Badlands Media - Badlands Daily: 8/31/26 - Letitia James Whistleblower, Shapiro's Measles Meltdown & Venezuela Oil

Episode Date: August 31, 2026

CannCon and Zak Paine open Monday with a genuinely explosive whistleblower email from inside the New York Attorney General's office, where a prosecutor accuses his own bureau chief of directing him to... target President Trump and affiliated organizations without credible cause, an email that was scrubbed from more than two thousand inboxes almost immediately. From there they cover a Florida representative's whiplash reversal on the massive Venezuela oil deal and what over two hundred billion in projected tax revenue could mean for the country. The centerpiece is a three and a half minute Pennsylvania press conference on the measles outbreak that CannCon calls pure gold, paired with the county coroner's own account that complicates the official narrative. They wrap with fresh Fauci documents on a deleted gain of function email and a look at the continuing resolution fight tied to the Save America Act.

Starting point is 00:00:00 The Badlands, one of the Badlands, explain those Badlands. That's a hell of a name. All right. Good morning, Badlandia and welcome Badlands Daily. Another Monday starting off making the case of the Mondays, making it better by getting to hang out with Zach fame for a couple hours here. Zach, how you doing, brother? Brian, I'm doing super good. Every Monday morning, I am pumped.
Starting point is 00:00:30 I'm rested, refresh. ready to be here and every time I hear that song I just want to get on the drum line along with all of those revolutionary soldiers quite the in quite the incredible feeling I don't want to get on the drum line there's a lot I mean get on but listen man you start on the drum line and then you end up with a musket all right because you've got to lead the charge and those drums they just do it it brings you there's there's those of us that in high school were in the band and there's those of us that were on the field and the gridiron just grinding it out. Okay, well, I never played
Starting point is 00:01:06 football, but I did play clarinet. I was first chair. I did play clarinet. I mean, I have an affinity for music. What can I say? You know, I mean, like the beats, I absolutely love it. I was, I was in a band, not the band, but I was in a band in high school. I did that as well. also played football also played baseball golf and all those sports and so yeah i get it man um how's your weekend dude it was good good uh yesterday was my birthday so uh lisa and i yeah thank you very much uh lisa made me a pineapple upside down cake it was it was a production the whole thing i'll tell the story hopefully she doesn't get mad at me so normally like uh like we cook together right if there's something that we're going to
Starting point is 00:01:54 going to be cooking and she was like, you know, I'll cook for your birthday because I had to do some rumble premium video game streaming yesterday. And so she did it all, you know, put it together and went to the store and get everything she needed. Anyways, she puts it in the oven and I come out and she's just getting it set up. And at first I looked at the oven and I was like, man, I was like, that looks a little low. And it was at 180 degrees. And she was like, that's what the recipe called for. And I was like, well, maybe it's going to be cooked at like low temperature for a longer period of time. And so we get to the end of, apparently YouTube's not working. We get to the end of the buzzer going off.
Starting point is 00:02:37 I'm going to come out there and she's like, just check this for me, make sure that I didn't mess anything up. And so she pulls out the recipe. And I'm like, yeah, 180. I was like, that doesn't look like it's cooked at all. And so it was 180 degrees centigrade because 350, you know, Fahrenheit is the equivalent of that. And so she was like, oh my God, it ended up being just fine. I mean, because 180 is not enough to cook anything, essentially.
Starting point is 00:03:02 So we just put it in for another, I think, 35 minutes, and it ended up being delicious. All right. That sounds good. I love pineapple upside down cake, man. Yeah. One of my Marines got a pineapple upside down cake sent to us in Afghanistan. Oh, wild. Fantastic.
Starting point is 00:03:22 like to get something like that from home. So we, Chrissy and I got her anniversary gift arrived and we got bikes, e-bikes. Oh, cool. We've been riding around town all weekend and we got the, well, I don't know if they all do this, but the ones that we got, they were really inexpensive. I was actually surprised. They were only $100 more than the regular bike I had originally bought and they're pretty good. Maybe they'll fall apart in a year. Who knows, but they're- How fast? I got it up to 29 miles an hour.
Starting point is 00:03:57 That's not bad. And how long does the battery last? We rode about three hours, three miles on the first night and it didn't, it barely came off the first block and there's four blocks on the battery. It was to go 40 to 50 miles. So you can either use like the throttle for this one or you can pedal. Does it charge when you pedal it? It doesn't charge, but it's a lesser load on the battery.
Starting point is 00:04:24 So you can feel as you're pedaling, you can feel it accelerating a lot faster and if you were just under manpower. But I'll tell you what, man. So I, we've been riding around all over. I went yesterday by myself. I went for a ride and my back, this is the first morning I woke up and my back doesn't hurt at all. Like yesterday it hurt.
Starting point is 00:04:43 And this morning, it's like, it's like fine. Maybe I popped it in place or something or, you know, move while I was sleeping. I don't know. it's just you know my legs going on the bike who knows but feeling good so uh yeah welcome to the show ladies and gentlemen please smash that thumbs up if you have not done so yet uh we did have a badlands boost from last week carrying the fire uh says wishing you a happy friday and thanks for what you guys do i've not missed a daily since ever since you started hey i wonder where lory lightfoot is today she was visible proof of fake elections no way she could

One more time, guys, smash that thumbs up, share the show out.
Starting point is 00:08:51 And let's jump into the stories for this weekend. First up, let's go to the Times Union. New York prosecutor claims Leticia James's office directed him to target President Trump. A prosecutor in the New York AG's office sent an agency-wide email. Whoa. Yeah, right? You're going to do it, do it, do it, do it, do it, do it real, do it hard. Good luck putting that genie back in the bottle.
Starting point is 00:09:21 Well, hold on. They might have. Since an agency-wide email to hundreds of colleagues Friday claiming that he had been instructed by his supervisor, quote, to find and pursue crimes committed by specific individuals and organizations affiliated with Donald Trump. The prosecutor was assigned to the Investor Protection Bureau and alleged in his email that his bureau chief, Shamiso Maswao Sui. It's like it starts out Japanese and it ends up being Nigerian. Some sort of African, right? Had directed him to target, quote, Trump himself, truth social, Hewlett Packard, and a DOJ approved merger without having a credible reason for targeting these organizations and individuals.
Starting point is 00:10:13 The email was sent by Assistant Attorney General Daniel Weisenfeld and was quickly deleted from the office's server and vanished from the inboxes of more than 2,000 employees. A follow-up agency-wide email was sent by Letitia James General Counsel Kumiki Gibson, married an American, informed employees that it was, quote, an internal matter, and that no one in the office was quote-unquote in danger. Now, let's get into the need. That sounds like a veiled threat to me. can con i just want to make sure everyone knows you're in no danger of being politically assassinated
Starting point is 00:10:55 not that anybody would have gotten that in feeling from that email but just to put you all your minds at ease yeah like danger the email's gone so don't ask any more questions about right we deleted it from your inbox you need to delete it from your memory that's right just delete it from your memory banks and everything will be okay guarantee it guarantee it nobody remembers no one's in danger in the new york uh attorney general's office can they not like i i'm making a presumption here okay stereotyping those names don't sound very american you know they don't know i'm just throwing that out there uh especially with all the spy stuff that we've had you know the stories that have come out over the last couple uh months
Starting point is 00:11:42 crazy here's how he starts the email i love this zach you can't make this any better his opening sentence was quote and language warning for the children quote the best part of having fuck you money is being able to tell the truth without fear of consequences so here we go whoa based i love it do we know the uh the who it was that sent this again what was his name i think it was daniel wisenfeld okay yeah daniel wisenfeld there we go all right no wisenfeld assistant attorney general and he says quote If you believe Trump is using the DOJ attorneys to prosecute his enemies and further his political interests, you should find it equally troubling that Tisch is doing the exact same thing. I ask that you not serve as Tish's personal attorneys by targeting her political enemies.
Starting point is 00:12:33 Instead, I hope you choose to prosecute crimes and find the individuals accountable rather than targeting individuals and then finding crimes, end quote. Weisenfeld also accused James of using, quote, significant public taxpayer dollars to target convenient public enemies, end quote, while taking no action is what he described as, quote, rampant nonprofit, homeless shelter fraud and anti-Semitic crimes in and around synagogues. It was perfect up until the... I know, he had to ruin it. You had to go out there and just add like just a shred of bias to this thing.
Starting point is 00:13:14 Oh, man. he might as well as said stochastic terrorism i mean look this is this is definitely something that's going to have to be thoroughly investigated now definitely the crimes and the the the lawsuits that were brought by her office you know she was part of the real estate deal uh where they valued mara lago at uh a a astonishing 18 million dollars right absolutely absurd the land is worth more than $18 million without the estate on there. And then, you know, from there she ran on the campaign. I'm going to get Trump.
