Badlands Media - The Daily Herold: 3/12/26 - SAVE Act Math, Iran Escalation, and Media Fear Narratives

Episode Date: March 12, 2026

Jon Herold returns to The Daily Herold after a short vacation and jumps back into the latest political and geopolitical developments. He begins by catching up on the news cycle, reflecting on how quic...kly narratives shift during periods of conflict and information overload. Jon revisits the debate around the SAVE America Act, analyzing comments from Senate leadership suggesting the votes may not be there to change filibuster rules or force the bill through, and what that reveals about the political realities inside Washington. The conversation expands into election integrity, the uniparty dynamics in Congress, and the ongoing war narrative surrounding Iran. Jon reviews media reporting about potential Iranian drone retaliation against the United States and highlights a White House response pushing back on those claims as unverified intelligence used to alarm the public. He also touches on energy markets, oil routes, and economic ripple effects tied to the conflict while discussing how polling narratives are often used to shape public perception. The episode closes with discussion about the creator economy and Rumble’s push to support independent media, along with a preview of upcoming Badlands events.

Starting point is 00:00:10 out of the Badlands. Explain those Badlands. That's a hell of a name. Well, good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to the Daily Herald here on Badlands Media. I'm back. I'm host John Harold, by the way. For those who forgot me, forgot what my face looked like. Glad to be back. So I know we didn't have a show Monday, but rumors that Ash did cover for me yesterday and the day before. And I'm just curious how that went. What do you guys think? think. A little too much positivity, I'd say. So I was a revelator in the chat. So glad you're back, John. I've had enough of this happy, happy joy, joy crap. Well, I will try to get us back on track. Who's this new guy? Who's this guy? You guys are hilarious. No, I feel great. It was so nice. I said
Starting point is 00:01:09 this last night on the power hour. It was so nice to disconnect, like actually disconnect. It's probably the most I've disconnected from my phone and the info war, maybe, maybe ever since I started doing this. It was really, really, really good. I wouldn't say I'm well rested because yesterday was such a long day, a little tired today and just early morning with the kids, getting off to school and stuff. But other than that, I'm feeling great in a good mood, good headspace. Try catching up on the news and it was very stupid, but I do have a lot of, a lot of tabs open. We'll go through some stuff. This is the new leprechaun you all been talking about? from oligarch to iatola yes i am the lotion iatola right now the show is definitely different but
Starting point is 00:01:58 ash did well that's what i've heard she always does well ash always kicks ass uh c s us b geocam good to see you glad you're well hope you're well i should say it's the dang time change yeah that's sucked too i didn't realize that was this weekend until i was down there in florida and man oh man that kind of kicked my butt he don't take vacation during war good to have you back you know i did take a vacation during the war and i took it at a right time too because the dhs funding and the ts a agents i didn't really have any bad experiences with the travel other than the long flight itself but flew into a small airport not like the main orlando one but like the one of leeching goes into sanford or sanford or whatever it is and it was uh it was pretty
Starting point is 00:02:48 easy kids had a great time and they handled the handled the uh the travels pretty well their first time flying keep moving john so we don't mistake you for a cardboard cutout yeah i i saw there's like memes going around about that what uh did i miss something with the cardboard cutout is there a story to that anyway yeah we'll talk um some election related stuff we'll talk about some save america act stuff which i guess is also election related we'll talk a little bit about you know i ran and the conflict there Let's see what other stories I got. Kind of jumbled out of order a little bit.
Starting point is 00:03:33 Oil prices, other economic stuff. I've seen a lot of polls flown around too. I mean, not that I care because poles are fake, but people trying to establish that narrative. What's up, Ash? This is the doom and gloom show compared to your rainbow positivity stuff that you allegedly did yesterday. California drone potential is such a boy
Starting point is 00:04:02 for being left out of the media. I did see that story that I ran as allegedly targeting or going to target California with drones or something. I think it was Carol Levit who came out and posted something asking them to retract
Starting point is 00:04:18 that maybe we'll look at that too. Maybe I'll look at that right now. Carolyn, let me pull this up quick. Oh wait, I didn't spell name right there we go hold for processing here it is share my screen here all right carlilovitz this is the story from abc news yesterday the FBI has warned police departments in california that iran wants to retaliate for american attacks by launching offensive drones against the west
Starting point is 00:05:00 coast according to an alert reviewed by abccdun duke turn turn uh colonel of it though posted this post in story should be retracted by ABC News for providing false information to intentionally alarm the American people. They wrote this based on one email that was sent to local law enforcement in California about a single unverified tip. The email even states the tip was based on unverified intelligence and ABC News left out this critical fact in their story. Why? To be clear, no such threat from Iran to our homeland exists and it never did. I would be more concerned about, you know, terror teams that snuck it through the border, then it would be about drones. But hey, if flying go-karts can penetrate the iron dome, who knows, maybe drones can penetrate
Starting point is 00:05:47 the golden dome. Spetzel, they put up a cardboard committee instead of him actually showing up. Where was that at? Where did they put that up at? Between degrees and rain and say that out. Yeah, it was like 85 degrees down in Florida, 80, 85. and I come back and it was like 30 and today it snowed. It just was very unfortunate.
