Badlands Media - The Daily Herold: 3/11/26 - Election Investigations, Government Reform, and the Fight for Transparency

Episode Date: March 11, 2026

Ashe in America returns to host The Daily Herold, continuing the conversation around election integrity, government accountability, and structural reform happening across federal agencies. Ashe walks ...through ongoing developments surrounding election investigations, including renewed attention on past election conduct and the broader implications for restoring public trust in the system. She explains why reforms targeting voter eligibility, mail ballot procedures, and election oversight remain central to rebuilding confidence in American elections. The episode also highlights policy changes emerging from federal agencies that aim to reduce fraud, prioritize American workers and businesses, and shift government programs toward accountability and work requirements. Ashe argues that many of the most important changes are happening quietly within agency rulemaking and regulatory updates rather than in headline grabbing announcements. Throughout the show, she emphasizes the importance of independent thinking, transparency, and sustained scrutiny of government institutions as Americans work toward a more accountable system.

Starting point is 00:00:10 Cut it up Badlands, explain those badlands. That's a hell of a name. I actually caught it. I actually caught that I was hard muted. So hopefully you guys can hear me. Good afternoon and welcome to the Daily Herald. My last day. My last day playing the role of John.
Starting point is 00:00:41 And we'll try to do it. We'll try to do the performance justice today. I have Lily Pad Cam back. and I've managed to give us a look here. So folks can see her. Evasive. She's being evasive. But it's here still.
Starting point is 00:01:07 Put her down there and maybe she'll make an appearance later. How's everybody doing? I'm going to try and talk to the chat more because John does. And yesterday I failed kind of at that. We did it a little bit. but not. Baseburn says, Hey, howdy, Ash, glad to have you.
Starting point is 00:01:27 Seth Keshe was on War Room. I assume he mean War Room this morning talking election integrity. Yeah, he just published a book. I'll tell you guys. I am going to read his book. I'm kind of, you know, I'm kind of have my hands full with another book. Another election-related book.
Starting point is 00:01:49 I don't know if folks on here watch Book Club that Brian and I do on Tuesdays with Colonel Towner this book we're doing we're doing stolen elections by Ralph Pizzolo and it is in my opinion a CIA rewrite of um CIA rewrite of election fraud stuff right that seems to be what is happening why can't I find Seth's channel I know he texted me his book I know I'll tell you the name of it I should know it off the top of my hand, but I don't, so sorry. His book is called The American War on Election Corruption, The Crusade to Restore Trust in Voting. I do like that Seth is focused on trust because when it comes to elections, trust is compelled, right?
Starting point is 00:02:40 We have to trust elections. If we don't trust elections, then we're a threat to democracy, whether they're trustworthy or not. So Seth focusing on trust is a good thing. Definitely read that book and report back when I have a second. Just read the chat, Ash. Oh, is that what? Did you guys put the name of the book in the chat? Whoops. Oh, I missed it.
Starting point is 00:03:04 12-Mindy Boy, what's up, Ty? Says, did John tell you, elf boy always talks about his hair out of place. He can't say that to you because J.C. and I think it looks amazing. Thank you very much. I washed it a couple days ago. Pretty good. Looks pretty good after that. Thanks, Elf boy. Oh, you guys are going to get me in trouble. I'm in a pin Seth's book to the top of this chat. Spetzel put the link in there. And I'm a little thrown today because Spetzel is being nice to me in the chat. And if I have one consistent enemy, frenemy, friend of me in this community, it's Spetsail. And in the two show chats today, he's been uncharacteristically nice, which makes me think there's some sort of trap happening. So keep an eye on him. Before we get into the show content, we have to, so yesterday I messed up. We didn't talk about Gart at all yesterday.
Starting point is 00:04:05 So I have to do double Gart Talk today to make up for it. First of all, tomorrow at 2 p.m. Eastern time. So if you're on Mountain Time like me, that's noon. I know none of you, none of you are, but if you have a virtual ticket or you've bought an in-person ticket for Nashville, you can join us for our first exclusive live stream. And I've got to say, we're having some preheated debates behind the scenes in Badlands. And usually when that's going on, it's in advance of GART because we're planning our GART discussions and all of those kinds of things. And so, you know, that usually spills over into the GART exclusively. live streams, which is awesome.
Starting point is 00:04:47 So we're excited about that. And it should be spicy and fun tomorrow. So make sure that you get your ticket. So virtual tickets go up. The prices go up on Sunday. You're going to want to get yours now. I've clicked her more than anyway. Yeah, you always clip the embarrassing one.