Starting point is 00:13:54 Like she literally, that was part of her campaign is I am going to prosecute Trump. So when, when Weisenfeld comes out and says this in an email, which by the way, blasts it out to everybody, notable, you got to believe them. Or at least you got to investigate it. I mean, here's the thing. Yes. investigation is what needs to happen. It's not going to take place inside the Attorney General's office. Like, let's just be honest. And I don't think that Weisenfeld said anything that people don't already know. I mean, President Trump has said it. I think pretty much everybody who witnessed that
Starting point is 00:14:30 prosecution. The case itself is still being litigated because there was no underlying crime essentially at the end of the day. What they're accusing President Trump of is very subjective. It's also very similar to what Letitia James herself has actually done so many problems with this. If it wasn't for the fact that she had gone on the campaign trail and said, we're going to get President Trump, then, you know, this might be something that people were looking for confirmation on. But, I mean, this is what we know to be true. What's special about it is that it's coming from someone as high up within the office of the Attorney General as it is. And I think that that clearly means this person is interested in talking to people outside of the office.
Starting point is 00:15:21 Let me bear with me here. I see Ash in the chat was saying she sent me an article. So let me pull this up here and see. It's a 2023 article. And I'm going to have to put it in the archive because it's Bloomberg and therefore it's blocked. Stand by two seconds here. Uh, come on. So Letitia James, I believe had a criminal referral, but she hasn't actually been charged with fraud or anything like that.
Starting point is 00:15:55 But, you know, the evidence is there. It's a matter of the Department of Justice bringing charges. Okay. So let's jump into this article here and see what is the relevant. Oh, are you kidding me? I can't get by it. Yeah. the department of justice has agreed to pay $795,000 to settle a former staff attorney's claims of race, gender, and pregnancy discrimination.
Starting point is 00:16:19 Plaintiff Camiso Masawaswi, a black woman of Zimbabwean descent. Sorry, we said Nigerian, it's Zimbabwian, alleged that she was wrongfully terminated when she returned to work after having a child because of her race, her breastfeeding in the office. and her child caregiving activities, which included taking her infant on work trips. She all, yeah, I can't read the rest of it, but I don't know the, what did I say? It's worth it, I promise. I can't access it.
Starting point is 00:16:57 Like, usually you can work around that. Yeah, I haven't been able to get Bloomberg articles to work in any of the archive because what happens, is if you find a version that's been archived, it's either the paywall version or it will say that the server will not allow the article to be archived. Ash says it was the same attorney that was directing politicized prosecutions for a $795,000 payout during the Biden administration payment for future obstruction. Okay, so I see what you're saying.
Starting point is 00:17:31 So this settlement here is actually a payment. It's not for breastfeeding in the office. It's a settlement for the work that she did to get Trump during the during the Trump, the Trump persecution era. I'm assuming. Yeah, I mean, that happens a lot. Me and Ghost talked about that with the, with Trump Tower back in, you know, the 80s, where a one of the mob bosses or an affiliate of a mob bosses,
Starting point is 00:18:04 or an affiliate of a mob boss was taken down. And then the woman that took them down, Trump paid her $500,000 through a lawsuit. And, you know, you look at that and it's like, well, if you were to pay somebody that's sum of money, how would you want to make that payment? Well, do it through a lawsuit. Then it's tax-free for the person receiving it.
Starting point is 00:18:25 And I think you can write off a joke. Well, I think that the state would, I mean, they're not going to have to pay tax. taxes on it, but I think that a judgment you still have to pay taxes on. No, if you know, no, when you win a settlement in a lawsuit, there's no taxes on that. Really? Wow. Wow.
Starting point is 00:18:47 That's a lot better than a book deal. Absolutely. Yeah. Absolutely. Okay. So let's, let's keep moving here. I'm pretty sure. Maybe that's just a Florida thing.
Starting point is 00:18:59 I don't know. I've sued once in my life and got a settlement and did not have to pay tax. taxes. And that was it was like 20 years ago. So we're past the statute of limitation. So I can, I can, uh, safely say that. All right. So the big, maybe the big, the biggest news out of the weekend, uh, came on Friday afternoon. We talked about it on my Saturday show, but, uh, we got some more on this. Breaking news. The United States of America has just entered into an agreement with the country of Venezuela on the biggest oil deal in world history. At my direction, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Secretary of War, Pete Hegesh, working closely with highly respected interim president of Venezuela, Delci Rodriguez, and through a partnership with private business, have secured majority U.S. control of more than 65 billion barrels of oil, proven oil reserves in Venezuela at no cost to the American taxpayer.
Starting point is 00:19:57 This historic transaction more than doubles American oil reserves greatly increases our oil supply and will substantially lower gas prices for all Americans long into the future, while helping to continue to set Venezuela on a course toward tremendous success and great prosperity. This transaction will greatly strengthen the already growing relationship between Venezuela and the United States. Thank you for your attention to this groundbreaking matter. Make America great again, President Donald J. Trump. First time he's ever said, thank you for your attention to this groundbreaking matter. Well, both literally and figuratively.
Starting point is 00:20:33 Yeah, that's a good point. Good point. There's a lot to that. So we'll jump over into this Fox News article real quick just to get some base numbers here. Trump just brokered a deal with the country sitting atop the world's largest oil reserves. The deal would give the U.S. a stake in 17 Kek, Venezuelan oil fields, holding an estimated 65 billion barrels of crude. Venezuela controls more than 300 billion barrels of crude, roughly 20% of the world's total. making them the largest possessor of crude oil reserves. Venezuela produces heavy crude,
Starting point is 00:21:10 the type many Gulf Coast refineries were designed to process. Convenient. Beautiful. Convenient, right? Yeah, yeah. Much U.S. production is lighter shale crude, while Gulf Coast refiners have historically relied on heavier imports from Canada, Mexico, and Venezuela. And so we got a little bit more on this story we'll get into but the timing on this is absolutely brilliant yes this deal right here so you've got the iran conflict going on and the strait of Hormuz as as john calls it trodanger straight you've got uh the the the ontario dug ford up in in canada carney all of them you're trying to try and to puff their chest out at president trump and he's just like yeah if you lake of america or lake America, not Lake of America, Lake America. You know, he's just throwing it right back in their face.
Starting point is 00:22:05 Well, guess what? This deal right here is going to make Canada far less relevant, you know, at the bargaining table when it comes to trade. And then on top of that, the Iran, you know, the whole situation in Iran, he is absolutely destroying energy infrastructure in China. I mean, he has just Venezuela. They were selling unsanguant. Crude Oil to or sanction crude oil to China. Iran was selling it at a huge discount. We've talked about it on the show before. I think they were selling at 15 to 20% off, you know, off the market crude, crude reserve prices.
Starting point is 00:22:45 That's a huge, huge discount on energy, 20%. And so now President Trump has taken away, or at least significantly hindered the trade between Iran and China. And now all but taken away Venezuela's line with China. and replaced us with it, multi-polar spheres of influence, whatever you want to call it, this is fantastic. It is an incredible boon to America, and it does completely invalidate everything that Canada might have used in a trade war with the United States. Yeah, it has put them into a position that will very, very quickly collapse their economy,
Starting point is 00:23:25 I think. Yes. Because we have the upper hand here. Now, what else is also probably going to do that is Alberta more than likely going off on their own. I mean, I think it's likely that Alberta will secede from Canada. The United States would then most likely become their number one trading partner, and they would essentially become a vassal state of the United States. And it's going to put Canada in a very bad position.
Starting point is 00:23:59 that Carney is probably ringing his hands in anxiety right now. Yes. I'm going to call an audible here since we're talking about Canada. We'll just go ahead and play this part now. So this was Doug Ford and his little FU back at President Trump. Just in case President Trump or anyone else forgets, we've set up the sign to remind them. It's Lake Ontario now and forever. So what is President Trump put?
Starting point is 00:24:29 up which by the way it's not lake ontario google has officially changed the name to lake america and uh canada google is worth more than canada yes it is but then president trump with probably the most epic troll of all and uh just now the uh canadian geese are now don't knucks unmute it because we're going to have we're going to get copyrighted on that the dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun so many good so many good lake america memes coming out i saw a fish with the donald trump hair i saw other birds with the donald trump hair it's i did a whole segment on this on Friday myself. I found so many good ones. It's wonderful. I love it. The troller in chief. How do we get around YouTube copyright? Just have Brian sing this song. That's Hawaii 50, right? Yes, Hawaii 50. Yeah, Hawaii 50. Just have Cancun sing the thing, Hawaii 50. Yeah, we would definitely get hit for that if we didn't already get hit for it just for playing like three seconds
Starting point is 00:25:56 of it. You want to know how crazy the copyright system is. over on YouTube. So I got this guy that I watch as a bass player, Davy is his name. And he went into the studio and he said that he was going to play the sound of silence. Okay. You know, the Simon and Garfunkel song. Okay. And he strummed the bass, okay, and muted the audio of himself playing the song. But he said he was going to play the sound of silence. It was literally the Sound of Silence, not the copyrighted song, The Sound of Silence, and the record company, copyright claimed his video. Wow. And he had to defend it, and obviously it's a whole thing, but that's how insane the copyrighted system is over on YouTube. I got another one for you.
