Badlands Media - The Daily Herold: 3/13/26 - Iran War Messaging, SAVE Act Showdown, and the Justice Question

Episode Date: March 13, 2026

Jon Herold hosts a Friday the 13th edition of The Daily Herold, breaking down the latest developments surrounding the Iran conflict, election reform debates, and growing questions about accountability... for past political scandals. Jon highlights the contradictory messaging coming from officials regarding the condition of Iran’s leadership and the state of the war, pointing out how shifting narratives and incomplete information make it difficult to determine what is actually happening on the ground. He also discusses reports of additional U.S. military deployments to the region and the ongoing debate about whether the conflict could expand further. The conversation then turns to election integrity and the upcoming Senate vote on the SAVE America Act. Jon questions whether the legislation will pass and argues that even if it does, it would only address a portion of the problems with election systems. He also covers a new court ruling tied to the Maricopa County election lawsuit and why those developments may matter more than the public realizes. Later in the episode, Jon reflects on the broader question of justice and accountability, discussing frustration within the community over the lack of consequences for figures tied to COVID policies and election controversies. He closes by encouraging viewers to build real world connections with like minded people through local meetups and upcoming Badlands events, emphasizing that community and engagement are key to sustaining momentum in the movement.

Starting point is 00:00:10 of the badlands explain those badlands that's a hell of a name well good afternoon everybody and welcome to the daily herald here on badlands media i'm your host john harold and happy friday happy friday the 13th it's unlucky or whatever spooky um since it's friday i may do a call-in-show i may not i haven't decided yet i do have plenty of tabs to go through before we get to that point of the show we're going to talk a little bit about some Iran stuff, some financial stuff, some election stuff. It's kind of a lot of reruns. A lot of
Starting point is 00:00:58 same old, same old. But yeah, we'll see what happens. See how you guys are doing. Tiny boy says it's not unlucky for me. I'm curious, why not? You're always lucky when you got Jays. I mean, you lucked out getting J.C. You know that. You all
Starting point is 00:01:16 kicked your coverage. Oh, hey guys. Kyler Murray signed with the Vikings and I'm pretty sure we're going to win the Super Bowl this year. So pretty excited about that. Dib says, John, you ready for a Wild Stars playoffs? I mean, I want to say I'm ready, but Minnesota Sports, obviously joking about the Vikings Super Bowl.
Starting point is 00:01:38 The Minnesota sports teams never pull through for me. Tice says, because he wakes up every day. What else he has? Anything else in the chat that you want me to talk about? You just let me know. I'll keep tabs on you guys. But we're going to just jump right into it so we can maybe get to calls at the end. No update on the Doge website.
Starting point is 00:02:08 Silver is at just over five or sorry, silver is at just over 80. $81. Gold is inch and down towards 5,000. Bitcoin is at 71. And they're the sponsor today's show, River. Badlandsmini.combe.combe. I highly encourage you, as I always have, to five bucks a month, 10 bucks a month, whatever it throw a little bit into Bitcoin.
Starting point is 00:02:32 You will not regret it long term. Promise you. And then also if you're going to get a Bitcoin, you got to get a cold storage wallet, badlandsmedia.tv. Trasurer. Ken Cook's you, the real question is, how are you, John?
Starting point is 00:02:47 I'm doing well. You guys got to us. We might have you beat on the worst key you picked up in free agency. Didn't you just draft like Pennix or whatever? just have two left-handed quarterbacks now that's so weird so weird but i'm i'm excited about collar mirror man he uh with kevin o'connell in that offense i think they'll be all right
Starting point is 00:03:15 did you lose a bet regarding the vikings i mean probably always anytime i've ever bet uh for the vikings i've lost i made a bet with my friends i was like three i don't remember when it was It was a while ago, though, but they gave me three years. And this was back when the twins were, they made the playoffs a couple years in a row. They were young. They were looking good. The Minnesota Wilde, they'd just signed Kareel Kaprizov. They had a pretty solid team.
Starting point is 00:03:48 The Timberwolves were just starting to finally get good. I think it was right after or right before they drafted Anthony Richardson. The Vikings had Kirk Cousin. I was just like very optimistic about Minnesota sports generally. And so I made a bet with them. that sometime in the next three years, one of the Minnesota sports teams will win a championship, not including women's sports,
Starting point is 00:04:12 no offense to women or women's sports. And I did not win that bet, unfortunately. And I don't remember, they were supposed to, I said they could put whatever they want on a billboard, but they never did anything yet. So maybe one of these days,
Starting point is 00:04:28 I'll be driving around town and there'll be something up on a billboard about me. But anyway, Yeah, that's the bet. Man, you have a good memory of Fix Payne up for remembering that. Guys just can't not watch football no matter how fixed is. It's very true. You just can't. It's especially hard because my son is so into sports and so into football.
Starting point is 00:04:55 It's like, you got to do it. I want to take that away from them. And then did I tell you guys, I'm coaching youth basketball for my son's team? Apparently our team is terrible. I mean, I kind of knew we were terrible. But we obviously missed. the first game because we were in Florida and the guy who like directs the league did it for us and yeah he was not very impressed if we went in the games this year it's going to be because of
Starting point is 00:05:19 some epic coaching on my part walberg forge rumble needs to add tagging comments to the mobile app that is a great point let me let me write that down I'm surprised I don't do that already but I'll text those guys here after the show would you let your kid be a wwee wrestling fan without telling him. I never got into watching WWE. And kids typically watch whatever their parents watch when it comes to sports.
