The Badlands, John, the Badlands, explain those Badlands.
That's a hell of a name.
And the 500th episode, apparently, I kind of forgot about that until just as we were going live.
So that's exciting, too.
Yeah, that's really exciting.
That's really great to hear, John, because I remember that when we talked about the 500th episode a few weeks ago,
we calculated it out, and we made sure that it was on our night.
Burning Bright's night.
Yeah, I feel like we must have made sure of that.
I feel like something got miscalculated somewhere along the way or something got
renumbered because I could have swore it was going to end up on a BB night.
Oh, well then, hey man, I'm honored to be here.
Honor to have you.
Also, I went and looked at the playlist of the Devolution Power Hour,
and this is the 519th upload under the playlist.
So I'm not sure how this is the 500th episode, but we'll take it.
And we're going to celebrate it anyway.
So happy 500 500th episode.
That's a lot of episodes.
That is a lot of episodes.
It's a lot of episodes.
A lot of Saturdays.
A lot of Wednesdays too, I suppose.
But pretty awesome.
Rumble Rick, 331.
Good to see you, man.
Gifted 20 subscriptions.
That is incredible.
Good to see you, man.
Hope all as well.
Rumble is killing it as always.
Very generous of you, man.
A big show tonight, though, which is fitting for the 500th episode.
we have plenty to talk about there's um let me pull my list of things we do have a rico grande update
which we'll get into which i think you'll i don't know if it'll be interesting if you're into that kind of
thing which i know you're not really into that kind of thing me so i i feel like i am the one who came up
with rico grande as a term yes that was like i i believe that it's still totally worth following
it just seems more and more like a rug the more and more they roll it out like uh
scripted info op that is ultimately going anywhere.
I'm just saying at this point,
I've seen this pattern so many times
and it's harder to get excited about it.
But I mean, I still see that as a possible avenue.
Maybe that's a good explanatory layer
for what's happening underneath.
I'm down.
It's not like I hate it.
You're not wrong, but what we're gonna go through tonight
is not gonna help the feeling that it's potentially a rug.
So just to caveat it there, but yeah,
it'll be interesting discussion anyway.
We've also got this interesting,
concept we're going to float around for you guys and i talked about this a little bit on my
uh friday's um daily harold show but talking about trump's second or third term record depending
how you look at it and uh what he's done versus what congress has done versus what the courts
have tried to do to stop him there's a there's a lot here so we're gonna um we're gonna
talk about that as well i think i think it's an interesting but project
to say the least and something we're going to examine probably further and deeper as we get
closer to the midterms and just as things play out because we're seeing more examples of
Trump kind of doing things on his own without Congress so that's worthwhile we have the
Russian oil deal which a lot of the haters are like what it's only going to get us like 10 days
of oil or something and then a lot of the haters are like but he can't even do that because
of some bill Congress signed and then also there's another thing that the
haters were hating on it for i don't know but anyway there's been a big follow-up from that between
like zolensky and ukraine supposedly bombing oil refineries in russia and then trump talk and
it's just it's all hilarious to watch so we'll get into that and then um i don't know i think you
i think you saw this because i send it to you the doj is now investigating the media
which i think is probably one of the the funnier narratives in the last like 24 hours because
do you remember Chris when
Trump was like hey fake news
you're the enemy of the people you're a national
security threat I don't want you
to cover me anymore you're not allowed in here
and then they freaked out and sued
but then they later stopped their own
like pool coverage of the White House
and so now Trump's like
I'm going to have the DOJ investigate you
for stopping your pool coverage
of the White House so in one hand he's like
you're the enemy of the people
you're not allowed to cover me
but also I'm going to sue you for not covering me.
And I think that's really funny.
Yes, but also the DOJ inquiry, I guess,
is into their collusion to boycott.
And I guess that this is some aspect of the Sherman Antitrust Act.
And there's actually an kind of interesting issue in there, I guess.
Can corporations collude together?
Can they work together to influence,
the government to wield power essentially against the government.
And I don't know.
I don't know who to,
I don't know who's side to take in that battle.
The DOJs.
We'll take the DOJ's side in all things.
All hail the DOJ and the government.
Right.
Yeah, and then we'll see what else.
Some secret white hats have to save us.
Thank goodness they're all there.
No kidding.
There's also a great new We Are Forbidden video about K-Fabe,
which timing can be better.
So we'll play that as our outro unless there's any better.
Yes.
And also, it's not only about KFave.
It's the KFabe part is perfect, but it's also about the unit party and the controlled opposition that we see.
That it's a great video.
I mean, that that's the relevant stuff right now.
And I think that's the stuff that a lot of people are beginning to kind of sift through
and really get a grip on because people haven't really dealt with what it means.
that there is a unit party.
I mean, you don't have to believe that there's a unit party.
Some people don't believe in it.
But once you believe in it,
you really have to apply it and understand what it means.
It's a weird thing to say though,
like we're 10 years into the info war
and like the truth community and all that stuff.
And I just heard the words come out of your mouth
that like people haven't really reckoned
with the idea of the uniparty.
And you're not wrong though, that's the thing.
And it's not that they haven't talked about.
It's just that they,
they've never actually operated as if it exists.
Right, exactly.
They can give lip service to it,
and they'll use it to describe how there are too many rhinos
and how the Senate and the House of Representatives
never really come together to get anything done,
like that kind of stuff.
But yeah, the Uniparty protects the system,
and they're both just part of the same thing.
You're going to get the same agenda either way.
It's just going to be in a different package.
And when you start applying what that actually means about our elections and about what we can expect from politics, the conclusion that you'll ultimately have to reach is that the electoral politics are a performance to disguise the layer beneath, which is the thing that sells us an agenda that we have no sale.
And that's what our politics is.
And if you don't like that, like it's okay to like the system too.
Like if people like the system, just say you like the system.
And you don't have to go through all of the, the histrionics of pretending to fight against it and to want something different.
Just say you like the system as it is and you wish that they would say this or that on television and just watch TV, like vote for American idols and leave it alone.
You know, but if you're going to say you're trying to scale back the power of the system and make it less corrupt,
you got to actually address the system as it is, which is the unit party.
Yeah, totally agree.
Totally agree.
And that's something we'll probably never actually see progress on because a lot of the people
with the way they operate.
It's not actually about solve anything.
It's about getting the clicks and the views.
They'll say the things, they'll give the lip service for the things that will get them
the most eyeballs in the moment, which typically doesn't trend well for actual progress.
But we'll get into all that.
We have quite a few sponsors tonight.
I also want to play a video from my son's football game today.
He dropped an absolute dime.
He was a quarterback.
And he's crushing it.
He's crushing it.
He's almost ready to get signed by the Vikings.
He's about the same size as their current quarterback,
so not much of change there.
But yeah, let me play this clip quick.
And then we'll get into the commercials.
Dropping dimes.
Nice.
Proud dad moment.
So he's going to be pomp.
that I played that on the show.
That's mainly why I did it so I can show them that I played it.
But let's get to a couple of our sponsors.
We're going to start with the little cacao bliss.
And then we'll get into the topics.
Chocolate cravings can be hard to ignore.
Cacao bliss asks a different question.
What if you satisfy that craving with real cacao instead?
Each serving starts with ceremonial gray cacao
and it gets its sweetness from monk fruit
rather than turning your cup into a sugar bomb.
The formula also includes organic cinnamon,
turmeric, mc t and Himalayan pink salt.
creating a creamy chocolate drink you can enjoy for roughly 35 calories.
There's also some interesting science surrounding cacao itself.
Research published in nutrition studied raw cacao and found that GLP1 levels nearly doubled within two hours after consumption.
GLP1 is a hormone involved in the feeling of fullness.
For your own daily cup preparation couldn't be much easier.
Add one scoop to hot water, mix it with milk, or incorporate it into your favorite coffee.
Instead of treating chocolate as the thing you need to avoid, discover another way to enjoy.
it. Take a closer look at Cacao Bliss by visiting trycacowblis.com slash Badlands where you'll find
the special offer available to listeners of this show and they've revamped their website,
which is awesome. So great product, great website now. And yeah, check it out. We also got
our soft disclosure commercial like a new bonus ad that I'm going to do. And then we'll
get into the Rico Grande update.

Your face, our commercial,
questionable decisions may follow.
Also, another thing I've added to the list for tonight
is, did you see Scott Besson's letter to Oklahoma?
Elizabeth Warren, yeah.
Oh, that was pretty funny.
I like the handwritten note at the end about celebrating Columbus Day with her people.
Yeah, that was pretty great.
So we should probably talk about that too.
But let's start with a little of the rug pull.
Let me just turn my screen here.
All right.
