Badlands Media - Badlands Daily: 9/10/26 - Trump's 5K Dividend, Elaine Chao's CCP Ties & Missouri Map Showdown

Episode Date: September 10, 2026

CannCon and Alpha Warrior break down the most talked about moment from last night's convention, President Trump's proposed five thousand dollar tariff dividend for every adult, with a very specific ca...tch about where you are allowed to spend it. That sparks a genuinely spirited disagreement between the hosts about dividends versus entitlements that runs longer than either of them planned. From there it is a Daily Caller report on Mitch McConnell's wife holding appointments from CCP linked organizations while serving in the Cabinet, followed by geopolitics on a Trump and Putin call about ending the Ukraine war, new construction at Iran's Pickaxe Mountain site, and a David Petraeus clip that both Marines find deeply distasteful. They close with the Missouri congressional map fight heading to the Supreme Court. Expect real friction and plenty of ribbing.

Starting point is 00:00:00 The Badlands, what are the Badlands? Explain those Badlands. That's a hell of a name. All right. Good morning, Badlandia. Welcome to Badlands Daily. It's Thursday. I'm joined by my brother from another mother of another color from another mother that is unmute.
Starting point is 00:00:24 You are unmuted, so don't forget that. And Alpha, how you doing, bud? Man, my throat's killing me, bro. I'm in the fight. was it that Seattle game last night? The Seattle game. I'm a Niners fan. I know, but not a good game for you, my man.
Starting point is 00:00:45 You're starting out 0-1 in our pick-um. Who won? Who did I pick? You picked the Patriots. Me and Cam picked the Seahawk. Damn, the Seahawks won. Not one of the Seahawks to lose because they're in my division. What an interception to end the game.
Starting point is 00:01:00 Did you watch the game? saw some highlights but I didn't I didn't finish it so and it ended with like 20 seconds left new England was in field goal range to tie it up and Drake may gets gets rushed out of the pocket and takes a back foot throw into the end zone and it gets intercepted the guy made a a catch that if you're a wide receiver you'd have been like damn that's a good cat toe tapping and everything you know uh like his momentum was taking him out of bounds. Didn't Seattle's quarterback get hurt, though?
Starting point is 00:01:36 Yeah, Sam Darnal got hurt in the first quarter. Yeah, when I saw that, I was doing the show with colonels. When I saw the highlight on my phone, I was just like, oh, the Patriots got it. Like Seattle even must their quarterback. Man, that sucks. Dude, the whole first half of that game was, the whole game was straight up defense. The whole game was just straight up defense. And then, you know, they ended up getting some things together.
Starting point is 00:01:59 A.J. Brown got hurt as well. so he was out with an ankle injury for New England. So I think I'd rather have Sam Darnold than A.J. Brown, but my boy, Romeo Dobbs, did not look so hot last night, but Drake May did not look good. Drake May did not look very good last night. But anyways, there you go. He looks shitty in the Super Bowl.
Starting point is 00:02:21 Yeah, yeah. So he checked up where he left off. He's had a bad couple weeks, you know, when you take the time and put it together. he's had a bad few weeks in the NFL um got your boys playing tonight or girls i should say over in melbourne australia haters gonna hate how do we mess that up on on wycromes when we were doing it we were like oh we're gonna have to wake up at 10 a.m. to watch the game at 8 30 how do we mess that up it was somebody in the chat that said they knew the time but it wasn't jacky's fault she was correct in the time but i don't know what whatever happened
Starting point is 00:03:00 And, you know, maybe Australia has like, isn't Australia have like three time zones too, though? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, but at least two. I think we went back in time. So instead of going ahead. So I don't, the game's probably like 10 a.m. over there.
Starting point is 00:03:15 Because they're 14 hours difference. So or. There you go. That is a really good question. Let's get into our sponsor while I look that up. And we'll talk about some soft disclosure. Court is now in session. Your Honor, the defense calls Mr. Dry Skin
Starting point is 00:03:34 G money to the stand. We're going to pretend I didn't hear that. Mr. Dry Skin, isn't it true that soft disclosure is proudly made right here in the United States while directly supporting six American small businesses? I reckon? Isn't it also true that soft disclosure is made with honest natural ingredients
Starting point is 00:03:55 without the harsh chemicals so many people are trying to avoid? Unfortunately. And isn't it true, it's made with the help of adorable baby goats? Can't argue with the goats. The goat reminds the gallery that Lobstock will conduct themselves appropriately. Bless your flaky little heart, Mr. Dryskin. Your Honor, the defense would like to submit Exhibit A.
Starting point is 00:04:17 Proceed. Cindy H writes, honestly, the best lotion I've ever used. Exhibit A is admitted. Exhibit B. I use it on my face and hands, get compliments on looking much younger. Mr. Drake, I appreciate your enthusiast. Not greasy at all. Clean feel compared to other lotions. Vanilla citrus has a nice light sense.
Starting point is 00:04:37 Well, that is just showing on. Tyrone writes, I find myself hydrating my elbows and moisturizing my soul a lot more frequently now. The defense rests. All right, softdisclosure.com. promo code justice gets you 15% off. Help all of us here at Badlands, as well as numerous number of small businesses throughout America. American made all natural soft
Starting point is 00:05:16 disclosure. Fantastic products got my lotion right up here. Got my package with my new beard oil and my mint deodorant yesterday. So I'm excited about getting those products. I also had some lip balm thrown in there, which was very nice of the folks at soft disclosure. That stuff's good. It's fantastic. It's fantastic. I love it, man. So your team's playing at 1035. AM in Melbourne. So we had the times backwards. So we thought it was an 835 game over there started. And when we when we when we looked and saw 835, we probably assumed that was Melbourne time instead of like our time. And so yeah, I don't know. Or maybe I don't know. Maybe we thought it was 1030 over there. Either way, it is what it is. You will be on sit rep during the game. That sucks. First game of the season.
Starting point is 00:06:05 You're getting it out of the way at least. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You're getting it out. Like I'm still not. going to be watching it i will be a football widow tonight on sit rep maybe we'll just open up the phones and and throw the streamyard link in the chat and just let people come in and carry the show for this is what you guys are going to see the whole time pretty much with either a happy face or angry face even if he comes in he's like hey don't tell me i pause the game i will spoil the crap out of it so he's going to have to watch it live who knows by 835 you know we might actually know that San Fran's out of it because the whole team might get hurt on like the first series.
Starting point is 00:06:47 They got hurt on the flight. No, they're playing in another country, bro, so they're good. Oh, no radioactive AT&T towers nearby to get them hurt. Okay, let's hit one more sponsor and then we'll get into the show, guys. What if your morning coffee could do more than just wake you up? Starting point is 00:08:17 trump coming out there a rally baby the rally pretty much uh here was the uh opening here and friends distinguished guests vice president vance and the proud citizens of the united states of america Welcome to the first ever midterm convention of any party. And for- All right, so first time ever, he had some secretary cabinet members there. A lot of people in the mainstream, Mockingbird media, are reeing over that because they're not supposed to,
Starting point is 00:09:00 you know, be out on the campaign trail. Like we talked about with Hegg Seth, but they didn't introduce them as secretaries. They just introduced them as their names, you know, whatever. So they're there on their own accord, basically, showing support for their president. So good stuff there. I only really had two key takeaways. I don't know if you had any that you wanted to cover, but it was very much a campaign speech,
Starting point is 00:09:25 you know, like a typical Trump rally speech. It was a rally. Let's just call it what it was. It was a rally with some different logistics to it. So they called it a convention. Yeah, there you go. And some additional support in the speaking. in the speaking realm.
Starting point is 00:09:40 Here was President Trump. Listen to the crowd's reaction when he brings up Senator John Thune. And John Thune is here from the Senate. Where's John? Where's John? No, no.
Starting point is 00:09:52 John is working hard. He's got great opposition. He's got great opposition from the Democrat. Schumer and these guys are terrible. Got great opposition. He's working very hard. He's going to have,
Starting point is 00:10:07 He's going to have great success. You watch. We are going to have great, great success with our Republican senators. And by the way, we have great, we have great Republican senators. David, thank you for being here. Eric, thank you for being here. I'm looking at our people over there. All right.
Starting point is 00:10:29 So John Thune's getting railed on, but President Trump's like, no, no, no, no, no. Give him a little bit of leeway here. He's being presidential. I don't know. Maybe, you know, it's it's kind of like a reminder of what President Trump is able to do to John Thune's career if he so wants to, right? I mean, President Trump has that power. Or it's like you're, you know, you're on the way to barbecue with friends and your wife or your girlfriend's had you pissed off all day. You're arguing in the car. and then you get to the barbecue and your buddy's like hey how are you guys doing you know
Starting point is 00:11:12 how's mrs cancunner mrs alpha and you're like great they're the sweetest woman I'm so lucky I'm so blessed we're gonna have a great week you guys have just been in like fight you know you're just like it's Trump man
Starting point is 00:11:29 not me I'm the guy that's like F if I care ask her ask her how we're doing the dexter approach bro it's it's trump he's he's got to make the moves and say the things he needs to say but he also can't show that there's complete fallout within the party because that that would affect me terms yeah let's uh so so that's the same concept you know we've been talking me and ash and uh and then on the solo show on tuesday i've been talking about the narratives they're being laid out in the mainstream mockingbird media uh about how you
Starting point is 00:12:05 know, a lot of the GOP are not going to attend this because Trump is now toxic to them and they can't. They got to stay away from him. And they always mention people like Susan Collins who wouldn't have attended even if they were on the best of terms. She is a staunch Trump derangement syndrome sufferer to the fullest extent you can imagine. She's also one of the most contested seats that we're going to see, you know, what used to be considered relatively safe. and now she's, I don't know, probably going to lose Maine. Wouldn't be, who cares? But here is the media asking President Trump before he got in Air Force One about that same scenario.
Starting point is 00:12:50 So she's asking about why these Republicans are not attending the convention. Everybody's coming to the convention. Everybody wants to come, but we only want. And the people that are coming, by the way, we're going to be sold out tonight just so you understand. Who are you with? ABC fake news. What are the worst? You are the worst of all, in my opinion. The reason that some people are not coming is because we don't have room for 500 politicians.
Starting point is 00:13:16 We have room for the ones that have a close race if they're slightly behind or slightly ahead or tied. But we don't have room for people that are 35 points up and don't need to be there. We said stay back in campaign. Every politician that we've wanted to be there is there. Now, one thing that I'll say. saying, without saying too much, is that statement he's saying about, you know, ones that are one point behind, one point ahead, or, you know, they're tied in the threshold. That tells me with absolute 110% confidence, he's communicating with a certain group of people. They,
Starting point is 00:14:00 that talk about a lot of stuff that you and Ash talk about when it comes regards to the elections. but more into the tactical strategic way of approaching it. That specific statement he made lets me know with, I'm telling you, a thousand percent confidence he's working with those people. When I heard him make that statement, I was already confident that this relationship was what I thought it was. That gave me unequivocal confidence. Why won't you say who you're referring to?
Starting point is 00:14:31 Because I won't. Why? Because I don't know if I have that permission. I observed it in confidence, and I don't know if I have the, I don't know if I have permission to share that outside of that. Gotcha. Making a very strange appearance, we had John Federman. Hey, room of Republicans in Dallas. Yes, I'm Senator John Federman, Pennsylvania.