Starting point is 00:26:43 For years, YouTube has had this YouTube music program where you can buy a license in perpetuity to use a copyrighted song, maybe 5, 10, 15, 20 bucks, something like that. And, and, Or you can use the song and then give half the revenue from the video to YouTube. YouTube, that seems like a pretty bad deal. That's a horrible deal. Yes, yes. And here's the thing. Even though all of these licenses for over a decade were purchased in perpetuity,
Starting point is 00:27:13 YouTube quietly ended the YouTube music program, which means that immediately all of those songs that people paid licenses for begin popping up as copywritten content. And so the record companies immediately claimed that. I know this other guy that I watch. He had saved every receipt for every single song that he purchased. And pretty much all of his videos have a song or two that he purchased. YouTube started refunding those license fees.
Starting point is 00:27:49 Not all of them, but some of them. But every single song means that every single video of his, got a copyright claim on it. And so what's the, what's the choice that you have there? Like, delete the video. I mean, you cut the section out with the song, but a lot of people will lay background music for an entire 10-minute video. It is insanity. And people are getting screwed. Yeah, they're like really crazy. They're super, super strict. So you can't even play like a sports clip. Like if you're playing a clip of like a game like to talk about it. And you know, apparently YouTube doesn't know what fair use is. Like fair use like you're allowed to play like a
Starting point is 00:28:32 sports clip, right? You can play as long as you're not broadcasting the whole game or a big chunk of it. You can play like a minute long sports clip and talk about it. You're allowed to. That's it's called fair use. Yes. And so it's it's absolutely bonkers how bad they are. But let's well, Well, to be fair, it's not YouTube. It's the copyright system that was written in the manner in which Congress wrote the law. It gives the benefit of the doubt to the claimant. So the claimant will claim that portion of your video and then, you know, they'll either give you a strike or they will claim the revenue from your entire video.
Starting point is 00:29:08 And you can fight that claim and make the, you know, make the argument that it is transformative and that it's fair use. but if it turns out that that gets rejected, then the only recourse that you have is then to go to court, which means that it could cost you, you know, thousands of dollars. Now, they created a special copyright claims court, which is outside of the federal district system, which is where all cases related to that have to go. But even still, you could go up against a major corporation that has FU money that knows they're wrong, doesn't care and just wants to bleed you dry.
Starting point is 00:29:49 That is a major, major weak point in the system. Agreed. Damn commies, but you know who's not a commie? Elsie Rodriguez. Check out this statement from Maria Elvira Salazar, the disgraced congresswoman down here in Miami. I'm not a fan of hers. The U.S. Venezuela oil deal is a great deal for the United States
Starting point is 00:30:10 and the Venezuelan people. For years, China took advantage of Venezuela's weakness to buy its oil at deep discounts. Now America is stepping in. An American investment and influence offer Venezuela a path towards prosperity, stability, and security. Delsey is the wrong person to make this deal with. We want this deal the last 100 years. Only an administration backed by strong democratic institutions and the rule of law can guarantee that this will only be possible with free elections. then this deal can endure for generations to come. And by free elections, of course, she means.
Starting point is 00:30:49 Acuna Matata. Maria Karina Machado is the only acceptable person. So Salazar is here in Miami, and I've talked about this before on shows, but in South Florida, we have a huge South American population, right? Down here, Cubans, South Americans, Caribbean, all over the place. And this is, well, Caribbean, we have a lot of
Starting point is 00:31:18 Caribians. They're not all Hispanic. Well, no, no, you don't. But I mean, like, there's a lot of Hispanics in the, I mean, it's, you know, either way, continue. And they're incredibly based. They're incredibly based. However, most of the ones that are, well, I don't want to say most of the ones, but the most influential ones that are here are the oligarchs that fled those regions. Whenever something, whenever, you know, it got a little chaotic there, they fled and they came over here and this was during the Maduro Chavez era in Venezuela that they fled and they came over here
Starting point is 00:31:48 and they propagandized everybody over here there was a time back in like the Obama era where you saw hashtag SOS Venezuela written all over cars like every car in Broward County in in Weston like you you just see it everywhere those were oligarchs that that fled the country when the Chavez Maduro regime came in now I'm sure there were. a lot of people that fled as well because of the U.S. sanctions and everything else that we put on and suffocated that country to, you know, basically brought it to its knees. Salazar represents that class. And she is, I mean, in my opinion, she is the epitome of, you know, a deep state actor in that region and is clamoring for the USAID National Endowment, you know, CIA-backed
Starting point is 00:32:37 leader to take her rightful place, as she would say. Now, she got community noted on that post, Zach. Salazar originally posted and deleted a message with a completely different sentiment, stating, quote, any oil deal with Venezuela's interim regime has an expiration date, the day President Trump leaves the White House. And then it links to this New York Post article right here. Florida representative deletes ex post blasting Trump's oil deal with Venezuela, and then posts again to praise it.
Starting point is 00:33:08 she has been an outspoken critic salazar that is a Venezuelan president delsi rodriguez saying any own oil deal ends the day that trump leaves office and uh the Venezuelan government said companies would be permitted to work on the 17 oil fields bringing in an estimated hundred billion dollars in investment to the country's battered oil industry and more than 209 billion dollars in tax revenue now zach the last thing i'll hand it off to you here the other big thing that this does is exactly that. $209 billion. We'll play a clip from Delci Rodriguez here in a second. But that is going to be like transformational money for the country of Venezuela. And, you know, we've had Colonel Towner on, I've had her on my show a couple, maybe a month ago to talk about this. And what socialism in the South American countries means compared to socialism in the United States. Socialism in the United States, print from the Federal Reserve, give to the people, tax the people, put it back in the Federal Reserve. It makes us slaves. In these South American countries, socialism means take money from your resources, right?
Starting point is 00:34:22 You have the largest oil reserves in the world. You can use resources from that oil to fund social programs. You're not taking it off the backs of the people. You're not taxing the people to get it. You're taking it from your own country's natural resources. They hate that idea in South America. And they hate it here because they'll clamor, oh, that's socialism. Yeah, but it's a little different than what you're doing to us here, right?
Starting point is 00:34:48 Now, I'm not a fan of socialism in any former, you know, here in the United States at all. Now, I don't know enough about, you know, the South American countries, but I'll hand it off to you there. Well, you know, in theory, of course, that's the wonderful thing about. socialism is that, you know, each and everyone according to his needs and his abilities, right? And the abilities that these countries have to produce natural resources and then they can take the proceeds and give them to the people. It's a wonderful flowery thought, but it just doesn't work that way in practice. They will use the people to extract the resources and then line the pockets of those oligarchs and essentially push the rest of the country into abject poverty.
Starting point is 00:35:34 Now, this is going to be wonderful. What I would say to Representative Salazar is, has she heard anything before President Trump made this deal? Because prior to the deal for the oil, we made the deal for the American companies to come in and actually run the oil industry. So this is not going to just suddenly go away as soon as President Trump is gone. now being brought back into the international community. The bonds between our two countries are going to be deep and they are going to be prosperous. And socialism won't be necessary to convince the people of our two nations to continue having that happy and prosperous relationship. This will once again bring Venezuela out of a quasi-socialist system because they used to be a, you know,
Starting point is 00:36:34 a place where the free market existed. And I know people who fled Venezuela when Chavez took over. And things used to be much, much different there. So again, when Chavez and Maduro took over, well, Chavez first took over, that's when the U.S. sanctions came down hard on. This was part of the Bolivarian Revolution, you know, this whole. And by the way, they made a whole season talking, we were talking about line. before the show they made a whole season about this on um on the last ship and jack ryan okay i didn't
Starting point is 00:37:10 see the last ship oh yeah oh yeah you want to talk about another you know predictive programming show right there it starts out with a pandemic then it turns into a food pandemic and then it turns into a a communist revolution communist revolution in in south america against the united states of course the united states is victorious in that but uh similar concepts We're the ones that suffocated them. Now, we talk about $209 billion, and I saw the comment in the chat from Nikki, that it's a slave indentured servitude down there and they treat the people terrible. That's because they don't have resources. They're rich in resources, but they don't have any means of getting those resources onto the market.
Starting point is 00:37:52 And that is what the United States has done to them for decades now. Okay. And not just the United States, the Western world. And that's why Venezuela is selling cheap oil pennies on the dollar to China, right? Maybe not pennies on the dollar, but at a discount. Yeah. Now, once they're welcomed back into, you know, the first world trading class, that's going to change completely. We're talking about $209 billion.
Starting point is 00:38:17 You know what, you know what Venezuela's 2025 GDP was? I don't. Tell me. $99 billion. Wow. So this one deal with the United States is more than double. last year's GDP. Pretty incredible.
