Badlands Media - Devolution Power Hour Ep. 480: Rogan Says the Word, Devolve 2 Teased
Episode Date: August 2, 2026Jon Herold and Chris Paul kick things off with a genuinely wild moment: Joe Rogan using the actual term "devolution" on his own podcast, which the guys treat as a mainstream milestone years in the mak...ing. They play the clip, react in real time, and debate what it means that a concept once confined to niche corners of the internet is now getting airtime from one of the biggest podcasters alive. From there it's a walk through election night 2020 footage, a Mark Elias clip that's made the rounds before, and a preview of Herold's upcoming "Devolve 2" project, this one centered on Covid and Fauci. There's a mix of nostalgia (revisiting old devolution era clips) and forward momentum (what the sequel project will cover), making this one feel like both a victory lap and a setup for what's next.

The badlands, one of the badlands, explain those badlands.
That's a hell of their name.
When you actually look at all this stuff, there is documented proof that something different is going on.
And in my second term, which we're sort of having now, but I don't want the results, right?
There's a flurry of moves at the Department of Defense, which Rachel Maddow on TV, like...
Kind of a weird reaction to losing the election, right?
Immediately fire the defense secretary and install a new guy.
What should happen is what the plan that we're on now, and I think a plan that's going to make people very, very happy.
What do they think the NSA and the CIA can do if they were suddenly commandeered by Trump Blackies?
We have some very good controls in place.
And they're going to get three more years?
They're rigging election.
They're going to get another three more years.
Trump was making tons of moves in the, in irregular warfare, specifically having to do with a regular warfare.
And then just like a couple months ago, he comes out and openly admits that the,
last seven years our intel agencies have been conducting illegal psychological warfare campaigns
against the american people i'm a wartime president this is a war there's a war different kind of
war that we've ever had chris miller like cut the red tape for esri kone wadn wadnick the head of special
operations to report directly to christopher miller the secretary of defense they think it's a trick
that i'm playing on them they think i'm playing a trick on december 7th when donald trump
issued the executive order which implemented and executed a continuity of government plan.
They cheated and it's a shame that they're allowed to get away and let's see whether or not they do get away
because i don't think they will get away with it. Chris Miller who's been the secretary of defense for like
a month and five days or something says we've been through some of the most complex military operations
this country's ever conducted. It's going to be interesting. I mean you know when you rob the store
of its diamonds i always say Tiffany and you rob tiffany and you're robbed tiffany's and you get caught you're supposed to
return them. We caught them cheating. You're going to let somebody that cheated stay for three more
years? I can't imagine it. Donald Trump issued 10 national security presidential memorandums in his last
10 days in office. They'll specifically deal with national security matters. He issued one every 53.7
days leading up to that point. And he issued 10 in his last 10 days. And some of them are still
classified. We have no idea what they are. If we are right about the fraud, Joe Biden can't be president.
But when you're beating the so-called, I say so-called president of the United States, when you're beating him by so much.
Two days before Trump left office, the cognitive government protocol, like the warning system, was sent out to thousands of government employees.
And everybody's like, what the hell is going on?
I don't want the results of this second term.
This second term is a disaster for this country.
Well, good evening, everybody.
And welcome to the Saturday edition of the Devolution Power Hour.
as always i'm joined by chris paul chris how are you doing this evening doing great john man that's all i'd say
about that well that's good i'm doing pretty darn well myself i'm pretty excited about this episode
yeah um over like what two days ago yesterday maybe even jo rogan had somebody on his podcast i mean
she was retarded very mainstream but she mentioned devolution and i'm as far as i'm
aware that's like the first time I've heard of the concept actually being talked about on one of
those you know bigger bigger streams arguably the biggest podcast on the planet so I figured it would
be a great opportunity to discuss that a little bit not just their interview but then kind of go back
down memory lane a little bit maybe do a little bit of a refresher episode kind of talk about the
devolution theory what things are like at the time why we think it happened and and we'll get into
a lot of that in a little bit.
I think we should probably start by listening to that Joe Rogan interview.
But you know what, let's just do that, Chris,
unless you have any objections to it.
No, I would just say we should hit our sponsors and give them a shout out
and then jump into the Rogan clip.
You know what?
That's a great idea.
Let's start with some Cacao Bliss.
And then we got some new soft disclosure ads, which I don't know if you've seen,
but they're hilarious.
I have not seen.
That's fantastic.
Yeah, we have two of them. So we'll do one early, one later. First, some cacao bliss.
This episode is brought to you by cacao bliss from Earth Echo, a ceremonial grade cacao drink with seven superfoods to curb cravings and protect your heart and arteries.
It tastes like hot chocolate. Billionaires are flying to Switzerland and paying $80,000 a shot to reverse their biological age. It's called stem cell therapy.
Harvard researchers just discovered an affordable morning drink, which floods your body with the exact same cells starting in minutes and it tastes like hot chocolate.
Stem cells are your body's built-in repair crew.
They help patch your arteries, clear out damage, and keep your cardiovascular system running young.
After 50, that crew gets cut in half.
You feel it in the form of low energy, stubborn weight, getting out of breath, just feeling slowed down overall.
Research shows that raw chocolate contains something that can double your stem cell count.
Cow Bliss from Earth Echo uses the purest form of that exact chocolate.
It's called Ceremonial Great Cacao, and it packs seven organic superfoods into one morning drink.

court is now in session your honor the defense calls mr dry skin g money to the stand
We're going to pretend I didn't hear that.
Mr. Dryskin, isn't it true that soft disclosure is proudly made right here in the United States
while directly supporting six American small businesses?
I reckon?
Isn't it also true that soft disclosure is made with honest natural ingredients without the harsh chemicals
so many people are trying to avoid?
Unfortunately.
And isn't it true it's made with the help of adorable baby goats?
Can't argue with the goats.
The goat reminds the gallery that lobster,
will conduct themselves appropriately.
Bless your flaky little heart, Mr. Dryskin.
Your Honor, the defense would like to submit Exhibit A.
Proceed.
Cindy H writes, honestly, the best lotion I've ever used.
Exhibit A is admitted.
Exhibit B. I use it on my face and hands.
Get compliments on looking much younger.
Mr. Drake, I appreciate your enthusiast.
Not greasy at all.
Clean feel compared to other lotions.
Vanilla citrus has a nice light scent.
Well, that is just showing off.
Tyrone writes, I find myself hydrating my elbows and moisturizing my soul a lot more frequently now.
The defense rests.
Softdisclosure.com.
I don't remember what the promo code is on that one.
I forgot to read the thing at the end.
But you guys all saw it if you watched.
Yeah, very excited about this episode, man.
I want to play this clip from Joe Rogan just the other day.
Devolution hitting the big time. Let's take a listen.
Like, there's a point in all these plans where anarchy and chaos takes over and the war game ends.
So she's talking about the Department of Defense, wargaming biological weaponry and stuff, just for some added context.
Here's some other added context, John. Promocode justice.
There we go. Softysclosure.com promo code justice. Thank you.
like oh and now we're done here and i would say as the journal like to myself what happens next what
happens next and why aren't we learning about it they don't have any plans for what happens after
anarchy and chaos they do they just don't they just don't have it in the declassified games and
that's what there's a plan called the devolution plan oh eyebrows up for a reason think about evolution
now put a D in front of it.
I do think we need to merchandise that somehow.
Evolution, but give it the D or something.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I think we can play with that a little bit.
We'll see, we'll think on it.
Yeah.
Instead of going forward, you're going backward.
So you've heard of DefCon, right?
Okay, so Defecon, Defense, Readiness, Condition, there's five.
Five is the lowest.
That's like normal every day.
At 9-11, we were at 3.
DefCon 1 means nuclear war.
There's a separate structure of readiness condition called
CogCon.
Probably haven't heard of it because it's classified.
That's not true.
It stands for continuity of government readiness condition.
It's got four levels.
Four is every day.
One is insurrection.
The Insurrection Act gets declared.
CogCon 1 is in effect and the devolution plan happens, which I learned, means a subset of predesignated officials.
They know who they are.
They've signed contracts.
They've rehearsed it.
They go out.
In the words of the former FEMA director, CogCon 1, you send your devolution crews out.
they go out to a hot site, warm site, or cold site,
underground bunkers located around the United States.
This is from an actual FEMA chief telling me this.
And they set up how to run the government
because the idea is all the regular government people
will probably be dead of anarchy, insurrection,
pneumonic play.
So they have bunkers.
And those are classic.
So then he gets her then he gets her on to like go Beckley tepe and like two minutes.
Joe,
Joe Robo is always about two minutes away from talking about buried cities.
Yeah.
I mean, it is interesting how little time they spent on this, but the fact that it got brought up,
I still think is is notable.
Her voice is so annoying.
It's very difficult to listen to her speak and her explanation to devolution too.
Like it's not super far off, but it's not super far off.
It's also, it doesn't seem like she did a whole lot of, like she made it sound like she was coming from this authoritative source speaking to people who were like run these things and write these plans up and everything.
And I mean, I don't think she explained it extremely well.
And they obviously didn't talk about the context of, hey, what if Trump actually implemented one of these plans?
And that's what the whole devolution theory is based off of.
And like I said earlier, whether you're, you know, been here since day one or you're new to the show.
this episode is kind of meant to serve as a way to get us all on the same page, I guess.
And I don't know if it'll be just one episode.
Maybe it'll be like two, maybe three.
I don't know.
I don't know how long it'll take to go through this.
I don't know what the discussion will bring up.
But I think it'll be fun to kind of go through everything again.
Maybe not everything, but at least broad strokes of everything.
I think it's a worthwhile exercise.