Starting point is 00:14:55 Yes, I'm a Democrat. Why am I here talking to you today? Because, well, I'm a common sense Democrat. I'm always going to stand with America. I'm always going to reject the extremes and socialism and that anti-American way of life. Dave McCormick is the kind of senator that gets the job done, and he's going to fight for Pennsylvania.
Starting point is 00:15:19 I'm proud to count him as my friend. Right back over my shoulder, that's the iconic U.S. Steel Mill. And that's exactly the kind of thing that will work together and we'll work with President Trump to fight and defend the steel way of life right here in the Steel Valley. I have this opportunity to introduce this great American, a great senator, and yes, he's in a different party, but I'm proud to count him as my great friend. So for everybody in Dallas, I'm here to introduce Dave McCormick. He was good.
Starting point is 00:15:56 I was listening to that last night. I was like, is this AI? Like I was listening. I wasn't watching so I didn't see the visual. I was like, is this AI? Like, this is so, man, like with a Democrat coming out and endorsing Kurt, he's an incumbent. So it's not like they're going to be adding a seat here. They have Dave McCormick's the incumbent in Pennsylvania.
Starting point is 00:16:21 So to have a Democrat come out and support a Republican is, uh, you. you know, kind of like makes you PNG persona non grata in the Democratic Party from that moment on. So how long now, Alpha, until we start seeing a lot of these like leftist influencers and podcasters and everything else, start to point out Fetterman's delinquencies in terms of his cognitive abilities and functions? I mean, I don't think it takes. It's, do they want to spend the time attacking Federman on an endorsement that doesn't really matter, you know, or do they want to, you know, use their energy in those tight races that Trump's talking about? I think you have a few of the, like, I think the organic ones probably will.
Starting point is 00:17:10 Like, you know, like the organic leftist podcasters, I think you see them come after Federman, but the ones that are, you know, that run off a script, I don't think we, I think we see a little attention to him. I just it's funny bro it's hilarious uncle fester
Starting point is 00:17:29 I just look I'm not I know everybody wants to be like oh fettermint's totally base now because he's doing all these really cool now listen he's he's made some base statements and he's done some things we like
Starting point is 00:17:42 but he still stands for a lot of things we don't agree with yeah I'll take him over the other Democrats like if I had to choose Yeah, you know, he's he's not a Republican. It's fun that joke about it, but he's not a Republican. He's not a conservative. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:00 So let's get into the most controversial statements that were made last night. I'm hearing feedback. Are you listening to something? No. No. I'm hearing something. That's weird. Okay.
Starting point is 00:18:18 Let's jump into the most controversial statement here from President Trump last night. But the only good. condition on the payment of this dividend that we're going to be making. So it's $5,000 to every adult. The only caveat I have is that the dividend that we're making must be spent in the United States of America. We don't want you. We don't want you going to Canada to spend the money. We don't want you going to China, to Germany. You got to spend the money in the United States of America. In other words, If the Republicans win, if you win, we might not win.
Starting point is 00:19:04 The reason the Democrats can't do that is because they don't do tariffs, they don't take in money. All they know is poverty and how to ruin our country. But we're making a fortune. So if the Republicans win, you win with us and you get $5,000. It will be called the Trump dividend. We'll call it the Trump. All right. So that one has people melting down on both sides.
Starting point is 00:19:35 Give me my money. All sides of political aisle. Give me my money. Yeah. So here's the thing. There's a lot of people who don't understand what a dividend is. Okay. This is not going to add anything to the debt.
Starting point is 00:19:54 If it's a dividend, if it's a dividend, it is not going to add anything. to the debt. It comes from the tariffs. It comes from the tariffs if it's a dividend. Also, if it actually takes place. So the two biggest things that I've seen online from both sides of the political spectrum on this is that this is going to add $1.3 trillion to the debt.
Starting point is 00:20:19 No, it won't. And that it's a bribe. No, it's not. This is no different than a politician going out there promising to lower your taxes. Like if Trump would have come out and said, I'm going to give you a $5,000 tax cut, it'd have been like, okay, that's fine. You can do that. But to give you $5,000, you can't do that off of tariffs, which is a tax incentive, right? It's an incentive to detax, to lower taxes for Americans by instead charging into corporations
Starting point is 00:20:45 and decide to ship their businesses overseas. It is not going to increase our deficit, excuse me, our debt, nor our deficit. It could actually be used to lower the deficit. Now, that's the issue that I have. And my biggest issue with this is the Supreme Court's already ruled on the IEPA tariffs and said that they're not, he doesn't have that authority. Now, perhaps if they regain or maintain, I should say, both chambers of Congress, for some reason we'll believe that all of a sudden they'll actually lose their fecklessness and become relevant and actually do something to, you know, promote President Trump's agenda. maybe that's the case and IEPA gets repealed or his tariffs get signed into law. The 301 and the 232 tariffs are still in place. So there is revenue coming in from those.
Starting point is 00:21:37 However, maybe President Trump has a plan to go even more, you know, crazy with the tariffs. Who knows? But, you know, what we're seeing about this is not good information. Like people just see this and they automatically freak out. So I'll land that there before we get into the next issue and see if you want to comment on that. No. Like I said, it's come from the tariffs. It's not tax. It's not going to affect our debt. And again, the whole point of him saying, you know, we got to win both for it to happen is because of the argument that you just made. You know, like there's certain things that have to happen. And he understands the condition of that.
Starting point is 00:22:16 So no, I agree with what you said there. Yeah, I mean, this has always been the concept. Now, I personally, personally, I would rather see it come in, forms of tax breaks, right, like tax cuts. And you could even start with the lower brackets and excuse me and work your way up, maybe not incentivizing the tax across the board. But we are $41 trillion in debt, even though I believe the Federal Reserve is an illegitimate institution and should be overturned or overthrown and abolished into the relics of the Marianas trench. But, you know, it is what it is. It's still there. We are $41 trillion in debt. and 1.3 trillion to and he says it would be to all Americans which is you know um uh if it went to
Starting point is 00:23:03 all Americans it would be uh what is that like 270 million people allegedly I don't know I think he's probably referencing all like Americans of that have at some point paid into the tax system that's kind of what I was thinking and I think the last time I checked and I'm going off the top of my head here I think it's about 140 million people pay income tax. And so 140 million, $5,000 you're looking at $700 billion, I think, give or take, $700 billion. Now, a dividend is usually just a small little part of revenue. But this would be almost entirely what we've seen so far from the tariffs. Now, a lot of people are saying, well, you guys were just saying, you can't give
Starting point is 00:23:53 the $9,000 per year to mothers to stay at home. Well, yeah, but that's a social program. That's not, that's not a dividend for a great down program. No, it's not. It's a terrible. That's a great damn program. It's a great problem. Yeah, you guys confuse me. You guys want him to pay down a debt in a system that you guys say is fake and fraudulent, which, yes, I want him to get rid of the Fed. So why have the president, our president, direct these funds that we're getting from revenue of tariffs and other sources potentially into that when he's saying no i'm going to give it to the american maybe the president is signaling that he knows we don't have to worry about that debt because it's irrelevant and i'm going to get the money into the hands of the american people especially
Starting point is 00:24:38 after what we've been subjected to for the last couple of years that nine thousand dollars isn't coming from dividends no i'm not i'm not saying it's that's a socialized program so if you're if you're in support of socialism when it appeals to you then then that's so be it but i'm you know i stand firm like when I say no socialism I mean no socialism no socialism the extent to my socialism is is so the kids at school they get free lunch because their parents are under income you're against that that's if it's localized then no that's so local socialism's okay if they if the locality votes on it then that's their prerogative I and and I'm not a fan of the I wouldn't vote for it we voted for the
Starting point is 00:25:20 president that's a movie's going to make why are we going to We voted for a president that said we will never be a socialist country. We are very much a socialist country. It's not, here's the thing. And this is why you got to allow this president to play into the gray area. What is what is the what is if you had to go back in time to look at where a lot of the fallout in this country came, specifically culturally, it was the destruction of the nuclear family. If Trump provides an incentive, whether you like the way he goes about it or not, if he
Starting point is 00:25:52 provides an incentive that is going to bring moms or maybe in some cases fathers but you know he's you could tell the direction he's aiming it is that to put moms back into the home so that moms are raising the kids not these compromised institutions that he's going to try to fix but it's going to take a while to fix so if he's going to put moms back in the home to get these kids out of the school system that's making them support socialism and communism how can we be against that Like there's there's only certain ways he can go about that. And this is one of those ways. Why would we push back against it?
Starting point is 00:26:27 That's retarded. I think you're misunderstanding my position. I don't think we shouldn't be incentivizing the schools either. We should not, the federal government should not be incentivizing daycares to take care of children. I'm not talking about, you misunderstood me. I'm not talking about the school daycare system.
Starting point is 00:26:44 You're saying the actual curriculum of the school. But the federal government shouldn't be involved in that either. I agree with you. it's going to take time to unravel that. And in that time of unraveling, they're going there and they're compromising our kids. Like there's evidence of that. So if he's coming up with an immediate strategy to incentivize parents to be like, let's get, okay, listen, hey, hon, I can keep my kid home. I can go from full time to part time or I can just go from, you know, I can just completely leave my job because this is the only difference we need. And I'll start teaching, you know, Judy and Joe here at
Starting point is 00:27:21 home and make sure that we got them in a Christian mindset made them you know we're not they're not getting fed this trans shit this other stuff you know they're not getting like they're not getting like they're not getting that why wouldn't the world we be against that like that that's still socialism you're either for socialism or you're not so and you're you're just you're just lobbying on taking socialism from here and moving socialism over here no what I'm saying is if my if my president's going to dance in the gray area if we go to war and we're in a combat situation. And we run out of, we run out of ammunition.
Starting point is 00:27:58 You know, our platoon no longer has ammunition. And all of a sudden, we go into, break into the enemy's house and we find AKs and 7662. We're like, let's load up, boys. We now have ammunition. It's the enemy's guns and it's the enemy's bullets. I'm still going to use them to kill the enemy. I'm not going to be like, no, boys, these ain't our guns and these ain't our bullets.
Starting point is 00:28:20 Like, no, why not use them? the end of me if they're trying to use these tactics to destroy america and trump has a way to go against that to use their own their own mindsets their own ideologies because guess guess what how would a leftist or a socialist have an argument against that right this is what you want and trump's going to do it for moms so it it just makes sense again again this goes into back to the conversation of if if this president got to play dirty fucking let them play dirty. You're letting them play dirty by still playing their game though. It ends their game. So by doing this 9,000, all you're doing is creating a whole subculture of people who will now
Starting point is 00:29:01 become dependent on social welfare programs in the form of stay at home moms making $9,000. And now you're now you're indebted to that. Hold on, hold on. Yeah, just let you speak for like three minutes there. Now you're now you're you're locked into that. You're going to have a whole generation of mothers who are dependent on that $9,000. And when you finally say, hey, guys, that was just a band-aid till we got rid of the daycare system and we've we cleaned that up now we've got that cleaned up you guys were taking away the $9,000 they're going to be up in arms about it you're you're just expanding social welfare or welfare programs and bringing in people who otherwise would not be engaged in social welfare and showing them hey the government will give you've created a whole class of voters that are going to vote for more incentives for themselves completely that is that is that is where it you can disagree all you'd like there's evidence to show that you're wrong that it's that were supposed to be temporary and here we are two decades later still with child tax credits. There's evidence to prove that you're wrong. Where?