Starting point is 00:06:23 Jay White 2020, do your yachts run on diesel? I hope not. You could lose your massive fortune. Well, I've already pretty much lost my massive fortune, so it's all good. But no, I don't, I had to sell my yachts and my jets and everything for the time being. Stripper pulls matter, Richard Ward? What has gotten into you, man? Yeah, we do have a new Ayatollah, though.
Starting point is 00:06:49 Apparently, Kameney's son. We talked about this a little bit last night on the power hour as well. Seems silly. Maybe we'll get into that too a little bit. But before we do, let's get a quick word from the sponsors of today's show. And first up, we got love litters. Change to my screen here. These guys are fantastic.
Starting point is 00:07:11 Attention, all you badlanders with purring pals and feathered friends, say hello to love litters. 100% pure kiln dried wood. free from chemicals and oh so kind to Mother Earth, no dust, no mess, and no toxins, just a lightweight solution as gentle on your wallet and even gentler in your home. Their biodegradable litter is crafted from wood destined for landfills, giving it a new purpose in your pet's life. Cats love it. Love litter's astonishing formula that works like magic to neutralize that notorious cat urine odor, keeping your home pine fresh and welcoming. And for bird lovers, it zaps moisture from bird droppings, crumbling them away, all while being safe if pecked at or ingested. And for rep,
Starting point is 00:07:48 and critters to their mixes crafted to dilute the pine set ensuring those little lungs stay happy and healthy plus every 30 pound bag of love litters will last up to six months saving you some money to transform your pet's care routine today is a badlandsmedia dot tv slash litter that's badlandsmedia dot tv slash litter and breathe easy with a litter that loves your pet just as much as you do all right do i have that looped did that even play did that video play guys just reordered love litters for the fifth or so time absolutely love this stuff that's from one with cats in the chat that's great new case i think iran is trolling us i think we're trolling them too i think i think we're the ones being trolled the american people the the people of the world are being trolled like the white house videos that they're putting out now are just ridiculous when it comes to like the the hype videos for the war so stupid let me show you some of these and you've probably already seen them But anyway, I'm gonna show them regardless. Here's one they put out this morning.
Starting point is 00:09:57 Did I even show the video there? Dang it. See, I'm rusty guys. I'm not to do this all again. Did the video play it all for anybody? No, great. It's a short one, so I'll do it again. You'll get the music.
Starting point is 00:10:14 I was bought my head. So like, honest question, who is the target audience of these videos? This is not the first one they've done like this. why do you think they're trying like why are they posting ridiculous video game videos like this you could take it as far as chris paul where he says well obviously the whole thing's just like fake and it's a fake war and so they're putting out fake videos here's another one from yesterday strike to claim it a strike to claim it i mean wars we're told a pretty serious thing isn't it and it it kind of feels like they're downplaying it a little bit maybe with some of these videos which that's fine maybe it's not a super serious war to be taken seriously
Starting point is 00:12:18 I don't know I'm just like throwing the stuff out there because I don't know there's another one they did that might be my favorite song of all time by the way the the Bison and the SU Bison the football team absolutely my favorite called football team
Starting point is 00:13:10 when you go to their games they play that in the intro like when the team's coming in it's just it's an incredible experience if you have a chance to make it to an NDSU football game I know that sounds weird. When there's all sorts of different football programs you can go watch, you've got to do it. The atmosphere is nuts. Now that they're moving up to, it's going to be even better.
Starting point is 00:13:28 Can't wait. Yeah, so I just, I don't know. They're hilarious. They're fun to watch. But like, what are they trying to accomplish with these videos? That's what I'm trying to like just process. And I don't know. I really don't know.
Starting point is 00:14:03 Oh, dang it. Jessica, I forgot about the YouTube copyright stuff. whatever i'm curious what you guys think if you guys have a an idea here's an else it is pissing some people off and other people are just absolutely loving it and cheering it on fake it till you make it cue awakening maybe all of north dakota watches indsu football on saturday i would go into the elks and dickinson it would be packed yeah um yeah it's just it's pretty uh It's just unique here. I mean, maybe that's dumb to say because I haven't lived anywhere else.
Starting point is 00:14:49 And you can probably say that. Everybody probably says that about their football team. But I don't know, just it's really, any issue football is something different around here. We don't have anything else. New case, where are the Ukraine war memes, though? But we're not in that war, you know? This is, this is our war. We're leading the charge.