And for the audience, you know, John and I, I've told John,
before I think that he should do an updated Devolution book
where it's the originals in the first half of the book
and then like the updates to each one of those.
What did I get right?
What did I get wrong?
How things have changed?
Where you see it going now?
I think that would be really worthwhile.
I think it would be great.
As for this lady, I looked her up on Wikipedia
while the intro was, or while her clip was playing.
And she writes and produces for television.
And one of the shows that she worked on
was Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan for Amazon.
And it's funny to get that up before
and how it kind of predicted multiple of these scenarios
and uses a lot of the methods that we kind of hear about.
But it predicted in some sense the Venezuela scenario.
She sounds like what she is is
And I mean, I guess this has to count as casting aspersions, but I think that this is just how these things work.
It sounds like she's one of those published stenographers for people in the military industrial complex and global intelligence,
who they get an inside story that is like really provocative and it's going to hit all the talk shows.
And this person will go out, having studied that one particular story from one angle, from one source,
having never heard of the material before and then not really committed herself to living in that
mindset and understanding what it means but writing this tale of what's going to happen if this and
this and this goes down and then she publishes it and she goes on the biggest talk shows in the world
to mention this thing she's saying that could happen after this pandemic that she's making up
and we already saw that you could argue and i think that we would argue and
Yeah, one of the things that I posted this evening, I have been thinking and getting a lot of kind of ideas in these veins the last week or so.
Whereas before that, I kind of just, I don't know, you get in a rut with this stuff where you, nothing's really moving or changing.
And, you know, once you get past the day-to-day soap opera of it all, it's just so ridiculous.
I agree.
But I was thinking earlier, we saw a great example this week of how like the most based in red-pilled, most awake people online are still tracking perfectly with the mainstream media.
And their thinking is still where it was five years ago.
Five years behind on an informational timeline and an entire social media platform make sure everyone stays there.
while thinking that they are participating in the most genius conversation of all time with all the smartest people.
They haven't even gotten to the subject of devolution yet or the idea that anything could have been different after 2021, after January 2021.
So I'll shut up.
No.
Well, I don't want you.
I want you to give an example and elaborate on that of people being five years behind on an informational time.
And you said this week really highlighted that.
Are you talking about the Fauci stuff?
Yeah, yeah, the Fauci and COVID stuff.
I mean, and, you know, I get that there,
it wasn't just you and me and Badlands and the audience
who knew that there was something wrong in 2020.
I think it was a huge awakening for a great many of us.
Some people kind of stopped there.
Some people just switched parties from one to the other
and kept on riding the same train.
And then some people actually tried to plow ahead.
and say, holy shit, something's going wrong with the media.
They're clearly lying to all of us.
And then we get like five year delays on limited hangouts.
And we're like, oh, thank goodness, they're waking up the Normies.
No, they're not.
They're getting the Normies to 2021.
That's not waking up at all.
That's five years behind.
And you can go down the list with all of the different issues.
And what we have now in 2026 is the super based
truthers saying that this is amazing because they're going to wake up the normies.
And the problem is that these guys are actually back in 2021 too.
You know, they track the mainstream news every day and they update everybody on what's going
on in the news.
But none of this, none of the understanding about what the world would be if something else
was going on has been applied to any of that.
So it's useless.
It's just repeating the news as they were in 2021.
And it turns out it's actually even the same news.
Yeah, that's the problem.
It's funny too, because a lot of what I've seen is, is people who, they appear to have
come to the understanding that the mainstream media was the animated people in fake news and
been participating in sciops.
And then as soon as Trump gets back in there, it's, it's like this complete reversion back
to prior to that understanding.
It's like they forgot it all happened.
And yes, you're right.
They're telling the same story that we already knew back in 2021.
And maybe that's why this will be another good, or another.
reason this would be a good show is because I think giving people again a refresher of where we get
our like devolution lens from and how we apply that lens to the news unlike other people and
it's like sometimes on my my daily show I just like come off like guys there's nothing it's so bored
there's nothing to talk about like it's a repeat I'm sick of it's because having written the
devolution series and using the devolution lens as time goes on and we get less and less documents
it's almost like I'm just sitting here waiting for the next one next shoe to drop or something big to happen that finally like breaks us out of that cycle that's what it's been a lot of but I think that it'll be fun to go back to square one with this and I think you're absolutely right about everything you said about waking the normies but hey I've I've grown myself I used to be one of those guys who was like Trump Trump had to walk away because he had to wake the normies like that was essentially my just but I feel like I've grown from that well I mean we might have devolved immediately into civil war but I think that Trump does the
things because he is ruining enemy playbooks at all times. If we are in an
information war, the point of an information war is to make the other side
unpalatable and unbelievable by whatever means. You make it so that the enemy can't tell
their stories. So if you want like the kinetic parallel, if the enemy cannot fire weapons at
your people and kill them or take out your critical infrastructure or anything like that.
If the enemy can't do that at all, then you are in a dominant or victorious position.
And so if the enemy can't tell their stories, there's no way that the enemy can win an
information war. And people want to believe that the way to stop the enemy from being able to tell
tell their stories is by pointing out when they lie and then being like all of them are liars
don't believe anything that they're saying. And the first problem is, well, sometimes they're
telling the truth. But the bigger problem is, is that the point is not that they're lying.
The point is to make it so it's not about them. It's about making sure that we can't be hoodwinked
anymore. And the way that you do that is by withholding belief and then using much more
skeptical like strict standards on on what you're going to end up believing and I
think that we've done a pretty good job of you know nobody ever gets fully
there I don't think that's possible but we go in that direction and that thought
process is applied to the material it's not like the the motivation is not
winning social credit online it's like trying to figure out what the hell is
actually happening because it's not that
Yeah, and this kind of brings me back to the Joe Rogan interview.
And, you know, there's multiple ways you can look at this.
Like, I'm no fan of Joe Rogan.
I don't really watch it.
But sometimes he has interesting guests on.
And again, he has a huge platform.
And anybody who gets to that level of success and is allowed to get to that level of success,
you're probably at some point, you know, saying things that are very establishment friendly.
You're either not crossing the Rubicon to say the things that they don't want you to say
or you're straight up pushing their propaganda.
Now, her coming on there and talking to evolution,
maybe it's just a coincidence, maybe, you know, maybe it's nothing.
But there's also like the possibility that I keep in the back of my mind that
they're doing it on purpose.
Like they want this stuff out there,
but then they want to like hijack that narrative and make it seem like it's something
that it's not.
And so I'm going to be, you know, keep my eyes on like,
okay, is this going to start to be talked about more?
And if so, like how so.
And again, why I think it'll be good to do a refresher of what the series actually is, because if that is what's going to happen and it's going to become more mainstream, but perverted, it'll be good to have people aware of like, hey, that's not this at all.
Like, why are you lying about this?
When something is getting mainstreamed, what they're doing is creating, they are branding that topic.
Maybe it's a brand, someone's reputation or whatever.
or that's what they're going to go after.
And they're going to try to make, like as people learn of the subject,
having never heard of it before,
they want when more material begins to flow their way,
they want those people to have in their minds a certain perception
of what it is they're getting.
And so, you know, if you tell somebody about an idea for the first time
and you give them a very dumb framework
and make them and give them reason to believe that that's actually the proper framework,
they're going to stick with that and you're going to sound ridiculous.
And so they could be doing that kind of thing.
Absolutely.
Okay.
So I want to go back in time.
I'm going to need your help with this because you used to do the show hindsight 20,
and I want to take this back to 2020 and like get ourselves in that mindset.
It is funny.
I had my neighbors over for some grill, like we grilled some hot dogs and burgers the other
night and it was interesting that my neighbor comes up he's like a normie conservative guy and
every time i see him he talks politics-ish because he knows what i talk about he just like says
them all the mainstream things and he did bring up the fouchy situation he's like you know kind of
thinking man do you remember what it was like back in 2020 when all that stuff was going down and we
had a little conversation about that i thought it was i thought it was fun but that's that's the mindset
i want to get in i want to get all of us in the mindset of donald trump not just like for us what it
was like then, but what was going through Donald Trump.
And for this, I think we have to go back all the way to like 2016, when he even runs for
president.
He comes down the escalator and interrupt me at any point if you have anything to add, by the way.
Comes down the escalator, announces his candidacy for president of the United States.
I don't think anybody took him seriously at the time.
They kind of thought it was a joke.
But as he goes into the primaries and all these things, he starts picking up steam and making
waves and you can tell that people like his message and his message is very much like screw the
establishment right it was a message that people um could get behind and at this time that this was
happening Hillary Clinton the leading candidate for the Democrat party she had the whole mid-year
exam situation her DNC the hacked emails and you know the intelligence community was looking
into that supposedly and came out you know no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges
and then you start hearing whispers about this Russia collusion story.
And that's about around the time of the election, well, maybe a little bit before.
I think they get the intelligence of it in like July of 2016.
But certainly after the election, they spin up this whole narrative about the Russia collusion.
And that leads to the Robert Mueller special counsel.
So this is like number one example of the media and the intelligence community.
and people within his own government kind of like full court press against Donald Trump right after you are elected
uh i think it was was it was it admiral rogers who came to him and was like there's spine on your
campaign i'm pretty sure that was during the transition period trying to think that trump tower right yeah
yeah yeah i think so and then he came out and was like oh the you know obama and biden they
spot on my campaign and all those things um starts talking about that and then you get into
I mean, we could go through a laundry list of the hoaxes that the mainstream media put him through.
And the reason I'm telling all these is because I want to give context of like Trump's mindset in 2020.
There's a lot of things that go into that, you know, right out of the gate.
And I had Chadjabit like come up with a little list.