Starting point is 00:29:58 Why do we need two incomes in the household? Oh, I don't agree. I don't disagree with consumerism. I don't disagree with that. But just answer the question so that the audience gets the benefit of the conversation. I can answer that question for you, because the government has subsidations in every single facet of our lives, and any time the government subsidizes a corporate, a, excuse me,
Starting point is 00:30:19 that's why we need two incomes. Anytime the government incentivizes a sector, the prices skyrocket. Medical prices skyrocket. You're talking about why we need two incomes now. I'm talking about why did we need two incomes in to begin with in the beginning. How did everything that you described in the and the and the general welfare, what was it called the, the, the FDR expansion of the bureaucracy? Because if we rewind the clock all the way to women entered the workforce. all the way back to them. Because if you guys remember, you know, we still got some people of age
Starting point is 00:30:55 in here that'll remember. A father could pay for a home, could pay for a vacation a year, could pay for two vehicles, and could pay for the kids to go to college, all on one income. All in one income. So let's ask ourselves, America, what happened? The Federal Reserve. Well, that is definitely one part of it, but that alone. It's the only part of it. No, it's not the only part of it. The Federal Reserve, without the ideological subversion of our culture, would never have worked. You had multiple things all play at the same time. That's all part of it. That's what I'm saying. That's the part I'm trying to make. The ownership of our culture is we drop up the Federal Reserve and create. So what I'm saying is,
Starting point is 00:31:31 what I'm saying is you created a culture that introduced the women, you know, the second half of the household, into the workforce. And there's this argument that we've, conservatives had made this argument. We can't go against our own arguments. We've made this argument that as women entered the workforce, we saw that the prices of housing, the prices of everything went up, but the price of someone's salary and income wasn't consistent with that. This is an argument that's always weaponized against the boomers, like that, I see that all the time. Well, you only had to pay $6,000 for a house. We've got to pay $600,000 for a house. If you go and you incentivize women getting back into the home, you're going to see that same thing in reverse. Because now if people want to
Starting point is 00:32:16 still sell homes, that they still want to sell that. You're going to see, and this is, again, because I agree with you, there's multiple things in play. It's a system. That's what Trump's doing with everything. You're going to see, what is he doing? He's attacking the LNG and the gas and all that. And what are they doing? They're still trying to keep gas prices high.
Starting point is 00:32:36 He's doing everything that they've done to our culture to raise prices. He's doing it in reverse. And if you incentivize women to get back into the home, you're going to see those house. household incomes, yeah, they're not going to be a $1 million or $1.5 million anymore. The household incomes are going to start to drop because people are going to make the sacrifice of, yeah, maybe we can't afford that, but we're securing the mind of our child and our child's education. And you're going to see things adjusts with that. You're creating a welfare dependent state. The women entered the workforce.
Starting point is 00:33:08 Women entered the workforce, not because of the prices. Excuse me, the women entering the workforce isn't what drove the prices up. The prices going up is what drove women into the workforce. And all of this reversed. That's not true. It was the war. The wars will put them in the workforce. All the men were gone.
Starting point is 00:33:27 Yeah. And then the system capitalized on that. That was a temporary thing. The system capitalized, yes. The capitalization. Yeah, it was a temporary thing that was part of their moves because they knew what they were going to do. They knew what the plan was.
Starting point is 00:33:43 The whole plan, the whole plan has been. for the Federal Reserve to continue to print money, to inflate its own worth, to inflate its own value, to keep us in perpetual debt. And in order to do that, consumerism, you have to have exponential growth without, without, and in the United States, without resources, as Trump is alluding to with the tariffs. That is one of the biggest pushbacks against the Federal Reserve system. And again, you're not making a dependent family because you're only raising a kid a limited time anyways. You've got 18 years, dude.
Starting point is 00:34:19 Your kid's not in school for 18 years. This doesn't go to homeschool parents? Well, yeah, but you're still not in home. You're not in homeschool from the age of one month. It starts in preschool. This whole system goes all the way back to the way. So, what, three? Okay, so three years old.
Starting point is 00:34:34 So 15 years, excuse me. But it's still, it's still. It's still, it's still. 15 years, $9,000 is $1.45 million per family. A small price to pay to keep an American from becoming a socialist, Marxist, which is what you're saying you have an issue. You get out of socialism by spreading socialism. Okay. You get out of socialism by not letting people being indoctrinated into it.
Starting point is 00:34:56 And again, by just making them get into it. Again, you're looking at like this is something that's going to be permanent. If, again, what I'm saying is have faith in your president. If he's doing this is because he understands the concept of changing our culture back. So again, and this is very subjective. You can't prove this, but I would just say, look at everything else he's done. And when you zoom out, there's the red flags of what the deep state has done are a good argument to show that Trump's trying to reverse it. And what I'm looking at is that he is trying to change the culture of our country to put mothers back in the home, which is something we've all said we wanted.
Starting point is 00:35:37 He's incentivizing mothers, you know, or potentially fathers, right, to teach their kids instead of the public school system. Now, does that mean that Trump wants to do away with the public system? No. The public system is not intended to be bad. It got captured. So what I'm seeing, what my take on this is, is what we're going to see maybe the span of a decade, maybe it's two decades. We're going to see this culture change of women coming back into the home. And in that we're going to see that these schools now, they're going to have to figure out how do we get these kids back into our public school system so that we're getting that money that we're getting for the kids, right? Because there's a lot of different moving parts here, and I get that. So that means either the school is going to have to concede to the new culture that Trump and MAGA and America First and conservatives wants, or they're going to lose the kids. He's forcing a fight. And if the schools try to hold out, well, then parents are at home with their kids.
Starting point is 00:36:37 That is a win for us because ultimately what happens in that win. Those kids come out. Maybe those kids go into trades. Maybe we have a generation or two. Again, I don't know how long this takes, but maybe you have a window there where, yeah, you have this for 10 or 20 years. But if the outcome of that, of that is that now it's a natural thing and you don't have to incentivize it anymore because this is the culture of America, which is what I think is
Starting point is 00:37:04 going to eventually happen. I think we're going to see that either it's not pulled through a social program or maybe it is later pulled through a program like dividends. I don't know. But what I don't see Trump making this something that's permanent. He's changing the culture and we want that. It is permanent. Anytime you give somebody something that's permanent, it's not supposed to be permanent with a federal government, it becomes permanent. The Patriot Act, you can go all the way back. I mean, you just look at anything. So are you saying, so are you saying Trump is the same as all of them? No, I'm saying Trump is probably most likely gone in two years, maybe six years if something comes of fruition. And then it's gone.
Starting point is 00:37:43 So why do we say if we're giving Trump something, it's going to be there forever? Then what we're saying is Trump's no different than every other administration that's been here. Now, if that's your position, then, yeah, I'll agree with you. If you're saying that Trump is no different than every other administration, I agree with you. Not at all seeing that. I'm saying you can't fix socialism by introducing more socialism. That's the bottom line. It's the bottom line.
Starting point is 00:38:07 You've never did that. You're trying to say that he's trying to, you're saying he's trying to fix socialism. I'm saying he's trying to fix the culture. You're not going to fix fixing the culture. That's not up to the president. That's not up to the president. The president can fix the culture simply by defunding
Starting point is 00:38:23 the Department of Education and stopping federal subsidization of our schools. If they want to do this at the local level, make them funded at the local level. And good luck with that. It's a lot more difficult to manipulate schools at a local level than it is at the federal level. And if he does that and the schools say, well, now we just can't take, we can't teach your kids, what's going to happen? Then parents will have to teach him from home. And how are they going to do that when they don't have the income to sustain?
Starting point is 00:38:49 We got to move on, bro. We can talk about this on another show. But you're, but you guys don't think out. Trump's plan, more socialism is going to end socialism is literally your argument. And your argument and your and your and your, and you're, and you're, argument you guys yes you're thinking one step instead of 20 steps ahead if Trump comes in and he don't always think 20 steps ahead and never get past three we won't be no I get past the three I'm just willing to do whatever I got to take to get past the three if Trump goes into funds the
Starting point is 00:39:17 entire public system and the public says like you're saying and the school system says we can no longer teach or sustain your kids your kids got to stay home because that's what would happen we both agree on that part so now the kids at home so now one of the parents has to stay home If the income, hey, we got to move on. Well, just one, let me just land this point. You've had, you've had 10 minutes of me basically uninterrupted. Okay, but let me just land this point. It's quick.
Starting point is 00:39:42 If the school says we can't teach your kid, so now your kids your responsibility, and I agree with you, that would happen. But if the parents don't have the income to sustain that, that means one parent has to quit. And if one parent has to quit their job because they got to take care of the kid, they can't leave the kid alone. Now all of a sudden, how do they pay their mortgage? How do they pay their insurance?
Starting point is 00:40:00 how do they pay their groceries? No, you collapse society like that. You can't do it that way. Yeah. Snap was the same thing. And it's not here no more. The other argument that they're making it is a bribe and I don't even want to bring that up because I'm very curious how me and Alpha could possibly disagree that it's not a bribe, but somehow he'll find a way to disagree with me on that. It's not, it's not a bribe. People are saying that he's bribing people to vote. Again, I think I said that when we started that like president politicians go out there all the time we're going to cut your taxes
Starting point is 00:40:32 that's the same thing it's just a different way of of saying it um and i don't have you seen any other pushback on this thing i don't which one on the five thousand dollars um just not with that don't bring that up again no the only the only pushback i've seen on is we still haven't got our two thousand dollars and all this other stuff he's not done with this presidency well and also he's had the iipa and everything else that's been repealed. That's the curious thing to me is when you look at, because that was my first thing is, is looking at the numbers and the numbers and the dividends, the tariffs, don't justify 1.3 trillion, or even if it's 700 billion, doesn't justify the 700 billion to pay out in
Starting point is 00:41:16 dividends. And so that, to me, was signaled that he's got other plans up his, up his sleeve for this. perhaps it's maybe seeing some of those foreign investments into the U.S. into our infrastructure coming into fruition as well. Or perhaps we're going to have a major pipeline on our great state of Alaska, which is going to pull a lot of the customers that we have like Japan and all those from East Asia. That could be it as well. We are reading rants that are relevant to the conversation as we go. So let me just hit these real quick here.
Starting point is 00:41:48 Simple Sam, given we collect maybe 200 billion in tariffs that we pay anyways, we will add a trillion to the deficit to pay this and there is zero chance any Congress approves it. That's what we just addressed. What you said makes no sense. You pay a dividend when you have excess earnings and cash. The U.S. would have to print money to pay it like COVID money. No, the U.S. would not, the tariff money would be completely separate. He's not saying we're going to abolish the income tax.
Starting point is 00:42:12 Okay. The income tax is what's tied directly to the Federal Reserve at this point. If the tariff money is dividends, it would come specifically from the excess of tariffs. Not from, you know, the Federal Reserve, essentially. R.L. Skeeter, Cancon, and Alpha, would the $5,000 be taxable income? I think dividends are taxable. I'm not positive. I don't know. Yeah, I believe it's considered an ROI and so therefore it is taxable.
Starting point is 00:42:38 Q of Swords, CanCon, how is returning money stolen from us socialism? I'm not saying the 5,000 is socialism. That's not socialism. That's a dividend. The 9,000 is socialism, paying parents to stay at home. That's coming from socialized, incentivized programs. So I'm not sure where you're going with that Skeeter. Okay. Let's get into this story here.
