is Jack Smith still walking around breathing free air? Because like that that the just the level of weaponization of Fourth Amendment violations that this guy engaged in in an effort to get Trump. And don't forget, he's a product of the Hague. So his allegiance, right, he's a globalist lawyer. his allegiance is not to in my opinion based on the information available is not to the constitution of the united states of america is to the global world order and those things are at odds and it's why i say you know on a on a loop on repeat globalism is treason i think the i think history will look back at this season and understand that globalism is treason was treason to the united states of america and that the people that engaged in it overtly and gave it, you know, aid in comfort and safe harbor,
Starting point is 00:31:48 that those people were actually allegiant to a different system than the system of government in the United States of America. And on that note, tune in this afternoon to Badlands Book Club, also the bad mood. The bad mood hour. Yeah. Chapter 18 this week. Yeah, Chapter 18, Creature from Jekyll Island. We are going to be doing it. Until the end of the year. So yeah, we actually mapped it out. It is going to be till the end of the year.
Starting point is 00:32:16 But we are going to hit a sponsor for now. We're going to hit a sponsor. And that is not a globalist organization. It's actually our friends over at Keat, encryption matters. But encryption and architecture are not the same thing. Many messaging apps encrypt your conversations while still routing them through company-operated infrastructure. That creates an intermediary and a central system that users are required to trust.
Starting point is 00:32:40 Keith removes that central message infrastructure. It's a free end-to-end encryption messenger built on peer-to-peer technology. Starting point is 00:33:53 I will. I will do it right before bad mood story hour. Okay. I'll hold you to that. He yells at me. So there we go. All right. Let's go ahead and jump into. All right. Let's do the Aswell and up. and we need a singer for that and we'll jump into this post here so on on tuesday's why we vote ash and i or me and ash depending on what day of the week is and i is correct me and ash uh and it will forever now be me and ash uh had Shelby robinson formerly Shelby bush on our it was fantastic show it was a fantastic show it blows my mind she hasn't been on the show before
Starting point is 00:34:33 i know me too i again me too i can remember having breakfast with her and her husband when we were in Arizona and talking about this. And I have a binder of their work in my files. But yeah, I remember and just, I can't believe we never had her on. But we had her on. It was fantastic. We talked about the issue in Maricopa. I was on Daily Herald yesterday with John kind of overviewing it.
Starting point is 00:34:58 Well, we've now gotten some responses from Maricopa County. And this is Mark Stewart. who is one of the, he's the Martin County, Maricopa County supervisor for District One on the board of supervisors. And I just want to read this because this is so stupid. Transparency builds trust this morning. Our elections team welcomed leadership from all four local parties into the tabulation center to and ask questions and see a real time demo regarding the after hours access issue. Rather than give you my interpretation, I encourage you to hear directly from the political party leadership who participated. In this video, they share their firsthand observations about the questions they brought to the meeting, what they learned from the speaking with the staff.
Starting point is 00:35:43 Their assessment of the explanations provided. What questions, if any, remain answered. And I'm going to play this. We don't need to play the whole thing, but I'm probably going to have to play it and pause it from time to time. And maybe it will play. Everybody at Supervisor Mark Stewart, I'm here with the chairman of the Libertarian Party. Michelle is a friend of mine with the Republican Party. We just had the Democrat executive director was here.
Starting point is 00:36:08 No labels chairman was here as well going through a tour of an understanding of what happened the other day with the after hours access to the Novus system, which I don't want to get into the weeds on here. But guys, why don't you can tell them what you learn today and how you feel about everything that happened? Sure. First and foremost, you're the elected official. This is an appeal to, you know, I don't know what it is, but commonality bring in lay people to tell you what they saw. They aren't lay people. They're the chair. I don't know. The chairman of the libertarian party is not a lay person should not be, I should say, a lay person when it comes to the execution administration of election. Exactly. That was going to be my point, is you're bringing in party representatives as if they're just normal lay people like you and I. No, that's not it. They have a vested interest in this. Just in case folks didn't watch why we vote. The camera angle shows a guy,
Starting point is 00:37:07 open the locked ports door and he's inserting flash drives into a machine. Those keys are usually have chain of custody on them. So you have to sign them out to use them. And there's a tracking on that. But also that camera angle that shows them doing this was was found by Shelby and T through a source. It was not produced by the county. They did not know that they were being looked at. They did not know that that was captured on camera.
Starting point is 00:37:35 And you've got these two people. It's alleged that they're in a relationship together. The woman is holding a toddler with her back to the guy while he's messing with election machines after the logic and accuracy test is done, after all of the sign-offs on the system. And there's really no way to make this look like something that's okay. But sorry, I just wanted to give a little bit of background for folks that know what we're talking about. No, I would absolutely recommend because it goes beyond that. I would recommend people go watch why we vote.
Starting point is 00:38:05 And even if you just want to get down to the brass tax, I actually clipped in shorts format. So three minutes segments, all seven, 21 minutes worth of me, Ash and Shelby, Ash, Shelby and I speaking yesterday, or speaking on Tuesday. If you go to rumble.com slash can't con, the shorts are up there. But I would encourage you to watch all of why we vote because it's only 21 minutes. And we talked for over an hour and it was fantastic. But yeah, to your point there, not only did he pull those out of the file cabinet without, you know, the proper authors, well, chain of custody, you know, signing them out, they'd been doing that all day. Like, they'd been going in there and doing that all day.
Starting point is 00:38:46 And he left with the USB, according to Shelby and according to the camera, he left with the USB. They're supposed to be destroyed. When you do USB updates on these systems, it's a one-time use USB, meaning it's a brand new in a packet. You put it in, you do the update, and then you destroy. it. It doesn't go anywhere else after that. But yeah, let's get back into this because this is where it gets really crazy. He wants to turn? Yeah, so the NOVA system deals with valid duplication.
Starting point is 00:39:16 That's where the issue happened. What we learned from this is that when Runbeck provided the election title name for this file, it contained a backslash unit. A backslash generally indicates a folder structure on a Windows machine. And so that character caused a bug on the export when the ballot duplication had finished. By removing the backslash, the export could run. Essentially what we saw on the evening. Okay, we can stop there for just a second.
Starting point is 00:39:51 So Runbeck is now thrown into the mix. It's their Novus system, which is their ballot duplication software. and this is I might be I'm hold on I might be overstating this I you know I might I might I might not understand what he's saying right there but go on any computer system any piece of software that allows you to save a document or save a file or save anything and try and title it something with a backslash in it and tell me what happens it will error It will give you an error every single time. You can't name a file that with that character. That character can't be in the file name. But my question is, so the explanation is that's what that guy was doing, was fixing that problem?
