Badlands Media - SITREP Ep. 157: Rick Chow Verdict, Pulte at DNI & CannCon Says Goodbye to His Stepdad

Episode Date: June 5, 2026

CannCon and Alpha Warrior open with the Rick Chow not guilty verdict out of Columbia, South Carolina, where the gas station owner was acquitted in the 2023 shooting death of fourteen year old Cyrus Ca...rmack Belton. Alpha walks through use of force science, why shooting someone in the back is not automatic murder, and why the sheriff's public statement about the suspect not pointing the gun was political pandering. CannCon pushes back hard. The conversation turns into a wider debate about why people hate cops, the complacency that gets officers killed, and Alpha's reminder that the same cops you berate are obligated to risk their lives for you. The middle of the show takes a personal turn. CannCon lost his stepdad Hayden that morning to cancer. He walks through the final days, the hospice questions nobody wants to ask, and the Meet Joe Black scene that keeps replaying in his head. Then the guys return to the Bill Pulte acting DNI move and connect it to Jacqueline Breger's 2023 Arizona Senate testimony on Sinaloa cartel bribes laundered through mortgage fraud, plus the two ex Sinaloa officials who just surrendered at the border.

Starting point is 00:00:00 The badlands, one of the badlands, explain those badlands. That's a hell of a name. You have that choice because the best among us, the best we ever had to offer, fall. and bled and died for it. Don't ever forget that. Bled and died for it. Don't ever forget that.
Starting point is 00:00:48 All right. Good evening. Why does it sound so weird? You sound funny. Oh, yeah. No, no. My volume was down a little bit, so I wasn't getting the feedback in my ears
Starting point is 00:00:58 and it sounded kind of shitty there. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning, brother. You wanted to be morning. could be morning it could be morning it's been a long day man how you doing i'm good man all right well i'm i'm excited for uh today's show i did something after the show and i went back and rehashed that testimony
Starting point is 00:01:22 from 2023 that we talked about today on daily and i think it's worth playing a little bit of it just to kind of you know i don't did you did you listen to that back in the day i'm sure what you're talking about a taylor testimony was a woman named Jacqueline Brigger. I never. I never talked about. Yeah, because they were coming in the spaces for a while. Yeah. And you know, I did a little bit of a rehash on it. And I couldn't really find anything disproving.
Starting point is 00:01:53 And a lot of people went after Thaler himself and some of, you know, the claims that he's made previously. But nobody really went after the claims having to do with that. So maybe we'll unpack that a little bit. here. But before we do anything, let's hit our sponsors for tonight's show. And first up, we've got our good friends over at Benson. Starting point is 00:03:36 And yeah, we definitely can go over that if you want to have that pulled up. I haven't seen it. So I wanted to give like an honest first reaction. You're not going to see anything. That's the thing. I'll pull up a news story on it here. But let me hit this last sponsor. Let me see if I could find a Rick Chow summary real quick here. Do do do. Uh, are they going to talk about Rick Chow and the verdict?
Starting point is 00:04:57 I mean, I don't, I didn't even know about this story. Apparently this happened in 2023. Oh, this is old then. Yeah, but he was just, he was just, he was just, I found not guilty like yesterday, I guess. Okay. So here's the video if it ever wants to load or a video. It ever wants to load. Come on.
Starting point is 00:05:18 You can do it. We begin tonight's broadcast with a follow up to last night's not guilty verdict of Rick Chow. A day after he was acquitted of murdering 14 year old Cyrus Carmack Belt and we saw reaction or we're getting reaction from the community. Our crews saw protesters gathered outside Chowell's former gas station off of Park Lane Road in Columbia. Richland deputies also at the store now at this hour. They have been there since shortly after the verdict was announced last night. He was 19th Whitney Sullivan speaking. That's not going to be a breakdown.
Starting point is 00:06:03 I don't want to go to that one. I don't want reactions. so damn curious it dude like the kid was in there he was accused of like stealing let me see it's rich chow's summary if this was a huck fillery if you're gonna send us a story you gotta send us a story because i i don't know where to go here we go maybe again maybe well three years after the deadly shooting a 14 year old cyrus car mac belton the man char and his death is now going to trial. Rick Chow is accused of murdering the teen outside a gas station that he owned on Park Lane Road.
Starting point is 00:07:03 News 19's Kiki Gushu is now live in the studio and has more on what's ahead of this trial. Kiki. This case dates back to Memorial Day weekend of 2023 when investigators say a confrontation over a suspected shoplifting turned deadly. May 28, 2023. Authorities say 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack Belton, was shot down the street from a convenience store on Park Lane Road. After store owner, Rick Chow suspected him of shoplifting bottled water.
Starting point is 00:07:33 Investigators say Chow and his son Chase Cyrus toward the Spring Tree apartments, where Chow fired a shot into the teens back, killing him. The next day, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott addressed the public. We're charging the owner of the store Rick Chow with murder. Chow turned himself in that afternoon. That same day, the community gathered. to protest and hold a vigil near the shooting scene as people mourned Cyrus's death. Stop for a moment of silence for this young brother's life.
Starting point is 00:08:05 Overnight, the Shell gas station was ransacked and vandalized. It's going to break you to lose water. It's just unbelievable. On June 2nd and 3rd, Cyrus's family held a viewing and funeral. I'm just heartbroken with the whole situation. Like, I really and truly am. This is devastating. Over the next two years, child's attorneys filed multiple motions.
Starting point is 00:08:29 Challenging evidence. All right. Again, this is not going to be a summary of what happened. What's the kid's name, Cyrus? Oh, stop. Damn it. Alpha, you should have had this pulled up since you wanted to go over it. No, because I wanted to give a real-time reaction.
Starting point is 00:08:47 I thought they had sent us a link, but I guess I was wrong. Anyways, pointed a gun at me, huh? That's an interesting statement there. Let's see. see if I can find something to help you out here where you're looking. Yeah, it's hard to find anything from here. Maybe this is it. Yeah, this is going back to the beginning.
Starting point is 00:09:25 Well, tensions are high tonight in Columbia, South Carolina, following the shooting death of a 14-year-old boy who was falsely accused of shoplifting. The gas station owner who has a history of confrontations with customers has been charged with murder. CBS and Nicole Skanga reports the community is fed up with yet another senseless loss of life. Morners protested outside this convenience store in Columbia, South Carolina, to remember 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack Belton, who was shot and killed the night before by the store owner. Hours later, rioters broke in, smashing merchandise and toppling shelves,
Starting point is 00:10:03 angry over the loss of another young black life. There's nothing but looting, just plain, pure looting. What does that got to do with that 14-year-old? According to the sheriff on Sunday night, Belton took water bottles from a cooler before putting them back. The store's owner, 58-year-old Rick Chow, thought he was stealing. After they argued, Belton left and was chased down the street by Chow and his son. Then Chow observed what looked to be a firearm, pulled out his Glock and fired one shot, hitting the 14-year-old in his back, piercing his heart. The boy's gun was found at the scene.
Starting point is 00:10:41 We believe he had a gun, but we don't believe he pointed at him, and that's the key to it. Chow is now being held on one charge of murder. The sheriff says the store owner has a history of incidents involving customers, including a shooting in 2018, which was deemed self-defense and for which Chow was not charged. Nader Rutherford is not only the coroner who witnessed Belton's autopsy, but a community member and mother. It is exhausting to see young black men being killed. It's exhausting to see any person being killed. Again, you're not going to see anything here. Here, I think this has it pretty good right here.
Starting point is 00:11:28 This is somebody's reaction to it from today, but. Alton was shot and killed outside of Columbia gas station. And today jurors heard hours of emotional testimony from witnesses while also seeing newly released body camera and store surveillance video from the day of that shooting. We want to show you one of those moments right now. And that's pretty much all we see. So they claim that he ran. They say that he pulled a gun out and pointed it at the son. And then the father shot him in the back with a 45 one time and killed him. And he did not shoplift anything from the store.
Starting point is 00:12:37 And even if he had, it would have been a bottle of water is what they accused him of shoplifting. There's going to be some pissed off people at this one. I don't got politically correct answers. So we really want to go here? I mean, you can. You can. Alpha's opinions are alphas and alphas alone. Here's the thing, man.
