Badlands Media - The Daily Herold: 5/13/26 - FBI Probes Wisconsin 2020, Arctic Frost Memos & Iran Renamed
Episode Date: May 13, 2026Jon Herold comes in Wednesday with a full show and a story that has him reaching for the electoral college map. The FBI has opened a preliminary investigation into Wisconsin's 2020 election, and Jon w...alks through the math live: flip Georgia, flip Wisconsin, flip one more state, and the "not enough fraud to change the outcome" argument collapses entirely. The Arctic Frost memos reveal that Biden's FBI secretly preserved all Trump prosecution evidence until 2030, explicitly leaving the door open to revive charges the moment a Democrat takes the White House again. Trump is in Beijing with a delegation of A-list CEOs for the Xi summit, and Jon breaks down why Bill O'Reilly's source claiming a Taiwan-for-Iran deal is in play actually makes strategic sense regardless of whether you like Bill O'Reilly. Inflation is getting worse with the producer price index up 6% over the past year, Operation Epic Fury just got renamed Operation Sledgehammer, and Jon explains why that name change is a War Powers Resolution technicality designed to reset the congressional authorization clock. He also plays his own tax accountability compilation clip and explains why asking your elected representatives to justify taxation is not a radical act.

The Badlands, what are the Badlands?
Explain those Badlands.
That's a hell of their name.
Well, good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to the Daily Herald here on Badlands Media.
Your host, John Harold.
I hope you all are having a great Wednesday so far.
Hump Day.
China, I was about to say China's over in Trump.
Trump is over in China right now.
The whole bunch of business leaders negotiating some stuff.
probably talk about that a little bit.
We got an election story.
We'll get into the whole Thomas Massey thing.
I don't know.
Everybody's freaking out.
I think it's kind of funny.
I haven't really been paying too much attention to it,
but I don't know,
I figured you might as well talk about it a little bit.
And then whatever you guys want to talk about.
I do have quite a few stories.
The wild play tonight,
probably going to lose if I'm being honest with myself.
But don't want to be too much of a Debbie Downer.
I'm cautiously optimistic.
Guess what day it is?
Says Anna.
Good afternoon, Ms. Rise attire.
Yeah, so,
Best Prince, if I hear Thomas Massey, my ears close.
We're not going to, like, listen to Thomas Massey.
I just want to talk about the situation.
There's some ops afoot right now.
Scrabble Massey is such a tool.
It's really funny how far he has kind of like fallen in the eyes
of the mega people.
And yes, Phil Scarborough, that's the story
I'm going to be discussing here
shortly. Oh, yeah, the CIA whistleblower.
We got a couple of clips from that.
But I remember back
when I kind of first started
this, everybody was like
all aboard the Massey train. I think
there's even an old clip of me on Badlands
Daily with Brian where I was
like, I don't know, he seems all right.
But
I'm also not emotionally attached to any of these people
and especially the long like the longer you're in this and you recognize patterns and more more fully
understand and comprehend the uniparty and how fake our elections are and all those things you realize
like none of these people are are good people none of them have principles i remember making the argument
that there's no such thing as a principled conservative or principled anybody really in politics
um and calling out thomas massey and people used to hate me for that so it's just funny to see how this
happens it's happened with Tucker Carlson you know I take the middle road like hey guys it's
probably not what you think is probably not all that great same thing with Thomas Massey
and now I feel almost like again taking the middle road in a sense has me defending
these attacks against him even though I don't like Thomas Massey it's just so silly
Asperins all these COVID crimes are pointless fat chance good good to see you
catch you later man all these COVID crimes are pointless just
dumbass congressional hearings again there will never be justice for that period it's too late
there's um there's rumors that they're looking at opening more investigations on voucher
or something i don't know rumors 7 4352 says it barely pay attention to anything anymore
i catch up every couple days i trust nobody you can trust us though you can trust us not
to like intentionally mislead you we're not going to be right all the time but we're not
going to lie to you either smoke queue cut cut you live good to see you man glad he could be here uh how

I would encourage you to do so.
It's going to be a fantastic time.
It'll be 22, John, for thanks for sharing your input on pet club's room.
I'm going to give him a try.
Yes, I recommend you do so.
Let's up escape the matrix.
Country Red 247, good to see that about Wisconsin 2020 election.
Yep, we're going to get into that here in a little bit.
If the pronunciation is giving you trouble, just call it turkey tail.
I don't know.
Spetzel says, you're a lot stronger than Massey.
He's all right.
You loved him and said,
we needed a bunch of MTGs and massing power.