The Muslim ban thing where everybody's like he's trying to ban Muslims.
It's not really how it went down.
The rush collusion hoax.
the very fine people hoax they got a lot of run with that one they still get run with that
that's that's still the central claim of like most liberals assertion that Trump's a racist that's
crazy that's still like the emotional core of that for sure they are convinced 100% that he is
racist that was their their number one reason and that like if you tell them but yeah you you
know like that's not what he said though right like I can show you the video
that's not what they said they won't let it go so still there yeah oh hey it's all about waking those
people up man those are the normies that we're targeting um do you remember the story where and i
forgot about this until chat gvt reminded me when trump overfed the coyfish and killed it in
japan do you remember that vaguely man i couldn't tell you a single detail of it man i wonder if i
can actually find the video because there's a video that they were used like trump overfed a coy fish and
killed it we got to get the rest of your list though you still have a bunch of those right yeah we can
go through it i just want to play the see if i can find it even probably not i'm not going to spend any time
yeah i'm not going to oh maybe it's this can i see if you can you see this picture oh there's abe too
was any assassinated aim yeah i think there's a video of it oh man he's so funny yeah the mainstream media
Trump killed coy fish because he fed them too much here so stupid I think he just
dumped it all right yeah and no look yeah anyway that was a real real
stories I mean I did it first exactly but that's the main tree they probably
didn't show I by doing it first fantastic there was the Covington Catholic
story there was and now we're getting into like 2020 and I
Nick Sandman, right?
Yep. And there's there's more. I could have asked for much more detail.
Lynn Wood, Lynn Wood was his attorney.
Yeah, Lynn Wood was also Kyle Rittenhouse's attorney.
Yeah, yeah.
Lynn Wood's going to make a comeback one of these days.
I don't know, man. I don't know.
I don't know if I would say I'm a fan. I like him.
I don't know if I would say I'm a fan.
I never really followed him anyway, but like.
He's a fantastic character.
He seems.
He seems very.
convicted in what he's saying, which I think is, I mean, is he lying?
How the hell would I know?
But okay, but I know a lot of people who are very convicted in what they're saying.
That's true.
But that does not make them right about what they're saying.
Yes.
A lot of people were convicted and saying that COVID is real.
We need to get vaccinated and wear masks.
Yeah.
But he's generally talking about himself and saying these are my opinions about people.
Yeah.
So could be, he could be true.
Could be right.
I don't know, but we'll move on from Lidwood.
He could know some things we do.
Oh, he definitely does. He's more connected than we are. But that's okay. We're going to move past
Linwood for now, just so we don't lose half our audience. There was the during the COVID stuff,
Trump telling people to inject bleach. There was the Russian bounty story where they believe that
Russia had offered bounties to Taliban linked fighters for killing American troops, even though this
is during the time, like there was an 18th month, 18 month stretch where the Taliban didn't
kill any American soldiers.
The Lafayette Square thing, that'll be, that's a big one in the devolution series.
You might talk about that.
There was Hunter Biden and stuff that they covered up.
And you can go on and on and on.
There was, the mainstream media was not Trump's friends.
Okay.
That's kind of the crux of it.
So 2020, all of a sudden, you're Trump and you see that this, this virus is coming out.
Speaking of, you know, what went on this week, what we know about COVID now and what we knew then.
the thing was fabricated.
It was a hoax.
They wanted things to be as bad as possible for Donald Trump
in order for him to lose the election.
And if you're him and you see all these hoaxes
and everybody, you know, lining up against you,
in your mind, you're like, yeah, they're never going to let me win another election.
They've done all these things from trying to get me impeached
because of the Russia collusion hoax to actually just straight up impeach me
based on false whistleblower testimony through Adam Schiff and all that stuff,
2019, they want me gone. They clearly want him gone. And so they're going to steal it. And Trump
repeatedly said in the lead up to the 2020 election that they were going to steal the election from him.
I even went back and found a whole bunch of old tweets of his. This is in June. Rigged 2020 election,
millions of mail and ballots will be printed by foreign countries and others. It will be the
scandal of our times big news the political crime of the century is unfolding
Obama Biden illegally splied on the Trump campaign both before and after the election
this is treason I was in August we have this July we have a totally corrupt
previous administration including a president and vice president in spite of my
campaign and got caught and nothing happens to them this crime was taking place
even before my election everyone knows it and yet all are frozen stiff with fear
Get some McCabe. This is kind of a ranty one. I won't get into that.
Here is August again. The Democrats know the 2020 election will be a fraudulent mess.
We'll maybe never know who won. July again, rigged election and everyone knows it.
Never know who won.
Yeah. July again, the 2020 election will be totally rigged if mail-in voting is allowed to take place and everyone knows it.
So much time is taken talking about foreign influence, but the same people won't even discuss mail-in election corruption.
Look at Patterson, New Jersey.
20% of the vote was corrupted.
We have this in June.
He's sharing a story about Bill Barr where he says,
mail and ballots are absolutely opens the floodgates to fraud.
And he goes on to say,
this will be the election disaster of our time.
Mail and ballots will lead to a rigged election.
Democrats are trying to rig the 2020 election, plain and simple.
That is in May.
The lame stream media is the dominant force.
This is March of 2020.
in trying to get me to keep our country closed as long as possible in the hope that it will be detrimental to my election success real people want to get back to work asap we will be stronger than ever before put that in the context text of fouchy this week like him in line about it's not like in his diary he says one thing and then he was on the news saying the death you know whatever severity was way worse kind of in line with this tweet i saw i saw uh what do they call that a compilation of clips
of Fauci talking about the social distancing.
And at one point, he said that he was just following the CDC's guidelines.
And that's probably true.
And they were following the WHO's guidelines.
And when your organization is set up to do whatever another organization says,
and you can keep going up that chain, well, no one,
at that point has responsibility there's like plausible deniability at every level like i was just
doing my job my job is to do whatever they tell me to do yeah we could watch that video if it's this
this is the one i mean we get yeah it probably is i think it was about that long i was even going to say
put this on as uh an outro to mine maybe but we could do that let's watch 30 seconds of okay
i mean we're setting the context of what they were trying to do to trump to clearly get him out of office
the underlying part of like if Trump knew that is it possible that he did something knowing
the election would be stolen later on yeah let's watch a little bit of this CDC is advising
all Americans now to wear a cloth mask why the change now because most of us have been walking
around going to the grocery store not wearing the mask because that was the original recommendation
well we have to make sure we don't forget that the most important thing is to keep this
six foot physical distance from individuals however you testified recently
I'm quoting, this six-foot roll sort of just appeared.
Staying six feet away from people.
This six-foot rule.
Staying six feet apart.
Crippled businesses.
Maintaining six feet of distance.
Allowed students to stay at home and not learn.
So important.
Maintaining distance of six feet or more.
Do you think that a role that sort of just appeared is substantial justification for the regulations
that we saw based on that six-foot role?
Six feet apart.
The CDC was responsible for those kinds of guidelines.
not me I would recommend doing with the CDC as I think appropriately and correctly said
staying six feet away that's the solution to this is it stay six feet separate I mean I get
it's kind of hard to like just stop watching it though I still cannot believe we live
through that yeah yeah I mean at for me now if they tried that again I would just laugh and
mock it the entire time and if everyone laughed and mocked it
the entire time, it could not work just for the record.
Yeah, but if I'm being totally honest, man,
I do not have the faith in humanity quite yet,
that everybody would be on board with that.
That's fine.
I'm just saying it is true that if everyone did do that,
there's no way they could pull that story off.
And the same is true of our elections
and the same is true of the rest of the bullshit.
If everybody just withheld their belief
from the power of the illegitimate state,
the illegitimate state could not keep exercising power unless it was going to use state violence
and actually do things that would overtly express its own illegitimacy to the people.
So it became undeniable from everyone. And then it's just whether or not they're going to use
state violence to suppress the revolt to what they're doing. And I don't even mean
physical or violent revolt. I just mean everybody simply ducking out.
failing to comply yeah they survive on belief yeah no i agree with you um do you have anything you want to
like add or say about the the context of this is what trump was up against in 2020 like you're the
hindsight 2020 guys so yeah i mean so they they did the uh ukraine impeachment about the perfect
phone call yeah and that took us through the kind of holiday period yeah and
And it was all, you know, they were leading up to it through Thanksgiving and Christmas.
And that's the point at which you started hearing the whispers about the pandemic and stuff.
So a lot of people.
And, you know, then we found out the quote unquote pandemic had been in the country since the fall of 2019.
And we had spent four three, I think it was three and a half to four and a half months going about our lives completely normally through the winter with holiday parties, sporting events.
Everybody being inside and gathering all the time because the weather is bad outside, bars and restaurants and concerts and all the rest of it, three to half to four and a half months.
And then they told us that a pandemic was here, very deadly pandemic, and that we all had to hide from the world or we were all going to die.
And so it went from the impeachment into the pandemic, into the attempted race war and the summer of St. Floyd.
And then we got into the fake election cycle.
Yeah. That was that was madness. It was just one thing after the next. And that's a color revolution is what it is. And so and so Trump was then reactive to the color revolution. And you know, I will leave the documentation side of all of this to you. I think that the the fact that it seems like the U.S. military has recognized Donald Trump as the commander in chief during.
certainly his two publicly recognized terms as president, but also during that other term,
and did so faithfully, while he was president, suggests that the power on his side is going to
win the day, whether it has to be used in any obvious capacity or not.