Starting point is 00:13:02 One, that sheriff's a pussy. you know what i mean is he's he's going to sell out one of his uh you know citizens you know commercial citizens even to avoid you know rioting and protesting because you know that's going to come if they didn't charge them you know what i mean and if you're going to charge them then i can even understand that given the circumstances but to come out and make a public statement and say well we're charging them because we don't believe that the team pointed the gun at them to that to that sheriff i'd say this dude like fuck you pussy how many times have your cops or cops across this nation until they shot them in the back what that tells me either that
Starting point is 00:13:52 sheriff don't know shit about use of force and shootings or again he was being a pussy and wanted to sell out to the mob. Because here's the thing, folks. And I know because I've been in these situations, right? Sometimes you shoot, sometimes you don't, right? You know, backdrop has a lot to do with it. But one of the things is someone can turn around and point a gun at you like this while they're running, right? Or they can even get the gun and go like this and maybe they're going to throw it.
Starting point is 00:14:19 Maybe they're going to point it at you. But at this point, if they're pulling out a gun like this, you're going to wait until you see the barrel? There's no cop that is. I'll tell you that much. And guess where those bullets are going to. hit in somebody's back it's use of force even if somebody shoots at you your perception reaction now you go to shoot back and they're already turning around to run that doesn't mean so here's the thing please tell me that this 14 year old was a gun
Starting point is 00:14:44 enthusiast who was at the range every week and showed photos of his gun collection because don't even come at me with the second amendment alpha the dude's 14 years old And there's nowhere in this country where a 14 year old is allowed to have a concealed pistol at all. It's not. So they don't even make the Second Amendment argument here. The dude goes and takes some water bottles. He put some water bottles back. The store owner's probably tired of his shit getting jacked.
Starting point is 00:15:13 You know? Now, do I think that somebody should lose their life for anything that sold that convenience store? No. That's a sad loss of life. but when you start a chain of events that's the shit that's going to end up happening so listen if he's saying that that 14 year old pull out a gun and he felt that that was a threat to his son's life then i think it's a justified homicide the well and again i don't know all the details because i didn't listen to the trial i just listened to some commentary and stuff about it
Starting point is 00:15:55 the background today but from what i understand when he took off running he fell and the gun came out and was on the ground he'd not have it in his hands now that's what some are claiming of course there's not saying this that and so again you you don't know which way so it's it's pretty much hearsay at this point it's it's well it's his word against his word because the other kid's word is he's dead so he doesn't have a say in this so that's pretty much what it boils down to now i'm with you that uh uh you know 14 carrying a gun what the hell are you doing also chasing a kid over a bottle of water they didn't steal like he's on video putting the water back like he puts it he takes the water and then he's holding it and then he goes and puts it back in the in the shelf and they follow him around and accuse him of stealing
Starting point is 00:16:42 and he's like I don't have water whatever and then for some reason something sparked something he runs um to the point you know they kept saying during like those videos that we did see he's been in confrontations before. Yeah, he's probably been robbed quite a few times before. That's what they that's what they failed to mention when they say that Chao has been in in confrontations before. He's probably been robbed before and he's probably a little bit sick and tired of it. And if you don't stand your ground on it, they're just going to keep kicking you. If you're asking me, well, that's a very prejudicial thought process with limited scope of information. You know what? I'm including that limited scope of information, all the gang tagging
Starting point is 00:17:20 that they put on the store that we saw afterwards. That tells me exactly the support team that's that's aligned with this 14 year old that was carrying a gun into a convenience store. So I would say that, you know, my, my analysis here is probably going to be pretty spot on. The kid was probably a piece of shit. That's why he was carrying a gun. He probably had an attitude the way he was fronting on that owner because here's the thing. If he didn't have something that he was stealing from the store, right, then just do this, right? you're in that dude's store and here's the thing and like I said there's always so much more to these stores where
Starting point is 00:17:58 he probably knows that kid's stolen shit before and this is the opportunity he's going to confront him now here's what I will say do I think the homeowner chasing after him especially with his son with him was a smart move no I think that's retarded because what if that kid would have pulled the trigger and shot his son you know what I mean even if you shoot and kill him you lost your son in the process or what if you would have shot him I think it was an absolutely hearted decision to go after him. But again, who knows what what the situation is on on this guy's overhead and the cost. And maybe it's not just water. Maybe it's the accumulation of theft over months and years that is that creates a burden on his on his family. And he's tired of, hey, I'm tired of letting my stuff get stolen and not doing anything about it. And it's my family
Starting point is 00:18:48 that has to carry that sacrifice. Maybe that's the story. regardless of the case is you know nobody's going to sell me on the idea that the 14 year old with a gun was was innocent especially with the aftermath that we see on that store yeah innocent no should he have been shot and killed i don't know again if you're carrying a gun that's the world you play in even if you carry a gun even if you are in legal possession of a gun with the CCW and you get into an altercation with another guy that probably also CCW and nobody knows what's going on and all of a sudden you do something and this that is the thing that then this is why responsible carry and and and not letting pride and eagle dictate you know your responses you know are are important but you know listen that's what happened with that video with the the Navy vet in the wheelchair that's been going around again lately you know that got
Starting point is 00:19:52 sure he wasn't a gun enthusiast because even if the story was accurate that he tripped and the gun flew out that's probably because it wasn't in a holster yeah i mean you're i don't think he's a gun enthusiast i don't i don't um not putting that by him i don't think he was carrying it for uh lawful self-defense although maybe maybe i don't know maybe it's a rough neighborhood maybe it's you know that kind of a place where you got to got to stay strapped or you get clapped rub revelators is Alfa will always sit for law enforcement. That's inaccurate. I've talked about, I've called law.
Starting point is 00:20:27 There's no law enforcement involved here. Yeah. But even then, there's plenty of situations where I've called out law enforcement and said they're for them. Always sent for the white guy. That's the thing. That wasn't a white guy, though. That was an Asian bro. I mean, it's closer to white than it is the other way.
Starting point is 00:20:44 I don't know about that one. Speaking of white guys. Here's the thing is people want to shit on cops. because people just don't want to acknowledge that they're stupid and retarded. That's it. People have an issue with authority. And you know what? Play stupid games,
Starting point is 00:21:02 win stupid prizes. I'm with you. I'm with, well, I mean, I, it's, I won't shed a tear if,
Starting point is 00:21:12 if it was cold blood, because it's not, has no bearing on me. You know, hundreds of thousands of people, uh, well, maybe not hundreds of thousands,
Starting point is 00:21:20 but thousands of people across the United States. you know that i have no idea they die every day and you know i don't know anything about it so it doesn't affect me but at the same time i mean you don't want to see a 14 year old that made a a boneheaded mistake get gunned down but again also at the same time you know there's a lot of fuck-ups in this situation on both sides that you know revel natator says but how can you say something so i'm assuming you mean someone someone shooting somebody in the back good again use of force science i'm going to tell you i'm going to tell you unequivocally it is a really bad idea to shoot somebody in the back really bad idea i wouldn't i wouldn't
Starting point is 00:22:08 disagree with it but let me ask you this can khan khan if you're chasing a guy right let's just say he just stole your wife's purse and you're chasing him down the alley to get your wife's purse and as you're chasing him he reaches into the waistband and he started going like this behind him you're going to shoot him i'm peeling the fuck off okay he just stole the purse if i don't know he has a gun there's no reason for me to have a gun out no but i'm saying now he has pulled out a gun i would probably i would probably stop running take cover and and draw my firearm but i wouldn't immediately draw a firearm out and start shooting uh well i mean it depends on the distance too if he's like five feet in front of me sure this guy was like supposedly let's say he's 15 let's say he's
Starting point is 00:22:52 20 feet in front of you, but your wife's running with you. Oh, fucking out shooting. That's a big difference. That's a big difference right there. That changes everything. So again, if this, if this Asian storeowner is chasing this guy and he pulls out a gun and it's with him and he has his son with them. And according to what they're reporting he said, he points the gun at his son. It is what it is. Yeah. I mean, again, I think there's a lot. Now, if we had evidence that the kid was just running, you know, didn't have a gun, you know, nothing like that. And the guy just shot him in the back, I'd say cold-blooded murder homicide. There's no justifying that.