Starting point is 00:38:34 Yeah. Access to the free market is going to be transformative for them. Yes. And that $209 billion, it also doesn't factor in the $100 billion that they just talked about in, you know, building up the infrastructure again. Now, to be clear, but it also doesn't take into account the mineral deals that we already made, the gold deals. I mean, it's unending. Yes. And to be clear, like, this is something. that's going to have to be strictly because again president trump has an expiration date right there's an expiration date on on this regime there's an expiration date on his ideas and everything else and there will be a point there's going to be a battle for whoever's going to you know pick up that
Starting point is 00:39:18 that uh you know that flag and carry on and we don't you know we don't know what they're going to do they can go and pretty much reverse everything president trump did down there and go right back to the oligar you know society where you know the the oil companies are going in there and just suffocating the country extracting resources and giving nothing back so there is this could be the best thing ever for venezuela or it could just go right back to the same old same old so land that there um rocana was on with chris matthews freaking out about this deal because it's probably one of the biggest smacks in the face to the to the Democrats ahead of the the 2026 midterms. I think the reporting bears this out, as does just observing, is that the military operation
Starting point is 00:40:06 he ordered into Venezuela to abduct that president, bring him to the U.S. to charge him with U.S. federal crimes was successful on tactical grounds, right? I want to ask you about something he said today. He just announced that having abducted a president of that country that we are now going to essentially get all their oil reserves. This is a huge deal, and we've now taken over essentially Venezuela and oil reserves. And I think there's still like a core of anti-imperial civic culture in this country in which just people understand there's something wrong about abducting a country's leader to take their oil. Sad to see.
Starting point is 00:40:48 It's like we've rolled back the clock 100 years to the era of gunboat diplomacy. And you know the history, Chris. So what we did in Guatemala, what we did in El Salvador, what we did in Haiti. But it's wrong. It's wrong to have a colonial model of the world. I mean, my grandfather was in jail twice fighting for British independence, and it was FDR who pushed Churchill to decolonize. And I thought America had stood for decolonization. Trump is rolling it all back because he simply believes in a world where might makes right, where you take what you can.
Starting point is 00:41:22 And we need to oppose it on moral grounds. It's not just that it's strategically wrong. It's morally wrong. It's not what America should be, given our principles. I hope one day we do get disclosure on the Maduro, quote unquote, abduction. Yeah. I really hope we get disclosure on that. And Maduro, like, nothing could be better than Maduro coming out and being like, yeah, I asked him to come get me.
Starting point is 00:41:49 And that's why he left my second in command in leadership. you know, the person that was like my protege is now running the country. But we're totally doing regime change. We're just going to keep the same exact regime in there. We're just, yeah, I really hope that comes out. By the way, you know, the gaslight from there, like, oh, this is now imperialism. We're back to gunboat diplomacy. Well, we've been screwing over.
Starting point is 00:42:13 I was going to use a different word there. We've been screwing over South American countries for at least a century now. And Colonel Towner talks about this all the time. go back to the banana republics and everything else that the CIA has done down there with tequita bananas and and and uh pepsico and the the drug trade and everything else and now all a sudden president trump is is is at least giving the appearance i'm hoping this is going to pan out the way that we think it is of uh of giving them back their sovereignty their independence and also welcoming them back into the the the economic community that's right uh delsi rodriguez was
Starting point is 00:42:52 excited about it. I'm going to, this is a in Spanish, so I'm just going to mute this and play this. She says, um, uh, here is a legitimate question that every Venezuelan has the right to ask. How much does Venezuela receive? Taking as reference a price of $5 per barrel, which could be more or less. I've heard 19. Our country's revenue would reach a total of 209.3 billion dollars for the Venezuelan state in concrete terms this means that for every barrel produced and sold approximately $19.00 enters our country directly the last one I want to remind you was a major project for the development of four greenfield blocks in the Orinoco oil belt It was through strategic partnerships during the oil opening 30 years ago with royalties of 1% and a 34% income tax.
Starting point is 00:44:05 This bilateral project contemplates the development of eight greenfield blocks in the Orinoco Belt with minimum royalties of 16% and income taxes of 34%. So, you know, Rokana is saying that we're stealing their oil, we're imperializing them and everything else. And Delsey's out there like, hey, this is a far better deal than anything we ever got before. You know what you need to be able to extract that oil? You need substantial resources to even get to that point. I mean, tens of millions of dollars before you even pull a single barrel out of the ground. And what you have in Venezuela is essentially a failed state that has barely been subsisting for decades now. So this is the type of deal that would be required.
Starting point is 00:45:00 It's like backing capital for a new business venture here in the United States. You could have the best idea in the world. But if you don't have the ability to get that idea off the ground, then it will forever remain consigned to a cocktail napkin. exactly exactly um hits go says in 2014 we met a bunch of Venezuelans in kisemi their whole plan was a revolution when they got home they hated their government they wanted change a lot of them did hate their government and the reason for that is because there was widespread poverty throughout the entire country but again i you know when you when your country is cut off from the entire world when you can't get you know you can't you can't you can't go out and
Starting point is 00:45:47 buy goods and service well not services but goods from america we weren't trading with venezuela we weren't sending them you know medical supplies we weren't sending them anything right that food right they were they were they were dependent on just their immediate neighbors you know for any any type of uh what would you call like like economic prosperity there was none and they couldn't get their products onto the market other than china russia and you know again iran was in that competition there So again, this is one of the biggest deals I think that we've seen so far in this administration. And the timing of it is perfect because, you know, as the tensions rise with Canada, as the, you know, Schrodinger's Strait remains open and closed at the same time.
Starting point is 00:46:31 And, you haven't heard that? John coined that. Oh, dude. John, John coined that a while ago. I love that. I think it's fantastic. That is so good. The straight is both open.
Starting point is 00:46:45 and close at the same time. John coined that like a long time ago and then somebody picked up on it. I can't remember. Somebody in the chat will know, but fantastic coinage right there. So yeah, Schrodinger Strait is both open and closed and China is cut off from Iranian oil. I think of, and let me make a little prediction here. I think eventually Trump is going to allow the Iran-China, you know, deal to work out there, but not at that 15 to 20% discount.
Starting point is 00:47:15 He's going to empower Iran to charge the full price to China, which is going to significantly alter the exports from China to the U.S. One of the main reasons that China is able to sell goods to us so cheap is in addition to their labor policies and practices, their energy prices are far lower than what we're paying over here because they're buying sanctioned oil. They are buying sanctioned oil. They also have a major financial interest in all of their various corporations that are based there. So they're essentially subsidizing the market for all of the products that they produce.
Starting point is 00:47:57 And they're doing it knowing that they will then export those products and undercut things that are made in different places around the world. That's why the deal that China and Canada have made to bring all of those Chinese EVs to Canada is so. dangerous because if they saturate the American market with electric vehicles that are significantly cheaper people are people are going to buy them i mean there's just no way around it and it's all it's just going to kill the Canadian auto industry and we need to have some major major protections in place to make sure that those vehicles are not being imported here to the united states yep and also that's going to empower Alberta i think perhaps a little bit more in uh in their secession vote i think they have that coming up here soon don't they they do they absolutely do yeah so
Starting point is 00:48:49 all right let's um jump into another story here we got a couple stories on fouchi both from emily coop over at the daily caller uh delete from the deleted file fouchy tried to destroy gain of function research email new docs reveal this is an old email but it's very interesting and it tells you the influence that these bureaucrats have over our media or that they think they have over our media. Have you read this story? I have read this story. And I think that it is probably the most important Anthony Fauci revelation that we have ever received. Wow.
Starting point is 00:49:26 Wow. I don't know that I was going to go that big with it. I think it's a big deal. But okay. You want me to tell you why? Well, let's get through. And if I don't get it in here, maybe you tell me why. All right. But all right, so eight years before COVID, a journalist issued a prophetic warning that risky viral research could usher in a quote unquote doomsday and damage the reputation of the NIH.
Starting point is 00:49:49 Fauci groused in an email to an aid about that warning and then instructed the aid to permanently delete the exchange. In 2011, the advent of gain of function research caused its first major controversy with funding from NIH, with funding from NIH Dutch viral Ron Fouchier, Foucher, I'm not sure how you say that, made an airborne strain of a bird flu with an estimated 50% fatality rate, which he described as, quote, probably one of the most dangerous viruses that you can make. And just casually, hey, dad, look what I did. Well, I mean, again, the last ship that show the last ship, you know, and, you know, there's an outbreak. And it's a global, it's a global pandemic outbreak that kills off. in a massive amount of the population. And I think that's, and that show came out in 2018.
