Badlands Media - The Daily Herold: 5/14/26 - CIA SIOP Debunked, Trump-Xi Outcomes & $1.5T DOD Budget

Episode Date: May 14, 2026

Jon Herold comes in Thursday a little bruised from the Wild's overtime collapse and ready to sort out what actually happened with yesterday's viral story. Half of the infowar space spent Wednesday sha...ring breaking news that the CIA raided Tulsi Gabbard's office and seized JFK and MK Ultra files. Jon traces the story back to its actual source in the CIA whistleblower testimony, explains how the word "raid" got invented along the way, and names the people who fell for it hard including General Flynn, Jesse Watters, and Anna Paulina Luna, who then tried to walk it back without admitting she used the story for clicks. The real news from the whistleblower is that Fauci allegedly pressured the CIA to flip its lab leak assessment between August 12 and August 17, 2021, which Jon points out is genuinely significant and already being buried under the clickbait. The Trump-Xi summit produced real results: China commits to not arming Iran, agrees the Strait of Hormuz must stay open, and commits to 200 Boeing jets and major energy purchases. The DOD wants $1.5 trillion next year and is calling it an investment, which Jon finds personally offensive as a matter of vocabulary. The DOJ is also suing the DC Bar to protect Jeff Clark from politically weaponized attorney discipline.

Starting point is 00:00:00 The Badlands, what are the Badlands? Explain those Badlands. That's a hell of their name. Well, good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to the Daily Herald here on Badlands Media. I'm your host, John Harold. And I'm not going to lie, a little bummed out over the wild. I wouldn't say it was unexpected because as a Minnesota sports fan, pretty much always get, I don't want to say let down because you can't get let down when your expectations are tempered.
Starting point is 00:00:43 And my expectations are pretty routinely tempered when it comes to Minnesota sports. But holy cow, the wild, that was the way that happened was unfortunate. That was like a generational letdown meltdown. They're up three nothing in the first period and end up losing that game like that in overtime. for those who follow hockey, I've been bitching about Jake Middleton, one of the defensemen,
Starting point is 00:01:09 pretty much the entire series. And keep in mind, we were missing our best center and a top four demon. And so Middleton wouldn't have been in the position he was in, had Brodine been in there. But that guy was on the ice.
Starting point is 00:01:21 If you take away the four empty net goals that we had or gave up, there were 20 total goals scored for the avalanche. He was on the ice for 13 of them. it's insane absolutely insane but it is what is Colorado is the better team for sure
Starting point is 00:01:36 it would have been it would have been pretty surprising if we actually won the series but we had a chance if we played like we like we could have that's the unfortunate part of we're missing some of our better players and we didn't didn't play like we normally do
Starting point is 00:01:50 that's what hurts but next year we'll be back and as long as Colorado goes on to win it now it's probably going to be cheering for ironically I'll be okay other than that newswise i wouldn't say there's a lot everybody fell for a sciop yesterday which is funny a lot of people deleting posts the whole cia rating the odin i office or i guess that's a odin the office yeah od and i that has the word office in there um so we'll talk about that a little
Starting point is 00:02:25 bit but it just goes to show like how much BS information is out there and the approach way to look at all these stories because if you take something at face value on Twitter, you could end up getting sucked into a sciop and look like a retard. And a lot of people look like retards. If you posted something about it and then had to go back and delete your post, you're retarded. And it's not my fault. And it's okay to be retarded. Remember, it's not in poor taste to call people retarded unless they actually like have a mental disorder.
Starting point is 00:02:57 But you can call people retarded when they do retarded things. and that's what happened yesterday. So we'll talk about that a little bit. We'll talk about Eging Care a little bit. The DOJ is suing the DC bar officials. I think that's over the Jeff Clark thing. What else? Yeah, some stuff from Xi and Trump will get into,
Starting point is 00:03:20 but probably not too in depth. There hasn't even been many true social posts from Trump other than him walking around showing up in China. So I don't know. It might be a kind of low-key show today, but that's okay. You guys can help me out. Spencer, hey, Minnesota fans. You have Kyla Murray now.
Starting point is 00:03:39 Things are looking up. Well, I mean, he's very short. So we're looking down technically, but you're right. And we are definitely 100% winning the Super Bowl. I have zero tempered expectations about that. We will win the Super Bowl. Jennifer Ray. So what you're saying is Ash won.
Starting point is 00:03:56 Yeah, we should have bet on it. We didn't, though. Had we bet on it, like before the series started, I probably would have, I probably would have bet something. After that first game, probably not. And actually, that depends. Because I don't really know the outlook of Ericksonac and Brodine at the beginning of the series.
Starting point is 00:04:16 They were just like day to day. But I think those injuries were obviously more serious than the team was letting on. Because I hadn't known they'd be out for those series. I probably wouldn't have that much on it either. But Elizabeth is what is. is. C.A documents from Odey and I, but they didn't rate it. War Room confirmed they did take the files from her office.
Starting point is 00:04:37 Yes, Bass Burns, but the way I am understanding what happened and the way that Ezrakoan Wadnik, like it's a routine arc and kind of archaic as Ezra Kone Wattnik described it, procedure that they do, and it's not anything nefarious. And keep in mind, I am no fan of the CIA. I think they should be dismantled. I think all the intel agencies should be. So don't mistake what I'm saying here is me defending the institutions. You will not find me doing that.
Starting point is 00:05:07 But I'm more so defending what actually happened, which I typically try to do and defend people from fake news clickbait. So Ash says, I would have bet that we'd sweep. So you would have won that. Yeah. Tie says, good to see a tie. The super real NFL schedule is released tonight. I'm excited about that. The Vikings, they put out.