Starting point is 00:23:28 But that ain't the circumstances here. Yeah. Well, I mean, we don't know what the real circumstances. We just know his side of the story, which is also, you know, this is not legal advice. But if, uh, if you're going to pull a gun and get in a gun fight, you make sure you kill the person because you don't want to hear their story, right? You, if you pull, if you think you're justified, none of this shoot them in the leg, bullshit, you know.
Starting point is 00:23:51 and again that's not legal advice I would uh seek uh yeah don't don't don't listen to me I'm just a dumb ass Marine who's seen too much shit um you brought up the uh the race thing here I saw this literally as we were getting ready to go live and it made me like literally laugh out loud because only Marines would get this they said owasian for white a wasion I don't even know that is You guys are terrible.
Starting point is 00:24:22 Be in the Marines a long time ago. Uh-huh. Yeah. Are you a Marine too? No? You can't say that, dude. Bro, and the way he said it was like, he's been saying it a little too much, you know what I mean? That's our N-word, bro.
Starting point is 00:24:41 And he said it a little too much spice gone, right? He's like, ooh-ah. Like, whoa, bro. Hard-or in our U-Rah. some stolen mallor over here bro you know hard r if there's no hard r then you're in the army hooah oh that was that was solid that was solid i saw that was like that's our n-word bro what are you doing you can't you can't say that there's a lot of people that don't get that though
Starting point is 00:25:14 and they'll come up there and they'll be like ura and you're just like uh-rah ura No. Oh, okay. Or when you're salty, raw. Oh, man, that's the worst. Raw. There's no, who's this? Just raw.
Starting point is 00:25:31 Raw, gummy. Good to go. Good to go. That's when you know you're salty as far. It's raw. It's raw. Or our old first arm, pissed off, Christoff. That's what he used to say.
Starting point is 00:25:43 It ra. It rare. Irre. Yeah. Be like, Iran Marines. It's rare. Irah.
Starting point is 00:25:52 So. Um, why you guys so mad at law enforcement, man? I don't get it. I don't get it with authoritarian bastards. That's no, I'm just up totally. There, there, there are some authoritarian bastards. So there are. It's an authoritative position.
Starting point is 00:26:13 Hmm. It is. If I throw on my lights, what are you supposed to do? If I hit my lights, what are you supposed to do? You see solid red light and this in a, in a cycling blue light, what are you supposed to do? Pull over. Fuck the police.
Starting point is 00:26:33 No, I'm just kidding. You're supposed to pull over. If I, if I stop in contact you and you say, am I free to leave? And I say, no, you're not. You're detained. Can you leave? I say, what for? And I say, I'll explain it to you.
Starting point is 00:26:47 B.R. being legally. I say, no, you'll tell me right now. And I said, well, then you're going to get in handcuffs. And then I'll explain the story when I'm done doing my part, but you don't dictate this conversation. I do. you fucking authoritative bastard you here's here's here's the thing
Starting point is 00:27:01 most cops that have gone hurt and killed in the line of duty guess what characteristic they lacked self discipline authoritarian I was kidding you're giving out a hard time tonight man
Starting point is 00:27:20 and it's it's a sad reality because what it is is what the public is we want you to be sunshine and rainbows as you deal with the most evil vermin that walk this earth and you need to predict that when you come up to my car window that I'm the good person even though we've never talked and nothing's ever happened when you walk up to my car window you're not supposed to assume that I'm some shit bag that just committed a robbery stole a car you know kidnap someone you know did a murder don't think that let your guard down be soft and just say how are you doing sir ma'am i'm stopping you today because you had a complete disregard for the speed limit and i understand you probably had a rough day and said fuck the speed limit i woke up late i'm going to compensate that for going a little fast and you know it happens can i just have your driver's license and registration and as you reach into your purse or your glove box don't worry i'm not going to be worried about that even though you may have a
Starting point is 00:28:22 And they're like, come on, people. These men and women who put on the uniform and put on the vest and wear a badge every single day, they're one of the few jobs that's not guaranteed to come home. So give these people some slack. Some of them are assholes. They are. And I get that. But guess what? Those assholes are still the ones taking the risk to not come home.
Starting point is 00:28:51 How did you turn an Asian store owner into a bleeding heart law enforcement authoritarian simp monologue? Listen, I'm not simping. I'm just telling the truth, man. I feel like I'm talking to Brandon Tatum right now. The cop's always right. Well, here's the thing. Here's my advice, right? if a cop stops you and you know he's wrong submit and concede to everything he's doing
Starting point is 00:29:27 including signing the ticket and as soon as that contact is done and he says you're free to leave drive to the police department file the complaint and make your argument but don't do that during that scenario i agree with that 1,000 percent go ahead and the reason being is the law empowers that officer to dictate that situation and where you could be absolutely right now you can start actually violating the law because now you're obstructing you're resisting you're delaying you know whatever the case may be so just go along with the program and guess what when you go to the station you file a complaint the complaint is hey you were right and this cop was wrong you know it'll be a learning moment or a discipline moment for him or i agree with that even if even if you know damn well
Starting point is 00:30:10 the cop is wrong that is not the time in place to get into a kerfuffle over that that is not the time and place to do it. I agree with that 100%. And the only reason I say it, man, is I've walked up to cars where I know it's a G. I know these are homies. I know they're bad people. And, you know, I got the hood on my, on my, on my holsters down. You know, I got one hand on there. So if I got to do a quick draw, I'm ready, right? This is what we trained for. And I walk up and it's a big, it's a nothing burger. They go on their way, didn't catch no guys, go back to work. And I've pulled over cars where, you know, it was speeding, you know, maybe it was weaving a little bit. There's my sense
Starting point is 00:30:48 of officer safety is not heightened, right? You know, I'm probably conditioned a yellow because I am conducting a traffic stop. And as I go and I start talking to him and I look, I see, I see a pistol grip in between their seat and the center console. So guess what I immediately do? Pull out that gun and it's pointed at their face. And I said, listen, you didn't tell me you had that. I don't know why you had that. So this is the way this is going to go.
Starting point is 00:31:13 You know, and just like that, it can happen. And that's not something that happened once. or twice, you know, you could talk to any cop out there. That shit happens a lot. And what you realize is I got lucky. I got lucky on that one. Because if that person would have had it like this, they would have the drop on me. And when you experience something like that, the next couple weeks, the next couple months,
Starting point is 00:31:37 guess how you're doing your traffic stops? Because you know, you got lucky the last time. Because you were getting complacent. Because you were getting complacent. You were getting complacent. because you stopped 2,000 cars and nothing happened. And so guess what? The next 200 cars, you probably got that gun out already behind your butt cheek or you're walking up to the car.
Starting point is 00:31:57 You're probably saying as you walk up to the window, hey, do me a favor, roll down your window and turn on your interior lights. Why do you want me to do that? Hey, just do it. The matter of fact, roll down all your windows. Put your hands on your steering wheel. And now you as the driver are going to be like, why is this cop a dick, man? Like all I was doing was speeding. But you don't realize that 15 stops ago, he realized the only reason he's going home is because he got lucky.
Starting point is 00:32:21 And that's why I'm telling people, it's just, you know, there's these guys and these women, they risk a lot daily. People don't call 911 because they want to say, hey, I'm having a great day. Come over here. I want you to hang out with the family. We're doing hot dogs. And we made an extra one for you. People are calling 911 because they've reached a moment in their life where they think there is nothing else. they can do to solve this problem.
Starting point is 00:32:46 So they're going to call a complete stranger that wears a uniform and a badge to come and resolve their problem. And that's what these guys do for eight to 16 hours, call after call after call, day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. And guess what? Some of these guys are probably going to have a shitty attitude for doing it that long. I agree. I don't disagree.