Starting point is 00:40:42 Okay. So they noticed that, right? They noticed that to all of the observers and all of the party watchers. And they set it up and that was an official update that was happening to correct a problem that came in from a vendor. Or is that an excuse with an issue that we're hearing about after the fact? after they were caught and that's the excuse we're getting that's exactly that's that's what i'm wondering here because it gets worse it gets worse video was them trying to troubleshoot and figure
Starting point is 00:41:08 out that backslash problem uh by himself at 9 p.m at night by himself at 9 p.m at night he's trying to troubleshoot a vendor issue with rumbach with his girlfriend and their toddler are you kidding me Alleged girlfriend. Run back needs better software, Q&A. That backslash shouldn't be an allowable character in that particular field. So Maricopa County is the only place using Novus. California uses Novus. A bunch of places use this Novus software.
Starting point is 00:41:37 Nobody else is having this issue. It's only in Maricopa County, Runbeck's backyard that this happened. They should be able to produce communications that directed this individual to go there. What it? We're on that. We're on that. The elections department is essentially writing guidance to tell people not to use special characters, which dodges the issue. It's 2026.
Starting point is 00:42:04 That was the full finding from today's tour. Yeah, I'll add to that. Okay. So there it is. The remedy, hey guys, don't use backslashes. You can't use backslashes on any Microsoft like. any piece of software that you can save the file on a on a you know non-apple computer Microsoft Windows whatever it I cannot when I heard that I was like are you effing kidding me
Starting point is 00:42:34 but now so we can put that all aside you and you're spot on we want to see every piece and I've called out Debbie Lesko one of the one of the board of supervisors I'm putting this out there she says if you have questions contact me you know whatever I said yesterday I commented on her post and I shared a post calling it out again saying please send me the the order from the secretary of state's office the authorization any documents supporting this who programmed it like I put a list of all these questions and there are people working on this as well through the the proper records you know open records request channels but it doesn't make sense go ahead you look like you want to say something and that no I just I mean there should be if if their excuse of what they're saying
Starting point is 00:43:22 happened and the reason that that guy was there with his you know alleged baby mama in the middle of the night touching the machines with keys without oversight without chain of custody if that if that excuse that reason for that conduct that again wasn't on the video feed uh that was released by the county it was it was only discovered um when it was obtained through a source then there should be a record of communications and decisions that were made that led to him being there and doing that if it was all very legitimate. There should be an order. There should be a back and forth. What do we do? Oh, my gosh, this backslash thing came up. What are we going to do about this? This is a major problem. Where are all those communications in the run-up to him touching the machines in the middle of the
Starting point is 00:44:10 night? There should be a full record that shows that this is what happened. My guess is that that doesn't exist because this sounds like a totally made up excuse to to you know present to create a reason as to why that guy was there in the middle of the night let me um I'm trying to find so I saw AZ pink lady had a post up this morning that I saw that I was like that is very interesting and you know kind of counterintuitive to what Ash and I have talked about in the past but it's about the book, stolen a let. What is it? Maricopa still trending tells you people are not buying it.
Starting point is 00:44:49 Cancon's at the top. Look at that. Maricopa County explains ballot software bug to party leaders. That's cool. All right. Hey, there's Clay too, getting share from John Gillette. That's cool. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:45:03 Let me see if I could find this because it's important. Why does this person post so much? It basically it's saying that the book that we shall not speak of on this between me and Ash literally lays this out that they create a problem that requires them to go in there and and do a correction and um which is something we've seen before right and i forget who it was that we had on the show that was talking about this with the flash drives oh it's just a flash drive issue it's okay we'll bring in new ones well those have never been tested never but you're in an emergent situation when you're in the middle of the election period and so
Starting point is 00:45:57 there you know that that um oh a misconfigured drive creates the conditions to bring in untested uh you know devices and and whatnot in the middle of an election period and of course nobody's going to be going to question that because these are trusted vendors these are our trusted partners public partnership of elections man we totally trust all of these people and the beauty of that ecosystem is that if something goes wrong you get the spider-man meme of plausible deniability and nobody ever goes to prison yep um all right so i'm not going to be able to find it um yeah i'm not going to be able to find it but anyways all right so let's get back into the video here actually print the replacement ballots.
Starting point is 00:46:50 And I think that that piece of it is important. This system that they were working on is the duplication system. The duplication system is on an air gap network. So it's by design. It's not part of the logic and accuracy testing as prescribed by law and by the election procedures manually. Okay, so just keep that in mind. The duplication system is not part of the logic and accuracy test.
Starting point is 00:47:18 as prescribed by law in the EPM. It's not part of it because it's not part of the election management system. It's not part of the tabulation system. It's something that happens outside of it, which could happen manually, manually bubbling in to replace a damaged ballot or the formats of ballots like Braille and others that cannot be read by the tabulation system. So once the ballots are generated from the input from the system and the out exported PEPF file, that's what actually goes through the rest of the system.
Starting point is 00:47:48 that has been already certified as well. And then the question that a lot of folks have is about- Pause it, pause, pause. We're talking about adjudication. We're talking about the ability to duplicate ballots. And they're saying that's not part of the election system that needs. They just gave this woman bullshit talking points, and she gobbled them down like she was at a buffet,
Starting point is 00:48:16 and now she's regurgitating them. them this was literally this was literally the epitome of miss and disinformation like like like no no no i'm serious intent to deceive disinformation mericopa county came out the first day and was like there's a lot of misinformation going on about this you know this process that literally was misinformation and i'm going to show you right here from the e pm itself and this is the thread i put out there the the EPM does not actually directly authorize any electronic ballot duplication at all. So this software is not even legal in Maricopa County. In fact, it says that the ballots, quote, must be manually duplicated by a ballot duplication board.
Starting point is 00:49:01 And here's straight from the EPM, ballot duplication board. When any ballot, including an early ballot, is damaged or defective so that it cannot be scanned by a tabulation machine, it must be manually duplicated by a ballot duplication board, and the duplicated ballot must be tabulated in place of the damage ballot. So it doesn't say anything about electronic duplication. In fact, it says it must be manually duplicated, but then it completely contradicts itself later on. The EPM contradicts itself later by explaining that electronic duplication
Starting point is 00:49:35 as, quote, an alternative or in addition to manual duplication, end quote, being done by an appointed electronic vote adjudication boards using, and here's the key, quote, certified electronic adjudication program. And here it is from the EPM itself. It says, quote, as an alternative or in addition to manual duplication of ballots performed by the ballot duplication board, the board of supervisors or officer in charge of elections may appoint electronic vote adjudication boards and utilize a certified electronic adjudication program to process specific votes requiring adjudication. So there's the first part.