Starting point is 00:50:47 You know, I think it was either released 2018 or 2019. So this just barely predates COVID. Yeah, predictive programming all the way. Absolutely. Man made pandemic viruses are quote unquote risk worth taking Fauci insisted in December 2011 Washington Post editorial because they could help drug makers in public health get a jump start if they emerge in nature if they emerge in nature and if they somehow make it into the human population and if you can't you know quarantine it and isolate it to a specific region and also
Starting point is 00:51:20 that jump start that they're talking about is evolution that they claim takes tens of thousands of years so nothing like speeding it up by you know tens of thousands of years the new york times published an op-ed, apparently written by Bofy, and I don't know his first name, in January of 2012, arguing NIH created an engineered doomsday that could kill hundreds of millions of people, quote, the consequences should the virus escape are too devastating to risk. Now, you can get into the emails here where Fauci, Phil Boffey, that's his name, where Fauci is talking with Francis calling, saying Buffy is really off base here. What is he talking about, NIH's reputation being on the line? He goes on to, you know,
Starting point is 00:52:03 say he's acting like a mischievous guy. And then the revealing email here is between Fauci and his aide, Cliff Lane, where at the very end here, he says, if this is the case and they do not change their recommendation, the field of research of influence of transmissibility and host adaptability has a very serious problem. Please delete this email and then delete it from the deleted file. Now, I'll pause there and I want to get your take on this because, I think it's a big deal. I mean, anytime you're acknowledging that you delete information,
Starting point is 00:52:38 what else have you deleted? You know, kind of opens Pandora's box to that. But what's your take? It predates his agreement with the Biden administration. Predates his pardon. Okay? This is... Well, I don't know that they're going to...
Starting point is 00:52:55 I think this is a much bigger than just a single crime, okay? You're going to probably see them go out. after him for a much larger crime that they're going to be able to argue is not going to have a statute of limitations applied to it because there's a pattern of behavior with Anthony Fauci. And much of the conversation right now is the crimes that he committed during that 10-year period. Right now, we're validating the fact that Anthony Fauci was committing crimes prior to that 10-year period. There's much more to look at.
Starting point is 00:53:30 and I think that this is that door to do so. That is a fantastic point that this is outside the scope of the pardons. That's fantastic. You would have to prove, I think, that this led to, you know, I can't imagine deleting, you know, public record would be five years on federal crimes, I think is the statute or is it, I think it's five years. So you're beyond that, but you have to testify about this, right? I mean, you could plead the fifth on this, legitimately plead the fifth on this.
Starting point is 00:54:04 But if it's outside the statute of limitations and there's nothing of concern there and, you know, testify about it. But, yeah, and that's a really good point. And the more we can find out about that. And if he knew about it back then and allowed this to go, right? He allowed this gain of function to go, knowing that. agreeing that this gain of function could lead to something like that, is that negligence? Can you, can you attribute that negligence to the COVID-19, quote-unquote, pandemic?
Starting point is 00:54:42 And in other words, could there be a conspiracy that goes back to this time period? You know what I mean? I absolutely, yeah, I think that I think what's clear is that there was a conspiracy. I think that there's another Fauci email that came out over the weekend, and it can confirms actually something that John and I spoke about regarding Anthony Fauci over a year ago. We did baseless conspiracies on him. And I suggested at that time that Anthony Fauci was connected to the CIA and was actually covertly running our biological weapons program.
Starting point is 00:55:18 I had that story next. Yeah. Yeah. So again, this is a much larger window. The Overton window has just doubled in size. And so I think that they are going to be looking at Anthony Fauci for a lot more than just, oh, he deleted an email. This is a lot more than deleting an email. Okay.
Starting point is 00:55:39 This is Dr. Anthony Fauci having a pattern of behavior to not only enrich himself, to subvert the laws of the United States, weaken our national security, commit treason. I think that there's a lot of different directions that they could go with this if they wanted to. So reading on, it says, and this is probably a rehash. I didn't know all of this. So I'm just going to skim through this. When the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, Fauciar, that's the Dutch guy that made the H1N1, that was 50% fatality rate. He worked with Fauci to downplay the possibility of a lab origin.
Starting point is 00:56:21 Fouchier ghost wrote a key argument in the proximal origin SARS-CoV-2 paper dismissing a possible lab origin. Remember that that that paper also led to the doctor, well, excuse me, the David Marenz for a bottle of wine selling out for a cheap bottle of wine. Fouchy would frequently cite the paper and its authors over the years without revealing that he collaborated with them behind the scenes. So I'm going to go out there and say, hey, these doctors, they did the best work you could imagine. Also, I was directly. involved with it. I collaborated with them on that work. And then there was one other, oh, that's in the next article. Okay. So this is the second article. This is one that, that Zach was just alluding to,
Starting point is 00:57:10 right, with his conversation with John. Fauci's Institute worked hand in glove with the CIA. New documents confirmed. Fauci's division at NIH provided cover for sensitive CIA research on bioterrorism threats. The CIA's biological technology center, BTC, initiated the collaboration on quote-unquote forensic microbiology on bioterrorism bugs for the IC, the intelligence community. CIA funds would be used to leverage pre-existing civilian research efforts in a way that would benefit both the CIA and NIH. The CIA had quote-unquote robust capabilities to detect and identify viruses
Starting point is 00:57:53 but wanted to go further. The project sought to do quote, forensic comparison. analysis but the documents do not define this term the CIA would help the NIA ID obtain the germs that it was doing the work on and the work produced under the collaboration was sensitive but not classified but could not be shared without the CIA's permission and then it goes into the history which again is fascinating great article the the actual CIA documents is a small part of this article it goes into the history Fauci collaborative
Starting point is 00:58:28 with President Bush to remake the NIAID into a biodefense research hub in the shadows of 9-11 anthrax attack Obama and what was the the other senator that he was with dick Dick Durbin was it Durbin that went over to Ukraine and signed off on the the the biodefense I I don't remember BTRA if it was a dick then it would have been Dick Durbin, but I don't remember specifically. I don't remember who it was. Somebody in the chat will remember, but it was in like, it was when he was in Obama, when he was a senator, when Obama was a senator, and he went over there and, uh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:10 So Durbin's from Illinois, is an Azo. That would make sense. Somebody in the chat will pick up on, on who it was. Um, a CIA whistleblower that's, uh, Jim Erdman told Rand Paul's committee and written testimony that biology work undertaken on behalf of the U.S. intelligence, quote unquote, incentivized dangerous research at U.S. labs abroad and abroad. In 2003, a CIA memo titled the Dark Bio Weapons Future, highlighted by Paul's team describes the rationale for biologists working hand-in-glove with spies. Biologists and spies.
Starting point is 00:59:43 What a wicked webs we weave. The memo revealed that a group from the National Academy of Sciences told the CIA that in order to detect biological weapons, intelligence agencies needed more assets. in biology labs around the world. Oh my goodness. Everything they do, national security, under the cloak of national security. Just absolute treasonous people. Jim Erdman said biologists advised the IC through a group called the Biological Sciences Expert Group.
Starting point is 01:00:16 These advisors included coronavirus, coronavirus, coronavirus, Ralph Barak, who collaborated on coronavirus engineering experiments with the Wuhan Institute, of virology. Barrick recently retired from the University of North Carolina. Quote, they received funding from NIAID and other agencies for vaccine research. USAIDs Predict Project, the Pentagon's Cooperative Threat Reduction Program, and even worked with Chinese scientists on coronavirus and other pathogen studies pursuing vaccines, Erdman wrote. There was no oversight monitoring how this web of relationships influenced research policy, public health, in any holistic way for over 20 years.
Starting point is 01:00:58 The CIA embedded in bioterrorism labs across the club, whoever could have predicted. Well, you're a conspiracy theorist. Yeah, yeah, but it's all coming to pass. Oh, it's so fantastic. No theories, no theories. It's all the truth. Conspiracies that are actively engaged.
Starting point is 01:01:25 All right. Now I need to know what senator did Barack Obama travel to Ukraine with before he was president? It's I don't think it's Dick Durbin. It's, uh, oh, it wasn't Dick. It was, well, it is Dick, technically. Richard Lugar. Oh, Dick Lugar. Oh, Dick Lugar. So it is Dick Lugar, just not, not I guess does, does he go by Dick? Dick Lugar. He does. Yeah. Sounds like a porn name, be honest. It totally does. Yeah. My name was Dick Lugar.
Starting point is 01:02:01 I'd probably rock that shit everywhere. Oh, man. Okay, this is turning into Y-chromes. Nosey grandma got it and Sammy the squirrels. All right, let's stay on the health thing here for a little bit. And this is a bit of a long clip, but it's well worth it. So we, I don't know if we talked about it on daily or if I just talked about it on my show on Saturday. but the measles outbreak thing that's going on crazy right Pennsylvania is like oh we've had two
Starting point is 01:02:33 people die from measles and uh apparently that's not true and we'll get into that but uh josh Shapiro governor alleged governor of pennsylvania was asked about it at a press conference and this is three minutes and 30 seconds of pure gold oh we don't need to listen to it on one on 2x speed. Let's go back. Since you had your news conference in Lancaster, we've learned a little bit more information about the case with the baby that it was a newborn. The coroner said that it was a ruptured screen and didn't consider it a measles death.
Starting point is 01:03:13 So given the fact that we're in an environment where there is misinformation and there is confusion, why not be a little more specific and transparent about that? I think the Department of Health has made clear that they've shared all the information that they are permitted under state law to share and that those two deaths were measles related. I think it's important to take a step back and sort of give an update on where we are right now. This is obviously a deeply serious measles outbreak that we are dealing with all across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. And since my comments on Tuesday that you referenced, the situation has. gotten much worse. A few moments ago the Department of Health released some updated numbers of people who have contracted measles. It has now risen to over 445 of our fellow Pennsylvania.