Starting point is 00:05:04 You embarrass me more than any. You enshrine my embarrassing moments into forever. I'm just kidding. I said front of me on purpose. We're totally, where the fra part is real too. But so tune in tomorrow for the first live stream. I also want to make a pitch for folks to get in-person tickets if you haven't yet done so.
Starting point is 00:05:29 If you haven't been to a Gart, you really should come to a Gart. And it's not just for the incredible conversations and panel discussions that we have, which are great. And some of those, you know, keep going long after Gart. like G money and I have been arguing about the same topic for like two and a half years. But it's always it's always fun. But we also have all these fun side quests that, you know, things not necessarily, not necessarily planned. But I pulled in.
Starting point is 00:06:00 So on Monday, we at Monday was the one year anniversary of, I think, the Saturday night in Vegas. And I knew this because my child was with me at that gart. And we went axe throwing that night. And it was so much fun. And Caleb sent me a picture. It was like one year ago today. And it was Monday because I was prepping for the show with Abby when, culture of change with Abby when he sent me that picture.
Starting point is 00:06:27 And so I immediately dropped what I was doing called Abby. I said, oh my gosh, it's one year. Exactly anniversary since we went axed right. And she made this little one minute clip. And I want to play. You'll never hold this. You're going to see Brad throw a little bit. There's a secret to hear.
Starting point is 00:06:49 This seems like a situation. There goes Abby. Throwing a shovel head. Yeah. Yeah. Barely made. There we go. Hey.
Starting point is 00:07:12 Yeah. Yeah. Sparta. So that's the kind of fun stuff that we get into. All sorts of shenanigans. We do karaoke. We do pub. We come up with crazy ideas of things that we should do and then one adult in the room talks us out of them.
Starting point is 00:07:50 It's always a good time. You're going to want to come. You're going to want to make it to a gart. Nashville is April 9th through the 12th. So get tickets to that. If you can, if you can't, then consider Deadwood. Deadwood is in June this year. It's the end of June. And actually the first day of Deadwood is the first day of President Trump's Freedom 250 special event. And they've also added back, I read, the fireworks at Mount Rushmore. And Deadwood is one hour from Mount Rushmore. We go every time we go to Deadwood. So you should definitely come hang out with us. If you are on the fence thinking about it, maybe, maybe, it's time.
Starting point is 00:08:28 It's time to come to guard. But if you can't come to guard, get your virtual ticket and do it today so that you can join us on the live stream tomorrow. It's going to be fun. All right. we have it was a bit of a longer longer gart discussion however had to be done because i forgot to do it yesterday we had to double up today also uh yesterday a lot of me pull this in thing i forgot to talk well we ran out of time on this one and just so you guys know today's show is going to be a little bit short because ghost and i are doing part three of tukabee and the jews
Starting point is 00:09:07 directly following this stream. So I'm gonna end about 10 minutes early so that I can grab some coffee and set that up over on that show. And then we're, I don't think we're gonna go the full three hours today. Ghost has a bit of a hard stop. At New K's, thank you. We also get almost get arrested by cracking whips in the middle of the street. That's apparently a wielding
Starting point is 00:09:37 weapon and not lawful even in a town like Deadwood which is just that's just crazy just crazy town but yeah always fun there's always some fun alpha came home with a butt plug last time made to you know educate him on why he shouldn't be touching it which he didn't really listen to it's it's all manner of crazy town uh this story though came out from the daily signal and the reason i pulled this in is that the OD and I retweeted it just on Monday which I thought was interesting so let's read a little bit of it daily signal mainstream media ignored gabbard stark stark warning on islamist ideology america's mainstream media mostly ignored director of national intelligence chelsea gabbard's detailed warning about the growing threat of the islamization in the
Starting point is 00:10:31 the United States, which was issued a few days before Christmas last year during a turning point USA event. Conservative media, like the Daily Caller, devoted significant space to the speech, but a search of the New York Times website, for example, turned up no references to the former Democrat Congresswoman's remarks, despite the fact that it included this stunningly direct admonition, quote, there is a threat to our freedom that is not often talked about enough, and it's the greatest near and long-term threat to both our freedom and our security. And that is the threat of Islamist ideology. It is propagated by people who not only do not only do not believe in freedom,
Starting point is 00:11:14 their fundamental ideology is antithetical to the foundation that we find in our Constitution and Bill of Rights, which is that our creator endowed upon us inalienable rights, the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Gabbert pointed to a conference earlier in 2025 in which the Council on American Islamic Relations issued a call to action to use the American legal and political systems to overthrow the United States government. This Islamist ideology is a direct threat to our freedom because at its core, it is a political ideology that seeks to create a global caliphate that governs here in the U.S. in America, threatening Western civilization. It is governance by Sharia law. And that is certainly a popular take now, right? So I can say mainstream media ignored the warning on the Islamization of America.