I might have said that.
I don't remember.
But I'll go back and look at the clip.
Or special DM it to me.
We'll play it on tomorrow show just to show you how far I've come, how much I have matured over the years.
Yeah, let's get into it.
First up, oh, I was going to ask you guys, do you like this better, like how I'm on the screen right now?
Or should I change it up and do something more like this, where I'm bigger in the
stories are smaller what do you prefer this is option two this is option one one
two one two what do you guys like better you see here I like Massey better
than his primary opponent you know like the story bigger first option one one
three okay well that was easy there we go so somebody's like maybe spice it up a
little bit with the layout. So never mind. No update on those websites. Silver was up quite a bit this
morning. Oh yeah, it's almost to $90.82. Gold at 4,700. Bitcoin is at 79.1. Another buying opportunity,
guys. No real update on the presidential website from yesterday. Not surprising with Trump being in
in China. Yeah, let's talk about this story. The one I'm probably
probably most excited about because it's an election story.
The FBI is investigating Wisconsin's 2020 election sources confirm.
And this is from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
And this is actually a story from like four or five days ago.
It's a little old kind of went under the radar a little bit.
The FBI has started an investigation to Wisconsin's 2020 election sources told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The investigation is only in a preliminary phase and is focused on betting previous complaints
and no ballots have been seized in Wisconsin.
The sources said not yet.
Confirmation of the probe came as the journal Sentinel reported that an FBI agent had
interviewed a state election official in recent days.
The agent spoke with Wisconsin Elections Commission, Deputy Administrator Robert Kehoe,
and discussed how elections are handled in Wisconsin.
President Donald Trump has repeatedly, falsely, they say, claimed that he won the 2020 election,
a recount in two Wisconsin counties that Trump's campaign paid for,
court rulings, a state audit, and a conservative review have confirmed that Trump lost Biden defeated Trump in Wisconsin by about 21,000 votes.
Oh, I love it. I absolutely love, hold on. Here we go. I want to get to the 2020 electoral college map because I love doing this.
I love investigations into election stuff, especially from 2020. This is what we're looking at. Right now, how it ended, Biden at 306, Trump at 232.
And you guys have seen me do this before.
But let's go down here and turn Georgia red, because right now they're investigating Fulton County, the FBI.
And I think when it's all done, they're going to realize and everybody's going to know that the 10,000 vote margin of victory that Biden supposedly had there is going to be wiped away.
And they're like, okay, yeah, well, Trump did win, Georgia.
So now we're at 290, 248.
let's go up to Wisconsin
and we're going to say
if they investigate this
again hypothetical maybe jump in the gun
a tad a hair here
but let's just say this investigation
goes through and they do start
investigating it okay all of a sudden we're at 280
and 258
you need 270 electoral college votes
to
to be the president right
the two other states that we're looking at
We just need one more, really, to delegitimize Biden, Arizona, which I think will come.
And then we have a tie.
And it's any one of these other states.
You can look at Pennsylvania.
Wouldn't be surprised Michigan, Minnesota.
I don't know.
It's coming, though.
And I'm excited.
I mean, it's a long road to get there still.
I doubt it's going to happen before the midterms.
But I'm very much looking forward to the day when we get enough electoral college vote,
votes like change to Trump, where everybody's not to have the conversation.
Well, holy shit, they do.
They did, there was enough outcome determinative fraud in this country, the line that they love using.
Oh, there is fraud, but there's just not enough to change the election.
Richard Roar back in the chat.
Good to see you, man.
And see me a couple days.
Man, Spetzel put me on blast here.
The LCC, we've had much, too much change.
It wasn't CC who told me to switch it.
John, Aob22, John got me an RV now.
I have to wrap it in a badlands advertisement.
Hell yeah, you do.
and you got to bring that thing to Gart.
All right, yeah.
So that's the story.
We'll see what happens.
See if anything comes of it.
A pretty exciting stuff.
Trump, like I said, is in China right now holding trade talks ahead of a high-stakes Beijing summit.
Treasury Secretary Scott Besson is also there in Chinese vice premier.
He lifening, lifening, held three hours of talks Wednesday in South Korea ahead of President Trump's summit with the Chinese president.
Xi Jinping in Beijing.
The meeting at Incheon International Airport
focused on trade and economic issues.
I want to play a clip, though, that I got.
So Bill O'Reilly, piece of shit.
I don't like him.
But listen to this.
This is what he is hearing.
He's probably got more sources connected to the Trump administration
than I do.
I have zero.