Starting point is 00:50:20 Now let's get into this here. And quote, if electronic adjudication of voters is used, quote, that functionality shall be tested during the LNA test to ensure secure and proper functioning and attribution of voter intent. and directly from the EPM, quote, if electronic adjudication of votes or electronic tallying of right-in votes will be utilized as part of the electronic election tabulation system, that functionality shall also be tested
Starting point is 00:50:53 during the LNA to ensure secure and proper functioning and attribution of voter intent. But she said specifically in that message that it's separate from the EMS, so therefore it doesn't have to go through logic and accuracy testing. She also said it was air gap. And when you hear non-technical people repeat the word air gap, you know that they are just regurgitating what they have been told.
Starting point is 00:51:15 And so she was told. And then she was put on camera to repeat what she was told in an effort to preserve public trust in the Maricopa County election system. That in and of itself is very problematic. that they told her that this part of the system was not certified. And then they shoved her out there in front of a camera and told her to repeat that to voters. This is, it is beyond crazy that this is still allowed to happen in 2026. And anytime that we get the excuse that we don't have to worry about it because it was air gaped, everybody needs to do a shot. New rule.
Starting point is 00:52:00 Here's a, here's a, no, no, Sawavna rule. Here's the EPM doubling down. on the logic and accuracy testing requirements. It mentions it twice in the EPM. That's how important it is. It says, quote, if the county intends to use the electronic adjudication or electronic right in tallying functionality
Starting point is 00:52:17 in the upcoming election, that functionality must also be tested during the Secretary of State's logic and accuracy test. Testing. And then go even further. Now that we have shown that any ballot duplication software must be logic and accuracy tested.
Starting point is 00:52:37 And I'd be willing to bet that this is a way Runbeck software has been inserted without that testing. Like, I need to find this out. I didn't get to ask this morning because it's still very early in Arizona. But did they even test this in the first place when they did the logic and accuracy testing? Because that Republican woman there obviously has some, you know, she's being told by the Board of Supervisors that this system does not require logic and accuracy. testing. The EPM clearly says it does.
Starting point is 00:53:08 She said it doesn't have to be certified. Right. The ballot duplication system. Imagine a world where that was true. I mean, none of this is actually certifiable. All of the people pushing the narrative are certifiable. But imagine and we're, listen, we have, we, we certified the tabulators. Don't worry about that place in the system where we can duplicate all the ballots. We don't need to certify that.
Starting point is 00:53:33 That's not all that important. Yeah. So the EPM says here under Section 6 changes to program or equipment that require additional LMA testing. The Secretary of State must retest election management systems or tabulation equipment used for federal or state elections if the election program is changed after initial testing. I'm not a tech expert in any way, shape, or form, but I think when you are doing an update to a system and inserting a USB. stick into the computer to update the system, you are changing that system. Even if it's an update for a patch or whatever the case might be, you're still changing that system. Well, and here, here's why the excuse this, this potentially, I don't know, I'm guessing, but
Starting point is 00:54:19 potentially why this excuse, right? Because the excuse, oh, we just need to change the file names to remove the backslash would be considered a de minimis kind of thing. Oh, we're not actually messing with the system. We're just changing file names and removing a backslash. It's totally fine. That excuse, and I'm not, I'm not agreeing that that's what's happening here. I think that's a bullshit excuse.
Starting point is 00:54:40 But that excuse allows them to say, oh, we're just changing file names. We don't actually have to retest anything. I would, I would theorize. Well, I mean, it is what it is. I mean, you just gave complete and total. So just to just to kind of put a point on it. I'll play this one more time. It's not part of the logic and accuracy testing as prescribed by,
Starting point is 00:55:07 law and by the election procedures manually. Yeah. It's not part of it because it's not part of the election management system. It's not part of the tabulation system. It's something that happens outside of it, which could happen manually, manually bubbling in to replace a damaged ballot. And it's literally verbatim in the EPM that if you were using electronic software to duplicate ballots that are damaged, it must be logic and accuracy tested.
Starting point is 00:55:37 So again, you know, and then just to just to show you, this was the post that Maricopa County put out. And this is why when people say missing disinformation and they're from an elective, quote unquote, authoritative position, it's usually bullshit. And they're the ones that are spewing misinformation. And this is from the chair, Kate McGee and Debbie Lasco, the one I'm still waiting to get back to me with these documents. joint statement and address addressing election misinformation. Okay. I don't know. We'll have more to talk about this later.
Starting point is 00:56:17 I'm so floored at how somebody can go out there and put that message out there from an elected position, a position of authority over those machines, you know, jurisdiction over those machines. And then you allow two people from parties to go out there and spew blatant missed and disinformation. Yeah. But it's air gap. It's air gap and it's de minimis and it doesn't need to be retested. And the, and you know that because the authoritative people in the parties went on camera and told you. Yeah. That libertarian guy looked like he was there under a duress. Well, I'm not, never mind. I'm not going to say anything. All right. Let's pause here. Let's take another break and hit a sponsor real quick and then we'll get back into it.
Starting point is 00:57:06 Peace between the houses... ...was never meant to last. He will pay for this. House Tallow has called its banners. House Beard Oil has answered. You want a war? I'll give you a war. But this war won't be decided on the battle. on the battle field.
Starting point is 00:57:40 It will be decided by new. Buy anything at softdisclosure.com, then choose your allegiance. Your purchase is your vote. House tallow to fight for house tallow or house beer oil to stand with house beer oil. Shop now and fight for your house. The realm will know it's Victor.
Starting point is 00:58:12 All right. Softdisclosure.com promo code house. Beardle-old gave you 20%. promo code house beard oil. And we will go ahead and just keep that there for right now. And yeah, you guys can avoid the propaganda, AI, imagery and the nonsense and the election misinformation. And we can also remove that because that's nonsense as well. And we can put that up.
Starting point is 00:58:39 And we're going to just go back and forth here. And I'll just remove her and then just do that. And yeah, I was beard oil. All right, get that down, woman. Hey, right, right. Yeah, I'm able to unmute at that point. Can I just share? I haven't published this yet.
Starting point is 00:59:02 I'm still waiting on requests for comment. But yesterday I've told you and others about the issue with the Colorado ballot issue 7A, where they put this ballot measure on everybody's ballot when it was only supposed to be on like 6,100. people's ballots in my county. They had a meeting yesterday to determine how they are going to count that race or to share with the canvas board members how they are going to count that race. I was not allowed to attend. It was a closed meeting. But I spoke with a couple of people that were at the meeting. And the way that they're going to deal with that is they're going to have the agility machine sort the ballots, you know, so that they have the batches for who should actually vote. on this race and then they're going to, when they go through the scanners, right? You get a scan report, like a batch report in the scanner. So you scan in the batch.
Starting point is 00:59:55 And for each batch, you have two guys in a room, toggle on or off ballot measure 7A by batch before it goes to be tabulated in the EMS. That you're joking, right? I'm not. I am not joking. Yeah. That is another.