Starting point is 00:12:10 I think in the Obama administration, we stopped being allowed to talk about, you know, Muslims as a threat. I also think that the, you know, you have anytime we're talking about religious leadership, running the government, we should pause and, you know, take a step back and recall why in our First Amendment, it says that the government may make no law regarding the establishment of religion. The biggest threat that I see from, you know, the spread of Islam in America is that the courts. She mentions it in her statement, governance by Sharia law. And R.T. Jones says, not religious, cult. That's semantics, in my opinion. All religions are an ideology. And you have specific courts that are a core tenet of their religion. So we see all over, there's a big one in Dallas, in the Dallas area, you know, obviously up in Minnesota and Michigan, there are Muslim, you know, kind of communities. right here in colorado in el paso county they're building a big muslim center it's going to have
Starting point is 00:13:27 you know schools and a mosque and um but all of the you know community oriented uh spaces sporting spaces you know all of those kinds of things and the the christians and not really i don't think we really hear it from jewish community leaders but from the christians we hear you know kind of uh a a whiplash reaction of you can't allow, we can't allow this, we can't allow the Muslim community center to go in. Well, we can't stop it from a government standpoint. Because if we do, we're violating the First Amendment. And as Christians, we should not, we should, we should, we should not be advocating for our right to not have our religious beliefs governed by a secular government, we should not be forcing that precedent. Because the law in the United States of America is not
Starting point is 00:14:28 going to distinguish between the religions. We have to go on principle. What is the legal principle at play? To me, the way that you stop this specific problem is by going after the courts. So you can't stop them from putting in a mosque or schools or community centers or anything of the like. But we absolutely can stop them from having their own courts because that's unlawful and that is governed. Religious courts are not protected entities. They don't get to have their own courts. That's a subversion of the rule of law in the United States of America. That is the way, in my opinion, that you have to address this.
Starting point is 00:15:09 I see, I think, J.S.KC.80, is that his glorious victory in the substack comments? Tell me if that's you or if I have it. Wrong. They claim to have stopped it in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Great. I don't, I don't think, I don't think that's going to be successful in Colorado, but, you know, do what you've got to do. I really don't think in my opinion. I think that the second that we give the government the ability to regulate religion, they're coming after the Christians. And I don't, they're not going to come after the lukewarm Sunday concert. No, not. Okay, my bad. Similar. Similar names made me a think for a second, you were. Apologies. So, sorry, I lost my train of thought. As soon as we allow the government, local, state, or federal to determine the regulation of religion specific. a religion we don't we don't like a religion we think is worse than all the other ones no matter
Starting point is 00:16:14 which one it is as soon as we give the government that power they are coming for the ardent followers of jesus who think that church should look like the life and ministry of jesus christ and that we should be the body of christ and that we should be acting in that way because that's how we change the world actually is christians living their faith um you got to ask what would Jesus do. I don't know that Jesus would be petitioning the court. Jesus would be going for the hearts, hearts and minds. But the way that we do this in the United States of America is with the law. And you can't stop a religion, but you should be aware of what's going on and you should absolutely 100% be aware of the courts that they're doing and, you know, the goal. Because the expansion of
Starting point is 00:17:04 any population, right? Whether we're talking about Christians deciding to build communities or Jews living in communities or Muslims living in community or communist leftist psychopaths like here living in community is that they are going to identify the places of power and they're going to expand into those places. So it's not that they're going to have a community center. It's that they're going to have a community center and then they're going to get enough numbers to take seats in government and then they're going to attempt to change the law to allow them, in my opinion, speculating based on trends in the way we see things go, they're going to attempt to change the law so that they can't have their own courts and they can't have their own things like that.
Starting point is 00:17:53 That's what we have to be mindful of. But attacking like, we can't have Muslims here. That's a losing argument. You're going to lose all day long twice on Sunday. What you guys are saying? We stopped it not. So, JSKC 88, we stopped it not by religious reasons. We stopped it because the piece of land is lowlands and covered with water.