Starting point is 00:05:29 a video on that and oh my gosh yeah look at this post this is another hockey thing and then I'll show you the other the other thing I'm going to show you so I think it's hilarious this is with Jake Middleton on the ice at 5 v5 for the series they're outscored 3 to 9 caller had 14 5 of 5 goals out shot 23 to 45 out attempted 53 to 104
Starting point is 00:05:52 he was on the ice for another four goals on the penalty kill Milton was on the ice for 13 of the house 24 total goals in the series. Keep in mind four of those were empty netters. And then if you count the Dallas series, he was on the ice for 19 of 39. And I don't know how many of those were, at least for sure, four of them were empty netters. There's probably more. That's insanity. I talk about a liability.
Starting point is 00:06:17 Absolute insanity. Okay, but let's look at the Vikings real quick, just because I want to show you their little promo. They're featuring their kicker in their promo. Who does that? It's very, very rare. There we go. So I just thought it was clever. Here is your Gatorade. Purple, of course. You've had a chance to look at the menu.
Starting point is 00:06:51 Anything stand out for you tonight? Honestly. Everything looks pretty good. Anyway, we already know what they're playing. It just depends on where. Maybe I'll try to make it to a game. What's up, El Dane? What's up?
Starting point is 00:07:08 CS. USGBO Chem. 12 many boys. Something else would just take the place if you dismantle the CIA. And maybe that's fine, but maybe that's what maybe we need to start from scratch. Like I'm not opposed to the idea of an intelligence community when there's a whole lot more transparency, a whole lot more oversight and a lot less opportunity for it to be weaponized. And I don't know what that looks like. I'm not saying I have the answer here.
Starting point is 00:07:43 But I think we've gotten enough proof. We have a pretty damn good sample size that the intelligence community as it stands, all the different agencies, maybe some are better than others, whatever. They have not helped the American people with the bullshit they put us through, especially starting with Trump and the Rushagate thing. And who knows how far back it goes. Obviously goes back much further. But that's just like from what I'm looking at, just starting from the Rushagate stuff forward, it has been nothing but problem. And we need to do something different. But I'm probably not going to get my way on that.
Starting point is 00:08:22 So it is what it is. W.A. Sandy says, Luna, Panunabanka, and Burleson heading over now to view the files that were taking back. Oh, good, guys. We have nothing to worry about Anna Polina Luna's on the case. Good for her. When I interview, what's his name, Timberchette? I'm going to see if I can get a contact with Panunabanka.
Starting point is 00:08:51 See if I can get her. her for an interview too. We'll see what happens. Anyway, let's get a quick word from our sponsors. Then we'll start plugging away. First up, we got my shroom vibe. If I, there it is. Hey there, Earthlings. I'm here on the streets of New York to tell you about something that's literally out of this world. You know, traveling between dimensions really takes it out of you, but I've found the perfect solution. My shroom vibe can now be your shroom vibe. Elevate your frequency, get microdose capsules, gummies, and chocolate bars at MyShrumvive.com.
Starting point is 00:09:24 Use code Badlands for 10% off your order. Trust me. Galaxy hopping demands balance, and ours comes from Mother Nature. Organic, not synthetic. It's the real deal. Si Lee, if you know what I mean. Check it out. Your frequency will thank you.
Starting point is 00:09:41 Visit MySroomVive.com. Organic goodness, not synthetic. Use code badlands. Mystrom vibe.com. Take one of these every day. And I also take the Corliolis, whatever, Versa Color. So I'm basically just a mushroom myself now. I am interviewing Ryan from My Shroom Vibe for America First Stories this week.
Starting point is 00:10:06 So I'm actually pretty curious. I've never met him. I've only texted with him a little bit. So it would be fun to get to know him a little bit. Make sure you guys tune into that at 1 p.m. Eastern this Sunday. And then we also got some soft disclosure. We'll get to our final out a little bit later in the show, but let's get yourself some lotion. Hydrate those elbows, moisturize your soul. Softdisclosure.com Memorial 15 for a 15% discount through Memorial Day.
Starting point is 00:10:42 Today we remember those who gave everything. And memory is never still. No, gee-G, we can't stop for snacks. Do we have to deliver all of the soft disclosure gift card? He goes by Zach Kay. The lotion detective. I saw somebody say, yeah, Rocket Toppollos. If you wear a Tennessee Volz hat while talking to Burchett, he will always be your friend.
Starting point is 00:12:29 I'm telling you it's a big deal down here. So here's the thing. When I was down in Tennessee, I mean, to have the bad on his meetup, I can't remember the guy's name now. And he was just in national. And I'm so sorry, I can't remember. But he's the guy I played in darts and kicked his ass. He gave me a Tennessee vals of a visor.
Starting point is 00:12:45 I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure as a visor. Or maybe I'm just thinking he was the one wearing the visor. It's in my closet somewhere. I'll have to look for it. Do I want to endear myself to somebody by wearing a visor? But I have to work. Like, I don't know if I'd ever be caught dead wearing a visor.
Starting point is 00:13:03 I just don't know if that's worth it. So some decisions will have to be made. I'll think about it. Probably not. I'm not an accountant, guys. I can't wear a visor. I just, I don't know. We'll see.
Starting point is 00:13:17 We'll see what happens. This commercial will never not be amazing. Yeah. It's pretty freaking awesome. If you have a giant, you got to work. Maybe I'll put it in my background. How's that? Just bring it up and hold it up.
Starting point is 00:13:34 Yeah, we'll see. We'll see. I'll think about it. I have till Monday morning to decide. Anyway, no update on the Dojo website. Silver's down a little bit. 85, 42. It was like 89 yesterday, wasn't it?
Starting point is 00:13:49 Gold's at 4,700. Bitcoin is up. I hope you guys yesterday when I told you, hey, it's a buying opportunity. about 24 hours ago is that's 79 now it's up to 81 almost 82 so badlands media dot tv slash river and put in the cold storage wallet badlands mea tv slash treasur no update on the presidential website um one of the bigger stories from yesterday i would say is this the the the CIA whistleblower I didn't watch much of his testimony.
