Badlands Media - Badlands Daily: 9/25/26 - Ohio Citizenship Ruling, Sheriff Bianco Blocked & Trump Meets Xi

Episode Date: September 25, 2026

CannCon and Chris Paul close out the week with a Sixth Circuit ruling on Ohio requiring proof of citizenship at the BMV, and a genuinely good discussion about whether asking someone to prove eligibili...ty counts as the minimum information necessary or an undue burden. From there it is a long look at California's Supreme Court siding against Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco in his ballot seizure fight, a showdown between two elected officials that the hosts compare directly to Tina Peters and Jena Griswold. The back half heads overseas, with President Trump showing President Xi the wall of presidents, a Putin and Zelensky update tied to the G20 question, and a fascinating detour into the real history of the Lusitania. They also cover a Virginia software firm arrest with a Russian ownership twist.

Starting point is 00:05:28 continuing to fight, fight, fight, and maintaining a positive spirit despite unimaginable hardships. His indelible legacy of love and devotion will forever endure. Our hearts and prayers are with the Copenhagen of her family, especially his incredible wife, Marianne. God bless you all, President Donald J. Trump. And this is the guy that was shot twice, grazed in the arm and shot in the abdomen. And it's being reported that he ultimately succumbed to those injuries. Geez. Yeah. Two years later? Wow.
Starting point is 00:06:03 That's crazy. Yeah, I would imagine, you know, it's probably something like a, like a, what is it, not a colonoscopy bag, but, you know, we're like, like I. Is that the word? Yeah, I can't. I don't know the word, but like, you know, for stuff that, you know, takes place in your stomach, you know, you're not able to do certain things and infections and all sorts of things like that can come up from that.
Starting point is 00:06:26 You know, obviously I've known quite a few people with with GSWs. Yes. Yeah, that actually, that makes a lot of sense. I guess that and that kind of takes a little while to develop and really deteriorate your body, huh? Yeah. So, you know, God bless those, the House Republicans put out a little memorial with a photo here. So God bless them and their family. All right.
Starting point is 00:06:52 Let's go straight into the Asso-Vinah portion of today's show. We'll go out to Politico first here. A court reinstates Ohio law requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration. An appellate courts reinstated an Ohio law requiring people to provide proof of citizenship when registering to vote at motor vehicle offices. A panel of three judges on the Sixth Circuit, Court of Appeals, ruled two to one to block a lower court ruling that granted a preliminary injunction against the voter ID law back in August, red, wine, and blue, and Ohio Alliance for retired Americans sought
Starting point is 00:07:36 to block the law. They argued that it conflicted with the National Voter Registration Act, the NVRA, which requires, quote, the minimum amount of information necessary, end quote, required by the law to complete a voter registration. Wow. Is it just so they're saying that the that the citizenship information is superfluous somehow like it's not it's extra it the minimum standard can be met without bothering with citizenship. That's something I was going to to propose here. Like if is it is it is it law or not in the United States that you have to be a U.S. citizen to vote in federal elections? I mean, I know that's rhetorical because we all know that, yes, you have to be a citizen.
Starting point is 00:08:25 So, I mean, the minimum amount of information necessary required by the law, wouldn't, I mean, wouldn't proving that you're actually eligible to vote, wouldn't that be a minimum amount of information necessary? One would think. Do we just trust people now? Like, what happens if you go to the IRS to pay your taxes and you're just like, this is all I owe? Well, we're going to audit you. No, no.
Starting point is 00:08:48 no, no, just trust me. Just trust me. I'm telling you the truth. You know, I know you 20 bucks. This kind of stuff is incredible. And you have to wonder, are they just putting the responsibility for the people that they will inevitably send through this system? They're placing it somewhere else with these laws. I mean, the, in California, for instance, they already say, you know, they offer voter registration at the point of getting your driver's license. and it's just a little checked box on a screen. And, you know, if the law says you need to check voter ID in order to do the voter registration, that's just one more box to check.
Starting point is 00:09:34 Yes, I checked the voter ID. Now we send the thing through. So it just places the responsibility for that illegal alien registration on the person whose responsibility it is to check that last box. So, you know, you can just keep moving the position of responsibility around throughout the system. And when they make a system that's so sprawling and complex, there are lots of different places to put the responsibility. And no one's ever held accountable because nobody can ever check into these systems. So it's just like, add another rule, tell people that the rule has taken care of the problem.
Starting point is 00:10:11 The problem no longer exists. Everything's okay. Just keep going. and you can apply that to virtually every part of the election system. So getting back into the article here, Politico doesn't have any quotes from the opinion in the majority, which is, you know, you would expect that, right? You would expect that. But they do have a quote from the dissent here.
Starting point is 00:10:37 And Circuit Judge Kevin G. Ritz argued that plaintiffs successfully identified people who were not able to register to vote without providing proof of citizenship, such as a passport or birth certificate, saying, quote, but they were not afforded that opportunity because of the Ohio law issue. And that is enough. Ritz said the two people were still harmed by the law, even though they were ultimately able to register. Well, isn't that crazy? Isn't that crazy? I mean, if you know that you're going to to the DMV or the BMV in the case of Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, if you know you're going to the BMW and you know there's a law that you have to prove your citizenship in order to be registered at the BMW to vote
Starting point is 00:11:18 maybe bring proof of citizenship a passport, a birth certificate, something that shows you are in fact a U.S. citizen and the fact that they were ultimately able to register to vote just means that they failed to comply with the minimum required to prove that you are in fact eligible to vote. It's bonkers. So the National Voter Registration Act
Starting point is 00:11:41 is what we're talking about, right? Am I saying that correctly? Okay. So then there's, there's a, in this case, there's a dispute between where power should be held at the federal or state level, and we are consistently told that the states choose the time and in place of elections, and that the states govern elections. Again, that's the mainstream media that tells us that over and over and over again. But in this situation, we are supposed to just understand that the federal, well, actually, and by the way, I'm fine with this just to make clear. But they're saying that the federal law is not going to apply to us in terms of how we're registering our voters, right? I mean, that's really what the dispute is over, whether Ohio has the right to choose how to run
Starting point is 00:12:34 its own voter registration, even if it's in violation of the National Voter Registration Act, which is the federal government to cert. Well, that's what a district court judge said. The Sixth Circuit says, no, you know, this is the minimum. I think what they want is they're saying that the minimum amount of information necessary would be them telling you, I am, in fact, a U.S. citizen. And they do still under penalty of perjury. And it's like, so what?
Starting point is 00:13:04 Are you going to arrest these people when they lie? Are the 6,000 people in New Jersey? Well, I think they actually checked no. So, you know, scratch that. But, you know, are they going to have some mass arrests for these people for lying like this? How about the people that you don't catch? Now you've disenfranchised, you know, potentially thousands, maybe tens or hundreds of thousands of voters who are having their vote nullified, canceled out by somebody who the system just, said trust me i'm a citizen or or maybe even they just you know checked left the box blank and it
Starting point is 00:13:38 gets checked you know behind the scenes we've we've seen cases of that happen um you know we we interviewed a woman in in nevada a couple maybe a year ago who didn't check the box to vote she didn't want to vote or her husband and her husband ended up being registered to vote they vote they register him as a democrat when he specifically left it blank so you know there's a lot of shit with this and and the fact that the appellate it had to go to an appellate court to determine that showing proof of citizenship is you know by law is a is actually a lawful you know piece of legislation is crazy yeah except the so if we took this out of the domain of our elections and you know any ideas about election integrity and just simply focused on whether or not the state or the federal
Starting point is 00:14:28 government should be in control of this I think you know we would want the state states to be in control of it. That's closer to the founding model, not that we are anywhere near that model now. But in an ideal situation with someone other than Donald Trump as president, et cetera, you can make whatever caveats you need. This power should not live in the federal government. And so it's hard for me to get mad about that assertion from the courts because of however I might think it's going to play out relative to elections and election integrity. I don't want illegal aliens voting in elections, but also, and I understand principally that that can't be happening, but also the problem with elections goes so much deeper than that.
Starting point is 00:15:20 And it seems more corrective to be placing the responsibility for governing elections back where it should be. I don't disagree with that. The one issue that I do have with that is, you know, in Article 1, Section 4, there is the, excuse me, there is the electors clause, right, that Congress can from time to time implement laws and those would apply to federal elections. and, you know, again, our systems become so intertwined that our state, local, and county elections are, are, they have to be run congruent with federal elections because of the funding apparatus and everything else that's put in place with it. So we're told. Well, so we're told. Hey, you're preaching to the choir on that. I've long, I know, I'm going to be a supporter of separating all of our elections.
Starting point is 00:16:12 And I'm with you on that. Yeah, I just want to make that clear to the audience. Yeah. So, but when when Congress exercises that power, by the way, this is a, this is a local law. Like the, the proof of citizenship is a, is a local law. It's not a federal law. Right. So this is the Ohio legislature saying that we want, we want them to have to show proof of ID. The, the idea of illegals voting in federal elections is, is Congress, right? That's, that's, you know, part of part of the, the franchise of being a U.S. citizen is that only, your fellow peers, you know, your countrymen are going to be electing your elected officials. And so Ohio just expanded on that with the with the voter ID laws.
Starting point is 00:16:59 So I don't I don't really agree there that you don't want the federal government making a law like this. And of course, this ties into the Save America Act and, you know, whether or not that was what that was. Let's just say what that was. I called it a sifter two years ago when they brought it out because I didn't believe that the Congress was legitimate. I didn't believe that they were going to pass it. And I didn't believe it could possibly fix elections even if they did pass it. So if it's not the thing that it purports to be, what else is it? Well, it could be quite useful to see who supports that, who will argue on its behalf, knowing that it's not going to solve elections.