I'm here, and I'm not really interested in the trivia of this.
I did talk to the Chinese.
today. Your producers should have informed you of that at noon.
What do the Chinese say to you, Bill?
I have some pretty good information.
So number one, there will be discussions about China helping the United States with Iran to tamp Iran down.
That's number one. But in return, the Chinese are going to want something and that will center around Taiwan.
Taiwan, not a handover or anything like that, but maybe the beginning of a discussion about
Taiwan. Do you like that trade? Yeah, I think it's good for us.
2049 is the 100th anniversary of the evil Mao Zeyung's takeover of China, and they want,
they being the Apollo Bureau, want the Chinese flag flying over that island nation.
Now, whether that happens or not, who knows, it's a long way out. But there's room for discussion.
about a number of things with Taiwan and the Chinese at this point are just trying to get into the room
so that's the rumor obviously just a rumor no no clue if it's true but they're supposedly
gonna have China lean on Iran in exchange for some maybe Taiwan situation I don't know I don't
know if I buy it I don't think Trump needs China to lean on Iran but I don't know I don't know
Wow, does Bill look old?
He does look old, doesn't he?
And Andrew Cuomo looks like a
like a douchebag.
He kind of always has.
Gator Rob says, Trump is the boss.
He never stops working for America.
Agreed.
Taiwan already is China.
So,
yeah,
that was,
Miss Rise of Tire.
Aob22 says too far away from Guard
and everything is on a hill and deadwood.
It's beautiful.
It's awesome.
Got to come, man.
It's going to be fantastic.
PennW says we just bought a pull behind RV as well.
What the hell?
Everybody's getting RVs.
Maybe we should all invest in RVs and do a Gart at a campground somewhere.
Gart campground.
Gart RV.
I love a big Harold, but my eyes need an option one to follow along.
Okay.
If I'm keeping the option one, don't worry.
Rebel Danger is it wrong that the only reason I want this to happen is so I can F with JV.
That would be funny.
Richard Rohrer says, when I sit up, I feel still.
which sucks because now everybody is I know is bringing me weed to help a brother out and
last night a malt dropped by a friend out of the blue great friends you do have some good
friends those scourber says Taiwan is not China not literally yeah rent before you buy an
RV I still don't buy it at the time I would love to be an RV person maybe when the
kids are older anyway appeals court rule or pauses ruling against Trump's 10%
global tariff federal appeals court on Tuesday temporarily pause
a lower court ruling that had blocked President Trump's 10% global tariff imposed under Section 122 of the Trade Act.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued a the short-term administrative stay after the Trump administration appealed last week's trade court decisions.
The lower court had ruled against Tarris Friday, but stopped short and broadly halting their collection nationwide.
Challenges now have seven days to oppose a longer-term stay as the appeals court considers whether the lower court ruling should remain blocked during the case.
I bet this goes to SCOTUS.
I'm waiting for that.
Man, you guys are all on board a
a Garter RV, huh?
Ty, you get to see a first retirement RV living for 18 months.
Yeah, you lived in an RV and followed the Colts around.
John, you needed an earth roamer.
What's an earth roamer?
Let me look at it.
Luxury expedition vehicles for overlanders.
Let's check them out.
Several loads.
Oh, dang.
Look at that.
That's pretty bad.
ass. Those do look pretty sweet.
Let's see how much they cost.
I'll have to build it.
We're going to build one, guys.
I like black vehicles.
825,000.
Okay, never mind.
Geez, Phil, what the hell?
Who do you think I am, Phil?
I'm not with Trump on his trip to Beijing right now.
I'm not one of those CEOs.
Geez.
Who is that kind of money?
Here's a pretty big story.
but not really it's it's one we kind of already knew I feel like
Biden FBI secretly set up Trump to be indicted after he leaves office according to
Arctic frost memos in the final weeks of Joe Biden's presidency FBI agents tied
it to Justice Department Special Counsel Jackson's investigation memorialized anew
their belief that President Donald Trump broke the law and contesting the 2020 election
and secretly arranged to preserve their evidence until 2030 in memos that raise
alarm, they could revive their prosecution after Trump leaves office.
I'm 100% confident we knew this already.
Like when when Jack Smith went to drop the case, he's like, we're not dropping this
because we don't think we can get him here.
We're dropping it because he's the president now.
The FBI memos and emails closing out the controversial Arctic Frost investigation obtained
by just the news show the Bureau chose not to relinquish the evidence had gathered after Smith
went to court to dismiss charges against Trump, even though that is normal practice for agents.