Starting point is 00:14:25 I know some other people did and they're like, I'm not sure if I find him credible. I'm pretty sure, and I might be wrong on this, so don't quote me. But is this where the statement or allegation that the CIA raided the ODNI's office for those files? And there was like the JFK files and UFO files, or MK Ultra files, that's what it was.
Starting point is 00:14:46 JFK files, MK Ultra files. Is it true that it came from this guy's testimony? because with all the people that are denying it and how debunked that story's become, I mean, how much else can we take seriously with this guy? But again, I'm not 100% sure. That's the origination.
Starting point is 00:15:05 So if somebody in the chat knows, let me know. Clerk had no, he did not say raid. Okay. Need silver to go over $90 tomorrow. Why tomorrow, Ramon? Sigar City Patriot definitely put the U.T.
Starting point is 00:15:21 Vizer in the background, but Chet will love it. Okay. I will, I'll look for it. And then if I can't find it, I'll just go buy one, I guess. I'll just deck out my entire background in Tennessee stuff. Visor would help hide that bad haircut. Thank you, Kenneth Fodder.
Starting point is 00:15:41 W.A. Sandy, yes, this is where it came from. Yeah, so I don't even know where that originated from. I just saw a bunch of clickbait people starting to share it. Laura Lumer got in on it. And then everybody slowly started walking it back. But it was also a good example of the whole CIA rating OD&E. No, I'm getting ahead of myself. Let me read this story first and then we'll get to that. CIA whistleblower alleges Fauci influenced 2021 intelligence shift on COVID lab leak assessment.
Starting point is 00:16:13 I mean, we kind of already knew this, didn't we? CIA whistleblower and current agency employee James Erdman the third told the Senate Homeland Security and governmental affairs committee on Wednesday that Dr. Anthony Fauci injected himself. Funny words there. into the intelligence community's review of COVID-19's origins and influenced how the CIA handled its assessment of a potential lab leak. Urban alleged Fauci played an intentional role in the agency's shift away from a 2021 plan to characterize the virus as having originated from a lab leak following a 90-day review. He said the CIA was considering calling this a lab leak on August 12th of 2021
Starting point is 00:16:51 before its position changed on August 17th, adding the agency has not provided documentation explaining why. I'm just now thinking there was a video that came out a while ago from Pompeo and Reckcliffe. See if this, I think it is. It's kind of a long video, though. Okay, so this is back in Sky News Australia back four years ago. What was the date on it? September 27, 2021. There's a couple interesting parts to this.
Starting point is 00:17:47 Listen to the Trump first. I don't know, this is like old news, but it's interesting to me sometimes, so I'm going to do it anyway. Mr. President, what evidence were you presented with that convinced you that it did in all likelihood come from a lab? Well, I started hearing stories that you have also, that there were lots of body bags outside of the lab. And people were saying there are a lot of people lying down on the streets of Wuhan. and there were body bags. Body bags outside of the Wuhan Institute of Virology? I heard that a long time ago.
Starting point is 00:18:25 And if they did in fact have body bags, that was one little indication, wasn't it? Was that something that came from the agencies, the intelligence agencies? Is that what they were telling you? I don't know where it came from, Ask China. But you're gonna have to figure that out and you probably will be able to do it knowing you.
Starting point is 00:18:39 President Trump told me that there were body backs outside the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Is this correct? I don't want to talk about particular things. Presidents get the chance to talk about things that some of the rest of us can. But there was an enormous, albeit indirect evidence,
Starting point is 00:18:55 that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was the center point for this. Remember, too, there were 14 American diplomats on the ground in Wuhan at this time. We were watching and observing what was taking place inside of Wuhan. I hope one day that we'll be able to get that information out more broadly, but as I come back to it,
Starting point is 00:19:09 the cumulative evidence that one can see points singularly to the Wuhan Institute of Virology. If there was really no blame here, if this was really just some naturally occurring virus because someone ate a bat from a wet market. China wouldn't have done the things that they did. The Chinese Communist Party would not have shut down Wuhan. They would not have silenced doctors and scientists and journalists and disappeared some of them.
Starting point is 00:19:35 John Ratcliffe was the United States direct. He is that from the intelligence perspective is we know that some of the people. There's just one more part I want to listen to here. Just timely and get that information to the right places. Is this a pandemic? that potentially could have been prevented, had the intelligence agencies paid closer attention to the information that was coming in.
Starting point is 00:19:59 We'll have to go look back at what was actually in the possession, what was the complexity of the information, what was the certainty of that information. Should there be a review? Sure, I think we always could go back, and should go back and look at how we collected and what we knew and why it was we weren't able that didn't send the signal up the line.
Starting point is 00:20:16 And the virus and whether an outbreak might have occurred or become known to the Wuhan Institute of Virology at that early date, So I've seen data points that place it in the summertime of 2019, late summer, July, August, of 2000. The main point and takeaway here, for me anyway, and it's kind of always been this way, is that these people, Trump, his admin, Pompeo, Rackcliffe, other people within his administration, Robert O'Brien, they know more about the origins of this virus than they're letting on. And whether or not we will ever get to the bottom of it and get disclosure on what they know and when they knew it is kind of up in the air. I'm not convinced. I mean, you would think that that would be part of the exposure and the RICO Grande stuff and maybe the conspiracy or whatever, all that stuff.