Starting point is 00:15:08 We haven't had a war in a while where we were like the ones leading the effort. so obviously we got to hype it up Spencer NDSC moving up means no more championships that's what you think we're going to win at the first year we're eligible 2028 or something Kerr B says trolling narrative warfare could be trolling
Starting point is 00:15:33 narrative warfare for sure I don't know Moker this video is meant for the 20 year olds because it shows the seriousness in a fun way anything it makes to me it makes it seem less serious But regardless, we have one more sponsor, and then we'll start plugging away through the actual news.
Starting point is 00:15:53 And that is, actually, we got kind of two more. I'm going to wait a little bit for that one. Guys, if you haven't yet, you should get your tickets to Gart because we are having our first exclusive live stream immediately after the show at 2 p.m. Eastern. Right? Today's the 12th. It is the 12th. You can only get access to this stream if you are a ticket holder, whether that's in person or virtual. But I would highly encourage you guys to get your ticket either way. I'm not sure if we're going to do single days yet. We are pretty close to selling out.
Starting point is 00:16:30 But yeah, virtual experience. We try to make it as best as we can. It comes with access to a telegram chat group, which stays very active during before and after the GART. So get your tickets, guys. Badlandsmedia. dot TV slash events. I cannot wait for this conference. I will get to the other sponsor here in a little bit.
Starting point is 00:16:51 Tegretzky, do you miss the fighting soon name? I do. Scarfinger says, I agree, John, poor form. Kirby, it does seem to make a joke of war. Why? That is the question. Can you imagine, like the people, like initially when the war happened, I was giving a hard time to people that were cheering it on, right? The people who said, you know we don't want any more American involvement in foreign wars and they're all cheering on it and like can you imagine
Starting point is 00:17:21 those people sending this to their friends like oh look at how much ass were kicking with this wee video compilation of American strikes in Iran ridiculous no no no green ozone it's a childish glorification of war people do die
Starting point is 00:17:40 and there's no reset button it's kind of how I feel about it Angie Christ these White House ads are embarrassing and gross. I agree. I do love, don't get me wrong, I do love a good compilation video. And when we were bombing the boats that were coming over from Mexico or whatever, you know, those were hilarious and great. I love that they were posting those because it's pissing everybody off. And these are just a little different. I don't know. Speaking of narcotics and trafficking and stuff, did we get any major updates on the
Starting point is 00:18:15 whatever the shield of the Americas. Christy know him's super important new job and promotion that I was yelled at for downplaying last week. So I honestly haven't paid attention. I know they did their first, was it their first like meeting or conference or something? I don't know how it went. So if you guys have any,
Starting point is 00:18:37 any insight for me, I'd appreciate it. Such those pearls, says the diligent. You guys can disagree? That's cool. I love when people disagree. Okay, let's, uh, let's start cruising through some of these we got um no update on the doge website probably maybe going away on vacation they'd at least give me one thing and they didn't no update
Starting point is 00:19:08 uh gold and silver right now gold is at 51 38 silver at 85 i do not remember what it was at when i left so i don't know if that's up or down seems a little bit coin atlansmead TV slash river is that 70,000 spent hovering between 69 and 72 I was kind of paying attention to that while outside of town badlandscold.com by the way as well and then some news stories let's see what we got for you guys I'm going to go in order of like just as they appeared on the website and then we'll talk about a couple of them that I think are most interesting but the USA is opening its first FBI office in Ecuador to target organized crime I wonder what this has to do with the Shield of America's stuff.
Starting point is 00:19:55 United States has established its first Federal Bureau of Investigation Office in Ecuador, according to an announcement Wednesday, the new office is intended to strengthen cooperation with Ecuadorian authorities on investigations involving drug and weapons trafficking, money laundering, and the financing of terrorism.
Starting point is 00:20:11 Good stuff. Here we go. Remember a couple of years ago when Biden rejected Trump's executive privilege claim? Well, now President Trump got to give him a little payback, a little taste of his own medicine and rejected it right back. President Trump has rejected Joe Biden's attempt to assert executive privilege over documents sought by Senate investigators directing the National Archives to provide the materials to Congress. In a letter Monday to NARA, White House Counsel David Warrington said the administration does not uphold the former president's assertion of privilege covering records requested in four separate congressional investigations. That's a while.
Starting point is 00:20:50 Congress is doing that many. I wonder what happens. Like if they don't get those all done before the midterms, as it's tracking right now, guys, things aren't looking great for the midterms. Not that it matters because they're fake anyway. It's also stupid, but narratively in the narrative battle space,
Starting point is 00:21:07 the public domain, things aren't looking too hot and would not be surprised to see, what do they call it, is it a blue wave? Blue wall? I don't know. Whatever.