Instead, they created a preservation order, keeping the evidence in FBI custody for two years after Trump's second term ends, claiming it was necessary to do so because of ongoing litigation, the memo shows.
FAM emails and memos obtained by Justin News dating back to early 2025 show how the FBI agents and DOJ prosecutors, who had been working on the criminal prosecutions aimed at Trump and his allies were to close the 2020 election-related case against the incoming president while also seemingly leaving the door open for criminal case to be revived once Trump leaves office and a Democrat again holds the reins at the Justice Department.
El Donnie says my brother just bought a truck bed camper on Facebook Marketplace for $3,000.
It's so sweet.
See, that would be more of my alley, like that price range.
If I can get an Earth Romer for about 3K from Facebook Marketplace, I totally get it.
Get a Rob.
Thinking about selling the house, buying an RV, spending all my money until I die, kids can earn their own way.
Hell yeah, that's the way to do it.
F those kids, right?
12 any boy, the Earth Romer can fit in the private jet.
I got my speedboat in there though
I have to probably if I if I take the speedboat out of my private jet
the one that's like in the back I could probably
hit the earth room in there
smoke queue a ton of nice RV campground and some have cabins to rent
and w the delegation that went to Saudi Arabia was larger than this
China entourage I don't remember how many people went to
went to Saudi Arabia
come on john 825,000 that's less than one month of your badlands rumble take
for certain sources.
Those people are so retarded.
Just the dumbest.
I can't believe there were people out there that fell for that.
John Spendit, hit it before they sue for possession of assets.
Need a dope accountant planner.
I know guy.
I need a dope accountant, like a drug accountant?
Is that what you're saying?
Schreisler sent a YouTube video, and I am curious what this is.
Oh, that's the Daily Herald YouTube link.
So everybody go click that YouTube link.
So everybody go click that YouTube link that Shreisler put in there and hit the thumbs up.
So I camper on a Tesla truck, most redneck thing this country.
It doesn't sound very redneck.
Camper on a Tesla truck like they can drive itself.
When I say, get the sprinter, we don't regret it.
I say we, I mean my uncle, not me, but it's great.
The sprinter?
What is the sprinter?
Sprinter model vans.
Is that what that is? These things?
Much more reasonably price.
Still out of my price range, but
not almost a million dollars.
Velseko 16. If you remember Kyle Singler,
tall-ass white boy was in the NBA. He has an overlander.
He lives in this new construction subdivision.
Sounds badass.
I don't remember him, though.
We don't need Air Force One. We find soft disclosure
D.D.A. Air. It's good.
Dismissed without prejudice is
what all this ever was. Danger
was always there.
These IRS costs of living audits to see if you live
above your means. I wonder how
if Tesla's can handle off-road driving.
I don't want my vehicle to drive. I think it would be
awesome if my vehicle drove itself.
I just had to be in there.
I'd be way more productive.
Not that I drive much anymore anyway, but
Van Quake M.
says, hello, I'll just came back from lunch today. Has anyone
talked about the Clarity Act that's going up for a vote tomorrow
in the Senate? We haven't really talked about it.
I'm probably just going to wait until they vote on it.
Because I don't know.
Don't want to waste my time, I guess.
But I hope, isn't that the crypto bill?
I guess I didn't remember.
Let me look that up.
Why the Clarity Act is attracting attention beyond the crypto industry.
Let's see.
For years the cryptocurrency, I guess then here we go talking about it.
Thanks a lot.
For years, the cryptocurrency industry is operated in the United States without a clear regulatory framework.
I don't love regulations or regulatory frameworks.
frameworks, more government.
sucks.
But anyway, that uncertainty has shaped nearly every part of the market.
Crypto companies have spent years navigating overlapping oversight on predictable enforcement actions and constant debates over which agencies should regulate different parts of the industry.
Investors, meanwhile, have struggled to understand how future regulations could affect exchanges, stable coins, tokenized assets, and digital investment products.
That is why the proposed Clarity Act is trying so much attention across both crypto market and Wall Street.
As lawmakers move closer to debating the bill, many investors are beginning to view it as one of the most important.
crypto-related developments Washington is considering in years.
I suppose that's a good sign.
Years ago,
crypto regulation was viewed as many traditional investors
as a niche issue affecting only digital
asset traders. It's no longer the
case because EFTs and shit.
Crypto industry is no longer true like side show.
I guess this will probably make
crypto much more mainstream, which
probably isn't a bad thing.
Simply Bitcoin is venting about it
now? What are they venting about?
They're live right now
on Rumble.
Tell them to come on the show with me sometime.