Starting point is 00:18:13 Yeah, so you can play the law and the regulations. See, what else we got? Ramon says Captain Seth is great. Yes, he is. His wife is also amazing. His wife is an Arizona state legislator. How can it work when their tenants doesn't fall in line with the Constitution? Explain more what you mean about that Bama bitch because the Constitution does not allow for the establishment and regulation of religion.
Starting point is 00:18:46 So you can say, you know, they, it's allowed to have, you're allowed to have child brides, right? You're not allowed to have child brides here in the United States of America. So that's against the law. You can go after that law. You can't go after the religion. They can try to defend against it from a religious standpoint. Well, my religion says that I'm allowed to marry this. year old kid um you know you can't stop me i think the law and the courts would stop them
Starting point is 00:19:13 and that so going after what is a specific criminal violation of our laws that's the way that you fight this and that's the way that you end it and if you make it you make you know every time they try to take a child bride you make it a really really painful situation for them and not just the child brave but all the things anytime they try to exercise activity that is that is against United States law, you fight them on that specific thing, it eventually is going to become too much of a pain of the ass for them to exist among you and they're going to go somewhere else. Ramon says, Sharia law is not in line with U.S. law. Yeah, that's what I said. That's the way that we fight this is by going after the legal violations. Tattoo teacher says it does not stop it in practice. Well, certainly if we don't investigate it and report it and if the authorities don't. prosecute it, then it wouldn't stop it in practice. But I mean, what we're what we're talking about is
Starting point is 00:20:12 basically just pedophilia, right? An old, an old dude taking an eight year old kid to have sex with whether because their religion says is okay is just pedophilia. I mean, it's got some got some diversity and inclusion dressing around it, but it's just pedophilia. All right. So that was uh, That was a story from yesterday. That story actually came out on Monday and we were going to talk about yesterday, but we ran out of time. There's a couple. There was one and I wanted to, a couple that I wanted to focus on in today's Badlands News Brief. So I'm going to rely a little bit here on the news brief. And then we're going to show, I want to show you guys the list that I have that consolidates all of the government entities. But can you suck. If you guys aren't reading the Badlands News brief, you should. It comes. out at 7 a.m. every morning over on badlands badlands.substack.com over on our substack i should have said
Starting point is 00:21:17 and we we've changed it up this year so it's it's ghost it's burning bright and ghost and i and we are really just taking kind of what are the most signal stories so for the past year we had we're trying to kind of boil the ocean and hit all of the main stories that were happening didn't always have badlands takes on them but tried to make it kind of a solid roundup of the news that was happening. We've shifted it this year and we're focused on what are the most important stories in the Info War. So we have four to five stories in each brief and we're just pulling our summaries that we give you are just pulling the facts basically. So I'm not going to go through the takes. If you want the takes, you can read the Badlands News brief, Badlands.substack.com
Starting point is 00:22:02 Again, Monday through Friday every morning. But I am going to focus, I'm going to rely on the stories here for the next few stories. I'm going to rely in the summaries in the Badlands News Brief, because the Badlands News Brief News summaries are the facts from basically every different source and article on a specific topic. So Trump said yesterday, Iran war very complete in strangely contradictory interview. President Trump stated in a phone interview with CBS News from his golf club in Doral that the U.S. war with Iran is very complete and pretty much over, progressing far ahead of his original one-month schedule. He reported that American forces struck more than 3,000 Iranian targets in the first week,
Starting point is 00:22:43 leaving the country with no Navy, no Air Force, and no communication, scattered missiles and its drones and manufacturing facilities largely destroyed. Iran announced that Ayatollah Moshabah Khomeini, nailed it, son of the previous Supreme Leader is its new leader. Trump said he has no message for him and has someone else in mind to lead the country. It was also asked, I'm sure you guys saw it, he was also asked if he wanted the eternal internal thing. Brian and I played that on book club yesterday of President Trump saying, you know, yeah, I'd like for it to stay internal. Meaning we don't want to do a, we don't want to install an outside leader.
Starting point is 00:23:26 We want a leader to rise from inside the organization. And he compared it to like in Venezuela. We've had a very successful situation in Venezuela, he says, with Delci and looking to do the same thing here. That is something that here at Badlands, we were waiting to see if that was going to be the case. Specifically, who is the new leader of this country going to be? Is it going to be some external globalist? Or is it going to come in me? That's awesome, Polly.