Starting point is 01:04:11 It now spans 31 of our counties. To put that into some perspective, just on Tuesday, that represents an increase of about 70 cases, and it's also increased to more counties now representing nearly half of our counties here in Pennsylvania. As I said that day, and I've said since, I think the most important conversation that needs to take place is between parents and people and trusted medical providers and trusted medical experts. And I think it's really important that that conversation happens offline.
Starting point is 01:04:49 I don't think it serves the interest of public health. or slows the spread of this outbreak for me to get into a back and forth about conspiracy theories that are showing up online. I got a serious job to do for the people of Pennsylvania. And that job at this moment requires me to do a whole bunch of things, including trying to find ways to stop the spread of this measles outbreak. What public health experts have made clear is that if you are vaccinated, you're not going to get measles. The example that we offered the other day still stands. If one person with measles walks into a room of 100 people who are unvaccinated,
Starting point is 01:05:37 it is likely that 90 of those people will walk out with measles. That is how highly contagious it is. Yet if that same person with measles walks into a room of 100 people who have all been vaccinated, the only person walking out with measles is the individual who, walked in so look the Department of Health will continue Pennsylvania Department of Health will continue to collaborate as they have with the CDC and other federal agencies will continue to collaborate with our local communities as they have will continue to put out accurate information as they have I trust Dr. Deb Bogan and the team there to continue to do that important
Starting point is 01:06:19 work but what does not serve the public interest right now is getting into a back and forth with people online who were spewing irresponsible conspiracy theories. So I realize that was long. I, you know, I apologize. I probably could have clipped it up if I had a little more time before the show, but um, does Josh Shapiro realize that like that conspiracy theory is based on the Lancaster County corner? Yeah. So, uh, this is this is the clip here. This is the Lancaster County, Lancaster County, Lancaster, I think I'm going to get ripped in the chat because I think it's Lancaster. Lancaster, Lancaster, whatever. This is the corner for that county.
Starting point is 01:07:06 If there is a contagious agent that causes, it causes a significant risk to the public, that must be reported at the corner. and we had no such reports. At the time of the autopsy, we did obtain some tissue from the newborn and sent it for PCR testing that did confirm the presence of animals. But measles was not the cause of death. The spleen did not appear infected by measles. It was not enlarged. And our forensic pathologist indicated that it did not appear inflamed. So good.
Starting point is 01:07:50 Josh Shapiro claiming that the death of that infant is measles related is about the same thing as it being claimed that the death of the newborn is related to the incompetence of the healthcare professionals. Simply because the baby died after it was born in a hospital doesn't mean that it was the fault of the attending physician or that it was the fault. of anybody in that hospital. And the baby was born with the presence of measles antibodies, which were from the mother. There are probably a whole bunch of other antibodies that they would be able to find if they tested for them. But it doesn't mean that the death is in any way related to it or even adjacent to it. Here's the thing.
Starting point is 01:08:42 Shapiro is asked by somebody, given the new information that's come out about this. like he's given an out here to do one of two things, either to correct the record publicly or or to acknowledge that he's not familiar with that new information yet and that he'll review it. Instead, he tells a bald face lie. He defames anybody out there that's citing the Lancaster County coroner who came out publicly and said it was not measles.
Starting point is 01:09:12 It was a ruptured spleen that the baby died from. The spleen had no infected, did not show signs of infection. It was not inflamed. You know, there was nothing that would signify that it was, it was measles that, that caused that. He has an opportunity. Instead, he calls everybody conspiracy theorists and doubles down. This is why people have no faith in these sons, bitches. This is why people don't believe the media.
Starting point is 01:09:36 This is an article still published by NBC News. Infant in Pennsylvania is one of two people reported to die of measles this week. of measles means that you had measles and that is what killed you. And that is not the case. And that that is still up there. You know, I have to be honest, I'm perfectly fine with it. Okay. I mean, like these people are what they are.
Starting point is 01:10:01 It's like trying to teach a trout how to climb a tree. All right, you're not going to be able to do it. These people are not suddenly going to become honest. The media is not suddenly going to start reporting the truth. All right. there are times where the truth is just so staggeringly obvious that they must admit it in one form or another. But this is one of those narratives that they have decided to hang their hats on. The SIOP is leaned into heavy. They're going to continue to go ahead and go for it.
Starting point is 01:10:33 And luckily, because of so many people not trusting the media, because of so many people not trusting politicians, all they're going to do is weaken their own position. And I'm perfectly okay. We said, accelerate Josh Shapiro. Continue on. Love it. And, you know, the unfortunate thing is, and I was throwing the chat there, and it is, it's soulless for him to do something like that
Starting point is 01:10:59 because there are people out there that still trust these authoritative sources. And they're going to listen to Josh Shapiro and think that a baby died of measles. And so therefore, we need to vaccinate everybody. And it's absurd. If you're making, if the, the pandemic, I think, did he use that? I think he used, or an outbreak. I think he might have said outbreak. But whichever term he used, outbreak or pandemic in Pennsylvania of measles is going to make
Starting point is 01:11:26 people go out there and get this. Why are they pushing this vaccine specifically so hard? You know, as Trump deschedules the MMR, or not deschedules, but breaks up the MMR into three separate vaccinations. And, you know, the religious exemptions, of course, these are attacks on, on, on, RFK Jr at HHS. I don't know, man. This this whole thing like there is a there is so going back to the article with the Fouchier guy and the H1N1 50% whatever there's not a doubt in my mind that they're actually messing around with these viruses and have been for quite some time and that there are
Starting point is 01:12:04 some viruses in there that could do some real effed up crap if it ever got out. But they you know through bullshit like this it's like it's like you know fool me once shame on me or shame on you fool me twice shame on me right it's going to get to that point where if something like that ever were to actually come out and there actually was you know a widespread pandemic people are and where people needed to actually do something proactively to you know protect themselves nobody's going to believe them because they've been lying to us for years about this stuff yeah yeah yeah check in with the amish see how they're doing yeah i dude i would oh man oh man real healthy let me just go up there and just ride around on a horse everywhere and just make things a wood and live the good life no tv
Starting point is 01:12:53 nothing oh don't get me with a good time plain living salt of the earth signing off a badlands daily for the last time ever i'm going to go to live with the omish all right so check this story out this is real guys this is real now now Shep shows rapid spread of COVID cases as school classes canceled. This is this was August 27th. What? Yeah. And you're never going to guess where the school.
Starting point is 01:13:25 You never get to guess where the school classes were canceled. Tell me, tell me, Pennsylvania. Holy based Texas. Oh my God. Well, you know, they, they have a lot of infiltration in Texas. A Texas school district has canceled classes after what officials described as the rapid spread of COVID-19. San Perlita Independent School District in South Texas announced the temporary closure of all campuses this week, citing a growing number of COVID cases.
Starting point is 01:13:57 Last week, Park Ridge Achievement Academy in Louisiana temporarily shut down for one day, quote, out of an abundance of caution, following a COVID outbreak that affected students and staffs and now they're right back into showing us the blood red maps and look how awful this is look how bad this is it's so bad guys i just are you effing kidding me why aren't they on covid 26 by this point because i mean well they didn't just pick 19 out of a hat right you know i mean it was supposed to be the 19th iteration so my question would be were there any ice operations taking place in that Texas, that South Texas town. How close to the border are they? What else is happening there? I mean, clearly I would have to imagine that this is an area that is run by by Democrats.
Starting point is 01:14:50 And probably there's a high population of perhaps a questionable legality among the students. Because they could just send them home and then nobody has to worry about getting picked up. That's that's an interesting point. My thought is, I immediately go to elections. And that's why I think, you know, right away, I thought that, you know, the first COVID, we all saw very quickly how they were using that to usher in all these new COVID, you know, policies for elections. So I don't know if they'll do the same thing in Texas.
Starting point is 01:15:27 Like, I don't know if they'll outright make it policy and whatever, but they'll start talking about it. And they'll start fearing the people into these COVID outbreaks. and hey, let me just remind you, you can request a mail-in ballot. And they'll jack up the numbers for the mail-in-balloting and all of this because they want, this is the one opportunity that they have right here to show Texas is really purple. And that's the Tala Rico Ken Paxton race. And that is such an important race for the Democrat narrative that Texas is becoming a purple state. And so this to me is perhaps an effort to try and get people to at least seem to engage with mail-in balloting again and then pull off the fraud via that mail-in balloting.
Starting point is 01:16:15 That's my thing. I think that could very likely be it as well. All right. They can kill two birds with one stone, though, of course. I got to admit, though, man, like I'm telling you right now, like I don't know how people in Texas aren't. going absolutely berserk right now. Like if you, COVID, you're going to shut down schools again for COVID. We ain't doing that shit again.