I've been following the Rico Gran case as close as I can,
but waiting for declassified documents.
We haven't gotten much lately.
I think the only thing we got last week or this last week was the,
the meeting that Jack Smith's team had with John Brennan,
and there was like no actual handwritten notes.
And then they did a rerun of the story where they tapped a whole bunch of people
in Trump's orbit and their phones and whatnot and their communications,
including Susie Wiles.
I think Baron and Melania and those people too.
That was an old story, but they did a rerun of it.
And I always find that interesting.
But this article came out in the New York Times, I believe.
and this will share
you see anything yet
oh there we are how
Trump's revenge campaign descended
into turmoil
the president's allies have sought to prove a grand
conspiracy through a sprawling justice department inquiry
it is buckled under staffing shakeups
internal disputes and trouble finding evidence
and so New York Times grain of salt
not a single source
that they named it's like
20 anonymous current and former FBI and DOJ officials.
So no clue how much of this is true, but there's a lot of spin on this, trying to frame it as just like the subline reads there that it's like falling apart and they're having trouble finding evidence.
But I did read through it all so that you guys didn't have to and found the most interesting aspects.
Number one, if you remember a couple months ago, a month ago or so, Joe D. Genova, who was heading out of
up the case, the second lead prosecutor after Maria Medidas Long had left the case. Trump apparently
is the one who tapped him. It wasn't Todd Blanche or anybody at the DOJ who hired him to lead the
case. It was Trump himself, according to this reporting. And then there was a clash going on between
Blanche and Dijanova where Blanche, Blanche, I don't even know what you say. I'm just going to keep changing
every time I say it. Blanche didn't like the pace that things were going at and he sent a couple
lawyers down to the Florida grand jury to help out and they apparently grilled Dijanova and his team
and then Dijanova threatened them as like if you guys show up at any of these grand jury hearings
I'm going to have the marshals you know usher you out and then Blanche ended up calling him
upset and told him to come like for a meeting in Washington and
And so Dijanova resigned because he assumed he was going to get fired.
So that's the news story, which I found that interesting because, like, Chris, hypothetically
speaking, President Trump calls you.
It's like, Chris, I want you to lead this investigation into all my enemies.
You're the man.
You're going to be the one to do this.
I want you to do it.
Yep.
And then you have a fight with Blanche.
Would you allow that fight to, like, would you quit because of that fight?
or would you like when blanche was in the guy who hired you and i'm very i'm like leading you here
to the answer very much so but or would you like you know hey mr president i know you're the one
that had me to do this these are my issues with mr blanche here help me sort this out yeah i guess
the truth is i don't know enough of the context i totally take your point and that's probably how that
would go but i mean if you take that job and todd blanche is your boss at that job then at that point
you're doing what he tells you to do right yeah unless you're violating the law or something i just
also had to make the joke and think it's funny that this is a real life example of that thing that
they used to do in like 80s and 90s sitcoms like you can't fire me i quit yeah yeah that is kind of
funny i think that was in saved by the bell and like every other show that was made at that time
i didn't watch a lot of those i never watched saved by the bell like i've seen it a couple episodes
but you weren't really the right age for that you're like 10 years to you yeah probably i was
like dead center on that then nice let's go so you're very familiar with the concept maybe this
a generational thing by the bell yes no of being of quitting yeah yeah it was always you know
somebody would be like hey kid you can't do that you're fired and they're like you can't fire me
mr boss man i quit i mean i've seen shows about like that where they're like
well i'm glad you did that because now we don't have to pay you severance or something i think that's
a thing yeah but anyway so that's the story they're they're thrown around with with blanche and
degenova so one of the things that i think is interesting about this is the how many issues
todd blanche has been involved in that come out with him seeming strange and most particularly the
glynn maxwell business and i think i just saw a
posts a tweet from Paul Sperry talking about how Pam Bondi was the one who like mucked up
some of the Epstein stuff but at the but the entire time her deputy attorney general
Todd Blanche was like right by her side messing things up.
Yeah so now we know from two DOJ sources with firsthand knowledge that it wasn't just Pam
Bondi gumming up the works in the Russia gay conspiracy case but also her then DAG and now
the current AG Todd Blanche.
both of them held things up one source told me adding the hiring of former durham investigator jack
eckenrode proved to be a bad decision the thing about paul spary like he's kind of clickbait
very often as well there's been many times like he's the guy who came out with that story
back in the day um oh what's the guy who's the attorney for rumble mark mark alice mike ellis
i think i that sounds right and i think it's mike
Michael Ellis.
Yeah, Michael Ellis, that's right.
That's not right.
Yeah, he's the guy who came out and said like he was the guy covering for Brennan and he's
like this deep state asset and it's just bad news that he got brought in to work under D&I
Rathcliffe.
And then I called somebody I know who knew Ellis personally worked with him.
I was like, hey, is any of this true?
And he's like, no, that's like, Michael Ellis is the most, I can't remember the word
he said it.
He's like that the most integrity of anybody I've ever worked with or something like that.
and i mean you know it's it's somebody else saying it's still hearsay but sure uh it sounds like and a
lot of people should on them for that yeah i mean man i'll that is better information than we get on
a lot of things you know you know again to go back to like my hollywood days when you're
building a network of influence with people in the same community and you're doing it on a face-to-face
basis and a person a person basis, you know, you meet people through other people, like mutual
contacts, introduce more of their mutual contacts and that network expands. You understand how those things
work. That is like real good factual information. Someone who knows someone told you about that
person. Now, you can adjust for their personal biases and understand that that's just one perspective,
but that's a perspective with some considerable knowledge that you can test and you can question
and they can like give you some real feedback on that that is so much better than reading a series
of articles about the person and then trying to kind of glean something true from all of those articles
so i love hearing information like that that's better yeah but that's my take on paul sperry he
also does a lot of like um old reruns of stories like breaking news yeah the fbi i just discovered
X, Y, Z, and it was a story that was forever ago.
Always years behind.
Yes.
And always pushing kind of, there is that narrative of, you know,
starting with Rushagate through all of this stuff and then just tracking these big
picture DOJ legal moves.
Again, as you said, like these historic stories, he'll be on probably the, doesn't he
discuss the Seth Rich thing too?
I mean, we have no closure on any of these issues, and they've been out around for years and years and years.
And so every time one of these events comes up, it's always like, here's this tiny new addition to the story.
Let me tell you the whole backstory again.
And then this little addition is going to make you think that real progress is being made here.
And maybe it is.
Maybe it is.
But until you see the end of it, at some point, it begins to feel like you're just being strung along on a slow,
running limited hangout that's what john solomon is doing as well that's what it feels like yeah yeah
yeah 100 percent um so so that that's part one okay now part two of the story of what i found interesting
is when de jinova quit we found out because brennan is suing the doj and all these people
associated like trump uh blanche that susy wiles rackcliff like all pretty much all the big names
cash patel he's suing them and telling them to preserve their records because he's trying to argue
that this is political persecution.
And in that lawsuit and the filing,
the latest filing we got from that,
his lawyer, John Brennan's lawyer,
had an affidavit, I think it was,
where he's like, we called the Department of Justice
and talked to Dijanova,
and when they sent in the indictment or whatever to come speak,
it's not an indictment, it's subpoena,
to come speak before the grand jury in Florida.
It's supposed to be on October 15th.
And it was the same day,
that Dijanova quit.
And so then they ended up having the conversation with Kurt Olson,
who essentially took over for Dijanova when he resigned.
And on that phone call,
they learned that Brennan is the target of the Washington, D.C.,
grand jury,
which is where he lied to Congress.
And the referral for that crime, by the way,
came from John Rackcliffe, which is interesting.
But then the other investigation in Florida,
he's only the subject, target versus subject.
But then we found out a couple weeks later that Kurt Olson has also resigned, and this is what the New York Times says about Kurt Olson.
Soon after, a top DiGihanova deputy, Kurt Olson also quit.
It turned out he had failed a polygraph test about his contacts with foreigners, which imperiled his security clearance.
According to two people familiar with the matter, Mr. Olson said he complied with all requirements regarding foreign contacts and had not resigned.
over his clearance but declined to say more.
Don't know if this is true.
He is still working for the DOJ,
but I do know people personally, again,
more hearsay who know Kurt Olson personally,
who confirmed that he's no longer working with the case,
regardless of that Todd Blanche video from a few weeks back
where he's like, no, he's, you know,
don't believe what you hear in the fake news or whatever.
He's no longer working on the case.
This is weird, though.
Haven't seen him come out and deny it.
who like who did he have contact with and what did he say to lie about like i'm curious i hope
we learn more i doubt we will but thought it was notable do you have to come out and deny something
reported by two people familiar with the matter though and you know like if you're kurt olson
do you come out and deny something like that no but i mean well i guess depends like i don't think
i've seen any actual interview or or questions that were actually asked to kurt olson where he's
commented on it.