Starting point is 00:21:00 There's no guarantee. But the hearing yesterday and what this guy is, you know, alleging, this isn't new information. We've known this for quite a long time. And we've been calling for Fauci to be in prison for quite a long time. And, you know, they're saying that the statute of limitations is up and Rand Paul, I think, said that. No, we got a couple months left. Who knows? But it's one of those things where even though Biden, the auto pen pardon,
Starting point is 00:21:30 we got to see multiple steps here. We need to see Biden delegitomized. His auto pen pardons delegitomized. And then exposure of what actually went on here and then followed up with justice and accountability. That's a lot of steps to take. And considering what we've been seen lately about, you know, a lot of the embedded deep state still remaining.
Starting point is 00:21:51 It's no guarantee. No guarantee at all. So I don't know. We'll see, but I love that old video. I'm going to send that. I'll post on the chat here, guys. I used to have a compilation of it. I don't know where it is.
Starting point is 00:22:01 So I'll have to find it. Tracing the net space aliens created a question mark. Maybe. Claire Cat 367. There were some new details disclosed yesterday, though, if they're legitimate, that is. That's the problem. We don't know if that guy was legit or not. I know Chris, whenever he looks at these things, he's like, oh, it's just another limited hangout.
Starting point is 00:22:24 Like they're giving us information, but it's information that they want us to know so they can keep us in the playpen. They have those six years we've known this. Yes. 12-anyboy justice phase rug is so, so, so comfy. Sure is. Cancun sent a clip over. Let's see what he says. This is, whoa.
Starting point is 00:22:51 CIA whistleblower testifies that the CIA was illegally monitoring dig personnel during investigations in contact with the whistleblowers illegally spying while executing duties ordered under the president this is how the deep state operates the CIA illegally monitored the computer and phone usage of dig personnel their investigations and contact with whistleblowers these were americans being spied upon illegally while executing duties directed by the president and under the authority of the Director of National Intelligence. One CIA contractor assisting with the Diggs investigation into the events that transpired between 2022 and 2023
Starting point is 00:23:37 was fired by the CIA one day after meeting with the DIG. When the DIG ceased operations, by the DIG is the Director's Initiatives Group. The CIA also took back 40 boxes of JFK files and MK Ultramalter files being processed for declassification by D&I Gabbard. Okay, this is where the allegation came from. Let's read this. An MK. Ultra files being processed for declassification by D&I.
Starting point is 00:24:09 Sorry, I didn't rewind far now. ...into the events that transpired between 2022 and 2023 was fired by the CIA one day after meeting with the dig. When the dig ceased operations, The CIA also took back 40 boxes of JFK files and MK Ultra files being processed for declassification by DNI Gabbard. The legislative and executive branches will continue to be misinformed if this type of behavior is not addressed. The partial solution to dangerous gain of function has already been laid out an executive order 14292, improving the safety and security of biological research.
Starting point is 00:24:59 We need a comprehensive review of government-funded life science research and a move back to pre-9-11 definitions of gain of function and WMD research, particularly in the IC and DHS. Spencer on the chat says CIA is subordinate to dig, which makes any surveillance criminal. And that is so, so true. But surprising, not at all. that's what they do. It's all cramming around. I would say the allegation, though, this is where it came from. It must be where it originated from. It's the first time I ever heard it. And that was early in the day yesterday. And people started running with that. I wonder who started the actual use of the word raid. It might have been lower loomer. I don't know. I don't want to throw anybody under the bus. But again, the number of people that fell for that fake news yesterday was just ridiculous. It was being reported everywhere. Ezra Kohn Wadn-Wadnick got in on it. in terms of debunking at fake news here leading report CIA
Starting point is 00:25:57 seized 40 boxes of JFK and MK Ultrafiles that were being processed by the office of the director of National Intelligence, OD&I for declassification. As we says, I've been a frequent critic of the IC and especially the CIA's decades long culture of overclassification. This alleged incident, however,
Starting point is 00:26:13 is not the right tree to bark up. The boxes were full of unrelated records and were returned after they were scanned. And then Kankan I know replied to him Rukh-hach how does the CIA have the authority to raid the D&I? Not even sure what this means. Mercer Hansen, but Anna Flina Luna just threatened a subpoena.
Starting point is 00:26:36 Great, this is how congressional oversight works. I hope she has a chance to examine the contents of the boxes. Yes, agreeing with them. I thought he replied to you, Cancun, didn't he? Oh, and I got to scroll back. Just a toll for processing, everybody. He's been busy last couple. Lost 24 hours.
Starting point is 00:27:01 Wait, what's this? Sorry, sarcasm doesn't read well. Okay, here's what he said. Cancran said, so is the whistleblower today in the Rand Paul hearing line are misinformed? Ezra says, can't say document handling and archiving rules are very arcane, not sure of his level of familiarity. So again, it seems like it's just an old rule on document handling, and it is what it is, but not what everybody ran with. And then the way that, you know, Jesse Waters got in on it, he deleted this post, by the way. And this just in, John. The CIA just raided Tulsi Gabbard's office. Agents hauled out dozens of boxes, files on the JFK assassination, and MK Ultra, the CIA mind control operation, which she was in the process of declassifying. Today's whistleblower said it during his deposition, and Congresswoman Annapolina Luna confirmed it moments ago.
Starting point is 00:28:04 The reason why this is troubling is, A, there was an executive order that the president had directed the full declassification. of JFK, but then also to the MK Ultra files. The CIA famously has said that, you know, all documents were released and other documents had been destroyed. So these are allegedly those documents that apparently never existed. And this just it. Snackams in the chat says Nick Sorter fell forward hard. He falls for everything hard.
Starting point is 00:28:30 That's what a clickbait whore does. Breaking News Brigade. They just post everything full tilt. It's breaking news. They need the clicks. so they don't actually look into anything. And then Anna Polina Luna with her being in on it, she immediately went and actually issued a letter preservation notice.
Starting point is 00:28:50 And then after that interview, she was asking people to walk back her claim. She never used the word raid. But this is a great example. And I said this last night in the power hour, which was a pretty good one. This is a good example of how she inserts herself into viral topics because she is a social media grifter.