Starting point is 01:00:21 level of retardation what that's that's serious yeah yeah yeah you guys are just sit there and be like yep good yep no good yeah so the the and they're not they're not even like um you know separating all the seven eight ballots and doing them all at once it's just whenever they come in those couple guys are going to know as i understand it and it's secondhand information because i was not allowed to attend and and ask my questions shocking shocking that they wouldn't let me in there to ask my questions because the toggle thing would have would have been fun to question them about. But I am, you know, when I get my, when I get my request for comment back, I'm going to, I'm going to write it up. But yeah, they're going to have, so the, the batches will be scanned in.
Starting point is 01:01:05 And if it is a 7a should be counted batch, then they'll toggle the race on. And if it's not, then they'll toggle at all. I, I'm going to do that with Trump. You know what makes me think of is if you see like the, the presidential. race gets, you know, 30,000 votes, but then the next race on the ballot gets like 27 votes. Or, you know, governor, sex state, AG, all different numbers of votes. Like so many under votes for some of these races, it's super weird. Well, now I'm wondering, is, are they under votes? Are they just toggling? I, Clay in the chat said, that's the stupidest shit I've ever heard.
Starting point is 01:01:45 Oh, yeah. And I agree. I agree. That is. Yeah, when I told Sean Smith, he laughed for like five minutes straight yeah that is insane um isn't it strange how there's so much discombobulation going on with the election already and it hasn't even like really fully begun you've got champagne county illinois canceling uh deal the deal they stopped what did they do they stopped sending out the mail-in votes the mail-in ballots they they had to canceled certain batches Um, you've got this case in Maricopa County. You've got the seven A district, the rail district thing in Colorado. You've got stuff all over the country right now.
Starting point is 01:02:32 It's almost like there was like, I don't know, maybe a deliberate effort to. Well, just another data point is that most stuff, if not all of these issues are either directly or one degree of separation from run back election services. Clay says, no, it's not strange. You're cheating can con. where have you been it can con don't you know elections are fake yeah you would think a gunny in the marine corps would be fluent in sarcasm but he's clearly not so way to go devil go eat an orange crayon all right let's love you buddy um let's get into uh this post here politico democrats face clash over maxine waters this is epic democrats are going to have to first and foremost this is assuming
Starting point is 01:03:17 they're going to win uh which you know whatever House Democrats are poised to face a polarizing choice on the other side of the midterms. Shove aside one of the most prominent black progressives in their party in favor of a middle-aged white guy with similar policy views or potentially hand one of the most powerful chairmanships in Congress back to a nearly 90-year-old woman as their base clamors for generational change. Representative Sean Kasten of Illinois is preparing to try to topple Maxine Waters of California in a race for the party's top spot. on the House Financial Services Committee at 88 Waters would be the oldest House financial service chair ever in control if the chamber flips. She is embraced as Auntie Maxine by young progressives during the first Trump administration. Waters is known as an ardent Trump foe who can cut deals with Republicans. Quote, she's beloved in my district as Auntie Maxine says,
Starting point is 01:04:15 Representative Richie Torres, a 38-year-old financial services Democrat who is wholly behind the future chair, Maxine Waters. Quote, I see Maxine's wisdom, not as a weakness, but as a strength, he added. I can assure you, Maxine Waters, has more youthful energy than I will ever have in my life. I love it. That's all I get to say about that. I don't care. If you see her at a gasoline station, we should tell her at a gasoline station.
Starting point is 01:04:45 At a gasoline station. I think I used to have that clip on here. guess I took it off now. I used to have that was one of my favorite clips like the anybody that says gasoline like that it's almost as bad as saying aluminum like the that's just British yeah it's British right aluminum yes the British say petrol not gasoline. Tala Rico came out and did a uh a like a weird kind of like changed my mind kind of town hall the other day where like people get to come up and sit with him for like two minutes and debate him on stuff. Very strange. Here's a little clip here about abortion.
Starting point is 01:05:24 This is kind of epic, kind of. And so I can respect anyone like you who is consistently pro-life. And I actually think there's common ground we can find here. We may come to different moral and ethical conclusions when it comes to the question of should abortion be legal or not. It sounds like you and I do come to a different conclusion. That's okay. We're both Christians and the Bible is silent on the issue of abortion. It means you and I both have to look at different scriptures to try to come to a conclusion. And I just want to add that the Bible is not silent on abortion.
Starting point is 01:05:58 There is the Ten Commandments that shall not kill. And as Catholics, we take great insult. I guess sometimes when it's spotted that way. Yeah. Way to go, Tala Rico. The Bible is silent on abortion. I think that's it for it's not even an assu of a knock because that is two campaign clips and I hate campaign clips. There's hate campaigns.
Starting point is 01:06:26 We were talking about this the other day. I can't wait until the election's over because we can get back to like normal news instead of he said this and this person said that. And it's like that's so retarded. Did you not just hear the part where they lied to you? bald face about changes they did to the election system after the testing again they light again yeah again i mean the history of of of uh of uh of the history of the history of election malfeasance in maricopa county specifically is almost a decade old now on the record not even talking about the stuff that we don't catch because you can't duplicate you know bryans and ashes and
Starting point is 01:07:11 and, you know, Clay's and Sean Smith, you can't duplicate for every single jurisdiction. There's 3,300 jurisdictions in this country that are all decentralized. And we can't, you know, monitor every single one. But when you get big ones like this, you got to look at it and be like, WTF, what do you think's happening in my small district where, you know, nobody's really paying attention? So. Yeah, I mean, I would, I would forward that it's harder to get away with, with you know fraud and um abuse in smaller jurisdictions you have a smaller population and uh small like i've i've watched i've watched election administration and counting in el paso county the largest county in the state of colorado and i've also watched it in elbert county right very
Starting point is 01:08:02 small rural county out east and um i think it's it's much easier to execute a fraudulent system to get away with doing bad shit in the massive large counties just by matter of scale. You can it's easier to hide. Yeah, but you don't need like and this this goes to something that they talked about in that book that we shall not mention, but that I've been saying for a long time, all you got to do is shave off a fraction of a percent in all of those small jurisdictions to win statewide races. That's it. That's it. Yeah. And it does, you know, there again, fake voters, fake bouts, fake counts, the areas where the, this case, so even in those rural counties, I had in a rural county one clerk say to me, man, I wish we knew if those were real votes. And they, and they, they don't because, and that ties to the voter rolls, right? The voter rolls are hyperinflated. You're not allowed to question them. They're not allowed to clean them.