And that's what I just want to see like, hey, why did you quit?
We haven't had a legitimate reason.
The minimal reporting we've had about Kurt Olson and why he quit, it sounded more like
a staffing issue, which was similar to what Dejanova initially said.
So who knows?
There's just so much we don't know.
And that's the frustrating part of this.
Like I'm at the point where, and maybe this is something, I don't know if we talked
about on Wednesday's power or not.
I can't remember the video of Trump where he's like, hey, guys, we might not get, you
justice on Obama and Hillary and Clinton and all those.
I think we did talk about it then.
But I'm at the point where I'm like, I'm okay with that.
Just like, let's publish every single document that you guys have on this and let the people,
let me go through that.
Let John Harold go through that stuff.
There's plenty of people out there who know more about the Rico Grande conspiracy,
Russia, gate stuff more than I do.
Just let us handle it at this point.
Because if we're not going to get the justice, quit, quit leading us on, kind of like you
said earlier.
Yeah.
I mean, it would be great to have all the information out there.
Who knows where that would lead at this point?
Because when things are scripted and released on a certain timeline, there's reason, when
you can tell that some of the stuff is scripted and manipulated to present it in a way that
has a greater impact on public relations, well, then you have to wonder how much more
of it is scripted and how much more of it is orchestrated.
and why would you orchestrate something out over this long period?
I don't know the answers to these questions,
but I think that there's reason for people to be frustrated about it
when you can't get the full story.
It's like if you have the full story and you are seeking accountability
and accountability takes a long time,
but you can adjust your own behavior relative to what you understand now to be true,
at least you can like guide your own behavior.
If you're waiting for the full story
and you're waiting for accountability at the same time,
what you really have is like a rumor of guilt and complicity
and the rest of it and you're waiting for something
that you can't even begin to kind of define or describe.
You know, the idea that John Brennan is being charged with lying to Congress,
well, that's what we, Brian and I just talked about this yesterday
in regard to the j6 committee and the cassidy hudson's then thing the j6 committee wasn't even a real
committee remember like steve bannon and peter navarro were uh charged with contempt of congress
for not providing information which is like a similar charge but what is what is the charge of
lying to congress if congress is illegitimate we watch these ridiculous hearings that they put on
television and everybody in those hearings is lying i mean cheers to the
people who who come in as witnesses when they are not lying like i'm not trying to paint with too
broad a brush but the politicians are there filming content for social media it's not those are
not serious affairs so what does it mean to lie in one of those yeah i don't know man it's it's i
totally understand what you're saying and i don't care about that and i've said since the beginning
the whole brennan and the comy 264 or eight six four seven charge or whatever i think it's ridiculous yeah
And I think it's not helping Trump's case.
Like if they're going to argue against that and say like, you know,
hey, this is political persecution, those charges like that, that does not help.
It kind of makes it look like that.
And so I think those people are all guilty of treason and worse.
And here we are going after them for stuff like that.
I think it's ridiculous.
Last thing that was interesting this article again, if it's even true, New York Times,
grain assault.
But this is stuff I cover when it comes up.
And this will probably get a lot of the Q.
people's jimmies rustling or it should be because if you believe the military is the only way
then you'd probably be happy to know that supposedly most of the prosecutors on the team now
are military lawyers so there we go that is suggestive of approach i would think yeah but it's also like
the way they tried to frame it was nobody wanted to work on the case and so they had to like
force people who couldn't say no to do it essentially it's like they're setting up the the greatest
legal movie ever like a few good men is going to just get shoved to the bottom of the pile
when they see the films that come out of this event well i thought we already are already
watching a movie a fully scripted movie so yes we're already seen that man so is is there any
indication that that is because so it's it's only because they couldn't get lawyers there's nothing
about it people needing security clearances or particular security clearance
or anything like that.
There's not like an actual military application that would require that.
No, again, they're framing and there's no like actual source for any of this stuff
because there's like nobody's release anything.
But their framing is they had to like essentially bring in lawyers because so many people
quit the case and they couldn't get other people to fill it.
They got some random person from North Dakota.
They got some random FBI official who, I can't remember one of the, they got the FBI guy
who investigated the 20.
2020 Italy election server thing he was working on the case and then some random person in Florida and then it's like all military people according to the article
Don't know if it's true but speaking of that and like military military tribunals all that stuff
What are your thoughts on the public execution that is going to be taking place? It's a weird thing like I'm
I'm pro this guy getting executed what he did was a terrible
But I'm like I'm not necessarily
like I don't I'm not going to watch it like I don't want to see that yeah like I'm okay if other
people do and I just I don't know it seems I don't know well I remember them televising the execution
of Saddam Hussein now when I think about an event like that being televised at this point
I think yeah come on that's not that like you can tell me it's that but that's not that now
I haven't gone back and looked at that shooting at all.
And I was not in this kind of frame of mind and employing this epistemology or this kind of critical lens when that happened.
So I can't speak to the details of his guilt or innocence.
I mean, I guess he admitted it.
So to the extent that that is all legitimate, then he did it.
And what the story says he did is terrible.
So it would certainly be justified if you accept that the death penalty is justified.
And I think that that's really one of the concerns that's going to have to be hashed out, you know.
And some of this is between because one of the things that immediately breaks out online is the Christian case for against executions.
And the Christian case for executions, which is awfully hard to make from new.
covenant what would jesus do perspective um it's impossible i think to make from that perspective
there are there are cases to be made that it is acceptable from that perspective based on what other
parties deduced they believe jesus would do but i think it's really tough to make the case on
that perspective so then people go back to old testament stuff and mosaic law and what comes out of that
And I'm like, okay, but that's like the Jewish part.
That's the Judeo-Christian part.
So are you making a Christian case for this?
Or are you making the Jewish-Judeo-Christian case for this?
Because those are different things.
Yeah.
I don't know where I come down on it ultimately.
A few years ago, I did an episode called What Killing Spree?
Because Rolling Stone and started publishing these panic pieces about how Donald Trump was
going to bring back federal executions.
in his next term.
And this is something that we've kind of all anticipated for a long time.
You know, there are countless people who have committed treason and crimes against America
and crimes against humanity.
And so it's certainly hard to say that the punishment wouldn't be justified if they are
indeed guilty of those crimes.
But, you know, you can also imprison people.
There are other types of punishments and taking a life as a different sort of thing
because then you're, you know, kind of usurping the opportunity.
for them to find redemption in this life.
Interesting.
I'm curious to your perspective on this.
Isaiah 53 left a rancis.
John is a fag.
And I was like, okay, cool.
Your mom would say otherwise, though.
But then his reasoning is what's interesting.
He's like, F you pussy, where did it go?
F you pussy, go grow up here.
Go tell the families you don't want to see it.
Like so.
Yeah.
Because you have a problem telling the family.
families. Hey, I appreciate your, your pain and I am sorry for your loss and you will be in my prayers,
but I still don't want to watch this execution. Yeah, I would be perfectly comfortable saying.
Yeah, so did I. That's a weird thing to hate me for. Of all the things you could hate me for,
that's the weirdest one. I also don't think that like, I don't, I don't think that watching it would
hurt me. I just, I don't really need to see it. Yeah. But I mean, if that round was $100 and not $2,
Maybe I'd reconsider it.
But right now I'm going to stand my ground.
Yeah, anyway.
So I don't remember that made me lose my spot.
I was going to say something.
The death bouncy thing.
What were we talking about right before that?
The prosecutions and accountability, the military tribunal of it all.
Yeah, I don't know.
I mean, we're kind of done with that subject.
The Rico Gran case says now we don't really know where it's at.
A lot of people were looking to that though as like, hey, we're going to get the adjust
accountability before the,
the midterms, guaranteed.
It doesn't feel like that's going to happen.
But I guess we'll see there's still time before the midterms.
But yeah, we'll see what happens.
But I think we can move on.
But before we do, let's get a quick word from another one of our sponsors.
And that is Keat.
Guys, if you're not in the key chat, what the heck are you doing?
Some conversations are not meant for an audience, an advertiser or a technology company.
they are meant for exactly two people.
The messages you send your partner,
personal thoughts,
private photos,
vulnerable moments,
deserve more than a privacy setting
buried inside a corporate platform.
Keats is a free messenger,
built peer-to-peer.
Messages, calls, and files are end-to-end encrypted
with no centralized company database
holding the conversation.
Keith doesn't collect your metadata
and it doesn't ask for a phone number or email.
That means the company running Keat is not positioned
in the middle of your relationship,
building a profile around the way the two of you communicate.