Starting point is 00:21:21 But do those to shut down on the investigations? I think so. Request involves Senate probes into claims that Biden administration concealed concerns about Biden's health and cognitive decline. Allegations that federal investigations targeting President Trump and his associates were politically motivated and questions surrounding the Biden family's financial dealings and potential conflict of interest. The letter references email accounts and his involvement in Ukraine policy
Starting point is 00:21:43 and his involvement in Ukraine policy as vice president while his son Hunter Biden held a lucrative board position at a Ukrainian energy company. You know, there's a lot of narratives out there that we need closure on. Closure is a good thing, by the way, it's healthy. You need closure. And some of those stories like COVID, some accountability justice, closure on that would be great. One of the ones I'm very, very interested in, besides like the RICO and 2020 election stuff, we could list a whole bunch from them. But I spent so much time digging into the Ukraine stuff and Hunter Biden.
Starting point is 00:22:20 I went through probably like 75% of those damn emails. I would love to get some sort of movement on that. I read through all the court cases and the documents and stuff from Hunter Biden when he was finally charged and indicted or whatever. And then the freaking pardon just all went away. All that work. Yeah, I'm curious. I want some closure on that.
Starting point is 00:22:43 And it is interesting that Congress is investigating. That still doesn't give me any hope that I'll get that closure from Congress, because Congress sucks and they're illegitimate. But yeah, whatever. The dispute began after the Argyz informed the White House on December 10th that Joe Biden had asserted executive privilege over the materials.
Starting point is 00:23:02 Orrington wrote that the claim is not justified, adding that executive privilege should not be used to block congressional oversight or shield records tied to Biden's efforts to imprison his opponent or business activities involving the Biden's family. Orrington said the use of the autopend during the Biden presidency, along with efforts to conceal Biden's declining faculties from the public must be fully examined to ensure similar circumstances do not occur again.
Starting point is 00:23:24 And you know what? If we had free and fair elections, they wouldn't occur again. But that is neither here nor there. Soft disclosure aside, I wish Fauci was the leprechaun getting eaten by the otter. I can agree with you, I think. CSU B, G.O. Cam. You know, I think what do you guys feel? Do you think it is better? Like, which, which form of justice do you like better?
Starting point is 00:23:49 Do you like the one where it's, okay, we're going to execute you? Like quick trial, quick death, quick penalty, all that. Or do you think they should suffer in jail on taxpayer dime for years? Like live and suffer behind bars forever, the rest of their life. What do you like? What do you like better? Nothing matter. I'm just literally curious.
Starting point is 00:24:14 Tom Arnold, 789, says I could do a better job on Epstein investigation and one day than FBI CIA can do in 50 years. Telling isn't it? It is. But I mean you're kind of barking up the wrong tree because I'm the guy who doesn't think the Epstein is I don't think the obscene situation is what we were sold it to be Did I miss something? Wait that John guys, but I guess I'm back new case I'm of the same mind Ramon They're panicked if they weren't panicking and appeared confident that would be a different story
Starting point is 00:24:50 What did Ramon say? I mean's would not be in panic if we had a problem with the midterms I'm curious what you're seeing that I'm not because I don't necessarily see them as panicked. I see them as just like doing their normal info war stuff. Bullshit. I think the one thing they are potentially panicked about, we talked about this a little bit last night, but was this. I think this is the this is the only way, without any actual election integrity, we don't know what that's going to look like. You know, we don't know if we're going to,
Starting point is 00:25:29 I don't think it's the Save America Act and I've been steady on that since the beginning. But whatever Trump decides to do, whatever executive action he takes leading up to the midterms, the one thing that they are actually concerned about is some sort of military interdiction in the election process, whatever that looks like. And here we go. The DNC has sued the Trump administration seeking records on possible federal agents at polling locations. DNC filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the Trump admin, seeking records on whether federal
Starting point is 00:25:59 agencies discuss deploying armed agents or military personnel to polling locations. locations or election offices, even though the administration has denied any plans to do so. The suit filed in federal court in Washington, D.C., claims the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Defense failed to respond to 11 FOIA requests submitted in October. Administration officials have said no such plans exist. White House Press Secretary Karen Levitt said she had not heard the president discuss any plans to place ICE agents outside polling locations, while former Homeland Security Secretary
Starting point is 00:26:29 Christy Noam, who kind of sucks, told senators, there are no plans. to station ICE officers at polling sites Heather Honi deputy assistant secretary for election integrity reportedly told election officials in a private meeting that there would be no ice presence at polling locations this year they're making it seem very much related to ice and like deportations and stuff but I would love to see it they throw out all those excuses you know it's voter intimidation people just don't know how to find the polls if there's people they're securing them that's stupid. Michael Lias is actually absolutely in a frenzy in every interview.