And so he had those tools, he had the necessary tools at his disposal, and then the documentary
constitutional lawful rules as you go through I think that he has those as well
but ultimately what he needed was that true power behind that yeah and he has
the he has the mandate too which I think is also most important but it really
comes down to this like your Trump you're in the lead up to this election with
COVID going on you're talking repeatedly about how they're going to rig the
2020 election I mean we're talking back in March I think was the earliest one
that I pulled up. Who knows if there's more even beyond that. I didn't go all the way through
his Twitter archive. But he's talking well ahead of time that they're going to steal the election.
He also knows that it is his constitutional duty to protect us like in times of, let me read some
of his true. So these came after the fact, but I think it's still still relevant.
So with the revelation of massive and widespread fraud and deception and working closely with
big tech companies, the DNC and the Democrats, the Democrats.
Democratic Party, do you throw the presidential election results of 2020 out and declare the rightful
winner? Or do you have a new election? A massive fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the
termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.
Our great founders did not want and would not condone false and fraudulent elections.
Just a little glimpse into his mindset. We also have this, again, well after the fact while Biden was in there,
but again, just to show you that he recognizes it was his duty.
Actually, this might not even be the duty one.
Yeah, hold on.
Yeah, the long awaited important sections of the Georgia report,
which do not even mention President Trump's name,
have nothing to do with the president because President Trump did absolutely nothing wrong.
The President participated in two perfect phone calls regarding election integrity in Georgia,
which he is entitled to do.
In fact, as president, it was President Trump's constitutional duty to ensure election,
safety, security, and integrity.
And then one more of my favorites here.
Unprecedented fraud requires unprecedented cure.
So you know or believe that there's an entity out there, domestic one, attempting to steal the election from you.
You know this well in advance.
I'm assuming at that point, you would probably start to like war game these things.
Like you would go to your trusted advisor, maybe people with the military and be like, hey, look at all the stuff they've put me through.
Do you think it's possible that they would steal the election?
And if they do, is there anything we can do about it?
Like, what are our options if they actually try to steal the election?
And I like to, you know, daydream about this sometimes, like what those war game scenarios
might have been like?
Like, did they war game the possibility of, okay, well, let's just catch them, cheating,
and show everybody that they did it.
And then what would happen?
And I think, you know, that was definitely an option.
I always looked to that time article that came out.
We've talked about this so many times.
Oh, yeah.
in the immediate eyeball yeah or they talk about how they fortify the election but the the key
some of the key quotes in there are when they they're talking about like they're the army that they
have of paid protesters all across the country ready to go on a moment's notice and this on the heels
of the summer of love like you said with george floyd they would have sparked like a mini civil war
okay um one of the the thing that i think trump did obviously is implement some form of
of the economy. We'll get into more detail of what that looks like.
But I think we need to come to the fundamental understanding of Trump was aware they're going
to steal it ahead of time. And he's also not stupid. Maybe some people do think he's stupid,
but I don't. He's a problem solver. He's a businessman. When he recognizes a problem, this problem
being the stone election, he's not going to go into that without some sort of solution or
answer to it. And yet when the election happened and he, you know, the, the, the, the, the
Rod was obvious, but it seemed in 2020, one, he walked away.
Like, nothing made sense unless something did make sense, something else.
But I'm going to stop there and let you ramble for a little bit.
No, I don't think I, I think we can basically continue.
Yeah, it doesn't make sense that he just walked away.
But I also think about this stuff as my framing is that elections are fake.
And Donald Trump knew that he was dealing with a fake election and that it wasn't
stolen on November 3rd. Okay. It's not like they did XYZ. Otherwise, they would have counted the vote
properly and reported it exactly as people had voted and we were just going to go on forward.
But no, they were able to get the job done. They switched everything that night and so Trump lost.
I don't think that's how that stuff works. So Donald Trump,
had to prepare for the scenario where and was this allowed i don't know how i would look part of
doing hindsight 2020 was to look back at that stuff with you know our current eyes and see hey would
i have actually believed this story that i still think is true now but i believed it because i was
very much on one side or the other of the covid debate where both
Both sides were largely bullshit as we watched again with the reaction to Fauci this week.
And so Donald Trump was dealing with these massive narrative attacks specifically against
him, driving to the heart of what people believe about the separation between the parties
and then reinforcing everything that have been built up about Donald Trump.
the narrative about who he was and what he was doing in the office of president that had been built up over those years,
all of that was like turned up to 15.
And he's playing a public perception game at that point.
You know, we heard about the blue wave, right?
We were going to have the red mirage and then the mail-in ballots would start being counted.
And whatever had shown up there that was being counted in real time.
in that same day in-person vote, well, that was all going to kind of level off over the next few days
as all the Democrat votes came in from mail. I mean, it was so scripted. And he's reacting to all of that.
And, you know, the scripting is on one side and I, or it's on two sides. There's a controlled opposition
there. But Donald Trump is outside of that. And so his actions might be scripted in sort of like a game
theory decision tree sort of way, but the choice he's going to make is not like the perfect
choice because this was a plan. He's reacting and he's saying, I'm going to make sure that whatever
they're going to try is going to look so stupid and make them look terrible in front of everybody.
And if he knows, we've always talked about that backstop idea, right? So if he knows that
this is free space to operate in and do as much damage as you can to the energy.
me knowing that you've got this incredible backup here and you have the ability to take time.
Well, you can lay it out for the American people.
And a lot of the American people who say they listen to Donald Trump don't actually live
in a way that indicates that they do.
They don't believe he's way ahead of the rest of the news.
They believe that Trump messes up sometimes and thank goodness they're there to figure out
when Trump has messed up and the mainstream media actually has nailed it.
this time and they're right, he's just wrong about this one because of course you got to do all the posturing.
So the point is that he's able to respond in real time and mess their stories up over and over and over again because he has the loudest voice in the room.
He can change narratives whenever he wants.
He changes the positive negative values on the enemy story elements.
He can make a serious character look like a comical character.
He can take a huge war story and then publish cartoons about it.
And they'll be like Donald Trump sent a very threatening tweet last night to Karg Island.
He sent AI planes with jets on either end bombing the shit out of a nowhere place.
And we're supposed to take it seriously.
So, you know, he's able to, he's able to change the valence on all of their stories, which means that the enemy cannot win narrative warfare against Donald Trump.
And so then he's able to use that and decide within that space, which for him is much safer.
And if people would think for themselves on this stuff, I think that the world would probably be a less scary place.
Like we wouldn't have to freak out to the level.
Most people are continually freaked out about politics.
Yeah.
No, I agree with you.
The thing that you said there right at the beginning about Joe Biden not winning the election.
And elections are fake, you said.
And then Trump knows that.
And he set out to essentially operate within that while bypassing at the same time.
I think your article, Joe Biden was never president, is required reading.
You have to go read that if you haven't read that yet.
I'm your moderator.substack.com.
That's like one of the fundamental truths, essentially, according, you know, in the
devolution context, there is zero chance that Joe Biden legitimately won that election.
And all the people who very authoritatively tell you that he did are the same people who have
been disproven time and time again.
There's this great compilation video.
Just since Fauci was in the news this week, let's listen to a little bit of COVID propaganda.
These are the same people telling you that Joe.
Biden received 81 million real lawful American votes.
You are the problem.
It is the unvaccinated who are the problem.
True.
Maybe they should be shamed.
The unvaccinated.
Just have to start blaming the unvaccinated folks, not the regular folks.
We can't trust the unvaccinated.
Unvaccinated, a group that includes children and people acting like children.
How are we going to stop putting up with the idiots in this country and just say, you now, it's
mandatory to get vaccinated?
Oh, you can't shame.
You can't call them stupid.
You can't call them silly.
Yes, they are.
Those who are not vaccinated will end up paying the price.
The unvaccinated should be taxed.
They should pay more for healthcare.
We need to start looking at the choice to remain unvaccinated,
the same as we look at driving while intoxicated.
Really, the only people die are the unvaccinated.
And for those of you spreading misinformation, shame on you.
We've got to shun folks.
We've got to shun people into getting...
To shun those that refuse to get vaccinated.
to get vaccinated. The unvaccinated people have put us in the position that we're in now,
and it is not a good place. You got to start telling people, if you don't get vaccinated,
you can't come into this office or this place of business. If you don't get vaccinated, you can't
come to work. No, screw you, freedom. Freedom is a fragile thing, and it's never more than one
generation away from extinction. You get the idea. So if you can come to the recognition that
that's like a fun month's truth.
Joe Biden didn't in no way, shape, or form won that election.
And Trump himself knew that, but he clearly, especially the night of the election,
when he comes out on stage, it was like two in the morning.
I wish I had a clip of it.
But he comes out and the look on his face is almost like, I can't believe they did it.
I knew they were going to do it, but I still can't believe we're going to have to go through this.
He almost looked like, I wouldn't say, I'm not going to say defeat it because he wasn't
defeated.
He was just like, it's just like, I'm not mad at you.
I'm just disappointed.
You know what I mean?
It's like kind of feeling.
And then we went through it.
We're going to go through, I think, a timeline of things in the aftermath of the actual election that I think very clearly, in my opinion, point to something more going on.
But before we do that, if there's anything else you want to.
Just the disappointment, I kind of remember feeling that in the fall of November 2020 when, you know, that speech that you highlight all the time with the psychological operations.
I believe, if I'm not mistaken, that was him announcing that he was going to be forced to stage another election campaign and run in another fake election.
Right?
Yeah.
Wasn't that, wasn't that the same night?
Yeah.
So.
Let me just play at the beginning of it.
It was a week after the midterm that we were supposed to have another red wave that just disappeared and was blamed on Donald Trump.
Yeah.