Starting point is 00:29:07 That's what she does. It's also stupid. But the good example here, guys, is just because somebody says something or just because you see something on Twitter or whatever, it doesn't matter who the source is. There are some people that, like a lot of people look to General Flynn for information. He was going with this. He's one of the ones that deleted this post. Just because somebody says something online does not make it true until you see proof of it.
Starting point is 00:29:33 And a lot of times you can't get that. There's no reason to believe what you're seeing. You got to take it all with a grain of salt. Don't get emotionally attached to the story. Don't let it affect your emotions. Bees even kill as possible. Then you won't get rug pulled. Because it's, I can't think of a time.
Starting point is 00:29:51 And maybe you guys can, but this is a serious question. Can you guys think of a time that I have fallen for a clickbait story? I'm sure it's happened. I know it's happened. I can't think of any, though. But the fact that I can't think of any, off the top of my head means it doesn't happen very often. That's because I use the same approach with all the, all the, stories and it won't lead you astray and this this also goes hand in hand with the
Starting point is 00:30:23 thomas massey thing we talked about this last night so i feel like i'm repeating myself a little bit but might as well say it on here since we're talking about the whole thomas massey accusation it's a that's a good example of just operating based on your principles because whether or not you like thomas massey shouldn't matter whether or not you like any situation should not matter you should be operating based on your principles and somebody coming forward with a with an allegation without any actual proof to back it up and maybe the proof will come later which would be great it means they're you know everybody who pushed this sci up and narrative and everything was justified in doing so even though i think it's wrong to do that like because what if you're
Starting point is 00:31:02 wrong pushing a narrative in a siop when you don't have anything to justify it yet doesn't make it right if you're later justified it just means you got lucky because if it ends up being wrong and she is full of shit in lying about it you're You probably won't care because you're operating based on like an agenda. You don't like Massey. You want him to fail. And so you're going to participate in the SIOP that goes with the narrative you like. But if you go back to the Trump accusations from Stormy Daniels or the Brett Kavanaugh ones,
Starting point is 00:31:38 a lot of people were defending Trump and Kavanaugh from accusations that didn't have much to back it up. But they're not doing that now. and as I said last night, I am a victim of false bullshit allegations. I've been sued. The entire basis of the lawsuit is an entirely fabricated claim. And that has been used to damage me, my reputation, try to damage badlands, all those things. And it's done so because people wanted it to be true for whatever reason and decided to spread a bunch of bullshit without. any evidence to back it up.
Starting point is 00:32:26 So I have a problem with that. Spencer, can we talk about Mike Pence? Hey, guys. Hey, we can talk about Mike Pence. I'm down. I'm still, still waiting. And I will say I've come a lot like closer to,
Starting point is 00:32:47 uh, yeah, Mike Pence. Mike Pence sucks. Right? Like I'm much more closer to that side of the thing. But again, a lot of the accusations that have been hurled against Pence, I do believe are unjustified. But yeah, that's, I mean, it's fair points, butzel.
Starting point is 00:33:06 I get it. Can I finder, you can leave anything I post online. Can't, can't con. Oh, good luck with this on my chat, melted down because Alpha's full blown. This is real and wanted to unhash at 205 into daily. I told them you make me quit at 12. That's funny. Yeah, Alpha, I mean, again, I don't like Thomas.
Starting point is 00:33:31 Thomas Massey sucks. I know I've kind of wafered on him, too. I'm not immune from falling for the Psiops, but, um, he's proven himself over the last like couple years that he is not he's not principal at cancon and i know you you like him that's fine but still that doesn't mean it's any reason to like spread accusations that don't have any proof to it i know alpha's all all up in that train um so john can prep his show to be fair it's not like he's trying to be a dick yeah i do give can kankan a uh a cutoff like of a roughly around 12 eastern so that i can with with this show
Starting point is 00:34:13 we do through rumble studio we also do that with badlands daily and unfortunately still rumble studio you can only have one stream going at a time and so i just ask for an hour of like hey give me an hour lead time so i can at least get my show posted so people can like find the link and stuff we can get it posted around but i don't know maybe if um if i do end up doing a new show with chris every day and i changed the the timing of this show to 11 or yeah 11 central 12 eastern then uh Cancon can go as long as he wants because I wouldn't be able to do that through studio. Ramone says, unfortunately, women accusing men is too easy to do, not sure I trust them. Yep.
Starting point is 00:35:00 Mike Irons wants me to tell Burchett, I said, War damn Eagle. I'll do that. I thought you didn't like me, Mike Irons. But now I see you in the chat routinely. I guess I'm confused. I'm getting mixed signals from you, bro. That chance post the night before. A lot of shows we try to post like hours before.
Starting point is 00:35:19 but with Rumble Studio, once you schedule the stream, like you can't schedule anything else with studio. So the studio streams that we use, you know, you have to like spread it out. It's kind of difficult. We'll have to get creative of a studio for the hours. We'll figure it out.
Starting point is 00:35:40 Not too worried. Let's keep going though. There's other news. I know there is and I've already like burnt most of the show talking about retarded stuff. The DC bar is or sorry, the DOJ is suing. the DC bar citing a weaponization claims.
Starting point is 00:35:55 This is on the heels of just last week, wasn't it, that story in Tennessee where they were trying to like, hey, we want to loosen the restrictions of and requirements to get that people don't just have to go through the Tennessee bar. I think that was like the basis of the story, which would, you know, make it easier for people to become attorneys in Tennessee. So this coming, I think is interesting. I know they're doing it going after Jeff Clark, but the Justice Department, and sorry, going on in defense of Jeff Clark, the Justice Department has filed.