Starting point is 00:06:02 Spetzel says sports are a good analog for elections. Not fixed or fake, but there are instances of point shaving. I would argue that elections are a lot more fraudulent and closer to fake than sports are. That's a good comment.
Starting point is 00:06:22 Make sure they shoot left-handed when shooting a left layup. difference maker for the little ones totally agree with that right now it's just like getting these some of these kids never play basketball before and all of them that like they dribble with their head down and can only dribble right-handed and not i'm not a pat it's just bad my son's pretty good but he's gonna it's gonna be rough year but in bad coaching.com for some bad coaching tips yeah um not much on the white house website it is women's history month i guess I wonder what this even says. For 250 years, strong women have brought our nation to countless new heights and moments of triumph.
Starting point is 00:07:06 To this day, across every industry, women are champions of success, trailblazers in their fields, incredible makers of sandwiches, and models in their homes. Whether they serve our nation as service members, government leaders, entrepreneurs, or mothers, every devoted woman guides our nation's strength, prosperity, and way of life. Well, shout out to Trump RX, but I don't see a shout out to the vagusil that they have cheaper on there now. I'm not going to read the rest of that. Anyway, let's just start with Iran war stuff. There was a plane crash.
Starting point is 00:07:40 More Americans died, unfortunately. Six service members aboard the American refueling aircraft were killed when it crashed in Iraq on Thursday. The U.S. said the incident was not due to hostile fire, which makes it even more. unfortunate some sort of accident at least 13 troops been killed in the connection with the iran war so far when it comes to the new leader apparently we have disfigured him but we think he's still alive that's a weird message weird weird message i think um here's what pt hicks up actually said iran's leadership is in no better shape desperate and hiding they've gone underground cowering. That's what rats do. We know the new so-called not-so-supreme leader is wounded
Starting point is 00:08:33 and likely disfigured. He put out a statement yesterday, a weak one, actually, but there was no voice and there was no video. It was a written statement. He called for unity, apparently killing tens of thousands of protesters is his kind of unity. Iran has plenty of cameras, and plenty of voice recorders why a written statement i think you know why his father dead he's scared he's injured he's on the run and he lacks legitimacy it's a mess for them who's in charge iran may not even know got a love the mixed messaging coming out there was a story um oh man i have it somewhere in here no this isn't a trump i'll find that other story while you guys listen to trump say the same thing do you You believe he's alive?
Starting point is 00:09:28 I think he probably is. I think he's damaged, but I think he's probably alive in some form, yeah. What's your takeaway? I know he says that he's going to widen the war. He's going to continue to use this traitor for Moose as leverage against you to end this war. He's got underwater drones to stop any of the ships going in and out. What's your message back to the new Supreme Leader? Well, they've been doing a lot of talking, so he's going to have to put up.
Starting point is 00:09:53 We'll have to see because we are decimating them. We've knocked out most of their missiles. We've knocked out many of their drones. We've knocked out a lot of the manufacturing areas where they manufacture the missiles and now the drones. We're hitting them harder than anybody's been hit since World War II. Do you likely disfigured? I don't know. It seems like they're kind of guessing about the status of the new leader.
Starting point is 00:10:18 But speaking of more Trump comms here, he says, we are totally destroying the terrorist regime of Iran, militarily economically and otherwise yet if you read the failing new york times you would incorrectly think that we are not winning ranz navy has gone their air forces no longer missiles drones and everything else are being decimated and their leaders have been wiped from the face of the earth we have unparalleled firepower unlimited ammunition and plenty of time watch what happens to these deranged scumbags today they've been killing innocent people all over the world for 47 years and now i as the 47th president of the united states and killing them what a great honor it is to do so thank you for
Starting point is 00:10:54 retention of this matter. And there's this interesting story. I have no idea what this website is. It's like, I think it's Iran's website. But I just want to read a couple things because Trump was on with Brian Kilmead. Well, I wonder if I can even find the actual interview. I wonder if it's on YouTube yet. So hold for processing. Okay, it is out here. I want to see if I can find the part where he mentions regime change. Or did I just put that video. There it is. It's not it. Hold. for processing guys i want to see if i can find these actual quotes so yesterday the prime minister or the other day said it's soon to the iranian people it's time for you to soon come back and take back your country when the time is right and that time is soon there's also report that
Starting point is 00:12:24 israeli officials do not think the regime is ready to fall yet what do you say to the iranian people do you echo with the prime minister said their time is soon to take back their own country well you just mentioned to me a group of people that go around with machine guns and shoot them and they say, if anybody protests, we're going to kill you in the streets. So I really think that's a big hurdle to climb for people that don't have weapons. I think it's a very big hurdle. So it'll happen, but it probably will be maybe not immediately. Who's going to do that?
Starting point is 00:12:58 They literally have people in the streets with machine guns, machine gunning people down if they want to protest. Okay. So, you know, that's a pretty big, that's a pretty high standard to say I want to go in protest. Right. And so I would understand that. And I would think Bibi would understand that too. Are you standing? He didn't say you're doing it right now.