Here's the clip.
what i'll play the full one it's a minute 24 long i think it's worthwhile because when he talks about
in here the weaponized intelligence community they were very much a part of the enemy that was against
trump all the way back to 2015 2016 and definitely in through through the election i mean they
they were right there um conducting their intelligence or assessments and saying that there was no
interference it was the most secure election in american history like those talking points that the
mainstream media pushed all came from the intelligence community and cissons
and whatnot. So let's listen to this clip.
Don't forget this persecution is being done by the same weaponized agencies that for seven years
have been running illegal psychological warfare campaigns against the American people,
much as if they were trying to destabilize a foreign country.
From the Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia hoax to the no collusion Mueller witch hunt,
to impeachment hoax number one, impeachment hoax number two, the 51 lying intelligence offers.
How about them?
They said it's Russia disinformation, and they knew it wasn't,
which made about, according to some of the great pollsters that are right here,
made from anywhere from a 10 to 17 point difference.
And yet we still got more votes than any sitting president in history in the second election.
And we actually did much better in the second election than we did in the first election.
The fake dossier paid for by the Democrats.
How about the fake dossier?
Remember that one?
You think that was easy to go home and say, hello, darling, how are you when they read about that?
It wasn't easy at all.
Spying on my campaign, we caught them spying on my campaign, the FBI Twitter files, and so much more.
It's all been a battle of disinformation, one thing after the other, and all to protect the radical left misfits.
It's a great clip.
Great clip. I also...
It's been a battle of information.
Disinformation.
Disinformation, sorry.
Yeah, which implies that he's using it too, the discombobulator in chief.
This is the clip from his actual election night 2020.
He gets right into talking about the fraud and how they won't stand for and all that stuff.
I won't play the whole thing, but I'll play a little bit of it.
I appreciate it very much.
And I want to thank the American people for their tremendous support.
millions and millions of people voted for us tonight and a very sad group of people is trying
to disenfranchise that group of people and we won't stand for it we will not
stand for it I'm gonna skip ahead a little bit some other parts here nothing left
and all of us and everything just stopped again this is election night of 2020
This is a fraud on the American public.
This is an embarrassment to our country.
We were getting ready to win this election.
Frankly, we did win this election.
So our goal now is to ensure the integrity for the good of this nation.
This is a very big moment.
This is a major fraud in our nation.
We want the law to be used in a practice.
proper manner. So we'll be going to the U.S. Supreme Court. We want all voting to stop. We don't want
them to find any ballots at 4 o'clock in the morning and add them to the list. Okay?
It's a very sad. It's a very sad moment. To me, there's a very sad moment. And we will win this.
And as far as I'm concerned, we already have one.
propaganda right after this.
This looks great.
So that's Trump coming out election night saying there's this fraud that's taking place.
And this guy starts talking about the conspiracy theory of fraud in the transcript here.
Let's listen to like a minute of this.
What is happening right now, every American knows that when you cast a vote validly, it should be counted.
The president of the United States, no matter what he says, is trying to stop the counting of valid votes.
It's the ordinary, everyday counting of valid votes.
There will be fights about some votes, but he's trying to stop the counting except in Arizona
where he's behind.
He wants his votes counted.
We should be blunt about this.
This is not law.
This is not politics.
This is an attempt to end the election illegitimately so that he can maintain power.
And we should be blunt about that.
Cecilia Vega, it's also not a surprise.
The president has been signaling this for months and months and months.
months.
I literally just wrote down, not a surprise is a point I wanted to tell you about because
he has been ramping this up.
It has been a steady drumbeat.
We had been told by sources leading into today that behind the scenes privately, the president
had been talking about this conspiracy theory of fraud and a stolen election more and more
and more.
And we should say when the president says this is a fraud, this is not a fraud.
This is the American democratic system in action working exactly as it should be working.
I also want to point out that the president said.
that he's going to take this to the Supreme Court.
You know, we saw this coming too because before the appointment.
So it is interesting how like Trump, he, he, they're right.
He was talking for months and months and months, how this is going to be fraud.
And they're already and have always been brushing it off as conspiracy theory that even though there's hundreds of thousands of clips out there of these people, news people and, you know, leftists or whatever Democrats also talking about election fraud machines and all those things.
They also can't stop worrying about it as soon as.
this election happened.
Crazy stuff.
Any thoughts?
So there's that Mark Elias clip that I know Bannon played it a couple times this morning
and I think it's been going around.
He's talking about the ways that Trump has gone after the elections in each one of the cycles.
And he like was struggling to figure out how it was Trump's fault in 22 and 24.
In 22, he was saying all the election integrity or not his common election integrity.
He calls him like voter suppression laws that were passed.
All of that supposedly helped Republicans in 2022, I guess.
So is that supposed to be proof that Republicans are suppressing the vote because they lost
and they were supposed to have a red wave if we had real elections?
So apparently the voter suppression tactics don't actually suppress the vote.
And then he blames Trump for sowing doubt in the integrity of the election in 2024, the one that he won.
But also, hey, do you have, I don't know if you have this in your soundboard, but I know that I can find it real quick.
The one with Brett Baer and Donald Trump on the Super Bowl interview from last year.
I can find that real quick.
I don't have it on my soundboard.
I think I do.
Hold on.
Can me just a second.
I know I have it in here.
About the election?
Yeah, he says, if you believe that's that whole thing.
How do you spell Brett Beyer, B-A-B-A-I-E-R.
Man, all my stuff is out of order.
How about this?

I sure did.
Which has always been something that Americans rally around to come together.
They really do.
You won the popular vote.
You won all the swing states.
But still, Kamala Harris got 75 million votes in the country.
Well, if you believe the whole thing.
Okay.
Let's just say, let's just say that the election was it was as it was.
Excuse me.
There are seven swing states.
I won them all by a lot.
But let me just get to the dismount here.
And I won the popular.
Have you thought about how to try to bring the country together?
Unbelievable.
Let me just get to the dismount.
Ah, yes, Brett.
Let's listen to the rest of your false premises.
And that's the thing.
We're trying to set a new baseline, a new premise for everybody to start on.
And that's that Joe Biden did not win the election.
Trump is trying to do that too.
people just listen to them. So I think, you know, the Devolution series is I wrote it in order,
like was kind of all over the place. We could talk about like the actual concept of what
Connolly government is and we will. But I think it would be, it would be better to go through like
the timeline. And this is the timeline that's in my part 16. And then when we get to December 7th,
where there's, you know, executive order 13961, we can actually get into more of like the meat and
potatoes of what kind of your government is. Maybe that's even something we'll end up doing.
maybe next next time we do this show because it's already 1045 and we're just now getting to the timeline aspect of it.
Oh, wow. That's so crazy.
Yeah.
Yeah, let's do that though.
We'll do, because I mean, you know, we do so many shows during the week that are news-oriented.
So it would be fun to kind of get into some of this.
I mean, and we can still, is there anything?
There were a couple things this week that were worth discussing.
I thought and devolution oriented too for 2020 was.
Trump's post the other day about how he took the federalist approach to COVID, which is exactly what he did.
And people still blame him for COVID policies.
The states implemented those COVID policies.
He left the responsibility exactly where it was supposed to be.
And people aren't content with that.
And who is pushing the responsibility in the direction of Trump, including for Anthony Fauci?
Well, it's all of the based and red-pilled people who pretend to be dejected former Trump supporters from 2024.
All the people who supported Ron DeSantis.
They tried to pin Fauci on Trump.
They tried to pin the vaccine, the lockdowns, the masks, all of it on Trump.
He did that to them in 2020.
But they were still, of course, tracking the mainstream media, as they always did,
misunderstanding Trump's role and what Trump is doing.
because they listen to the mainstream media about what Trump is doing.
They interpret his behavior on the mainstream media story as the default.
Trump as the fool and liar who doesn't actually know what he's doing and isn't actually telling them what he's doing.
He's lying to make up for the thing that they know is true because the mainstream media told him same people all the time.
And they're going to tie Trump to Fauci because I posted about this the other day.
I think that they're just running a replay of the pre-World War II op.
And Fauci as Mangala was doing that stuff under the Trump administration and would have
if Trump stayed in office, except now he's Biden's guy because Biden is more, he's directly
responsible for the timing of the vaccine mandates.
Fauci was ahead of that.
Biden was his COVID guy.
So you can't tie Trump to Mangala on that one and make Trump.
Hitler there, but they're going to try to do that.
And so Trump the other day was not only saying, hey, guys, I wasn't responsible for this.
That's the governors.
That also means Anthony Fauci wasn't responsible for it because the governors didn't have
to take advice for federal government agencies.
And to the extent that any law said they had to, they could have challenged that.
And then they could have stood up to the federal government.
And you can read about kind of that theory in the,
law of lesser magistrates but it is their duty to oppose the federal government when it is
overstepping the constitution to the detriment of the people they serve yeah let me let me play this
clip here it is also worth noting just real quick that i think it was back like 2010 or 2011 maybe
2012 Obama paused gain of function research they reissued that and like allowed that to continue
again right before trump left office and there's clips of fouchy from back then where he was
talking about how, you know, I think Trump should definitely be prepared for a pandemic.
That's in the devolved series. Maybe I can find that clip here in a minute, but let me play this
clip from Trump. Maybe that's an Obama as white hat proof because there are people out there
who think that. That is true. There are people who think that. I can't get on board with that one,
but anything's possible. Let's listen to Trump. I think this is the clip where he talks about
he went the federalist way. Get it done. He should be able to get it.
Governor Fauci spoke that the amendment more than a hundred times today.
Yes, sir.
Well, I watched the whole thing today, but more importantly, I was a part of the whole Fauci.
I inherited Fauci.
He was here from the 1980s, so I had him for a period of time.
And I disagreed with him when a lot.
I would have had it closed down the whole country if I listened to him.
I went the Federalist way, which is basically let the governors decide.