Starting point is 00:17:40 And then, you know, how the scenarios play out in that debate. Right now, I think that we can really see the sifting element to that as it is exposing people, you know, these people who went all in on the SAVE Act and understood that the elections are stolen, are rigged, or fake. People have said that for a long time. It's not just me. It's not just you. And to say that the SAVE Act is necessary to restore the integrity of our elections and then not
Starting point is 00:18:12 get the SAVE Act and then still claim the SAVE Act. our elections have integrity. Well, that's just some shocking hypocrisy from people who imagine themselves to be truth-tellers and patriots. Yeah. I'm with you, man. The other thing I'll just say about the electress clause in the Constitution, they wanted the federal government to have a backstop so that if the states were colluding with one another or abusing their power vis-a-vis the federal government, the federal government could do something to stop that. And this seems to be working in exactly the opposite direction with the way that the federal government tries to inject itself into our elections. And I'm not speaking about Donald Trump in that instance. I'm speaking
Starting point is 00:18:57 about this, the process of legislating and amending that has happened for the last, you know, 150 plus years when it comes to our elections and how the elections are operated. The states are supposed to have a vested self-interest in sending to the federal government the people from the state who are actually representing the interests of that state, honestly and faithfully and with integrity. And that's not what we have now. And if we had a situation where our congressman in the state were truly and faithfully elected by the people and serving on behalf of the people, well, then you could trust them to go to the federal government and cast each electoral vote on their own behalf and represent the interests of the state. And that's the situation.
Starting point is 00:19:50 I think if we're going to have representative federal representative government period and then have a federal government that the states delegate their power to, I think that that's the way it has to be done. The idea that we're just electing the federal government on a popular basis in this election system is preposterous. Well, I agree for that with the 17th Amendment and the Senate. You know, I agree with, I do believe that the House should be represented on a popular basis. Yeah, but, but, but that's us voting within a state. That's not, that doesn't require a federal election. That could be our state election. And we all understand that for the best interests of our state, we need to go out and elect good people to represent us at our local level.
Starting point is 00:20:32 And then they go to the bigger body. And then they faithfully represent our interests to the, to the, to the centralizing body the federal government. But you're electing them to representation in the federal government. You have a state level representation. Every state has a legislature that you vote for. So I vote for my congressman in an ideal situation. I would be able to hold my, me and my community would be able to hold our congressman accountable for what he's doing in the federal government, including casting our vote for president. Oh, I see what you're saying. Okay, I see what you're saying. I see what you're saying. Okay. Fair enough. Let's jump into another story. This is a tragic end to a long-fought battle here from the Orange County Registered. California Supreme Court rules against Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco in ballot seizure fight. This is a lengthy read, but I want to cover this because I think this is, I mean, if you ever needed a magnifying glass shown on how corrupt this system is and how they obfuscate any attempt to get any sort of transparency or or accountability for our elections. This is case in point. Riverside County
Starting point is 00:21:44 Sheriff Chad Bianco seizure more than 650,000 ballots as part of a criminal investigation into possible election malfeasance was unlawful, according to the California Supreme Court. The court also found that Attorney General Rob Bonta was within his rights under the state constitution to order the sheriff to halt the investigation and order Bianco to comply with Bonta's directives. This is said, up just that right there, two elected offices, the Attorney General versus a county sheriff, constitutional sheriff, who should be separate. This is setting up the same kind of showdown that you saw between Tina Peters and Jenna Griswold, where you had two elected officials. And you have an elected official telling another elected official to stand down from something that she,
Starting point is 00:22:30 you know, she maintained custody of those machines, Tina Peters did, maintain custody of those machines and was protecting them in compliance with federal law. And she was ordered by another elected official who's supposedly superior to stand down and violate the federal law, 52 U.S.C. 271 and allow that trusted bill to take place without creating a forensic backup. This is similar. This is the attorney general telling a county elected sheriff stop a criminal investigation. that you instigated because of a legitimate concern here.
Starting point is 00:23:12 Crazy. Yeah. Yeah, like he's not allowed to, the sheriff's department is not allowed to have the evidence because giving the evidence the sheriff's department will compromise election integrity. Just like giving the evidence to election integrity folks would somehow compromise election integrity. The only way to preserve election integrity is to keep all the information sequestered within the election system.
Starting point is 00:23:35 and never allow anyone to see it. The fact that anyone could believe that is astounding to me. And by making the claim that election integrity is compromised, by giving it to the constitutional officer to uphold the law in that area, well, now you're just saying that the person tasked with upholding constitutional law in the area is corrupted. and their office is corrupted. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:24:08 And I mean, it's not crazy to say that. Of course, there's plenty of corruption around the country. You could probably be mostly accurate by saying there's corruption in every office everywhere. But still, the government's not supposed to say the other part of the government is corrupt. Hey, we can't give the people's evidence to this other part of the government because the other part of the government is corrupt. It's not us who's corrupt. It's that other part. We live in a crazy town.
Starting point is 00:24:36 And I don't know how we get out of it. Everybody's always, okay, well, yeah, I understand you're complaining about this, but how do you get out of it? Well, I don't know how to get out of it. Everybody has to understand that this is how the system works so that we can all use our own individual unique talents and abilities and access and information to solve the problem. I can't solve the problem for everybody.
Starting point is 00:24:58 Yeah, I'm going to, I'm going to talk extensively about that tomorrow morning on my show. I don't want to open up that can because we, will be here for the rest of the show if we open up that can on on this show. But I'm going to address that. And I know I'm sure you guys will talk about it tomorrow as well on DPH. But you're spot on, though, that the only way to ensure election integrity is to keep everything locked within the system and never let anybody see it. And people will scream like, Bont is a Democrat. That's why he's doing it.
Starting point is 00:25:25 Okay. So let's go to, let's go to Georgia where they kept Garland Fabrito out of court for over a thousand days after. the Georgia Supreme Court had said, hey, he does have standing to bring this case. You guys need to hear it. And it still hasn't been heard. Now, of course, we know that the FBI went in and seized the records from Fulton County
Starting point is 00:25:49 back in January of this year. What have we learned from that? They have the blueprint. You know, Kevin Monclough, Joe Rossi, you know, all of these people in Georgia that have been working on this for years, gave the FBI the blueprint, And here we are on the, you know, a month, a little over a month before the midterm elections and the FBI's completely mum on it.
Starting point is 00:26:11 Like, not a word, not a word. By the way, that's a Republican governor. That's a Republican secretary of state. That's a Republican attorney general. So, you know, it's like the tribalism here, you know, when it's glaring on both sides, I mean, just come on, guys. Like, I'm with you. I'm with you, dude. let's get back into this because there is more to this here the court um uh the high court seven justices
Starting point is 00:26:39 said that allowing law enforcement's quote unfettered access to ballots or the ability to handle and count them in secret based on unregulated protocols itself creates a substantial risk to election integrity so election integrity cannot even be trusted to the law enforcement official that you elected to represent you in your county. Are you fucking kidding me? Sorry for the bad word. It's warranted at certain times, guys. Are you kidding me?
Starting point is 00:27:16 This is not a case. Go ahead. It's amazing. No, I'm just agreeing with you. It's amazing. It would be shocking if we didn't expect this stuff. And it's funny because the people who don't expect this stuff are not shocked by it because to them it's just normal. To them it's just we got to vote them out. We got to vote
Starting point is 00:27:39 these people out of office. Okay, good luck with that. This is this is not a case. This is just how the system works, Brian. This is not a case involving a few documents, the opinion written by Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero writes reads, quote, it involves the unlawful removal and handling by armed deputies of over a thousand boxes of documents and not just any documents, but the most precious documents of the citizenry citizenry in a democracy their votes i mean did did she read that sentence back to herself i don't know like hey hey the most precious thing you have are your votes also there's suspicion that that there's some shenanigans going on with those votes over there but you're not allowed to look at them you know you know it's been you know it's been wearing on me just
Starting point is 00:28:35 like for the last two weeks since I heard it because I've heard it before and you know I hadn't heard it since the the 2020 debacle you know in the election there but it's been weighing on me is Aaron Rogers when he he quoted Mark Twain and said if voting was so important they wouldn't let you do it and that that quote has been just weighing on me for like the last like three weeks since I heard him say it. And you look at this and you just wonder like, I mean, every single person in the county should be allowed to go and look at those votes. You should be allowed to go in there. You've already backed them up with ballot images. You've already, you know, as long as it's under surveillance, supervision, somebody's there ensuring you're not writing on them or whatever.
Starting point is 00:29:26 Anybody should be allowed to go in there and look at those votes. Anybody. That is our, that is the most important thing that we do as a citizenry. Also, we can't. ensure that the people that are elected are counting them properly. Yeah. Well, it's theoretically the most important thing. It turns out in reality it's not. But yeah, that Mark Twink quote, that's been around for an awfully long time. It's been true for an awfully long time. And you can understand why it's true. You know, it's important that people get to represent themselves and have and, you know, I am a follower of Jesus Christ who believes in natural law. as well. Like I don't think that we have the right to make other people do things that they don't
Starting point is 00:30:10 want to do. I think that they have as much individual sovereignty as I have. I can't disrupt what they're doing just because I don't like what they're doing. And that sucks as a person sometimes because we wish the world just fell into line with what we want. But if there's something to preserve, it has to be that. This just, It would be lovely if this was the most important thing, but it isn't. And that Mark Twain quote has been correct for a long time. If you think in the big picture what it is that we are told our vote controls,
Starting point is 00:30:52 our vote controls the future of the most powerful nation in the history of the world and the economic engine of the entire world right now. And they're going to leave the people with all of the power, the world are going to leave the decision making on what happens there to us like they feed us slop television all day long through as many channels as they can give it to us and then they they decorate our real world with all of these temptations that appeal to our most base nature and our capacity for sin and tell us hey go get these all day spend your time getting these and watching that and then let us know how you think we should operate the most powerful nation
Starting point is 00:31:40 in the history of the world and the economic engine of society. Give me a break. They're not doing that. And we can come to terms with that. And we can still have some influence at the local level to the extent that we're engaged at the local level. And we're not engaged at the local level because instead we're engaged with the national level and the TV show that tells us what is happening there.