Starting point is 00:43:02 I had this one up yesterday, the Daily Caller. Mitch McConnell's wife, Elaine Chow, held appointments from the CCP organizations while serving in the cabinet. Before you read the article, go back up to the image. Yep. I got to know, man. somebody mentioned this to me and I was like holy shit right so I'm curious if you guys are the audience will think this when you picture mixed mickon on your head is this not the image you see
Starting point is 00:43:28 it's like this is the image has now been like stamped yeah I'm with you but you know who he reminds me have you ever watched beetle juice I did I remember beetle juice I'm thinking which character you remember when they're like waiting in the lobby and like they turn their faces they make their faces like really long i don't know why but he reminds me like that face reminds me of that i don't i don't know why in in beetle juice i anyways um so cp officials appointed mitch mcconnell's wife to multiple government positions government positions many of which partially overlapped with her two u.s cabinet posting according to chinese government and state media reports uh elaine chow has held numerous u.s government positions since the 80s including serving as the
Starting point is 00:44:16 Department of Labor Secretary throughout W. Bush's tenure and the Department of Transportation Secretary during President Trump's first term. After resigning from the Trump administration, Chao then served on the board of EV charging company charge point between 2021 and 26, and is now listed as a distinguished fellow at the Hudson Institute. But Chao has also received at least four Chinese government positions since 2008, including within arms of arm's length of a CCP influence, including within arms of a CCP influence and intelligence agency called the United Front Work Department, or UFWD. Beijing uses the UFWD to steer foreign policy and, quote, gain access to advanced
Starting point is 00:45:03 foreign technology. Wasn't a you and me that covered the colleges last week with the Chinese influence? Chow did not disclose any of the reported Chinese government positions during her January 27th, DOT Secretary confirmation hearing, which is required, which requires her to list all positions held within the last 10 years. Chow's late sister, very interesting situation there that you need to revisit after finding this out. Angela Chow and father James S.C. Chow, founder of shipping firm Formos Group, both also received Chinese government and UFWD arm positions. The spokesman for Chow and Formos Group denied that they held
Starting point is 00:45:44 such positions. So, Angela Chow died in a Tesla, didn't she? She's the one that it reversed back into the water, the lake or something like that, yeah. Yeah, like backed up into a lake. I forgot all about that story, man.
Starting point is 00:46:00 Yeah. She couldn't get out. It just apparently it did it like autopilited itself into a lake. It's very interesting. What was that? It was like 2020. It was June. It was during Biden.
Starting point is 00:46:14 It was during biting. And I think they said, if I remember correctly, and it could be confusing stories, like the toxicology came back and they tried to say like she was drunk or, or something like that. But no, man, that was a, that was a hit, bro. It sure sounds like a hit, man. And then what was the,
Starting point is 00:46:31 what was the Obama movie that came out on Netflix about all the, remember, leave no one behind or something like that? Leave the world behind. There you go. I think that might have been it. But the scene where the Teslas are all taken over remotely and they're just like doing their own thing. There's a bunch of influencers right now talking about.
Starting point is 00:46:53 I just went into this. Listen, the ones that I've seen where there's this no steering wheel on board, like there's not a damn chance, man. There's not a damn chance. I'm nervous about the ones that even have a steering wheel because most people don't understand steering wheels don't reach all the way to the axle no more. There's no steering column. It's all by wire. Exactly. It's all electronic now.
Starting point is 00:47:14 Yeah. It's, uh, it's all, you know, you see there was a steering column that went to the Rackin pinion and you could turn it that way. But nowadays, that steering wheel is just a remote control. That's it, man. And so even that's nerve wracking, bro. Hell yeah, it is. Um, yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:32 So that's, that's pretty crazy. And, and, you know, there was a lot of rumors. Remember when, when, when Mitch was in the, uh, the hospital, totally quote unquote in the hospital. Has anybody, have we seen him since? Did we just give up on that? He did a video. Oh. He did a video, but I think everybody was kind of like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:53 He did a video and a photo and people are just like, yeah. Yeah, yeah, bro. That's like low level AI capability right there. But yeah, I mean, that's just, so when, when, when, when, when Mitch McConnell first went in the hospital there was like a lot of concern that like people were like well elaine chow still went to china like right after and then she was like oh well it was you know a plan thing and Mitch was fine so i went and whatever you got to wonder man like if if if she's his handler or or she's being handled and she's you know ufWD uh if he gets to a dire point like that
Starting point is 00:48:36 you got to you got to go over and shore up any any you know loose ends you got to shore them up right away way before something happens to him and then, you know, maybe perhaps you lose the access or whatever the case might be. Very concerning, man. I think she, I think she did her extraction. You know, the writing was on the wall. She did her extraction. They said, nope, go back. Yeah. Yeah. Well, and you ain't done yet. Go back. And if this all turns out to be, you know, verifiably true, you know, because she is refuting it. Her spokesperson is refuting it. Um, you, You got to haul her in, man. Like, she needs to be arrested.
Starting point is 00:49:15 She lied to Congress. You know, she lied to Congress. How many of the Congress people went over there and said, oh, he's fine. I had a phone call with them. He's fine. There's a lot of people that'd be on the hook. Did you heed my advice and watch Linus yet? Not yet, man.
Starting point is 00:49:28 Not yet. I'm, I'm, I'm binging on this O-A show right now. Bro, it's smacking on everything that's going on right now. Fantastic stuff. All right, let's jump into this story. I had this one up a couple of these stories I had up yesterday. and I never got around to him and it's probably better for you know if the overseas geopolitics isn't really ashes thing so uh from reuters trump told putin that he wants a swift end to the ukraine
Starting point is 00:49:55 war and u.s russia ties restored according to the kremlin uh trump told putin by phone that he wanted the swift end allow and to allow u.s russia ties to be fully restored adding that putin had supported the u.s president's view um fully restored that's very interesting because we've had contentious ties with Russia historically anyways. This followed a weekend visit to Moscow and Kiev by Whitkoff and Jared Kushner. Uschikov, which is, let me, let me, he's the, the aid, the aid to the Kremlin that was speaking, says, quote, Donald Trump clearly emphasized the desirability of bringing the conflict to an end as soon as possible, which would immediately open up prospects, impressive and
Starting point is 00:50:39 far-reaching ones at that for the full restoration of relations between the U.S. and Russia, end quote. Impressive and far-reaching ones at that. Very interesting way to refer to U.S. Russian relations if this war were to end as if, you know, maybe President Trump is laying it out there. Like, we're going to be economic allies with Russia when we come out of this on the back end. have a pretty big deal with them off of Alaska. Yep, yep, yeah. Maybe we'll finally get that bridge or tunnel, whatever it is they decide on. Quote, in his view, this would have a particular impact on trade and economic ties,
Starting point is 00:51:24 promising enormous benefits for both countries. Donald Trump is keen to see a breakthrough achieved during his presidency. Putin supported this approach. Now a person close to the Kremlin, speaking on the condition of anonymity, speaking before the trip by Trump's envoy, said Putin remained intent on taking full control of the remainder of the Dhenetsk region in the eastern Ukraine, something Kiv has vowed to continue fiercely opposing with every weapon at its disposal. Putin had told Trump that Russia had no hostile intentions when it came to Europe, despite repeated claims to the contrary by various
Starting point is 00:51:57 European politicians. Uschikov added that, quote, the myths being spread about the Russian threat merely serve as a pretext for Europeans to ramp up their support for Ukraine and their own military spending almost like we kind of predicted that the expansion of the military or the continuation of the military industrial complex like yeah we got we got we got the buggy man uh russia's the big bad boogey man keep ramping up the the that money i mean russia going to war with europe would be pretty absurd um at this point in time especially with president trump in office like europe the best thing you've got to keep if if you think putin's actually going to bomb europe the best thing you've got right now is President Trump because, you know, they're boys.
Starting point is 00:52:41 I think everybody in the world understands that now. But I wanted to play. Did you want to comment on that, the phone call? Okay. I want to play this clip. Colonel Towner posted this yesterday. And this is a former Army General and CIA director, David Petraeus talking at a, we'll get into more like the organization that he's with.
Starting point is 00:53:02 But listen to what he says here about the war. And, you know, as somebody that's been to war. This is disgusting. Ukraine is not simply the largest land war in Europe since the second world worked. It is the defining military laboratory of the 21st century. Future historians, I suspect, will study it as earlier generations studied the American Civil War and the two world wars. Not because every tactical lesson will endure, but because those conflicts revealed that warfare had entered a fundamentally new era.
Starting point is 00:53:37 Europe. That is precisely what Ukraine is revealing today. So, um, there's one part in that that was pretty interesting. What's that? The world's laboratory. I mean, world's laboratory. That's, I'm like, bro, you're using these people as experiments. I mean, so, so we often talk about- I was, I was thinking more along the bio labs and shit and everything that they have. They're like, I don't think he was, I don't think so. I think it was a big. being legit man so there's a scene there's a scene in lioness uh where they're in ukraine allegedly
Starting point is 00:54:16 and uh they're on the front lines and it's it's like it would be a crossover if you watched like a world war one documentary or movie and um like watch all quiet on the eastern front or you know the first captain america yeah i would go to the captain america even though that was world war two and then watch a movie like Terminator or, you know, one with like technology. And it's a, it's a crossover between the two. Like you have trench warfare, but you also have like massive drone swarms. And, you know, that is kind of, to me, that's symbolic of the new introduction. We always talk about fifth gen warfare and, you know, the psychological warfare and all the other types of warfare that aren't kinetic warfare.
Starting point is 00:55:04 But kinetic war is going to continue on. And we're watching the transformation of, you know, what would you call it? Like a fifth gen sub one or sub alpha where you're seeing the kinetic war itself transform. And they're using this, you know, they call it the meat grinder. Again, I don't believe anywhere near the numbers. 10 to thousands of people a week are dying in Ukraine. Dude, this war's been going on for four years. They'd have no people left.