Keep your intimate conversation between the people they belong to.
You can search for Keats,
That's K-E-E-T in the App Store, Google Play.
You can download for free, or you can go to keep.io-slash Badlands D-PH
and then send either myself or Jessica,
and I would recommend you send it to Jessica,
because she's better at responding and getting people into the group chat.
We have a solid group chat going right now with all the Badlanders.
Send her a message at at Jessica Storm 1,
and she'll invite you into that group,
or you can also send it to at John Badlands-22,
and I'll do my best.
but she'll do better.
So send it to Jessica and we'll see you in the key chat.
Man, is it weird that people are using Charlie Kirk as a symbol to argue the pro-execution position?
It's a little weird.
That's pretty disturbed.
And I'm sure that that is basically a viral gotcha online right now.
Wow.
That's something.
Yeah, it is.
And that's the thing like with the public execution, because my job is like gathering information
on social media and online, like there's zero chance I won't end up seeing it.
Like it's going to at some point I'm sure come across my feed and it'll be unavoidable.
All I'm saying is that I'm not going to actively go and search it out.
Like that is not something that is appealing to me.
And I don't know, it's just maybe maybe that means I'm broken, but I like to think that the
fact there are people that are like, I want to go see this guy get murdered.
like i feel like that's that's i don't know that that that's the weird thing to me that's uh we've been so
desensitized to some of this stuff that i don't know it's just i don't know it's just wrong maybe it's my
catholic upbringing catholic school and whatnot but whatever okay let's move on i want to talk about
this little project that we've been working on and by we i mean jango my bot slave and the boys
i've got a pretty sweet setup going right now where i have rock bot and then i have
Chat GBT and Cloud like connected under it.
And I have like my own large language model that I downloaded on my computer.
And they're all like kind of working together and have their own little assignments every time I send something down the chain.
It's it's really cool.
I am very impressed of with with your setup because mine is I've obviously taken a different approach and it is not quite there.
Plus I'm primarily using chat GBT, so I don't think that the,
the agentic aspect is as prominent on there yet.
Yeah, well, that's the thing.
You can take advantage of it all.
And I found so far Grockbot to be my favorite.
I did get a dot, like the opening eyes version.
I named that one, Tom.
I wasn't very creative, but it's like,
it's kind of probably slave name at some point.
But I found Grockpot to just be, it's been great.
And I've got a bunch of different little like random projects that I've been using this thing for.
It's really good with like clipping stuff and and transcribing stuff.
And it's just, it's been really helpful with a lot of the things I'm working on.
But we've been talking kind of generally on this show for a while about how one,
not only is Congress illegitimate because our elections are fraudulent.
but Trump has been able to do a lot of things,
almost all things, in spite of Congress.
And so I wanted to actually look like, hey, let's go through the public record
of everything that's available.
And let's actually map this out.
Like, what has Trump done so far this second term by himself,
like executive authority, unitary executive theory, all that stuff?
Like, what has he done himself?
What has Congress done?
and then what has like what have what have the courts done and what have people done to work against
Trump and is the analysis or the theory that you know Trump has been able to do this mostly by
himself and regardless of how the midterms turn out it's going to be more the same like what does
it actually look like in in practice not just us talking about it and so that's where this report
came from and it's like 180 some page report eventually I got some fine tuning to do to it probably
but then we'll put it out.
But largely, like, we're pretty spot on.
And I'll read the executive summary here.
And you guys can't, we can talk about a little bit.
Between January 20, 2025 and October 8th, 2026, the administration has issued 288 executive
orders.
225 of those came in 2025, 63, so far in 2026.
Plus, there's been hundreds of proclamations in memoranda.
Congress has enacted 118 public laws.
Of those public laws, they are broken down into,
these groups here, 18 of them are considered to be big laws, and nine of them are money bills.
64 of them are considered to be small laws, 24 laws that cancel the government rule,
and then 12 laws that only name or honor something like post offices or whatever.
And then we have so far, this blew my mind because I knew there was a lot of lawsuits
against the Trump administration, but according to some independent trackers,
this just security website.
far there have been 976 lawsuits filed against the Trump administration.
That's one and a half every day.
Yeah.
That's insanity.
Insane.
It's literally everything he's doing is getting pushed back from the courts.
And this goes like towards the theory we've been talking about how like Trump gets in there.
And we were saying this all the way back in in 2020.
Before even the mid or the 20, the 20,
election yeah if trump gets in there they're just going to stonewall and try to wait him out
and they're going to do that by not actually implementing any of his agenda or as little as they can
and by fighting him tooth and nail and everything just like they did the first term they're obstructing
him that that's evidence of that for sure there've also been uh 32 supreme court emergency docket rulings
24 for the administration and eight against and then uh yeah that's essentially it clarifies what the
24 it means it's not necessarily that there 24 rulings on the law
law. It's just some of them were like issuing stays in Trump's favor or removing
stays in Trump's favor. But it paints a pretty like what I thought was an accurate picture.
Like what Trump did and I have another report I can pull up here that kind of summarizes it.
If I can find it, it might take me a second here because of all the things my aid does well,
I'm the one that struggles getting stuff from the AI to actual internet.
So I can pull it up.
The one of the things so I didn't obviously go through all 180 pages that the that the machine wrote for you.
But one of the things that I think is really interesting in that pattern as it emerges is that many of the things that Trump does with executive branch power are things that Congress are powers that Congress delegated to federal agencies that they set.
up under the executive branch, in many cases, under the guise of being independent agency,
somehow independent from presidential oversight, even though he has plenary authority over everything
that happens in the executive branch. And so under the unitary executive theory, which basically
just says that, which is the obvious constitutional truth of the office, well, then he has
the power to employ, to take all of those powers that constantly,
Congress has added to the executive branch in those agencies and then direct those agencies and direct
those powers in the direction his agenda would dictate.
And that's the thing that they hate the most.
And so when they come after the Trump administration legally to stop him from doing these
things, they're actually attacking the powers they created and the powers they need to maintain
in order to continue effectively running the administrative state.
And so when people see that when people believe that Trump isn't to actually draining the swamp and eliminating the deep state, I would call their attention to stuff like this because this is how the administrative state actually gets dismantled.
If you want to keep the system going as it is, if you want this to be dismantled in like a stepwise fashion that doesn't totally shake the foundation of the system, well, this is how this is how something like that happens.
you're making the system act like actually use its use kind of its own immune system to expel these foreign invaders which really are what i think an accurate description of all this stuff that has been installed post reconstruction yeah totally agree totally agree i want to i want to show you two things here and i love the foreign invaders aspect you said because there's one part of this that i think is interesting comparatively to
to something I saw on Twitter earlier.
But let's start with this.
I'm going to read two like top line conclusions.
And this, they're both like in defense of the argument that did Trump actually need Congress.
Okay.
So there's a little bias in this one, but I still think it's pretty good.
The second term record shows a presidency able to carry out on authority already in hand.
Nearly everything that consists of enforcing, not enforcing, reorganizing, deregulating,
negotiating, negotiating or fighting.
Border crossings were driven to a 50-year low.
the civil service cut by an eighth and aid agency dissolved and that one's I mean yes USAID is no longer
there and it's moved under the State Department but also it's like 60% of the funding is still
still there like they've cut 40% of the funding with 90% of the agencies or something but anyway
federal climate regulation unwound sector tariffs imposed independent agencies brought under
presidential removal and with two foreign regimes attacked all without a single
new vote in Congress, what it could not do alone, was change what Americans owe or are owed,
which is taxes, Medicaid, student loans, all the stuff that we shouldn't be paying anyway.
Sustain the money its enforcement machine runs on or hold a general tariff power.
For those it needed, sought and obtained legislation and where it tried to substitute executive power,
the Supreme Court said no.
Congress was therefore unnecessary for most of what the president did and indispensable for most
of what will last.
Yeah, that indispensable for most of what will last is the part.
Yeah, we discussed this the other day.
Like, that's the part that a little biased set me off.
Yeah.
I was like, that's like an extreme bias to suggest that everything Trump is doing
will just be overturned by the next president.
That is often what they say when the executive uses executive power.
But it's not that simple when you're actually dismantling the power of the executive
branch.
In the meantime, and the Supreme.
Supreme Court is helping you do that.
Now, they can deny individual decisions and side in ways that suggest Trump is the losing side
in their decisions.
But so long as they are moving in that retro constitutional fashion back toward the founding
document through the reconstruction amendments, as long as they're doing that, Trump is winning
because that's the project.
100% agree.
100% agree.
One more thing to read.
And then we can discuss, maybe engage with the audience a little bit, see what they think.
Top-line conclusion, this is a separate analysis by the AIs.