Starting point is 00:32:04 And that's where all our time goes. And to think that we're going to save the world by electing a different Republican majority, we already have a Republican majority. We're just going to elect a slightly different one, and that will save the world. It's preposterous. The sheriff, quote, violated his ministerial duty to carry out his law enforcement responsibilities and compliance with the robust protections for the handling a ballot set forth in the
Starting point is 00:32:34 elections code, end quote, which requires ballots remain in the registrar's custody, the ruling says. And I highlighted ministerial in red there for a reason, because this is something that we have seen across the nation since 2020. In New Mexico and Arizona, when you had election officials that refuse to certify Michigan, where they refused to certify the votes because there were things that were not on the up and up for them. They were not provided access to documents to verify the vote. Your job is ceremonial. It's ministerial. You have protocols that you are supposed to follow, and those protocols are that you certify the election. But what if I don't want to certify the election? You have to. It's law. And it's not a certification at that point. It's not a served. It's a compelled,
Starting point is 00:33:23 it's a compelled acceptance of results that you don't agree with. You know, Mark Wingate down in Fulton County in the 2020 election has testified under oath that as part of the body of the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, he asked for chain of custody documents. He asked for signature verification receipts. Got none of it. No signature verification was done. And he was compelled to accept that and certify the election.
Starting point is 00:33:53 It's a dog and point. It's not even Kabuki Theater. It's not, it's worse than Kabuki Theater. And it's insulting because it's the opposite of what they tell you it does. A certification is supposed to be someone who is put in a position of public trust, examining the information and then attesting to its integrity and validity and truthfulness. And instead, it's the opposite of that. They don't examine the information at all.
Starting point is 00:34:21 and they stamp it and pass it along. So all it is then is the illusion of verification and certification, passed off as actual verification and certification. And that is the pattern that we have in everything. And then also was it the Fulton County Board of Elections that had that televised meeting I don't know, a year or so ago? And they were talking about that same element, how at every step of the process, it's just a rubber stamp and you pass it to the next step, which is another rubber stamp.
Starting point is 00:34:50 You have no ability to actually challenge the validity of the result that was produced. Yep. I spent Fulton County. Arizona has done the same thing. Michigan has done the same thing. The whole thing's just a rubber stamp. In Michigan, when you refuse to certify an election, they go out there and docks your daughter and tell the public what school she goes to and try and fearmonger you to, you know, try and threaten you, to, you know, try and threaten you into certifying an election. and you know this was the Wayne County canvassing board that was ridiculously out of balance
Starting point is 00:35:24 and then a couple years later what do you know you get a guy like Eric Spakein, a forensic document analyst to go in there and forensically examine these documents and he's like, hey, she was right. She was right when she refused to. Two of them were right. One of them passed away, unfortunately. I can't remember their names Crowley, I think. And I can't remember the gentleman's name.
Starting point is 00:35:42 It's been a long time since I dug into that. All right. Let's keep going here. The arguments by Bianco's legal team, quote, all boiled down to the unsustainable view that the state's chief law enforcement officer, nevertheless must remain a mere bystander to an unprecedented sheriff's investigation of undeniable statewide significance reads the court's opinion. What? This is a county election. It is a statewide race, but it's the county election. And they're saying that the chief law enforcement,
Starting point is 00:36:15 like they should be asking, hey, Chief Law Enforcement and Officer, did you go and talk to the sheriff about what's going on there? Why aren't you investigating this side by side with him to see? Is there any validity to his claims? It's not a difficult, you know, it's not a difficult thing. Like, this is just the evidentiary phase of this investigation. We haven't even gotten to who's criminally responsible for this. You don't even want to know if the evidence exists. Again, I've used this analogy before. This would like be, this would be like, going to a murder scene as a detective and then just ignoring the fact that there's potentially a body inside of a building and saying we can't go inside that building.
Starting point is 00:36:56 You know, it used to be, my analogy with that used to be that you would go in there and be like, okay, there's a knife, there's blood, there's a dead body. Do we have to prove that it's a murder now? You know, like immediately, there's no investigation. We need an investigation into who did this. Now it's just like we don't even want to know that something was done. done. Right. And they're telling you they have proof that it was not a murder. Yeah, right, right. You got to trust that this guy died of natural causes. He had three vaccines. Bonta said, quote,
Starting point is 00:37:30 with today's decision, sanity, common sense, and importantly, the rule of law have prevailed. What a statement. Quote, they made the wrong decision. We did our best to argue the real legal aspect of this investigation. It's completely obvious that the facts of this case didn't matter to the court, said Bianco in a statement. Investigations. This was an investigation as a criminal one, not an investigation seeking to overturn an election that had already been certified. It was a criminal investigation into potential election fraud and an alleged 45,000 vote discrepancy and why there were more votes counted as cast. Quote, this court has just given unadulterated power to the attorney general, to stop any investigation that he wants, said Bianco. And lastly, the court ordered Bianco to return the ballots to the county elections office.
Starting point is 00:38:25 So that looks like it's going to put an end to the Riverside County debacle. So glad. So glad. Oh, man, I was hoping for another season of that. I know. I know. And just, you know, maybe people don't remember that story. but I think there were 650,000 votes cast in Riverside County and there was an assessment done based on, you know, the records that were obtained uptained through open records request that they were about 45,000 votes over what they should have had. They had 45,000 more than they should have. And all Bianca wanted to do was go in there and count them. He didn't want to re, he didn't want to rehash who voted for who. He just wanted to go in and physically count the ballots and see how many physical paper ballots do we have. And Chris, you know,
Starting point is 00:39:15 I mean, we've never seen examples before where this type of work has been stopped, except, you know, again, going back to Georgia, where they passed a law requiring precincts to physically count the number of paper ballots that they had and compare that with the number of people who checked in to make sure that they match simple process and all the left-wing organizations and some of the right-wing organizations came out and they're like, this will make voting go on for five or six hours. The average, I think it was Marilyn Marks, who is the coalition for good governance, Curling v. Raffensberger, don't agree with her politically at all,
Starting point is 00:39:56 but she has done some pretty damn good work in certain regards in Georgia. Certain regards, I disagree with her strongly. But even she came out and she's like, the average precinct in Fulton County is like 245 ballots. Chris, how long would it take you to count the 245? I mean six or seven hours. You know, this, I just had the same thought I had back during the citizenship, the proof of citizenship conversation. And any of the registrations that got through even after the check, they would just challenge
Starting point is 00:40:36 them legally afterward. And they would say that these people deserve the right to vote. And if you are taking the vote away, that means you are disenfranchising someone. someone. And the, you know, the legal question is it's shaky, it's blurry. We don't know which side to come down on. But we do know that if you come down on the wrong side, you're going to disenfranchise this person. And so you can't do that. And traditionally, the courts have accepted those explanations. So, I mean, the lawfare happens before and happens after. And sometimes the lawfare that happens after challenges issues from the opposite direction of where
Starting point is 00:41:09 they were challenging the same issue before. Because they don't care about. anything but the result and they know that they can bend the court in whatever direction they choose because the law itself, the adherence to the Constitution, the Constitution itself, all these things have been totally twisted and inverted. They can be used in any way that the system feels like it needs to use them and that's all decided at a hoc. So, you know, beating the system from beating the system from inside the system when the system doesn't even allow you to review the evidence of its own work seems like not a wise strategy. Chris, what do you think would happen?
Starting point is 00:41:51 All right. What do you think would happen if you go to the ATM, right? And you deposit some cash. You deposit $200 cash into the ATM. And it says you've accepted $200. Here's your $200. It's now credited. So you go to check your balance.
Starting point is 00:42:07 And your balance now has $200 more in it. But then 30 seconds later, you're still, for some reason, you're still looking at the ATM. You're enamored by how little money you have. You're like, fuck, I'm broke. So you're looking at the ATM and you're just shocked. You're like, man, this sucks. And then all of a sudden, it increments by another $100. And then it increments by $50.
Starting point is 00:42:27 And then it increments by $500. It just keeps going up and up and up. All in its own, you're just sitting there like, what the hell's going on? Yeah. What do you think the bank would do? Yeah, I think they would probably have you killed. No, I mean, of course you're exactly right. And the reason I bring this up is because it's exactly what happened in Texas, twice, in back-to-back elections.
Starting point is 00:42:53 I was the one that broke that story. Some folks in Texas reached out to me, they sent me the video, and I broke that story. Then literally a year later, the same exact thing happens. And you have no idea for it. You have no accountability for it. Has anybody ever gone in there and made sure that? You know, these mysterious voters that were added to the poll books after the polls had closed. And to the tune of hundreds of voters, thousands of voters added in these precincts.
Starting point is 00:43:21 Does anybody care about this? Or are we just going to continue to, you know, pretend that this system is perfect? There's nothing wrong with this system. Election fraud, voter fraud is safe and rare. Rare, but whatever. I don't, I don't. People committed to the, ongoing participation in that system, regardless of whether or not it is legitimate,
Starting point is 00:43:46 are preserving the system. The system doesn't care about your opinion of it. It only cares whether or not you are still participating and encouraging others to participate. And if you are doing that, it is more than happy to have you continue to participate in the system even while angry. They don't care. They literally have a media apparatus tasked with making everybody angry all the time. They don't care if you're angry. They don't care if you hate one side from the other side because they have both sides doing that. That's what the system's designed to produce. They want you angry, Chris. Right. Because if you're angry. Because you're easily exploitable. Exactly. You're easily exploitable and you're going to look and say, well, you know, the system is fundamentally broken,
Starting point is 00:44:35 but you don't want those Democratic Socialists of America taken over. They're going to take over the country if you if you if you if you if you're mad at the system. And what is that? That's fear. So you're angry, afraid. And can the all powerful force that we look to as our replacement for God because we all grovel and worship the state? Like we're we are literally, uh, worshiping the adversary, the bad thing by doing all of this. will do whatever we are told if we are angry and afraid. And it's just simple human psychology, and we should at least admit that none of us are immune to that sort of manipulation. And in fact, we've spent an entire lifetime being conditioned into the highest form of that. You know, we can, we can be happy that we are working our way out and pursuing God and godliness so that we can
Starting point is 00:45:33 remove that programming and conditioning from ourselves. But we should admit it's there and that it has an effect and that it guides our behavior. And if we are easily exploited by emotional language on political shows, by the anger and the fear, we are probably making bad decisions for ourselves. Agreed, man. Spot freaking on. Speaking of, Polymarket, Democratic socialist Nithia Rahman surges ahead of Karen Bass in the L.A. mayoral election odds. There's now a 58% chance that she wins according to people placing bets. That is the new fake and gay polling trend there. And in response to Spencer Pratt, former candidate for mayor,
Starting point is 00:46:18 says a lot of really incompetent advisors and political consultants are going to build generational wealth in the next 40 days as the unions panic spend every dollar that they have. He's right. Look, I am, and I know you'll have something to say about this. I know it. I'm disappointed in Spencer Pratt. You know, he came out and said all the base things.