Go in their chat and be like, hey,
John Harold from Badlands wants to interview you
to explain it to me like I'm five,
the Crypto Clarity Act bill.
IT Charis.
My first time in the chat, I saw you looking at camper vans.
Don't buy a Thor.
I'm going to look it up.
And if you know me at all,
I pretty much only do what people tell me not to do.
So I think we found the vehicle I'm going to get.
We're going to get the Thor.
Uh-huh.
It's so spendy, guys.
And these are digging for gold in my backyard if I'm going to afford these kind of things.
But yes, welcome.
Casper Spark-T.1, hey, friends, please pray for a job opportunity for me.
I've been hard searching for months.
Things are getting really tight financially.
I can advance.
See how praise for you guys.
It's never fun.
All right, let's keep going.
Some of the headlines coming out of the China thing is ridiculous but interesting.
Like Taiwan anxiously eyes Trump summit.
So whether Bill O'Reilly's right about that or not, I have no idea, but they're definitely tying the Taiwan situation to Trump's meeting with China.
Then we have this one, a war-weary globe watches closely as rivals Trump and Xi prepare for a Beijing faceoff of the horror.
But yeah, very curious.
I think I expect Trump to make some sort of deals, but we'll get a big investment from them.
We might drop some tariffs or sanctions or something.
But yeah, I am curious to see how close we come out aligned with that.
If you look at the national security strategy that Trump had from a couple months ago or whatever,
and he basically called our existing allies in NATO.
I used the word allies pretty loosely.
He basically called it like, you guys suck.
We don't even know if you're going to be our allies in the future.
Obviously, we're going to need more allies.
It was a big focus on the real.
the regions of responsibility,
you can't cut out China from that.
And so I would expect Trump to come out of this meeting with Xi in Beijing,
with the media freaking out over basically them coming out,
like some sort of partnerships, you know,
or partnership in general, like the Sovereign Alliance stuff, guys.
Eventually that is going to have to become mainstream.
And when it does, the media is going to lose their mind.
Everybody's going to lose their mind.
all the Trump haters, all the mainstream media, all the fake ass rhino politicians,
they're going to hate Trump for it, but it's going to be fun to watch.
And so I'm curious if this, is this the step?
Are they going to meet again next year or not?
But is this meeting that they're having this time?
Is this where we're going to start to see some of those moves towards more overtly
recognizing the sovereign alliance for what it is?
And we'll probably talk about that tonight on the power hour.
I'm sure we'll have some more news and movement on some of this stuff.
but we'll see
yeah here's the full list of people that went with trump to
Beijing it wasn't quite 17 people so we can't decode it
unfortunately I got a story on inflation we could talk about a little bit
but before we do that let's get a quick word from our final sponsor today's show
and that's us at soft disclosure you guys get your Memorial Day lotion
moisturize your elbows
was it hydrate your elbows moisturize your soul
let's listen to it
Today we remember those who gave everything.
And memory is never still.
No, Tiji, we can't stop for sense, and we have to deliver all of the Soft Disclosure gift card.
It goes by Zach Hay.
The lotion detector.

Softdisclosure.com.
Use promo code Memorial 15 for 15% off.
If that ad doesn't make you want to support Badlands Media and Soft Disclosure.
disclosure with some awesome lotion products and beard oils and deodorant.
I don't know what will.
I just don't get it.
Awesome stuff.
Awesome stuff.
Awesome products all made in America and we got some great advertisements.
The White House Task Force to eliminate fraud has their own Twitter account now.
So you know, shit's really popping off with fraud or eliminating fraud or whatever.
Apparently they, uh, they cut 1.4 billion from home health.
and hospice providers suspected of fraud, so that's good stuff.
But other than that, we haven't really heard any,
any other new news on that since the California shit went down a couple weeks ago.
But yeah, let's talk about this.
US inflation problem is getting worse.
And I do see this as a problem.
And everybody should.
Prices are going up.
There's only so much you can justify with that.
America's inflation problem is getting worse, not better as 2026 progresses.
New wholesale price data on the heels of Tuesday's Commerce Price Report,
confirm it. The evidence of continued price pressure stretches far beyond the energy price spike
that occurred following the Iran war and suggests ongoing pressures across a range of goods and
services. This is another reason the meeting with China is so important. The producer price index
for final demand rose 1.4% in April alone and is up 6% of the last 12 months. Even when excluding
volatile food energy and trade services, the index was up a whopping 4.4% over the last year,
the highest 12-month increase since 2023. Price for services were up significantly, thanks
to a 5% rise in transportation and warehousing prices.