Starting point is 00:13:20 Time will go by. They're going to be in worse shape as time goes by. We're hitting them very hard. We have unlimited ammunition. Yeah. So regime change, it might probably maybe kind of happen, but maybe not probably right away. interesting stuff the messaging coming out of the entire administration this entire conflict has just been contradictory discombobulating i don't even know how many other words i can use to describe it
Starting point is 00:13:53 but that's just it and you know we say that we've decimated them we say they have no air force no navy no bombs left like all these things their leadership is completely gone uh there's a story where trump says in a g7 call that i actually Iran is about to surrender. Yet, even with all that said, we are apparently moving additional Marines and warships to the Middle East. The Pentagon is moving additional Marines and warships to the Middle East as Iran steps up its attacks on the Strait of Armuz. According to three U.S. officials, Defense Secretary Pete Hakeseth has approved a request from U.S. Central Command responsible for American forces in the Middle East for an element of amphibious
Starting point is 00:14:35 ready group and attached marine expeditionary unit typically consisting of several warships and 5,000 Marines that's a little concerning isn't it I mean I kind of got in a weird way I got shit for saying the other day that I think it's you know I'm hopeful that we don't have actual boots on the ground that's literally what I said I hope we don't have boots on the ground and people are like well obviously we're not going to have boots on the ground and maybe we won't not saying we will but this is a bad indicator i would say um and plus the whole straight of her moose thing if they don't have a navy how are they continuing to like mine and stop ships from going through straight of our moves i don't know just again baffling befuddling those are good words
Starting point is 00:15:31 lies are so obvious and pathetic yes they are lying to us which we understand to be what Trump always does, sciops constantly, and it is what it is. Spezl, from the start, Donald J. Trump's messaging to the Iranians is, we'll set the table for you to have the opportunity to change the regime. Carpe diem.
Starting point is 00:15:54 Yeah, I mean, that's great. I would love that opportunity myself here in America, you know? Not necessarily with Trump, but with everybody else. We know nothing, bravest. Absolutely. We do not. wellberg for it says we won't have boots on the ground except for the boots on the ground we knew we know nothing i just read that you already said they may be needed for escorting safe
Starting point is 00:16:23 passage of the straight i think we need to stand behind a president stop bashing why do you think you know more than our admin that's retarded because i never said i did and i'm also not bashing president trump such a weird like i've never seen this name before summer sunset um i'm sure it's I'm sure it's a sock account of somebody, I had to guess, but maybe it's not, maybe it's genuine, but it's funny to me how people come in and assign us positions of like what our takes are and then try to attack us over it when that's not our positions whatsoever. We're discussing the info war and aspects of the info war. Never once have I ever claimed to know more than Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:17:07 So I don't understand that talking point. I am standing behind President Trump. I support President Trump. Because I know he's doing sciops all the time and lying to us all the time, I cannot just blindly cheerlead and support everything he does and says. Otherwise, I would be vaccinated right now. Like you are summer sunset. So don't be retarded.
Starting point is 00:17:28 Think for yourself. Support the things you want to support. Operate based on your first principles. John, lately you bash our president. You don't realize what you say sometimes. That is not true. You are retarded. I bash you because you're retarded.
Starting point is 00:17:41 such a stupid take and talking point and that's what's so weird the truth i'm not even going to get into this right now it's friday any updates for garden november i'm hoping san antonio or austin so i can make my first one thomas times for five dollars um no updates yet i haven't decided we'll probably figure that out closer to deadwood but yeah i mean austin would be cool or San Antonio. Texas generally would be cool. Maybe. I don't know. We've been to Dallas a few times. If I go to Texas, I'd want to go to a different one.
Starting point is 00:18:22 But Austin, if you watch basis conspiracies like a month ago, there's like a serial murderer down there by the gay bars. And I'm just really concerned for Burning Bright safety if we do something in Austin. So that's probably off the table. We'll see. We'll see what happens. The real JJ14, before buying a virtual ticket, I need to know if there's a way to opt out of giving Alpha a
Starting point is 00:18:46 cut of my purchase. This is JJ from Plymouth, by the way, not a sock account. No, unfortunately, there's no way to opt out of giving people cuts. We refs share that. We pay our expenses, and then whatever's left over, we rep share. Way too many
Starting point is 00:19:04 haven't figured out how to question everything. Yeah, the blind support is just the blind agreement, the blind cheerleading, I'll never understand it. Never. Houston, a kid.
Starting point is 00:19:22 y'all's asses way too many haven't figured out how to question everything it's did i just read that am i losing my mind right now um it's it's not just that it's like we used to say that trump is trying to teach us to think for ourselves you know do we actually believe that or not because if if we do believe that then shouldn't we be trying to do that always of course the blind support you john don't blind support anybody you Jesus. DeBrich, you can disagree and question something and still support it.
Starting point is 00:20:06 Absolutely. The real JJ 14, okay, just so it's on the record, fuck alpha. I mean, Alpha is a cool dude? I like Alpha. Man, our exclusive live stream that we did yesterday was pretty
Starting point is 00:20:22 spicy. Gart's going to be a fun one. And there's been some other conversations we haven't even been having on air yet. Like yesterday we got into the whole voting thing and I had to duck out a little early, but I know G money and alpha were going back and forth for a while. It got a little heated. But there's a separate sub argument going on within Badlands.