Starting point is 00:23:58 Or is it going to be somebody from the inside like we saw in Venezuela? The Venezuela thing really seemed to have thwarted the globalist plans for what to do in the wake of that crisis in the region. And we're seeing, I think, something similar happening in Iran. Commercial shipping through the Strait of Formuz, which does have native dolphins, by the way. We didn't know that. And as we know, dolphins can be spies. So just keep that in mind. Cary's about 20% of global oil has effectively ground to a halt.
Starting point is 00:24:28 Trump said he is thinking about taking over the strait and warned that any further. aggression by Iran would mean the end of the country. The Pentagon posted on X that it is only just began to fight with no mercy, contrasting Trump's tone that the decision to end the war is entirely his own. So Brian and I talked, in my opinion, too much about the story this morning. There's a lot of foreign news on today's Badland Daily. But, yeah, let's see. I'm going to read.
Starting point is 00:25:01 What do you say? Sharia courts, Rzi Jones says, Sharia courts are real and American representation along with litigation's slippery slope, Ash. I never said Sharia courts aren't real. I said that the way that you fight this is by attacking the private courts, the religious courts, by attacking the violations of U.S. law, not by screaming about Muslims. Because if you're screaming about Muslims in response to Muslims moving into your area,
Starting point is 00:25:27 you're going to lose that argument, in my opinion. because it's the wrong focus. You focus on why they're inconsistent with the law, not the fact that you don't like them. 12 Indy Boy says 27 days and a wake up, we will be in Nashville. Guard is going to be amazing. I'm so excited.
Starting point is 00:25:44 I'm going to be blast. All right. He says, not enough jokes in this version of the brief. Yeah, I don't know. I feel like I bring some jokes. Not, maybe not. There's fewer stories. So if you are opportunities for jokes, I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:26:04 That actually is, you know, that's a little bit of disappointing feedback because you read the brief every morning. And it sounds like you're not enjoying it and that makes me sad. I'll put some knock-knock jokes in there for you tomorrow. Maybe. What's Lily-Pads take on the Iran situation? Let's ask her. Lily-pad. What do you think about the situation in Iran?
Starting point is 00:26:31 Yeah, I mean, I think I think that's a good a good solid take. Yeah, what are you going to do? She's like get that light out of my face. I'm trying to sleep. You dumb bitch. All right. So we're going to jump down. And as I said, if you want to read the takes in the brief, you got to go over and read it.
Starting point is 00:26:59 You can also have it read to you. If you don't, you're not much of a reader, you can have it read to you. Before we jump down to the next story, though, we are going, if I can find it, we are going to hear from another one of our incredible sponsors. Okay. All for processing. All right. Look, we spend our whole lives on digital platforms, but the things.
Starting point is 00:27:38 that actually matter deserve to be captured in the real world that's why we use word notebooks they've got standard memorandum a pocket-sized daily record to track your legacy year by year this actually sounds really cool the adventure log for documenting your travels and expeditions their standard bullet journals i love bullet journals it's a lot it's a commitment but does actually make your life better with a unique organizational system to keep your daily tasks sharp. Rumble sales, let's see. Oh, these journals are made right here in the USA. That's amazing. And they aren't just notebooks. They're high quality durable tools for people who value independence and want to pass their stories down, not lose them in a cloud. I like that.
Starting point is 00:28:27 Stop scrolling and start recording. Head to wordnotbooks.com and use the code Rumble 15 to grab yours today. I'm actually going to save that. That looks pretty cool. Yeah, so wordnotapbooks.com use code rumble 15. All right. So we are going to jump down to this was an interesting story. And again, if you want the take from the Badlander, which is Ghost, well, tune in to our show directly following this show because he'll probably give his take on this. He's pretty heated about it. Or you can head over to Badlands.com and read the takes. But for the article, Iran offers Europe safe passage if they expel Israeli and U.S. diplomats. Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced on Monday that it would grant safe and unrestricted passage
Starting point is 00:29:23 through the Strait of Formos starting the following Tuesday to any Arab or European country that expels ambassadors of both the U.S. and Israel from its territory. The offer was presented as a direct response to the ongoing regional conflict. Iran's deputy foreign minister, Majid Vajad Ravanshi, stated that Tehran's sole condition for halting hostilities is no further aggression by Israel and the United States. He noted that Russia, China, and France have contacted Iran in recent days, seeking to ease tensions and encourage de-escalation. separately, Ali Ljani, Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council warned that security and stability in the Strait of Ormuz are unlikely to be achieved while the war ignited by the U.S. and Israel continues. Larijani made the comment in reply to French President Emmanuel Macron's remarks about possibly sending warships to the waterway. And then, as you can see, you can see, ghosts take on that.