Sign that higher fuel prices are already having second order effects on what it costs for other goods.
But Kevin Warsh is about to take over the Fed.
So curious to see what he does there too.
I expect some lower rates in the fairly near future.
And man, something that I read up here made me think of something that I was going to look at.
Now I don't remember what it was.
No.
Damn it.
What was it going to look at guys?
I don't remember.
Look at the chat here.
PennWDC.
That JD Vance interviewer, Vance said that the government didn't prosecute anyone that stole less than $1.5 million.
I did not see that, but that did remind me of what I wanted to show.
Something Trump said yesterday that, not his best moment.
I will say that.
Hard to cheerlead this one away.
but I'm also not like upset that he said it
but it is what it is kind of funny
the only thing that matters
when I'm talking about Iran
they can't have a nuclear weapon
I don't think about
American financial situation
I don't think about anybody
I think about one thing
we could not let Iran
have a nuclear weapon that's all
that's the only thing that's
so Trump is a brilliant guy
like he he knows what he's doing
and he handles the press extremely well.
Like I have a couple other clips I could show where he puts a reporter in her place pretty damn well.
But the problem with doing so many interviews, like think back to the Biden administration,
the guy was never in front of the camera.
And if he was, it was entirely scripted.
Trump does a role like that.
Trump will go out in front of the press, a hostile press, an always hostile press.
That's another, you know, not what Biden had.
Biden was all friendly, everything scripted.
He knew to call on.
everything and he barely did it.
Trump goes in front of a hostile press.
He'll take any question from pretty much anybody.
He might talk shit back or whatever, but in taking those questions, he's going to respond
typically off the cuff.
And with that, like the more you talk, the more opportunities to say things that don't sound
great.
And this is coming from somebody who does, I do five shows a week just on this show.
I do spaces conspiracies, Wednesday power hour, usually Friday only lands.
Saturday power hour.
America First Stories I record and air Sundays and then sometimes I'll do bad gaming.
So 10 to 11 streams a week.
Like I say stupid shit all the time.
Happens.
The more opportunities you speak, the more opportunities to say something dumb and that people could potentially use against you, which is what we're seeing here.
Now, if I was in Trump's shoes and trying to like, if I had to justify it,
which I'm not necessarily trying to do.
I'm just like, let's play a little hypothetical game where I justify this.
He's being asked about, you know, the Iran conflict.
And if he cares about the American people or thinks about the American,
American's financial situation as he's doing this.
In his head, he's like, well, no, when it comes to Iran,
my thing here is they cannot have a nuclear weapon.
That's how we're negotiating this.
That is the red line for us.
And that's it.
it's not that he doesn't care about the American people,
but that is how they're framing it because it didn't sound great.
So it is what it is, guys.
Export index is up to three and a half percent after being as bad as negative 12 percent under Biden.
That's great.
Marine in the woods,
they will cut that clip and warp it for sure.
Simple Sam,
but didn't we take out their nuclear program last year?
That is what we're told.
as a regular person with bowling
on wide receiver
saying even if we get a deal
we won't see lower gas prices
until July if it happened
it's not a good sign
I have to type out my stupid shit
they're claiming Trump said he doesn't care
about American financial issues
and struggles with kids these days
yeah
taking a little bit out of context
but also again like sometimes things
taken out of context like that's a powerful weapon
in a narrative war right
information war
that happens all the time
most people don't fall for most people don't care that he said this but you can expect for this to be used up and down left and right simple sam simple sam i can't tell if he's uh one of those sock troll accounts that we get
not he just joined in march of twenty twenty six i think we caught one guys i think we caught a live one

Any hints on where
November Gart will be?
I can maybe
give a hint.
We're looking
nothing signed yet
but we're potentially
looking in Florida but not at Cocoa Beach
so
November's tough like weather-wise
and cost wise obviously got to find
a venue that's we're not going to go under with
so we shall
we shall see we should have an announcement
we probably actually won't announce that until
Deadwood if we do book it but
maybe we will I don't know
Edlands media fan
the press has been like
paparazzi trying to bully and pressure Trump and he's never folded that's true
hila daisy where in florida i can't just like give it away st pete 70 says he wants

you guys keep being bossy and tell me where to go we're not going to go anywhere
you guys chill out um i thought this was we're going to talk about this a lot tonight
if you guys watched last week's wednesday power hour with burning bright we went
through the new counterterrorism strategy.
And here's the Atlantic and Tom Nichols, noted faggot,
um, saying it's a joke.