Starting point is 00:33:12 I'm with you, man. I'm with you. I just don't know how we got off on that tant. I want to take the authoritarian test again. You, you're such a libertarian, like liberal, libertarian, whatever. You're not, you're not, we have to find one that's more geared towards Americans. I feel like that one was geared towards Brits and they don't, you know, their definition of authoritarianism is a little different than ours because they're used to not being able to say whatever the hell they want and that kind of shit. So maybe, maybe we look for one that's American based, as opposed to.
Starting point is 00:33:46 to like Oxford or something like that. Yeah, because that one really disappointed me. Like what? What? So I want to, real, so real quick, I want to just,
Starting point is 00:33:59 uh, point out, I, I, you know, my, my stepdad, he passed away this morning.
Starting point is 00:34:05 And, uh, it'd been, uh, you know, a kind of a long thing. Uh, Christy and I went up to see him and my mom back in March on March 9th for
Starting point is 00:34:16 my mom's, mom's birthday and he was he was fine we didn't know anything was wrong with him then uh he couldn't play golf with me we we used to play golf all the time and his back was hurting him and so he went out and with me and i played and he just rode along and kept me company and then um may for mother's day i went up there and he was in the hospital because he was supposed to have back surgery and he was in the hospital and they're giving him like this run around about he's not medically okay enough he'd fallen you know whatever and you know, long story short, um, on Sunday, I think, uh, my mom was like, hey, you guys need to be ready to come up here, like something, you know, and I was like, okay. And so my wife was like, I'm going to go up with your sister. And so she went up there right away on Sunday. And so, uh, Sunday afternoon, I was like, hey, I'm alone, right? I got the house to myself. I'm going to go, uh, I'm going to go to the range. I went and shot some guns and had some good times. And then, um,
Starting point is 00:35:15 Sunday night, my, my wife was like, yeah, his cancer is like full blown, right, like really bad. And, uh, you need to get up here. And so that's when I dropped everything. And fortunately, I was able to get, uh, no, excuse me, this was on Monday that she said that. And I was able to get ghost and Ash to cover for me on Tuesday, you know, thank you. You know, you covered on Tuesday. Ash covered on Wednesday. You guys were awesome. Thank you so much for doing that. Um, I get up there. And, you know, first and foremost, he, he was too proud. So he wanted to like, he didn't want anybody to, he, we, we've been breaking down the timeline. And, you know, he got like super duper religious, like back in October, you know, and we've always been a God-fearing family. But, like, he got full blown, like, going to Bible study every night and like that kind of thing. And we think last October, his oncologist told him like it's back.
Starting point is 00:36:12 And he knew that it was back and that it was coming. And he didn't tell anybody. I don't even think my mom knew. And, you know, there were just certain things that he did that got now looking back in hindsight. You're like, oh, those were the red flags. Those were the, you know, the things that we should have seen. And so, you know, one of the things that I was thinking and I want to know if I'm being a complete and total, you know, dick here. And I mean, I just went through this.
Starting point is 00:36:39 So it's very fresh in my mind. I've gone through this before, you know, the end of life. life hospice and everything else like that. And, you know, there was a point yesterday, I think it was, yeah, yesterday where, you know, I was watching TV in the bedroom at my mom's house and Christy comes in and starts crying and is like, you need to come out here. I think it's going to be like any minute now. And so I go out there and all of us are sitting around him.
Starting point is 00:37:05 And, you know, we were there for like an hour and nothing, you know, he was still breathing, but just complete vegetable. And so we're like, you know what? let's leave him alone. Maybe he wants to, you know, go out in peace. And so we all went out on the sun room in the Florida room. And we were hanging out there telling stories and having a good time and everything. And it got around to like seven, eight o'clock at night. I was like, look, I got to go back home. You know, he's mentally not there whatsoever, like at all. And so, you know, I'm going to go back home. Christy stayed up there with my sister and my mom. And, you know, but I couldn't help but think like if that were me, If that were me, and, you know, there was at one point he had me, my sister, my wife, my nieces and nephews, like the whole family was there at one moment. And he was, there's no coming back from it. You see what I'm getting at? Like, I would want that to be the moment when I pass over. Like, I would want to have everybody there and be able to hold their hands and, you know, say goodbyes or whatever the case might be and then just go instead of like let's see if we can keep them around for and i'm not saying this is what we were doing because we weren't you know we weren't
Starting point is 00:38:24 like enabling it in any way other than giving him the pain meds and making sure he was comfortable but like you know just keep it on going for like 24 hours 48 hours 72 hours i i just man i don't know maybe i'm just being kind of selfish no you're not being selfish is is you're looking for clarity on something that it truly is unexplainable it's just its opinion you know and what i would say as i was kind of listening to you talk about it you know one of my favorite movies it ranks in my top three movies and it's a movie called meet joe black it has uh brad pit um and gosh what's the old man's name he's such a great actor somebody in the in the chat that's seen it will will let me know he's this
Starting point is 00:39:12 Brad Pitt no it's Brad Pitt and the other one the older guy um so I'm looking for someone in the chat to tell me as soon as I see I see the name that I'm going to be like ah that that that's that's that's him
Starting point is 00:39:26 famous guy but famous actor did did a ton of Anthony Hopkins yes Brad Pitt Anthony Hopkins and it's an old movie so spoiler alert you guys I haven't seen it but Brad Pitt is death and so death yeah death like oh reaper death and and he takes over this this human's body right the you know the brad pitt's body and anthony hopkins he tells him like hey you're i'm going to spend i'm here for a limited window and i'm going to experience this thing of life right and i'm going to do it
Starting point is 00:40:04 through you because you have the connections like we're going to do all this stuff and so it's it's a phenomenal movie you get to the very end of the movie and at the end of the movie you know death falls in love with anthony hopkins's daughter anthony hopkins is piss because he's like well you're going to take her with it because that's what loves about you know that's that's the jealousy it's like if you really love her you wouldn't do that to her tell her who you are and see she'll make that decision you know ultimately um he makes a decision i won't say what that is but it gets to the point where they're walking up the stairs um they get to this final scene and anthony hopkins looks at him and he says It's hard to let go, huh?
Starting point is 00:40:42 And death says it is. And I would imagine that for people that try to hold on to every lingering second, I think that's more of a testament to how great life was. That their life was so good and so full of love and so full of just a great life. that it's hard to let go. And so you're fighting on to every second because it's hard to say, buy the life. And I would actually take that more as a compliment to,
Starting point is 00:41:21 you know, his wife, your mom and people that were there that he wanted to fight as long as he could to take every second he could, even if it was just hearing laughter and chatter from another room. That's fair. I mean, I just, again, I'm not, I've been on the, the the giving side of that rather than the going away side of that obviously so i you know i don't i have no idea what it's like to be on that side and i i'm sure that i would want to hold on to every single second my my point is kind of though that you know like so i remember like yesterday when i was
Starting point is 00:42:01 there you know there would be brief flashes maybe five six seconds where he was he would look you right in the eye and you could tell that he knew what you were saying right and you you would try and get everything you wanted to say off your chest right then and there in that brief moment and then he would fade out again and you're you're trying to hope that you can continue and string along those thoughts you know every five 10 minutes when you get that flash of of consciousness but then you know it got to the point where it just never came back and that is where you know I I guess it's like maybe that's something you need to have a discussion with. And I think that's something that should be permissible.
Starting point is 00:42:45 You know, like if I'm in that position, you know, I'd tell Christy, like, if I'm ever in that position and I'm not here and there's no turning back, let me go. You know, let me go. I'm, you know, I'll go. I don't know. Again, there's no wrong answer. There's no right answer. Everybody's going to be different in their interpretation of this. Um, yeah, it just, it sucks, man, because like, you don't know what they're feeling.