Starting point is 00:20:44 So we're going to have a couple panels geared towards those conversations because it's going to be fun. 90% or more of what says is a sciop. I agree. The deaf support you too. Get it? I don't think that's accurate. Can you get BB to wear his leprechaun stuff on it? No,
Starting point is 00:21:13 speaking of BB on a leprechaun, let's play that ad real quick. Legend says on St. Patrick's Day, a beard without oil is just a chin with ambition. But a beard with soft disclosure beard oil, that's true treasure. Spiced vanilla,
Starting point is 00:21:30 naked, smooth as a lepricon's getaway plan. Soft enough to impress your barber, bold enough to confuse a baby goat. And this bore bristlebrush It tames your beard like it owes the crown coin. Every bottle is American made, which means when you buy soft disclosure, you're supporting six American small businesses. That's not luck.
Starting point is 00:21:51 That's capitalism with cheekbones. And while you're at it, try our mint-green deodorant, because even legends need fresh pits. Soft Disclosure, go for gold. Visit softdisclosure.com and use promo code tiny bright for 15% off. Becings. It's not been valuable by the FDA from a good enough apply to bundle biscuits. Get yourself some soft disclosure, guys. It's a great way to support Badlands Media and just get amazing skin and beards in the process.
Starting point is 00:22:21 Edgar Friendly 23 says I might not support going in, but I support everything, is that it has happened. I have no choice as my son is Army infantry and my own concerns. Yeah, I mean, I'd be concerned if I had kids in the Army as well. I know we had a ton of signups with Trump taking office and you know I just I want to see it resolved quickly but that's kind of my mindset too it's I didn't I don't want to be involved in a foreign war but now that we're involved I'm obviously supportive of how we're doing it and trust that Trump knows what he's doing while understanding that we're being lied to
Starting point is 00:22:55 about it constantly even the AI can't say bores bristle beardbrush it's a hard word to say dark is spicy enough that people start thrown chairs. I'll film it. I had that, it'll get that spicy. But what else? There's another thing I was going to show you about the Iran war, I think. Maybe that was it. Yeah, that might be it. We can look at a couple other things here.
Starting point is 00:23:28 Cuba and their president have confirmed that they're talking with the United States focused on bilateral issues. People were saying that Cuba's going to be next. that's going to run by the same template. Maybe they're now getting out ahead of some sort of regime change there. Miguel Diaz-Cannell, he was president, confirmed Friday that his government has held talks with the United States saying the discussions aimed to resolve bilateral disputes through dialogue and identifying problems between the two countries that require solutions. Confirmation is the first time. Havana has publicly acknowledged the discussions and follows recent comments from President Trump, who has said the United States and Cuba are engaged. engaged in high level discussions and predicted the communist government would collapse.
Starting point is 00:24:15 D.S. Canel said Cuba is willing to have these talks on the basis of equality and respect for both countries, political systems, sovereignty and self-determination of our governments. So that'll be interesting. Welberg Forge, I still don't support a war. If I were recalled, I would not go. Has there been any actual talk of a draft or anything? I haven't seen anything. The thing is, is it a foreign war or an elimination of a deep state war? That's the justification that a lot of people are. using. And I think it's, we can say that, but if we say that, we got to say it's speculation,
Starting point is 00:25:01 because that is still 100% what that is. Maybe it's likely that. I'd be willing to say it, but not with any level of actual certainty. Trump is finally finishing JFK's job. Could be, they're discussing bilateral issues like scissoring, St. Pete. That's a good one. the mainstream media is mentioning the draft yeah they're just trying to upset people leading up to the midterms i'd be surprised if if they actually implement a draft listing numbers are over the top just because i'm not a christian doesn't mean i don't
Starting point is 00:25:46 know evil when i see it the problem is i see this from misbehaving irishman is the fact that we do think for ourselves and most certainly runs contrary to many preferred narratives that many creators' reputations depend on. Yes. Many creators outside badlands. Well, not all of them. Some within badlands get upset when people think for themselves, too.
Starting point is 00:26:19 News is faking gay. Agreed. What else we got here? Maricopa County's... Maricopa Court rejects the county's bid to delay ruling an election lawsuit. Maricopa County Superior Court denied a request for Maricopa County officials seeking to delay a decision in an election-related lawsuit brought by America. the first legal rejecting the last minute attempt to alter the proceedings.
Starting point is 00:26:41 This is very interesting considering we just had an FBI raid down there. In March 11th order, the court ruled the defendants failed to establish good cause for relief under Rule 56D, noting the case had already progressed through briefing, summary judgment filings, and an evidentiary hearing where both sides presented evidence and cross-examine witnesses. Judge wrote that discovery deadlines had long passed. The matter had already been taken under advisement for a final determination. The court also addressed concerns that county officials were attempting to,
Starting point is 00:27:07 to influence the case, though actions outside the judicial process, through actions outside the judicial process, writing that its earlier concern that the board of supervisors was using extrajudicial subpoenas to affect the case was well founded, but will not allow this game, gamesmanship to interfere with or jeopardize the integrity of these proceedings. The order states, and in the court would not reward such shenanigans.