And generally speaking, the Republican governors did very well, the Democrat governors
said not very well, but Fauci wanted to have nobody wearing masks, if you remember, and then
everybody had to wear five masks, as many masks as you could get. I mean, made a lot of mistakes,
and he wasn't a big factor for me. He was a very big factor for Biden. And if you remember,
even though we were sort of prime time in terms of that whole disaster of COVID, far people
died fewer in the Trump administration than in the Biden administration.
We ran it well, Operation Warp Speed was talked about as being one of the great success stories,
anywhere in the world actually. And we did a good job, but many more people died under Biden
than died in the Trump administration from COVID. COVID was a disaster, but Fauci did not help.
Kind of echoed a lot of what you just said there.
Yeah, and he actually kind of, kind of,
kind of framed that as giving the Republican governor's credit. He said, you know, the Republicans did
really well. The Democrats did really poorly. Well, it's not actually true that the Republican governors
did all that well. And there were things shut down in Florida. There were things shut down in Georgia.
And there were things shut down in Texas. And I was living in Texas in 2021, in 22, in Austin.
And I know what life was like there, having left Los Angeles. And you still went in places that would
enforce mask mandates and act like COVID Nazis.
I bought tickets to a concert
and couldn't attend the concert
because I didn't have a vaccine ID card.
And that was in Texas.
And so it's worth remembering that these governors,
including the Republicans, did not stand up
even to the federal government's recommendations.
Why? Because the transnational corporations had heavily incentivized going along with the COVID program.
It's absolutely insane. And it really comes down to it. I think back then when you look at everything that was going on, I mean, if we did an actual dedicated hindsight 2020 episode just around COVID, and maybe this would be worthwhile sometime.
It was all geared.
Devolution hindsight 2020. Yeah. We should. We should. We should just spend the rest of the year doing that.
It'd be fun. And I think it would probably talk about this all.
That can be something separate.
But I think you'd find that like a lot of the things that were going on,
whether that was the governors in the states or the media,
how they were presenting things,
it was all done in the back of their mind.
They needed to get Trump out of office.
They needed everybody to hate living and existing in a world where Donald Trump was president.
And that's what we got.
And we've gotten some version of that same attempt throughout these 11 plus years now.
So yes, point taken, that was the most extreme version of it.
But they've been trying to figure out ways to make everybody hate Donald Trump that entire time.
And I think now they're trying to organize a narrative push.
Part of it is coming from like the MTG Tucker Massey thing.
Donald Trump betrayed us.
Donald Trump betrayed us.
And cement that so that they can do a push for another fake impeachment next year.
It's unbelievable man.
Hold on.
I need to find something quick.
I want to start going through this timeline, at least some of it.
Yeah, cool.
But first I want to find where the heck.
I want to find the trailer for Devolve 2.
I think there's, I think this is the clip where Fauci says something about about the pandemic.
Maybe we'll play that as an outro.
Let's just get to the timeline right now.
Okay, so not everything in this timeline.
And again, this is this is part 16 of my series.
Patel. Patriot.
PatelPatriot.substack.com.
Part 16, you can also go to devolution.
Dot US.
We're going to go through this all the way up
through December 7th.
Not everything is going to be super interesting.
We might not talk about everything, but we might go into more detail
when we get to something we think is notable.
And in the back of your minds on Washington, remember,
Donald Trump thinks the election was stolen.
He knows it was stolen.
He said it was going to be stolen.
and he's laying the groundwork to do something in response to that
because it is his constitutional duty to do so,
not doing anything and literally just walking away from a stolen election,
something you repeatedly said is stolen time and time again,
I would consider him derelict in his duties as president and commander's chief.
And so I do not think he did that.
I believe he did something else.
And by the time we get to the end of this and probably on the next episode
when we talk about executive order 13961,
you'll see why these moves are so interesting,
but we'll try to frame that as we go without actually talking about executive order 13961 right off the rip.
So November 8th, Joe Biden is declared the winner of the 2020 presidential election by the Associated Press.
Right after that, the administration issues joint strategic plan on intellectual property.
The reason I included that in this article is the first half of Part 16 is all about China
and how the Trump administration view China as the enemy.
That's kind of come full circle a little bit, considering the D class we had,
weeks ago and it was very China focused but I obviously think there's more going on
there considering how little he's actually talking about G and his role on that they're meeting
here in a couple weeks but anyway the the main culprit of stealing our intellectual property is
China according to that strategic plan November 9th this is the start of a big move
Trump names Christopher C Miller as the acting secretary of defense and that Maddow clip is one of my
favorite clips. Maybe I can find the full context of it where she says like, why would you fire your
secretary of defense? Like what, why would, why would somebody do that? I think this might be,
I think this might be it. Let me get this loaded in here. While we're waiting, I'm going to go to the
next one. November 10th, Anthony Tata is named senior official performing the duties of the undersecretary
of defense for policy. The reason I thought that was so interesting at the time is that
role for the Department of Defense was the leading role in planning like continuity of government
plans kind of operation plans okay and i think i think this is if it's not we'll stop but so like i
said this is a this is a weird development in a story that has been weird from the beginning
but according to what the new york times is reporting tonight what john durham this this might not be
it but i'm still curious to see what it says trump appointed right our bill bar appointed special
counsel what he's preparing to do is charge this cyber security lawyer Michael Sussman
with having told someone at the FBI that he was not representing a client when in fact he was
was representing a client he conveyed this information the suspicious information about
the Trump organization and Alpha Bank I'll find that clip later but it's the the clip that I
played in the very intro video um where he's like so we're why are you firing the secretary
Defense. It is weird that right after an election, Trump comes out and he fires the Secretary
Defense and puts Christopher Miller in there, an expert in a regular warfare. And then Anthony
Tata, Cash Patel gets named the Chief of Staff to Christopher C. Miller. And then Ezra Cohen-Wadnick
is promoted to Under-Secretary Defense for Intelligence while also serving as the Under-Secretary
Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflicts. All three of these moves in a matter of
days right after Joe Biden is declared the winner. It's just weird, weird timing. Even at the time,
it's like, what is going on here? Right. This is the start of a whole flurry of moves that didn't make
much sense until in hindsight. You're like, oh, well, maybe he was doing something. Any, any thoughts so
far? Well, yes. I mean, the the way we would look at that now, I think, is I think we've developed a few
more lenses to look through when we're thinking about people who Trump puts in positions.
of some importance around him and one of the one of the ways we look at those things is
that those people could just be experiencing their moments in the spotlight and again this is not
to cast dispersions on some of these people because we i think generally respect these people
a great deal um but they went out and performed for many years
In almost all cases, except for Christopher Miller, not quite as much.
I guess Tata not either isn't really too prominent either.
But Cash in particular was out on doing TV shows and podcasts nonstop for most of the, if not all, of the four years of the fake and illegitimate Biden term.
So Trump made Cash a major figure prior to that.
He also did the, what was it, the plot against the president movie as well.
And that was with John Solomon.
So a lot of that stuff was put together.
I don't know.
It's just, I think it's important to go back and like question all our priors,
especially when it comes to judgments of characters in particular,
because I think that that's one of the places.
Like, if we had one thing to go back and, and,
kind of revise about the way we were framing things.
I think we would have shifted the focus.
I think we would have been sooner in shifting the focus away from the characters
to like a more objective approach about what they were doing.
Yeah, I did find that clip, man.
I want to play this.
This is so good.
This weekend, the Washington Post was first to report that the president met with
the new defense secretary, Christopher Miller.
You'll recall that Christopher Miller was suddenly installed as defense secretary right after Biden won the election.
It was this kind of a weird reaction to losing the election, right?
Immediately, fire the defense secretary and install a new guy.
The president installed this sort of junior level guy named Christopher Miller to become the new acting defense secretary right after he lost the election.
He fired Mark Esper and installed this new guy.
Well, president apparently, according to the New York Times, met with the acting defense secretary who he recently installed Christopher Miller.
So this is actually a monologue from it aired on January 19th of 2021.
They're talking about the other story at the NSA when he went in there,
Christopher Miller went over there and like forced Nakasone to put in the general counsel guy,
who is currently the deputy director of the CIA.
What's his name now?
The guy that was at Rumble.
I bet they'll talk about it.
but in this article.
Gosh, dang it.
Why am I drawing a blank?
I have written about him in my part 23.
One of the most incredible things to me, John,
is that you remember which one of your devolution,
which part of your devolution series,
these little facts are in.
Michael Ellis, that's what it is.
And yeah, thank you.
That's my superpower.
Michael Ellis, remember he was the rumble guy?
Yes, yeah.
Yeah.
And he was the lawyer attorney,
Rumble, he is now the deputy director of the CIA under John Ratcliffe,
um, back right before, let's just listen to Rachel Maddow, say it.
He met with him at the White House on Friday.
And then apparently very soon thereafter, Miller, the acting defense secretary,
called over to the NSA, the national security agency, the one at Fort Meade with an E on the end.
Uh, he, he called the NSA and reportedly gave the head of the NSA,
and ultimatum that by Saturday at 6 p.m., the NSA had to install another Trump guy at the top of the NSA,
as the NSA's general counsel, a top lawyer. That ultimatum was issued after the Friday meeting
between Miller and the president. The Trump guy had to be installed as the top lawyer at the NSA
by 6 p.m. on Saturday. And the NSA apparently acceded to that. The head of the NSA reportedly
they didn't want this young Trump guy installed in this senior role at the NSA,
had been sort of slow rolling it and pushing back on it,
but they got this demand ultimatum, you have to do it immediately,
and apparently they went along with it.