Starting point is 00:43:14 Are they anxious about going? Are they feeling pain? Are they able to breathe those last few breaths and just really, you know, take it all in? You don't know. You don't know. But that was tough, man. That was really fucking tough, dude. Yeah. You know, it's, I can't imagine, man. I can't imagine. I can't imagine. You know, my, my grandmonds were the ones that lived longer than my grandfathers. So, you know, I was an adult, you know, when my grandma, both my grandmother's pass, you know, I was a kid when my grandfather's passed. I remember my first grandma passed, you know, I wasn't a cop yet. and my mentality for when my second grandma passed my mom's mom and I was a cop just that impacted it and
Starting point is 00:44:19 and part of it was because I was kind of given responsibilities that I didn't ask for but I wasn't going to say no and and part of that was you know and then you know my mom's mom my mom's You know, my grandma from my mom's side was my favorite, you know, my grandma Rita. And I remember me and my cousin, who was also Marine, were the ones that the family asked to go to the corner's office where she had been transported to, you know, identify her and be with her. And I remember, you know, I was working that night. So, you know, I give the sergeant a call and he gives me to go ahead to go out there. And I remember I'm driving there and I'm like, I don't. want that to be the last way I see her you know because I know what I'm going to see I've done it
Starting point is 00:45:12 you know on the job you know too many times and but I did you know and so did my cousin and neither one of us really told each other and like how either one of us felt about going over there you know it's just kind of we both accepted that hey they called us and so we're going to say yes and you know it's just death is weird bro you know I mean because the close we came to it, you know, when we went to war. I mean, I don't know about you, but in some of the situations where I had time to negotiate with God, I was negotiating, bro. I was negotiating, you know, because you do get a different perspective. And I imagine that when someone's actually dying to where they know they're dying, like, you know, you're breathing. There's a breathing pattern that
Starting point is 00:46:02 changes and you know that it's coming. I would imagine that they probably were going through that times a thousand yeah you know and you know it's and like I said man you know it's I've been there at the moment of people taking their last breath because of that career a whole lot of times man and and it's all different you know you sometimes you expect you know the gang members they're going to be the ones that look like they're afraid and you know sometimes they are and sometimes they're at peace and sometimes it's been peaceful people that you know their old is just is this death that that is crazy it's guaranteed but it's crazy oh well man it just like i i just really hope that i don't find out at some point that he's known
Starting point is 00:46:52 this whole time that you know he had cancer and didn't we we knew he had cancer but that it was back and and and fully kicking his ass and you know didn't tell anybody because i mean i would of I don't know. I saw him quite a bit the last couple, you know, the last couple months, but I would have definitely seen them a lot more. I definitely would have seen them a lot more. But, you know, so goes life. Let's talk a little bit about this, you know, thing from today. I want to go into this a little bit more. The real estate thing, the Pulte aspect. And for those that miss Badlands Daily this morning, Alpha and I were talking about Bill Pulte being tasked at OD&I. And, you know, Alpha has, you know, kind of the idea that, you know, there's, well, you tell your idea with Act Blue and the mortgages and everything.
Starting point is 00:47:52 Yeah, just knowing that the investigation is going into the mortgage fraud, the stuff that stemmed from FTX and Act Blue and all that. And, you know, a close friend of mine that's involved in those investigations. it's and then him you know being the guy that's going to you know these guys are going to report to him he's going to have the heads up on these investigations of the direction where they're going and now he's moving into the position of d and i you know or acting dn i which means he's going to have access to a plethora of information he didn't because you know limited scope in the position that he has well still has you know trump didn't remove him from having that responsibility but now he's going to be able to look at that and see how does it correlate
Starting point is 00:48:32 connect with some of these other things that are going on, like maybe election fraud, which you absolutely nailed it on that. I don't know if you saw the post that I tagged you on. Yeah, I'll go look for it and show it to you. But I was, yeah, I tagged you. I said you nailed it, bro. And this is one of those ways of bringing these RICO cases and showing how they all connect. And I think one of the things that will kind of support this is if Trump ends up going
Starting point is 00:48:58 with another acting DNI after he runs, you know, the clock. on what he has. And let's just say that one has also connected into, let's just say it's, you know, someone like RFK just, you know, hypothetically, right? Then it'd be like, well, now this guy's going into DNA. We know he was the one researching all the stuff going on in the medical field, big pharma, FDA, all that stuff, you know, something like that, where is Trump putting these people into the position of, you know,
Starting point is 00:49:23 DNA in order to get them access to fully complete the investigations that they have, put a bow and everything at the very end. But let me get that link and I'll send it to you. Okay, while you're doing that, I did mean to show these before we got out of here. This is my stepdad. This was at Gart, Coco Beach. They came and hung out with us for a day and a half, I think. Sanibel with the family back, this is probably around 20, this is probably like around
Starting point is 00:49:51 2014 or 15. I still had a black beard instead of a gray beard. this was straight out of boot camp when my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and we had matching haircuts and then this was just the kind of personality he has I had to yell at him after that for violating the first rule of firearm safety there but you know he loved doing that kind of stuff so just wanted to show those off and I just dropped it for you in the private check okay cool let's see what we got here open there we go there we go There we go.
Starting point is 00:50:31 Holy smokes. President Trump reveals acting DNI, Bill Pulte may be exposing major election fraud during his time in the role. No wonder they're terrified. He's a very smart guy and you may find out some things about the rigged elections. All right.
Starting point is 00:50:45 And let's see what we got here. Pauli is the acting director of national intelligence. There's been a little bit of a pushback from some Senate Republicans. Why do you think, Mr. President, he's the best person for the job? He's very smart. He's a person who's got high integrity. He's done a phenomenal job at Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac. You know, you probably have a trillion dollars in value there. When he took over, it was much less. And I guess I'm responsible for that too because everybody wanted me to sell it in my first term for 10% of what it's worth right now. If I would have sold it, we would have lost $900 billion. We would have lost. I mean, think of it, it's probably worth a trillion dollars. And I was offered every people want me to sell it in a hundred billion,
Starting point is 00:51:33 a very small percentage of what it's worth now. And he built it up a lot, did a great job. And it's an acting position. It's not a problem. He's not going to be permanent because, you know, I don't think he'd want to be permanent. But he's a very smart guy, and he may find out some things about the rigged elections, et cetera, et cetera. I think he'd like to do it.
Starting point is 00:51:52 I'd like to. I think he wants to do it very much, got a lot of energy. but they'll be very good. Again, it's not a permanent position. We're looking at, we're interviewing people right now, but it's somebody just to take it over for a little while. It's necessary for spin. Well, I do. And I think he does actually because he's smart because a lot of national security. I look, I would, I wasn't greatly experienced in national security. And I think I've done a really great job with it. A lot of people would say that I've ended eight wars.
Starting point is 00:52:26 And soon to be a night, I hope that works out too, you know. Do you think he watch it daily today? Very interesting. So it's like he checked every box that we talked about, dude. So let's play, uh, just a brief that, well, it's not brief. It's about 10 minutes long. You can stop me at any point. But this is, um, 20, 23, February 23rd, 2023.
Starting point is 00:52:53 This was when, when I heard Pulte, not only was going to be ODNI, but was also staying in his role as FHFA, federal housing, financial administration, whatever, basically running mortgages and federal, you know, looking into that, that's where the Schiff and the Letitia James and the, what was the woman on the, the, the national meritorious service board, whatever that they looked into. Remember the woman, what the hell, board was she? she on the National Merit Service Board or whatever they were trying to get her removed
Starting point is 00:53:29 and then all of a sudden they're like hey look you've been fucking around with your mortgages as well you know what I'm talking about I tried that one's not ringing a bell for me man well it was for sure Tiff and Tish and Schiff so this was February 23rd 2023
Starting point is 00:53:46 this was in the Arizona Senate elections and housing house municipal oversea site and elections joint committee. This is about 10 minutes long. This is not the entire thing. If you want to, I'll put a link for the entire thing in here.
Starting point is 00:54:02 The entire thing's 40 minutes. Check this out. From Fantas, which were notarized by a Jessica York. Oh, so the premise here is that there's been a lot of mortgage fraud, smuggling and laundering mortgages and real estate for the cartel in order to, and using that to bribe elected officials, not just in Maricopa, but their investigation also was in Illinois, Iowa, Ohio,
Starting point is 00:54:34 and a couple other states. First, the handwriting and handprinting of Jessica York have been identified as belonging to Brittany by our forensic document expert. Secondly, the York signatures are the same handwriting, but not the same style. And that change of style exists, even when the documents were allegedly signed on the same day.