Starting point is 00:55:31 There would be nobody left on either side of the, of that. that war if those numbers were to be believed. Well, you use fifth generation warfare in order to, and I'm talking about the bad guys, obviously, to generate the kinetic warfare. That way you get rid of the remnant of people that are against it. And then, you know, once you've used fifth generation warfare to destroy your enemy
Starting point is 00:55:55 and the remaining kinetic warfare, so then you move into sixth generation warfare where, yeah, it's not kinetic no more because all they've got to do is turn off your immune system, make you starve or you know economically bleed you out which is which is where they're speaking of that since you brought up the terminator movie i think it was was it last week or the week before you know in the terminator movie where like i think sky net goes live or whatever was it was like august 20 something of 2026 like that day actually just happened the day really yeah that day from the
Starting point is 00:56:26 movie it was and then it was one of the days last it was in the last week or two so maybe like the 16th, 19th, but that day in the movie where Skynet went live has officially happened. So the day itself, I'm not saying Skynet went live or anything, but maybe. Is that like back to the future when they predicted that the Cubs and the Marlins would be playing in the National League Division series in, what was it, 2003? Like that was predicted. And the craziest thing, like if you look at it, the background of the show the mall scene and back to the future where they're at the mall and he's on the
Starting point is 00:57:06 hover skateboard there's like a scene that shows that the my the florida i think they called him miami the miami i don't know if they called them marlins but their baseball team beat chicago the crazy thing about that was we didn't have a baseball team in miami at that time in florida we didn't have the marlins when that movie came out we didn't have a team in florida at all other than no we didn't even have tampa bay devil race um and then on top of that when that when that when it finally did come around it was the florida marlins it didn't become the miami marlins till much later so you wonder maybe like there's like some time travel that they go back and they're just like hey just put this put this in your movie what why just you know just august of 2026 just just put it there put it
Starting point is 00:57:47 sounds you know just we're paying you to shut up put it all right uh so colonel tanner put this out holy shit nato and the cia really are running the ukraine war they even set up command staff as advisors to ukraine senior military commanders So Petraeus is over there on behalf of this Ares military expert council, the Allied Reform and expert support, is an advisory board created in April of 2026 by Ukraine's general staff. It reports to Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine General Alexander Sarisky. Its stated purpose is to exchange Ukrainian and international military experience, support institutional reforms in command and control, develop military science and education,
Starting point is 00:58:29 improve logistics and force sustainment and provide advisory input on other matters under the command in chief commander-in-chief's authority. It's led by Sir Richard Shereff of the UK, former Deputy Supreme Allied commander of NATO from 2011 to 2014. He's also been described as Sirisky's chief foreign military advisor and ran NATO's secret armies in Ukraine during the Maidan Revolution in 2014, 2015. that's according to Colonel Towner. And then, of course, Petraeus is on that board, former director of the CIA, and then a whole bunch of other NATO and European military,
Starting point is 00:59:09 military industrial complex cronies running all of that. Perpetuate the MIC, or the dick, as I called it, the dick. The defense industrial complex, because we're getting away from all of that. So, I don't know if you had anything
Starting point is 00:59:27 you wanted to add on that before we dude i am convinced glad he will be in the future history books oh yeah colonel colonel will have her name and some university or somehow but that is i mean that's what it is that's what it is man i agree with that 100% people like people don't understand how uh much that influences our day-to-day lives those types of things and the stories and you know again lying us like i told i told ash the season uh the the new episode this sunday and it's this isn't a spoiler but the one of the people is watching the news and he's like hey what's going on here is that you and she's like don't watch the news the news is just telling you what you want to hear or what they want you to hear in order to drive basically what we've been saying the whole time like

All right. Let's jump into this story here. Speaking of war narratives that got to keep going. CNN, thurge in construction at suspected Iranian nuclear site, analysts say, as U.S. considers ways to strike deep underground.
Starting point is 01:02:25 This is, of course, Pickax Mountain. A suspected Iranian nuclear site buried under granite has seen a flurry of construction work this year as the war with the U.S. has transpired. Pickax Mountain has been the subject of steady discussion by intelligence agencies, which view it as a likely location for Iran to protect future nuclear program efforts.
Starting point is 01:02:49 according to satellite imagery and analysis by the Center for Strategic and International Studies, there has been a, quote, clear surge in construction activity this year. Now, the center, we talk about this all the time, Center for Strategic International Studies, CSIS, is a think tank that is funded by Bill and Melinda Gates, Soros, who else we got in there? Let me see, I have it pulled up. Bill and Melinda Gates, Open Society, the Rockefellers, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, Carnegie. Who else we got in here?
Starting point is 01:03:27 Climate Works. Why are all these foundations like poking President Trump? Like that is something I just can't understand. Like they're poking him. They're like, hey, hey, that nuclear site's still there. Keep the war going. Keep the war going. I can't figure that one out.
Starting point is 01:03:46 They want an endless war. I know they want an endless war. but if we're to believe that you know Trump is dismantling the IRGC because it's a you know a globalist chill for you know control of the straight of whore moves and global energy and everything else
Starting point is 01:04:01 why would they want this to continue it's remember the movie Braveheart yes and we have the king and he says deploy our archers yes you know the guy that says but he goes Lord
Starting point is 01:04:17 our guys will still get hit he says and we have reserves deploy the archers whatever if they got to sacrifice some shit to get they know that that pick ice is something that trump came after or pickaxe not pick ice you know they know pickax is something that trump came after so if that's what they got to engage in to get them to get into this war that why not start putting having activity down there and sacrifice those guys so trump has to go in there and bomb it and then that opens a door for maybe another country or two to jump in and then capitalize on that yeah i i mean i i understand that that concept it's just yeah i don't know man i i i have a hard time wrapping my head around that like i don't know
Starting point is 01:05:05 i'm just i i missed the geopolitics ghost segment on here because he usually brings some some some interesting because i mean he lives in this world right and uh man i got to get him to come back on with this and pick his brain on why they would be trying to perpetuate this war over there. I understand that they want forever wars. I get that. It's keeps the Federal Reserve printing money, paying it off to defense contractors and everything else. You can have, if Iran becomes a stabilized country in the region, they lose everything. Yeah, totally understand that.
Starting point is 01:05:42 So whether they get a war with Iran, at a minimum, they got to make sure that it's not stabilized, at a minimum. Fair enough. Fair enough. Pickax Mountain has been under construction. We did a dig on, was it with you? Where we did a little dig on this or maybe it was a ghost like we've talked about it before. We talked about it a few times actually. Yeah, it's another one of those narrative deployments. Does pickax mountain even exist? Oh yeah, it was with you because uh you made the joke. You made the joke about how they named it. It was like pick ass or something. Oh, that was a there was a video that was a, uh, a video joke that was out there yeah i remember what you're talking about all right so let's get out of the middle east and let's get out of war uh kinetic war and let's get into trade wars from
Starting point is 01:06:27 just the news trump increases trade war with canada by banning the import of some autos dairy and alcohol he's escalated the ongoing war by uh saying no more banning the imports of some automobiles motorcycles dairy products and alcohol including non-alcoholic beers beers and sparkling wines you can keep the non-alcoholic beers and the sparkling wines i will keep although canadian beer sucks so canadian beer you guys really suck at beer if we have any canadians out there i i do apologize in advance but you guys you guys have good whiskey i mean i think you guys make good whiskey i've never had what's isn't crown royal canadian whiskey i think crown royal is canadian i don't know the measure that was signed into law excuse me the measures were signed into law
Starting point is 01:07:17 under Section 338 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and will go into effect September 29th. Trump also hit back on Canada with threats to remove Canadian products from American government purchasing contracts amid ongoing trade tensions that come after Canada retaliated against previous tariffs Trump imposed by placing its own tariffs on approximately $20 billion worth of U.S. goods, including steel, aluminum, fees, appliances, clothing, cosmetics, and farm equipment. This is not going to end well for Canada. We've said this, we've stressed this over and over again.
Starting point is 01:07:50 Canada does not in any way, shape, or form hold the cards in this battle, but they keep pretending like they do. Good luck with that. They have two powerful cards and the fact that they're not using it, shows that they don't know what they're doing. What do you think they are? Yeah, if they wanted to get Americans to be like, all right, all right, drum back off of Canada. Stop exporting your maple syrup and say, hey, we're putting a freeze.
Starting point is 01:08:17 on hockey until we figure things out and you could you'd get Americans that are like all right man I need some oh I don't know about hockey man I need some of that hockey I'll give you the maple syrup but I mean they've only got what do they have like five hockey teams every time you guys talk hockey you guys always bringing up a Canadian team so I don't know I mean well that's because Edmonton's been pretty good lately Montreal's was was pretty good last season. Toronto is typically good. They haven't been, they weren't very good last season. You know, what's some of the other teams there? You're asking you the wrong guy, man. Winnipeg. Winnipeg was pretty good last season.
Starting point is 01:09:00 But they, I think they've only got like five or six teams. All the rest of them are American teams. Now, they have said like if they, if they ban like CCM equipment and like other stuff like that, the maple syrup, I mean, I think Maine would probably appreciate it if they tear it. maple syrup to where Canadian maple syrup was no longer affordable. One way they could probably get America is by stopping their citizens from traveling here in the winter. Because there's a lot of southern places, Southern California and Southern Florida, a lot of Florida are very dependent on Canadian snowbirds for our economy, right? In Florida, we don't have a state income tax because of our sales.
Starting point is 01:09:44 tax and the ability to extract that that you know state income from the sales tax of snowbirds that come down here and you know consume products they're great snowbirds are great for the local economy they're bad for car insurance but they're great for the local they're bad for car insurance and they're bad for my sanity on the road anytime you see that blue and white license plate just turn the other way and just like they forgot to tell them like when you come to america we do miles per hour not kilometers so they see 45 kilometers they see 45 miles per hour and they're like oh that must be kilometers and they're driving their little canadian car that's in kilometers and they're like i'm doing 45 you're actually going 15 miles an hour under the speed limit get the bleep out of the
Starting point is 01:10:25 left lane and then you pull up and they're just like hey mate what's you all mad about i don't think canadians have blinkers in their car no i don't think so either um all right let's jump into this story we got an update on the missouri your eighth circuit court decision uh circuit court of appeals in the missouri congressional map uh denied to hear it so they are now appealing it to uh the supreme court are you following this case at all have you just the headlines i've been read into it okay so for those you know we've talked about the last couple days but just real quick overview uh missouri ran the 2025 map in the primary this would have removed a long time democrat congressman most likely removed him uh in the
Starting point is 01:11:14 un-jerrymandering following Morvey Harper and the Calais decision at Supreme Court. Missouri passed this law or the new map by law. They passed it in the Missouri House of Representatives. Then you got a petition that came in after the primary had already occurred and the you know, the the usage of that map had already occurred. A petition came out with 300 signatures and the Missouri Supreme Court said that it's adequate enough to call for a referendum to go on the ballot to decide whether or not they're going to veto HB1. So the people now have to vote on whether or not they want HB1, but it was passed
Starting point is 01:11:53 by the legislature, signed by the governor. It's in place. They already voted on, or they already voted once under this new map. And a federal judge says, no, the map continues. We go with the 2025 map. So now the Secretary of State is in a conflicting position. We'll get into that one in the next story. I do remember this story. Yeah. So we're seeing a face off. This is going to be really interesting how this all plays out because we're seeing a face off between the federal government and the Missouri Supreme Court here,
Starting point is 01:12:23 the state of Missouri and their sovereignty as a state. It says a group wanting to bar the state from using the 2025 map had appealed to the Federal Appeals Court. The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeal turned downed the people, not politicians, appeal meant to overrule the judge's decision. Justice Brett Kavanaugh ordered defendants, including U.S. Representative Bob Onder to respond to PMP's filing by 9 a.m. on Thursday. And then we get into this story here from the Gateway Pundit on the same case here.
Starting point is 01:12:53 Chaos in Missouri federal judge refuses to block state Supreme Court's contempt proceedings against GOP Secretary of State. Chief District Judge Stephen Clark will not stop the Missouri Supreme Court from hauling Republican Secretary of State, Denny Hoskin, in the court on Thursday morning, that's right now, over the state's congressional map fight. The secretary of state had asked the federal court to enjoin the state's high court from proceeding with a 10 a.m. Thursday show cause hearing after a Hoskin followed Clark's own temporary restraining order and instructed local election officials to use the 2025 GOP drawn map. The judge cited comity and federalism, comity meaning like recognizing the difference between like sovereign entities, the federal government, versus the state government and federalism, in joining a state Supreme Court before it even holds a hearing, Clark wrote would be a quote unquote extraordinary measure.