Starting point is 00:46:43 He had the great campaign ads, said all the base things. And I think, I do believe that he would have been a good mayor for Los Angeles County. I think he would have been great. But then, you know, he comes on and kind of, you know, he led people on. Well, wouldn't it be crazy if I released this video? Has he released it yet? I haven't seen it. I haven't seen any video about Nithiaraman or whatever the case might be.
Starting point is 00:47:07 Has he pursued election fraud claims? I mean, maybe. I know Bill Isaley in Los Angeles, the U.S. attorney down there is pursuing some fraud. There's been a couple of arrests, you know. So that's good. That's good. But, you know, I don't know. I've just been underwhelmed.
Starting point is 00:47:26 Like, you've got a huge platform. You should be railing on this every single. day. But instead, instead he's saying based in red-pilled things that are immediately and directly in line with everything that the GOP establishment and elite are saying. And he's saying the very polished, very kind of cool and young and hip and edgy Hollywood-esque version of those things. But it's the same things. It's all the same things. And it's all going to lead to J.D. Vance. And you can actually see the orchestration of all of this in advance. The Karen Bass and Nithya Rahman and Spencer Pratt thing.
Starting point is 00:48:09 I mean, he served a role. He got a lot of people interested in that election. And then he essentially just said, well, you know, there's some rigging. But sure, I'm not the guy and I'm not going to challenge this. Now, listen, I would love to be pleasantly surprised by the things that he does over the next six weeks or in the wake of the 2026 midterm election farce. But I don't expect it at this point. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:38 And, you know, another thing is, I think I'd maybe talked about this with Burning Bright or something, but, or maybe you and I did. But it's kind of easy to get captured. Like you can, you can try to enter politics from a very good faith place where you really want to just serve people and make some changes.
Starting point is 00:48:57 in the system because you know that it's failing people. And so I can believe that Spencer Pratt got involved for that reason. But as soon as you get involved, then the machine begins operating on you. You know, when you take a prominent place in the public conversation, then there are people who want to push you forward who have the money and the resources to do that. There are people who want to make you part of their cause and say, hey, I know you agree with this too. Will you please be a voice for this cause?
Starting point is 00:49:23 And they pump resources in and they kind of build out your organization. and all of a sudden you've got all of these different influences using you as a vehicle. And if you don't, if you believe in the binary where it's like our side of the unit party or their side of unit party, it's so much better if our side of the unit party wins, well, then you commit to your side of the unit party because that's how your movement goes forward. And so it's really easy to get mixed up in the establishment thing without really knowing about because that's where the force and the power comes from. It's not like there's this other organization, aside from Donald Trump, maybe, there's this
Starting point is 00:50:01 other entity that is going to elevate political figures. I mean, and we've seen the people that Trump has endorsed over the years, and that's its own conversation. But, you know, and John and I'll probably make some jokes about this tomorrow night, but have you seen what Nancy Mace is doing? Podcasting. Well, yes, but like the clothes and the sexual innuendo and the constant focus on, on her body and stuff. This was a congressman that we were told was this base and red-pilled lady that was going to
Starting point is 00:50:33 help us defeat the Democrats a couple of years ago. And now she's just like a sexy influencer. And this is what people are telling us we have to go out and vote for because they sure don't know the candidates. Everybody's focus is on the Tala Rico and Paxton thing and the Al-Sai-Ed thing up in Michigan, as though these are the only two races in the country, who talks about their local races? Nobody? Because we're worried that like Al-Sayyed is the avatar of an Islamic invasion. Well, who allowed the Islamic invasion? The Unip Party. Yep. I, uh, I, Christy and I took your advice and, uh, we, we started watching the agency. And, uh, yeah, we, yeah, it's, it's pretty good so far. We're probably about five episodes in, uh,
Starting point is 00:51:22 to the first season. And I just came up, you know, what you were talking about earlier about, you know, Spencer Pratt may have had good intentions going in, you know, whatever. And it dawned on me, you know, a lot of these shows, there's a ton of these spy shows that are out there. And I think a lot of them, there's at least nuance as to what actually happens in that realm. And I was thinking of the guy, the congressman that in the episode I'm on, he came out and says you know something about belarus and starts this big thing with belarus which opens up the possibility of trading a russian spy for you know another person or whatever and you
Starting point is 00:52:03 hear the the the director of the cia guy afterwards he says you know um i i planted that idea in the congressman's head i reminded him that his son got a DUI and you know was doing some illegal shit and we made that go away. And, and, you know, so when I, the reason I bring that up is, I think everybody has skeletons in their closet, of course. I mean, everybody's done things that they don't want out in the public. The, the problem is, is people need to embrace that stuff. And that is something that President Trump has done. You know, when the, the, the hot mic came out, grap him by the pussy, he embraced that. He was like, okay, I'm not going to deny it. I'm not going to say it's AI. I'm not going to say it is a fake voice. Everything. He, he just says, I'm, I'm, I'm
Starting point is 00:52:47 he could have. He could. And you know what? I probably would have probably would have lost a little bit of respect for him that early on if he had come out and denied that. But he embraced it. He said, you know, you don't know the circles I roll in it. It happens. I'm a billionaire. Women come up and do that. So yeah, that's, you know, and look at Lauren Bobert right now. Oh, she's having lesbian sex with her colleagues or, you know, whatever the, not colleagues, her insubordinates. I mean, granted, that's technically against the rules in Congress. But, you know so what so what you know we got to stop getting wrapped up in in what people are doing in their personal affairs and start focusing on what they're doing in our lives specifically
Starting point is 00:53:28 yes well the personal affairs bit is important because our society is largely based on the currency of social credit and reputation you know and so yeah they just they can destroy somebody's reputation and make that person unpalatable to everyone else because Everyone else then believes that it's their responsibility to make a case for that person to anyone who might object to it. You know, you have to, like, all of a sudden, I'm defending that character from claims of rape. Like, why would I be defending a stranger from rape claims? I don't know what happened, you know, but we find ourselves doing that all the time.
Starting point is 00:54:11 You know, you can make that defense when the assertion, like in the Trump and E. Jean Carroll instance, when the assertion is totally incoherent and makes no sense, you can say, okay, I don't believe he ever did that and here's why. But the idea that we have to defend somebody's character from something that they actually did in the past 20 years ago or whatever in order to say, hey, I forgive that person because that person's asking for forgiveness. I think that they're operating in good faith. Maybe I trust that person more than the person with the squeaky clean record who's telling me that they are, or who is clearly just a servant of the same unit party and bound to implement that agenda. You know, and we have the, we have to decide these things for ourselves. Agreed.
Starting point is 00:55:02 Agreed. If it's not a crime, I don't give a shit. If it's not a crime and it happens in your personal life and it doesn't involve me, I don't give a shit. If you want to go, if you want to go have lesbian threesomes with, with your congressional staffers, so be it. You know, just, just be aware that that's going to be used to blackmail you. So just, uh, you know, put it on only fans or something. I don't know. Just, well, Nancy Mayswell. Seems like it's headed in that direction, doesn't it?
Starting point is 00:55:34 It does. It does seem like that if her, if her podcasting career doesn't pick up. Is she getting more, Is she getting more views than us yet? Because you know that's going to happen. You know that they're going to, you know that on views for her. Oh, yeah. They're going to, yeah, absolutely. It'll be boosted to no end. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:55:50 All right. So that's going to close out the asso of an a portion of the show, which really sucks because after I talk with Chris about elections or anybody, me and Ash, you know, whatever, everything else just seems so. So let's have a little, let's have a little. palate cleanse here and let's talk about some some lotion in a realm divided by ancient houses a war has begun in the house of lip balm jonathan of house drake you stand accused of defying the decree of madame margie and refusing the razor i've never heard of what the actual consequences are
Starting point is 00:56:32 if we don't shave off our beards waiting to find out because i have no intention of shaving In this realm, even the beards may fall. You're one of us now. House of lotion. Tallow. House of many tallow. House of beard oil. And house of deodorant.
Starting point is 00:57:33 She can't get away with this. This would have never happened if she had Bitcoin. Eat a bag of Dragon D's, G. Ask him a cativated, punctured in Phil Spice. Wait, Mitch. He's a flashed up. Looks like you guys. a little help. First of all, I've got to say, supporting six small American businesses,
Starting point is 00:58:06 huge fan, big fan of America. But I came here to tell you, you have a big problem at your border, a very big problem. An army of dry-skinned walkers is coming into your lands. And trust me, you do not want them here. They're dry, they're cracked, they need to be hydrated. This is going to take conscious strength and lots of hydration. We have to spread the word. promo code walkers 17% off at softdisclosure.com. What about Madam Marjorie and her beardless son already handled? I've got the brush on it. Put this on your beard to soften it, motherfucker.
Starting point is 00:59:18 Softdisclosure.com promo code walkers to get you 17% off. And I mean, just, I just want to watch soft disclosure ads all day. Like, that is way better than the news. like I want to watch Game of Lotions that could be that could totally be a show I mean it would be Game of Thrones just with lotion
Starting point is 00:59:38 but it could be a show Game of lotion you can't copyrights right so are you John's hand is that is that your official role it just dawned on me that well yesterday I was called his handler somebody somebody
Starting point is 00:59:52 yeah same thing I'm just saying somebody said that I write his checks I was like I don't even write my own I barely get myself paid. That has been the most fantastic. That has been the most fantastic thing that I think I've heard in this whole thing is, is who's paying you? It's so great.