Trump counterterrorism strategy is a dangerous joke.
The policy is unfocused, run by amateurs and concerned more with the president's
many grievances than the security of the United States.
Well, here's the problem, Tom Nichols.
What if the security of the United States comes from the many grievances that Trump has,
especially with our own intel community, which is,
what we talked about a lot last week.
Last week, the Trump administration released the official 2026 United States counterterrorism
strategy.
The document is a mess, replete with typos, hyperbolic assertions, and an obsession with former
President Joe Biden.
The bigger problem, however, is that it's not an actual strategy.
It's more a long set of notes for a campaign speech, a repackaging of President Trump's
various preoccupations and prejudices that frames everything the administration doesn't
like as terrorism and any actions it has already taken as counterterrorism.
I mean, it's kind of.
Some of that is kind of accurate, but again, it doesn't make what he's saying here right.
As a security expert and Atlantic contributor, Juliette Cayenne told me,
such reports used to be serious documents meant to guide our intelligence and law enforcement agencies,
as well as inform the citizenry, including state and local leaders.
This report, unfortunately, is anything but serious and good luck to anyone trying to make sense of it.
But someone has to figure it out because it is still an official product of the United States government,
and it is still supposed to serve as a guide to policy.
With that in mind, I read the report.
It's mercifully short,
and I offer here a few samples
of what readers are up against and trying to understand it.
The fact pattern under the Biden administration was clear.
Individuals at the highest level of the U.S. government
used their significant powers to politically target individuals
in the interest of those they favored,
wanted to keep in power, or to help win elections.
This is an old Trump accusation,
but now it sounds like a lot like projection
as the administration goes after its perceived enemies
and tries to undermine America's electoral process.
process. You know, this has been one of the more interesting things with with how the narrative
war is unfolded because you look at what they did to Trump in the first term with the
rushing gate stuff and the laundry list of things. Russia gate, the impeachment, COVID,
stolen election, all those things, the political persecution afterwards, document
hoax, all of it. They've been going after Trump forever. Okay. And then when Trump is coming
back in, like in the lead up to the 2024 election,
the mainstream media of the left and a lot of the intel people even they were they were creating the
narrative that when trump gets in there he is going to politically persecute his enemy is like political
enemies right even though they're the ones doing it but they've done a pretty good job of like
okay this is what he's going to do then he gets in there and he's he's pursuing actual justice
right that's what we think is happening and maybe it's all a rug we don't know but the the hope
and prayer is that there will be some form of actual justice
at the end of this, whether it's the RICO ground stuff, the election stuff, whatever.
But there's actuals there.
Like what these people actually did was crime, treason.
Trump is calling out in this counter strategy document.
But they've done such a good job of now that some of the stuff is being followed through,
the indictments on Comey, the looking into Brennan,
they're once again saying, oh, Trump is just going after his political enemies.
He's got, he's got grudges.
It's been a successful narrative up to some people, not everybody.
Some of it's retarded.
But yeah, we'll go through this more.
and full tonight.
Jonathan 1-218-78.
God, John, you're so insecure.
Why do you say that?
I don't feel like I'm insecure at all.
Got to get on, folks.
Have a great day.
Love this community.
Good to see you, Bass Burns.
Lance 2002, the only legitimate function of government is to protect us
from force and fraud.
They certainly don't do that.
Or haven't done that traditionally.
Eric K. Freeman, I think if Anon stopped
monitoring fake news, their viewership,
would drop 80%, but then what would they decode?
They have to monitor the fake news.
Halo Daisy, nothing this serious in government anymore,
just looking here at all crazy, ridiculous, everything, and everyone.
CN Stewart shouldn't Gart be out on the tip of Florida?
Just the tip?
Is that a just-the-tip joke?
If so, I approve.
Candy E.B.1 says, anybody out there, Niagara Falls, New York, Canadian badlanders can go.
33-605, the problem is it's true.
I don't know what you're referring to.
Scott Galt.
Good to see Scott says they say that trying to act innocent and it's BS.
Terry M. Christian wants Virginia.
Lance 2002, eliminating the federal income tax would help a lot of us out.
Yeah, I can't wait to ask Tim Burchett about that on Friday.
Actually, no.
It was Friday.
It got changed on Monday morning.
So I was going to interview on Friday afternoon and then I was going to play it on Monday's Daily Herald.
But now I'll interview Monday morning and play it the same day.
so it won't be much delay.
I can get anything that happens interesting over the weekend.
But I did put together a compilation that you guys should all go share.