Starting point is 00:27:14 Isn't that just kind of how he always is? Isn't that just his normal operating procedure? At this point if elections are real, we're screwed, but they are fake, so relax. I like that. I like that Bay. A theater, Dave. Rebel Nader, Nick Fuentes telling people to vote Democrat. There's a lot of people tell them
Starting point is 00:27:40 to vote Democrat. I mean, if you look back in hindsight at this administration so far, the second term of Trump, you can see the ops against him pretty clearly now, I would say. Everybody was on team cheerleading at the very beginning. Everybody.
Starting point is 00:27:59 All of mega and everything, I would say Badlands. We were, we weren't, we were happy, but we were pretty steady, I'd say still. Like, kind of where we're at now, like still pursuing our path. But a lot of people were cheerleading, right? And then as things start to progress, you have people, I should almost make a graphic for this. you know i mean it's like if there's a if there's a line right we'll call it the the badlands i don't need think of a line what's the what's the name um oh shoot doesn't drive me now it's from how i met your mother episode but did they just call it a line oh whatever badlands were like
Starting point is 00:28:43 the the steady line across okay flat line and you had everybody up on the cheerleading part and then as stuff starts happening you have a group of people that just slowly start starts and these are the infiltrators, the doomers. They start going down to the other side, right? And they're all like anti-Trump now. This Iran war was a final, you know, checklist item that knocked a lot of people off. And there are a lot of genuine people out there, followers of theirs, of some of these influencers, like Nick Fuentes, who are very much anti-Trump. But this is how they operate.
Starting point is 00:29:20 They pretend to be something to get a following. they grift and draft off of Trump and his success. And then they bring in the followers and then lead him astray. You see that a lot. I'll have to work on my graphic skills, my visual presentation of whatever I just described there because that was really bad. Yeah, a lot of infiltrators activated. But you can see the op-by-op breakdown starting with the Epstein files and how that's all played out. Still no closure on that.
Starting point is 00:29:52 Probably never going to get it. That's by design. John, did you cover this from Boom Diggity for $20. Thank you, by the way. Did you cover Executive Order 12333 in your Devo series seems relevant right now? Is that the one on classification? Let me pull this up. Executive Order 12333.
Starting point is 00:30:24 The orders foundational document for United States foreign intelligence efforts between efforts to protect the nation from terrorism. Let me go to a federal register. Which, by the way, I haven't even checked if there's been any recent Trump stuff. I forgot to pull up the White House website. What is wrong with me? I had a couple things. Continuing to commitment to countering cartel of criminal activity.
Starting point is 00:31:01 This must be the Shield of America stuff. And then combating cybercrime, fraud, and predatory schemes against American citizens. Does this mention anything about when our government does it? Ooh Transnational criminal organizations I'm going to have to dig through this And we'll talk about it tomorrow So that's got the Jimmy's rustling
Starting point is 00:31:19 What was I looking up 12-333-3? United States intelligence activities Okay I haven't seen that report boom digity I'm going to check that out I want to be sitting here reading about it During the show John seems a little
Starting point is 00:31:50 Discombobulated Maybe Yeah my bad guys. Polls show the vast majority of MAGA still strongly support Trump and what he's doing in Iran. Yeah, I know polls are fake too. Is that what you guys are feeling in your day to day? That there's
Starting point is 00:32:08 like heavy support for this? And one way to show polls are fake. This is a good exercise. So you're seeing these polls about like support from Trump within his own party. Well, what makes sense of this? How do you make sense of only what would this be?
Starting point is 00:32:28 In the Republican Party, what is that, 80% 80% of people think the 2020 election is at cheating. That seems low. Like for Trump, Trump supporters, if you're mega, diehard mega, you're at 100%. There's nobody that's diehard mega that didn't think there was cheating in the 2020. And the reality of this poll, too, in my opinion, is everybody is aware that there is election like election fraud in 2020. I don't think that's, it's not as, uh, these numbers don't make sense to me, but it is
Starting point is 00:33:05 interesting that it's been pulled. They're showing 45% of Dems even allegedly think that. It's a good narrative prep here from Rasmussen. But wouldn't you say like the same people who support the war in Iran, the same percentage, it should be the same percentage for at least who think the election was stolen. And they don't even get that. I haven't seen any change among Trump supporters, party. registrations hard data still show are increases anybody still supports an effememic demon rat after the
Starting point is 00:33:45 shit show of a Biden is moron people have short memories though and it doesn't even matter about whether they actually support it it's what you can get away with in the narrative war that's and that's what election frauds and narrative warfare all about when you can steal elections all you have to do is be able to get away with it You don't have to actually win. You don't have to actually have the support of people to get away with it. You just need the apathy. And that's why the 2024 election, you know, they had to let Trump through.