Starting point is 00:30:30 My take on it is, I'm glad that we secured the Venezuelan oil before, you know, this whole thing happened. I hope this war ends soon because it's stupid. And, yeah, I mean, brace yourself for gas prices and grocery prices to go up again. But President Trump tells us that it won't be for long. I hope he's right. That's my take on the story. This story, however, is one of the one of my one that I'm I'm kind of excited about because we're seeing all the best people freak out. Brian and I talked about this for quite a bit on this morning's Badlands Daily.
Starting point is 00:31:10 So if you missed it, go back and check it out. But DNC sues to see if Trump will deploy feds to election sites. The Democrat National Committee filed a lawsuit on March 10, 2026 in federal court in Washington, D.C., against the Trump administration's Department of Justice, Homeland Security, and Department. And you know that, um, please put, sorry, sorry, I'm getting, you guys are distracting me in the chat. Um, you know that I did not write today's brief. It is, uh, Burning Bright that wrote today's brief, but I didn't write it because it's
Starting point is 00:31:44 using the word democratic to refer to, um, the Democrat party. And there is nothing democratic about the Democrat party. And so I am, don't use that word to describe. them, but Bringbray apparently does. Suit aims to compel responses to 11 Freedom of Information Act requests submitted in October 2025 regarding any plans to deploy armed federal officers, troops, or National Guard personnel to polling places, ballot drop boxes, or election offices during this year's midterm elections. Is it me or is this them basically saying you have to tell us how your
Starting point is 00:32:25 monitoring what we're doing so we can understand how to get around how to get around it. That's how I read it. And I think it fits with Mark Elias' freak out that we played on the air this morning. We're running out of time because I got to end in about 15 minutes. So I'm not going to play that again because it's like a three minute clip. But you can go back and watch today's Badlands Daily. And we play Mark Elias basically saying, oh my gosh, every time they execute a raid on one of these offices, they learn more about what we're doing.
Starting point is 00:32:56 Yikes, yikes, right? This is kind of the same thing. Oh, my gosh, you can't, you can't. So the DNC is alleging that President Trump is trying to intimidate voters. I don't think that anybody actually thinks that's true, except for Trump-Duranged, retarded people. But the majority of Americans want real elections. We want verifiably accurate elections.
Starting point is 00:33:20 That is represented in things like 83% of the, the country being on board with the Save America Act. Now, the Democrats are still opposed to it. They're still fighting tooth and nail to stop it. Mark Elias is calling it like the greatest voter suppression effort in like American history or something. And why would you do that? Why would you die on the hill of not verifying eligibility to vote when 83% of the electorate supports it? well, you do it because it's existential.
Starting point is 00:33:56 The Save America Act is existential to the ability to manipulate and control and share the, the, you know, fake outcome stories of American elections. So it doesn't make sense. You look at it, you're like, oh my gosh, this doesn't make sense. Why is it that Democrats are so opposed to the Save America Act when 70, what was it, like 76% of Democrats and I think 73% of minority Democrats, So you can't make the racist comment anymore, right? The Democrats can't say Americans demanding voter ID is racist because minorities can't get access to ID.
Starting point is 00:34:37 Minorities came out and were like, eat every last dick. You're racist for saying that. And true, right? They are racist for saying that. So they can't really stand on that anymore. They don't really have a cohesive argument except to say that Trump is a tyrant who's going to try and take over the 2026 election and steal it to keep himself in power blah blah blah etc and we see that in all of this but but when you pause for a second and you go hang on this doesn't make sense
Starting point is 00:35:07 from a political calculus standpoint you realize this isn't political calculus calculus the democrats are not opposing the save america act and they're not freaking out about there being federal monitors at elections because of political calculus. It's existential. It's warfare calculus. They're trying to think steps ahead and they're freaking out. You can see it on all of their faces. They are, Joan says in the chat, they are panicked. They are panicked. You can see, watch Mark Elias speak about any of these issues and you will see panic. So why are they panicked? Well, because it's, so think about what we've been through since 2020 trying to demand justice and accountability and transparency into U.S. elections. We've been called terrorists.