Starting point is 01:16:40 That would be my message. I'd be dropping the kids off there. I would be to make, oh, this is not a drill, folks. If you're in Texas, what are you doing? Well, I mean, San Perlita, not in all of Texas. Where is that on a map? Can we see that? Let's look at it.
Starting point is 01:16:58 I want to bet it's close to Houston? Could be. I saw was it, Medbeds go? Steers and clears, stairs and clears. Ain't got nothing but stairs and clears and you ain't got no horns, boy. San Perlita, Texas is, let's see. Is, uh, there is no map. It is near Austin.
Starting point is 01:17:26 Yeah, there we go. Austin. That's what I meant not. I meant Austin. That's the most liberal place. maps there we go maps that's what you got to hit you got to hit maps and then we'll add that to stage and uh no it's not near austin oh wait yeah it's not near austin it's it's it's literally right on the border okay well it's just about where i expected it yeah it's literally right on the border
Starting point is 01:18:04 oh no that's monte alto hold on so hold on let me let me why is it What the bleep is that? I don't know. Somebody says, no, it's not near Austin. How far is San Perlita from Austin, Texas? How far is San Perlita from the- 522 miles, so it is not very close. And Palita is in Willisee County.
Starting point is 01:18:42 Willisie County, yeah, let's see. Oh, it is. Well, okay, so that district there, it's, it's, it's pretty much the same location. So it's a little bit, still a little north of the border. Like that last, that last one was like right here. Mm-hmm. And at the bottom. So it's right there on the border.
Starting point is 01:19:03 Okay. Either way, let's, let's hit a sponsor here. If you guys don't mind and then we'll get back into some more stories. Starting point is 01:20:33 And I did see a couple of rants come in. Let me just hit those real quick because we got to stay true to that. Tyler says, is it a hidden double troll to Kearney that Hawaii was the 50th state and they used Hawaii 5-0 for the song. First state incoming. That's that's that's a great catch right. It sure is. That is a fantastic catch. Makes sense to me. Sorry but behind. Don't forget China sells our IP. So they have little to no research cost. That's also true. Yeah. Very true.
Starting point is 01:21:06 Labor, R&D, and energy. They have it figured out. And a lot of that is allowed to happen by the globalist. J. Teter Brun, conspiracy equals truth in advance. About six months early. Yes, sir. Thank you. Or ma'am. Blue Lady 442.
Starting point is 01:21:23 Happy birthday, Zach. Blue Lady 4422. Why is Trump pushing for data centers? I think that one's pretty obvious. I mean, Trump's not just pushing for data centers generally. I mean, he's, first of all, AI is inevitable. And the capacity to handle and control that AI, is far better served in the hands of the United States of America than in one of our, you know,
Starting point is 01:21:48 global adversaries. Trump is also pushing for responsible AI data centers, AI data centers that are placed in areas that are not going to lessen the quality of life of residents that are going to produce their own energy, that are going to give back to the community. Trump has also said that the presence of AI data centers ultimately could completely end property taxes for Americans. AI is about a lot more than, you know, people having AI girlfriends or making AI slop videos. It's the future of a lot of different things. And if we control it, it's a much better, much better proposition than putting into the hands of somebody else. And he could potentially make fantastic amounts of money.
Starting point is 01:22:41 And seeing Bill Gates freak out about it makes me believe that we're on the right track. Oh, wait, Bill Gates is freaking out about AI data centers? Oh, yeah. You didn't see him? He wrote a 6,000 word memo last week about how AI has the opportunity to be the greatest advancement in human history, but it can also destroy us. And it was obvious. Yeah, but he goes into the full globalistic.
Starting point is 01:23:06 aspect of it like we can use it for vaccines in africa and all that other shit uh basically clamoring for control of of ai and ensuring that his faction uh maintains that that control yeah yeah that's that's what we don't want is to put it in the hands of globalists whether here or abroad here's a uh i got a couple clips from this uh sunday morning it was sunday with bert maria but she was out i guess And this is House Majority Whip Tom Emmer talking about the continuing resolution and the Save America Act, because that's got to be talked about again. And then, of course, the little shot at the Trump Save America Pack at the end here. We'll play that here. First off, you hit the number one thing.
Starting point is 01:23:55 The short-term funding bill that was sent over by the Senate, the continuing resolution that would fund the government through December 11th, that'll be a priority. over in the House because we get things done, Cheryl. That's the whole issue. You're asking what our priorities are. We've sent our priorities over the Senate. We sent the Clarity Act, which is about digital assets, a market structure bill. We sent that a year ago, Cheryl, with almost 100 Democrat votes, and it languishes over in the Senate. We sent the Save America Act several times, and it sits over there languishing in the Senate. And we sent over, obviously, Reconciliation 3.0, which is also just sitting there in the Senate. It really is going to be on the Senate's shoulders
Starting point is 01:24:38 to start getting something done when we get back. As for the House, we've got appropriations bills. Many of our members have different priorities. Those will be addressed. There's a surface transportation bill that needs to be addressed by the 30th. Obviously, these would all be covered by the... All right.
Starting point is 01:24:56 So when they come back, they're going to vote on this continuing resolution, and I've been hammering this on the show, over and over and over and I can't stress this enough they need the house needs to take out that amendment for the the the the OMB rule the suspension of the OMB rule to provide accountability for the federal grants this is one of the biggest funding apparatus of the deep state is using these these funding this is 700 billion dollars in 2024 I don't know what it is you know what they have
Starting point is 01:25:32 proposed for the future in federal grants that are unaccounted for they are untraceable i should say they're untraceable down to uh the the county and and the NGO level they get to the state and then it's it's gone poof it's federal law that you have to have traceability all the way to its end destination and they just ignore that law when the OMB tries to propose a rule that would make the political appointee of the of the institution initiating the grant accountable and have to sign off on each one and then also to ensure that the accountability and traceability goes all the way down to the lowest level they they took that out susan collins capitulated to democrats and took that out in order to get the appropriations bill out of the appropriate of the the continuing resolution out of the
Starting point is 01:26:22 appropriations committee that needs to be back in there you want that's 700 billion dollars we're not talking about seven million dollars 10 million dollars even a billion dollars seven hundred billion dollars i don't unfathomable it's it's unbelievable to me i think that's that's a bigger story than than the not passing the save america act to me um all right let's uh and by the way call it's got to go back to the house for approval call your congressman tell them get that get that o mb rule the suspension of it get that off the off the bill uh this is emmer's talking about the safe america act i look what what's coming out of the senate everybody has heard them say we don't have the votes really you don't have the votes for something that's an 80 percent issue across this country
Starting point is 01:27:13 with republicans democrats and others people believe it's reasonable that in order to vote in this country you must first establish that you are a lawful citizen that's number one number two when you show up to vote you make sure that you identify that you identify identify, you can confirm that you are that citizen who is lawfully right to vote by showing a photo ID. That's an 80% issue. That is something that is Republican, Democrat, and other, and they tell us they don't have the votes. Here's the other thing that you got to pay attention to. When you say you don't have the votes, tell us what the problem is. What exactly do you disagree with when it comes to the American people? And they're not telling us that. So as a House member, I am extremely frustrated, but it is not me that you should be conservative.
Starting point is 01:28:00 All right. So I mean, I like hearing that from the House majority whip saying, you know, if you're not, if you're not, if you're going to tell us we don't have the votes, tell us why we don't have the votes. You know, explain yourself. But again, these people are feckless. It means nothing. They don't really care. I, you know, Emma sounds like he's saying some really big stuff, right? And like, this guy's right on, man. Like, yeah, fight, fight, fight. He's the House majority whip. It's his job. That is literally his job is to say things in a way that makes you feel totally good. So I take it with a grain of salt.
Starting point is 01:28:38 Well, I mean, the House has already done their part. I mean, it's the criticism is fair. The Senate is feckless. It's a feature, not a bug. They don't want to be successful. And they are not willing to stand on principles. or even to support at a basic minimum what the American people want. And they want the crime, they want the fraud to continue.
Starting point is 01:29:03 And that's why you see lack of action. And that's why you see these just completely flummoxing things coming out of the Senate. They're looking to continue with status quo. Yes. And, you know, he said earlier that the Senate is where bills go to die. It's also where politicians go to die because they literally die in office of old age, McConnell, Feinstein, and here we're going to see a couple more. Oh, Lindsay Graham, I'm sure we're going to see some more. Yeah, but that's, so the House is doing their job because the House is a simple majority on everything.
Starting point is 01:29:40 And that's the way I think it was intended to be. And this is why the filibuster talk becomes that much more interesting. And, you know, when you talk about the filibuster, you have to talk about the history of the Senate. and President Trump, you know, pointing out Woodrow Wilson over the weekend specifically. Like, I think he deliberately put that, that, you know, that foot, that shot out there with Woodrow Wilson as one of the great presidents in our history. And then literally the next day, the next morning, ironically after me and Alpha called him out. I'm just going to throw that out there. And me and Alpha both said, Wilson needs to be off the greats.