Starting point is 01:00:13 I mean, badlands, but just for the shows that I do. Yes. And we make a third of the money that we made three years ago. I make a lot less than I made when I had my own business. Man, a lot less. People are so wrapped around the axle on the election thing. And, you know, there's a group of so-called truthers out there who have been going after Badlands since its inception.
Starting point is 01:00:40 People should actually, like, understand the pattern by now, but they don't because these people identify as patriots. It's just such a nonsensical attack. They literally just make things up about people and then say them. It's, I mean, good for them, whatever. They can say whatever they want, but it's ridiculous. I saw.
Starting point is 01:01:04 What the shit they come up with is just so absurd. Yeah, I mean, I don't want to turn this into, you know, a whole show about that, because we absolutely could. But I saw somebody, I don't know who it was, but ridiculing Ash. And, you know, Ash had said something and, you know, said, well, thank God, George Washington didn't just sit on his ass and do nothing. What are you doing? And I was like, does this dude know who Ash is?
Starting point is 01:01:27 She is literally a pro se litigant in the federal court of appeals right now, arguing against the establishment NGO machine because she refused to take a deal, which would have cost her nothing. It would have, she would have just, okay, wipe my hands clean of this. I'm done. And she's sticking it to them. Not to mention why we vote. We've been hosting probably the longest running election integrity podcast,
Starting point is 01:01:54 out there. I don't know of anyone that's been running longer than why we vote. She writes, like, that's the, that's the, like, ludicrous, ludicrous fee. Ludicry. What's the word? I can't think of it. That's, yeah, that's the absolute retardation that, you know, is being put out there. When you're attacking Ash and saying she doesn't do anything, are you fucking kidding me? All right.
Starting point is 01:02:22 Let's get into the news that is not election related, although all news ties into elections, I guess. And CNN freaking out, trying to take away the spotlight from President Trump and Xi Jinping's meeting yesterday. And the banning from the White House, this is continuing. For now, it appears that the White House may be in defiance of this court order. We're still waiting to see. Again, we have asked for comment. We've asked for clarification on what exactly is going on and when our credit. will be reinstated according to that judges temporary restraining order issued just after 1 a.m.
Starting point is 01:03:00 All right. So we got a couple of videos here of people just absolutely crying about not having the access that they've been given for so long and have abused and neglected and and taken advantage of. Here's another case in point. Fox, ABC, CBS, CNN to do that. And again, that is. how maybe the public doesn't always realize how they get so much of the audio, the visuals, the video of the president that they watch on a near daily basis because this president likes to be in front of the TV, likes to take as many, likes to take questions from the press, although we've seen in this second term a very big difference compared to the first term. I covered the first Trump administration and now one of the biggest differences with what he is doing to the press. Yes, he's always attacked the press. He has called us the enemy of the people
Starting point is 01:03:55 since he came onto the political stage in 2015, but he is now operating and taking direct action and using the full power of the government to restrict press access. And he started that almost immediately when he came into the White House with the restrictions on the associated press, attempting to restrict them from the Oval Office and from the pool and from other specific events inside the White House. We've seen this administration do that with the Pentagon Press Corps and be told by judges that they have to restore that access, but they now have to go on an escorted basis through the Pentagon.
Starting point is 01:04:34 And so this is an administration, this is a president in his second term, who is attempting to use the levers of the government in a way that he didn't even try to in his first term. All right. So, you know, again, we talked about this yesterday. I mean, the judge ruling that the Trump administration has to reinstate their crest credentials, other crest credentials, their press credentials while this case plays out is absurd. I think that if we do end up seeing that ruling that CNN does, in fact, have access, like a free press requires access to the White House, that's going to open up a can of worms.
Starting point is 01:05:16 I don't see a way they're going to win this case. If President Trump says you're not allowed in the White House during my administration, you're not allowed in the White House during his administration. He's not restricting what you're printing. He's not telling you you can't print this. He's not telling you what to print it. Unlike the Biden administration that actually did that, right, actually said, hey, make sure you're covering the Robert Her thing.
Starting point is 01:05:37 Make sure you're covering that favorably. Make sure you're highlighting this right here that, you know, they said he didn't do anything wrong. It's crazy. And the meltdown over this. So we, you know, we talk often, Chris, about the, well, I talk. I don't want to assert your opinion on this, but the war that President Trump is waging against the two-party system, the media is right smack dab in the middle of that war. You're seeing this is a continuation of that war and this is an escalation of that war against the mainstream media.
Starting point is 01:06:08 I would also point at the fact that the Biden administration used to actually write the questions for the reporters and then call on them in a order, according to how the run of show. show had been planned already. Yeah, that's crazy. Remember like all those leaked pictures of Joe Biden with the with the cards like calling this person. This is what he's going to say. Here's your scripted answer. And like you would be reading the thing. You go back and look at what he said. And it's like, wow, that's the same. That's the same damn thing that was written down there. Same answer. How did that work out? You know, the whole thing's a script. The whole thing is scripted out. In response to that video and the complaints, the rapid response the White House put out, this is a pre-credential event, contrary to what the fake news wants you to believe,
Starting point is 01:06:58 they don't just get to have free reign over every part of the White House, every event, and every press call. President Trump, truthing out. CNN and DSNC's ratings have dropped considerably. The primary reason is no credibility. They only write badly about a man who won the election in a giant lands. slide winning all seven swing states the popular vote in 86% of the counties etc and whose popularity has grown because of the unprecedented success our country is having on both the world stage and at home
Starting point is 01:07:29 CNN and MSDNC to show you how fake they are today refused to cover one of the biggest and most beautiful events to take place in many years the arrival at the white house of the highly respected president of china Xi Jinping and his beautiful wife madam pang the event was magnificent actually made for television. Love it. But because they're fake news and because they know how good it would be, they didn't want credit to be given to Trump.
Starting point is 01:07:57 They refused to be there. That's why they have such poor ratings. Tonight's state dinner at the White House for President G will be spectacular. The media will be in attendance. President Donald J. Trump. Actually made for television. Made for television.
Starting point is 01:08:11 Yep. It was actually quite a beautiful event. It was as grand a thing as we have seen at that White House, I think, in my lifetime, I don't know. Oh, no, you know it was better, was, um, the UFC fight? Yeah, uh, no, um, was it, was it, was it MBS? I think it was MBS when he came to visit and they had the Arabian horses and, oh, man, I don't have a visual memory of that.
Starting point is 01:08:38 Oh, man. I have to have another look at that. Was that first term? No, that was just like a, a year ago. How am I forgetting that? Wait, so, but that was at the White House you're saying? Yeah. Man, I don't remember.
Starting point is 01:08:53 No, that's not it. Was it MBS? Somebody in the chat, correct me. Was it MBS? It might have been somebody else. Dude, it was badass. No, that's not it. All right.
Starting point is 01:09:31 I'm not going to go crazy trying to find this. I searched in the machine for Arabian horses at the White House because I checked MBS and that's what it showed me. But yeah, dude, they had like, they had like the whole, they had the whole crazy thing with, uh, with the Arabian horses and the motorcade and everything else. It was they had the, the, the military lining up the, the steps of the White house, like this whole big crazy thing. But the things, I miss this. Yeah, dude. I, I, man, I wish we hadn't played soft disclosure. I'd play it right now and look at it in the background, Although the audience might be like played again.
Starting point is 01:10:11 I got it, Brian. Oh, you got it? Yeah, I think so. November 18th, 20205, U.S. soldiers on horseback road pads. No. Oh, here we go. Yeah. Yeah, buddy.
Starting point is 01:10:23 Here it is. November 18th, 2025? That would have been like, oh, yeah, 20, yeah, okay, yeah. 10 months ago. Yeah. Yeah. Donald Trump participates. Yeah, there you go.
Starting point is 01:10:34 Yeah, here we go. There you go. Yes, this is that. And those horses are wonderful, but man, they had quite a thing yesterday with the whole, just the white backdrop and the floor and all that outside of the, what wing is it? Is it? I don't know. I'll try to find the picture from yesterday that I'm talking about.
Starting point is 01:10:56 So I don't have to. All right. So President Trump on truth, very productive meeting with President G for both the U.S. and China. Tremendous things will be happening. Like almost everyone else, he seemed to like calling the poorly and inaccurately named artificial intelligence. to a far more accurate and important name, super intelligence. That would be super. Everyone last night agreed also, President DJT.
Starting point is 01:11:17 He is trying so hard to make super intelligence a thing. And, you know, Ash and I are going to be talking about AI on Culture of Change on Monday night. Finally, we've been talking about this for like a year and a half now. We're finally going to make it happen. But, you know, it's interesting that he's bringing up the super intelligence because super intelligence is actually a progression that's been outlined, you know, by for us, of AI. You know, it goes from AI. And a lot of the talk lately has been about AGI and whether or not artificial intelligence has reached AGI, which is supposed to be the equivalent of the IQ of a human being.
Starting point is 01:11:57 Right. So it's supposed to have the IQ now that is similar to ours. super intelligent is supposed to be significantly and by orders of magnitude greater than our own IQ intelligence quotient and uh it's it's it's interesting now that they're saying they want to call it superintelligence is this it oh yeah that was that was pretty badass the guy saluting with his left hand oh no he's holding the fight pretty badass the uh the drum part by itself it sounded like some beats that were a little bit too modern for what they'd be playing uh you know i kind of like that though i do too it's yeah i dig it anyway i thought that whole thing
Starting point is 01:14:08 was cool and that's not even the best shot of it i shot i saw um just a really cool angle of that that whole thing where they were like coming toward the camera moving away and you can see the formation and the people up in the upper level and stuff that that stuff i think is awesome uh cat foe fighting brings up a great point weren't the red Coats the British? Yes. That's interesting. How do you?
Starting point is 01:14:33 Let's unpack that. What does that mean? So, and I thought, isn't it the Marine Corps band that wears those? Red. Yeah. They wear red. So isn't, wasn't that what that was? That's, I mean, I may, maybe it's the president.