Starting point is 00:27:29 The court actually used shenanigans? That's amazing. I allow an additional material to enter the record. The judge formally denied the request for, 56D relief and an expedited hearing and said a decision on the merits will be issued in due course. America First legal filed two motions in the case on behalf of Maricopa County recorder Justin Heap, alleging misconduct by county officials tied to election administration. The filings claim the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and county attorney Rachel Mitchell
Starting point is 00:27:56 used county resources to oppose Heep's efforts to carry out his statutory responsibilities related to election oversight. Motions argue the actions amounted to retaliation against the recorder and raise allegations. of coordination by county officials in response to heaps election integrity efforts. I think that's, again, and I've said this a million times, one of the things I'm most looking forward to for whenever it happens in the future is the election closure that we should get and how some of these things like this get resolved. The brief talk, and the brief talks about the IDF soldiers were forgiven for raping Palestinian
Starting point is 00:28:43 prisoners. Is that true? I didn't read the brief this morning. That's awful if that's true, though. New case, lots of election fraud exposure moving in the background under all these headlines and other things at the moment. Yeah. That's what's exciting. Very exciting.
Starting point is 00:29:08 I think I have another election-related story. Something about the Save America Act. Yeah, we can talk about it. There's like multiple headlines on it. So let's just do this. First, we have Trump talking about John Thune. and the Save American Act.
Starting point is 00:29:33 Let's listen to this. I guess Senator John Thune's kind of at a log jam. Yeah, I know. Look, I think he's a wonderful person. I do. But he seems to be, not that he doesn't want to do it. He doesn't think he can do it.
Starting point is 00:29:49 And that's bad. I mean, how can you not get voter ID approved? How can you not get, you know, citizenship approved? Proof of citizenship. What's what we're asking? I hear you. That's all we're asking for. And then this is from the National Pulse.
Starting point is 00:30:03 Thune will let Dems kill Trump backed Save America Act next week. Senator Majority Leader John Thune announced on Thursday that the Save America Act, a voter ID bill backed by President Trump allegedly. I think that's some sci-operary right there. But it will be brought to the Senate floor next week. The legislation requires proof of citizenship to register to vote and photo ID to cast a ballot. while Thune claims he supports the legislation, which Trump and the mega movement strongly support, he has rejected calls to change the Senate filibuster rule to ensure its passage, citing potential unintended consequences,
Starting point is 00:30:38 and he's willing to attempt to pass it using a talking filibuster, meaning it's almost guaranteed to fail. Sorry, he's unwilling to use the talking filibuster. Speaking from the Senate floor, Thune stated, I can't guarantee an outcome on this legislation, but I can guarantee that we are going to put Democrats on the record. Not that any of these people care about being on the record about anything because there is no actual ability for us to hold them accountable because of our fraudulent elections. I'll just throw that out there. The House advanced the Save America Act last month on a mostly party line vote. I want to skip down to the end here.
Starting point is 00:31:13 Senator Mike Lee, who introduced the bill and other proponents have pushed for a return to a standing filibuster to allow for its passage with a simple majority. Meanwhile, Anna Palina Luna, suggested attaching the legislation to a must-pass bill, such as the reauthorization. of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. That is not a must-pass bill, by the way. President Trump has pushed election reforms hard ahead of the 26. Mid-term's calling for voter ID requirements and threatening to veto other bills until the Save America Act has passed. It must be done immediately.
Starting point is 00:31:41 It supersedes everything else. Must go to the front of the line, Trump declared on a truth social post on Saturday. And then this is from just the news with landmark voter ID legislation in limbo, gridlocked in Senate, Americans don't seem to care. In the midst of President Donald Trump's high-stakes ultimatum to freeze all congressional business until lawmakers pass his revamped Save America Act, demanding strict voter ID, proof of citizenship, and curbs on mail and ballots. A fresh napolitan news service survey finds a glaring irony.
Starting point is 00:32:16 Less than one quarter of registered voters appear to have a clue of what the legislation actually is. Only 23% of voters can accurately describe the act. Not that polls are real, but it's funny because I believe it. It's probably less than that in all reality. But I do think it's funny that Trump is threatening to pause signing of any legislation when Congress hasn't actually done any meaningful legislation anyway. Like don't threaten them with a good time, Trump.
Starting point is 00:32:45 Have you guys gone recently to see what they've passed? There have been 79 bills signed into law. So far this term. And they're all mostly retarded. Semi-Quincennial Congressional Time Capsule Act. Disapproving the action of the District of Columbia Council and approving the DC income and franchise tax conformity and revision temporary amendment act of 2025. There's some appropriation stuff.
Starting point is 00:33:15 Bankruptcy Administration Improvement Act. Recognizing one-time arrangements for the National Mall. Congressional disapproval of coastal. Bureau land stuff, Great Lakes fishery research authorization. Not that I'm advocating for Congress to be passing more laws, by the way. I don't care. But they haven't passed anything really actually meaningful. They haven't done anything to support Trump's agenda.