Starting point is 00:34:19 That would have been a tipping point. And I think we lost the momentum we had at that tipping point. I don't think we're going to get it for the 2022 or 2026, whatever year we're in, those midterms. You know what I mean? John needs a vacation from his vacation. It's my first show back, technically. last night's show I guess was my first show back but I let BB do most of that I was just kind of there this is my first time hosting RR Hodi I'd argue most people don't care they're only voting for the free stuff they are promised yeah R2 Jones probably but by midterm something will happen we hope are you just talking about my um my chart with like the dimensions and lines and stuff two different discussions that don't cross over elections versus public sentiment they should be crossing over though because that's where
Starting point is 00:35:25 the battle is that's what happened in 2020 that's what happens with every election it doesn't matter what the actual results of the election are it's what they can get away when they sell it to us conch oh merit 15 all eyes on now if they sealed again they're gone how many times have we said that though I don't like that I don't like excuses that you have to use like six election cycles in a row There is no correlation between elections and public sentiment. Maybe. I'm going to create it, though.
Starting point is 00:36:16 I'm going to create the correlation. Rizatyr, something big could swing that momentum. Pardon me, feels like that's coming in the Stone Election Department. I mean, are they going to hang on to that Trump card forever? Yeah, I doubt it. Eventually, it's going to have to happen. We'd love to see before the midterms. And we do have a story on that.
Starting point is 00:36:42 Talked a little bit about this last night. Where are we at here? Come on. Find the story here. Hold on. I think this is it. Yep. FBI has seized ballots from 2020 in Arizona and Georgia.
Starting point is 00:37:05 And don't mind the clip here, but I am going to show John Solomon on Benny Johnson. Benny Johnson sucks. I'm aware, but it's John Solomon. Take a listen to this. Your take on Maricopa County, you're saying that what's going to happen is we're going to find out the Chinese had a major heavy hand in rigging election? What's your take on the grade yesterday in Maricopa? Yeah, it wasn't really right. It was a grand jury subpoena, but they grabbed the stuff.
Starting point is 00:37:33 There will be some cert for it's executed in the coming days based on my reporting. They're looking at, in Maricopa County, it's a very technical thing, just like it was in Georgia. Did you follow state law? Because if you didn't administer a federal election as it was supposed to be under state law, you can be charged federal. It's just about doing the right thing and following the law. But above that, not in Maricopa County, not in Fulton County. There is an extraordinary review going on by the CIA director,
Starting point is 00:37:58 the FBI director of the director of national intelligence, so Tulsi Gabbard, John Radcliffe and Cash Patel. They have found a body of documents that I think will trouble all of us and probably will have a profound effect on the Senate debate over the state of America Act. A lot of senators are sitting up there saying, I don't know if I need to vote for this, I don't know what the politics, wait a second.
Starting point is 00:38:18 When they find out that maybe voter identities in their state databases were penetrated by China and used in influence operations, that may change their mind. And so I think the debate in the Senate could be informed by what comes out in the next few weeks. Oh, fascinating. Oh, fascinating. I hate the word penetrated, by the way.
Starting point is 00:38:37 You know, like how some people just hate the word moist. My word there is penetrated. Just it gives me, gives me the ick. But yeah, I mean, some great comments in the chat here, guys. Let me see if I can find it. Phil Scarborough says, get the F involved people, do something. I put in a 20-hour day on Tuesday being a poll worker. I made a point to learn how my voting works in my county.
Starting point is 00:39:01 And I cannot agree with this more. This is why we have started the local badlands groups. Badlandsmedia.tv slash groups get involved in your local group, state level group, whatever it is. There's multiple, some states have multiple groups. Some states just have one. Some are regional. We've over 60-some groups in Badlanders groups in the country so far. And I know we just got one started here in North Dakota.
Starting point is 00:39:28 I missed the first Zoom call we were going to have, but I will be on probably, hopefully the next one. But that's where it starts. And we're going to start trying to maybe help people find ways to get active, like being a poll worker or whatever it is because we've got to do something. Local action, national impact. We can't just sit there. But regardless, everybody's area is going to be different.
Starting point is 00:39:50 Step one is getting connected and getting involved. So take that first step. badlandsmedia.tv slash groups. Start chat with people. Like-minded people. Don't have to agree on everything. But at least you make some connections. What else here?
Starting point is 00:40:05 There's a couple of other comments that I liked. I think John Solomon's been a bit of a rug salesman lately. Yeah, you know, I love John Solomon because for a while here, this second term, Trump term, or third or however you want to call it, he's been like the leading narrative center out of everybody. When it comes to documents and stuff coming out, he's got, sources within the FBI, the intel community, Trump administration.
Starting point is 00:40:31 It's probably Cash Patel himself. He knows when stuff's coming out. I think he got a little bit of ahead of himself with the Arizona story last time when Christine Nome was going down there. I think he knew that something was coming, Arizona related. And it wasn't then. But it seems to be now.