Starting point is 00:54:54 You can see the June 4th documents. The December 9th date and the clerk handwriting matches Donna. The signature of the clerk at the bottom is actually a tracing of a signature stamp. The time between the signature and the notarization and alleged execution of the clerk and thereafter the recorded date evidence forgery. Normally it's a two to three turnaround time. These took multiple months and all were allegedly clerk executed and recorded after the election certification. I have example after example where things do not add up. In
Starting point is 00:55:32 addition to state representatives, there are three of the five Maricopa County supervisors have also recorded documents evidencing the acceptance of bribes. Further, we've been used to get to PACs relating to state office holders and dark money transactions relating to said PACs. From late 2018 to 2018 to 22, a significant number of questionable real estate transactions were facilitated by several law firms, including partners at Perkins, Kuwait. Now, she throws out some bold accusations in here, and I have not heard of any lawsuits refuting them. Just keep that in mind. Mr. Thaler would be here himself presenting this information, but there have been multiple attempts on his life.
Starting point is 00:56:18 Thaler was driving from Arizona to California when suddenly he lost control of his vehicle. Upon investigation, it was discovered that his tire was purposefully slashed by a straight-end, knife about 4 to 6 inches. The cut was made at such a location on the outer side of the tire where the tire would not lose air but instead would degrade to a point causing catastrophic failure, most likely at high speed. Again declaration is included in your packet. The declaration, the reason I mentioned this and the only reason I mentioned this is because a similar attempt was made on the life of Carrie Lake's daughter during her campaign. Today,
Starting point is 00:57:00 Eight, six attempts have been made on Thaler's life. In Arizona, public officials accepting bribes include members of the legislator, the executive branches of the state government, more than two dozen judges on the Maricopa County Superior Court, at least two judges in the city of Mesa court, at least one judge in the town of Gilbert, the mayor of Mesa, five members of Mesa City Council, several police officers. Madam Chair, point of order, this is not the appropriate place to to be alleging. We do have a rule in this chamber that we cannot impugn the motives of other members as
Starting point is 00:57:46 as explosive as that testimony was. Okay, so keep in mind who was it called that point of order right there. Mr. Ken Bennett, the Senate liaison to the 2021 Maricopa County Audit. And then Collidon, and we covered this on daily this morning, And Colliden says, you don't want to rock the boat, you know, doesn't say that anything was wrong or, you know, whatever. You just don't want to rock the boat. And that's Collidan speaking right there, Alex, Alex Collidan, who's running for Secretary of State. I'm someone that gets, remember somebody gets up and leaves too.
Starting point is 00:58:19 I think to make a phone call or something. Was that during this one? I thought it was, man. It's been so long. I don't, I don't know. That is our rule. Okay, so what we're going to do is this. I need you to wrap up in terms of impact to the election.
Starting point is 00:58:37 Thank you. Even though I invest in covers multiple states, OK, Thaler and our team have interviewed over 30 witnesses in Arizona. Several individuals in the public officials list have cooperated with the investigation. The team has collected and reviewed more than 120,000 documents, as I've said.
Starting point is 00:59:09 The immense data that we have collected will assist enforcement agencies investigating the election fraud. Further, the data we have collected and the connections we have found and the vast details of this entire investigation will lead enforcement agencies to those participating in the frauds and will help you restore election integrity
Starting point is 00:59:28 within our beautiful state. Thank you. Thank you. And my first question is, to whom have you given this data other than to us today? As we said, the report was given to Governor Doug Deucy in May of 2022. So he has been made aware.
Starting point is 00:59:50 As I've mentioned in my presentation, FBI, some of the other attorney generals, especially in New Mexico in California. Thank you. Okay. Madam Chair, Ms. Breger, how was this given to Mr. Deucy? Is it by you personally? No. He's the one that got up out. It was not given by me personally, it was given by one of our team members. Next question. Representative Jones. Yes. Madam Chair. Yes. Ms. Brigger, thank you.
Starting point is 01:00:35 Give this to the Arizona Attorney General. Mr. Burrini, we have not yet presented this to the Arizona Attorney General. We do know that Governor Ducci did share this with the Attorney General at the time. How do you know that? Yeah, how do you know that? Because he shared that information with Mr. Thaler directly. But I personally have not given to Arizona Attorney General yet. Madam Chair, Ms. Brigger, was Mr. Thaler the one that gave this to the governor?
Starting point is 01:01:09 No, not directly because Mr. Thaler is not in Arizona. So how would Mr. Thayer know that Governor Ducey shared this with the Attorney General's office? Because that Governor Ducey and Mr. Thaler were in contact. Next question, Representative Jones. Madam Chair, ma'am, thank you so much for coming. You're very brave, in my opinion. My question is, and I guess it's a question for clarity, how this is, in my opinion, related to the election is what you're stating is potentially many people elected officials here have potentially been bribed or blackmailed to get certain election results and I think the
Starting point is 01:01:54 people have the right to hear that because the people in Arizona right now crave truth is that am I absolutely yes you are absolutely and that is exactly why I'm here today I think that we have been round and round and round with the in the concept of election integrity, but nobody is willing to actually speak the truth of how did our election get compromised? And as in nuts and bolts, you know, what happened to actually compromise our elections and compromise the integrity of our state? Madam Chair, Matt? Yes, Madam Chair, Mrs. Berger. May I ask what political party are you? Oh, excuse me, Madam Chair.
Starting point is 01:02:49 I'm unaffiliated. Madam Chair, follow-up, Madam Chair, Mrs. Breger, how long has it taken for this information to be compiled and how many people worked on this team? Madam Chair, this information was compiled over approximately three and a half, four years. And we have had approximately five to ten people at any given time because it hasn't always been a consistent working on this investigation. To that point, Madam Chair, Ms. Breger, Madam Chair, Ms. Breger, when did you say this was presented to Governor Ducey? Madam Chair. Go ahead. May 2020. Thank you. Any other questions? Yes. Madam Chair, Ms. Brigger, would you provide a copy?
Starting point is 01:03:47 for the committee that has the pages annotated, please? Absolutely. I will do so. I apologize. It was very difficult to. You kept referring to page numbers, but none of the pages have any page numbers. As I said, I did apologize at the forefront of this presentation, but I shall do so. Any other questions from the dais?
Starting point is 01:04:09 I have a question. Go ahead, Senator Bennett. Madam Chair, Ms. Brigger, how is it that you were invited to address the committee today by whom I was invited by Senate by a representative Harris thank you that was the nail in the coffin right there she became persona non grata after that any further questions I think that was it thank you miss Brigger all right so it's definitely a 40-minute hearing worth going back in getting to from the beginning where you hear
Starting point is 01:04:52 for credentials, you hear the story, you hear the background on it, you hear the ties to the Sinaloa cartel. You hear the extensive investigation that they've conducted across, you know, and now, you know, going back, Alpha, this was in my wheelhouse because I was dealing with elections for the last six years. And there were a lot of people trying to discredit Thaler and this investigation. And, you know, I, at the time, especially, not so much anymore, but at the time, I knew Liz Harris personally. And, you know, she vouched for it. You know that, you know.
Starting point is 01:05:28 And so, you know, I look back at this and I'm like, did this all get stonewalled and swept under the rug in 2023 and 24 under a previous administration? And now the timing is right for it. Trump has been going to to war with the Sinaloa cartel. You and I talked about this, this little tidbit right here. Two former Cinelloa state officials have surrendered to U.S. authorities on Gerardo Marita Sanchez, former Secretary of Public Security turned himself in at the Arizona border on May 12th. And then Enrique Diaz Vega, former Secretary of Administration and Finance surrendered in New
Starting point is 01:06:13 York on May 16th. both men served under reuben rocomoya who's also got a subpoena out for him or a warrant out for his arrest and indictment and they face charges of narcotics importation and conspiracy conspiracy and weapons offenses with potential life sentences and so is it is it is it it's not lost on me that all this happens a month later you get the the f h a guy the mortgage guy that has no ties whatsoever to national security and Trump is out there like, yep, he's going to be ODNI just for a little bit. Just going to let him go in there and take it for a test drive. See if he likes it. Spin the wheels off, you know, burn some rubber, man.