Starting point is 01:09:08 they're not allowed they're not allowed to mess with it so it's kind of like you've got a pinky promise with jennett griswold one of the least trustworthy people on the planet that might be yeah let me see if i can find i had a post up um oh because stephen richer put out like this like fact thing uh like friend of the show yeah friend of the show you've been on 11 reasons why you can have confidence in the upcoming american election what would you add right and he puts paper ballots and post-election audits as number one and number two and so i had a thread out the other day not a thread but i was just going through and debunking them and on the post-election audits one you know you and i have talked about those uh non-stop on this show but i always i always
Starting point is 01:09:54 come back to michigan right because michigan to me was the the craziest because we have all the numbers and we saw them rolling the dice and then putting the numbers into a computer and having that determine which ballots to go ahead and risk limit audit and uh Sometimes they roll that dice just off the camera and they tell you what it says too. Exactly. That's what they did in Colorado. And I actually mentioned that in this piece here. I think where did I put it? I said in Michigan, in Colorado, they roll a dice behind a wall where observers cannot see them roll the numbers.
Starting point is 01:10:25 Yeah, I don't think that they intentionally roll it off camera. But that in 2020, it did roll off camera. And they were like, oh, this is what it says. So check this out, though. in Michigan, they examined 19,000 ballots. Sounds like a lot, right? In 2020, out of over 5 million, I think it was 5.5 million ballots in Michigan in 2020. And they examine 19 of them. That's 0.3% of the ballots. Now, if you're looking for 4 or 5% fraud and breaking this down into numbers that are not 19,000 and 5 million, let me break it down into 1,000. So if you look at
Starting point is 01:11:02 0.3% of the ballots for 4% fraud, you're looking out of a thousand. ballots you're looking at 40 ballots to find just 3.4 ballots in all of those thousand. So you got a thousand ballots here. You're going to take out of that thousand, you're going to take 40 randomly, and it's randomly. And out of that whole thousand, the fraud, you're only looking for about three. So what are the odds that you find one of those three ballots out of those 40 in a sample of a thousand? It's highly improbable. And the other thing, about that just quickly is even when they do find it, they usually are like, oh, look, we found an error. And they're like, oh, let's go look at the system. Yep. Oh, look, there was a
Starting point is 01:11:47 tabulation mistake. That's it. Just a simple mistake. Like Georgia with the Halterman case, right? Somebody goes to vote and they're like, hey, my ballot printed wrong. And the person working, there's like, oh, well, just try again and see if it does it right the next time. And so you go back and try it again. And it comes out right. And you're like, oh, everything's right. That's designed so that the people who don't check unwillingly have now just submitted a ballot that does not indicate their actual voter intent. That is by design. So anyways, okay.
Starting point is 01:12:14 Let's get into some geopolitics here. And I know you hate geopolitics, but I think you'll like this. I think you'll like this. From NBC News, Ukraine says new Starlink restrictions disrupt military as it reels from intel gaps and Trump clash. So it is, it's geopolitics, but it's, It's, I think we're seeing the war, Trump flip sour on the Ukraine war and tell Ukraine like, you done effed up now.
Starting point is 01:12:41 Is the penis piano playing little gremlin cokehead in prison yet? Not yet. Ukraine has accused Elon Musk's SpaceX of undermining its ability to defend itself by limiting Starlink internet service as it reeled from intense Russian ballistic missile attacks that said came without the usual warning from its allies. Notice allies plural. Musk put the responsibility for the restrictions on President Donald Trump's shoulders on social media, saying that the military version of Starlink called Star Shield is owned and controlled by the U.S. government. Quote, any limits on the speed or usage are decided by the U.S. military and ultimately the president of the
Starting point is 01:13:24 United States, Musk said. Zelensky told NBC News that the limitations have remained in place late Wednesday. Facing pressure from Trump to halt strikes on Russia's energy industry, Keeve and its backers have worried that Washington could cut off battlefield support to try to force it into concessions at the negotiating table. I think that's exactly what's happening right now. We saw it at Zacharias. And what should happen? Yes. We saw at Zacharias's first press conference when they asked is, is the U.S. still sharing intel with Ukraine? Now, keep in mind, he only took three questions from Breitbart from Peter Ducey and I can't remember who the third was, but that was a softball press conference.
Starting point is 01:14:05 That was a question that they wanted out there, I think. I think that was a question that they wanted to be seated at that press conference. Is the U.S. still sharing intelligence with Ukraine? I'll have to get back with you on that. I think that was on purpose. So reading on here, it says SpaceX has introduced speed limits on the operation of its Starlink satellite internet terminals overnight, according to Zelensky's defense tech advisor, Sirhi Bextranoff. Quote, our defense forces received no warning of such a restriction, and this led to the failure
Starting point is 01:14:38 of a number of missions. Besscroft said on Telegram, it is obvious that this action cannot be a coincidence and is connected to the current political situation, he said. Now, Elon Musk came out and said, let me pull this up real quick before we get into the next part. Elon Musk has said, it's a violation of commercial Starlink terms of service to use the terminal for weapon systems. This applies to all users and is shut down when discovered. There's a separate network called Star Shield, which is operated by the U.S. government. This is not under SpaceX control.
Starting point is 01:15:12 And so the allegation here is that we need this for our defense and you're cutting away our ability to defend ourselves. We're not able to intercept the ballistic missiles. Starlink is what he's referring. Okay, so Star Shield is what was cut? Yeah, Star Shield is what's being cut. That was not cut by Space Act. It was cut by the U.S. government, is what you're saying. By the U.S. government, by POTUS, by the president himself, the Defense War Department.
Starting point is 01:15:39 And Zelensky's claim is, well, we need this, you're, you're hindering our ability to defend ourselves. Well, reading on it says an army unit fighting in the southeastern Zaporizaparitia region said that Wednesday had been forced to cancel some planned operations. So you don't plan operations for defense, right? Ballistic missiles come and you shoot them down. Planned operations means that that was offensive or defensively offensive. The seventh rapid reaction core of Ukraine's air assault forces said it began, quote, noticing Starlink connectivity problems caused by data transfer speed limits, end quote, overnight, adding that the changes directly affected drones that used the service
Starting point is 01:16:24 for in-flight control. Ukraine's armed forces learned about the limitations from customer support after they filed a complaint about operational issues. I wonder if they had to call the help desk in Bangalore. And they were, oh, I am so sorry that you are experiencing this. Please stay on the line and give us five stars for customer service when you hang up. Thank you for your patience in winter, Mr. Zelensky. We appreciate you.