And so now, with literally one day left in Trump's presidency,
on the last full day that Trump will be president unless he quits,
that Trump guy's name is Ellis, Michael Ellis,
is due to be sworn in tomorrow as the top legal counsel at the National Security Agency.
Why? Why do they want to force this on literally the last day that Trump is president?
Why do the crazy, forgive me, why do the wing nuts who are telling the president he can still stop Biden for being sworn in?
He can still keep power by force somehow.
Why do the wingnots who are talking to the president about this stuff think that putting Trump people in at the top of the NSA and the CIA at the last minute will somehow advance that cause?
This is a great question, Rachel.
What if he was doing something else?
It is like what, what was he doing?
This makes me think of that story.
Do you remember the millions of IP addresses that left the Pentagon on January 20th?
So Michael Ellis gets in there.
He's fired at like 1201.
Nancy Pelosi made sure that he was out of his position at the NSA or like 1201 the next day.
as soon as Joe Biden was inaugurated or whatever.
But yeah, the story, minutes before Trump left office,
millions of Pentagon's dormant IP addresses sprang to life.
While the world is distracted and obscure Florida company discreetly announced to the world's
computer networks, a startling development.
It now is managing a huge unused swath of the internet that for several decades had been
owned by the U.S. military.
I don't think we've gotten a good explanation of what actually happened.
happened here, at least not a satisfactory one, but that's another loose end out there.
But anyway, let's come back to the timeline, unless you have anything else you want to get into.
So we kind of jump around the timeline a little bit.
No, go ahead.
Okay.
Um, so after all these people are put in, there's an executive order November 12th,
addressing the threat from securities investments that finance communist Chinese military companies.
This comes up multiple times because Trump initially does this.
and there's a sunset clause on it.
But it's, you cannot, you're not allowed to invest in a company that the government,
the US government associates with the CCP.
That's essentially what it is.
You have to, you have to, um, just pause your investments.
He later updates this executive order to force you to divest from it.
So you can't even own it at all.
And you can't just own and no longer invest.
You have to divest from it.
And then as soon as Biden gets in there, he removed the divestiture clause,
which I thought was interesting because Hunter Biden,
B or Baha'i investments or whatever owned a bunch of Chinese investments and so they wouldn't have to die best but anyway we'll keep going you know
This is speculation and I love speculation so we're talking about Michael Ellis we're talking about Rumble
Truth Social is on the Rumble cloud right? Yeah, we're talking about what happened with all these
IP addresses and then last weekend we were talking about
which just went active today. I guess the feature on
on truth social, the truth social API that allows
the people to get access to Trump's market moving
through social posts like milliseconds before other people,
which suggests that there's some algorithm
that's taking those in and then making market oriented decisions
based on them.
Bernie Bright and I talked about the other night,
the Kevin Warsh speech the other day,
he was talking about taking the Fed,
the Fed's influence and their messaging influence out of the kind of market reaction spin
cycle because too often they found themselves having an effect on the market and because they
had an effect on the market, they couldn't get good market information coming back in because
it was already manipulated by their own output. So the Fed is no, if the Fed is actually back under
the influence of Donald Trump, under the Treasury or whatever, and it's not this independent
organization that we've always been told it is, well, then the effect that the Fed had in their messaging
might well be replaced by the president in that scenario. And so does it make sense then to have
that milliseconds earlier access to his messaging on truth social, particularly if those messages
are encoded in particular ways and then is that a different internet infrastructure that
truth social is backed by that's something i wrote about in early 2020 and you know i think a lot of
people would probably say no but i'm not talked out of that yet and it's not because i like want to
be right about something it's because i don't think that there's dispositive uh information to that
sort of thing.
And if it was me, if I understood that the enemies control over the means of information
was one of their greatest weapons, well, I would want to have really well-fortified alternatives
to that.
And I think maybe we're seeing all that come together.
And then the last part of that with the divestiture from CCP-oriented organizations, I mean,
TikTok is front and center of that.
it's a data organization and it went under Oracle all around that same time.
And now, of course, the Ellisons are the majority owners of the U.S. version of that.
I think the majority owners.
I don't mean to misstate that.
But man, something about that all like that big picture.
I don't know.
There's something going on.
I've always thought there's something going on.
Yeah, I agree that I'm still confused by this whole story of TMTG selling.
real-time access
because what is it actually
I want to know what that means because I'm not
unconvinced that this
isn't somebody within the Trump
TMTG company trying to sabotage
Trump because
looking at the service level of what
they're telling us this means
it it does seem a little
pay to play E like that
it gives off some not great
not great optics
in my opinion but again I don't
fully understand it I don't know what
like what kind of companies would pay hundreds of thousands of dollars a month for barely a fraction of a second if that's what it really is if they have AI they can do all these things i mean i don't know it just doesn't make sense but anyway let's let's get back to the timeline here um
November 12th also statement from NSA advisor robert o'brien and throughout the series robert o'brien is a big name he is put in there if you go back and look at the
the timeline of COVID, there was, I think in my part 15,
one of the committees on the Republicans,
they did this little, you know,
what we know about the Wuhan Institute of Orology and how it probably came out,
like leaked September sometime, like September 12th is when they first started noticing
satellite stuff, weird stuff going on at the lab.
And then it was shortly after like September 18th,
Robert O'Brien replaces Bolton as the NSA.
And I think that's a huge changing point to a lot of, I think that's like a huge changing point to when they started to implement and like take a different posture towards, okay, well, there's something weird going on here with this virus.
We're going to have to start shifting gears and implement something like economy government.
He plays a pretty big role in that.
He talks about cyber operations and things that China here directly threatening the critical infrastructure or the economy.
Just an interesting statement by him.
November 18th, acting secretary of defense, Christopher C. Miller signs the memorandum.
naming the ASD Special Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity
Conflict, which is Ezra Kewa Wannock at the time, as a principal staff assistant reporting
directly to the Secretary of Defense. That is where we got this speech from.
Today, the Department of Defense has started the process of formalizing, but we have long
known the fundamental role of U.S. special operations in defense and
foreign policy by elevating special operations forces to a level on par with military departments
as authorized and directed by Congress. As we enact these reforms, we follow the vision of President
John F. Kennedy, who predicted the rise of special operations nearly 60 years ago. He foresaw,
quote, another type of war, new in its intensity, ancient in its origin, that would require a whole
new kind of strategy, a wholly different kind of force, forces which are too unconventional
to be called conventional forces, which are growing in number and importance and significance.
President Kennedy gave these remarks at the opening of the nuclear age, when the Pentagon
was primarily organized to plan and direct large conventional operations against superpowers,
not special operations short of overt declared conflict.
The global demands for special operations forces then and now has confirmed President Kennedy's foresight.
And now, under the leadership of President Trump, we are fully realizing President Kennedy's prescient
of special operations forces.
It is fitting that we are again entering an era of great power competition.
Great speech.
This is my part 22.
I'd encourage you guys to go check that out if you want the refresh of the full thing.
Yeah, Christopher Miller is right there.
Fully masked up.
November 25th, a few days later, the issuance of DOD directive 0 or O,
5105.88.
They created a red team.
And I'm not,
I'm still not convinced that this is a huge deal,
but I think it's interesting.
Red teams like basically pretend to be the enemy in any given situation.
And that way they can like game theory out a whole bunch of different things.
And then doing this in November,
you know,
maybe this was them game playing a little,
you know,
war gaming about what happens if Trump does walk away and implement something like
kind of government.
We don't know what we don't know.
But I still thought was interesting.
December 3rd, Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, writes an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal titled China is National Security Threat, number one.
Now, one of the interesting things about the recent wave of declassifications that we got is the timeline of the discussions that were going on behind closed doors regarding what happened in the 2020 election.
there were a lot of people in the intelligence community that were trying to say they're not only
were they downplaying the Chinese aspect of it but they were also trying to put forth like well
Russia kind of did it and they did it to help Trump the the loan dissenters or the few dissenters
that were in there John Rackleff was on their side and this report the report from executive order
13-9-48-13-8-48 which was due on December 18th was coming up and you
You could see the conflict in there of them not being willing to talk about China's influence.
It's about this time when John Rackcliffe comes out with this article, which I always thought was interesting.
And now we have a more firm grasp on that timeline of the discussions behind closed doors.
And then that brings us to arguably one of the biggest moments I think in the Devolution series timeline.
And this might be a good place to stop.
And we can pick it up either Wednesday or next week.
I don't really talk to Burning Bright.
but that's December 7th, the executive order on governance and integration of federal mission resilience.
This is the most important executive order, I think, for Trump having implemented a economy government plan.
You got anything to add, Chris?
No, I think that this is, well, about the Rackcliffe thing with the Chinese interference,
having seen what we have seen over the last couple of weeks since Trump's election announcement,
Does that sound like foreign interference that changed the outcome of the 2020 election?
I would say that.
Say that again?
Does that sound like foreign interference that changed the outcome of the 2020 election?
What they disclosed the other day?
No, yeah, I don't think that.
I don't think it's.
But it is this week.
Did you see that fact sheet that they came out with?
Yes.
Yeah.
Yeah, you sent that to me the other day.
Yeah, let me know.
It's only like two pages long real quick.
Yeah, let me pull that up here because this, I think it's, this is interesting.
It doesn't say anything groundbreaking a revolutionary, but it does.
Where the hell can I find this?
And it's still an intelligence assessment, right?
That's what these claims are.
And the heads of these agencies agreed with these claims, right?
But they're still just intelligence.
Yeah.
Yeah.
There's just claims, but this is what the, it was on the White House website.
It was put out by the White House Task Force, the John Solomon's little outfit that he's run in.
And they say they released the following fact sheet approved by the directors of the office of the director of the director of national intelligence, the national security agency, the CIA and the DHS relating to President Donald J. Trump's recent declassification of documents.