Starting point is 01:07:02 Have a good time. It's like throwing the keys to your, you got a Ferrari, right? And it's prom night. And you're like, son, you can take the Ferrari out. So I can have the Ferrari? No, no, no, no. Just for tonight. You can take it out.
Starting point is 01:07:13 I'm going to take the GPS tracker off. I'm going to give it to you. have fun just don't kill anybody i like it man i'm just gonna say ditto i like it man i could we could be way off we could be way off trump could just be like bill i owe bill pulte and he needs to you know do whatever they're accusing him of doing now it's just a smart guy he's just a smart that's all of all the people in my administration rubio was chomping at the bit to be od and i again he's got every other job out there right or we'll be oh man all right that's all i've got i don't know if you've got anything we could open up the phone lines you want to open up the phone lines for a little bit here
Starting point is 01:08:01 if you think we've got time go for it yeah we got well you got a show coming up i'll open up for like five minutes and then we'll just call it a night we'll call it a night my buddy you know let me let me respond so and a g 65 she's probably behind on the on the show because she's on the cop conversation she says don't care alpha don't treat everyone like crap hate cops here's the thing let me let me let me ask you a question can con if um if somebody comes up to let's say you're outside washing you're washing your car and somebody comes up to you and just starts to this berate the marines right berate the military be rate our country and then starts to berate you personally and then starts to attack
Starting point is 01:08:48 your wife, you know, verbally, you know, just, you know, just derogatory stuff. And then your parents and your friends. And then they come back a few hours later and they're like, hey, man, I need your help. What are you going to tell them? Kick rocks. Exactly. So what I. And I'd probably use more. I'm too much. I use a lot of adjectives in that, right? I'm too much Well, guess what? If you do that to a cop and then you say, I need help, guess what they're obligated to do? Help you. Help you.
Starting point is 01:09:29 Yeah. And guess what they're going to do? Help you. So if you hate cops, that's fine. When you call 911, they're still going to be there for you. And they're still going to risk their life for you. And they're still going to put themselves between you and whoever's trying to hurt you. so hate them.
Starting point is 01:09:47 That's fair. To be honest with you, I would help too. And I know you would too. Even not as a copy, you would still help because that's... I would still help, but I'd talk some shit while I was... I would talk a ton of shit while I'm doing it.
Starting point is 01:09:59 I'd be like, you're such a fucking piece of shit. You know what? Fuck you. I'll help you. You fucking son of a bitch. Go fuck yourself. I would help them still. Or it might be saying in my head.
Starting point is 01:10:09 I don't know if I'd say that aloud. Depends I know if I could take them or not. All right. Let's hit a sponsor real quick. And then, And then we'll open up the phone lines here. We'll take like one or two calls. If anybody wants to call in.
Starting point is 01:10:20 If you don't, we'll just end the show a little bit early. It's up to you guys. But yeah, let's go ahead and just take a couple. Take a minute here to talk about a sponsor. All right, parents, real talk for a second. America is about to hit a huge milestone. We're coming up on America's 250th birthday, 250 years of freedom, grit, sacrifice, and the greatest experiment in self-government that the world has ever seen.

Starting point is 01:11:42 America's story matters. Make sure that the next generation knows it. All right. And yeah, let's go ahead. 561-877-1367. Just make sure your volume is down in the background if you want to call in. And in the meantime, what else we got coming up, man? I'll tell you what, bro. I don't think I told you this, but we went when I went to the range, what's all? I'm how the hell why is California still counting votes bro bro like seriously it's seriously dude it is now what we're a few we're a few hours from front to take we're Thursday evening Thursday evening we voted on the second it's the fourth
Starting point is 01:12:35 am i seeing correctly now that pratt is not a shoe in for the runoff he shouldn't be here i'll give you i'll get the update i have it up right now i saw you one because it's the most accurate i saw polymarket pop up and say that he's now at the lowest he's been the whole time and he's like eight percent and and that nittia rum ramen chick is like 25 percent no not accurate so um yeah Karen Bass right now is at 35.1%, Spencer Pratt's at 29.4%. Okay. And then Tito Ram is at 23.4. Now, here's something.
Starting point is 01:13:14 I'll tell you after the call. Call from. Douglas to rent. To accept press. Douglas. How goes it, sir? Man, I'm glad I answered. This is cool.
Starting point is 01:13:30 I feel like I hit the lottery. Well, you did not hit the lottery. there is no million dollar check coming your way. But you do get to talk to us so you might feel like the lottery. Oh, anyway, I just saw that little clip you guys just played. I watched every one of those hearings, everyone. Me too. And that little lady there, she came with the goods.
Starting point is 01:13:53 And they shut that hearing down and they buried it, Wendy Rogers, Sunny Burralli, and that dude that was. of that other dude. They shut it down and they buried it. And then a couple of days after that, because she even put out the, uh, the, uh, the, uh, the police. They got a, uh,
Starting point is 01:14:19 inner police force. And they come up with the biggest fentanyl bust in the history right after that. Yeah. But anyway, they removed Liz Harris over that. Yeah, I just want to thank you and Alpa for putting up the pipe. Alpa, you rock, buddy. You both rock. Sometimes you get those little bimbos on your shows, but then you guys,
Starting point is 01:14:49 thank you for your service. Be very careful if I ask you this question, but who are the bimbos? I can't tell. I had to, I, I had to shut, I had to shut your show off one day. Oh, who was it? Who was it? I didn't handle it. I didn't make it.
Starting point is 01:15:09 I was subscribed from your channel and I subscribe back up. I know who he's talking about. You're so far off a top of base. I didn't they believe you had her on your show. Oh, this is Alpha show. Okay, clearly not a show that. No, no, no. It was sit right.
Starting point is 01:15:23 I know he's talking about. Oh. He's talking about Gunny. Who? Gunny. Oh, that was a long time ago. She didn't let us get it. That was
Starting point is 01:15:37 You guys for whatever again. That was like two years ago, man. Yeah. It's like good. Thanks for the call. Brother. Appreciate it, man. It's still labeled as the most heated.
Starting point is 01:15:48 It's still labeled as the most heated sit rep and sit rep history, bro. Oh, J.Bs was way more heated. Hearst wasn't that heated. We just let her back and let her cook. And then when I did jump in, she would like, bit my head. head off remember when she went after me for elections she apologized to me after that she did she did she apologized after she's like i had no idea that you you know that this was your thing and i had no idea and all this stuff but but she bit my head off during that show and i just kind of sat back
Starting point is 01:16:19 and was like i know i remember i was like i was like oh shit here we go but no you you were you you handled it with class bro you know what's cool is you handled it with class in the front in and she handled it with class on the back end. That was cool that she apologized to you. She did. She did. All right. We will open up.
Starting point is 01:16:41 All right. You were finishing a thought there. I don't know if you remember it. Oh, yeah. So here's the thing. So check this out. They say Karen Bass is advancing to the general election, right? They got the checkbox on her.
Starting point is 01:16:52 But it's the other races are still too close to call. Right. Well, they're calling it for Karen Bass. and she's leading by less than 6% over Pratt. Pratt is leading over Nathania Raman by a little bit more, or exactly 6% right now. So he has a bigger percentage lead than Bass has on him, but they call it for Bass,
Starting point is 01:17:22 but won't call it for him. So if there's enough votes to say that, well nathania raman can still pull in well then that's saying that there's enough votes for pratt to pull in which means you shouldn't be calling it for bass did well bass would still bass is 12 points away from being out yeah that is true but at the same time raman conceded she's out i didn't know that's rule yeah she conceded she gave a concession speech i did not know that she conceded well i i think concession speeches are stupid and there's a no such thing like you're not going to say that somebody conceding is somehow going to you know take away
Starting point is 01:18:04 the possibility that something comes up in the future and you don't know i guess now and i would say the same going either way like fourth place is at three percent they're not even remotely close yeah yeah but i'm saying like if if if if you know if trump had conceded 2024 if he was at behind at some point and then all of a sudden they're like hey you're winning i'd be like hey he he gave a concession speech but it don't matter. It don't matter. For the record, Trump never conceded 20.
Starting point is 01:18:32 I know. I know. I just wonder, I know you know. I just want to remind people because that was a big deal. Telling you, I think we're on to something with this, bro. I think we're on to something. I think we are, bro.