The first one was just from Claude.
The second one is like, I was like, hey, Django, have all you guys come together with multiple different analysis.
And I think we could almost even read multiple of these.
I think there was eight of them in here or something.
Yeah, top-line conclusions.
the ledger demonstrates substantial unilateral action but courts in congress not the executive alone determined what lasted so was that phrase again most of what he wanted cannot be tested because the ledger has no list of goals each conclusion below gives evidence why it supports a conclusion of what would weaken it
um this is the pro-trump case in depth the strongest honest version is what the administration used existing statutes and constitutional powers faster than any legislative route could catch lost mainly where the text was clearly against it and one lasting structural gains from the court
weakest points are tariffs birthright and verified outcomes and some of those are
interesting too because like tariffs he's trying to do it a different way the birthright thing
I still think that was ridiculous the ruling that they gave on that and that's where I
was that's what I was gonna look up Trump border because I saw a stat today where
somehow yeah this right here illegal entries are down under Trump but he's cut legal
immigration even more than illegal immigration the cuts to immigrants refugees parolees students h1b workers
and fiancees were 2.7 times as large as the cut in border patrol arrests and evasions
and that's that's pretty nuts if these numbers are true yeah brian queued up like three
stories to start the show yesterday and like examples of things that trump has accomplished without
the assistance of congress
And it's funny because there's that real push.
You know, we've talked about it.
Brian and I talked about it, I think Burning Bright
and I talked about it the other night.
I think it's just in the zeitgeist right now
that people who have supported Trump,
some even strongly supported Trump,
people who are like steeped
in the whole conspiracy theory thing and everything.
A lot of those people are claiming
that they are really frustrated now.
And I shouldn't say claiming,
they are really frustrated now.
And I wonder how much of that frustration is kind of this residual attachment to the media as the creator of our conceptual reality.
You know, the media has been hammering for years that Trump is betraying his base.
Trump's letting his base down.
He's not making progress on all the things his base really cares about.
And they shift what, you know, the things that they will give him credit for are the instances where he aligns with the Republican establishment.
same way they were doing it back in 2022 when they were trying to get Trump out of the picture,
say he lost his election, he's gone now, let's get the Republican establishment in there.
Magas lost us these midterms.
We need to get rid of Trump.
We need to put in Ron DeSantis or one of these other guys.
You know, they will give Trump credit when they are aligned with Trump because they know
that they can shift that credit to the establishment.
Look at all these people who made a difference.
and Trump finally helped them out at the very end.
But when what Trump is doing is not something that aligns with the Republican establishment,
they are the biggest opposition to Donald Trump.
And they're the people who turn Trump's own people against him because they are the ones
who can form the illusion of consensus online and the ones you can make use of the incentive
and punishment structure online.
So they can basically bully people out of their pro-Trump opinions.
anytime those pro-Trump opinions are inconvenient to the establishment.
Because the establishment is where the social protection is,
no matter what brand of establishment republicanism you're into,
whether you're like more of a nationalist or more of a Zionist or more of whatever,
like they have a place for you.
They have enough to feed you so you'll be happy.
And then they will allow you to be on the good side whenever they need to turn the guns.
against those MAGA extremists.
And so we see that coalition come back together.
They'll identify with Trump when Trump identifies with them.
But the rest of the time, Trump is an embarrassment for them.
He's something that they have to work with sometimes,
but they're all smarter than he is.
They're all more competent than he is.
And if everyone just listen to them rather than Trump,
we'd be in a much better position.
Yeah.
I'm curious where you're seeing the people that are frustrated
because the people that I see that are frustrated
and the people that I talk to
are the ones that don't follow
the news closely at all.
They're more normie.
They're more like,
it's more because of the economic stuff
and just the broad headlines
they get from wherever they get their news.
It's probably like Instagram
and if I had a guess
the occasional Wall Street Journal or Bloomberg articles,
like their finance bros kind of.
I'm talking about my normie
golf buddies. But most of them
they're like, man, gas prices suck.
this is terrible or you know the stock market is down today whatever you know stuff like that
or man this whole war in iran like what are we doing here this supposed to be over in two weeks it's
not that's where i see the frustration mainly economic and even people who do follow the news
closely people who watch my show every day that's where they're struggling um i haven't seen many
i mean i guess you see the occasional but not but not many of the cheerleaders the people
who like only cheer everything trump does no matter what i don't see them complaining much so if they're
if they're turning on Trump now, that's,
that's even more interesting to me.
I wouldn't necessarily,
the people who are cheerleaders online,
I don't think are turning on him,
but people who,
did you see Trump call them stupid today,
by the way, pretty much?
I did see that clip, yeah,
but when I,
when I watched it,
I kind of thought Trump was like,
kind of being a little bit self-deprecating.
Like, I can just say stupid things.
For sure. Yeah.
But still funny.
Yeah, one of my, one of my,
one of the friends,
who expressed that to me this week.
And I'm talking about real people in person.
Because it's one of those moments
where they're exerting social pressure
to people who are still on the Trump train.
Like, oh, man, you're still on the Trump train?
He's about to lose us the midterms.
Oh, really?
Which publication did you read that in?
Like any of the mainstream media publications
would have printed that.
And then everybody who is downstream of the mainstream media
and they're doing opinion stuff online
is going to repeat those opinions because they want to they want to differentiate in a positive way
against Trump because Trump is the most popular. So if you're better than the most popular guy,
well, then now you're really good. And so that's, that's a, that's an attention grabbing
technique that's used online. Stuff like this. You're absolutely right about the mainstream headlines.
The last time, it's election season last like month and a half, two months have all been, you know,
the Republican outlook in the midterms is pretty bleak because Trump is,
it is most unpopular point ever. So I totally see what you're saying now.
Yeah. And these are, these are friends who have paid attention enough to know what's going on
over the last few years. A lot of them, as we tech, you know, we talked about a number of times over
the summer. A lot of them are checked out compared to where they used to be then. You know,
they'll open a social media app a few times a day. They'll look at some people that they follow
to get some idea what's going on the for you in the Twitter feed or the,
the Instagram algorithm or whatever it is is going to show them some posts.
You know, a lot of people are getting the Cornell 7 shove down their throats.
Like that's not even a real issue.
And like Megan Kelly is on Tucker Carlson, letting them all know what really happened,
even though no one knows what really happened.
Like literally no one knows what happened.
No one even knows if something did happen.
And we're just like, okay, well, we got to get all the details of that.
you know did you see nancy pace came out it was like i don't know who needs to hear this but a gang
bang is not rape that was like her entire to wait oh my gosh pretty soon she's going to be posting
her own white couch meme yeah like her own only fans it's it's going to it's happening um
let me find this though so funny man because i don't know who needed to hear
that either but nancy mace is going to be the like the queen of the only fans crowd they'll be like
finally someone speaks for us although after seeing that um that video AI thing last week they said it
passed the video touring test like you can't tell whether or not it's a human or an AI after
seeing that i wonder if they're even
is an only fan's contingency out there.
Oh, you think it's all contingent, I should say.
It's all, uh, the jeets.
I mean, I'm joking, I'm joking, but hey, who knows?
Yeah, crazy.
Um, but yeah, this is, this is the tweet.
And she had to edit it too.
I wonder what her out of was.
I want to can we check edits?
Yeah, I mean, I guess that she is making a factually accurate statement.
I mean, depends.
depending on the details of the incidents, I suppose.
But she changed it from.
She had consensual.
Wow.
That's funny.
I mean, that's that, yeah.
And it's where we are right now, I guess.
Yep.
By the way, Nancy Mace had a little R next to her name on the ballot a few years ago.
And everybody who just votes for the red team went and voted for Nancy Mace.
Are you proud of your vote?
Well, yeah.
because Chris, she went and took that vote and went on the floor of Congress and showed her tits to everybody.
That's right.
I voted for that, Chris.
So knock off.
Just kidding.
I voted for that stuff.
I can't believe people are still saying that.
This is what I voted for.
No.
I know, man.
I know.
Shush.
It's so funny.
But I was going to ask you a question about your normie friends.
Are these the same normie friends?
who were like kind of kind of party false decorum but like afraid to voice their trump
support because of the social consequences and they're now like oh trump look at what trump's doing now
one of them is definitely not that he's just frustrated okay yeah he he it's hard
i mean listen man we're coming from a different reality than a lot of people are operating in
And it's not easy to bridge that in a brief soundbite or in a short conversation, you know,
but when you have more time and you can start digging down into these issues and really
trying to set some building blocks so that it's not just, hey, I heard this thing about how
Trump is all sold out to Israel now.
And then you're like, no.