These documents were originally produced by elements of the U.S. intelligence community.
Notably, the FBI is not up here.
but they are included down here.
So I don't know.
It's weird.
But they go through here and basically say that, yeah, all the heads of the intelligence agencies were cool with what we put out.
They agreed with the assessments of what we put out.
They also clearly wanted to define that it was considered election interference and not just election influence.
In fact, the declassified documents provide the official definition used by the intelligence community for election interference.
That definition includes a foreign powers target.
of voter registration infrastructure or data.
And then they go on to explain what influence is.
And that, I think, is the most important part, is they're trying to tell that story, whether
whether we saw that in the actual documents or not.
I agree with you that I don't think we saw the outcome determinative fraud based almost declassed,
not to say it didn't happen because I fully believe it did.
Sure.
Sure.
But they want to tell the story that all the current intel agency heads agree that this fit the
definition of election interference.
And that is important because that is one of the things that I've always looked to with
the devolution series is there has to be some sort of act of war.
And if you go back to my part nine, I quote General Nakasone in there.
I know what?
I'll even pull that up right now too.
Nakasone said himself right here.
Nakasone said a cyber attack from another government on U.S. critical infrastructure would
cross the threshold into war and we would certainly respond.
the U.S. government's definition of critical infrastructure expanded in January of 2017 when the
Department of Homeland Security put election systems in that category. So not only, I mean, that's not because Sony, it's a different guy, but the current guys are telling us that it's a definition, which to me means it's an act of war.
Yeah, I would only say that, again, the regime government that exists in the federal city of Washington, D.C., at least up in.
until the time of Donald Trump is a foreign occupation.
You cannot be, if you are a globalist,
if you want the global regime's agenda to advance,
then that is clearly a priority that is incompatible
with the America First agenda,
or even the idea of being a loyal and faithful servant
of America in public office.
You are the loyal and faithful servant
servant of a global entity to the extent that you're loyal and faithful to anything aside from
you know dipping into the incentive pool but the people running elections are already for
an interference in the elections yeah i agree um but we also kind of talk about this like what
what the documents actually showed it's no different than what we do to every other country
maybe we talked about this last week i feel like we did you got to say more before i agree with you
like how what trump described like what those documents
documents described, we do that to other countries too.
We try to influence everybody else's business.
Every country kind of does that already to everybody else.
It's not a secret.
It's the actual change of the outcome.
I do still think it was much more domestic than even foreign, although I do believe there was a foreign element as well.
You said in the private chat, we didn't talk about 4-220.
Oh, yeah, the arrow on Trump's chart.
Oh, yeah.
I should pull that up.
No, we can maybe save that for next week, too.
Okay.
We can probably throw that in there.
Yeah, I think next week we come back next time we do this and go through the remainder
of the timeline.
We'll spend a lot of time talking about what continuity government actually is, the concept
of it and the, like possible frameworks for it.
And then what this executive order did.
And we'll go through the rest of the timeline.
I think it'll be fun.
Yeah.
So if you have nothing else, we can start going through boosts.
and rants no let's do that we'll save it and then do we talk outro because i have a couple options i
think well i will defer to your options so we could do um the trailer for my devolved two which is
covid and fauchy centered we could do i don't remember what else earlier i remember saying
something about an outro video but now i can't remember a couple housekeeping things though first guys
August 9th, I will be in Jupiter, Florida for a badlands meetup.
It'll be in the afternoon.
It's currently going to be at an undisclosed location in Jupiter.
But once you RSVP, we're going to be sending out the location here this week.

Cam Cuxie for $5.
Says,
Good evening, gentlemen.
Chris, would you be willing to share
your puzzle analogy
from Space Revolution with the class?
It really resonated with me.
You should do that.
Did you see that or no?
I haven't watched,
I watched like the first 10, 50 minutes
of that episode and finish it yet.
Then if you want me to do the good version, I will.
Yeah, so I'm going to write this thing.
It's going to be called 1,000 puzzles.
And let me just play this
really quickly so that people can have a visual.
I was thinking the other day about how a lot,
there's kind of this thing that people use
as like a shorthand to say that something must be true.
And it's that a lot of other things that they think
fit together in this like internally
coherent consistent system.
Everything makes sense fitting with everything else.
And because it represents something together,
they like think, oh, that thing must be true.
Otherwise, all of these pieces wouldn't lock together.
And so I was thinking about how puzzles are made.
And this is from some interview I found.
Puzzle and online.
Here, we can shut that guy up.
But they basically have these sheets of the puzzle
cardboard with an image stuck to the piece of cardboard and then it goes through on a conveyor belt
and the cutter comes down and cuts it into the shape of the puzzle and then all the pieces are
scattered, whatever. So let's say you have a thousand puzzles that are going to go through this cutter,
but rather than them all having the same picture on them going through one after another
into that same cut, they all have different pictures on. Okay. So it's a thousand.
thousand puzzles, thousand different puzzles, uncut, they all go through, they get the exact same cut,
and then they go down to the end of the conveyor belt. Now, if you took piece one from puzzle one,
piece two from puzzle two, piece three from puzzle three, piece four from puzzle four, all the way
through the thousand pieces and put them back in the same arrangement, they would all fit together
perfectly and be absolutely meaningless. They would not represent one single one of those pictures
in any discernible way. And so it goes much deeper beyond that. But the fact that things
fit together does not mean that that picture is actually representative of something. And I think
that it's there are a lot more, I don't know, we don't need to go into it too deeply right now.
I said it kind of in the context of a conversation that we were having on space revolution.
but I'll have something on the substack, hopefully in the next couple of days about that.
And I was on a walk the other day and thought about it a lot more.
And I wrote down a bunch of notes, but I haven't reviewed those notes since.
So I don't want to restate it and flub something and make it stupid.
Yeah, no worries.
You also don't want people to sue your idea and beat you to a substack article.
That would be bad.
Yeah.
So I'm very much excited for that.
I'm your moderator.substack.com.
Make sure you guys are following him for that.
That's a, I love that analogy already.
And I'm going to, I would encourage you guys to go listen to Space Revolution.
That was on Wednesday.
Chris was on with General Kost and what's the guy's name again?
Chris Ponder.
Chris Ponder, yeah.
And I started the episode.
I haven't finished it, but it looked good, the little that I did see.

Mike's Taylor Group,
the Defiance org.
The two that run this are tied directly to Soros Ford Foundation,
and much more.
My she she was saying Miles Taylor
There's there's another message about it
Okay, well let me go to um
I don't see I saw another post from boom digity earlier about
miles Taylor and Trump's executive order to investigate him
on four four two of last year i did um
okay this is the link and that is the miles taylor i was thinking of
yeah he's the guy that
that was on that MSNBC show talking about the red the binder yep the PEDs which we'll get to the
PEDs at some point in this the recap that we're doing here um all right and then back to this uh
another 20 from boom diggity says i think secretary pompeyo discussing the chinese government
at the governors association meeting on february 8th of 2020 was important to the governors in that
meeting all look guilty and like during the headlights and yeah that was one of the first things i thought of
through those declassified docs about China is like when they were talking about how they wanted
to get these people hooked on China so that they could leverage it later it was interesting that
Pompeo had all those people in the same room and then again the series of speeches that the Trump
administration compiled and published November 2nd of 2020 the day before the election I think is
notable too thank you for the rants boom digity miss rhea freedom fighter for 17 dollars says I really
appreciate your insights thank you thank you miss rhea
good to see you here and then a NAS fan gifted five subscriptions there we go
that's all thanks everybody for the generosity I think tonight we do this for the
outro it's a throwback to my devolved series for those who aren't aware
uh dauntless dialogue Adam riva put together a five-part documentary style series
going through my my devolution series and he did a damn good job and this is the
trailer for part two, which was all about COVID and whatnot.
So I thought it'd be timely with Fouching the news again.
But other than that, yeah, thanks for everybody for tuning to hit that thumbs up.
Chris, when are you back on?
Thursday, Burning Bright and I are doing Badland Story.
Which movie did you guys just do, Knives Out?

third knives out yeah that's a good night yeah that's a good news out movie yeah i thought it was great
i was surprised how how i mean it's a fantastic yeah i thought so too all right everybody

as much as we hate YouTube.

You guys have a great rest of your weekend.
$2.3 billion,
the largest healthcare fraud settlement
in the history of the Department of Justice.
I thought I would bring that perspective to the topic today
is the issue of pandemic preparedness.
If there's one message that I want to leave with you today
based on my experience,
and you'll see that in a moment,
is that there is no question,
There is no question that there will be a challenge, the coming administration in the arena
of infectious diseases, but also there will be a surprise outbreak.
And I hope by the end of my relatively short presentation, you will understand why history
will tell the next administration that there's no doubt in anyone's mind that they will
be faced with the challenges that their predecessors were faced with.
When Tony Fauci talks, you have to listen.
the conspiracy listen to our government agencies these guys are telling the truth you know there's no
conspiracy here folks just get your damn vaccine the thing that people always ask me what keeps you up
at night i mean obviously the evolution of a pandemic like respiratory infection get the damn
vaccine that's the reason why we worry that we may yet again have another pandemic and it is
almost inevitable that we will have another pandemic now we're talking about what an
administration might face in regard to emerging diseases. I can say with some confidence that history
tells us that we will definitely get surprised in the next few years. And then the other thing that I
aspirationally hope to be able to encounter is the ability to rapidly respond to something brand new,
whether it's a brand new pandemic or, as you mentioned, a brand new attack upon us deliberately by
bioterror. The thing we're extraordinarily confident about is that we are going to see this in the
next few years. Thank you.