Starting point is 00:33:42 So Trump's saying that, I mean, kind of a sigh up. I don't think he wants to pass anyway. But I think it's funny. They're spending more of our money, the bills. Yes, it's all they do. Sixth Pact, I'm from Mass and texting as I follow a cop. Balzy. That is balzy, Maggie. Bay 3 Dave. So the past Save America Act, then machine
Starting point is 00:34:12 fraud still happens. Dems, well, there's no reason to look into it because elections are now secure. Yep. Very retarded. Freeze business, how will we tell? Do nothing, Congress. Yeah. I think Trump is aware, obviously, that this bill is no good. Not enough. And if anything, we'll
Starting point is 00:34:38 placate people. I mean, we've talked about this, and we will continue to talk about this as it happens. But, yeah, next week, it'll be brought to the floor. whole bunch of social media influencers that call themselves elected officials will get their talking points out it'll ultimately not pass and then that's it's probably after it doesn't pass that i would expect trump to do something you know with some sort of executive action executive order i don't know be challenged in court it'll be fun times ahead guys with the election stuff
Starting point is 00:35:11 uh what else do i got um talk about that Remember how me and Chris Paul were saying on a power hour a couple days ago or weeks ago that in the lead up to the war, they were trying to frame Vance and Tulsi Gabbard as the anti-war voices. There were multiple stories about that. Well, Politico came out with another article highlighting Vance again. Vance was skeptical voice in White House on Iran strikes. This is a uniparty tactic, guys. They are, again, trying to frame Vance as the logic. replacement and trying to save his reputation from people who don't agree with what
Starting point is 00:35:56 Trump is doing right now and just make sure you see through that shit I'm still not a hundred percent sold on on Vance man I don't know if I have any other stories I do think this is funny okay polymarket they say that Democrats now projected to seize control of both chambers of Congress this November I love how they say polymarketing calls she are like somehow predicting what's going to it's just people betting on what they think is going to happen it doesn't actually have any meaningful
Starting point is 00:36:32 forecasting ability or insight I'm going to start putting the link to join the show if anybody wants to call in say anything hang out for a little bit put in the chat here nothing off limits you guys can talk about whatever you want
Starting point is 00:36:53 got it pinned in the chat and I'll post it in the YouTube chat as well for my YouTubers oh we had this too fourth quarter GDP revised down to just 0.7% growth. January core inflation was 3.1%. GDP rose a seasonally and inflation adjusted annual rate of just 0.7% in the fourth quarter, according to a Commerce Department revision. The first revision of the GDP was a reading was a sharp step down from the previous estimate
Starting point is 00:37:29 of 1.4% and well below the Dow Jones consensus forecast of 1.5%. Economically, you know, even for us, December's traditionally a low month. But, But it was strangely low. But I mean, it's been trending that way. Every December, all the companies who sponsor and advertise, they don't spend much in December. And obviously, rants go down in December as well. People are holiday shopping.
Starting point is 00:38:04 Loving the Rumble shorts now for sharing. Yeah, that's pretty cool. And they keep featuring us on the Rumble shorts, which I think is awesome as well. Yeah, look at this. We're always like one of the main ones up there. And maybe that's just my rumble showing me that. But every time I click on shorts, Badlands Media is up there.
Starting point is 00:38:29 Diagee in the chat from Twitter says the fact that they are saying the U.S. doesn't have to have the rules put in place that our imperative for honest voting proves without a doubt we are under a dictatorship. I wouldn't say we're under a dictatorship, but we're definitely captured. Oh, we got Elf Boy. See what Elf Boy has to say. What's up, Elfoy? How are you doing, man? Pretty good. Joe.
Starting point is 00:38:55 What are you? You know, Badlands Media C-O-O. I love that. Yes, self-appointed, by the way. Hey, we all are. We're all co-founders around here. We're all self-appointed. How are you doing, man?
Starting point is 00:39:06 Are you home from the hospital? I'm home. I'm doing great. I appreciate everyone's love and prayers. Saturday night, God put his hands on me and flipped everything around. sent me on Monday. That's awesome, man. Happy to hear that. We've been praying for you. I wanted to call. Yesterday, I think you
Starting point is 00:39:25 asked a question to chat. What we should do with all these human traffickers, Fauci's gates and stuff. Oh, yeah. And you can rotten prison or execute. Yeah. My thought on this is, why can't
Starting point is 00:39:41 we use these people for human testing? You know what I mean? Interesting. that you know what I mean we got to flip their karma around either than do go ahead uh that's interesting you go ahead and I'll I'll say my comments for the end okay and I just you know we got to flip that bad karma around so if we could use them to test vaccines test different here's that if yeah if it works great you live on for another testing if not we didn't need your ass around anyway thank you for your service
Starting point is 00:40:15 have a good day we can move on with life Just my idea. I bet people would be on board with that, you know, the eye for an eye type thing. I personally, I don't think I'd be a fan of, of like, torturing people even though, like, they've done that and worse to us. I've never been a big eye for an eye kind of guy, but. You know what? Neither am I. But with all, I mean, think about Fauci and Gates, just those two alone.
Starting point is 00:40:42 How many souls and lives have they destroyed? Oh, so many. You know, but if we can use them for one test, one clinical trial, and we can get something proved either good or bad, it's for our benefit. And we can flip that bad karma. Yeah. You know, I think if I had to pick myself personally, like these people are proven guilty of the crimes that we think they're guilty of.
Starting point is 00:41:06 Absolutely. I don't want to spend taxpayer dollars on keeping them alive forever, even though I could argue that's probably the better form of punishment is just making them sit and suffer in like solitary for the rest of their lives. I'd rather just get it over with and get it. You know what? I'm there with you too because I wholeheartedly believe yes. And think about what you did and that for, you know,
Starting point is 00:41:29 but then too, if we can turn it around to make it help us. You know what I mean? Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I get what you're saying. I get what you're saying. I bet there are people that be on board with that. Right on.