And how are you going to, how are you going to dismantle the factual case for them?
in a matter of seconds or minutes if they've spent now three years watching the response to the
paragliding go-card incident and trumps you know the public communications from donald
trump and the optics suggest that he is on board with the project with the sinus project most of the
time and you can point to numerous instances that suggest he's not fully on board uh or not
on board at all with that agenda, but you're not just going to convince somebody who's been listening
to a hundred different voices, tell him it is that way. And then you're just coming from somewhere
in the wilderness, like poking your head out through like the brush and being like, hey guy,
remember me over here? That's wrong. You know, like they don't really go for that all that well.
And so you can understand people's frustration with our viewpoint and stuff.
But, you know, if you just leave it in here, over the course of time, I think that you will discover that we're actually not crazy and that we are on to something and that this approach to understanding that this is public communications and that we are being told stories about what is happening.
We don't have direct experience with what's happening.
We're being told stories, which means the story has a perspective, which is not ours,
a perspective which probably also isn't directly viewing the event either.
It has its own motivations, its own ambitions, its own biases, and its own purposes for telling us the story,
many of which are antithetical to the good of ourselves and our friends and our loved ones and our neighbors.
And so we have to actually unpack things from that perspective.
not just assess whether or not we believe the news is telling us the truth in this or that instance.
Yeah, it's difficult back in the day, or not back in the day.
It's difficult to like just at all times try to expect people to see things through your lens.
And like you can never force it on anybody.
That's the hardest thing.
I learned that right away when I started writing my devolution series and I had my normally group of friends.
And they're like, oh, what are you doing now?
Like you quit your job.
Like what is wrong with you?
And I was like, oh, yeah, like, this is what I'm doing now.
Like, check this out.
And they thought I was crazy.
And so I just, I don't go there anymore.
We'll talk to normally politics, but I'll never try to like, you said, stick my head
out of the bush and be like, check this out.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
By the way, we completely forgot to celebrate the paroliding go carts this week, the anniversary.
I did not forget to celebrate it.
I wrote an article called ridiculous videos of extraordinary events.
Did you like get yourself a cake and everything to and ice cream cake?
No, no.
No, but I did watch the paragliding go-kart video.
And if you haven't seen it in a long time, it's pretty extraordinary.
Yeah, but you should find it.
I'd love to see that.
But I did see a lot of stuff on social media that day.
Like, never forget, never forget with a bunch of likely AI generated pictures.
But yeah.
You are literally not allowed to forget.
Never, never would, even if I wanted to.
And that broke so many people's brains.
That's what I'll never forget.
the people who like had it was it's almost like they had multiple personalities and that event
brought out yes one of them or a couple of them think yeah it's just it was
it was really broken crazy story and that's another one of those things we still don't have closure
we don't have there's literally never been closure have we had a single story since
2016 that we've gotten closure on i'm gonna guess and say no which is nuts
to think about.
Like every single story
that we've gotten
from 2020.
If you can think of one,
like I'm talking a major story.
If you can think of a major story
that we've gotten closure on,
I would love to hear it.
Russia gate,
nope,
still there.
Impeachment.
Nope,
still there.
COVID,
2020 election,
Marlago,
like all of it.
No closure on any of it.
No.
I mean.
Super loud.
It's the same video
that Dan,
Florida Medics sent me
when he showed me
how his paragliding
co-court works.
Yeah.
Yeah, that was the post from A-PAC.
And of course, they wrote the headline on there, like,
this is Hamas flying in for an unprovoked assault.
Oh, it's unprovoked, yes.
You got to love when they add the descriptors so that the headline itself
projects their biases.
Did you ever post that meme that you made?
Oh, the picture that the,
the political cartoon, it's in the article.
Is it? Okay.
Yeah.
Let me pull it up because it was great.
I mean, I just described the event and the machine made the picture.
Which is nuts that it made the picture.
That's the part that's nuts.
And I described the event without naming the event.
I did not say in my prompt anywhere like Israel, Hamas, October 7th, any of that business.
So if you go to I'm your moderator.
or substack.com, which I'm assuming all of you guys are already subscribers over there,
because you should be if you're not.
And there is this picture.
What was the prompt that you put in?
I can find it.
I described it the way I normally describe that event.
Because the funniest part of this, if you read the sign on the left,
the safest, most secure border in the history of all mankind.
Yes, that was direct.
from my prompt, I suppose.
Well, you did the absolutely no breaches thing, too?
I did not do that.
Okay, because that's what's so funny.
That is so funny, yes.
AI surveillance, biometric scanners, drone patrols, motion sensors, underground detection,
triple fencing, 24-7 armed response, absolutely no breaches with an asterisk,
and the asterisk except this one.
Hilarious.
Man, where is this?
Sorry, this is taking so long.
But anyway, we don't want to upset anybody who, I mean, by now we've probably lost all the people who would get upset at us over that kind of thing anyway.
It's so crazy that people get upset about what other people think about what everyone saw on TV.
That's what's really happening.
It's not even that they care what you think.
They pretend that they don't care.
They pretend they love free speech and all that stuff.
It's they don't like it when you call it fake.
That's the part that gets them.
It's not the, it's, you can call it anything you want as long as you don't call it fake.
Yeah.
Which by the way, I should play this video.
I know I played this, I know I played this Wednesday, but it's, it's not right if I don't play this with you here.
Because I made it with you in mind.
Oh, yes.
So real quick, I'm going to play this while you're looking for that.
Everything is fake.
The fake election.
Fake election.
Fake election, that was.
They're so fake.
This fake election because they are fake.
I think we should speed it up.
I can't.
It's like a...
Oh, damn it, that's right.
Oh, actually, no, I can.
Fake numbers.
Fake election.
I knew they were fake. Everybody knew they were fake.
Fake election. Everything about it was fake.
Fake, sorry, the total fake.
Fake inflation.
A bunch of fakes.
The whole thing is fake.
Fake.
Just a fake impeachment.
Fake indictment.
She's fake.
She's fake.
She's a fake.
Fake deal.
Total fake.
A fake fake job.
Fake teleprompted.
Fake election.
Fake balance.
Fake.
Fake.
Everything's fake story.
The fake.
They're fake.
She's a total fake.
Totally fake.
Fake guy.
The fake center.
I come to fake senator.
Fake energy.
Fake impeachment.
Fake.
The fake election.
The Democrats are fake.
The total fake.
Fake case.
The fake historians.
Fake.
Fake.
Fake.
All of the things that you mentioned were fake.
Fake station.
Fake.
There's a fake deal.
Fake news.
Wow, that's fake stuff.
It was fake.
You don't want to be fake.
What a fake.
All of the things that you mentioned are fake.
I might have to steal that one.
Super good.
Love that thing.
But put way too much time into that.
Do you see him call it a fake impeachment?
The upcoming impeachment next year, did you see him call that a fake impeachment already?
Yeah.
And he also said, I mean, I don't know if that was recent because he's talked about that a few times now.
And I love how he's talking about it already.
He's like, but I'm getting kind of good at those things.
It's like he's looking forward to it.
Yeah.
Yeah. So, and that'll be even more telling because he's already talking about the future fake impeachment and how he's getting good at it.
And he probably already knows how the outcome of the election is going to go.
And so the Republicans win. If our team wins, does that mean that they're going to be the ones that try to impeach him?
And what are they going to impeach him over?
They're probably going to impeach him over this, the Russia oil thing now, which we could probably get to.
That would be, that would be amazing if they tried for it.
on that oh um you find your prompt i did yeah that's what i was going to say generate an image of
paragliding go carts flying over the safest most secure border in the history of all mankind with
only a years advanced notice to land at a music festival that have been scheduled only two days prior
and then slaughter everyone it can be cartoonish and you didn't mention where or what or anything
nope that was it that's amazing it's amazing let you get away with that it's so good it even it even
selected the flags without my prompting.
Incredible.
All right.
I have a couple really good clips from Trump from, I think, today or yesterday.

All righty.
Let's play.
I'm just going to find which clip I want to talk about.
This is the one earlier where he said, I can say anything.
And these people would like clap for it.
And yeah, it's just being Trumpian Trump, super funny.
But it's amazing.
When you stand up here, it's just like the love.
I could say the stupidest things in you clap.
Oh, I love yourself.
I'm sure.
So we need a river.
I mean, he's joking, obviously, but also at the same time,
the way that I talk about the cheerleaders, that is what they do.
And so I found it to be quite fitting.
I thought this was really funny.
I don't know if you saw this.
And a bill that would change the terms of mother and father to gestating and non-gestating parents.
You can no longer say mother, hi, mom.
It's, I gestating.
I justating.
I love you so much, gestating, mom.
New York needs and a bill that.
I thought that was hysterical.
Nice one.
And then this one.