Starting point is 00:40:47 I doubt anything that comes out is going to have any impact on the Save Act. But it seems like they're bringing that to the floor now. Did you guys hear that? they're allegedly going to bring the Save America Act to the floor to vote on it. They're not going to do it in a way that will allow it to pass. None of them actually care. And the bill's stupid anyway. Where's that story?
Starting point is 00:41:10 This might be it. Yeah, here. Thune shuts down talking filibuster calls. The votes aren't there. Trump himself has called in the Senate to send the bill to his desk and even threatened to withhold his signature from any bill until the chamber did so. Senate Majority Leader John Thune on Tuesday appeared to shut down further talk of using the
Starting point is 00:41:29 Talking Philibuster to push through the Save America Act. A key voter ID bill that President Trump has endorsed. Keep in mind, he also said he can implement national voter ID whether or not Congress wants or votes on it. The votes aren't there, said Thune, one to nuke the filibuster and the votes aren't there for a talking filibuster. It's just a reality. I'm the person who has to deliver sometimes the not so good news
Starting point is 00:41:53 that the math doesn't add. up but those are the facts and there's no getting around it that means there's republicans ours that aren't going to allow the votes to go through but either i will we'll we'll see they're going to vote on it so we'll at least get the names it doesn't matter it's unparty these people don't want anything that can even give incremental success and changes not just to trump and his his agenda but to election security these people aren't going to be the ones to fix our elections It's not happening.
Starting point is 00:42:33 His decision, moreover, could have implications for the Texas Senate race after Senator John Cornyn and State Attorney General Ken Paxson reached a runoff last week. Paxson offered to drop out in Cornett's favor should he pressure Thune and other Republicans to get the Save Act passed. It's also dumb. NW. DPAH was fire last night. It was a pretty good one. Moist penetration. Girt. Yeah, that's another.
Starting point is 00:42:59 That one doesn't, isn't as bad for me. The word is, you know, I can. It's penetrated, for whatever reason. Just went training for absentee ballot processing, and it was enlightening, very tight regulations in Wisconsin. Good for you, Ramon. Local action is from Bay Theater today. Local action is commendable and necessary as long as the possibility of election fraud is part of the discussion. 100%.
Starting point is 00:43:31 Phil Scarble, meet with your local election commissioner and ask them to explain to you how things work, though you should be glad to explain it to you and how you can get involved. PennW. I met you at a Badlands Group in Lakeland, Florida, and my granddaughters with me. See, there you go. I tried to get to those every now and then around the country. Nice little excuse to, or if I happen to be in the area, try to coordinate with the group and do a little meet and greet. Kirby or John Solomon was told to deploy the message to throw people off. It's very possible as well.
Starting point is 00:44:14 Sunny Peach went to Minot Tuesday, Wednesday, first time in North Dakota. Okay, bye for $5. Thank you for the $5. But why were you in Minot on a Tuesday and Wednesday? Is it something with a job or with your job? Anyway, guys, this story. Curious to see, as I said last night, I'm not going to dwell on this too much right now because there's so little we know.
Starting point is 00:44:40 I'm curious if this is connected to the RICO case. The Maricopa County sees ballots and stuff. Is it connected to the Fulton County one? Are they separate? I'm just curious to the logistics on this. We haven't gotten any updates on the RICO Grande case in some time. Penetration is not an exit. strategy.
Starting point is 00:45:10 What's Oak's Secret Code? We're expecting to tell all. I can't, I can't tell you guys. My kids still have it memorized, though. That's the funny part. Washington state, all elections are mail on ballots only. Every election is rigged. And yeah, you know what the result of that is?
Starting point is 00:45:31 Is you get shit like this, where they approve a 9.9% tax on income above $1 million. If you stay in Washington, you'll pay a combined rate with the top income tax, 37% of over 46%. Washington will have the highest. tax rate in the United States. It's the millionaire's tax. They're rolling this out everywhere, or not everywhere, but the blue states are. California did it. A lot of the biggest businesses and wealthiest people are fleeing the state. I think it's great in terms of if you are a state,
Starting point is 00:46:03 a blue state, and you're trying to like implement your socialist agenda by doing stuff like this, people are going to leave as long as they hopefully don't bring their policies with them. But yeah, get rid of them. You're only going to further turn to your places into shithole, which sucks for the people there, and I have empathy for that. But eventually there will be some reckoning where there is some sort of fix implemented, and all these people will be held accountable. I do believe it. 1250.
Starting point is 00:46:40 Okay, let's, um, let's buzz through here. Because I'm trying to get out a little bit early so that I can send everybody over to, I guess I can't send everybody over because you have to have a ticket. But I need to get over to the exclusive live stream. So let me see what other stories I got for you guys. here. I thought it was interesting. Trump's talking about Iran national soccer team.