Starting point is 01:14:50 So the Marine Corps band's called the president's own. Perhaps it's the president's own playing it. But why are they, I mean, they're clearly dressed as. Continental soldiers, you would think. Here, let's do it one more time. Yeah, maybe there's a good shot. I mean, they certainly do look like that. See if there's a close-up.
Starting point is 01:15:08 Can you go back? I can mute it and scroll through. I don't think. Like right there. I mean, that looks like British soldier. Like that we've always seen in, you know, the movies and television and stuff, right down to the wigs. somebody's saying it's the D. Carroll says that was the old guard
Starting point is 01:15:31 could be I think that's just like I think they're just talking about optics and symbolism there and I could be wrong about how I'm understanding that that sounds like an comment on optics and symbolism I mean Washington was a British a lieutenant colonel before he you know left because they and promote him and, you know, they pissed him off and he went and joined the, the revolution. So I don't know. Old guard, fief and drum army special band, D. Carroll says, the old guard fife and drum. Interesting. Okay, so maybe it's not supposed to be indicative of that.
Starting point is 01:16:20 Well, let's get into some more of the coverage there. I thought this was fascinating. I can't for the life of me. You know, this never hit me before, but like, until, President Trump brought this up. I never realized why the hell doesn't the White House have a helipad? And now it looks badass. Here's President Trump greeting President Xi on the helipad.
Starting point is 01:16:42 Brand new. Look at it. I think there's a zoomed out picture of it. Yeah, there we go. Look how great that looks. That looks fantastic. How did we not have that before? It's a good question.
Starting point is 01:17:03 You know, like, honestly, I mean, we're going to say this. same thing about the ballroom when it's done. We're going to be like, how the hell did we not have a big beautiful ballroom indicative of our big beautiful country? Like, why didn't we have this before? You know, and, you know, it's not taxpayer funded. That's even better. That's, we didn't pay for it. It's even better. Um, we had some other clips here. I don't have a whole lot of the content of the meeting. So I'll save that for you guys tomorrow night. But, uh, president, with President Xi showing him the wall of presidents.
Starting point is 01:17:49 That's fantastic. That is so great because that is the first time, Chris, that I have ever seen genuine emotion from President Xi Jinping. Like he's genuinely laughing. there when President Trump says this is the auto pen, that was whose president? I mean, imagine coming over to the United States for the first time in a decade and being toured around the White House by the president. And the president's like, oh man, you got to come
Starting point is 01:18:18 see this. You got to come see what I did down here. You know how Joe Biden was that fake president that we put in place for four years? Look at this. I put the auto pen up and people still can't accept that Joe Biden was fake. I mean, that's what I would be saying if I was Trump. Like I can't show them any i can't possibly show them in in any more obvious ways and uh they they still just won't accept it let me show it again they're
Starting point is 01:18:44 and then they're out then I mean that's genuine laughter right there from from Xi Jinping I mean they're boys they're boys yeah they just like look like two powerful people hanging out and it's going about their business
Starting point is 01:19:01 yeah that that that's uh remarkable Also, you know, it's worth noting for those that may not know this, but of course, Joe Biden never had a bilateral meeting with Xi Jinping. They met occasionally at like G20s and stuff like that, but Biden never went to, never went to China to meet Xi. And Xi never came to the United States to meet Biden during his quote unquote presidency. They did when they were both vice presidents, but not during, not during the quote unquote 46th. auto pen term so going on to the did you want to add something sorry no no go ahead going on to the dinner here this is uh she's inception or not inception but his uh what would you call this is his welcoming yeah there you got now i would like to propose a toast to the health of president and mrs trump
Starting point is 01:19:55 to the prosperity and progress of china and united states and to the friendship between our two peoples cheers gun be cheers cheers Cheers, folks. Only we had a ballroom. If only we had a big beautiful ballroom. And then, of course, I, you know, I just want to highlight. This is from Real America's voice. Justin, POTUS and President Xi enter the state dinner
Starting point is 01:20:32 and are seated alongside the First Lady of the United States and Elon Musk. The guest list for that event is pretty extraordinary. And most of the tech oligarchs are there, which I thought made it even funnier, the post that Trump made this morning talking about the super intelligence thing for exactly the reasons you mentioned earlier. You know, we're supposed to go from what we have right now, which is just artificial intelligence. Then it becomes artificial general intelligence. And that's when it gets really scary. And then it becomes artificial super intelligence, which means that it can just dominate our entire world. Well, I would suggest that the algorithm has already dominated our entire world.
Starting point is 01:21:14 Burning Bright and I had an extensive discussion on that last night while talking about the movie Eagle Eye, which is basically exactly about that. But now Trump has taken away the branding of that hoax. Like that's a major fear campaign, the same way as like nuclear weapons are. The idea that artificial super intelligence is going to arise from the machine and then dominate us in our world, that's a major fear campaign that is kind of bubbling right, now, it's kind of coming to the surface. And Trump has, like, taken a stake and driven it into the heart of that, that hoax by using the term superintelligence in this way. He's like, oh, well, yeah, it's already superintelligence. The best thing is going to happen. And it's just going to deflate that balloon. They've been branding the idea of artificial superintelligence for many years.
Starting point is 01:22:06 And it kind of went live in just the last few weeks where you now see online and you hear people talking about artificial super intelligence. Like they're all claiming their knowledge of it. Like this is the next wave. And Trump's just deflating that before it ever has a chance to fully blossom. How was Eagle Eye in today's? Like that's the Shaila Booth movie, right? That's right.
Starting point is 01:22:32 Yeah. I mean, I saw that like in 2005 when it came out. Yeah, 2008. It is not a great movie. It's not a great movie by any. A lot of it is really over the top. There's a lot of stuff that just doesn't need to be in there.
Starting point is 01:22:48 And, you know, that's kind of how movies are sometimes. And that's unfortunate. But the way that it handled the centralization, the orchestration of everything, the ability, the sense of how digitized our world has become, the ability for the machine to control those aspects of the world based on its own set of parameters. and its own goals, that stuff was all handled really, really well. And there was even some interesting continuity of government stuff. Section 216 of the Patriot Act is discussed,
Starting point is 01:23:23 the idea that the government has to be put into some COG while the machine replaces everyone who currently serves in the system. All that stuff was super interesting. Very interesting. Yeah, so again, Xi Jinping, president, Trump and who is the person sitting right next to President Trump? Is it J.D. Vance? No. Is it Marco Rubio? No. Is it Susie Wiles? No. Elon Musk. That's, I don't know, man. I don't know. All right. So let's...
Starting point is 01:24:01 The whole story concludes with, you know, we saw their celebrity breakup story like a year and a half ago and, you know, they've got to get back together for real at some point. I mean, I, you know, I just don't we got into this huge argument yesterday. Not an argument, but back and forth. You know, we're frictional. And, you know, I don't understand like a year ago. Elon Musk and Trump broke up. They had a nasty breakup.
Starting point is 01:24:27 Elon Musk said he's in the Epstein files. He went like full bore against President Trump. The most important event thus far in terms of meetings that has, you know, occurred in the White House in his second term, just took. took place and Elon Musk was sitting right next to him. But yes, we totally are going to buy the tit for tat going on right now with America First versus MAGA. By the way, did you catch that he called it America First in the Copenhagenhavor obituary?
Starting point is 01:24:59 No, I didn't, but that's interesting. He called it America first. Here, I'll pull it back up. It's right there on his, it's right there on his truth as like the first. He didn't say he was a great patriot of MAGA. He said a great representative of America. first. Where is it? Right here.
Starting point is 01:25:19 There it is. He says, A crazed gunman attempted to stifle our America First Movement in caps. America First and Capital M for Movement. So, you know, I don't know if President Trump is trying to, you know, rebrand America America First or if he's trying to retain the license over that, you know, proverbial license? Yeah. Yeah, I would suggest the second, but that's just my take on it.
Starting point is 01:25:51 Could be. Could be. Okay, but anyways, let's get into this clip here briefly. We're going to go to the other big bad boogeyman in the east, and that's Vladimir Putin. You might have some issue. Or you've invited Vladimir Zelenskyy. So we've invited President Putin to the G20. We think it's an opportunity for him to engage, not just with the president, but with other world leaders. We hope that's an invitation he'll accept. There's an opportunity in December if that happens.
Starting point is 01:26:19 If there's another opportunity for them to meet and there's a purpose behind the meeting, that that would be good. Okay. So that statement right there, by the way, Putin has said, thus far, I don't think I'll be attending. I don't know if that'll change. You know, they've been, Russia's been kept out of the G20 since I think 2019. obviously, you know, the war in Ukraine kicked it off and Trump inviting Putin to the G20 while, you know, kind of rebuking the NATO forces, so to speak. I don't know. It's interesting. I want to jump into this article here from Politico. Marine Le Pen welcomes Trump's G20 invitation for Putin.
Starting point is 01:27:05 Marine Le Pen is on board with the decision to invite Vladimir Putin to the G20. Quote, any initiatives aimed at putting an end to this slaughter are welcome, she said, after criticizing Emmanuel Macron for what she said were insufficient efforts to bring Russia back to the negotiating table. Le Pen made clear that if she won the 27 presidential election, France would halt all financial aid to Ukraine and was willing to maintain some former support, including military training for Ukraine. Quote, Russia is currently attacking the means of transporting military equipment to Ukraine, she said in reference to the failed drone attack at Germany's Leipzig Airport. Quote, this presents a risk of escalation.
Starting point is 01:27:54 This makes it more important than ever to put an end to the conflict. I want to pause right there for just a quick. second because you know ash and i covered we're doing the creature from jekyll island on badlands book club shameless plug or she calls it the bad mood story hour bad mood hour she doesn't steal story hour from you guys the bad mood hour the bad mood hour she calls it and uh like two weeks ago we did a a chapter on the lusitania and you know i don't know if you've ever heard the real history of uh the lucitania but uh the story is told by Edward Griffin, the writer for the creature of Jekyll Island, that the Lusitania was actually a British Reserve Naval Vessel that was transporting passengers
Starting point is 01:28:38 transatlantic from the U.S. to London. But at the same time, and this ship was outfitted with gun ports and everything. Like it was ready. If shit hit the fan, they could have easily converted it into a naval warship. But it was a luxury liner. It was, you know, the Titanic's whatever. it's crossing the Atlantic and the Germans were like, hey, they're transporting weapons on this ship. And America has a neutrality agreement at this point. We're not supposed to be supplying anybody in World War I. We're not supposed to be supplying anybody with weapons.