Starting point is 00:36:00 We've been had our names attached to the KKK and other white supremacy type of things. We've been told that we're extremists. Remember Joe Biden and his extreme MAGA Republicans? I called it the red sermon that speech he gave back. I think that was like 2022, right? Anybody fighting for free and fair elections has been labeled a crazy person. And yet, because it's a little bit true, we are crazy people, meaning you can't intimidate as to make us shut up.
Starting point is 00:36:30 We're still going. No matter what they threw at us, we're still going. We're still going to fight for, you know, until we have them, until we have free and fair elections, until we have real elections with verifiably accurate outcomes that represent the will of the people, until we have. have real elections we're not going to stop fighting for them we're not going to stop calling out your tactics your your your sources and methods of cheating we are going to continue to push for this and you know what more people join us every single day mark elias is right every time they hold an election we
Starting point is 00:37:03 learn more about what they do and they have to change their tactics and when they change their tactics we see them more clearly that's the story of maricopa from 2020 to 2022 to 2024 And yeah, so I mean, in my opinion, we are at the best moment for from an election standpoint. We're at the absolute best moment because all the best people are freaking out, which is actually the thing that made me become an ardent Trump supporter to begin with. Because I've told the story many times. I held my nose and voted for him. I wasn't sure.
Starting point is 00:37:36 I thought he was a secret Democrat. I thought it was, you know, first I thought it was a troll and it was, you know, just and then he got the nomination. I thought he was a secret Democrat, et cetera, et cetera, except when he got into the job, he, for the first time in my adult life, started doing the things that he said he was going to do. No other presidential candidates that got the job. Did that. Actually did the things that he said he was going to do. Trump did that.
Starting point is 00:38:00 But more important, he made all the worst enemy. Freaks out all the right people. Makes all the best people mad. And that, to me, is the best. thing uh-oh the boss is here john says hey guys i'll be back on tonight and i'll be back tonight and on the show tomorrow so you guys will be happy to have your uh your regular your regular experience back but you know while he's gone all shows are why we vote now so this is where we're at it's either why we vote or a love story about doge which we did yesterday and i forgot actually to
Starting point is 00:38:40 pull up the Doge thing today. All right, John. I'm all discombobulated. 215 billion last updated January 1st, 2026. There's still no update on the Doge website, which is devastating and so, so sad. But also, we have Doge tooling, and we see people being rolled up for corruption
Starting point is 00:39:01 and waste, fraud, and abuse all the time. And I did. I did a Doge love story. Yesterday, John says, what the fuck. Yesterday, we went through examples of Doge's effectiveness. In honor of you, John. Yeah. So, okay, so I want to take, because we've got to end here in about eight minutes.
Starting point is 00:39:28 I want to show you guys this list. I mentioned this yesterday and some folks asked me about it. And you can actually like subscribe to this list. It has four people following it. at the moment, but you can subscribe to it if you like, and I will put the link to it in the chat. Yeah, let it go. There we go. But what I did, and I think it was like the either right before, right after inauguration day.
Starting point is 00:39:58 Yes, John, there are structural changes being made in the SBA and HUD and the SEC and in other Department of Labor is one. we mentioned where we're seeing the lessons from the Doge assessment lead to structural changes and how the government is run. You really should watch your own show. So this is the list that I put together. It's got 50 government, federal government accounts on it. And so every day I kind of scan this, which gives me a what are the, you know, we see, we hear a lot from the Speaker of the House or the Senate Majority Leader or
Starting point is 00:40:40 some of these committee heads, right? Like Comer or Jordan, Anna Paulina Luna will come out and, you know, say things on the on the television. She'll come out and say, you know, stupid things or provocative things too. I mean, she's the one that said when they did the Clinton press conference after the Clinton's testified before Congress and got all upset and Abby and I covered that on culture change too. She made some great mashups of both Bill and Hillary's testimonies, if you guys didn't see those. But Anna Polina Luna is the one that said she was pretty sure or confident, I think, that they were lying the Clintons because of the information that they have for the Clinton Global Initiative. And Jeffrey Epstein's involvement in the Clinton Global Initiative. And Anna-Pleana Luna is the one that says the provocative thing sometimes. Sorry, I have to do it.
Starting point is 00:41:55 I'm not going to mention her again. So in here we have the Coast Guard, another major drug bust on Operation Pacific Viper. I love these operations we're getting. Since Pacific Viper launched in August, we've interdicted over 200,000 pounds of cocaine. As significant transport of illicit narcotic. continues from South and Central America, our maritime fighting force remains focused on countering narco-terrorism and protecting the homeland. I was trying to come up with a Hunter Biden joke in there, but I couldn't get there quickly enough. Homeland Security touting the free tickets home.