Starting point is 00:41:40 Well, that's my two cents. That's what I want to call. Well, appreciate you calling in. It's good to hear your voice. I think this is your first time calling in, isn't it? Yeah, and you know, actually, Mr. Patel Patriot, I've been following you for, since you was with your old baby mama, long time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:57 Yeah, long time. If you remember when you first started Rumble, there was me, Elfoy Productions, North Carolina gal and whiskey girl. That's right. Every show, dude. Every show. That's right. Yeah, I mean, man, I started that in my basement of my old house back in, I
Starting point is 00:42:15 I think my first video was like September of 2021 or something. Long ago. Yeah. Keep up. Appreciate you, man. Appreciate the sport and sticking around. Absolutely. Awesome.
Starting point is 00:42:32 Yeah, I forgot to ask that question yesterday. I'm sure there's a lot of people that are very creative with that stuff. To me, it's just like I don't want to waste any money on these people. I want as little tax dollars as possible. Let's just get it over with. We do have a YouTube super chat. I don't think I've had a YouTube super chat in a while because we were banned for so long. But Debbie O Texas Virgo says come to Houston or San Antonio.
Starting point is 00:42:55 I want to think about that. If we go to San Antonio, I'd probably have to bring my son with because he is a huge fan of the Alamo story. Yeah, a lot of people were there at the beginning. You guys are great. Anybody else can feel free to call in, by the way. Otherwise, I'm just going to hang out, talk about whatever you guys want to talk about. Isn't Fauci teaching an ethics class at Columbia? there's no way that's true I'm gonna look that up Anthony Fauci is not listed as teaching an ethics course he has been appearing there as a high-profile guest in the bioethics program
Starting point is 00:43:38 cheese that is something else Houston only in March or April otherwise it's too hot and humid you've been warned yeah for us it's more mostly like cost cost is going to be what determines where we go this kind of is what it is I cannot believe this bioethics fireside chat with Anthony Fauci look at this shit
Starting point is 00:44:17 recent discussion at the school of professional studies offered insights into a story career reflections on the state of public health and a resounding message throughout evidence is what counts man doesn't it feel like we're further away from
Starting point is 00:44:37 justice and accountability on the COVID stuff than we've like ever been Like if they're not looking into it with the Rico Grande case, is anybody going to be looking into it at all? I mean, that's one too. Like I always say that the economic stuff is going to be what could wake everybody up. But shutting down the entire world and forcing them to wear masks and get vaccines, that could also be a way to spark a little awakening. COVID stuff takes longer because other countries are taking the lead, John. What other countries are taking the lead on that?
Starting point is 00:45:23 Brand 84. Bill Gates, one of Maricopa County supervisors, is teaching at ASU, see none of these A-Holes held accountable. Yeah. Walberg Forge, we have to have actuals and not more stories soon. I would agree. Well, like,
Starting point is 00:45:50 what would we know about ethics? I guess I don't know. Anthony Fauci should be in hiding right now. Does not podcasting. I told me, boy, the justice rug is something I'm still on. Election rug and justice rug, how long can I stay? That's the question right there. I think that's the rug most people are on, even if just subtly.
Starting point is 00:46:10 There's very few people not at all on any rugs. Even if you say you're not in any rugs, everybody's on at least a partial rug where it's like in the back of your head, you believe that we're going to get some sort of tangible in a certain area, whether that's election fraud, justice, accountability for COVID, whatever it is. And how long can we go? at what point does it become impossible to stay on those rugs? That's the question.
Starting point is 00:46:43 Lulberg Forge says, I can't stay after another midterm. I think there's a lot of people that would agree with that. I think skeptical I'm on a rug factory. When you go wood floors only? H.R. B. L. Amman says, I'm starting to believe we're heading more to a French Revolution justice. Yeah, that's the thing. I don't think Trump would want that.
Starting point is 00:47:25 allow it to get that far. But we need that kind of fire in people's stomachs to get the change we need, I think. Not the actual actions of it, but when the rug is woven with deceit and lies, it's bound to unravel.
Starting point is 00:47:46 Principal Vision, we could use those people and pedophiles as slave labor to help pay down the debt instead of paying illegals. Pay them. A lot of these people, they don't seem like they be very good. Labor. PJG Deepwater, I'm on the justice rug without hope.
Starting point is 00:48:04 I don't know if I can keep on. There's a lot of people in that mentality too. And the one thing I would say, if that is, you know, if you're dependent on some form of, and I'm not necessarily saying this where you're doing, I'm kind of paraphrasing, but if Hopium is the only thing that is keeping you, like, engaged, you got to make, that's like destined to fail. You got to make a change. And the one thing I could say that I would write up.