Starting point is 01:29:10 And Germany comes over to the U.S. and puts out an ad in all of our papers saying, don't go aboard the Lusitania. It's fair game because it's transporting weapons, right? It's it's it's it's it's a it's a it's a it's a it's a war act it's an act of war nobody in the US the secretary of state at the time I think it was William Bryan Bryant Williams cheney Bryant he catches wind of this ad and shuts all the new newspaper outlets from from publishing it the only one that actually published it was the Iowa Des Moines register the ship is crossing over with 2,200 people on board you know chunk of Americans that are on there
Starting point is 01:29:50 and allegedly, reportedly, four million, is it, I don't remember if it's four million pounds. I think it's four million pounds of weaponry, you know, ammunition, all sorts of things. It's then crossing the Atlantic, it is told, it is ordered to slow down. It is ordered to go to half throttle while going through an area that just the week before a British, a German U-boat had been operating it. its Irish escorts that were supposed to pick it up transatlantic when it got to that side was nowhere to be seen. They were pulled back. So the Lusitania is traveling at half speed out in the open and gets sunk by a German U-boat, which of course prompts the United States to enter World War I
Starting point is 01:30:36 and immediately pumps $400 million into the Federal Reserve or out of the Federal Reserve, right? And so when I when I see a story like that, by the way, the secretary of the Navy, this was during Woodrow Wilson, the worst president we've ever had in the history of this country, bar none, includes Biden, Obama or Clinton, whoever you want to think about. Woodrow Wilson was the worst ever. Do you know who his secretary of Navy was? Tell me. Wow. Why is it? Franklin, Yellow or Roosevelt. There you. Excuse me. I was trying to say RFK. I'm like FDR.
Starting point is 01:31:17 I was going to say FDR. FDR was his secretary of Navy. So probably privy to this false flag that brought the United States into World War I. Also, the president, when we got a false flag that brought us into World War II. And so when I see this story here where Marine Le Pen is saying, hey, the Germans, the Russians are bombing a German airport that is, is transporting military items to its enemy. You're a fair game, dude. You want to fuck around.
Starting point is 01:31:47 You're going to find out. So, you know, I just, I thought that was really interesting because Le Pen, um, are. Isn't it crazy how all wars are started with false flags? I mean, somebody, somebody find one that wasn't and I'll take your word for it. Have you ever read creature from Jackal Island? I've read, I think I read like a third of it in, like 2012 and I had put it down for some reason and never went back to it. It's such a daunting book to read. It really is. It really is. But, you know, you know, getting out of all the financial stuff
Starting point is 01:32:26 and everything else like that, just the history stuff that you never like, and I'm sorry for going off on a tangent, but I think this is actually better than the news. The news sucks. Like yesterday we were covering the first, the first central back. in the United States and it walks us through the constitutional convention in 1787. And, you know, he paints a picture there that I've never heard of the constitutional convention. And it's this picture that outside of the, the hall in Philadelphia where this is Liberty, is it Liberty Hall? Yeah. Outside of Liberty Hall in Philadelphia where this is going on, it's chaos. It's pandemonium. Like people are up in arms. They're, they're pissed off.
Starting point is 01:33:12 they're you know it says there's like drunkenness there's you know like lawlessness as they're in there trying to draft you know what is going to become the the foundation one of the foundational documents of our country the the the supreme law of the land so to speak that's a that's a story i've never really heard in terms of the the or the or of you know around the constitutional Convention. The Liberty Bell at the Independence Hall. So you kind of smushed those. Independence Hall.
Starting point is 01:33:44 Excuse me. Yeah, Liberty Bell, Independence Hall. I wonder if the Liberty Bell got cracked during all of that lawlessness, that up. But we always hear like the romantic side of it, right? Like we picture the Ben Franklin walking out like, what have you given us, a republic if you can keep it, right? Like that's how it's romanticized. to us but in reality it's probably like what the fuck are you guys doing in there hey we're making a republic
Starting point is 01:34:12 chill out you know i like that bit brian good job i it's just it's so it is so fantastic to read that book like i mean if you guys if you're now i such a good show i'll have to i'll have to return to it yeah definitely should um so so the whole reason i bring that up right there's this there's this kind of op going on that we're at war now with Russia. Well, not us, but that Europe is. And I want to read, this was Politico with Marine Le Pen asking here. And I'm going to read it. She says, aren't we already at war with a nuclear power, Russia?
Starting point is 01:34:53 And Le Pen says, no, man, we are not at war. And once again, to those who say we are a people at war, I feel those who say we are a people at war. She says, no, war is war. You see what I mean? War is war. When people say we're already at war, it sometimes feels as though they'd like us to be at war. I don't want us to be at war. Things are very clear. If the intelligence agencies have information, so be it. It is entirely legitimate for a number of countries, including our own, to take all necessary measure to protect, once again, our security and our interests. And I find it perfectly normal that the president of public is concerned about this.
Starting point is 01:35:35 But let not once again be talk about these things with the flippancy. I sometimes hear them discussed with. Okay. And that last part is the part that I want to highlight there, the flippancy at which these things are discussed with because, you know, throwing around the idea that we are at war with, well, not we again, but France, Europe is at war with Russia. is very concerning because they would have huge, huge implications for the United States in that regard. Meanwhile, while Europe is trying to push off this idea that Russia's, we're going to war with Russia.
Starting point is 01:36:14 Putin's out there saying, I want nothing to do with a war with Europe, right? Trump's out there saying, hey, Putin, welcome back to the G20, bro. Come on in. And Europe's still like war. Yeah. It's brewing, dude. It's brewing. it's it's got to brew at the right time you know everything has to be complete and total chaos to
Starting point is 01:36:35 have the the the the the op work yeah here's another continuation of of said op right here from the new york times carney lays out his vision for breaking canada's reliance on the u.s i think it was um was it i think it was ash it might have been alpha but I think it was Ash that posted the picture of the cats. Have you seen that picture of the cats smothered by Greenland, the U.S.? Like it's a picture of a cat laying there and it says Canada, right? And then it's like, this cat looks miserable and it's got like five other cats around it. It's like Alaska, Greenland, the United States.
Starting point is 01:37:22 And then there's like another one. It's all like smothering right around Canada and it's showing anyways. So, yeah, it says here, Prime Minister Mark Carney said that he had prepared, this from the New York Times, he had prepared over the past year for the, quote, extreme tail risk that President Trump might order military action against Canada. That's the first sentence in this New York Times article. Prepare for war against the United States with Canada. But disclosed that the two men have spoken, quote, unquote, frequently, even since the trade talks collapsed last month describing a tense. evolving relationship. In a wide-ranging interview, Carney described in meticulous detail how he was systematically reducing Canada's reliance on the United States for key technology from space satellites
Starting point is 01:38:11 to fighter jets in an effort to make his country far less vulnerable to American threats. He outlined a plan to diversify Canada's relationship and suppliers and said that even with a different future president, quote, we will be a better partner for the U.S. because of what we are doing. That's like, oh, that's like, I'm trying to think of how to draw. That's like having a girlfriend and like saying like if you go sleep with another dude, it's going to make our relationship better. That never works. Like us, us becoming less dependent on the United States is actually going to make our relationship better. Just embrace it, dude. Realize that you guys are dependent on us.
Starting point is 01:38:57 And it's the most viable option for Canada to be dependent on us. And let's balance things out. Let's balance out the tariffs. Let's balance out the trade deficits that we have here. And let's play ball. Yeah. I'm with you on that. And I think that you're probably ultimately right.
Starting point is 01:39:14 But Canada should become a better sovereign nation and might actually have a better relationship with the United States if they did that. Maybe it would be less dependent is what I'm saying. I mean, being an independent relationship is never good. Well, right now they're trying to, right now they're trying to become a part of the EU. So they're sleeping with the EU. Right. And they're over here like, hey, sleeping with the EU is going to make us more into.
Starting point is 01:39:41 Getting strong in that way. It's not going to be. Right. Yeah. Never works out, dude. Right. Oh, man. Last thing I want to cover on the Russia topic.
Starting point is 01:39:51 And then we'll just breeze through the next couple stories because they're just laugh out loud about or how gay are Congress is. From the United States Attorney's Office in California, tech CEO Russian National arrested on complaint, alleging that they hid Russian ownership and development of software sold to the U.S. government. The CEO of a Virginia-based software company immediately, if you see Virginia-based and software company, immediately think CIA. Immediately.
Starting point is 01:40:20 100%. The CEO of a Virginia-based software company and a. Russian National have been arrested concealing from the U.S. government agencies that their company was owned and controlled by Russian nationals and that its software was developed in Russia. Lee Riber of Boise, Idaho was arrested in Idaho, made his first initial appearance in the U.S. District Court in Idaho. He's expected to be arraigned in Los Angeles. What? I'm trying to make sense of that, Chris. Virginia-based company. man in Idaho, arrested in Idaho, first appearance in Idaho, arraigned in Los Angeles?
Starting point is 01:41:06 Does it? It doesn't say why. Some business that they were doing in California? Like, was the crime committed in California in some way? It says it's a Virginia-based company. Yeah. And he's based in Idaho. So where the hell does Los Angeles?
Starting point is 01:41:22 You know what comes to mind is the Connick thing? that that's what i thought of as well so i'm 100% on board with you on that like we knew like when that when the conic thing happened a michigan based company uh immediately we're like well that's george gascon the the sorrows d a now this is district this is state level right well yeah the district attorney uh so why is he bringing the case in in in los angeles and then of course we know the case ultimately gets dismissed, you know, in protest from Eric Neff, who's now in DOJ at the Civil Rights Division, working for Hermit Dillon. And it gets dismissed. And the CEO of Connick ends up getting a $5 million wrongful prosecution payment.