Starting point is 01:16:54 I love it. I really hope that somebody who's good at AI videos. Make that video, please. Oh, dude. Make the video of Zillen calling that the Starlink, Star Shield help desk and reaching a Pagite service provider that barely speaks English. I'm glad I'm not the only one that found just sheer humor in that. And then lastly, Zelensky said Tuesday that Ukraine had not received any early warnings from its partners,
Starting point is 01:17:24 about, quote, a particularly vile ballistic missile strike on Kiev a day earlier. Explosions rang out before an alert was issued, quote, intelligence on Russian ballistic missiles launch, helped save lives. And this is one of the most critical issues Zelensky said. He reported that another strike on Kiev was, quote, the second time that Ukraine was not warned. After the first Russian attack on Monday, when five ballistic missiles were able to strike civilian infrastructure without notice from the U.S. two Ukrainian officials told NBC News it was the result of a technical issue or glitch in U.S. intelligence sharing.
Starting point is 01:18:00 Speaking at the Warsaw Security Forum, Ukrainian foreign minister reassured the audience that the U.S. intelligence sharing continued, blaming the delayed alert on a, quote, special type of weaponry, end quote, used by Russia. We didn't see, we didn't receive any warning for a second time, and this doesn't look like a coincidence, one of the Ukrainian officials said. Trump is done with this. Trump, again, I think the Zachariah question was deliberate, right? There's only three or four questions asked in that whole press conference. And that was one of them of all the questions that are out there for a brand new press secretary with the election coming up, with the QAnon stuff, with the devolution, with all the stuff. And they ask about that.
Starting point is 01:18:42 And she has to say, I'll get back with you on it. And now we're hearing that Ukraine is not being alerted to. several ballistic missile attacks. Star Shield is cut off. They're no longer allowed to conduct, or they're no longer capable of conducting their drone operations. The wars is going to be coming to an end here. And we might even see it before the midterms as,
Starting point is 01:19:03 as, you know, the little get out the victory, get out the vote victory. Fantastic stuff. Or the war could actually already be over. We're all the slopp of people. Are they like, you know, outrage that? Yeah, are we seeing that? I don't know. Here's one.
Starting point is 01:19:22 Tom Tillis. Tom Tillis. Elon Musk. Thumb Tillis. Are we calling them Thom now? We should. All right. Let's call them Tham.
Starting point is 01:19:32 Tom Philith. We'll say it with a lift. Tom Philith. Senator Thom Philith. Senator Thom Philith. Elon, please tell me overnight disruptions to Starlink terminals in Ukraine were unintended. And that Space. is doing everything it can to fix a temporary glitch.
Starting point is 01:19:52 Pause. Pause. Wouldn't Senator Tham know that it's not Starlink, it's Star Shield, and it's not under Elon's control. It's under the U.S. government control. I mean, these are over these are people with oversight, right? These are people that allegedly make the laws that govern all of these things. Wouldn't he know? I think he's on the Armed Forces Committee, too.
Starting point is 01:20:15 Yeah. So, so is he just, is he just? Is he just spreading false narratives and misinformation and disinformation to undermine the president and his advisors? He is on the Armed Services Committee. So he would know. He would definitely know. I'm confident this does not reflect a change in SpaceX policy because if so, intentionally degrading Ukraine's ability to defend itself. It's like Ukraine has now become Israel.
Starting point is 01:20:41 Israel has a right to defend itself. Ukraine has a right to defend itself. Well, nobody's stopping you. We're just not going to help you either. Ukraine's ability to defend itself might be construed as aiding and abetting a mass murder. Can you confirm that's not SpaceX's intent? Ukrainians simply want to live in peace. They do not, and I do agree with that.
Starting point is 01:20:59 I feel bad for all the Ukrainian people. They did not ask Putin to bomb their homeschools and hospitals. They also didn't ask for you to use their bomb schools and hospitals as weapons, depots, and all sorts of other storage facilities. They do not want Putin to kidnap and brainwash their children. They are not interested in destroying energy. infrastructure in Ukraine or in Russia. They only wanted to defend their country and live their lives. What? There's a guy in Germany on trial right now for blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline.
Starting point is 01:21:31 Who is he? Oh, yeah, a Ukrainian. Ukrainian. Supporting Ukrainian sovereignty or at the very least allowing for it should not be a gray area for the U.S. government or for American corporations. Can you clarify the space exos position? Wasn't Tom Tillis, the one who also said Ed Martin is not qualified to be, uh, U.S. attorney. Yeah. There's something about... You know those RFK, too, didn't he? I don't know about RFK. Probably. It wouldn't surprise me. But there's something about Fomphilith that throws me off because, you know, Ukraine. Thumb Shillis.
Starting point is 01:22:05 Somebody said... Cake lady said that in the, in the chat. I like that. Shillis. You got to put you... No, you got to put the tip of your tongue on your top teeth when you say the whole name. Thom Phyllith. The whole name. It's Philith. Anyways, Ukraine, you know, their ties to J6, Ed Martin, not wanting him to be the investigator in it, instead getting Janine Piro from Fox News, Central casting. Now, all the meltdown here, I don't know, are we going to see, you know, Ghost, we had Ghost on Monday and Ghost was talking about how November, right after the midterms, November 14th, Trump goes to China. and then we have December 20th or December we have the G20 down here in Miami, Florida.
Starting point is 01:22:53 And I do think you're starting to see the shape up of the sovereign alliance coming front and center in the spotlight. You've got Trump making a deal with oil. You've got now a mass repudiation of Ukraine stopping them from using our access that we've so lovingly given them over the last four years. to defend themselves by launching drone attacks into Russia, even when we're giving them the stern talking to. Yeah, it's crazy. I love to see all this. Agreed.
Starting point is 01:23:29 And if that wasn't enough, this is probably one of the most epic meltdowns I've seen thus far this year, MS Now talking about Cash Patel going to Russia. We do have some breaking news we want to get to right now here on MS Now. This is about the FBI director Cash Patel. MS now has learned that Patel has learned that Patel has landed in Russia for a meeting scheduled to take place there. That's according to two people familiar with the matter. Joining me now is MS now Justice and Intelligence reporter. Ken Delaney and Ken, let's just give a little bit of a backdrop to this, right?
Starting point is 01:23:58 This is only a matter of days after the president. Last week on Friday, spoke to Vladimir Putin. Later that day, announced that he was going to be opening up oil imports from Russia that Congress had banned as a function of a law. And then the next day, he criticized Volomir Zelensky. What is Cash Patel doing? Right. So that was a huge policy. shift in terms of the Ukraine war. We don't know what Cash Patel is doing in Russia, and that's one of the things that's concerning our FBI sources.