Mr. President, what do you think about the attack on Ben Khalid-Khali-Tink Airport in Saudi?
President.
Mr. President.
Just ignore.
It's excellent.
What are you supposed to do with that?
Nothing.
I think he handled that perfectly.
Okay, let's talk about this story.
So there's been, there's some interesting back and forth here, too,
or like interesting context because back in I think 2022,
Congress passed a law where we couldn't import any Russian oil
essentially.
But then last, like last month or the month before,
sometime between whenever Lindsey Graham died and now,
they passed a bill named after Lindsey Graham,
which kind of changed the rules
and potentially allowed the president to import Russian oil
if he wanted to or at least issue new like a treasury contract or something for it.
I haven't actually read through the entire thing, but I know it's in there. I did confirm that.
But we got this post from Trump yesterday. I've just concluded a highly successful discussion
with President Vladimir Putin of Russia, wherein it was agreed that Russia will immediately
supply over 300,000 tons of diesel fuel to the American and global marketplace, another 500,000
tons during the month of November and one million tons immediately thereafter.
Additionally, based on the condition of their diesel refineries, Russia will then deliver
within a short period of time 3 million tons of diesel fuel.
Between our total control of the Strait of Hormuz and this great announcement on Russian energy,
diesel prices for Americans and indeed the world will be coming down in record numbers and
fast.
Lower the prices for Americans, especially our great farmers, ranchers and truckers is my
greatest priority.
this is a very big and important announcement additionally
it must be understood that Iran will not have a nuclear weapon
and make your attention to this matter
it's just funny because like Russians are sworn enemy
and we're like giving all this money to Ukraine
and Ukraine's fighting them
but also like we're going to do a deal
where we buy their oil directly
to help lower the prices of diesel
right before the midterms
just seems like a weird thing for sworn enemies
to be doing
then that was a sure
It sure does.
You couldn't tell.
Yeah, they don't seem like they're that sworn of enemies and the reports about their phone call
the other day.
And I have no doubt that this is just something that they leaked to make it go viral.
So everyone would hear it and see it.
But that Trump and Putin like could barely get off the phone.
They were like, you hang up.
No, you hang up.
Which is especially funny because Putin had the summer Instagram bromance a few years ago.
with kim jong-un and that was like one of the greatest greatest events ever they actually leaked the
phone calls where they were like saying that no i think that they leaked um like uh people familiar
with the substance of the phone calls said trump and putin enjoyed the calls so much and were on for
so long that they could barely uh they couldn't decide who was going to hang up first like gotcha
that kind of stuff gossip gossip love the gossip we've been getting a lot of um stories
now since this about like Zelensky and Ukraine, Ukraine supposedly bombing a bunch of
Russian oil and whatnot. And this is, this is Trump talking about Zelensky. Again, I don't
know how much of that stuff is true, but the media is at least asking Trump about it. And he's
kind of giving it to Zelensky right now, which is great. I look at it differently. Zelensky
could have settled this war many times, many, many, many times. And he chooses
not to. Very difficult. It's a war that should have never been started. If I were president,
if the election weren't rigged, I would have been president, and that war would have never started.
But he could have settled it many times, and he chose not to. We said you can do whatever you want
to Russia, don't hit the refineries, because that's a world problem that's caused. And he wants
to make problems for the world. He wants to make problems for our farmers, our ranchers,
with diesel fuel
because Russia supplies
a large portion of the diesel
fuel throughout the world. And we told
him, do whatever you want, but don't
hit the diesel fuel because there's a
big problem, big shortage. And what does
he do? He goes and hits the diesel fuel.
He can do whatever he wants, but
you can't do that because we
have a world's problem. And the
problem is caused by
the lack of refineries for diesel
fuel. So what does he do? He goes
and hits refineries. And I
said to him do what you want don't hit refineries there's plenty of targets don't hit refiner
and he went out and he hit and he's not going to affect our farmers and he's not going to affect
our ranchers and he's not going to affect the rest of the world so we he'd better damn well stop
there you go damn well stop i think i saw somewhere that he was like calling for he should be
removed from presidency was it that clip did i miss it i don't know
That Zelensky should be removed?
Yeah.
I know that some of the neocons and the tech bros are out there calling for Ukrainian elections,
which is what you call for when you want the regime to take back over in one of these countries.
The election system is part of the control apparatus.
It just is.
They install this election system everywhere, and they control election outcomes.
It sounds like they were about to launch into a justification for why diesel prices would spike even further
and further tried to damage Trump before the midterms through various forms of price manipulation.
And now Trump has taken that narrative ploy that Ukraine was going to dismantle some of these Russian facilities
and that would cause diesel to go up even further.
and Trump will get the blowback on that.
Well, now the world will know that's not true
because Trump has made this big Russian oil deal.
Which I think the fact that it's really not that big,
that's she said, it's like more narrative.
You know what I mean?
Like 10 days of diesel feel, I mean, it's better than nothing.
I'm not trying to discount this.
I'm just saying it seems like in line with what you're saying,
it seems more like a narrative play.
Even the way he talks about it, like he's not talking about
barrels anymore like every time he talks about oil he talks about it in barrels
remember that when he did the whole speech down in Texas in front of a big ship
and he's like there's 80 billion barrels on that thing or something and now he's
talking about tons instead which is a completely different way to makes it sound a lot
bigger than it is also what she said but here's the clip here's the clip that uh
trump said about selinsky being president between the two of them over two million people
That's a war that should have never started.
And I think it's time for Ukraine to get a new president.
There you go.
There you go.
Maybe preempting the push for Ukrainian elections.
Which would be cool, which I've long said that if they ever held elections there,
I think we should do a write-in campaign for Putin and have Putin win the presidency of Ukraine.
And then he can end the war with himself, which would be...
I wonder if people would be willing to be willing to be willing to be willing to be willing to be
be willing to admit that Ukrainian elections are fake. No man, I doubt it. Do they have a red team and a blue
team or do they have like different colors? They have blue and yellow. Well, the funny thing is,
we will know which parties are acceptable to the neo-con, neoliberal establishment and all of
the Republican establishment, the DeSantis supporters, the Israel people, the Ukraine people, all of
those people will follow that candidate. And then that will be part of the rug. And,
And, you know, it'll be the same thing. It'll be like how people started talking about Maria Hakuna Matata down in Venezuela, and all of a sudden that very same set of people all supported Maria Hakuna Matata immediately because they were all chasing after the same incentive pool from the Republican establishment, social incentives and the financial incentives for effectively pushing the messaging of the Republican establishment. And so, yeah, we'll just see who the establishment candidates are.
and there will be somebody who is purely not one of those.
And then we'll see the scripting play out.
So when people tell us, like, you have to vote,
do we also have to vote in the Ukrainian elections?
Or is it?
We do have to express our opinions about who should lead the Ukrainians
from our houses.
We over here, 5,000 miles away or whatever it is,
we need to let those people know what they do.
need to do on behalf of like some faceless gaze that we will never know faceless gays those those weird
it is funny too because you see all these people who are going to be the ones offering their
opinions on that they're also the ones who are like you can't trust anything this account says
because this account is based in india or africa or something yeah no no hypocrisy at all
like i feel better about accounts based in america that have the ukrainian flage
next to the Israeli flag next to the Taiwanese flag.
That makes me think I'm in good hands.
As long as it's like their Facebook portrait, whatever, filter, then it's okay.
Let's close it up with this story, I think.
Unless there's another story that you want to get into besides this.
The Justice Department is investigating TV networks over Trump pool coverage.
Major TV networks were notified on Friday that the department was examining whether they violated antitrust laws when they were.
laws when they suspended pool coverage of President Trump.
Justice Department is investigating whether ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, and Fox News violated federal
antitrust laws when the group briefly suspended their pooled coverage of President Trump,
according to the six people with knowledge of the department's action.
They contacted the networks on Friday, demanded communications and materials related to the White House TV pool.
Last month, the networks collectively suspended their pool coverage of Mr. Trump for several days.
It's funny how we never will call him President Trump.
after the president barred CNN, a journalist from the White House grounds,
which prevented CNN from participating in the pool, video footage of some major events,
including Mr. Trump's greeting of President Xi Jinping in China, was not carried by any major news station.
And so, yeah, they're going after them.