Starting point is 00:47:06 Random. He said any other posts. He says they should be welcome at the World Cup. Sunny Peach, I did submit for a travel nurse job there. I want to see the place first. People were friendly all but one. All but one. Am I the one? I wasn't in my not. Yeah, I'm not
Starting point is 00:47:25 that's a family that's west of my not, about half an hour. It's like oil field country up there. Bismarck. I like Bismarck way, better, but it's not terrible. Still North Dakota. Iran's new leader says key oil route will remain closed. This is straight of our moves.
Starting point is 00:47:45 Trump is going to be tapping into the strategic petroleum reserve, which is just funny because that's what Biden did. Obviously for different reasons. Biden did it to win a midterm election. Trump is doing it for the reason it was designed, but it will be interesting to monitor the hypocrites online and how they respond to it. Apparently there's an active shooter up in another one. Is this a different one?
Starting point is 00:48:14 Because there was a, like Delaware, or I don't remember where it was. There was some school this morning that I saw there's an active shooter. And now apparently there is another one. Reports of an active shooter and a car driven into a building at a Detroit area synagogue. Interesting. False flagging it up right now. Iran's new leader, Supreme Leader, Kamani Jr., or whatever,
Starting point is 00:48:42 saying the Strait of Removes will remain closed and it's his first purported message to the public. I'm not getting the behind the paywall, so whatever. Let's see what else. You know, there's a couple of the stories I wanted to touch on real quick. But I think I'm probably just going to end it on this note. Let me just look at a couple more tabs. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:20 Yeah, we'll end it there. I'll chat with you guys. I do have one more sponsor I want to get to real quick. And that is Rumble Wallet. Good friends over at Rumble Wallet. Here's a little scoop that many creators are talking about behind the scenes. It's actually one of the reasons I'm using Rumble. I've been using Rumble for a long time, guys,
Starting point is 00:49:46 because they've been really the only people to allow us to thrive and grow. They've been very supportive of Badlands Media. They've allowed us to say whatever we wanted, very much in line with our own mission of open debate, discussion, nothing's off limits, free speech. It's nice to actually have people who believe and support that. But they also are fighting for the creators to help us monetize ourselves. They're doing it more aggressively, I would say, than any other platform out there. And they're constantly working to make improvements and bringing more money for the creators. And this is another one of the ways they've done that.
Starting point is 00:50:19 They made a way to super chat creators so that we get paid. paid immediately and without any fees. YouTube and Twitch can take up to 50% when you tip creators and even Rumble Rants. Like they take a little percentage. This, this the Bitcoin way, the Rumble wallet, they don't take anything. It's amazing. The platform takes zero fees. I can keep nearly 100% of what you send us here at Badlands.
Starting point is 00:50:44 You can super chat with Bitcoin, Tether, USD or even Tether gold stable coins. The tip will show directly in the Rumble chat, which we always read. All you need to do is download Rumble Wallet on the app store and send the tips in your favorite to your favorite shows, favorite Badland shows. You can go to wallet.rundt.com or you can download the app directly from the app store for an amazing way to get rid of the middleman and help the creator economy here at Badlands. Shout out to Rumble for making this disruptive technology. I think they are the first to allow for for donating in crypto. I could be wrong on that though. PennW, how do you get guard tickets?
Starting point is 00:51:24 Badlandsmedia.tv slash events. Click on, here I'll just show you guys. Badlandsmedia.TV. I forgot the home screen here. At the top, you click on events. Bring you to this page. And you click on this image on the left here, the Great American Restoration Tour in Nashville. That'll take you to this page.
Starting point is 00:51:48 And then you can either buy your in-person or virtual tickets there. And yet, with that, guys, happy to be back. Sorry for the Rust. shake off but I'm gonna hop into that exclusive live stream for a little bit at least you have to go get my kids I have some other things I gotta get done but um yeah very excited to be back appreciate you all very much hit that thumbs up doing that favor YouTube takes at least 40 percent show the memes instead the live offered crypto donations before yeah but then they got really weird I think they kicked us off for replaying a Trump speech or something
Starting point is 00:52:27 and so we're like yeah whatever ms he mentioned the president of the senate thing with fans strong yeah guys there's a lot of um clickbait flying around with that story too i'm pretty sure that's not accurate i don't think that the president is just he's the tie-breaking vote maybe it's happened in the past like if they if there is no you know speaker of the house anybody you don't have to be a member of the house to be nominated so they could nominate jd vans to be speaker but he'd have to go through the process to be voted it's not like you can just automatically take on speak of the house
Starting point is 00:53:02 but anyway I'm going to get out of here guys and go over to the exclusive live stream badlandsmedia.tv slash events if you want to hang out with us over there and otherwise I will see you tomorrow at 1 p.m. Eastern right here on the daily herald you guys have a good rest of your Thursday that's real good