Starting point is 01:24:22 They don't know either. The FBI is not saying anything about this. I just asked them for comment on our reporting. They have not gotten back to me. What we know is it's been reported that there was a two-day trip schedule that he was going to go to Moscow and St. Petersburg. Is it normal for an FBI director to go? I mean, I know CIA directors do that,
Starting point is 01:24:38 but an FBI director was focused on domestic law enforcement to make a trip like that? Has not happened since 2013 when Robert Mueller went to Russia to talk about counter-chievous cooperation. It's a much different world now. That's why there's such concern here. Russia is an adversary of the FBI and the United States. Patel has talked about cooperation. So that is all really, really interesting,
Starting point is 01:25:02 especially considering that this was cash while that was being read. Thank you to one of my favorite congressmen in the world for hosting us here in such gracious fashion. Thank you the president of the school. Thank you to the students. And for me, it's a law enforcement around the table here. He was literally at Liberty University doing a conference while Kandalayan is there saying, we just got word that Kash Patel has landed in Moscow.
Starting point is 01:25:26 Sounds like they were believing in their report. They were believing in reporting Russian disinformation. I want to correct reporting from earlier today. I reported the few days that FBI director Kaspell had landed in Russia for a planned trip that had been reported about. Okay. So this is the apology. Now tell me, tell me if you pick up on what happens in this apology recently. We've since learned that Patel did not.
Starting point is 01:25:46 in fact, landed in Russia today and remains in the U.S. The FBI did not answer our questions when he asked him about it. The news of this plan meeting had raised serious concerns, including among some Democratic lawmakers who had urged Patel to call off the meeting, which according to published reports was supposed to be happening today. But we do know now that he has not already landed in Russia, as we reported earlier, the timing of any potential trip remains unclear. Again, we regret this error, and we are transparent about when we make errors.
Starting point is 01:26:08 Back to you. That doesn't seem terribly transparent, except that he basically just did admit that it was Democrats that seated the narrative. Well, listen again. It remains in the U.S. The FBI did not answer our questions when they asked them about it. The news of this plan meeting had raised serious concerns, including among some Democratic lawmakers who had urged Patel to call off the meeting, which according to published reports was supposed to be happening today. So they're trying to, they're like this meeting happened. This meeting didn't happen, but if it did happen,
Starting point is 01:26:39 you should be really, really mad about it. But what it also sounds like, according to published reports this was supposed to happen today but when they reported it they were breaking the news right so what were the published reports that said that it was supposed to happen today it sounds like some democrat sources told them and you know democrats aren't real it's a uniparty but the you know democrat jersey wearing uh sources told them about this and they just went out with it and now they're trying to make it sound like there was a bunch of reporting about it and they were just following on but that's but it's not transparent at all it could be yeah canary traps or days days i like that get all the leakers out got to get them all out um what else we got here uh blah blah blah blah blah
Starting point is 01:27:31 we could talk about this briefly um we did so all right the air force major remember the guy that was like impeached, remove, convict and all that stuff with Trump. Air Force Major who called for Trump's impeachment is in solitary confinement 24 hours a day. This is going to be unpopular with some people. That's bullshit. This guy should not be in solitary confinement 24 hours a day. If you call out the J-Sixers, if you called out treatment of J-Sixers unfair treatment, you got to call this out too. Air Force Major Jason Watson, according to his lawyers, being held in solitary confinement 24 hours a day.
Starting point is 01:28:09 The UCMJ obviously contains. provisions barring officers from engaging in public political activities that are typically protected for civilians, including criticizing the president or other elected officials. Interestingly, I did not know. The UCMJ only bars commissioned officers from doing that. Enlisted are allowed to say whatever they want. I did not know that. Watson's lawyer said Christopher Mutemer told CNN after nearly two months that Watson, quote, is still in solitary confinement 24 hours a day,
Starting point is 01:28:38 which amounts to cruel unusual punishment. Watson had been restricted to joint base Anacostia balling in Washington. I probably said that wrong. Though the base reportedly has a confinement facility following his detention, he was instead moved to a county jail in Maryland. Now, just real quick, for those that understand, there's loaded language in this, I think, where it says that Watson had been restricted to the joint base, restriction is a type of punishment in the military. That does not mean confinement in a brig. you know or in in in in a jail restricted means you could be restricted to on base only meaning you
Starting point is 01:29:17 can't go off base you could be restricted to your barracks you could be restricted to your on base housing you're not allowed to leave your house so that is a a distinct word that they use in this article and i don't know if that was intentional or not but it's so he's been moved from the base to an actual public civilian prison jail and it says during his september 18th preliminary hearing major joshua wendell the hearing officer said that Watson could not be confined with civilians and was therefore kept in solitary confinement. Article 13 of the UCMJ, quote, forbids punishing a service member before trial and forbids pretrial restraint more rigorous than the circumstances require. So just a long way of me playing it down the middle, standing on principles. And if you thought the J-Sixers was inhumane, then this is inhumane as well.
Starting point is 01:30:07 Okay, so my question is because you seem to be taking the assertions in the article as true, right? That all he did was that it's his lawyer though, right? So this is a narrative deployment told from his point of view saying this is cruel and unusual. It's super mean. All I did was criticize the president and now I'm being punished in manners. And I agree with you that if that is what's true, that all he did was exercise his, you know, speech and expression, political support, and advocacy, there should be, not only is his punishment excessive, there should be no punishment. There should be no punishment for political support and advocacy.
Starting point is 01:30:49 And I know things are different in the military, but I think those were the First Amendment rights apply to everybody equally, whether you're in the military or not. However, we are getting a one-sided narrative here of what the guy being punished says. And so I would wonder, you know, in the age where, you know we're we're revisiting fort hood and what that you know what what what happened there and that guy's about to be executed is is what this guy is in trouble for more extensive than just what he said is my question and i don't think that we got that from that from that that was a very one-sided view of the world so again article 13 under the ucmj you can't be punished for something you haven't been yet convicted of. I also, you know, I know you look at the First Amendment absolute in terms of the
Starting point is 01:31:44 civilian population, but there is the UCMJ. We sign up for that. We acknowledge that we're going to be subject to the UCMJ and the rules of it. And insubordination to your officers and those appointed above you. In this case, the president is absolutely something that we all sign on to and understand. Clay mentioned in the chat that the civilian jail thing separating civilians from military and civilian jails is a thing. And I know I'm saying it is, but that the base that he was at has a brig. And he should have been kept at that brig. Instead, they moved him to a civilian jail. And now he's kept in in 24-hour solitary.
Starting point is 01:32:21 Allegedly. Allegedly. Again, the solitary confinement word is used to describe a spectrum of restraint. and everybody that is, you know, the people that are in that, you brought up the J-6ers, right? There were people that claimed that they were being kept in 24-hour solitary confinement in terrible conditions, and it turned out that those things weren't true, right? Because these are, so I'm not saying that none of them were. I'm saying that we can't just take this guy's word for it.