Starting point is 01:18:45 You heard it here first, man. The Pulte, the Pulte-Bradger connection, the Cinelloa cartel. Watch if you start seeing some movement on that stuff. Well, and remember this. What did Trump have panaceous? M Bondi designate the cartels back in February of 2025.
Starting point is 01:19:03 Yep. Born terrorist organization. Born terrorist organization, which means that you get to track all the money involved with these guys. Yep. Call from Huckfillery. Huckfillery. 100%.
Starting point is 01:19:20 Brother, how you doing? 100%. Hey, condolences my buddy. Thank you. Thank you. Good to hear from you. Thank you. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:19:29 So I just had something. I'm going to share with you real quick. You might have seen it in the chat already, but I had a weird thing happened to me when my dad passed. I just wanted to share you with you because I felt like I was losing my mind, but it was just a thing. You know, everybody's going to grieve differently. You're in the stage right now where stuff's not going to hit you right away, but over the next couple of years, things are going to be somewhat weird maybe.
Starting point is 01:19:54 For me, it was. So for me, it was in my dreams. And I would dream these very vivid dreams where it felt like I was in a parallel universe. My dad was still alive. He was there. We were doing stuff together. We were working. And it was weird because my brain invented this whole sitcom that everything was, you know, just not reality.
Starting point is 01:20:17 But I remembered him. And I don't normally remember dreams. But anyway, I just wanted to share that kind of with you and just say, you probably have some stuff that might hit you parallel or, you know, sideways with this in the next couple of years. You're not losing your brain, you know, yeah. And it's not somebody reaching out to you from a parallel universe. It's just, you know, it's something that maybe could happen. Just wanted to share that with you.
Starting point is 01:20:43 Well, thank you, brother. I definitely can relate to that. I, you know, I've already had some dreams that were very, it was really weird. Like, I knew when I woke up this morning, I knew he was gone. and my wife hadn't texted me until like 7 or 8 p.m. or 8 a.m. And I already knew when I woke up at 6 and he died at, they say around 5.30. And I knew when I woke up, I was like, he's gone. And it's kind of weird, man.
Starting point is 01:21:11 And I know I'm going to have those dreams because I had him about my grandpa. And he died four years ago, three years ago. So, Huck, thanks for the call, brother. I appreciate it, man. Cool. All right. Thanks for covering all that stuff, but I wanted you to,
Starting point is 01:21:26 too, guys. You didn't have to do that. Appreciate it. Thanks for sending us down the Rick Chow rabbit hole. Appreciate it, brother. You created all that,
Starting point is 01:21:34 Huck. You created all that. Just so you know. All right. Take care. It's all my fault. I'll take it. I'll take the heat.
Starting point is 01:21:44 Bring it. All right. Man, you know, you got a couple of rumble rents, too. Don't forget. Okay,
Starting point is 01:21:52 we'll get to those. now then. I have them. If you don't have them, I can bring them up for you too. I do. You know, it was, you know, it was really hard for me, bro. And I don't know why. When my dad called me today. Like my dad called me tonight. Like my, my sister, my, on my, on my dad's side of the family, so separate from my mom, you know, they're my half brothers and half sisters. I never think of them that way, but you have to remember. And, uh, my sister texted me, hey, I heard about Hayden. And she knew him. Like, they all know him. They've been. around him many, many times. And, you know, said, I'm sorry. My brother's texted me. Same thing.
Starting point is 01:22:28 But then tonight my dad called and it's kind of like, kind of weird because, you know, for a while, there was like a competition there, you know, like my real dad, my stepdad. I'm living with the stepdad. But, you know, that's my real dad. He was my baseball coach and I worked for him and all that stuff. So me and him had a great relationship. But me and my stepdad had a fantastic relationship as well. And so when he called me, it was kind of like, you know, like, what do I do? Because I, you know, this is the guy that, you know, maybe at some point in his life, he felt intimidated by him or threatened by him in some form or fashion. And it was never that way. You know, I, I'll say this to the day I die. My stepdad was the second most important man in my life behind my dad. No question,
Starting point is 01:23:13 no question. But, and he's not that far behind my dad. So. step parents are special man you know they they really are they they they take on a role that they don't have to take on and when they pull it off the way that he did it was fantastic i agree all right let's uh jump into some rumble rants here adam chester my nuts god it's disrespectful but at the same time i love it nobody has guaranteed to come home sergeant sted Banko. It's true. I almost called Al-Fal out in that when he's like,
Starting point is 01:23:54 Cops, that's the one job where you're not guaranteed to come home. You're not guaranteed to come home from anything. You're not guaranteed to come home from going out to get milk. Very true, but you're also not exponentially enhancing the risk factors that create that you're not coming home. You know what the most dangerous job in America is, Alpha? Fisherman. Fisherman, commercial fisherman.
Starting point is 01:24:14 You know what the second most dangerous job in America is? What's that? Garbage man. You know, the third most dangerous job in America is? job in America is. What's that? I think I want to say it's construction worker. Cox is like number six or seven. I seem gnarly deaths from the construction. I had a Marine that was a garbage man that got killed. Car couldn't see. Sun was in his eyes and pinned him against the back of the garbage truck. We talked about it when we had Danny on.
Starting point is 01:24:44 It's May 60. Just support nothing more, nothing less. Appreciate that. Smey. Thank you so much. E grab for something told me to watch live tonight. Can you are in my prayers. The only parents I've left are my stepdad and my in-laws. Death sucks and each one is different. Hang on to the good times. They are what matters the most in the second rant. Removed the impact he made on you and apply those lessons to your own life.
Starting point is 01:25:09 That's what helps to heal hugs and prayers. Thank you so much. And E-grab, remember the impact. Remember the impact. I got you. Thank you so much. you know, I will say, there was, and this is probably the only thing I would ever say that's kind of negative at pointed at my real dad is I learned my relationship advice from my stepdad. My mom and my dad got divorced when I was 11.
Starting point is 01:25:40 And, you know, my mom remarried when I was 12 or 13. And that's who she's been with for the last, you know, 39, 29 years, 30 years. 30 years and um i learned a lot from him on how to make a marriage work and that's why i think i've been married for 17 years to the same woman and still worship the ground that she walks on because he worshiped the ground that my mom walked on until uh the very end there so all right uh why am i all over the place here alpha what you got coming up bro you got a show coming up here right no No, taking the night off tonight. So have some plans, but they don't include doing the show.
Starting point is 01:26:24 So, uh, yeah, I am good till Saturday and Sunday. Yeah. Okay. Well, uh, you got Badlands story hour coming up after this. So we'll raid you guys over there. Actually, we won't raid you guys over there because everybody yells at us when we raid. Um, Christy and I may or may not do a date night tomorrow night. If we do, it'll probably be, uh, a lot.
Starting point is 01:26:48 little bit of a tear jerker, but we'll try and make it fun. So just stay tuned. Rumble.com slash CanCon if you want to check that out. I will for sure be back on my, my week and review show Saturday morning at 10 a.m. So check that out as well. And then, of course, tomorrow morning I'll be live with Chris Paul at 10 a.m.
Starting point is 01:27:07 on Badlands Daily. Stay tuned and God bless everybody out there. Thank you guys. I can't tell you guys. I've been seeing all the thoughts and prayers out there. And we truly have an incredible community here at Badlands. You guys are the absolute best. Hairball Wizard gifted five subscriptions.
Starting point is 01:27:30 Thank you for that. Appreciate that. And thank you guys. And Alpha, thank you and Ash again. And Gordon so much for filling in and holding it down for me while I was gone. Appreciate you guys. Of course. All right.
Starting point is 01:27:43 See you all later. God bless. A long, long time ago. The writer went into a dangerous cave. Because he was on an adventure. More like he smelled like an adventure. But the cave was protected by spiders and lizards. No, it was snakes.
Starting point is 01:28:04 Snakes! Why did it have to be snakes? Whatever it was, the writer wasn't scared of it because it was ghost. The lotion ranger. Then he found the golden... The old antiosia. Ghost had exactly. one second switch it or the whole case explode. It is an important artifact and it belongs in every household.