Starting point is 00:48:33 recommend doing and I don't know if this is the right answer but this is like what I go to is get connected and involved and get together with like many people in your area so these guards are so fantastic because when you actually get face to face with people and build those relationships and have those discussions everything just seems like it's not just hoping anymore it becomes real it becomes like there's tangible there's you are meeting actual people that want the same things as you that they want the justice they want the accountability they want to get involved they want to help and do something and you're just figuring out together so yeah the there are rugs that maybe we're all a
Starting point is 00:49:19 little bit too hopeful we'll we'll be getting that we may never get but you can withstand every rug pull possible if there's somebody there to catch you and that's what badlands community is all about get together with some like-minded people in case you realize how not a lot alone that you are. Yep. And even if you can't meet in person, the next best thing is the virtual ticket, the virtual group chat. Yeah, badlandsmedia.tvs.tvs.combe.combe, slash groups. Even if you don't do the virtual ticket or come to a guard, there are people in your area that are hanging out, talking, chat, figuring stuff out. PJG Deepwater. I'm in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. No other badliners up here. It's discouraging. I met you in Plymouth,
Starting point is 00:50:16 John. Okay. Yeah. Well, hey, you can start your own bad. lander group and you don't have to do it with just bad landers there might be other people that are looking like in the area and like oh there's nobody else up here i guess but just start something yourself to start getting a couple of your friends together maybe go to a bar a church a town hall meeting or something and put a flyer like hey zoom call just looking for people to stand on the rug with i don't no my being if i have one rug to stand on i hope our elections get fixed yeah that's um that's the one that i think is probably the most important hr b l amon so you have have to have have telegram for badlands meetups you know most people use telegram but you can you can figure
Starting point is 00:51:09 it out however you want like if you just join a telegram group and if you guys want to go group text or email or some other chat i don't care we don't necessarily dictate how people do it Telegram just seems to be the easiest. That's where most people are. Debb, O Texas Virgo says, where are the like minds in Houston, Texas, or Sugar Land? Events, help. Go to badlandsmedia.com. TV slash groups,
Starting point is 00:51:31 fill out the little form, and they will connect you to other people in your area. And obviously, the more people that do that, the easier it'll be for people to connect to each other. Highly encourage you to do it. You'll wind up with a load of Fox News people, and that's fine.
Starting point is 00:51:50 They exist too. They're Americans too. Some of them might have some good ideas. And you can wear them down. What are you going to call this movement, John? Badlanders movement, the co-founder movement. Meetups will we post on the Badlands event page. Look there and attend your local meetup.
Starting point is 00:52:13 No telegram needed. That's another great way to do it. Looks like there is a Houston group in Telegram. And people don't have to, you know, I've gotten this in the past. Like there was somebody who was like super upset. at something I said and didn't like Badlands anymore or whatever and or they fell for some of the ops and didn't want to support Badlands. There are people that like actively hate Badlands that go to Badlanders meetups and are participating in those groups. And you know what? It as much as it sucks and
Starting point is 00:52:42 I'm like you guys are ridiculous and retarded and hypocrites and liars and whatnot. I still think it's you know, acceptable for people to get together. Even if they're just trying to steal our audience and subvert us the whole time. Most of the people recognize it. But you don't have to It's not a requirement to watch or support or like Badlands Media to attend these groups and chat in these groups. So invite your friends. The more people in those groups, the better. Kelly Oak says, go to see the Melania movie or the Chosen Movie and talk to people in the theater. I promise you will feel better.
Starting point is 00:53:19 It's all about those connections, guys. Make those connections. Not the New York for quite some time. Bravest, you could host. The Bunny says there are so many groups everywhere. Just fill out the form and your admin will figure it out for you. Keith O'Hagan. Keith though Higgins, I miss him.
Starting point is 00:53:45 It's one thing I'm looking forward to about Lent being over is him getting back. Alani is free with Amazon Prime now. I didn't know that. I don't have to watch that. What does it take to be a host, John? All you have to do is choose a location, like a restaurant, and then pick a time, and then people show up. You tell people and they show up.
Starting point is 00:54:23 Maybe you have some name tags. Ty says, people don't like me when I call them out. about trying to steal audience away yeah they sure don't do they but they do it they try pretty sure keith is there just abstaining from the chat yeah and then once you um schedule a meetup just get it to us get it to the website there's a place on the website you can send an email in and um we'll get it up on the website for you anyway guys um doesn't look like i have more calls coming in i'm probably gonna wrap it up here i'll be back on only lance tonight so sure that should be a good time
Starting point is 00:55:17 Oh, by the way, Sunday I'm launching a new series on Badlands. I don't know what time yet, and it may end up being pre-recorded this week. Some weeks it will be pre-recorded just because of my schedule with my kids. But it's called America First Stories, and I am going to be having conversations with people who have sponsored Badlands Media throughout the years and do sponsor. The reason I'm doing it is because I don't want to make it an infomerate. commercial, you know, but we have some really cool sponsors with some really cool stories and like why they got involved and got into, um, you know, not just their business, but supporting the movement and supporting Badlands and some really cool backstories.
Starting point is 00:56:02 And I want to tell those stories to people. And eventually, you know, once we get through all the Badlands sponsors, we'll probably branch out and find other just really cool America for stories. But, um, it's just going to be an interview show, me interviewing somebody every, Sunday it probably won't be like a super long interview half an hour to an hour but I just want to highlight the sponsors that we got
Starting point is 00:56:25 and tell their stories and do it in a way that isn't just trying to sell you product all the time because I think some of these businesses and people once you understand who they are and what they're about and why they're doing what they're doing it it makes supporting badlands and our sponsors that much easier so will that'll be Sunday
Starting point is 00:56:44 I haven't decided what time yet, but it'll probably be like early afternoon, maybe like a noon time frame, and then after that we'll do the Badlands Gaming. I got to have my kids this weekend, so I don't know exactly yet, but I'll announce it and put it on, put it on Twitter and the socials and talk about it. Maybe it's not an only lens and whatnot.
Starting point is 00:57:09 So anyway, guys, appreciate you tuning in. Hit that thumbs up and I will see you, all next time I see you, which will be tonight at 10.30 p.m. Eastern on Onlylands. You guys have a good rest of your Friday to 13. That's real good.