Starting point is 01:13:47 Quote, numerous considerations counsel this court against enjoining a state court of last resort, particularly before it even conducts a hearing. For starters, the Supreme Court of Missouri is a fellow court and a court of a separate sovereign. So you have, the secretary of state has two conflicting, restraining orders right now. the Supreme Court saying you have to use the 2022 map.
Starting point is 01:14:11 And the federal court is saying you have to use the 2025 map. Now, I don't know where this is going to go. I think this is going to be really interesting because technically the federal court's only jurisdiction on this should be what the jurisdiction the federal government has over elections in Article 1, Section 4, which is only the federal elections. Now, we are specifically talking about a congressional map, which is a federal map for a federal office. And so does the federal government, the federal, you know, the federal court in this case,
Starting point is 01:14:45 do they have jurisdiction over the congressional map for a federal office or does the state Supreme Court? Now, the Article 1 Section 4 says the time choosing and selecting of senators, but not congressmen. Like that, they leave that explicitly up to the state. So I don't know if you have any, where do you think this is going to go in terms of the battle? I don't know where that's going to go. The outcome is going to have a major ripple effect, you know, because depending which side wants to weaponize it, that that outcome is going to be important. I don't know, man. Do we get the complete separation of our elections?
Starting point is 01:15:25 I mean, is that the way that you get around this? That is, so that is what I've been calling for for probably four or five years now. I've written articles about that idea separating federal, state, and local elections. And I inevitably, I think that could be one of the outcomes of this where the Supreme Court will say, like, hey, the federal court has the authority over this. So then it would be on Missouri to say, okay, well, if the Supreme Court is going to enjoin me from enacting this map, but the federal court says it's okay, we're going to tell all of our election officials, you guys have to. to run two ballots. You have to run a ballot for, I don't know if they have a senator in Missouri that's up for elections here, but otherwise it would just be an election for the congressman in your jurisdiction and then a whole other ballot for everybody else. And I've said,
Starting point is 01:16:20 I've long said, Alpha that that is probably the most, I think that's the most effective way to do three things. One, it gives you a solid way to bring in, handmark paper ballots hand counted at the precinct level efficiently because you're only going to have maximum of three races on a federal ballot president senate and congressman every two years maximum of three races easy to count you could count that in a couple hours your state and local elections held on a separate day are not going to have nearly the turnout that you would if there was a president like a president trump or an obama or a bush on the top of the ticket drawing them to vote for your federal elections where all the campaign money is.
Starting point is 01:17:10 And so your state races will get more qualified people, potentially, qualified people voting for those people, people that are educated that have an incentive to vote. And again, handmarked, handcounted paper ballots, you don't have all the mail-in fraud that you would expect around one of these elections, right? And then the third thing is it takes a lot of money out of campaigns. And you can no longer ride the coattails of whoever your federal elected official is right you can't have um people and this happens all the time because i did i've done this before all right when i was much much younger and not really politically active i would go in and be like oh i really want to vote for george bush right so i go in there and
Starting point is 01:17:52 i'm like oh george bush is a republican let me vote for all these republicans having no idea anything about them right but but it had an r next to their name so i would vote for it you separate the elections you take away that you know that struck So I that could be an outcome of this. I would love that outcome. It could be. And I don't know if I love it, you know. Here's why is you're you.
Starting point is 01:18:22 It seems like a temporary fix because if at on the state side, the local side, if they still have compromised elections, then it's not, we're not going to get qualified people. they're just going to put who they need to put into their like it's always been and then they're going to use the the laws and the state constitutions in order to preserve what they've stolen because the laws are there to protect us so first let's steal it let's capture it and we'll protect it now they won't be able to do it at the federal level but then do we just got this constant stalemate going on i i think that if we get true transparent and fair elections none of this becomes an issue anyways because in elections that are that are not stolen you know, where we have the right representatives, you're not going to see gerrymandering.
Starting point is 01:19:07 You're not going to see these things happening because these things are all weapons of an institution that's been captured. So if we can secure our elections, then none of this stuff even needs to happen. I think you missed the part. So one of the, one of the reasons to enact that change right there is because you are reducing the burden on election officials and then you can, you have to go. Part of my plan is you go to handmarked can count paper ballots at the precinct. level. Yeah. You can at the federally, we would push that.
Starting point is 01:19:36 Think about states like California. You think they're going to push that? No, no, no, but you'll see it'll be very obvious at that point. So you can tell. No, no, no. I'm saying you can, you can point this out. So this is why when we had the conflicting battles between Talwani's Postal Service ruling in the DC Circuit's ruling where 27 states could enact the Postal Service rule, but 23 states couldn't. The reason Talwani had to come out.
Starting point is 01:20:02 Talwani had to come out and issue the nationwide injunction in violation of the CASA ruling, in my opinion, in violation of CASA, the reason she had to do that is because if the election were to proceed, where 27 states had to follow the Postal Service rules, and you see wildly different election results from what we've historically seen in those 27 states, that would be glaring on the other 23 states that still allowed the mail-in-balloting to proceed as normal. It would be the same concept here. If federal elections in California all of a sudden go to handmarked, hand-counted, ballots at the precinct level and you start seeing these dramatic changes in election outcomes. People are starting to be like, hey, is California really a red state?
Starting point is 01:20:42 Like we just elected, we just overthrew, you know, five and from Democrats to Republicans. I agree with you. Those conversations will happen, but the conversations won't change anything. Look at the recalling you some. I mean, you look at all yet, what was it, the 100,000 plus extra signatures. And then they came through and said, oh, no, we found that. that a lot of these were you know not legitimate it's like oh now you check fucking signatures right which we know that they're lying it doesn't matter the conversation if the institutions are
Starting point is 01:21:10 captured they're going to protect themselves look at newsome right now passing laws where you can't go look into the freaking the the the Medicaid fraud and the hospice fraud like that's what'll happen then is no and now we're going to pass a law to do that it's talking about the nick shirley act the oh that one the nick shirley but there's another one too that that that they pass because of what Bianco did with the, he's trying to pass. I don't know if he's past it yet. Remember when Bianca went and got the ballots
Starting point is 01:21:39 because they wanted to count them? And he passed something or he either passed it or he's trying to pass something to make, touching the ballots or going in, what he's calling interfering with them against the law. I know they did that to, well, they did that in Shasta County. Clint Curtis was on why we vote a few weeks ago.
Starting point is 01:21:57 And we talked about that. They made emergency changes there when they tried to ban the machines. and forced all the counties in California to use machines. But again, there will come a point. So right now you don't have that, you don't have that glaringly obvious discrepancy to point out to people in California. So people like you that are awake to the fraud and the cheating
Starting point is 01:22:19 are like, yeah, it's there, but how do you wake everybody else up to it? Spencer Pratt, I think that election may have opened a few eyes, you know, but you still don't have those polar opposite it's in essentially the same race. You know what I mean? So when you have those opposing results, that's an eye-opener for a lot of people,
Starting point is 01:22:45 a lot of people. Shasta, Shasta, Shasta, whatever, man. The pronunciation police are in the chat. So check this out. I didn't say that. No, no, no, not you. I said it. I said.
Starting point is 01:22:59 No, no, no, I'm the one that gets not. on for that. I asked Clint Curtis on the show. Is it Shasta or is it Shasta? And he said, yes. He said, whichever one you want, man, whichever one you want. It's it's Shasta, right? Or is that what's in dispute? I said Shasta and they said Shasta. Oh, okay. I go with Shasta just because I remember the Coke. So the Shasta sounds like something that like somebody up in like Massachusetts would say like Shasta. or Ash would say about Nevada. So, all right, check this out.
Starting point is 01:23:36 I agree with you on that one. Check this out. We played, or you and I, I think, maybe talked last week about the Postal Service going after the guys for $24 million in stolen checks. Another, this is why you can't trust the Postal Service. This is why you need tracking systems on the ballots. This mail guy was just dumping mail in an open field because he was too lazy to deliver it. We just learned of federal charges against a.
Starting point is 01:24:01 St. Louis mail carrier accused of dumping at least 30,000 pieces of mail instead of delivering it. This new indictment says 54-year-old Armand Page dumped mail in vacant, weedy lots around the area. And prosecutors say it happened from 2024 to April of this year. Page was working out of a post office on Merrimack Street in South St. Louis. For years, First Lord 4 has investigated complaints about undelivered mail. And in April, our Russell Kinsaw discovered a huge pile dumped in North City. Greaterville neighborhood. The Department of Justice says the last time Page did this was on April 29th. The same date our story aired showing this mess in North City. Yeah. Oh, you got a good job with
Starting point is 01:24:46 good benefits. Like, why, dude? It's an, I'm not going to say it's an easy job, you know, because we always compare it to the things we do, but it's a good job with good benefits and you get to interact with people. retarded. It's just retarded, man. No, man. I, I don't know. Like, but, but those are, those are the people that we need to trust with ballots because, you know, it's one thing, like, think of it this way. Well, I'm not going to knock on all the postman, man, man. Like my postman guy is solid, dude. There's, there's some good ones out there. They're solid until they're not solid. That's the problem is, is you don't every, that's everybody, though. Yeah, but everybody, whenever somebody commits a crime,
Starting point is 01:25:29 there everybody that knew him is like he always seemed like such a good guy well not always but no but it's not the only post but listen postman man they got a hard job listen we don't park our cars or we're supposed to right and these guys are trying to do a time thing like are there bad ones yes like there's bad cops like there's bad doctors but i'm not going to shit on the whole post my my point is not i'm not shitting on them i'm not saying every single postman i'm saying i don't trust an institution to handle something like our mail-in ballots without extreme transparency, which is what the executive order is proposing, without extreme transparency,
Starting point is 01:26:10 when specifically when that institution has a labor union overseeing them that endorsed a candidate in the 2020 election. I won't argue. I agree with you there. So that's what I'm saying. I'm not saying, like I love my post. I think you're making a picture of Kevin Costner, man.
Starting point is 01:26:27 Like I'm picturing Kevin Costner. in the postman oh i don't think i've seen that movie what yeah i don't think i've seen that movie i ain't gonna do a spoiler i ain't gonna do a spoiler but given all this stuff that you like your forte and all that stuff you want to watch that movie it's what's what's for the like late eighties or something like that maybe early 90s i don't think i've seen it i probably have when i was a kid but i just don't remember it all right um i meant to actually cover this story earlier on uh president trump truth this out on i think it was monday wow the populist party in germany just had a really big night
Starting point is 01:27:05 they finally got tired of the absolutely horrible immigration rules and regulations which have hurt germany so badly they are on the rise and not going to make it take it anymore m gggga uh is that is that mega mga maga make germany great again president donald j trump well this uh sparked this because of the comments on the AFD's election victory question mark. Chancellor's office postpones phone call between Frederick MERS and President Trump. They canceled a now. This is translated from German to English. So I don't know if canceled and postponed.
Starting point is 01:27:44 It's lost in translation. But it says that they canceled a previously scheduled telephone call between MERS and President Trump at short notice. The conversation was to take place in the 25th anniversary of September 11th. Cornelius, who is, I guess, the spokesperson, did not give any reason for the postponement. When asked whether the cancellation was related to Trump's statements on the outcomes of the state's election in Saxony and Halt, the government spokesmen did not comment directly, but referred to an earlier statement by MERS that made clear in an abstract way. How do you make clear in an abstract way, by the way? That's like, that's bad writing.