Starting point is 00:42:38 We've got to, you know, self-deport. Self-deport yourself. It's now apparently up to $2,600. Historic CBP home deal we're offering today a 20,000. $600 exit bonus and a free flight to your home country. I don't know why we keep giving these people a raise to leave. Pretty soon it's going to be like 10K. Just round them up and pick them out. A lot of Homeland Security stuff today. Our hardworking TSA officers are again being forced by the Democrats to work without
Starting point is 00:43:13 pay for the third time in nearly six months. We're starting to see the effects of this shutdown more than 300 employees have left TSA. and more crippling staffing shortages are hitting major airports across the country. We could just stop doing the whole TSA thing. I mean, that was based on a bunch of lies and it's been really slow to unwind the lies, like having to take our shoes off and stuff. I mean, do we really need them? I would think that TSA is one of those government agencies that we could just hold,
Starting point is 00:43:47 you know, wholly get rid of. and return airport security to be run by the airports and, you know, the payments for that come from the airlines. I don't know, my opinion. This one was interesting. So I'll play this video in a second, but this guy, let's see if it's still broken. Yeah, it's still broken. So you can see here on this FBI post, the link that they include. And I told them this when I first saw this, I saw this, I saw this post. when it was six minutes. You know, the post was six minutes old.
Starting point is 00:44:24 It's now an hour old, but it's got a dead link in it. It's Operation Winter Shield they're talking about. And we'll play this video in just one second. But before we do, we're going to talk about Rumble wallet. They can freeze your accounts, shut off your cards, lock you out of your own money overnight. Banks don't protect you. They control you. That's why real financial freedom starts with ownership.
Starting point is 00:44:54 Introducing Rumble Wallet. Oh, okay. Nope, never mind. We're not. Okay. We're going to go back to the news. Thanks. Not sure what happened on that one.
Starting point is 00:45:10 Put this back in. All right. We're going to play the video here. This is about cybersecurity. Washington, D.C., is home to the people, systems, and data that underpin U.S. political and economic power, making it an attractive target for cyber criminals. Corporate espionage, impersonation schemes, and supply chain attacks are just a few examples of cyber threats that organizations in the nation's
Starting point is 00:45:47 capital face. Now is the time to strengthen our defenses and forge stronger partnerships. Visit FBI.gov slash Winter Shield to access our 10-step guide for safeguarding your information, protecting our infrastructure, and defending the homeland. Yeah, except you can't because it's a dead link. And, you know, a little bit weird, I think. There we go. And it's still dead. I just checked it.
Starting point is 00:46:19 Now, back over here. All right. Let's see. White House posts core inflation remains at its lowest level in five years as wage growth keeps strongly outpacing inflation and we're just getting started. Wages beat inflation by nearly $1,500 since President Trump took office, supporting his claims that the economy is turning around and doing more strongly than he gets credit for. And we have other things. So I'm going to put the link. I think I did.
Starting point is 00:46:53 Did I put the link to this list in here? I will put the link to it. You guys can very quickly scan the headlines of all the government agencies as they are making posts and whatnot. It makes it easier to stay important. You don't have to like, you can go read CNN or Fox News or, you know, tune into even Badlands Daily or, you know, the Daily Herald or the Badlands substack. and you're going to get a glimpse of these stories. You're going to get us quoting, if you're coming to Badlands,
Starting point is 00:47:25 you're going to get us quoting the agencies, but you can yourself go and scan what they're saying for themselves. And that's kind of a better way to do. I think for your own personal awareness of what's happening, it's good to look at original sources. And that's what we're trying to do. Okay. All right. Well, that is what we're, that's the show for today because I am starting another show with Ghost in exactly 10 minutes. We're going to be doing part three of Tekeby and the Jews. We got through about 45 minutes of the interview last week. So we have one hour left and we're going to try to finish it today. And we only have two hours. So it can be a little bit more fast pace than the other episodes that we've done that I need more coffee.
Starting point is 00:48:15 so I'm going to go get more coffee. Everybody have a fantastic day. I promise John will be back tomorrow. So, you know, you'll get back. I like being in the chat and being an audience member of this show. It is one of my favorite news shows. So I'll see you guys there tomorrow. And I'll see you over on the Rumble Chat for Tuckabia and the Jews here in 10 minutes.
Starting point is 00:48:38 With that, have a fantastic day. And we'll see you next time. It's real good.