Starting point is 00:36:23 the complaint against DC disciplinary authorities, alleging they are improperly using the attorney discipline process to regulate the official actions of federal government lawyers, finally seeks to nullify the DC bars and lawful prosecution of former assistant attorney general Jeff Clark, which centers on internal deliberations related to potential fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Case remains tied to ongoing litigation nearly six years later. Officials argued the disciplinary process improperly targets executive branch deliberations and risks restricting federal attorneys from providing candid legal advice. The Justice Department said the action advances President Trump's executive order on ending
Starting point is 00:36:56 weaponization of federal government and related memorandum on preventing abuses of the legal system and federal courts. So that's good stuff. Saudi Arabia has floated and floats Iran non-aggression pact modeled on the Holinsky Accords. So Saudi Arabia. It's our boy MBS, sovereign alliance com here. Saudi Arabia has floated the idea of a Middle East non-aggression pact with Iran as part of a post-war planning discussions with allies once the U.S.-Israeli conflict with Tehran ends, according to the Financial Times reporting.
Starting point is 00:37:30 Diplomat said Riyadh has pointed to the 1970s-Holinsky Accords, which ease Cold War tensions in Europe as a possible framework for reducing regional conflict and expanding economic cooperation. they think a lot of Arab nations will support the concept though Israel remains a major obstacle as regional anger over Israeli military operations and Gaza, Lebanon and Syria continues to grow. Well, you know, Israel's the problem, child. Who would have thunk that? The Jews...
Starting point is 00:38:08 The report also said Saudi Arabia is strengthening coordination with Pakistan, Turkey, and Egypt following the conflict, Pakistan's defense minister said Islamabad, once Qatar and Turkey added to the Saudi Pakistan Defense Pact to build a broader regional economic and military alliance aimed at reducing dependence on outside powers. So we shall see what happens. Trump and Xi agree straight of Hormuz must remain open. China signals interest in buying more American oil. Where does they get it from Alaska instead of getting it all from the Middle least. President Trump and G. agreed Thursday in their summit that the Strait of Moos must remain open to global energy shipments and opposed any militarization of the critical shipping route or efforts
Starting point is 00:38:49 to impose tolls on its use, according to a White House readout. They also expressed interest in increasing Chinese purchases of American oil to lessen China's reliance on the strait. The White House later confirmed both countries agreed Iran cannot be allowed to obtain nuclear weapons. Trump later told Fox News that G agreed to purchase U.S. soybeans, oil. oil, liquefine natural gas, and other energy products while committing to buy 200 Boeing 737. You know, Boeing CEO Kelly Orpig was there. I wonder what else they're going to buy from the other leaders that were there. And then Trump also invited G to Washington for a meeting in September.
Starting point is 00:39:26 I wonder if that'll line up with our Gart in Vegas. It'd be pretty cool. Let's see what else. Oh yeah, the appeals court. We covered the story last week of the week before that the Trump White House was requesting them to block the payout of $83 million to E. Jean Carroll and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to do so. They temporarily blocked the $83 million payment for the defamation case while the Supreme Court moles intervening. I look forward to that case being completely thrown out. What else do I got for you guys?
Starting point is 00:40:01 Any updates on Trump's true social? Nope. Nothing on the Atlantic. Trump does. say that G offered to help with Iran. Let me see if there's an eclipse of Trump talking about this stuff. Oh, here we go. Trump talking to Hannity. Hannity must have went with.
Starting point is 00:40:37 What does he want from the U.S.? A lot of things. We talked about a lot of things. Too many things to discuss, but a lot of things. We had a very good meaning, but we want things from them. One thing he agreed to today is going to order 200
Starting point is 00:40:54 jets. That's a big thing. Boeing. Boeing. Two hundred big ones. That's a lot of jobs. It's a lot. Boeing wanted 150. He got 200. He said, I think it was a commitment. I mean, you know, sort of like a statement, but I think it was a commitment.
Starting point is 00:41:13 I'm being told by the chat that I'm calling it Holinsky instead of Helsinki. And I am henceforth going to still be calling it Helensky. So suck it, everybody. Here is another one. The issue and you've been asked about it and you've spoken about it and that is China's support of Iran. How big a discussion was that today?
Starting point is 00:41:36 We discussed it. I mean, when you say support, they're not fighting a war with us, all right? I think. No. He said he's not going to give military equipment. That's a big statement. He said that today. That's a big statement.
Starting point is 00:41:49 Said that strongly. But at the same time, he said, you know, they buy a lot of their oil there and they'd like keep doing that. He'd like to see Hormos straight open. I said, well, we didn't stop it. They did it. Then we stopped them. You know, sort of interesting. He joked. He said, you know, it's sort of it. They stopped it. Then you stopped them. But they'd like to see it open. But they actually closed it. He didn't like the fact that they're charging tolls. I don't know if they are not. I don't know who would pay them. I mean, where do they put the money? The country's decimated. You know, they're charging tolls. Where's the money gone?
Starting point is 00:42:24 where do I see it? Deb L. Rhodes in the chat says, I feel like John is calling out Alpha, like scolding him publicly when maybe they should talk privately. I think it's insulting, just my opinion. Well, your opinion is retarded. I do talk to Alpha privately. We talked about the Massey thing privately.
Starting point is 00:42:41 We talk about a lot of things privately, even though we disagree. We go back and forth on it. So suck it. John has sex daily. I mean dyslexia. That's funny. That's really good.
Starting point is 00:42:57 I'm going to start stealing that. EH Cal John, this is what that Pam Bondi DOJ whistleblower is talking about, how they ignored EO147 weaponization of the DOJ. They taped people but didn't give it a staff or financial backing to prosecute. And yeah, by the way, Alpha, if anybody's guilty of, like, scolding people publicly, it's Alpha. He does that shit all the time. And I have to, like, text, I'm like, bro, are you talking about me here?