Starting point is 01:28:22 You can't make something clear in an abstract way. like that's anyways quote that interventions or commentaries on german domestic politics especially in connection with elections were out of the question for him so germany's big mad because president trump retroactively like after the election say congratulations to the afd party in the populist movement in germany take your country back again and mugga I'm still stuck on the clear and abstract way that fucked with my head right there, dude. Clear but abstract. This is like in these clear, in these clear cloudy skies.
Starting point is 01:29:03 Safe and rare. What? Yeah. I mean, this is- I'm looking, dude, people have horrific postal stories. Y'all making me afraid to leave California. I'm like, yeah, look, we got a communist guy. government, but damn, some of you people in other states are going through some bad stuff. I like, I like my postman.
Starting point is 01:29:27 We've had three. Always very friendly. Always leave them, you know, cookies and stuff like that on the holidays and Christmas, we get them a little gift and, you know, that kind of stuff. But, um, yeah, I, cool, man. Yeah, you don't do that? No, they get paid.
Starting point is 01:29:45 Oh, come on, man. Oh, dude. My, my, my post office. guy and the garbage man i leave the garbage man i leave him a case of beer and um and the the post office guy usually will give them cookies or something like that i think it's cool get a paycheck man oh yeah man you got to be nice dude you can be nice and then they deliver your shit on time you know how i'm nice i'm i'm the one that make sure mailbox is are blocked right you know i say hi have conversation with a male man um in his mind he said he we even
Starting point is 01:30:20 had a male lady for a little while she was good at her job too this dude doesn't give me cookies all right i mean you know this is probably in my defense because i'm probably going to get hammered for that one right in my defense one of the reasons i wouldn't give cookies is because people would come to the police department i'm just going to let you folks know when you bake for the police department this is what we do oh thank you so much we're going to briefing look these were made for you guys oh cool in the trash we don't trust you guys oh yeah because you don't yeah shit hell no we don't trust you guys like yeah i just i have this mindset that you know anybody out there that you're giving some cookies or something like that it could be like
Starting point is 01:31:04 no they're probably trying to poison what if they came in and they're like pick pick one and I will eat it just to show you it's not poisoned like I feel like That's what I'm going to do now. I'm going to be like, you're probably some dexter, motherfucker. That's like, here's the thing of cookies. Here's the thing of cookies.
Starting point is 01:31:20 Pick two at random and I will eat them both right in front of you just to show you that they're not poisoned. Like I'm not going to play Russian roulette if I poison one cookie out of a dozen. I'm not going to play Russian roulette and let you pick them. And then I'd be like, no, don't pick that one. All right. You're going to screw with them. You'd be like, you sure those are the two you pick?
Starting point is 01:31:42 that's that's what i'm saying like if they agreed to that and they're like okay we'll do that well and we'll eat them after i'd be like no no don't don't don't pick that one i'm just let's say if you really if you really want to give a gift to your postman or guard man that they don't throw away give him a card you know put some cash in that bad boy somebody in the check you're not allowed to give cards or anything like that to you're not allowed to give cash excuse me to i don't know that but are you serious what about like the Starbucks card or something like that. Yeah, maybe a gift card, I guess.
Starting point is 01:32:15 Like, yes, I don't know. Why can't, well, I don't know. Daniel YouTube says, yeah, being a cop, I would dump that. The German, the German thing's interesting. MERS, you know, not liking President Trump, maybe his comment, maybe that's what it had to do with. They gave a statement, broad statement about domestic, you know, interference in their domestic policies.
Starting point is 01:32:38 But this continues on with, you know, President Trump when he announced the tariffs about you not spending money. He went after Canada, Germany, and China. Those three countries he went after in there. And I don't know if the phone call had already been canceled by last night. I think it had. So, you know, him going out there and saying Germany specifically there, we know that the NATO relationship is an absolute shambles.
Starting point is 01:33:03 We know that NATO is trying everything or the European faction of NATO is trying everything in their power to perpetually. the Ukraine war, you know, that's not, it's interesting that they would cancel that phone call. You know, Germany's supposed to be one of our greatest allies, 60 years, 80 years after we kicked their ass. But anyways, let's, this will probably be our last story here. I kind of want you to give us the significance of this story. I saved this one from yesterday as well from just the news, declassified FBI notes exposed discrepancy between Flynn interview according to FBI official records.
Starting point is 01:33:46 Are you familiar with this story? I am. Okay. I can tell you why it. Well, go ahead and read and read through it. All right. I'll read through and then I'll hand it over to you right after. Two FBI agents, long secret handwritten notes of their 2017 interview with General Flynn,
Starting point is 01:34:00 have been declassified and highlight fresh discrepancies with the Bureau's official documents that were used to criminally prosecute. federal prosecutors are ramping up a grand jury investigation into whether whether the FBI's probe of Russia collusion amounted to a criminal conspiracy to falsely impugned Trump and his supporters. I love that Solomon, is this Solomon? This is Solomon, right? Yeah. And Richards. I love that he threw that in there. You know, just not really related to the story. It is kind of related, but not really related. But just throwing it in there. Hey, guys, the Grand Rico still, the Rico Grand is still going down here in Florida. The contemporaneous notes show differences between what the agents wrote down when they interviewed Flynn and what was recorded in the official type summary of the interview. According to prosecutors, Flynn, quote, falsely stated and represented, end quote,
Starting point is 01:34:48 to agents that he, quote, did not ask the Russian ambassador, Sergei Kislyak, to refrain from escalating the situation in response to sanctions the U.S. had imposed against Russia for alleged 2016 interference. On December 20th, 2016, the same day that Flynn had at least one call with Kislyak, the Obama administration expelled 35 Russian diplomats and authorized the government to respond to Russian cyber operations. Pienka's handwritten notes contain a tantalizing notation apparently attributed to Flynn in the interview about his conversation with Kisleak. Hey, do nothing. So the gist here is they lie, they miss, they completely, go ahead, I'll give it to you.
Starting point is 01:35:32 well no keep on because it's it at all it's it's it's it's simple but extremely important exactly spot on uh strak and pianca's fd 302 file records show that flin said that he did not remember discussing with kisleak the expulsion of diplomats and new sanctions according to the agents when asked whether he asked the russians to refrain from escalating their own sanctions flin is said to have responded not really i don't remember it wasn't don't do anything. Now, they wrote this 20 days after the interview. The FD302 was written 20 days after. And Strach even said, I had to go in there and edit it so that I didn't change the entire document. Like he's on record saying that. The agent separately records that Flynn said there was
Starting point is 01:36:21 quote, no long drawn out discussion about doing anything, but the notes show that Flynn did not tell agents that he never spoke with Kislyak and never asked him to refrain from escalating with further expulsion. In another instance, the agents appeared to have altered Flynn's response to a question about the number of calls he had made with the Russian ambassador. In the 302, the agents write that, quote, Flynn remembered making four to five calls that day about the issue, but the Dominican Republic was a difficult place to make calls as he kept having connectivity issues, end quote. However, in both memos, the agents note that Flynn did not recall making four to five calls saying, quote, I do not remember making four to five calls, end quote,
Starting point is 01:37:02 one agent using a common symbol, do not know, whatever. If I did, it was a lousy place to call. He added Flynn's response. The other agent wrote that Flynn answered, quote, if so, don't remember a question about the number of calls. I know, I know that's a lot to unpack. Go ahead, Alpha. No, no, go, go, I want to. Actually, I'm curious to hear your take. Well, again, it's a slight nuanced thing. So if you go back, historically and you look at the persecution. And that point you made right there is going to be their argument. Right.
Starting point is 01:37:33 But, but it's, it's, it's, it's, it's small, but it's extremely significant. Because it's the, it's the basis of everything that they alleged when did, right? Flynn was prosecuted, persecuted for lying to the FBI. And those were the two lies that he told, whether or not he had conversations with Kisliak and how many times he had conversations with Kisleak. And in reality, you know, a lot of people are like General Flynn should be smart enough to know not to talk to the FBI without a lawyer present. Well, he was also the NSA at the time, you know, incoming NSA. He's also been in intelligence his entire life.
Starting point is 01:38:09 He's a three-star general. He knows what he's doing. And the answers that he gave were appropriate answers with, you know, plausible deniability from what he actually, what they portrayed him as saying. And so that little nuance there, especially considering, you know, was it a pre-step, Bill pre-step had already said there's nothing to go after Flynn for on Russia a couple of weeks before that. And Strock and this Pianca guy went in there deliberately trying to gotcha general Flynn. I'll land it there and give it to you. No, you did the layout perfect too because when they couldn't get that gotcha, this is where the crime takes place. Now, to that point, you know, when, man, my nose is killing me.
Starting point is 01:38:56 I want to, it's like the whole time I had to sneeze and it goes away. Then I start talking. It's just like right there. So my apologies if I do sneeze is when we would go and take notes, right? You know, you go to the field, you're writing on the back of the FI card. You're right on your, on your little mini stenopad, right? You're writing your notes. And notes are important because you use those notes later because, again, this is not the only call you're going to take.
Starting point is 01:39:21 Granted, with these guys, I don't give them that much leeway because they're not handling a beat where they're going to take 20, 15 calls, 30 calls in a day. Like, they're very case specific, you know, especially with with stroking these clowns. But anyways, even in that case, those notes are there so that when you go to compile your report, it refreshes your memory, right? You're not supposed to sit there and you put your note next to your computer and you start doing this. That's not the way it is. you go and you start to form your report and you're just like, all right, what was that part right there? And you go to your notes. Okay, here we go.