Starting point is 01:42:10 Like, no court, no nothing. Just here's five million bucks. Sorry to have inconvenienced to you. And now we're seeing an Idaho man arraigned in Los Angeles for a Virginia-based business. I don't that doesn't make sense to me um oleg yeah i agree i agree there has to be more to it olig olig olig sergeyovov of moscow was arrested at london heathrow prior to boarding a flight for istan bull he's charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud they represented to the government that company had no foreign ownership or control and that its software was developed in the
Starting point is 01:42:47 US when in fact five Russian nationals, including Davidov, owned and controlled the company and its software. The complaint does not allege the software contained malicious code or that it was used to gain unauthorized access to any computer systems data. Okay. A federal magistrate judge also issued a warrant for the seizure of corporate bank accounts and approximately 57 domains and other cyber infrastructure that was used in the alleged acts. They allegedly conspired to obtain contracts from federal agencies through oxygen forensics, a digital forensic company based in Alexandria, Virginia. Digital forensics software is used to recover, preserve, and analyze electronic data from digital devices while keeping the original files unchanged. Affected agencies include the U.S. Department of War and three components of the Department of Homeland Security, including the U.S. Secret Service, its National Computer Forensics Institute, and the Homeland,
Starting point is 01:43:47 land security investigations and the DHS office of the inspector general. I mean, you guys didn't do due diligence before these companies were able to access those systems, the U.S. Secret Service, HSI, Department of War. You're telling me you guys took forensic software from a Russian company. Okay. I'm waiting for the machine to finish its answer, trying to tell me why this is in California. I have not found it. Well, in the meantime, you know, I'm thinking this is like some sort of like cellbrite software,
Starting point is 01:44:31 cellularite software that extracts their own records and stuff like that. But you remember, what was it, like a week and a half ago, there was the Chinese guy up in Maine that was working for Border Patrol, CBP under DHS. And he was a shift supervisor, Chinese national, working for as a shift supervisor, for DHS and he was well he was alleged to have tampered with like a few dozen computers and changed out hard drives and put his own hard
Starting point is 01:45:00 drives in them I mean like what's going on in our federal government you've got Chinese nationals that are supervisors at the border at three ports three ports that he's in charge of controlling you've got Russian nationals putting you know forensic software into analysis software into our computer computer system. I mean, great, you caught them. But how long have this gone on? This is back in 2022 that they were caught. So, did you find a any? I did, it says, it basically just says because the cases about conspiracy to commit wire fraud, that multiple venues could apply. And it just,
Starting point is 01:45:46 you know, it's kind of just a choice. If the activity occurred in California, then California can claim jurisdiction and venue. And it seems like that's what's happened, but it doesn't have a conclusive answer. Okay. Well, there we have it. No conclusion. Maybe because it's wire fraud. This is Mitch McConnell's chief of staff. Terry Carmack being questioned the other day. This is hilarious to show you how illegitimate Mitch McConnell is. Hi, Terry. Do you think it's a good idea to continue to wield Mitch McConnell throughout the halls of Congress on a wheelchair. Do you think that's a good look for him as well as you? Are you concerned about his legacy, sir? Are you concerned about his legacy? Sir, do you think it's a good idea to just push Mitch McConnell around on a wheelchair? Is that a
Starting point is 01:46:34 good idea for his legacy as well as your legacy as well as your staffs? Sir, can Mitch McConnell talk? Did Mitch McConnell fail to give a public statement through video for three months while he was absent? So what's the communication for the one's like to send? What is the exit plan for the senator once his term expires? Does the senator plan on releasing any video or do a radio segment? I guess it's like a disease. The Mitch McConnell can't talk is a disease.
Starting point is 01:47:21 Terry Carmack can't talk either. many of these people there that are just being left in office to wither and die like they don't have an ability to get out yeah here's a which is especially amusing in um in a state of fake elections when the results can be determined for whatever reason and report to the public well what do you try what are you leaving Mitch McConnell in office for what are you leaving Nancy Pelosi in office for what are you leaving Diane Feinstein in office for I would say it's a humiliation of the process and of those people uh i could look at it as an exposure of who's actually controlling you know things behind that works too and you know again this goes to you know the these these
Starting point is 01:48:08 congressmen and women have these trusted staffers and i fully believe that the staffers at least to an extent have been infiltrated by intelligence agencies by NGOs by leftist and and conservative networks conservative, rightist, let's call it rightest. They've been infiltrated by all these bad actors that are trying to gather blackmail as credit, right? That's the currency in D.C. It's more powerful than money, right? Blackmail is way more powerful than money.
Starting point is 01:48:40 And so these people get trusted positions within them, you know, and then they do things like have threesomes in a Colorado congresswoman's office. and now you now you own them well who hasn't done that brian you own them man and so that's that is what we're seeing now you know here's a representative excuse me senator senator jim justice to you happy birthday dear baby dog happy birthday to you wow Look at this. Look at all the attendees. The baby dog's birthday parties.
Starting point is 01:49:30 Wow. All these people go on to a dog's birthday party. What in the world? But vote harder, guys. We're going to fix it this time. You've got a couple hundred people on Capitol Hill coming out for a fucking senator who brought his dog to the office because it's his birthday.
Starting point is 01:49:54 That's for dog. coms, dude. Somebody's going to die. What's the plan? This was back in February, Tom Tillis, with the dogs, right,
Starting point is 01:50:06 while they're debating the Save America Act, you know, that has 85% approval. Remember this one? No, the fact that this has happened multiple times,
Starting point is 01:50:15 though, makes it much more. Yeah, that's the thing. Oh, yeah, and the senator takes it. And that's Jim Justice right there,
Starting point is 01:50:32 isn't it? Yeah. Is that the big guy on the... Is that Jim Justice? I thought he was the small guy in the last one. I don't know what he looks like. I don't... Yeah, that is Jim Justice.
Starting point is 01:50:42 Yep. Yeah. Jim Justice is a big dude. Jim Justice has a dog. He's a dog fetish. Was that his dog's birthday then, too? Like, because dogs, you know, the age... The dogs age seven years for every one year.
Starting point is 01:50:57 So maybe he celebrates his dog's birthday seven times a year. So maybe February was the last time. that his little doggy had a had a birth. But that's our system. How strange. And, you know, while we're doing anything there, because they don't have a job because they're not legitimate. They're presenting us with a televised daytime drama.
Starting point is 01:51:21 It is a soap opera, and we can't wrap our heads around that. So we continue to watch the soap opera, obsess about the soap opera, and commit our time, energy, and resources to the soap opera, believing somehow the soap opera, is going to save our real lives. Here we are. I don't know why people look at this and they're like,
Starting point is 01:51:46 yes, I want to continue contributing to this system. It's hard to understand. I mean, I think it's just, I don't mean to insult anybody with this, but people will take it this way. Like if you're not like high on faith and you are concerned about what the future will bring, disrupting your current situation at all or taking on an additional thing that feels disruptive
Starting point is 01:52:16 is probably just too much to handle emotionally because you're already in a state of anger, you're already in a state of fear, you're worried about what the future is going to bring. So you don't want to take any chances. Let's just do it this way. They're working on it. It's going to get better. Like, let's not change anything. Like, if it goes bad again, then we can think about changing.
Starting point is 01:52:36 Well, we've said that now for six years in a row. It's been the same thing over and over again. The stories are the same. We just get the same reruns. And at some point, you have to just say, you know what? This is unsuitable. I am going to make a change. And I'm going to trust God that everything is going to be okay after I have made that
Starting point is 01:52:55 principled change in my life, in my behavior, and in my thinking and belief formation. Did we get there? It's going to be like this. All right. Well, that's all I've got for today. I am going to, I'm going to go off tomorrow morning, man. I'll tell you what. I love it.
Starting point is 01:53:17 I'm going to go off tomorrow morning. I'm sure you guys will have a great show tomorrow night as well. Tomorrow, check them out. DPH will be on tomorrow night at 1030, Daily Herald today at 1. You've got, what else we got tonight? We've got Spellbreakers at 9. We've got Onlylands at 1030. Christy and I will be having a date night podcast.
Starting point is 01:53:40 at 7 p.m. So if you want to check that out. And I'm sure there's coverage. I think we've got coverage as well going on. And then tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. I'll be having my week in review show as well. I'll rant on this quite a bit. This topic.
Starting point is 01:53:55 I don't want to keep this kind of news-based for the most part. Got to mention. Oop, not that. Don't want to mention that. Got to mention, guys, St. Heat, Beach, Gart, November. 12th through the 14th, a 14th stop on the Great American Restoration Tour in St. Pete Beach, Florida.
Starting point is 01:54:18 Connect with Badlanders from across the country for an unforgettable weekend of freedom community and good times. And don't miss the limited time, Gart 14 merch packages. Visit Badlandsmedia.tv slash events to grab your tickets and join us in St. Pete Beach. And I heard, you know, John say the other day that this is technically the last Gart ever. because it's the last one scheduled for right now. So it is technically the last gart he was saying. But, you know, that's after this very dangerous midterm election. And so when the Democrat socialists take over the country and we hoist the red flags of communism,
Starting point is 01:54:58 we might not even be allowed to have guards ever again. Yeah. Even though they started under the quote unquote Biden administration. So you might want to be at St. Pete Beach. could legitimately be the last ever dart. Yeah, but only because we're all going to die. We're all going to eventually, eventually. Whenever Christy says, I'm dying, I always say if you're not dead, you're dying.
Starting point is 01:55:25 It's a good point. It is very morbid, but it's very true. Yes, yeah. All right, guys, thank you guys all so much for tuning in. Smash that thumbs up. Be sure to check out all the shows here on Badlands that are coming up later this afternoon. If I don't see you guys tomorrow morning on my show, have a great weekend. Chris, have a great weekend yourself. And it's always fun, brother. Yes, likewise, Brian. Take care.