Starting point is 00:43:29 And then I'll say no, even though I sometimes think he is. But I don't give a shit. That's my bro. So I appreciate your relationship and friendship advice. But maybe keep it to yourself. Can't Compost of this and this is super cringe. The DOD is requesting $1.5 trillion for next year's budget, which is assonine. Insane.
Starting point is 00:43:54 I mean, we're giving them a trillion dollars this year. They want $1.5 next year, $500 billion more. And we have this super awesome AI generated green screen video begging for it. I haven't watched this yet. I'm just based on this. I don't think that's a real background. It looks AI to me. Maybe you guys, maybe you guys have a different perspective on it, but I think this is a fake background.
Starting point is 00:44:19 But let's see what it says here. Despite what you might hear in the media, America is not in decline. I don't know. Those two TVs, they don't look real. It's still really hard to tell. remain the strongest military power on earth, but that power requires renewal. And with global threats that are constantly evolving. Okay, now I know for sure.
Starting point is 00:44:41 That's not a real chalkboard. This is definitely an AI video on the background here. It's time to make a $1.5 trillion investment, a generational down payment. For far too long, Washington bureaucrats allowed America's defense industrial base to fall apart. During President Trump's first term, our military was rebuilt into the greatest fighting force on the planet. The execution of operations Midnight Hammer, Southern Spear, Absolute Resolve, and Epicure are testaments to this restoration of strength. America's $1.5 trillion investment guarantees that the United States military will maintain this advantage against any adversary, anywhere at any time. Here's why.
Starting point is 00:45:25 A historic $756 billion of the defense budget, more than half of it, will be allocated to investments in new capabilities. That means factories, technology, and jobs. It also means spending $100 billion to advance the next generation of American air power. We're advancing the largest ship building request since 1962, including $10 billion into our maritime industrial base. We're committing nearly $18 billion to operationalize, I'm kind of say real quick before you even watch the rest of this video. How do I put this? Calling it an investment is a tad disingenuous.
Starting point is 00:46:12 It looks like to me an investment is here. I'm going to give you my money and you can hold on to it for a period of time. But then you're going to give it back to me with more. That's an investment. You stealing my tax dollars, my money, and going to buy your shit, that is not an investment. So stop treating me like I'm five. Stop lying to me. This is not investment.
Starting point is 00:46:44 And if he uses that word again, I'm going to throw my computer screen out the window. Not really, though, because I don't have enough investments to buy new windows. Golden Dome for America to defend the homeland. We're providing the largest investment in drone warfare and space capabilities ever. We're reshoring our critical mineral sector to reduce reliance on foreign nation. And we're increasing our investment in artificial intelligence by 800%. This is a generational down payment on our future. A down payment on deterrence.
Starting point is 00:47:18 President Trump's budget is sending one unmistakable message to our allies, our enemies, and our defense industrial base. You know what you put down payments on? You put down payments on things that you're going to eventually make more payments to, but then you'll eventually own it. You put a down payment on a car. Eventually you'll own it as long as you keep up with payments and stuff. Same thing with a house,
Starting point is 00:47:44 a boat, maybe, maybe a camper, maybe one of those million-dollar campers from yesterday. I wonder how many of those million-dollar campers the DOD is going to buy with this $1.5 trillion budget. Don't you don't put a down payment on? The military, your tax dollars going to the military. I guess Seth, you seem like a cool guy. I bet we'd get along great if we had a beer together.
Starting point is 00:48:10 But I hate this right now. And it's low-key making me hate you too. You are slowly sliding down the totem pole of my, how much I like the TV characters. We are expanding our strength. We are restoring deterrent. and we are putting America first. Maybe, maybe I'm wrong.
Starting point is 00:48:39 Maybe this, this is all good investments and stuff and we should, we should pay an extra $500 billion. No, it would be a great investment, giving $1.5 billion to the DOD, but they went and arrested everybody who's committing fraud with the rest of our tax dollars, or they went and fixed the fraudulent elections, like maybe go arrest some of the people that were doing. Where's those? What'd you call them? Tribunals.
Starting point is 00:49:13 I'd invest in tribunals. If those were investable, there was like a mutual fund with tribunals in there. I would totally put a lot of, a lot of my money in there. CN Stewart in the chat said, John is, John's a customer service savant. I am, I am told I'm good with people, especially people who. try to call me out for stuff go dog goes is slowly sliding down john's totem pole
Starting point is 00:49:43 thanks for the visual you're welcome uh r r hodi says for those of us old enough to remember this is very similar to the cold war military industrial complex escape the matrix says fuck off haggseth pj korgans says i hate you so much right now
Starting point is 00:50:04 john should write a ranty reply to that haggseth post yeah i guess i could I just, I don't know, guys, I'm so sick of, it's like every day there's a new story of, oh, $200 billion here, $700 billion there. Look at all this money. We're just thrown all over the place. And then in the background, it's like, what happened to Doge? Remember Doge?
Starting point is 00:50:36 Remember the people who told me Doge was on the computers? It's in the computers and all the agencies. They're stopping the fraud secretly. That's what I'd invest in, not happening. CKFEL. My husband says you should invest in the Minnesota while. You see that would be a good investment right now because I believe next year they'll be worth more. So stocks should go up, right?
Starting point is 00:51:01 Buy low. Right now that it's pretty low. Is the budget even real? Not when you can just like print things. Cover all the fraud and fund the government. Yeah. Who are we even protecting ourselves from with that kind of money? Lurker 17.
Starting point is 00:51:19 John, today is May 14th. Your title says the Daily Herald 51326. I do notice that now. I will get that fixed. I'll do it. I can to get that fixed in a timely fashion. Maybe I just didn't like yesterday's show and I wanted a different one for it. That's this one.