It says when's the last time you asked your elected representatives
why we should be paying taxes?
And this needs to be normalized.
I keep saying this, but it does need to be normalized because we shouldn't be.
With all the fraud, waste, and abuse that we are seeing, government-wide,
every agency, it's pervasive.
Why should Americans continue to pay taxes when this is what we're getting from our government?
seeing all the waste, fraud, and abuse, why should Americans be paying their taxes?
Why should Americans be paying their taxes? We see all this corruption. We see the weaponized
intelligence community. We see this money just flowing overseas and we see a government that's not
really been working for us. And I'm curious your thoughts on why you think we should be paying
taxes as American citizens. Why should Americans be paying taxes? Why should Americans be paying
taxes? The sentiment from a lot of people, my audience, you know, is like, what's the actual solution
here because we see all these issues compounded from the fraudulent elections to the fraudulent spending
to everything and the common denominator no offense like i i enjoy talking to you and you seem to speak in a way
that most people don't um so i'm not trying to say this as you directly but we see the problem is the government
you know what i mean and so more laws to make our lives better that that's we we want less laws
we want less government it's yeah you guys are the problem yeah you guys are the problem yeah you guys are the
I'm Jonathan 121878 says because you worry so much about people telling you what to do.
You know what?
Actually, I worry so little about what people tell me to do that I often just do the opposite to say, fuck him.
So that's an interesting way to call me insecure, bro.
Conch-O merit 15.
Making inroads over at Simply Bitcoin.
We've got their interest.
A couple other bad landers jumped over to plug the interview.
Yeah, totally would love to interview them or have them on the show.
maybe we can do a little cross-pollination, some some scissoring with our platforms, that'd be great.
Tell them to like DM me on Twitter.
Probably the best way to get hold on me.
I'm going to go follow them right now, actually, if I'm not already.
Simply Bitcoin.
I do follow them.
Sweet.
What I'll do after the show is I'll raid.
I'll raid their show maybe.
Maybe not.
I don't know.
Rich Roar, Patelper you're ass getting out of a kid, probably.
You should put this up as short, close.
clips. I did. That is a clip that I posted. I think G Money's been on their show. Yeah.
G Money's good shit. Even though some people do not like G Money. I love that guy.
A couple true social posts from Trump, but they're not like, it's him calling out the media.
It's him calling on Mitch McConnell. Nothing really groundbreaking. I think I'm actually,
oh, here's one more story. Trump Mulls Operation Sledgehammer, if ceasefire.
collapses, but Iran has rearmed. The Pentagon is considering renaming the war with Iran from
Operation Epic Fury to Operation Sledgehammer. President Trump orders a renewed full-scale bombing
campaign against Iran, according to NBC News Report published Tuesday. Report came on the eve of day 75
since the U.S. and Israel launched the conflict. Source is touted to NBC that the United States now
has greater military capabilities in the region than it did before the U.S. and Israel launched the war
on February 28th. But U.S. intelligence is now also suggesting Iran's missile capabilities getting
back up and running as well.
The reason they'd change the name is because of the war powers resolution, and this is
just my speculation, because Trump doesn't want Congress to get involved in this or like
tell him what to do, he's, you know, it's not a war.
It's a military operation, whatever.
But he said, either way, hostility stopped with Operation Epic Fury.
And so that was before you reached the 60-day counter or whatever for him to have to
get congressional approval.
and so by renaming it's something else and considering a new operation,
it's kind of a technicality,
but probably one he'll be successful with.
He gets to keep on going and keep Congress out of the mix.
So, I don't know, I guess this is brilliant.
MC Schwartz says,
On delay, but John, it's pronounced Tim Burchitt.
Bertchit, he told Alf and Josh.
I will make sure that I study his name and pronounce it, practice it,
before I have him on the show,
because I don't want to to mess that.
up.
Too many grows on you.
Yes, he does.
Scott Galt, I heard Pakistan is hiding planes for Iran.
Can't remember where I heard it, though.
It's probably fake news.
I wonder if someone gets a bonus if their suggestion for naming operations is chosen.
We should come up with some naming suggestions for future operations and send them into the Trump
administration and see if they use any.
I bet there's like an online generator that they use.
Like, just give me an adjective, like epic something.
And then an emotion.
Epic Fury.
Operation Epic Fury Sledgehammer.
That's that's I guess.
Three-fourth part of the wall.
Vietnam Memorial Monument will be in Council Bluffs, Iowa,
over the Memorial Day weekend.
That's cool.
Anyway, guys, I think I'm probably going to wrap it up here.