Starting point is 01:32:54 Oh, I agree. I agree. But I'm saying based on what we are seeing reported and coming from his lawyer. and I don't think I've seen anybody refute it. And the explanation makes sense that if he's in a civilian prison, they have to keep the military separate. And that could be why they're doing it. But again, move him back to the base and put him in the brig on base
Starting point is 01:33:16 where he is not in, you know, whatever, solitary for 24 hours, if it's true. If it's true is the biggest thing. Because we're just repeating the attorney, this guy's, attorney's side of the story we should start the whole show then with if it's true because we're reporting and commentating on on mainstream narrative so there's always an assumption that the presumption that this has some truth to it or it or or we're showing you how it doesn't have truth to it or we just simply don't know but yes to your point presuming it's true it's inhumane
Starting point is 01:33:56 Yeah, I don't, I don't take that story as true. Okay. It doesn't have any corroborating sources. It doesn't have documents that go with it that we can look at it. It's just his attorney saying, hey, this is super unfair. Yeah, well, I didn't look to see if the DOW has refuted that or if the prison that has refuted that. So, all right, you know, Yohda Miller of incredible fame from his incredible work on open records requests for, you know, so many things that he's he's gotten now has this post out for those who still care about january 6th the fbi now claims
Starting point is 01:34:32 they have 1,840 pages of records 27 minutes of audio and 49 minutes of video relating to reaps love it looking forward to the release the only we're going to go into the capital the only problem they say it will take until june of 28 to complete the release and here's the document he put out the FBI has completed searches for records responsive to plaintiffs request and you huda miller is the plaintiff the searches uncovered approximately 1,840 pages of records 27 minutes that's what i just read uh defendants anticipate a first interim production of in january of 2027 so we got to wait till next year with subsequent rolling productions thereafter the fb i estimates that production of all records without narrowing would require
Starting point is 01:35:25 require approximately 16 to 17 months or June 2028. Yeah. To find out the story on Reabs. Yeah, I've never actually had a federal FOIA filled. They've either just outright denied or they've come back. They just like ridiculous. Like we imagine it's going to take us seven years to complete this. Would you like to narrow your request?
Starting point is 01:35:50 They ignore it. Or they just ignore it. Yeah, which is the case more often than non. just ignored yeah um let me see do we have oh oh no president uh trump is now saying that the uh the execution of hasan will not be live streamed apparently because he's in a wheelchair like it would be bad optics to shoot a guy in a wheelchair my i don't know i don't know let me see if i you can find the post right here real quick crippled criminals get get different justice than uncrippled criminals the doll malik hasan former u.s army major turned traitor is very bad an evil man who killed
Starting point is 01:36:37 13 people including a pregnant soldier who died along with her unborn son and injured very seriously 32 more barakus san obama's FBI intercepted electronic communication between hasan and the radical Yemeni, American cleric, Anwar Al-Lawakki. When reviewed by his FBI Terrorism Task Force, investigators concluded that Hassan's, that's interesting that he brings that guy up right there because Obama executed him. He was a US citizen, and Obama executed him without due process.
Starting point is 01:37:08 It's interesting that Trump brings him up. When reviewed by his FBI Terrorism Task Force, investigators concluded that Hassan's emails were not a threat. This assessment of the Obama administration's actions was later considered to be a key intelligence failure. With all of that being said, I think streaming the execution for all to see might have been a strong deterrent for the world to witness how America deals with terrorists and scum like Hassan. But many very good and well-meaning people would rather not watch him die through streaming or through any other visual device. He will die as scheduled by firing squad, but this event will not be streamed. That said, the execution may be viewed in person by the immediate families of the victim,
Starting point is 01:37:46 if they so choose they deserve to witness justice thank you for your attention to this matter donald j trump it's a really interesting way to say we're not going to execute him but this might be the uh the the the the most disappointed i have ever been in president trump for caving for cave yeah there's very well-meaning people that don't want to watch the stream then don't fucking watch the stream exactly then don't watch the stream exactly Watch the strain. And as we, you know, I got into it with Caleb about this. It's another topic that we've, because he's, Caleb is very, you can't do public executions.
Starting point is 01:38:30 This is going to send us down a path we don't want to be on. And the, the alternative is that we're too, we're too offended by this power that we're handing to the government. the most extreme exercise of power that the government can engage in is the execution of individuals, right? The power to take a life in the name of justice to take a life. And we're so unhappy. We're so soft and we don't want to watch it. We want them to do it. We want the government to execute the person, but we don't want to watch it.
Starting point is 01:39:10 So you know what we're going to do? We're going to make it the norm that these. executions happen under cover of darkness we're going to give the government the most extreme power and we're going to tell them do this in quiet do this in do this do this because we don't want to watch i'm sorry get the fuck out of the country if that's where you're at if you if you think so what else are we going to say that we should have the government do to us that we don't want to watch It should be serious and solemn. I'm not saying sell merch and fucking phone fingers.
Starting point is 01:39:47 I'm saying don't hide behind the curtain the most extreme exercise of state power. Make that happen. It will, one, be an incredible deterrent. But two, it has to be handled in the way that has maximum transparency. So, yeah, I'm pissed about this. Do you want kids to see it? That's up to the parents. You know, kids run a gamut of ages and, you know, like, is it okay for a 17-year-old to see it?
Starting point is 01:40:17 Probably. I'd say yes. I would say yes. I think that this kind of thing, this exercise of state power is so severe and important. You cannot hide it behind a curtain. And you cannot advocate for the government to have this power. then advocate for it to be hidden because you're fucking soft. I was scrolling through Trump's truth.
Starting point is 01:40:47 And like how was that picture not like how was that not a thing before that we had a helipad at the White House? I mean, that is that is beautiful. Imagine seeing that from the sky like flying over. That's just amazing. Okay. I got one last thing I want to play. And this is just a little hat tip here to ghost because he's been on top.
Starting point is 01:41:09 of this since day one miss ghost i know uh this was president trump uh and i think this was in where was this this was in i think it was in arizona i think that if i didn't do the apprentice i would have become president because they picked me for a reason and the only thing i do is i practice common sense you know i'm a conservative guy i guess but it's all about common sense it's not about you're liberal you're conservative we want things you're that are things are common sense but people got to know me on the apprentice which i guess they wouldn't have got to know me quite that well that was a lot of television time uh what's wrong i'm mad not reading the chat no i'm mad i'm mad that he caved because the now we have to
Starting point is 01:42:03 now we have to pinky promise of trust as to whether or not this execution actually happens I mean, even then you could still fake an execution. You could fake anything. That's fair. Yeah. But, you know, to the point there, you know, saying I did the apprentice, they picked me. I mean, that's just straight down the central casting narrative right there that ghost talks about all the time. All the characters that he has pegged from the apprentice, celebrity apprentice, all that stuff.
Starting point is 01:42:32 The theory that, you know, the generals picked him to run. Just all of it. It's pretty badass. Let's hit Rance and then we will get out of here.