Starting point is 01:39:54 I'm good. It's to assist you. That's what it's supposed to do. Then when you go to and, you know, some, some agencies have policies where you retain them, like in this case, 302s. Other agencies have them where it's optional and other agencies have them where you destroy them. And the reason for that is because when it gets to court or eventually this case is going to land itself. And in the court, you're going to have a prosecutor in some cases. of the defense attorney that's going to be like or most cases the defense attorney i'm sorry you know officer
Starting point is 01:40:24 you know do you write notes you know when you take these calls and all that and they say yes i do and do you keep those notes and it goes down the whole thing that i just said right here so that's where we're at in this now the excuse here is when a cop writes a report and he says you know at the report says at 220 p.m you know i responded to an armed robbery in progress at the circle okay and then the defense attorney he comes in and says, well, but it was 220 a.m. And the cops like, oh, yes, you know, it's, you know, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, I'm going somewhere with this, right? I'm going, because I have a real life example that I'm going to bring up and can't call knows what it is, you know, that yes, that, that, that nuance of that,
Starting point is 01:41:09 it exists. They're going to exploit that because it's considered reasonable. Now, this is different in my opinion from my background. We're not talking about an AM to a PM. We're not talking Elm Street versus Vine Street. We're talking the context that matters to continue the investigation. Because when you go out and you're saying that he's lying about this, this is what you're hanging him up on. Like this is the foundation of what you're coming for him with. And whether it's to just attack him or to see the future narrative, this is the body. Like this is what everything's weighing on. Right. You, that's the one part you won't make him mistake on as a cop. That'd be like a cop responding to a gunshot murder and in the report he says
Starting point is 01:41:52 he was stabbed to death. Would never happen. Would never happen. And that's what happened here. And why was I pissed when I saw this? And why do I feel for the generals? Because for those of you that don't know my story, they did it to me. They went and wrote that they had a confidential informant multiple times. And then Kankone knows a story later on. They review, oh, it was a mistake. And I said it then. I said it now. If you would have did it once, I would have gave you the pass. Even against me, I would have gave you the pass. But just in the 12 pages that you unsealed for us, you said it three times. Right. You don't do that mistake three times and probably even more later in the case. And that's the situation here. This is an absolute conspiracy. On this alone, I don't know if they're
Starting point is 01:42:39 able to prove it. And that sucks. Well, in Alpha's case, the difference between a confidential was confidential informant or confidential human source they did a confidential informant twice and confidential human source once right and it might even have it or might have it backwards and one one of them was twice one of them was once and from what i understand one of them would be uh justifiable to use for obtaining a warrant the other would not and you they would all be justified um because essentially they're close to being the same that you know what i mean i mean you mean the the confidential informant goes through a different kind of things of matrix you know a confidential human source would be a little bit different but the the the relative importance of what
Starting point is 01:43:26 they're saying is the same in my case they're just saying it was a mistake like neither exist it was just an anonymous call like that's what it was which is now that is completely different you know what I mean so so here here's where I push back you say is this going to be enough when you when you factor in just this one little nuance i personally think it should be enough because it is the foundation of i agree with you but when you bring in all the circumstantial stuff the fact that pre-step had said flin's clean on this we can't keep going out this was weeks before we can't keep going after him there's evidence that strok and and and and pienki went in there pietka Pienca, they went in there knowing that they were going to try and entrap Flynn because their
Starting point is 01:44:15 case had been falling apart. You have the text messages between Strach and Page about President Trump. He's not going to win. We made effing sure of it or we made sure of it. Not effing sure of it. That's a whole other thing. No, but, you know, that conversation there. Here's the craziest part about this. When you look at Flynn and whether I don't know if General Flynn can prove this or not, but basically saying that he took the plea deal or was going to plead guilty so they wouldn't prosecute his son, persecute his son and start going through all of his son stuff. There was another article this morning that Just the News put out. Michael Flynn says he would never have taken the plea deal if he had full FBI evidence in his case.
Starting point is 01:45:00 Wednesday was the first time that Flynn got to see the fully declassified documents without blacked out sections. quote, there's a lot of new information that I was not aware of, he said, saying that he feared the FBI's representations to the court during his prosecution, quote, didn't reflect hardly anything of what was actually the truth. That's also obstruction. Listen, I agree across the board. I just know the court arguments that are going to be made. Remember, in my case, it wasn't just the informant. It was multiple different things, you know, that, that, you know, my, my post saying, hey, do not go out there. They withheld that from the judge. I know they withheld that from the judge. I agree. It's obstruction. But it's one of those cases where
Starting point is 01:45:46 does it need to be prosecuted? It does. Even if you think it's not going to get a wind, it still needs to be at least attempted. I'm this, my confidence in the court system when it comes to this in the current nature of way things are. My confidence is, it's shaken, man. It's, I hope this leads to conviction, just my confidence isn't high in it. Now the one thing that does raise my confidence is when he says, you know, because General Flynn got to see the unredacted version. And in the unredacted version, he says, you know, there's more. And maybe that more creates that totality that you're describing.
Starting point is 01:46:23 And if that's the case, great. But, you know, with just what we know, my confidence is not high. Yeah. The fact that this was redacted, that this was withheld from, from his you know from him being able to defend himself right like you can't classify a document that would exonerate somebody of a crime you can't you can't classify the evidence that would exonerate somebody uh you know i'm sure that's a brady violation at minimum at minimum uh it's an over it's criminal bro exactly it's an abuse of power to and and ash went through this
Starting point is 01:46:56 in her case you know so you talk about you with the confidential source but they redacted they redacted exculpatory evidence in in her case where um you know, there was a woman that had already been investigated, and they redacted that. That law enforcement had already looked into this, that one of their witnesses, you know, was redacted. And the only reason that Ash was able to get it is because she also got the same, the same exact document from a different source. And they didn't redact it. So the, you know, the Colorado, I think it was the Colorado Secretary of State's office or the attorney general's office had redacted it. And then I think it was the federal, the DOJ did not redact it.
Starting point is 01:47:32 It might maybe it was the other way around ashes in the chat. She'll correct me on it. But that's my point right there. And so C.N. Stewart says, so what? Millions of people were weaponized. Yes, I agree. And all of that. But not, well, not just to the level of him, but this was a direct obfuscation of the president's, his administration.
Starting point is 01:47:53 Because Flynn was going to be the national security advisor. That was somebody that Trump had specifically tasked with a specific, you know, mission, so to speak, or at least we believe, and they deliberately took him out before he was able to go into his position. Now, who knows if it would have been better or if it would have been worse if Flynn had been NSA, but who ended up replacing Flynn? I know it was another. Yeah, it was somebody temporarily for a little bit and they didn't get the, they didn't get to stay. I'm trying to remember what his name is because there's an issue with that too. Hold on. I'll ask real quick. I know it's a name we're going to recognize right now. Well, you're
Starting point is 01:48:32 looking that up. Oh, HR Meister. There you go. But the ripple effect there is important. And again, listen, there was. Kellogg was the temporary. There was a lot. There was a lot of people that were targeted. And I'm not going to minimize that because I was one of them. We can't compare that to the targeting
Starting point is 01:48:51 of General Flynn in his position or even Trump. It's, you can't weigh it the same. They're not. Yeah. I mean, the impact like the overall impacts are just different right right I mean so this I think that the reason this is being disclosed and I think the reason that Solomon mentions the the Rico Grand down in Florida is because this is all going to be a part of it and you know Strock you know you talk about statute of limitations when Strach got his what was it 1.1 million dollar payout right remember they got paid Strock and Lisa Page got paid by the FBI for all of this we paid them I think 1.1 million it was in the intro to our our badlands book club for government gangsters cash Patel testifying that they got not testifying he was on a podcast and he was talking about the settlements that they got for this and you know as soon as they got that settlement statute of limitations resets so
Starting point is 01:49:57 I do think all of this is going to be included in this. This is just another, you know, notch in the in the belt right here. So, Ashley, I was correct in the chat about my, my classification or my qualification of her story. Yeah. And it's not indoctrination to authoritarianism. One, one destroys a family, which is absolutely devastating. I lived it. The other one destroys an entire country.
Starting point is 01:50:23 Yep. And you can't weigh that the same. Secretary of State redacted, Mesa County did not redact, and feds ignored the request. They did ignore the request because I sent a request too. I sent a request for that as well and did not get it from either the Colorado Secretary of State or the feds. All right. Let's talk about our final sponsor of the program. There we go.

I mean, the most sugar I get is the cream and my coffee, the Chobani, whatever it is, which is probably really bad for you, but it sounds organic. So I like it. I'm winning the mental game on there. I'm sure if you guys don't have your GART tickets, badlandsmedia.tv. I'm sure we are all going to gang up on Alpha and his authoritarian. I'm going to get him to Cartman.

The only way to get rid of socialism is more socialism. Played by the rules because the enemy does. It's going to be fun.
Starting point is 01:54:00 Badlandsmedia.tv slash events. I'm Scooter Pie. Canadians often turn into good drivers. So if you're a good driver, watch for turning Canadians. I told you, bro. That's a good one. I told you, man. That's a good one.
Starting point is 01:54:19 I'm scooter pie. Who said that? Okay, it's too small. I can't read it. I'm a good. Canadians often turn into good drivers. So if you're a good driver, watch for returning Canadian. I love that one. PSA Farm Girl, good morning, boys. In regards to driving, tried driving to in Danbury, Connecticut, where the illegals now a position of power, now combine that with New York and New Jersey. What a shit show. I always feel like they're trying to kill me. That is a very valid point. Is as bad. as Canadians are, at least they're only bad because they're slow and inconsiderate. The legal's driving just have no freaking clue how to drive. Yeah, because they crash, they just dumped the car and run. Yeah, like they don't have insurance.
Starting point is 01:55:05 Yeah. They're supposed to be here. So they're going to book it, man. That is fantastic. That's why California insurance is a stupid expensive, man. Stupid expensive. Florida is pretty bad too. I remember when I was in the Marine Corps when I was in North Carolina.
Starting point is 01:55:17 like i i changed my insurance to north carolina i was like oh this is like 60 percent cheaper than when i was paying in florida and i was only i was 24 so i was still paying like high insurance you know i didn't get that 25 year old discount and uh man it was stupid and my wife was 21 so yeah it was like stupid high so all right what you got coming up brother uh shout out to the general just because i want to piss off the general flin haters he got Trump out there giving that man some love. So just grind your teeth and hate. But that relationship is a solid one.
Starting point is 01:55:56 What did he say? He said something. He posted it. He posted that story? Yeah, he posted that story. Like right out of the gate. I don't know if it was John Solomon specifically. I think it was.
Starting point is 01:56:08 But he posted one of the stories. It might have been Solomon. I'm just not positive on that part. Well, I mean, Alpha is being paid by the Flynn camp. So you guys. I am not. I was being very I was going to clarify that that was a joke because I saw that back and forth on on on X about all that dude on one of these spaces somebody I don't know who they are to be honest I don't know who they are but I did recognize their voice um so I know they've been in there before but they were like uh
Starting point is 01:56:35 alphas is playing the part at badlands I'm like you know I these are my positions I'm not playing a part like just understand this is this is I'm We love our authoritarian alpha. I'm not max authoritarianism. We need to have some. We need to have some authority. Here's the thing. Look, I'm going to insult everybody, right? Well, I'm only going to insult the people that they know applies to them.
Starting point is 01:57:02 Everybody else is going to be like, yeah, he's right. The vast majority of the public is fucking retarded people. The vast majority of the public is fucking retarded. I spent 14 years recognizing that the thing and most of you, it's not you because you're here and you're here because you have a pursuit of the truth of the win most people don't have that most people most of humanity is fucking retarded and in the common sense that comes so natural to us doesn't come to everybody else so when you think that you don't need at least a little bit of authority and i get it it's a fine line it's a it's a dance that has to be
Starting point is 01:57:40 made but if you don't have some authority idiocracy is what becomes humanity that's it that's it's That's it. People who knew we could just govern ourselves. Good luck. And then you get just absolutely boneheaded comments like Alfa knows the life or death battle we're in. Most like Brian have no idea. Yeah. Okay. That is one of the most retarded comments I think I've ever heard. We are a life or death battle. Yes, we are. But saying that I have no idea how. Okay. I'm not going to violate the constitution for a battle that is. made up and socialism more socialism is not how you get out of social can kankan you can't vote the way out of stolen election those are all alpha positions right there can khan khan if you're going to sacrifice
Starting point is 01:58:28 your principles and who you are then then it's not a victim it's not a battle worth fighting for kankan and ash and all them are going to be on the wooden planks at the gulags with starting to fill the the rope tickle their neck and they're going to be like but we played by the rules and then alpha my The Robin Hood crew is going to come breaking through the walls because we broke all the rules that need to be broken. We're going to save their asses and we're going to save humanity. And then the story you will read. But these are the people. These are the George Washington's and Abe Lincoln's.
Starting point is 01:59:02 King Trump. Just trust the plan, guys. Trust the plan. Hold on. Finish on this one. King Trump. Look, I've- You ruined it for me again.