Starting point is 01:30:15 And Maga's going to be pretty pissed if you don't put Reagan on there. And the next day, he put Reagan on there. and took Wilson off. But Wilson, you know, essentially ushered in the 16th Amendment, which 17th Amendment. No. Wow. I always confuse the Senate with the tax. 17th Amendment.
Starting point is 01:30:38 Which takes away the Senate representation from the states and hands it off to the people, ensuring all but ensuring that you're never going to have a supermajority. It's very difficult to have a supermajority. majority. Obama had it for like a month, uh, you know, in between, um, during, during his administration, but I can't even remember the last super majority before that. So, you know, filibuster proof majority, super majority. It's not going to happen. And so that is what happens in the Senate is it's, it's just, it's just a partisan divide. Nothing ever gets done. No matter no, and this is the perfect opportunity right here to show that, uh, this is the will of the people. When, when 80%
Starting point is 01:31:20 of it and you still won't get it done, the filibuster is a problem. And, and, you know, so I'll land that there. There's a lot of problems in the Senate. That's just one of them. Yeah, agreed. And here's the last clip here. This is, again, just, I don't know if he's going to do something with this or what, but President Trump, Emmer's kind of, you know, given a low jab at President Trump to
Starting point is 01:31:43 start spending some money. You know, a big component of this is President Trump. He's not on the ticket in November, but his voice. his image, his work that he's doing matters. You gotta get the base out there in November. You've gotta motivate people to go to the polls. How do you do that? And also, you know, Maga, Inc., that super PAC is sitting on about $400 million.
Starting point is 01:32:03 You know, is that gonna get deployed ahead of the midterms? You know, it's funny. There was a survey, Harris X survey. All right, so we don't actually have to listen to the answer there because he doesn't know. But that's what they're saying. We need Trump to be out there and, you know, his end, and his likeness and everything his money his money he's got 400 million in that save america
Starting point is 01:32:26 pack he's not doing anything with it why is that why is that president trump knows what's on the line if if if you know if this doesn't go his way he knows what's on the line why is that now granted we've still got a ways to go he could just dump all that money out there all at once and say here you go guys and with the new nrc versus fec ruling out there he can he can do a lot with that money that money can do A lot compared to what it used to be able to do. I throw good money after bad. I mean, if these people think that their elections are guaranteed because President Trump is going to spend money on them, they don't have the impetus to take action in a way that will make Americans want to vote for them and get them excited to go out there and be part of the process. I mean, at this point, they haven't fixed elections.
Starting point is 01:33:17 There's a lot of people out there who are just like at this point, you know, what's the, what's the point really? You know, I mean, and I think that loss of confidence in elections is the fault of Congress at this point because ultimately they've had the opportunity to do something about it to fix it. And it's a series of simple things that could have been done. And the Senate is feckless and ballless. They have, they simply just don't have it in them. You can go the route of, you know, they're illegitimate, which I think President Trump knows better than most based on the stolen elections. They're illegitimate. But again, what's he going to throw money at them for?
Starting point is 01:34:01 So they can obfuscate him and block him for another two years, like they have this whole entire time. Like so they can do absolutely nothing for his agenda, you know, other than the one big beautiful bill, which probably was only because they, it was so freaking pork ridden that they just, everybody. got what they wanted out of it. So they're like, okay, we'll vote for this. Who cares? He knows. Trump knows damn well that if the Republicans don't win, that they're going to impeach impeach and peach and somehow, maybe, maybe they get enough
Starting point is 01:34:31 to remove him. And then what does he do? He says, you're all freaking illegitimate. Come get me. Come get me. And then what happens? And then we have a revolution. And that's when the country just says, time to go back and start this thing anew.
Starting point is 01:34:45 Let's go back to the bill of rights. And articles, you know, the original articles of the Constitution, let's start a new. Let's get rid of, you know, 11 through 20. What are we up to? 26. 25. 25th Amendment was last. No, 26. I don't know. All right. Oh, this is great right here.
Starting point is 01:35:10 President Trump signed an executive order establishing a new federal academy, the United States Space Academy. So we've got West Point, we've got Annapolis, we've got whatever the Air Force calls that out in Colorado, and now we've got the United States Space Academy. Let's go. I think it's sweet. I think that's badass. Yeah. Absolutely love it. He says in the executive order or the presidential action 8 proclamation, he says just a couple lines here to continue to lead the world in space exploration and technology while securing and defending our national interest in space, the nation must. prepare for the next generation of astronauts, scientists, engineers, operators, entrepreneurs, civil servants, and war fighters, and ensure that they are capable of advancing American interest in space. Therefore, there's my administration's policy to strengthen the nation's space workforce by expanding opportunities to educate and develop the next generation of leaders across the space domain. Love it. I get it. We had an Iranian parliament IRGC member just dropped dead during a speech of a heart attack.
Starting point is 01:36:25 Dead. Indeed. Allegedly. Allegedly. Yeah, I saw that was reported as an attack. His death is being attributed to the United States. And I'm not sure exactly what is being used to back up that assertion. But, I mean, you know, he's old.
Starting point is 01:37:02 It didn't look like he had any teeth. I mean, I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility. He just had a heart attack. Yeah. Maybe, maybe. Yeah. We do have the hard attack gun. We found that out from the,
Starting point is 01:37:12 Well, you know, you'd have to get somebody in the crowd that could use it. And I mean, I don't know how likely that would be. But, you know, there's obviously many, many newer types of technology that could be used to kill somebody at a distance. Of that, I am certain. But I just, I don't know. I haven't seen the United States claim responsibility for that or anything. I've just seen people suggest it. Cairo's in the chat, heart attack gun.
Starting point is 01:37:41 Yeah, that's from the church committee. back in the 70s. Yeah. That was from the 70s, man. They said it would kill you before you could even feel the pain. That's right. Well, you wouldn't even feel any pain. I mean, it's basically just like an ice dart.
Starting point is 01:37:56 Yeah, it goes right in. Maybe you feel like a bug bite, but that's it. Didn't they say the gun was electric too? So it made zero sound. Yeah, yeah. There was no sound. Yeah. There's no sound.
Starting point is 01:38:08 So that's crazy. And then we could just mention this. I don't particularly care. I know John talked about it, I think, on Saturday night with Chris. Ex-White House teleprompter operator to pay $172,000 to settle CFTC probe. Apparently, the guy was like betting on things that Trump would say. Yes. Polymarket bets. And he was writing the speech or putting it into the teleprompter.
Starting point is 01:38:36 Yeah. So he would read it ahead of time. The way they caught him is because not only was he winning on something so, specific, but because when Trump would weave and he would deviate from the script, he would quickly go in and then like cancel his bet, basically, because he's like, oh, now I know Trump is not going to say that word and I don't want to lose. So, yeah, it was, it was pretty obvious. Wow. Yeah. Scumback. And then this is a man, what a, what a heartbreaking story. This is. mother who ran back into burning St. Paul Duplex to save her daughter has died. And apparently this woman, she had three babies and a grandbaby.
Starting point is 01:39:22 She's 38 as a grandchild. But yeah, there was a fire. She got her daughters out and one of them was still in the house and she ran back in and was unable to get the daughter out. So she shielded her daughter with her body. and firefighters said that she had about 50% of her body was covered in burns probably her back and that she died they tried to do CPR on scene and she couldn't the the daughter was fine made it out alive and everything but the mother did not make it out so that's terrible
Starting point is 01:39:56 yeah what a shitty way to end the show is there anything somebody give me some good news before we end the show somebody i don't know i'll keep an eye i don't think there's any more rants on that. I meant to start the show with that, but then we were in a good mood to start the show too. So, oh, well, all right. Smash the thumbs up, guys. If you have not done so already, why Cromes is coming up and football season's back. We had our draft last night. How you, you were in the draft, right? Not at all because I don't know anything about football. And if I was given a team, I wouldn't even know where to place them. Dude, that is sometimes the best. Like, you should have joined. We would have given you an exemption from the, the,
Starting point is 01:40:37 the the uh if he came in the last place we would have given you an exemption from the humiliation ritual okay okay because maybe next year fantasy football is famous for that i would have laugh my ass off if you won the whole thing like i i'll i'll do it next time i'll do it next time i feel like we should just like we could give you cam's team like cam was only drafting white people for like the first like he he he he accent drafted Josh Jacobs as his first pick and Josh Jacobs was just put on suspension for a domestic violence incident like literally right before the draft. They're like he's he's out for an indefinite amount of time. Oh man.
Starting point is 01:41:20 And Cam auto drafted him as his first pick. That's funny. All right, guys. Stay tuned. We've got Y-Crumbs's coming up here at one, Daily Herald at one, followed by Alphas make sandwiches. You can hang out with my wife. She'll probably talk shit. I don't know why, but she likes to.
Starting point is 01:41:37 to do that. And then you've got your show at five and baseless conspiracies at 1030. That's right, both. All right. So be sure to check all that out. Again, smash that thumb if you have not done so. And thank you guys all so much for tuning in. We greatly appreciate it. I'll see you guys in about an hour and 15 minutes. Peace.