And what I do think this is cool, like why I like it and why I'm pro this,
is I hope it shows the collusion that the mainstream media has and how they do everything,
not just like whether to do pool coverage or not, but like how they even frame the
narratives and the stories and how they talk about like they're talking the 5 a.m.
talking points we talk about it would be really cool if like this kind of investigation shows
how they coordinate that stuff not that we'll probably forget it I just think it'd be cool if we
did it would be cool if we did nice um okay but that that's what I got this little last tab
I have other than other than this which we'll get to as our outro video which one's that the
the latest magatard yeah yeah the yeah those those videos are incredible did you see the the preview
for that i think the accounts called gossip goblin or something but he has made an entirely
a i film it's that guy that made that really creepy looking we watched some video where uh like an
evil doer the super villain had his like hot chick with three eyes and he was like petting a cat and
he had his little this thing yeah that dude this this stuff's insane okay this guy's just making
straight up like this looks like an incredibly expensive Hollywood like computer animation film and
this guy just did it so what we'll do this is what we're going to do because we have a couple
we have
this
we are forbidden movie
we have
clip we have this clip
and we have this
gossip goblin clip
so we'll do all three as our
outroes after we get through the rants and the boosts
and everything so
hold for processing we'll get to all of those
but first
let me check the YouTube chat
no rants or anything over there
but good to see you guys
or green prophets. I've never voted
in my life. Don't know if that was good or bad for myself.
Just never was inspired to get behind any man or woman
or mere mortal other than myself.
Be careful. You're not supposed to say that out loud or you might
be hung for truth. You might be publicly executed at
Fort Hood next. So just be careful when you
voice that opinion.
But okay, the boosts.
By the way, guys, if you haven't yet,
make sure you go to badlandsmedia.tv slash
events and join us
in St. Pete Beach, Florida,
November 12th through the 14th.
It's going to be a great time.
It's the last scheduled conference we have right now at all.
We don't have our ones for next year.
And we're only going to do two likely next year.
So get your tickets if you can make it in person.
Single day tickets will probably go on sale about a week and a half or two before the event.
And then also we'll be putting virtual tickets on sale likely this week.
We're just hammering out a couple more details.
And then we'll get those out for you guys.
But the boosts, that's what I was going to do.
Balance.
Boosts.
1027.js says thanks for 20.
Thank you, Joe, my fellow North Dakota.
And then Liberty 2112, there is a
100% overlap between election affirmers
and people who still think judicial review is
legit and constitutional.
Surprisingly, many of those people are in the
key chat. We've got a long way to go.
Listening to Nutshell by
Allison Chains. I like that.
That is a great song.
Yeah, it's a great comment, too.
Okay, let's go
here to the Rance.

I did send a screenshot of this rant.
By the way, $100.
Very generous.
Thank you to the tech support team.
I didn't check if they said anything back.
I'm sure they did.

He's the one who called me a fag.
So thank you.
And I think you left another one later.
12-any boy for $5.
I want the option to watch the public execution,
just like everyone has the option to vote in our faking day elections.
There you go.
Apparently we don't have an option for either.
You have to do what you have to do.
Yeah, I saw the argument in the chat earlier.
that you have no choice, you have to vote red.
Like, hey dude, if you don't have a choice,
then what are you doing participating in an election?
Like the whole thing is about having a choice.
Yeah, it's like the right to vote,
but you don't have a choice to,
yeah, people are losing their minds.
This happens every freaking election season though.
People lose their minds.
And it's not even, they've already,
they've never had not lost their minds.
just they're finally putting it on display j lab bronco georgia dogs cam we won money um what happened
with the georgia dogs did they win i don't know i'm trying to check the score i saw u t lost earlier
north kithgow to state loss too sorry dude they i couldn't believe it was like 14 minutes left
in the fourth quarter they were down seven to ten they had the ball in their own 19 yard line
fourth and one
and they went for it
from their own 19 yard line
and didn't get it
I mean they held them to a field goal
but still
the only touchdown they gave up was like a
the interception pick six
so stupid sorry I'm venting now
that's rough
L foals for a dollar
the crucifixion of Christ was a public event
yeah and I wouldn't have wanted to
witness
like I'm just that's just me I don't like
watching things die if I don't
have to like if I have the choice of like hey you want to watch this person die or not I'm
probably going to choose not and I've I've witnessed people die like in person I was a foot away
from an uncle of mine when he took his last breath died of cancer it was slow it was painful
it was awful I was sitting there with his son who at the time I was I was would have been a junior
in college he would have been like the eighth grade and his mom had just left to go home and
sleep she'd been at the hospital for like four
days straight and the doctor's like yeah it's nothing's changed it's gonna be at this pace for a while
she left it was just me and him and he died as the it was awful and so i do not relish the opportunity
to witness that no matter no matter the person whether it's an amazing person like my uncle was
or like the crucifition of jesus or if it's a terrible person who committed mass crimes i don't
want to witness that stuff i just don't like it you call me a pussy or fag whatever i don't care
that's just i'm sorry then isaiah 50 back uh
Um, says, Americans are so soft.
They're afraid of catharsis.
Therefore, afraid of real justice.
All this talk about wanting to see justice, yet shriveling away when they have to confront
reality.
I just, I don't, I don't get it.
And then I hear, um, Isaiah again, a dollar.
When's the next badlands?
I should invest.
I mean, I appreciate people giving money to, and you can give me money and it sold me
all day long.
I don't care.
Christ's Child 2020.
Public execution is biblical.
We were told executions would be public to show accountability.
However, we were also told the choice to know is ours.
No one is forced to watch.
Thank you.
They're not forced me to watch like everybody else.
Trump Nato 4 for $50.
Is happy 500.
Not sure if I have seen them all, but pretty sure I've seen most of them.
Congrats and hope to be here for the next 500.
Time flies, my friends.
indeed it does

Did you see the
International Criminal Courts
Judge's response
to the USA
sanctioning them
Did not see that? Did you cross?
I did not. I'm happy to look at it.
Oh my gosh.
Can I tell this can be absolutely ridiculous?
Wow.
In a historically unprecedented move, the United States has imposed sanctions on the international
criminal court as an institution.
This follows a series of designations against 13 independent judges and prosecutors
serving the cause of justice.
The court firmly reject these sanctions.
Isn't that great?
You can just reject sanctions.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, I said when Rubio first came out,
was like, these people have no authority over us,
like, they're illegitimate and all these things.
I was like, yeah, that's like exactly how I feel about you guys.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah, you can just expand that under the same principles.
Yeah.

There you go.

It's an awesome image.
So thank you for sending that in.
Miss Ria, Freedom Fighter, gift to the subscription.
Thank you, Ms. Ria.
Good to see you as always.
Hereball wizard, give to the sub.
And then Trump, NATO, 4.
The elections are a fraud.
I agree, but I would push back on this.
The fraudsters are making real laws.
If they pass a bill, it's real.
So are elections really fake if they pass laws?
we have to obey well that gets down to another level of the conversation that we are certainly
happy to have yeah maybe maybe we'll save this one i want to do trump nato i want to save a screenshot of
this but i will say if those laws that they are making are anti-constitutional if they do not
comport with the original constitution then they are nullities from the point at which they make them
and the people making them are committing treason by declaring them law.
And so can they pass that test?
And if they can't pass that test and you're just going to go ahead and comply with those laws anyway,
then you have said that your government does not need to meet any standards whatsoever
for you to determine that they are allowed to rule you.
They don't have to have real elections and they don't have to pass laws.
that are even lawful or comport with your constitution.
And if you've given up those two things and said to them,
you can still rule me anyway.
You've basically given away all your leverage.
People like me, people like John,
are trying to claw back that leverage on behalf of people.
You have no leverage against your government right now.
How are you going to get leverage?
And we keep being told that the way to get leverage
against the government is to further empower the government.
And we are here to say, that's retarded.
And we've been saying it for a while and people hate us for it.
But that's okay.
Yeah.
You know, sometimes it's fun being the most hated people in the truth community.
Sometimes it's not fun, but sometimes it is fun.

According to some researchers, the answer may lie in a strategy known as gradual disclosure.
expose the public to the truth, deny its significance, and allow the impossible to become familiar.
By the time the truth is finally acknowledged, the public may feel as though they have known it all along.
Look, we had a great meeting. The alien was very nice to me.
Like me a lot, okay? Was it an unusual-looking alien?
You could say that. But it wasn't an illegal alien.
Good God Almighty, these two are trying to end each other!
end each other. The Republican is fighting like the country depends on it and the Democrat is firing
right back. Listen to this crowd. Magatard is losing his mind in the front row. Somebody keep that
lunatic behind the barricade. This thing is gone completely off the rails. This is chaos. What a night.
That chair shot was beautiful, brother. You sold it perfectly. Crowd hated me. They hated me more.
Hell of a show.
Same thing next week.
I'll call you a threat to democracy.
Perfect.
I'll call you a threat to freedom.
Good working with you, brother.
Always.
Great numbers tonight, boys.
Thanks, boss.
He was cheating.
I had to stop the steel.
He was platforming hate.
Somebody had to stop this.