Starting point is 00:51:40 I don't remember what we talked about yesterday. But anyway, I think I'm done. That just totally demoralized me. You want fucking $1.5 trillion. Next year, it's going to be another investment of two trillion. It's just going to keep going up. Our deficit right now is like 1.7 trillion comms decode that.
Starting point is 00:52:03 Next year it's going to be like 1.8. You add another $500 billion. It's going to be over over 2.3 if my math is right. These are just numbers. I might be making them up, but I'm barely close, give or take, $500 billion. Yeah, let's just keep spending, spending stuff. Hey, Lou Daisy. Hey, hey, friends, I'm late in.
Starting point is 00:52:28 docs office stuck with pharma ads on monitor 12-a-boy Tim Burchett is the chairman of Doche. I'm going to talk to him about this and asking why we should be paying to pay in taxes. Those are unimaginable numbers. No, it's not. I can find it. I can prove it. 20, what year is it? There's a, I mean, just find it.
Starting point is 00:52:59 It's the Congressional Budget Office. And here we go. We've gone over this before, guys. Let's look at the executive summary. Ooh, it's even worse I thought. Projections for 2026. Sharing the screen. I am. Budget deficit of $1.9 trillion.
Starting point is 00:53:27 And then if we go down to here, revenues outlays. This is the total deficit. 2025 is 1.7. 2026 is 1.8. 2027 is 1.8. And that's not including the additional 500 billion. I don't think.
Starting point is 00:53:48 Yeah, because defense, it says, spending here, $901 billion, but they want to up that to $1.5. It's retarded. So I was close. I kind of thought I wouldn't mind that amount of money if it went to helping our military and veterans.
Starting point is 00:54:10 Yeah. Yeah, I mean, I would rather our foreign, the money we send overseas for any type of aid. I'd rather that go to our veterans than increasing the defense. budget and still doing the foreign aid. Like Aaron says, I love you, John. It's just that I've been muted three times. It's all from your shows.
Starting point is 00:54:32 Maybe you got an itchy, lingered, admin. No, I'm pretty sure I've muted you because you've been a douchebag. If you're going to be a douchebag to me, I don't have to put up with it. But I'll own that. I definitely, I'm the one who definitely muted you. That's why I must not have muted you forever. So that's a positive because I could have just muted you forever. But I didn't do that.
Starting point is 00:54:55 So I'm allowing you to come back in here and continue to talk shit. But we could call a truce now. How about we do that? Mike Irons. You stop being a douche in the chat, and I'll stop being a douche and muting you when you do it. So we're good.
Starting point is 00:55:15 There's another chat I wanted to read. How does foreign aid work with America first? It really doesn't. QA can wrap those knuckles. C-C what did I do? I wasn't sharing the screen. Did I know? Oh, damn it.
Starting point is 00:55:35 My bad. There it is. There's the proof. oil is down, but gas is up. It's all fake. Yep. Is Brian and Ash going to have Ralph Pizzulo on their show? I thought that was supposed to happen. They're probably going to try, if they haven't already, tried.
Starting point is 00:55:56 I don't know. The sound of water truck makes when it hits a vinegar truck. It's a thing. Tracing out, this is not the friction I signed up for. You know, friction is great. Love the friction. But sometimes you need to be peaceful with with people who are douchebags sometimes and when I see people be douchebags I become a douchebag
Starting point is 00:56:33 in response and it's just douchebags all the way down and we we just don't need that sometimes in order to move forward as a country I will I will make peace PJ Corgan for five dollars says John I empathize with you about the wild I'm also a tortured sports fan and I've had to endure years and years of spectacular letdowns. One of these years, San Diego is going to get a trophy. Here's $5 to help. Thank you. That does go a long way towards our road to a championship.
Starting point is 00:57:06 Cancun says, I talked to him for 20 minutes or so, and he might not have even written that book. Well, then you should definitely interview him if that's the case. That's super interesting. PJ, we got a game this weekend. I don't know when I need to get like all five hours of the exclusive streaming in. I haven't done any yet. I don't know. My kids have a piano recital on Sunday, so I don't know when that'll work, but you've got to join us.
Starting point is 00:57:34 Spetzel, friction can be good, friction can be bad. It depends on whether it's productive or not. I feel like that's a, like, probably not Shakespeare, but there's some, I don't know. That's a quote from some famous philosopher, I feel like. Mike Irons, Kankon got me back once and Zach got me in last time. First time, I just mad another account. old one still muted from three years ago well what is your old accounts name burrow I can unmute that right now and then then we'll get out of here you can never
Starting point is 00:58:12 say I'm you can't say I'm like the problem I'm the piecemaker just look at this piece that's being made right now what is your old username Mike Irons catch you later tie got to run there's probably a lot of people too like when we had some people in Badlands, some Badlands hosts and some other mods. I have a sneaky suspicion that they were potentially in the lead up to things going down. They were potentially muting a lot of people that didn't deserve it. And so I'm one of those especially like if you reach out to me, Twitter, Telegram, wherever and ask to be unmuted, I will unmute you. CSUSG, Bigham, sorry, I don't know much to give. Just found out my friend died. Oh, I'm so sorry.
Starting point is 00:59:01 Suicide by cop. Shootout. Drugs may have been a factor 20 years and just heard from no more than a month ago. I'm so sorry to hear that. Sorry for your loss. I turned a bitch about at John about going over. Oh, does your show start? Okay. I'm going to rate everybody over to, uh, what is it? Storytime with, with Ash and CanCon can con. Cancon read good 2 p.m. Easterns. Anyway, Mike Irons, this is your chance to post your old username and everybody. I'm going to get you out of here. Thanks for tuning in. We'll raid your show Canccon.
Starting point is 00:59:43 See you tomorrow, 1 p.m. Eastern. Let's get started.
